The Attorney General and Supreme Court should be voted in by the people because they get paid by and are supposed to work for the people. Are things going to be worse than they are now? I doubt it. Furthermore, if things don't go well the only ones the people have to blame are themselves.
Memories God's Golden Gift
Whisps of thought that perish not, mirages of images... long forgot. Childhood days of true delight, those happy images of days and night ... Let us recall them all, in our somber years. That night may give way to a brighter day, the gift of memory, God's hidden treasure so bright.. too light the way...
That, our joy may be full and our lives affirmed... with merry remembrances, all in turn... Filled with stories, often embellished, but never forgotten... nor so thoughtfully relished... when needed, so cherished and prized... let our eyes see once more, the sated prize; the smiling faces of girls and boys... The happy embrace, of friends with joy.
Can there be a more glorious regale, than to remember one's youthful tale... Too, look with the magic and wizardry of our soul... to, see what is better, than silver and gold... The envy of childhood pirates, and earthly booty... bold. For there, neither mouth nor worm may invade our hope... Where, we with pleasure, rejoice and glory in God's grace.
And, so it is with man... whose hope is forever renewed... to see at once the adventure of his youth... at peace, knowing God ordered it all... for the great and small, the rich and poor, our lives in order... secure where time no longer resides, where our memories never die.
By: Ronald A. Nelson
COL. US Army (ret.)
Golden Memories are truly the gift of God... a treasure no man may steal... that never fade nor fail to reveal... God's Promise to us all, of better days and peaceful ways, of heavens gates and God's Grace... God's gift to Man that he may never FORGET or find himself alone...
We have lost a stanch defender of the constitution. Was there any word on Justice Scalia being in poor health. NO !
My fiends it is common knowledge that communists will resort to political MURDER to further their ends. I know I'm going to get called paranoid. But with what has transpired over the last going on eight years ? I believe I have every right to be paranoid.
My friends there is so much at stake here. The liberal communists know this. They see as we do that it's very serious. Barry Soetoro and his entire political agenda will be gone. Sanders has a snowballs chance in hell of winning. If Blumberg runs as an independent ? Just put a fork in the democrats. He wont pull any conservative votes in a general election.
Waddle the Hutt is sinking so fast people can't just ship fast enough. So the communists are desperate. That is why I truly believe that like other strange deaths in the last going on eight years this one really is questionable. The timing is too good for the communists.
What say you people. Are we seeing a setup ?

Congrats to Ted Cruz, who stunned pundits who said a conservative could not score high in New Hampshire, for finishing strong in the primary.
Okay, folks, here is why Ted Cruz is eligible to be president according to the Constitution. First, I wish to give a shout-out to my dear friend, Mike "Mr. Constitution" Holler, author of The Constitution Made Easy. Mike explained and confirmed Cruz's eligibility.
In a nutshell, the first immigration law passed by Congress and signed by George Washington says, "And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens[.]" An additional qualification is that the father of such children must have lived at some time in the U.S. There you have it, folks.
The Congressional Research Service published a paper on this question.
Considering the history of the constitutional provision, the clause's apparent intent, the English common law expressly applicable in the American colonies and in all of the original states, the common use and meaning of the phrase "natural born" subject in England and the American colonies in the 1700s, and the subsequent action of the first Congress in enacting the Naturalization Act of 1790 (expressly defining the term "natural born citizen" to include those born abroad to U.S. citizens), it appears that the most logical inferences would indicate that the phrase "natural born Citizen" would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship "by birth" or "at birth." Such interpretation, as evidenced by over a century of American case law, would include as natural born citizens those born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction regardless of the citizenship status of one's parents, or those born abroad of one or more parents who are U.S. citizens (as recognized by statute), as opposed to a person who is not a citizen by birth and is thus an "alien" required to go through the legal process of naturalization to become U.S. Citizen.
