The Atlantic brings us the story: “On Wednesday, archaeologists in Jerusalem announced the discovery of a rare biblical-era seal. The mark of the seal is said to belong to King Hezekiah, who ruled in the Levant in the eighth-century B.C. and got a glowing review in the Book of Kings…According to Hebrew University, the inscription reads: ‘Belonging to Hezekiah [son of] Ahaz king of Judah.’ It also bears a ‘two-winged sun, with wings turned downward, flanked by two ankh symbols symbolizing life.’ As Reuters reports, excavators believe Hezekiah may have made the seal himself and that ‘the back side of the clay imprint of the seal had markings of thin cords that were used to tie a papyrus document.’ The seal is said to be the first mark from an Israelite or Judean king ever found during a scientific excavation, which is noteworthy because it links the artifact to the location.” -Fox News

{Khaled Abu Toameh} ~ The beleaguered Palestinian Islamist movement, Hamas, has found an original way to solve its financial crisis... The movement is now planning to pay its unpaid civil servants with former Israeli settlement land in the Gaza Strip. Abandoned by Israel in 2005 as part of the "disengagement" from the Gaza Strip, the land was supposed to provide a solution to the severe housing crisis in the Palestinian-controlled area. Back then, there was much talk about building new housing projects for thousands of Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli "disengagement" prompted some oil-rich Arab countries to propose plans to help solve the severe housing crisis in the Gaza Strip. The lands that once housed Jewish settlements were supposed to transform the Gaza Strip into the Middle East's Singapore. Instead, all the grandiose and ambitious plans went right down the drain when Hamas seized control over the Gaza Strip in the summer of 2007. Since then, the entire Gaza Strip has been transformed into a base for various Islamist groups. {Fuzzy Slippers} ~ Judicial Watch today released a new batch of emails of former Secretary of State Hilly Clinton connected to the Benghazi attack... Included is an email chain showing that Clinton slept late the Saturday after the Benghazi attack and missed a meeting that her staff had been trying to set up about sensitive intelligence issues, including the Presidential Daily Brief, on a day she was to make a slew of phone calls to foreign leaders. There was also an interesting detail in an email concerning Bowe Bergdahl’s father’s concern over “Crusader paradigm.” The documents contain an email passed to Clinton in the days following the Benghazi attack in which the father of alleged Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl anguishes over the “‘Crusade’ paradigm” which he says “will never be forgotten in this part of the world.” You may remember Mr. Bergdahl from nObama’s over-the-top, tin-eared, and inappropriate Rose Garden ceremony announcing the exchange of Bowe Bergdahl, who has since been charged with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, for five top Taliban leaders..

Despite the fact ICE’s budget for removals has increased from $2.6 billion in 2011 to $3.4 billion and they are privy to more resources and technology than ever before, deportations have plummeted by almost two thirds from 200,000 to 70,000. What’s worse, the deportation of criminal aliens dropped from 150,000 to just 63,000. There you have it. As Jessica Vaughn presented before the committee in painstaking detail, while overall deportations dropped dramatically, the decline in deportations of criminal aliens has been breathtaking. So the entire rationale for Obama’s amnesty and suspension of deportations – to focus on criminal aliens – has been proven false beyond a shadow of a doubt. .

{JACK MARTIN} ~ The Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a report December 2 that faulted the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) branch of DHS for not having systematic controls against asylum fraud... It noted a case in 2014 in which more than 4,500 approved asylum applications that had been filed by one firm were found to be based on fraud. There are two sorts of asylum cases: aliens who arrive at a port of entry and ask for protection against being sent back to a homeland where they fear they will be persecuted are termed affirmative claimants. The other defensive claimants are persons already in the country seeking to avoid deportation because they are illegal residents. The latter cases that give rise to fraud claims. The illegal residents have recourse to legal representation from legal aid clinics and lawyers who coach applicants in what may convince an immigration judge to approve an application. In addition to the massive fraud case referred to above, other notable cases have documented fabricated stories of past or future persecution. The difficulty in evaluating unsupported claims means that the applicant often receives the benefit of any doubt. This means for immigration lawbreakers to avoid deportation acts as an incentive for others to follow the same path to legal residence. Over time, the asylum ground rules have broadened to include protection against abuse for sexual orientation, for spousal abuse, for tribal practices of genital mutilation, etc. And U.S. Foreign Service Officers, who have in-country experience regarding local conditions have been excluded from a role in routinely commenting on the likely veracity of the asylum claims..

{SUSAN FERRECHIO} ~ The Senate approved a bill Thursday that would gut much of the Affordable Care Act, marking the first time both chambers of Congress have voted to repeal President nObama's signature health care law since it became law five years ago... The bill passed by 52-47 but will not head to the president's desk yet. While the House approved a similar repeal measure, the Senate amended it, which will require the House to vote on the bill passed Thursday by the Senate. While the House is likely to pass the Senate's version, the legislation will never become law. President nObama has promised to veto the bill, and Republicans lack a supermajority required to override his veto. But passage is a significant messaging victory for the GOP, which has been promising for years that they would send nObama a bill that repeals the law.

