Fellow Americans, 2015 and 2016 are the years of political revolution, Democrats and Republicans are fed up with Washington corrupt politicians, puppets of the oligarchs. We only have two candidates that will change the path of America’s self-destruction; they are Bernie Sanders and Rand Paul. We must become activist and stand for America. 2016 is mean to be the year of reclamation and the turning point to reclaim our Constitution, our country’s principles and values and most important our God given rights to freedom, Liberty and the rule of law. Our country has serious issues; we have become a country with a large corrupt powerful government that is controlled by the oligarchs; the oligarchs own and control this system of monopolist predator corporatism and our government, that have destroyed our economic and the means for the American worker to earn living wages, sufficient to meet their basic needs to support their families and to provide discretionary income and the means to finance the education of their children’s. To be more precise, Americans want their dignity back and Living Wages; a livable wages free of any handouts, social service or welfare assistant we want our dignity and freedom back.
Democrats and Republicans must become one voice and vote for America; we believe that before anything, we are Americans and the foundation of our country is our US Constitution. We will not allow the use of any political ideology to destroy our country nor our economic and welfare.
This is the truth, Democrats and Republicans are responsible for the destruction of millions of Americans jobs, the demise of our economic freedom and they are the promoters of slave wages, the oligarchs got richer at the expenses of the American working class and use their money to control our economic and our government. We must show the oligarchs that all the money in the world will not be enough to control the destine of the American people, our country is a country of liberty; by the people and for the people.

.F. Rolls on Videotaping Guns and Ammo Sales
Second Amendment supporters…now we know. In San Francisco politics, a Mexican illegal immigrant using a stolen gun in a high-profile murder is more of a gun issue than an immigration issue.
One would think Francisco Sanchez, a 45-year old a man with 7 felony convictions and who has been deported 5 times, would trigger an immediate review of the sanctuary city’s immigration policy. Instead, his random shooting of innocent 32-year old Kathryn Steinle at a San Francisco pier is sadly the trigger behind a new push for stricter new gun control, specifically videotaping guns and ammo sales.
A firearm stolen from a federal agent four days earlier was used in the murder. Somehow, this has provided all of the ammunition necessary for shooting down gun rights. As we explored earlier, Mark Farrell of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors went ahead yesterday and asked the city’s attorney’s office to draft his proposed legislation into a new city ordinance. It is expected to be formally submitted and voted on in September.
These strict gun laws would mandate the following:
- All sales of guns and ammunition within San Francisco city limits will be required to be videotaped. This follows the precedent set by the other big city anti-gun governments of New York and more recently, Chicago.
- The video recordings will need to be stored for a period of at least five years.
- At least once a week, the data on all sales transactions involving guns and ammo must be transmitted to the San Francisco Police Department.
“More big brother watching. More big government interference,” said Ares Armor CEO, Bryce Stirlen. “This proposal infringes on the freedom of citizens to legally exercise their Second Amendment Rights in privacy if they choose. Or, it may wrongly force them to leave San Francisco to do so.”
Supervisor Farrell says the city must do all it can to protect its citizens including videotaping guns and ammo sales. He believes stronger local oversight of guns and ammunition is needed because the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is understaffed and unable to handle it all.
Ironically in San Francisco a gun shop by the name of High Bridge Arms is the only one in business within city limits. The store which already has security cameras is strongly against the proposed gun law. General manager, Steven Alcairo, told KTVU-TV, “It is a very intrusive law that will accomplish absolutely nothing. As of right now I would refuse that, unless they brought a subpoena.”
Mark Farrell countered by saying, “To me, this is no-brainer legislation.” If approved by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, the new restrictions on videotaping guns and ammo sales would go into effect by the end of 2016

Miami Herald: “Carlos Lopez-Cantera, the former state lawmaker who rose from relative obscurity as Miami-Dade County property appraiser to become next-in-line to the Florida governor, will run for the U.S. Senate, casting himself as the heir to Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio. ‘I’m running because I want to work for you, to be a part of the solution, not part of the problem,’ Lopez-Cantera said Wednesday in a YouTube video released in advance of a scheduled announcement speech at 1:30 p.m. in the Miami-Dade suburb of Doral. -Fox News