GOP establishment elites are exploiting ignorance regarding Cruz's eligibility because they despise Cruz. Who does this guy think he is, bucking the system, standing up for The People against the Washington Cartel, getting into the face of GOP Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell? By the way, McConnell announced that the GOP will not oppose Obama in any way this year, fearful it would anger voters and hurt the GOP's chances of winning the WH.
McConnell's surrender gifted Obama free rein to continue regarding the U.S. Constitution as little more than toilet paper. Thus, our outlaw president will fast-track implementing as many anti-American and anti-God leftist dream initiatives as possible in his remaining time in office.
Ted Cruz has been and continues to be a rare voice sounding the alarm and pushing back against Obama repealing our God-given freedom and liberty.
Then there are those who simply do not believe that a true conservative can win the general election. They are using the bogus issue of Cruz's eligibility as cover for not supporting a fellow Christian and stand-up guy.
Voters who do not believe that a true conservative can win the presidency are, in essence, saying they believe we have lost our country. Righteousness, morals, and traditional values no longer rule the day. Thus, Cruz is too goody-two-shoes for the masses.
Well, I do not believe that, folks. I believe that if we rally behind Ted Cruz, a good man can still win the presidency in America.
Proverbs 29:2: "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn."
Let's put the "righteous in authority," folks. Ted Cruz.
LLOYD MARCUS, The Unhyphenated American
CHAIRMAN, The Conservative Campaign Committee
I have always considered conservatism to be the political philosophy of the thinking man. We don’t vote on a whim. We research the issues and vet our candidates. Most of us are people who hold ourselves to high moral principles, and we expect the same from our elected representatives. That’s what makes the popularity of Donald Trump so ironic. I understand that Conservatives are tired of the Washington status quo. Tired of Republican politicians who talk a good line and promise what ever to get elected and then don’t deliver. We are disgusted with the disingenuousness of political correctness and long for someone with enough chutzpa to stand up and speak the truth. Donald Trump is not that man.
We’ve all known that the left has its low information voters, people who are not motivated to delve into a candidate’s record, or history. Uncomfortable with the concept of personal responsibility, wallowing in perpetual victimhood, this constituency will vote for the candidate who seems most capable of providing a life free from worry or want. The progressive movement depends on these suckling lambs and leads them, like a herd, to the polls every election. Unfortunately Conservatism also has its useful idiots. People who vote based on emotion. They’ll choose the candidate who says what they want to hear, no mater his background. Trump appeals to these people. A consummate entertainer, Trump knows how to work an audience for maximum response. An inveterate attention whore, he thrives on working an audience into a frenzy. Trump paints himself as a Washington outsider, but from the ham-fisted attempt at quoting scripture at Liberty University, his way of pandering to whatever crowd he encounters, to his passive aggressive style of attacking his opponents, The Donald has proven that he is a very skilled politician. What he is not, is a statesman. Arrogant and petulant, he has at times behaved like a spoiled toddler or a playground bully. While many praise his outspokenness, there is a difference between being politically incorrect and being crass and vulgar. Trump does not know this difference; he says the first thing that pops into his mind however outlandish. No world leader would take him seriously.
Conservatives want a President who understands basic economics. One who will press for a balanced budget and get our fiscal house in order. But is Trump really the type of businessman for the job? Unlike businessmen like Herman Cain or Mitt Romney, who have a history of taking failing businesses, making the tough cuts and restoring them to solvency, Trump is a real-estate speculator. He takes investors money, or takes out loans, then sinks that money into risky ventures. Many times it has paid off big, making him millions, but it has also landed him in bankruptcy four times. Is this really the kind of businessman we want in charge of our tax dollars?
As for his Conservative credentials, Trump is hard to pin down. He has a history of donating to whatever candidate he could get the most use out of whether they were Liberal or Conservative. He donated to Hillary Clinton and Rahm Emanual to name a few. He didn’t make these donations because he believed in these politicians, no, he donated for favors. This is exactly the kind of cronyism that makes our representatives so unresponsive to the needs of the people who elect them. Trump has used the very system that is the biggest problem in Washington. He has supported then unsupported an assault weapon ban, and a single payer health care system. While it might be possible that he has had a change of heart about these issues, the fact that many of the changes are recent, leads one to question whether this is genuine, or just pandering for the Conservative vote.