He made the claim while discussing the administration’s strategy, or lack thereof, for combating the Islamic State (ISIS), which is al Qaeda’s jihadist rival. hanoi-Kerry believes that the U.S. and its allies can finish off ISIS quicker than al Qaeda. There’s just one problem: It is not true that al Qaeda or its top leaders have been “neutralized.” Dozens of senior al Qaeda terrorists, including of course Osama bin Laden, have been eliminated. But al Qaeda is not a simple top-down terrorist group that can be entirely vanquished by killing or detaining select key leaders. It is a paramilitary insurgency organization that is principally built for waging guerilla warfare. Terrorism is a part of what al Qaeda does, but not nearly all. And a key reason why al Qaeda has been able to regenerate its threat against us repeatedly over the past 14 years is that it uses its guerilla armies to groom new leaders and identify recruits for terrorist plots against the West. Had this been Obama (or Hillary for that matter), the address would not've even occurred the day after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Nor would Obama (or the Hillary) had even named the enemy BY NAME! They would have asked what is it that the USA "DID" to have PROVOKED the Emperor of Japan!
The response would've been a "Red Line"; and the only "solution" would've been to declare "war" . . .on CLIMATE CHANGE! Perhaps the USAG (a "Holder" or "Lynch") would've began threatened American CITIZENS to NOT speak ill against the Japanese - or face possible PROSECUTION!

Senate Republicans voted today to block a measure that would have prevented individuals on the terror watch list from legally buying guns in the United States.
The first gun control measure proposed by Democrats was legislation from Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) that would deny people on a federal terrorism watch list the ability to purchase guns. The measure failed, 45-54. Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) voted with Republicans to reject the measure, and Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) crossed over to vote in favor of the gun restrictions.
The second vote revived legislation from April 2013, written in the aftermath of the shooting deaths of 20 elementary school children in Newtown, Conn., with bipartisan backing that would enact universal background checks. The four Republicans who backed the bill then — Kirk and Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, John McCain of Arizona and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, who co-authored the measure with Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) — also voted in favor of the Democrats’ plan on Thursday. Heitkamp also opposed the second gun-control measure, which was blocked on a 48-50 tally.
Senate Republicans have now laughably put themselves on record as supporting the right of suspected terrorists to legally buy guns in the United States.
After the vote, Democratic Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) hammered Republicans for being more afraid of the NRA than terrorists:
The American people want us to act on gun violence. Sadly today Republicans have proven that they are more afraid of the National Rifle Association than of FBI terror suspects buying assault weapons and explosives like those used in the Paris attacks and recent shootings in the United States.
As mass shootings rise and more innocent Americans die, Republicans showed the world that they are too scared of the NRA to take proven, common-sense steps to reduce gun violence. By doing the NRA’s bidding, Republicans ensured that FBI terror suspects – individuals deemed too dangerous to board an airplane – can continue to buy assault weapons here in the U.S. Republicans will have no one but themselves to blame if FBI terror suspects get their hands on the type of firearms we saw unleash horrific acts of violence on innocent people in San Bernardino, Colorado Springs, Newtown, Fort Hood, Charleston, and Paris.
Reid was right. Republicans are so terrified of the NRA that they won’t do anything to prevent innocent Americans from being slaughtered in mass shootings. Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell made a huge mistake with the Obamacare repeal bill, and Democrats are going to make Republicans pay for their pro-terrorist votes next November.

Barack nObama's timing is impeccable. As you recall, hours before the bloody Islamist attack in Paris three weeks ago, nObama offered these words of assurance regarding the metastasizing threat of the Islamic State's terror campaign: "We have contained them.” Apparently not.
Wednesday morning, nObama was asked in a CBS interview if an attack like the one in Paris could happen here. He responded: "We have to make sure that we keep a clear-eyed view about what needs to be done. ISIL is not going to pose an existential threat to us. ... Clinton Calls for Investigation Into Chicago PD Wannabe elected official Hilly Clinton called for the federal government to investigate the Chicago Police Department after there were protests over the death of Laquan McDonald, who was killed by police in October 2014. The protests were sparked by the release of a video showing Chicago officers shooting the 17-year-old 16 times. It was released during the trial for the officer who fired the shots. Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon said in a statement, "Hilly Clinton is deeply troubled by the shooting of Laquan McDonald and the outstanding questions related to both the shooting and the video." In making the statement, Clinton, currently only a U.S. citizen seeking the limelight, is trying to bolster her credibility with Black Lives Matter protesters. What is unique about Clinton's newest position is that she burned one of her own supporters to do so. The Wall Street Journal notes that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel worked as a staffer in the Bill Clinton administration and he, at least up until this week, supported Clinton. This is a way for her to distance herself from Barack nObama's platform, and try to become a more attractive candidate for supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement, a potential constituency she insulted in August. This happened even though Emanuel (who, interestingly, planned on taking his family to Cuba for a holiday vacation) fired his police superintendent the day before. He's just one more political casualty on Clinton's scramble for power. Clinton advisers like Sidney Blumenthal should beware. -The Patriot Post.