Forget Congress, nObama's Taking the Iran Deal to the UN
It took years to get other nations on board with sanctions against Iran, and Barack nObama has done his best to undo all that work — for nothing in return. Meanwhile, Congress tried to insert itself into the process, but all it got was an empty political victory. Congress now needs a two-thirds majority todisapprove of nObama's bad deal. But it might not even matter, as nObama could essentially skip Congress altogether. CNS News reports, "Despite a legal obligation to allow Congress to review the Iran nuclear agreement for 60 days, the nObama administration will press ahead with a U.N. Security Council resolution enshrining the deal, likely within days." According to Secretary of State hanoi John Kerry, implementation of the agreement will begin "within 90 days of the UN Security Council endorsing the deal." nObama has worked his deal, declared it's awesome, threatened to veto any congressional measure of disapproval, and wants to get on with securing the UN's seal of approval for his legacy-building enterprise. And yet he had the temerity to say, "I welcome a robust debate in Congress on this issue and I welcome scrutiny of the details of this agreement." Sanctuary Cities Shield Thousands of Felonious Illegal Immigrants
The recent murder of Kathryn Steinle by felon and serial-deportee Fransisco Sanchez in San Francisco elucidated a little-known policy that allows illegal aliens to skirt immigration enforcement measures. Cities like San Francisco that adopt such policies typically don't necessarily seek out undocumented immigrants, but they also don't enforce deportation, which yields the same result. And it's a much bigger problem than we're led to believe. Citing a 2014 government report provided under a Freedom of Information Act request, Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, drops this bombshell revelation: "State and local sanctuary policies caused the release of more than 8,000 criminal alien offenders sought by ICE for deportation in 276 jurisdictions around the country over an eight-month period [January 1, 2014, to August 31, 2014], according to ICE records obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies in a FOIA request. Sixty-three percent of the individuals freed by local authorities had prior criminal histories or were labeled a public safety concern at the time of their release. Nearly 1,900 of the released offenders subsequently were arrested for another crime within that eight-month period. ICE arrested approximately 750 of the recidivists, but just over 1,000 (60 percent) remained at large." These 8,000 criminal aliens — and thousands more since then — were allowed back onto our streets because one party cares more about votes than security. Gun Free Zones Are Shameful, Provide Terrorists With Targets
{rickwells.us} ~ Donald Trump joined Bill O’Reilly to discuss the Chattanooga Islamic Terrorist shooting and what can be done to better defend America against threats of this nature... Trump’s first question to O’Reilly is as to whether or not the offices in which the attacks took place were “gun free” zones, which O’Reilly learned during the break that they were. Trump faults a total lack of respect for America, our military and our law enforcement as being at the root of the problem, describing as “absolutely ridiculous” the policy of our Marines not being allowed to be armed and being reduced to unarmed targets as absolutely disgraceful. There is a need, according to Trump, for better intelligence, noting that the father of this shooter is himself a radical and that things like this don’t occur in a vacuum.

The Commitment of the Cities to recognize the blatant political motivations and objectives. The Vatican is joining with like-minded Marxist Democrats to force unconstitutional controls on the American people. Francis is clearly working to implement a global climate religion of Earth worship, though in the initial stages it will be sold as humanitarian and in keeping with the Bible. Marxism and Christianity are incompatible and this guy is clearly a Marxist. That’s a serious concern for Catholics when he minds his own business. Most likely is there will be a “sort of” agreement, where the parties announce they’ve resolved all outstanding issues but they still have to fill in some details..This will enable the talks to meet the congressional deadline of July 9th. If a deal is announced by the 9th congress will get 30 days to analyze and vote on the pact. After the 9th they get 60 days..With the “sort of” scenario the P5+1 and Iranians would move in parallel to implement various commitments, the Iranians would have to work with the IAEA on its unresolved concerns regarding Iran’s weapons program (PMDs). By the winter time the IAEA would provide a face-saving way for the parties to declare Iran is cooperating (just like they did with the yellowcake conversion). This scenario would be very attractive to the nObama administration because it puts off granting Iran sanctions relief until the IAEA makes some noises about the Iranians cooperating, and after congress votes. nObama will tell Congress that “of course PMDs will be resolved before any sanctions relief is granted” and after Congress votes the lawmakers will have no leverage to stop the administration from caving..

If Kermit Gosnell and Margaret Sanger had a love child, it might be Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services, who, in an undercover video released Tuesday, appears to be calmly brokering the sale of body parts as if she were negotiating over lawn furniture at a garage sale.
In one disturbing video and its appalling transcript, made by the non-profit group Center for Medical Progress, which describes itself as “dedicated to monitoring and reporting on medical ethics and advances”, it is made clear that the alleged noble crusade against unwanted children is a fraud, and that Planned Parenthood’s interest in abortion is a financial one and that human life is just a commodity to be bought and sold on the open market.