We slam Ted Cruz because of a couple of campaign faux pas; we don’t trust Marco Rubio because he was part of the Gang of Eight. We scrutinize every facet of the other candidates. But just like Obama, for whom none of his numerous offenses seem to stick, we have simply chosen to overlook all the vast and varied reasons why Donald Trump is the wrong person to be the Republican nominee.
We have let this circus go on far too long. The stakes are far too high. The very future of our once great nation and our way of life are at stake. So confident of his chance of winning, the Donald will most assuredly run as an Independent if he doesn’t get the Republican nomination. This will fracture the Conservative vote, and hand the White House over to a Liberal Crone or a died in the wool Socialist. True Conservatives hoped we would be able to have a real leader, someone we could whole-heartedly support, instead of voting for the lesser of two evils. Looks like we will be disappointed again
“It’s illegal to offend people,” said the UT-Austin police officer to a Christian evangelist. The officer then proceeded to write the evangelist a citation. Yes, that actually happened in America. Thankfully, the citation was later voided and the officer received re-training.
The event occurred just off campus where two evangelists were preaching against homosexuality. According to the police officer, a student complained that he was being “verbally harassed” which in fact he was not. The whiney student, if he exists at all, was simply being exposed to words and ideas that offended him. The accusation of “verbal harassment” is the authoritarian censor’s primary weapon against our constitutional rights.
Three officers responded to the call (three!) and together the five of them then proceeded to have a conversation that was cordial but nonetheless alarming. Most of the conversation occurred between an evangelist named Joshua Borchert and a certain Officer Wormsley, who proceeded to inform Borchert that he had a duty to enforce the law; and the law, according to Wormsley, is that any speech that offends anyone is illegal. He’s apparently never heard of this other law called the US Constitution.
“We had somebody that was offended by the gestures that you were making,” said Wormsley. “And that’s our job is to make sure that that doesn’t happen because these are students that’s walking in this mall right here. I know you’re not on campus. But you’re right off campus offending students on the campus. So the job here is to write you up as a citation, disorderly conduct, for offending someone.”
Officer Wormsley later conferred with another officer, saying: “He indicates that it’s [his] first amendment, he can say what he wants, freedom of speech, but that’s not what the law says. The law says, I mean, if you offend somebody, if they want to press charges, you can’t do that.”
Perhaps the most terrifying part in the video is when Borchert asked the three police officers if they have ever issued citations for the “crime” of causing offense. “Yes,” said one cop. “Oh yes,” said another. When Borchert asked what fine the judge might impose the officer replied: “We write so many, I can’t answer that question for you.” That alone should tell you that this is not an isolated incident.
Nor is it confined to UT-Austin. Across the fruited plain, on campuses both public and private, universities strictly regulate student speech. The first amendment watchdog group Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) annually rates colleges on their free speech policies using a color-coded system. A green rating means that a college adheres to constitutional free speech protections, a yellow light means that a school has at least one ambiguous policy that encourages abuse and arbitrary application, and a red light means that a school blatantly violates its students’ rights. UT-Austin received a red rating in FIRE’s most recent report, as did 49.3 percent of the 440 campuses studied. Only 5 percent got a green rating.
I wish I could say that I’m shocked by this but I’m not. College campuses are hostile environments for all of our first amendment rights but especially to our right to free speech. It wasn’t that long ago when I was studying at a large public university where I witnessed with my own eyes an utter disregard for freedom of speech. Within my first few weeks at the University of Massachusetts I was stunned to see a list of banned words hanging in a dormitory. This isn’t Communist China, I thought; public universities can’t just ban words. Oh but they do.