Among the many consequences for Barack nObama's myriad foreign policy screw-ups comes this tidbit from The Washington Post: "Iraqis think the U.S. is in cahoots with the Islamic State, and it is hurting the war." Such charges are "beyond ridiculous," insists Col. Steve Warren, the military's Baghdad-based spokesman. "There's clearly no one in the West who buys it, but unfortunately, this is something that a segment of the Iraqi population believes." Perhaps it's because nObama gives that impression, not only casting aside American blood and treasure, but reportedly having military units warn Islamic State oil transport drivers before bombing their trucks.
Charles Krauthammer observed, "The chairman of the joint chiefs was asked whether he considers the drivers of the oil trucks by ISIS — the ones who export it — as combatants, and he said, 'No, they're civilians, trying to feed their families.' And that's why we actually dropped leaflets warning the drivers three-quarters of an hour before any air strikes. This is a joke and it comes not from the Pentagon, it comes from the White House. This has not been a serious air war and all the promises ... are a joke as long as this president is commander-in-chief." Just so, and the average Iraqi can hardly be blamed for hearing rumors of such events and believing that the U.S. is supporting the terrorists.

Bill Nye Tells Another Whopper of a Lie
As hard as it sounds, someone actually managed to outperform Barack nObama for stupidest comment award at the UN climate summit. Bill Nye, who's commonly known as "The Science Guy" — or "The Science Lie" in our humble shop — spewed more pompous rhetoric in an interview with the Huffington Post. "It's very reasonable," he asserted, "that the recent trouble in Paris is a result of climate change."
"There's water shortage in Syria, this is fact-based," Nye went on to explain. "Small and medium farmers have abandoned their farms because there's not enough water, not enough rainfall. And especially the young people who have not grown up there, have not had their whole lives invested in living off the land, the young people have gone to the big cities looking for work. There's not enough work for everybody, so the disaffected youths ... are more easily engaged and more easily recruited by terrorist organizations, and then they end up part way around the world in Paris shooting people."
"You can say, 'Well stamp out the terrorists,'" he concluded. "But if everybody's leaving their farms because of water shortages, that's a little bigger problem."
This isn't the first time Nye's made ridiculous surmises. This is the same person who last November blamed anomalous lake-effect snowfall on climate change, absurdly suggesting: "Everybody, when Lake Erie's warmer, more water evaporates into the air and it snows more. I don't make the rules, people." Only Lake Erie was sitting at four degrees below average at the time. Oops. Just two months later, in January 2015, he again blamed a major nor'easter on man-made global warming without a shred of evidence.
Any rational scientists knows that long-term precipitation patterns naturally fluctuate. What does Nye believe is driving Boko Haram, the Nigerian terrorist group whose country has been abnormally wet for the last two decades? But that's the problem — he's not a rational scientist. As meteorologist Joe Bastardi recently opined, "[T]he fact is [Nye] is not a man of science. He is an actor. That is his profession." As are most politicians. At a time when he has degraded America's standing as a super power, Barack nObama still sees himself as a super president. How super? During the opening remarks at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Paris Monday, nObama spoke for 14 minutes, delivering his full, prepared speech. Problem was, every other leader — 150 world leaders in all, including the likes of Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping — kept their remarks to the three-minute time limit. But nObama forged ahead, ignoring the beeps every few seconds reminding him to wrap it up. Surely his staff received the memo that every other leader in the world would speak for three minutes. "Barack nObama has gotten so used to breaking rules here in America, he just can't help himself," Gary Bauer wrote. "Not even when he is in other nations." Indeed, it wasn't the only communication blunder Mr. Hope 'n' Change™ made in the hours after touching down in Paris. As commentator Charles Hurt noted, nObama stumbled through a press conference peppering the reporters with about 330 'um's, 'uh's and 'ahh's and countless sentence fragments. Thus goes America's "great orator." And to think this summit lasts for 12 days.

Even the State Department Can't List Hilly's Achievements
What were Hilly Clinton's accomplishments while at the State Department? Well, she traveled a lot but other than that, she never can seem to actually list anything. Neither, apparently, can the State Department. As part of its latest Hilly email dump this week, one email stood out. Philippe Reines, Clinton's spokesman, sent an email to her chief of staff, which was then forwarded to Hilly herself. It's subject line: Achievements. The body contains a four-point bulleted list of Clinton's supposed achievements, but the released version contains only the bullets, not the points. The State Department evoked exemption (b)(5) of the federal FOIA so as to redact Clinton's actual achievements. (By the way, the total of emails in the Clinton trove illegally containing classified information is now up to 999. Hence a lot more redacting.) So, as you can see below, we're actually left with a very accurate picture of Clinton's achievements while running the State Department.