It's long been a truism that more guns means less crime. That may seem like a paradox, but when criminals have to wonder if potential victims are armed, it decreases the likelihood they'll commit a crime. Now, according to a new report set to be released by the Crime Prevention Research Center, we learn that murder rates have fallen at the same time concealed carry permits have skyrocketed. We don't think that's a coincidence. Since 2007, the number of people with concealed carry permits has nearly tripled — from 4.6 million to 12.8 million. And 2014 enjoyed a 15.4% increase over 2013 in permit applications, while seven states don't even require a permit. According to The Washington Times, we can thank Barack nObama, in a manner of speaking: "Between 1999 to 2007, the number of permits increased by about 240,000 per year. But in the next four years, during Mr. nObama's first term in the White House, the number of new permits issued jumped to 850,000 per year. From 2011 to 2013, the number increased by 1.5 million, rising to 1.7 million last year." Meanwhile, both the murder rate and violent crime rate dropped 25%. {Joseph Klein} ~ The United States and its five negotiating partners (Russia, China, France, the United Kingdom and Germany) reached an agreement July 14th on the final terms of a deal with Iran... under which Iran would curb its nuclear program for a period of time in return for sanctions relief. The agreement, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (or JCPOA for short), will go into effect on what is called “Adoption Day” - the date 90 days after the endorsement of the JCPOA by the UN Security Council, or such earlier date as may be determined by mutual consent of the JCPOA participants. The Security Council is expected to act within days to endorse the deal. During his victory lap announcing that a final deal had been reached with Iran, President nObama warned that he would veto any congressional legislation blocking his legacy foreign policy achievement. The president declared that the agreement was "built on verification," not trust. nObama Gets Peevish at His Press Conference

President nObama got all upset when asked Wednesday at his press conference by Major Garrett of CBS News... why he was “content” to leave U.S. hostages in Iran as part of the nuclear deal... Major later admitted that he was trying to get under nObama’s skin a bit, which is what a reporter should do in order to elicit an unscripted response. Amazingly, for asking a direct question, even some of Major’s colleagues are apparently calling him disrespectful, like CNN’s Dana Bash. nObama is obviously sensitive about the topic, as he should be. Can you really negotiate a “deal” with another country that is holding your citizens hostage? It was certainly another sign of our desperation and perhaps contributed to the lousy deal we got.

Yes, that Susan Rice — the nObama mouthpiece who infamously claimed on a handful of TV talk shows that the deadly Benghazi attack was prompted by an amateurish YouTube video. The same Susan Rice who stunningly declared that accused Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl served his country with “honor and distinction.” So, here now comes Ms. Rice with her latest attempt at a spin-to-win media appearance — this one in defense of President nObama’s Iran deal that’s drawing so much bipartisan fire. However, the nObama surrogate may have stepped in it while talking to Wolf Blitzer and his CNN viewers about the tens of billions of dollars Iran is slated to receive as a result of sanctions being lifted. Breitbart News reports that Rice admitted the Islamic regime in Iran may well spend some of the freed-up cash on beefing up its military and supporting terrorist operations in the Middle East. From Athens to Beijing, D.C. to Vienna, the desire has been to avoid tough decisions, to prolong deliberation, to pretend as though dangerous emerging trends do not exist. To take action, to provoke, to choose, to commit, to fight, to admit reality would be far too disruptive, would cost too much, and would endanger the social positions our best and brightest have worked so mightily to attain. Better for them to wait things out. The Iran deal is a fabulous artifice, an intricately woven shawl that masks its real intent: the avoidance of military confrontation with Iran and the rise of Persian regional hegemony. “Either the issue of Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon is resolved diplomatically through a negotiation,” President nObama said at his press conference Thursday, “or it’s resolved through war. Those are the options.” He presented his diplomatic resolution as a fait accompli, as the best America could ever hope to do. Under the tenants of the final nuclear deal reached this week in Vienna, only countries with normal diplomatic relations with Iran will be permitted to participate in inspections teams organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The revelation of this caveat has attracted concern from some analysts who maintain that only American experts can be trusted to verify that Iran is not cheating on the deal and operating clandestine nuclear facilities. The admission is the latest in a series of apparent concessions made by the United States to Iran under the deal. Other portions of the agreement include a promise by the United States to help Iran combat nuclear sabotage and threats to its program. It would be comforting to believe that the last of these developments mitigates the first two - that with an agreement in place, Iran's "struggle" to bring about America's demise will begin at least to lose steam. The truth is more likely the opposite. Mr. nObama has always seen diplomacy as an alternative to war. Iran's rulers, by contrast, have always regarded diplomacy as war by other means. Today, they believe they have achieved victory in a great battle. The evidence suggests they're correct.

Judging by the response on the left, Scott Walker’s newly announced candidacy is something close to pure evil. Rolling Stone headlined their article on Walker “America’s Top Union Leader Just Destroyed Scott Walker in Six Words.” Well, considering Walker’s major policy triumph in Wisconsin was ending the collective bargaining rights for unions it’s understandable that the head of the unions wouldn’t be his biggest fan. And the quote that supposedly destroyed Walker? “Scott Walker is a national disgrace.” Okay… But Richard Trumpka, head of AFL-CIO isn’t the only liberal with a rallying cry on the evils of Walker. Hilly Clinton said in her economic speech Monday that Walker made his name, “stomping on workers’ rights.”
But some liberals took a different tactic. Instead of igniting over Walker others tried to diffuse his entry by saying he wasn’t that important anyway. The New Republic said that, “Scott Walker is the most boring presidential candidate ever.” Whatever words they use to describe Walker, all these reactions show one thing: he poses enough of a threat that Democrats feel the need to stamp him down before his campaign even takes off.