The list was composed entirely of “homophobic” slurs, including one which I hadn’t previously known to be “homophobic” at all. That word was “buttmunch,” which I had never before associated with homosexuals. I have since learned that munching butt is a common practice among male homosexuals which explains why they suffer from so many intestinal parasites. They eat a lot of feces, you know? So I learned something new that day—I’m not allowed to say “buttmunch” because it offends people who munch butt.
But really, who are they to tell me what words I may use? “Homophobic” slurs are absolutely covered by the first amendment, full stop. The whole purpose of the first amendment is to protect offensive speech. But alas, UMass received a red rating from FIRE and for good reason; it’s basically a gulag on a picturesque New England campus.
It’s important to note however that the campus authoritarians are not just cops and administrators. The students are cool with being told what to say and they won’t hesitate to rat you out for thought crimes. Censorship is accepted practice and no one bats an eyelash. A McLaughlin & Associates survey of college students completed in 2015 found that 51 percent of students favored campus speech codes while a mere 36 percent dissented. Thirty-five percent said that the Constitution does not protect “hate speech,” an imprecise term that basically means whatever liberals hate hearing. Among self-described liberals 30 percent said that the first amendment was “outdated.”
Free speech is all too often perceived as a shield for bigots to hide behind—which it is, of course, though I don’t mean to imply that everyone accused of bigotry by the campus authoritarians is guilty as charged. “Bigotry” is an all-purpose word used to describe Orwellian thought crimes, most of which are not bigoted at all. It nonetheless protects authentic bigotry too. There’s absolutely no need to parse out the difference between genuine bigoted speech and non-bigoted speech because both are constitutionally protected. Yet campus authoritarians don’t want anyone to have a shield to protect themselves so they attempt to delegitimize first amendment protections as somehow cowardly; as if standing against majority opinion doesn’t take guts. “Quit hiding behind the first amendment!” they shout. Why the heck shouldn’t someone hide behind the first amendment? That’s what it’s for—protection.
Part of the reason that censorship is so rampant on college campuses is that people are by nature selfish. They want protection for themselves but won’t extend it to others. The average campus liberal doesn’t appreciate the value of free speech because it never occurs to him that he might someday be the purveyor of an unpopular idea. In all likelihood, he never will need constitutional protections because, by the standards of his campus, he is in fact a very conventional thinker. He is a member of the “in group” who feels entitled to gag the “out group.”
He reasons, not incorrectly, that censorship only affects the other guy. But he errs in assuming that it only affects bad people with very wrong ideas. In this regard he shares a lot in common with the seventeenth century Catholic theologian Jacques-Bénigne Bossuet, a very intolerant member of the French aristocracy who once said: “I have the right to persecute you because I am right and you are wrong.”
That type of thinking was common in Europe before the Enlightenment but it’s anathema to the ideals that America was founded upon. Granted, America has often failed to live up to those ideals, from Comstockery to official censorship during the Civil War and both world wars, if only because ideals are things we strive for even when they are not perfectly achieved.
But we aren’t even striving for that ideal anymore; at least not on college campuses. The very notion that people can just speak their minds is considered dangerous in and of itself. It’s a thought too scary for a generation raised in safe zones to contemplate. Ideas must be controlled!
My only hope is that the Constitution will protect us and someday this will all be straightened out, perhaps by some watershed court decision. But I doubt it. Our constitutional rights are only as good as the public officials who interpret and enforce them. I have little faith that tomorrow’s judges, cops, and college administrators will allow the first amendment to be anything more than dead words on a page, hypocritically maintained in theory while endlessly violated in practice. After all, the students who clamor for “safe spaces” today will someday be the public officials whose job it is to safeguard our freedoms. This is truly the first authoritarian generation reared on American soil. Should they fail to mature in their appreciation for the first amendment our freedom will be lost.

I would like to take a little time to address liberals. Specifically those liberals who are drooling over Bernie Sanders.
You know who you are.