Judge Deborah Chasanow, a federal judge in Maryland, rejected a suit by the American Humanist Association Monday that tried to dismantle a 40-foot cross honoring the veterans who fought and died during World War I. Despite the accusations, Chasanow — a Clinton appointee, by the way — ruled that the Bladensburg Peace Cross in Maryland predominantly fulfilled a secular purpose, which was to invoke the thousands of crosses under which American soldiers lie buried. "Although the record indicates that there were three isolated religious services held at the Monument," Chasanow wrote, "the predominant and nearly exclusive use of the Monument has been for annual commemorative events held on Memorial Day and Veterans Day." This suit was reminiscent of the fight over the memorial cross at Mount Soledadin San Diego, which was targeted for removal by those that wanted to strip every hint and inference of Christianity from the public square. Heritage Foundation's Hans von Spakovsky wrote of the Bladensburg Peace Cross, "The plaintiffs in this case, in essence, wanted to destroy a 90-year-old memorial to fallen soldiers based on thoughtless, vain, and shallow motives that are an insult to the sacrifices of brave Americans." Distrust in Government at Historic Highs Under nObama Back in 2008, candidate Barack nObama boasted, “Generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless; this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal; this was the moment when we ended a war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last, best hope on earth.” Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
Back then, much of America was swooning over the charismatic, hopeful rhetoric of an inexperienced senator from Illinois. nObama, having clinched the Democrat Party nomination for president, spoke the words above to throngs of cheering, weeping supporters, who sincerely believed this community organizer with no prior executive experience would completely change the face of politics for decades to come.

A recent study by the Pew Research Center found Americans’ trust in government is at “historic lows," with an anemic 19% saying they trust government to do the right thing always or most of the time (11% for Republican/leaning, and 26% for Democrats/leaning). The fact that barely a quarter of Democrats trust government is shocking, considering their standard-bearer, nObama, has had virtually free reign to do as he pleased for the last seven years. How is it that nObama has managed to implement nearly everything he wanted from the progressives’ wish list, yet trust in government has decreased?
The answer, of course, is that the larger and more powerful government grows, the more inept, sluggardly and corrupt it becomes. Businesses that are run inefficiently shutter. Yet government, never punished for its failures, has no natural incentive to improve (indeed, the biggest failures are usually rewarded with more power and more money). Spending Bill: nObama Will be ‘Allow’ To Bring 10,000 Syrians...
{MATTHEW BOYLE} ~ As currently written, this year’s appropriations bills – which will be combined into a catch-all ‘omnibus’ by December 11th – amount to a blank check for the President to carry out his refugee resettlement plans... Not only will the President be allowed to bring in the 85,000 refugees he has announced on top of current record immigration levels, but this will include at least 10,000 refugees from Syria who will subsequently be able to bring in their foreign relatives. All refugees are eligible for lifetime government benefits and Social Security and Medicare access, and are on a fast-track to becoming voting U.S. citizens. More than 90 percent of recent Middle Eastern refugees are on welfare. Technically, the bill hasn’t yet been released–likely, it won’t be released until mere hours before the vote–but it’s pretty clear at this point, from the public statements of the GOP leadership, that the plan in Congress is to pave the way for nObama. Sessions is also raising concerns about Muslim immigration to the United States, saying he’s worried about the lack of enough law enforcement resources to ensure that they’re not terrorists. .

Without Congress’ support, nObama’s deal making powers are limited

On one side is international pressure to vest any climate deal with what international law considers to be binding legal force. On the other is the political difficulty, even the impossibility, of approving a climate treaty under our Constitution because of the need for approval by two-thirds of the Senate. To realize the purported benefits of limiting greenhouse gases, nations must undergo the economic pain of reducing carbon-based fuels. Because all nations benefit from any reduction, individual countries have an incentive to keep polluting and just free-ride on others’ efforts. Nations want a reliable commitment in order to forestall cheating. In November, French President Francois Hollande declared that if a Paris agreement “is not legally binding, there is no agreement.” (Of course, in international law, there is no way to compel compliance, judicially or otherwise, which is what makes such law an amorphous concept.).

As promised, President Obama, the Democrat Party, SCOTUS, ‘Islamic’ Muslims, etc. are transforming America; moving our precious nation toward a more corrupt, immoral, and tyrannical America. This transformation, over a period of years, has damaged the USA.
America is undoing our Founding Fathers precious document, clearly defined as our Constitution, of its legal freedoms and its Judeo-Christian values.
THE PROBLEM:
The separation of our Judeo-Christian values began in January 7, 1963 when SCOTUS prohibited public schools from allowing the Holy Bible to be read to (y)our children and teach its Sacred writings in ‘public schools’.
Prior to the June 17, 1963 SCOTUS ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP ruling, a large majority of Americans regularly attended some form of a ‘Christian’ House of Worship. Of those who did attend, the children also heard a Biblical scripture on a daily basis in the ‘public’ schools.
Inside the Holy Bible and these scriptures, there are moral instructions of Commandments to be instilled into the hearts and brains of those listening and learning. When these moral instructions were barred by SCOTUS, guns, drugs, sex, and other forms of illegal and/or immoral conflicts entered into the schools.
Today, and after this SCOTUS decision, fewer than one half of all Americans attend a House of Worship on a regular basis.
On Jun 28, 2012, SCOTUS legalized ‘lying’ as a ‘Freedom of Speech’ law when the John Robert’s Court decided that by misrepresenting the ‘Stolen Valor Act’ ‘is not a crime’ as individuals say that he/she has received military honors or decorations even though that is a lie; but SCOTUS said the referenced legislation did violate an individual’s First Amendment right to ‘Freedom of Speech’. How sad and how ignorant for our SCOTUS Jurists to come to this left-wing conclusion!
In the 1973 ROE v. WADE decision, SCOTUS ‘legalized’ murder of the innocent babies by rejecting values as described in the Declaration of Independence as each person “… are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights”.