Planned Parenthood Sells Baby Parts After Partial-Birth Abortions
Alternate Leftmedia headline: "Planned Parenthood targeted by undercover video." That's courtesy of CBS, which has a serious problem confusing the victims here. Just when you thought depravity couldn't get any worse, along comes another surreptitious video of someone at Planned Parenthood discussing appallingly evil things. It will be the first of several videos taken and released by The Center for Medical Progress. In this one, Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical research, discusses with "buyers" the practice of essentially performing a partial-birth abortion followed by selling harvested organs. While sipping wine and eating salad, Nucatola boasts, “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver ... so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.” What kind of depraved and despicable person talks like this about a baby? Note also the sick irony that, to Planned Parenthood, unborn babies aren't human unless their organs are useful.
The video is all too clear, but that didn't stop Planned Parenthood from complaining about being victimized by a "heavily edited, secretly recorded videotape that falsely portrays Planned Parenthood’s participation in tissue donation programs that support lifesaving scientific research." They're just trying to help, right? But considering Planned Parenthood gets half a billion dollars in taxpayer money every year, this deserves some serious investigation followed by defunding the abortion mill. Louisiana governor and presidential candidate Bobby Jindal has already ordered an investigation in his state. We're with Michelle Malkin, who wonders, "When you’ve recovered from your nausea, ask yourselves this: What kind of country do we live in where law-abiding businesses are fined, threatened and demonized for refusing to bake gay wedding cakes, but barbaric baby butchers are hailed by feminists, Hollywood and a president who asked God to 'bless' them?"

Big Brother Trumps Little Sisters
Little Sisters of the Poor, a missions-based Catholic organization strongly opposed to nObamaCare's contraception requirement, suffered a legal setback on Tuesday after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit refused to grant it an exemption. The court ruled, "Although we recognize and respect the sincerity of Plaintiff's beliefs and arguments, we conclude the accommodation scheme relieves Plaintiffs of their obligations under the Mandate and does not substantially burden their religious exercise under RFRA [Religious Freedom Restoration Act] or infringe upon their First Amendment rights." What's baffling is how badly the opinion clashes with the Supreme Court's Burwell v. Hobby Lobby ruling last year. In that case, the Court found that "HHS and the principal dissent [are] in effect tell[ing] the plaintiffs that their beliefs are flawed. For good reason, we have repeatedly refused to take such a step."
Here's the problem, as explained by University of Tennessee professor Glenn Reynolds: "The court seems to have no recognition of the fact that the nObama Administration's regulatory 'accommodation' is a sleight of hand, allowing the insurer/third party administrator to move the contraceptive coverage 'off the books' and 'pay' for it themselves. But of course burdening the insurer/administrator in this fashion is merely a shell game, and the cost of contraceptive coverage is ultimately borne by the employer and individual beneficiaries. The coverage is not magically free, no matter how hard the nObama Administration tries to make it 'look' free via regulation." Does this Deal Prevent Iran from Developing a Nuclear Weapon?
{Alan M. Dershowitz} ~ Does the proposed deal with Iran actually prevent the Mullahs from ever developing a nuclear weapon? Or does it merely delay them for a period of years? That is the key question that has not yet been clearly answered... In his statement on the deal, President nObama seemed to suggest that Iran will never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon. He said that this "long-term deal with Iran... will prevent it from obtaining a nuclear weapon." He then repeated this assurance: "because of this deal, the international community will be able to verify that the Islamic Republic of Iran will not be able to develop a nuclear weapon." These seemingly categorical statements were intended to assure the world that President nObama would keep his earlier promise that Iran will never be allowed to develop nuclear weapons. But is that what the deal itself does? Or, as stated by its critics, does it actually assure that Iran will be allowed to develop a nuclear arsenal after a short delay of several years? That is the key question that the nObama administration has refused to answer directly. The Senate’s alleged hardliners have tried to add conditions to a nuclear deal the U.S. is currently negotiating with Iranian moderates, but there is little chance the senators will succeed. The majority leader, Mitch McCon-nell, is expected to call for an end to debate on their meddling amendments. According to a certain school of thought, all of this is a good thing. Our hardliners, say cheerleaders for the Iran negotiations, empower Iran’s hardliners, who are also wary of a deal. President nObama views the politics of the Iran deal in these terms himself. But as Hoover knows, looks can be deceiving. He and fellow engineers at Sandia National Laboratories have spent the past few years designing, building and testing the top-secret electronic and mechanical innards of the sophisticated B61-12. Later, when nuclear explosives are added at the federal Pantex Plant near Amarillo, Texas, the bomb will have a maximum explosive force equivalent to 50,000 tons of TNT – more than three times more powerful than the U.S. atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, Japan, 70 years ago this August that killed more than 130,000 people.