You are the ones who pee yourselves every time Grumpy mentions free crap. He’s going to give you this for free, that for free, other things for free, EVERYTHING for free. Free healthcare. Free college tuition.
Free childcare…which goes along nicely with his proposals to expand the welfare system by which women can have as many babies as they want, by as many different men as they can roll around with and then have all their child care paid for…for FREE and if those welfare moms want to send their little welfare rug rats off to pre-school…
WELL THAT’S GONNA BE FREE TOO!!!
Yep…a vote for Bernie is a vote for FREE crap for the rest of your life and, if you’re a good little socialist…you’ll get a free pony.
Ol’ Bernie sure is the generous sort, isn’t he?
"Got it," Ambinder replied. And sure enough, in the journalist's finished piece, all three of Clinton's demands were met in the first paragraph. Fellow Beltway scribbler Mike Allen of Politico also used the adjective "muscular" to describe Clinton's speech, implying that he too followed directions from Clinton's spin machine. The two journalists violated a key tenet of the Society of Professional Journalists' Code of Ethics: To act independently because "[t]he highest and primary obligation of ethical journalism is to serve the public." People may debate whether or not Clinton generally receives favorable media coverage, but it seems evident that some reporters are content to become Clinton's presstitutes. And then they wonder why nobody trusts the Leftmedia. -The Patriot Post1) You in your own voice describe them as "muscular"
2) You note that a look at the CFR seating plan shows that all the envoys — from Holbrooke to Mitchell to Ross — will be arrayed in front of her, which in your own clever way you can say certainly not a coincidence and meant to convey something
3) You don't say you were blackmailed!

In Part 1 of this two part report, we, the Right Side Patriots, laid the groundwork for the further melding together of what were two independent investigations…one into Hillary’s emails and one into Benghazi.
In Part 1, we centered in on a key email, one out of many sent between Hillary Clinton and a former Ambassador to Israel, one which outlined a proposal to engage in covert activity to force “protests” within Gaza that would lead to escalating violence and even more Israeli deaths in order to blackmail, for lack of a better word, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu into ceding even more land and security to Hamas.
We also reported that while the attacks in Benghazi were ongoing, Obama held a long phone conversation with Netanyahu (confirmed by the White House and others), and our belief, is that at least a portion of that call, revolved around Obama’s attempt to try and pass off Ambassador Stevens as a scapegoat, making Steven’s the ‘bad guy’ who masterminded the gun running operation between Libyan ‘so-called’ rebels and Syrian ‘so-called’ rebels, a ploy Netanyahu of course did not buy into. And why…because of knowledge already passed on to Netanyahu by his own intel community…as in the Mossad operatives already embedded in Benghazi.
But now is the time to name names and put the pieces of the puzzle together.

{constitutionrising.com} ~ nObama starts out this week’s attempt to coerce us into obedience with a compliment on America’s passion for innovation. A passion is a dangerous thing to have identified by this guy because it means he’s chosen it as a means of manipulation... He adds a few more flowery words about a “spirit of discovery” and entrepreneurship that “helps us meet any challenge and the table is set. He says, “One of the greatest challenges of our time is climate change.” Actually, one of the greatest challenges is preventing lying communist agitators from using the fraud of climate change as a tool to destroy our nation.” nObama brags, “Over the past seven years we’ve made historic investments” investments are taxpayer funded subsidies to green energy shill companies to raid the treasury. Any claim as to the price of their “clean” energy should include the cost of those subsidies. They never do; it’s a huge negative that nObama leaves out for obvious reasons. http://constitutionrising.com/archives/25824

Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty.
Seek the truth and let the people know. Truth and knowledge diffused among the people are necessary for the reclamation and preservation of our Democracy, rights, freedom and liberties.
Globalization making world poverty
The making of Poverty is the worse crime against humanity. The .01% commits Crimes against Humanity through intentional policy to create poverty and the murder of children.