Each of the elements within all the ‘Bill of Rights’, as part of our Constitution, are important to all of our children, their children, etc. All children must be taught our specific Constitutional ‘freedoms’.
These reformed measures will move America forward and acceptable in restoring America, protecting our American flag, reestablishing our Constitutional freedoms, and retaining our Judeo-Christian values. Help to make it happen.

Memories of the Forgiven
We are often haunted by memories that refuse to be forgotten… we try to hide, but they always find us. We think we are finished with the past… done, but we can never erase the indelible ink of histories mark… They never die, not in the cloak of our mortal state… in the eye of the flesh. The haunting memories of nights long lost, sooner bring us too remember, sorrows of ill spent days… when youths exuberance, lead us too folly’s door… fast astray.
It is these memories that carry us to days spent in somber remembrance… of friends and times when the night held more than mere memories… of raucous hours, spent… A cliquey in time, that rises, with the beat of one’s heart; too meter out the silence of remorse, so is our memory of days spent, were love did fast, and time did measure… the beat of memories, so sweet, and days of hope, long lost in time…
So it is that man travels this world… thru this temporal order, surrounded by the aura of loves blessing … not quite perfect… not quite blind. What 'Doesn't Happen in Other Countries'? 
While in Paris for the UN climate summit, Barack nObama made his entry for "Non Compos Mentis Quote of the Year." Referring to last week's murderous rampage at a Colorado Planned Parenthood, he opined, "Obviously, my heart goes out to the families of those impacted. I mean, I say this every time we’ve got one of these mass shootings: This just doesn’t happen in other countries.”
Wait, what? nObama is in Paris, where they just endured a jihadist attack in which Islamic State terrorists killed 130. Most of the dead were killed in mass shootings. Earlier this year, Paris' Charlie Hebdo offices were attacked, again by Islamofascists wielding rifles, and 11 were killed.
nObama did seem to catch himself, though, and went on about being "rightly determined to prevent terrorist attacks wherever they occur." But his problem is that he always thinks he's the smartest, sensible and most compassionate guy in the room. He saw a chance to bash America before the rest of the world while waxing eloquent about gun control, and he seized it, only to utter something completely senseless.

Syrian Refugees = English Pilgrims, Says nObama
"Nearly four centuries after the Mayflower set sail, the world is still full of pilgrims — men and women who want nothing more than the chance for a safer, better future for themselves and their families," Barack nObama told us over the Thanksgiving holiday. "What makes America America is that we offer that chance." He was, of course, making the argument that we should open the doors to Syrian refugees, some of whom we've warned may be radical Islamists bent on our destruction. Such a Trojan horse isn't wise. But on the bright side, nObama had something positive to say about Christian pilgrims...
Meanwhile, in completely unrelated news (we're sure), a survey last year of both Arabs and a subset of Syrian refugees found that the vast majority had a "negative view" of the Islamic State. It's understandable that true refugees would have a rather dour opinion of the jihadis forcing them from their homes. But the disturbing reality is the flip side — 13% of Syrian refugees had a positive opinion of the Islamic State. Given that nObama completely underestimated the growth of the Islamic State and has based his policy on either political expediency or cooked intelligence, do we really trust his administration to vet refugees and weed out Islamic State sympathizers? While 13% is minuscule when you're counting votes, it's an enormous threat when considering potential terrorists being allowed into the country. -The Patriot Post

Iran Seeks to Hide Its Efforts to Make an A-Bomb
Iran threatened Sunday to walk away from the United Nations agreement limiting its nuclear program unless a UN report investigating whether or not the county tried to weaponize its nuclear program in the past is spiked. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) must release, no later than Dec. 15, a report exploring the possible military dimensions of Iran's nuclear program. The head of the IAEA said last week that the investigation — dubbed the PDM file — will not be a "black and white assessment," but it's still too uncomfortable for Iran. It's a big deal, as some countries like France will use the report to decide whether or not to lift economic sanctions against Iran as part of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. And while the report has always been part of the plan, Iran is back at the negotiation table, trying to keep its nuclear history in the dark. "Without the closure of the file regarding past issues, there is no possibility of implementing the JCPOA," said Admiral Ali Shamkhani, a top Iranian security official Sunday. "The P5+1 must choose between the JCPOA and leaving open the so-called PMD file."
You can expect the nObama administration to scurry back to the negotiation table, trying to ensure peace at any cost with a deal Iran never signed. But it would be better if the U.S. let the deal fall apart. As President Ronald Reagan said in his "A Time for Choosing" speech during the Cold War, "Every lesson of history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face — that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender. If we continue to accommodate, continue to back and retreat, eventually we have to face the final demand — the ultimatum."