Gowdy's top concern was the recent murder of 32-year-old Kathryn Steinle, killed by a multi-deportee illegal alien, as she walked along a San Francisco pier with her dad. The murderer, Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, admitted to choosing San Francisco because of its sanctuary status. Gowdy posted the video of his interrogation of Johnson on YouTube on Tuesday. He railed against sanctuary cities and the porous border. In his typical style, Gowdy held nothing back. Iran deal misses the point
{Danielle Pletka} ~ For all the details over which nuclear negotiators have tussled for almost 20 months, there has been one overarching goal: to lengthen how long it might take for Iran to break out from its Non-Proliferation Treaty commitments and actually assemble a nuclear explosive device... But while Tehran has carefully crafted a program to build almost all the components it would need to break out, intelligence analysts and diplomats both may have erred in assuming Iran would want to break out sooner rather than later. Instead, there is much to suggest that Iran’s leadership has a longer-term strategic plan that envisions no immediate breakout. After all, a country that is in a race to build and test a nuke doesn’t need to invest in multiple facilities and double down on advanced enrichment. Both Iranian procurement and International Atomic Energy Agency reporting indicate Iran is game to wait until it has both the means and the materiel to break out — like Pakistan, Israel or India — with an arsenal of nuclear weapons, rather than a single bomb. And if that is the case, the deal inked early Tuesday will not stop it.

Meeting with Congressional Democrats today Clinton said the deal was “important step” in putting the lid on that nation's nuclear program. While she supposedly didn't urge the members to vote for the deal, according to Bloomberg she gave a "full-throated endorsement." Hard to understand how a deal which whose inspections regime is a paper tiger and allows Iran to continue R&D on centrifuges (Isotope production instead of uranium enrichment but its the same processes), and continue its violations, and funding of terrorism a "positive development."

And haggling over implementation will continue indefinitely. And the economic pressure that has influenced Iranian behavior in the past will be gone, with no realistic hope for a "snap back" of sanctions.

It took years to get other nations on board with sanctions against Iran, and Barack Obama has done his best to undo all that work — for nothing in return. Meanwhile, Congress tried to insert itself into the process, but all it got was an empty political victory. Congress now needs a two-thirds majority to disapprove of Obama’s bad deal. Security Council resolution enshrining the deal, likely within days.” According to Secretary of State John Kerry, implementation of the agreement will begin “within 90 days of the UN Security Council endorsing the deal.” Obama has worked his deal, declared it’s awesome, threatened to veto any congressional measure of disapproval, and wants to get on with securing the UN’s seal of approval for his legacy-building enterprise. And yet he had the temerity to say, “I welcome a robust debate in Congress on this issue and I welcome scrutiny of the details of this agreement.” As long as he can ignore the debate, that is.
Sanctuary Cities Shield Thousands of Felonious Illegal Immigrants
The recent murder of Kathryn Steinle by felon and serial-deportee Fransisco Sanchez in San Francisco elucidated a little-known policy that allows illegal aliens to skirt immigration enforcement measures. Cities like San Francisco that adopt such policies typically don’t necessarily seek out undocumented immigrants, but they also don’t enforce deportation, which yields the same result. And it’s a much bigger problem than we’re led to believe. Citing a 2014 government report provided under a Freedom of Information Act request, Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, drops this bombshell revelation: “State and local sanctuary policies caused the release of more than 8,000 criminal alien offenders sought by ICE for deportation in 276 jurisdictions around the country over an eight-month period [January 1, 2014, to August 31, 2014], according to ICE records obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies in a FOIA request. Sixty-three percent of the individuals freed by local authorities had prior criminal histories or were labeled a public safety concern at the time of their release. Nearly 1,900 of the released offenders subsequently were arrested for another crime within that eight-month period. ICE arrested approximately 750 of the recidivists, but just over 1,000 (60 percent) remained at large.” These 8,000 criminal aliens — and thousands more since then — were allowed back onto our streets because one party cares more about votes than security. Americans like Kathryn Steinle shouldn’t pay the ultimate price for Democrats' vote-buying schemes.
Is ‘Freddie Gray’ the Right Name for a Youth Center?
If black lives really matter — and they absolutely do — the black community should be making some different choices. Case in point from the Fox affiliate in Baltimore: “A new Baltimore youth center has been named in honor of Freddie Gray.” You’ll recall that Gray is the black man who was arrested and later died from a spinal injury he received while in a police van. As with the deaths of Michael Brown and, to a far lesser extent, Eric Garner, Gray’s death led to riots in Baltimore and charges against the arresting officers. So what will kids learn at the Freddie Gray Youth Empowerment Center? It will offer job and computer training along with year-round community programs and free meals. Those are honorable things, and we’re certainly glad to see the church community of Baltimore take the lead in helping kids. But Gray’s “martyrdom” as part of a leftist narrative of racist police doesn’t automatically make him a role model for Baltimore’s youth. We just pray these kids are able to free themselves from the all-too-typical inner city fate.