The oligarchs, that control, The IMF, The World Bank, The WTO and the US multinational corporations deceive us. Their agenda of free trade and globalization to eradicate world poverty is a farce, the truth is that free trade and globalization created more poverty in the world and made the 1% richer and more powerful, that now they control the US and many countries in the world.
2016 must be the year of "Economic Justice for All" and stop the murdering of millions of people including innocent children. The choices to kill by deception and lies, began with George W. Bush and Obama unlawful wars, and the IMF and world Bank ensnare the world in this escalating and unpayable debt and then allow the debt-burdened and war victims to die by the hundreds of millions with ongoing lies by government officials and the corporate media sycophants criminals that committed these crimes against Humanity.
The Nature of Poverty - Poverty is not merely the lack of adequate financial resources. It entails a more profound kind of deprivation, a denial of full participation in the economic, social, and political life of society and an inability to influence decisions that affect one's life. It means being powerless in a way that assaults not only one's pocketbook but also one's fundamental human dignity. This means that the poor are, by definition powerlessness, marginalized and oppressed by the 1%, the oligarchs that control our country.
The question we must ask is: what is our purpose and commitment of being an American, what are our principles? The US Declaration of Independence is honored for asserting unalienable rights of “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” for each and every human being. The cruelest violation of these cherished ideals is, that by intentional sadistic policies over 22,000 children die every day from preventable poverty and hunger, while we are engaging in unlawful wars, piling our country with debt made with money out of thin air.
The US spends over $600 billion per year on the military to support their military war mongers. The .01% oligarchs “legally” hide $20 to $30 trillion in offshore tax havens product of this rigged economy designed to make them richer and peak inequality. This .01% parasitic loot is twenty to thirty times the amount to end global poverty forever since the total amount to end poverty is $100 billion Dollars. Ending poverty and promoting education will reduce population growth rates increase productivity, reduces strains on resources, and will end global terrorism.
We are the solution, we must end government corruption and stop the oligarchs from controlling our government, we must not let money buy the White House and place as President another of their puppet. We need in the White House a statesman that will defend our US Constitution and represent the people not the oligarchs, we must end crony capitalism, monopolies and military interventions, only congress must call for war in defense of our country and end the protection of corrupt corporations predators of the world community.

We know that the Bush Administration planned and started the wars under the pretense of defending the American people from terrorism and our national security; this was a lie and a deception because we were not under any foreign threat. As the candidates now focus on South Carolina and Nevada in preparation for Super Tuesday, what have we learned from New Hampshire?
Plenty.
And what we have learned is far more than just who won, who lost and who placed where. There is a whole lot more to the lessons of New Hampshire than that and to fully understand the landscape of the race for the White House, we need to do a dissection of what transpired in New Hampshire.
Trump won. We all pretty much knew that before the first votes were cast at midnight Tuesday morning. It came as no surprise even to those of us who are nauseated by Trump and his total lack of substance or any viable, articulated plan.
Bernie Sanders, the avowed socialist came in first on the liberal/socialist side of the primary and that too was a foregone conclusion as he was a light year ahead of Hillary in New Hampshire throughout the run up to Tuesday’s primary.
Is Mr. Trump a Conservative through and through, who knows but him. I do know that after all these miserable heartbreaking years with Obama, living out his Marxist dreams, this country needs a strong man at the helm, a man beholding to nobody. We need a man that can look in the face of the terrorists and spit in their eye. We need a man that recognizes how desperately weak this country has become and knows what to do to rectify it. I like how he brings up Gen. Patton, one of the greatest Generals ever and says that’s what we need, not the milksops we hear and see now. I like what he wants to do for the veterans, how he is going to finally have the southern wall built and Mexico pay for it. I like how he plans to bring our manufacturing businesses back, I like how finally there is a man that believes in America first. He is pro 2nd. Amendment. What the hell are we looking for in a President if not someone especially like Mr. Trump? Is he a Conservative? He is the man we need so great feats can be accomplished and we have a country again. My hope is for BHO to be impeached and indicted along with Hillary, no two have ever deserved it more.