Rebuking the Islamic State by Fighting Climate Change? On Monday, government officials from 195 countries convened in Paris for a climate conference to begin discussing how to save the world from ourselves. It would be laudable if these government officials were meeting to discuss how to unite to defeat the Islamic State — the real threat to humanity. But for now, despite Paris being the target for coordinated terrorist attacks just weeks ago, it is more important for these world “leaders” to discuss how to combat the ever-changing temperature.
During a press conference last week, Barack nObama announced his intentions to attend this Global Climate Conference, oh so bravely in the face of terrorism. Some of his comments were perhaps the most laughable if not dangerously ignorant remarks ever uttered from a commander in chief. He proclaimed, “What a powerful rebuke to the terrorists it will be when the world stands as one and shows that we will not be deterred from building a better future for our children.”
Powerful rebuke? This isn't just weak rhetoric, it's madness. It's also a lie. Does nObama or anyone else in the world really believe that the Islamic State will consider this meeting in Paris as a rebuke to jihad? The message this sends to the Islamic State is that world leaders are more concerned with the false threat of the world burning up than they are about a large group of terrorists committed to killing innocent people.
Keep in mind that this climate change summit is being held by the United Nations. The UN can turn out an estimated 40,000 people from 195 different nations to address the “threat” of climate change, but it somehow can’t get that many people on board to hold a conference to fight Islamic terrorism. As Investor's Business Daily notes, “That would require hard work and genuine dedication. Fighting global warming is easy, though. It's not a real enemy. Iran earned their way clear of international sanctions earlier this year by providing the U.N. with the information they needed to finish the investigation. But now, with the report about to be publicly released, the U.N. is telling interested parties to dampen their enthusiasm. “The report will not be black and white,” said IAEA chief Yukiya Amano at a press conference this week. He suggested that the report was less a comprehensive view of Iran’s nuclear machinations and more a “jigsaw puzzle” that member countries could piece together for themselves. He told reporters that it would be up to others to decide whether or not to lift sanctions on the basis of the report. I felt grave, as if something huge and terrible had shifted and come closer. Did you feel this too?

This is a poor prioritizing of what faces us. The public is appropriately alarmed about exactly who we might be letting in. It would be easy, and commonsensical, to follow their prompting and pause the refugee program, figure out how to screen those seeking entrance more carefully, and let in only the peaceable. “No more baby parts!” is what investigators say Robert Dear, the alleged Planned Parenthood spree killer, said after surrendering to police. It isn’t difficult to deduce his motives in shooting up a “women’s health clinic.” He was revolted by Planned Parenthood’s trade in baby parts—er, I mean fetal tissue—and he decided to pick up a gun to avenge the injustice.
Predictably, abortion supporters are using the incident to maximum political advantage. From now on, anyone who references Planned Parenthood’s lucrative side business in baby parts will be dismissed as a terrorist sympathizer. Planned Parenthood can also blame pro-lifers generally, and the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) specifically, for inspiring the shooting. Never mind the fact that CMP condemned the attack on its website, they still have blood on their hands.
The idea that Dear took his inspiration from this summer’s undercover CMP video is unfair though not entirely untrue. I’ll depart here from a lot of pro-lifers and say that the videos are linked to the shooting, though not quite in the way that Planned Parenthood would have you believe. Robert Dear was likely driven into a fit of rage after seeing CMP-produced videos but it wasn’t the videos that angered him so much as their content. That’s a substantial distinction.
In any case, CMP cannot be held responsible for the actions of an unstable third party. Leftists, I believe, would understand this principle a little better if the shoe were on the other foot. Consider, for example, terrorism directed at military recruiting stations—the 2008 bombing in Times Square, the 2009 shooting in Little Rock, and the 2015 shooting in Chattanooga. The defeatist Left does not take responsibility for these acts of terror; but should they? Only if they want to be consistent.

If one really believed that the War on Terror was a war of aggression, a calculated genocide, and a massive theft of natural resources, wouldn’t one be justified in killing a few military recruiters?
But Code Pink and International A.N.S.W.E.R. don’t think that their rhetoric makes them responsible for terrorism against military recruiters. And they’re right. Blaming them would only let the guys who actually did it off the hook. Rhetoric doesn’t kill people—people kill people.

When Gatter is asked how much she would charge for “intact tissue,” she responds by saying, “Why don’t you start by telling me what you’re used to paying?” Odd. Why should that matter? If Planned Parenthood only wants to be reimbursed for expenses then it should have one non-negotiable price. When the “buyer” refuses to name a dollar amount, Gatter replies, “You know in negotiations the person who throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?”