Obama’s Prison Reform: More Votes for Democrats

On the heels of commuting the sentences of 46 drug offenders on Monday, Barack Obama is pushing for sweeping reforms for the U.S prison system. During a speech before the NAACP on Tuesday, he outlined his three-pronged approach, stating that reform needs to happen “In the community, the courtroom and in the cell block.” And today he’ll become the first sitting president to visit a federal prison. The bad news is he won’t be staying there.
At the community level, Obama proposes diverting money saved through prison reform to education. If the money were to go to colleges, high schools or perhaps even middle schools, there might be some merit to his proposition. But he and the educrats in Washington want the money to be invested in pre-kindergarten, allegedly so crime can be stopped before it starts.
Last we checked, not many toddlers were thinking about using drugs, or committing other non-violent crimes. Humor aside, “Head Start,” the model for universal pre-k, has been shown to have virtually no benefit. Besides, is it really better to leave it up to the government rather than parents to teach their kids right and wrong? Certainly not, but Obama and his fellow progressives would like nothing more than to indoctrinate children at an even earlier age.
As for reforming prisons via the courtroom, Obama wants Congress to pass legislation this year that would lower long mandatory minimum sentences or get rid of them entirely. Additionally, he wants to invest in “prison alternatives, such as drug court programs and probation courts.” Reform in this area has the backing of many conservatives who believe that non-violent criminals such as drug users would be better off going through rehab programs than serving countless years in prison.
For reforming the cellblock, Obama wants to address the alleged overuse of solitary confinement, overcrowded prisons and gangs. According to The Hill, Obama also supports “banning a box on job applications for convicted felons and said those who have served time and paid their debts to society ‘should be able to vote.’” Ah, there it is — voting.
In other words, let’s make it illegal for businesses to not hire someone because they have checked a box indicating they are a felon. That might be discrimination. But let’s make it perfectly legal for that same person to be able to check the ballot box. Something of a double standard there, but what else can we expect from the minister of fairness? Just look at his track record of pushing policies that guarantee more votes for progressives.
The thing is, there’s actually plenty of bipartisan support in Congress for prison reform. On the same day Obama spoke to the NAACP, a Senate panel discussed ways to overhaul the criminal system, and conservative senators like Mike Lee, Rand Paul and John Cornyn are leading the charge.
According to the Edward M. Kennedy Institute, which hosted the panel, there are currently 2.2 million people in U.S. prisons, which is a 500% increase over the last 30 years. In addition, more than 60% of those incarcerated for nonviolent crimes are black and Hispanic men.
This may seem like a disproportionate number. According to Obama it proves our justice system is “not as fair as it should be.” Are there people behind bars that perhaps shouldn’t be? Sure, from all ethnicities. Are there people behind bars that are serving sentences that don’t match the crime they committed? Sure, from all ethnicities. Yet Obama claims more blacks and Hispanics than whites in prison can be due only to racism.
There may be some cases where this is true. However, he fails to mention in his narrative that many imprisoned blacks and Hispanics come from high-crime cities. Many come from broken homes, grow up on urban poverty plantations run by Democrats and turn to drugs and other crimes, both violent and nonviolent, because that is what they know.
By the way, what message is Obama sending to those breaking the current laws, even nonviolently? That they have the hope of getting out of jail early? If he commuted the sentences of these 46 individuals on Monday because there were errors in their sentencing, or they had been mistreated by a prosecutor, then his use of the presidential power of clemency may be understood. But that wasn’t the case; it was simply another abuse of power.
As Paul Robinson of The Wall Street Journal notes:
“Using clemency to override existing policy on criminal sentences sets a dangerous precedent. Imagine a president who uses clemency to mitigate the sentences of nonviolent white-collar criminals like Bernie Madoff, or police officers who use deadly force in the line of duty, or for defendants in stand-your-ground cases, or for those who shoot abortion doctors as a claimed ‘act of conscience.’ Will each new president drop or revise the clemency criteria of his predecessor, and substitute his own? This would short-circuit the checks and balances of our constitutional separation of powers and give unrestricted lawmaking power to the president.”
Do our prisons need reform? Absolutely, but not for all the reasons Obama puts forth. Furthermore, it’s appalling that this president has the time to not only commute the sentences of 46 drug offenders but to personally write them letters, yet he can’t be bothered to even mention the name of Kathryn Steinle, who was murdered by a repeatedly deported illegal alien, much less spend a few minutes writing a letter of condolence to her family. Oh wait, he supports sanctuary cities, which allow illegal immigrants to go unchecked. And what about the American hostages in Iran who are still there following Obama’s terrible deal? Politics trumped reason. And that’s what worries us about his ideas for prison reform.