Yet no one has gone to jail. There were meaningless congressional hearings of course, and a few states tried to turn off the spigots of cash to this reprehensible organization but no one at Planned Parenthood is wearing an orange jumpsuit. That makes him a(n alleged) murderer and he will likely be convicted and jailed for the rest of his life, unlike the Planned Parenthood execs who have thus far been allowed to skate.
Mark my words—in the coming weeks there will be an intense media campaign to marginalize anyone who dares to mention the fact that Planned Parenthood sells baby parts. In the House of Representatives, the Fence Act passed 283 -138 on September 14, 2006. On September 29, 2006, the Fence Act passed in the Senate 80 -19. The Secure Fence Act of 2006’s goal was to help secure America’s borders to decrease illegal entry, drug trafficking, and security threats by building 700 miles of double-layered fencing along the Mexico-United States border. nObama has ignored what Congress intended. Those vehicle barriers (above) can be easily hopped by any small child or even a bald overweight blogger. I would argue this is actually even worse than it seems at first glance. Evil Acts at Planned Parenthood 
An Iraq War veteran, a woman, and a police officer were murdered Friday by a psychopath. Each victim leaves behind two children. Yet because those murders took place not in the streets of Chicago but a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs, the Left immediately began attacking pro-lifers and pushing its anti-gun message. Even Barack nObama weighed in, though he ignores most of the murders that take place on Democrat poverty plantations. The deranged killer reportedly said something about "no more baby parts," a seeming reference to the string of videos revealing Planned Parenthood's baby-parts trafficking. The nation's largest abortion mill and its Leftmedia sycophants call these videos "discredited," but that's wishful thinking. None of the victims was a Planned Parenthood worker, and, in fact, the officer was a Christian and an outspoken pro-life advocate who died defending abortionists.
Instead of blaming the evil actions of a sick individual, Planned Parenthood blamed the "hateful rhetoric" of conservatives "that reportedly fed this shooter's rage." Yet that "hateful rhetoric" is merely describing what Planned Parenthood is doing — killing babies and selling their organs in apparent violation of federal law, all while reaping $500 million a year from taxpayers.
Meanwhile, the same leftists so eager to smear all conservatives with the terrible actions of one man refuse to acknowledge the radical Islamic rationale for terrorism worldwide. They also weren't exactly quick to take blame for the man who opened fire at the headquarters of the Family Research Council after the leftist Southern Poverty Law Center accused FRC of being a "hate group."

Paris, Reeling From Terrorism, Blames Global Warming
The UN's much-anticipated COP21 — a 12-day climate summit that promises to reduce chronic health issues, quash terrorist groups, usher in social justice and all-around save the planet — gets underway today in Paris. Did we mention it's the key to stopping the raucous bloodshed from groups like the Islamic State? "I will be joining President Hollande and other world leaders in Paris for the Global Climate Conference," Barack nObama proclaimed last week from the White House before burning through an ungodly amount of fossil fuels on his way to France. "What a powerful rebuke to the terrorists it will be when the world stands as one and shows that we will not be deterred from building a better future for our children." Actually, they couldn't care less, because it's blood and dominion they're after, not a stable climate that's never existed. It's incredible the things Democrats purport will be solved by the summit. They'd say the snowstorm blanketing the Midwest this week is actually CO2 falling from the sky if it makes reaching an agreement more attainable.
But we digress. What, exactly, will the conference accomplish, assuming a deal is even reached? Even regulatory advocates aren't entirely sure. The Wall Street Journal reports, "The single most important benchmark underpinning this week's talks in Paris on climate change — two degrees Celsius — has guided climate-treaty discussions for decades, but scientists are at odds on the relevance of that target. ... Policy makers tend to assume the two-degree target expresses a solid scientific view, but it doesn't." In fact, the IPCC's own studies say nothing about this supposed benchmark. And here we thought the science was settled! "Still," adds the Journal, "many scientists back the goal because they see it as giving policy makers a clear-cut target to shoot at in the fight against global warming." Translation: Never let a good crisis go to waste.
Delegates have a lot going for them — perhaps not-so-coincidentally. Last year was (wrongly) declared the warmest on record, and a powerful El Niño virtually guarantees this year will be even hotter (based on NOAA's methodology; again, satellite data suggests otherwise). You could easily argue that things line up a little too well. As we reported earlier this year, the government is fudging global temperature data to fit the narrative, which London Telegraph writer Christopher Booker rightly says "is the biggest science scandal ever." And as Investor's Business Daily editorializes, "No one knows, nor will ever know, if man-made climate change even exists outside of imaginative thinking and flawed computer models. So no one can ever know if it's defeated or not." What a powerful message it would send to jihadis if world leaders would use all that energy in Paris to annihilate the real enemy — radical Islamic terrorism. -The Patriot Post

Deal or No Deal? Iran Never Signed It
Remember how Barack nObama's brilliant nuclear deal with Iran was supposed to protect the world from the radical mullahs obtaining the bomb? Well, it's always been the sum of all lies, but the most recent revelation is a doozy: Iran never even signed the deal and it's not legally binding. That isn't just the maniacal ranting of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, either, but the admission of nObama's own State Department. Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KS) wondered in a letter to Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry whether Congress had received the final version of the deal, given it had not been signed. hanoi-Kerry's underling, Julia Frifield, the State Department assistant secretary for legislative affairs, replied, "The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is not a treaty or an executive agreement, and is not a signed document."
So not only is it not a treaty, but it's not even an executive agreement or a signed document. It's nothing more than a handshake between liars. But don't worry, says Frifield: “The success of the JCPOA will depend not on whether it is legally binding or signed, but rather on the extensive verification measures we have put in place, as well as Iran’s understanding that we have the capacity to re-impose — and ramp up — our sanctions if Iran does not meet its commitments.” There is no chance nObama re-imposes $100+ billion in lifted sanctions, and the same goes for Europe. nObama did nothing to secure U.S. national security interests. Worse, he undermined them in exchange for an unsigned piece of paper and self-congratulatory high fives all around the State Department. Chicago Murder in Black and White “Black Friday” in Chicago was marked by protest in the heart of the retail district — the Magnificent Mile of North Michigan Avenue — over the fatal shooting of a black teenager by a Chicago Police Department patrolman. The chum in the waters of publicity drew the "Reverend" Jesse Jackson, the Chicago Teachers Union president and the district’s own elected Democrat, Rep. Bobby Rush. But that exposed the truth: Black lives matter only when the blame falls on law enforcement or another “enemy” of the Left’s “community.”
Nothing in The Patriot Post will come close to condone or justify excessive force or blatant racism in any law enforcement effort — or any other organization. However, the level of absurdity that this protest achieves in ignoring a malignant problem won’t pass without notice.
The protests stem from the arrest of Officer Jason Van Dyke last Tuesday. He was charged with first-degree murder for the Oct. 20, 2014, shooting of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald, a black male armed with a knife and with a toxicology report showing he was high on PCP. McDonald had been tracked for “nearly a half-mile, from a trucking yard where he had been breaking into vehicles through a Burger King parking lot and onto busy Pulaski Road,” according to the Chicago Tribune. Officer Van Dyke apparently emptied his 16-round pistol upon exiting his squad car in the multi-car pursuit of the now-deceased. The Chicago Police Department dash-cam videos will be critical in this case.
But where is Officer Jason Van Dyke? He’s in jail awaiting justice. So why the riots and protests? Obvious questions have to be asked of Jackson, Rush, the Chicago Teachers Union and the angry protesters regarding this one death. -The Patriot Post

Palestinian Authority (PA) leader Mahmoud Abbas has repeatedly claimed during the past few weeks that the terrorists are setting out to kill Jews out of "despair and frustration" and the lack of a "political horizon." But Abbas seems intentionally to be ignoring that it is he and his Palestinian Authority who are responsible -- together with Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other Palestinian factions -- for the violence, as a result of their daily incitement against Israel. This is yet another instance in which anyone could have predicted what was going to happen. Throughout the past year, Abbas has been telling his people that Israel was planning to destroy the Al-Aqsa Mosque and "change the Arab and Islamic character and identity" of Jerusalem. Jihadists kill 3 in attack on UN base in Mali
{CALEB WEISS} ~ Jihadists attacked a UN base in Mali in the northern city of Kidal this morning, killing three and wounding a number of others... Two of those killed were UN peacekeepers from Guinea, according to Reuters. The other victim is said to have been a civilian contractor who worked at the base. The assault began early today when jihadists fired rockets and mortars into the camp. “We have three dead and four seriously injured,” a UN spokesperson told Reuters. He noted that around 20 people in total were injured and needed medical evacuations. Ansar Dine, an al Qaeda-affiliated group led by Iyad Ag Ghaly, claimed responsibility in a phone call to Agence France-Presse (AFP). They should praise the likes of North Carolina’s Rep. Mark Walker (R-NC), not gin up primary threats. If they are genuine, pro-life leaders must tell Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McCon-nell (R-KY) that they will not support any reconciliation bill unless it “fully repeals nObamacare pursuant to Senate rules.” And we will continue to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with leading pro-life groups in demanding the GOP leadership do everything they can to defund Planned Parenthood.

I tried to come up with some reliable number of unemployed Americans. You certainly can not believe the Bureau of Labor Statistics. They quote somewhere around 2.1 Million. Now that is plainly BS. By many rough estimates it is around 26 to 28 Million. And that does not include all of the people who really could be added to that figure. We have a country that is literally falling apart, the roads, bridges, and almost every thing you can name, forget the economy and look at the nations capital building. Why are they spending so much money on it ? The government does not care about the economy when it worries about the government. It would have to be borrowed money since we are 19+ Trillion in debt and borrowing a million an hour. So now I ask, why do we have immigration ? Of course the political prostitutes that are owned and paid for by the globalist corporate patrons of the United States Chamber of Commerce and the Business Round Table. They advocate for open borders and use the patrons use the cheap labor of illegal aliens to save having to pay living wages to Americans.
As far as allowing "refugees into our country, the proven modern day history is that the afore mentioned patrons hire some and many get on to the welfare train. Very few really desire to assimilate, but rather as the Islamists have shown worldwide, they want to have their own Sharia law. Now common sense should tell any American with an IQ above 0, that we as a nation have a a supreme law, the United States Constitution and all laws legislated in accordance with it. We are a nation of rule of law. WE were founded by that supreme law and there can be no other legal system of laws. In other words, Sharia law is unConstitutional and therefore illegal. Now, that said, we have 100's of thousands of Americans living on our streets, many of them ex military. We can not, or is it our government chooses not to help them ? That in its self is a national disgrace.
All of that said, I have yet to hear ANY logical reason to continue our immigration and "refugee" programs.
If we are going to feel sorry for people, look here at our own country, which was built by the blood , sweat and teats of Americans. Are we going to give it away to people that had nothing to do with making it the best country in the world ?
I look at the news videos of the Syrian "refugees" and they look healthier what you see on many American streets.and certainly many look military age. Why are they not staying home and fighting for their country ?
It is not just a little suspicious.