HILLY HEADS TO HILL AS IRAN DEAL DROPS Hilly Clinton’s long-scheduled visit to Capitol Hill today was intended as still more base stroking by the Democratic frontrunner – outreach to the Balkanized ethnic caucuses that comprise the party’s minority in the House and reassurances to liberals that she really will play rough with her friends on Wall Street.

Whatever the deal announced today with Iran is – a historic achievement, an over-hyped nothingball, a capitulation to Islamists, the start of an arms race in Armageddon’s designated zip code – it is a headache for Clinton.
Public opinion polls on an Iran deal are a seeming paradox. Voters want a deal with Iran, says the administration. That’s true. But voters are also pretty sure that this one won’t work. Citing public support for a deal in general as support for this deal in specific would be like saying that almost everyone likes pizza to argue for support for your order of a large with anchovies and onions.
That’s complicated enough for any politician, but for Clinton it’s a spider web. nObama’s former secretary of state has sounded supportive but cautious about the negotiations, and some of her hawkish supporters have even hinted that she is opposed. There’s even a little overlay with the scandals that have dogged her campaign.
As we saw with Clinton’s vote for the Iraq war but then against the troop surge there, she is ever mindful of the political consequences of her foreign policy choices. If Clinton sounds sour about nObama’s deal, mistrustful doves may back away. But if Clinton backs a deal that turns out to be a botch, she will have further damaged herself on foreign policy, which was supposed to be her strong suit in this cycle. Ugh.
The deal, which appears to be a five-month test drive in which sanctions are lifted, money flows to Tehran and the regime there allows nuclear inspectors into its facilities, faces real opposition from lawmakers in both parties. The president has threatened to veto any effort to block the deal, but that would hardly reinforce its legacy-building clout for him.
It’s becoming increasingly easy for Democrats to part company with the lame-duck president on difficult issues. Especially this one. nObama is trying to make it easy by reminding members of his party that all that is required is to do nothing, which is the long suit for members of Congress. They can express worries and concerns, but as long as they vote right, it will be fine.
It’s not so easy for Clinton. While she will certainly play cuttlefish today on Iran – praise diplomacy, express cautious optimism, promise to carefully review; lather, rinse, repeat – even she is likely to have to take a position. And from that new establishment Democratic orthodoxy, no dissent can be tolerated.
Consider the case of Gov. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H. Hassan is worrying over whether to challenge to Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., who is a defense hawk in a state that appreciates that sort of thing. Last week, Clinton condemned the effort by American liberals to boycott Israel. But Hassan’s church, the liberal United Church of Christ, recently voted last month to boycott Israel. When pressed on where she stood, Hassan sided with her party’s presumptive nominee rather than her denomination. Now that’s clout.
Imagine that kind of pressure applied to something more than just symbolic votes by church elders, like say support for a nuclear Iran.

The 6 Most Problematic Statements In nObama’s Iran Speech
{Blake Neff} ~ nObama gave an optimistic speech Tuesday morning, hailing a newly-reached nuclear deal with Iran as an historic accomplishment... Many have praised the new deal, and there’s a near-universal hope in the West that it will be successful in its goal of halting Iranian nuclear ambitions. Still, many have expressed doubts about parts of the deal, and nObama’s speech glosses over areas of the deal that warrant significant scrutiny. After budgeting some $500 million to instruct and equip 3,000 anti-ISIS troops by year’s end, nObama, in fact, has unleashed 60 such combatants. That’s 2 percent down, 98 percent to go. But, hey, what’s the rush? Even before the advent of ISIS, nObama originally touted this effort as a bulwark against the brutality of Bashar Assad, the dictator of Damascus. “We are particularly interested in making sure that we are mobilizing the moderate forces inside of Syria,” nObama declared at a presidential debate on October 22, 2012. Thirty-two months later, nObama’s moderate Syrian force boasts a whopping five dozen members. And $500 million down the drain.

Iranian Nuclear Deal Isn't Exactly Peace in Our Time
After two years in the works and numerous missed deadlines, the P5+1 — United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Russia and China — and the Islamic regime of Iran reached a formal nuclear agreement. But, as expected, the deal is "mutually beneficial" for all the wrong reasons: nObama can punt the issue to the next administration; meanwhile, Iran —which is expected to abandon its pursuit of nuclear weapons for a decade — will quietly continue its operations underground. The Washington Free Beacon reports, "In one of the most controversial concessions made by the nObama administration, a United Nations embargo on arms will also be lifted within around five years as part of the deal, according to multiple reports. A similar embargo on the construction of ballistic missiles, which could carry a nuclear payload, also will expire in around eight years under the deal. Initial readings of the deal also indicate that Iran will be given the right to veto so-called 'anywhere, anytime' inspections of Iranian nuclear sites." Congress will have to give the deal the go-ahead, but that likelihood increased significantly thanks to the legislative compromise crafted by Sen. Bob Corker. County Clerk Refuses Marriage Licenses
In the days since five members of the Supreme Court endorsed redefining marriage, essentially creating a constitutional "right" to same-sex marriage out of thin air, the question has been what rights trump other rights when the inevitable conflict happens. Actually, it's not so much a question as it is seeing where Christians are assaulted next. It isn't just bakers, florists and photographers, but, among others, churches, religious schools and county clerks. In Kentucky, the question of religious liberty and marriage is back in court after Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis refused to comply with the SCOTUS ruling. In fact, Davis wouldn't issue any marriage licenses. "It's a deep-rooted conviction," Davis said. "My conscience won't allow me to do that. It goes against everything I hold dear — everything sacred in my life." U.S. District Judge David L. Bunning heard arguments Monday. Several county clerks around the nation have resigned rather than violate their own beliefs, and others are pondering what moves to make. NYC Gives Garner Family $5.9 Million
On July 17, 2014, several white New York City police officers, under the supervision of a black NYPD police sergeant named Kizzy Adoni, were involved in a takedown of a belligerent black man, Eric Garner, after he resisted arrest for selling "loose" cigarettes. One of the officers, Daniel Pantaleo, used a modified choke hold as part of the effort to get the 350lb Garner to the ground. That choke hold had been previously barred by NYPD policy because it caused prior injuries and deaths. Indeed, Garner died shortly after the takedown, though Pantaleo was not indicted. In part because the incident was caught on video it became a primary anecdote in the narrative about racist police enforcement. On Monday, New York City settled with Garner's family for $5.9 million, just days before the anniversary of Garner's death and the deadline for filing suit. The family had given notice of a $75 million suit, and the settlement is obviously the city's effort to close the book on the story and to save taxpayers potentially many millions more dollars. The book isn't closed across the country, however, as citizens and police departments grapple with what effective and proper law enforcement looks like in a very racially charged America. -The Patriot Post

Hilly Blames Republicans for nObama's Economy Hilly Clinton finally laid out a platform for her campaign Monday, focusing on her plan to solve America's economic woes. Just kidding. Iran Nuclear Deal is Sealed
{Keith Koffler} ~ The United States and other world powers this morning announced a deal addressing Iran’s nuclear weapons program for about ten years, and perhaps a bit longer. The agreement restricts Iran’s nuclear programs in exchange for the lifting of sanctions against the country... However, the agreement may be flawed. According several reports, many people are planning to live longer than ten years and could become adversely affected if they do. The “breakout” time to a nuclear weapons is supposedly reduced to one year. But the breakout time would begin to decline after only ten years. However, in a key concession that is sure to fuel opposition to the deal in Congress, access to Iran’s military sites is not guaranteed, possibly prevent a full view into what Iran is up to and preventing an accounting of what it has done. Iran will be able to challenge inspections of such sites, and the issue will be decided by some kind of panel that will include Iran. That means inspections will at the very least be delayed.

Iran Officially Done: Final nObama Capitulations Really Stink!

The nObama/hanoi Kerry team will say that Iran as agreed to anytime/anywhere inspections, not exactly true because according to Reuters the deal will allow Iran to have a voice in which/when Iranian sites get inspected. Therefore while everyone is busy "consulting" (perhaps indefinitely) Iran is cleaning up the site the U.N. wants to inspect. So the inspections are worthless.

Greek debt to GDP was at 100% ten years ago, but now it’s 175% and Greece is telling the world two things: One, that it has no intention of paying it back, and two, that it wants to borrow more money. Talk about brazen! Greeks want to retire at fifty with full benefits and they want the rest of Europe to pay for it because they don’t like paying taxes. Quoted in the Wall Street Journal: “Greeks consider taxes as theft,” said Aristides Hatzis, an associate professor of law and economics at the University of Athens. “Normally taxes are considered the price you have to pay for a just state, but this is not accepted by the Greek mentality.” Taxes are also the price of civilization. Traveling around Greece last year, what I remember most is graffiti. In Athens, it was everywhere! There were layers and layers of it on virtually every vertical surface reachable by a human hand holding a can of spray paint. There were countless acts of people using someone else’s property as an easel, as a billboard, to display whatever notion was in their mind at the time. Owners of the property must then expend time, energy, and money to clean it up. It was evident that they couldn’t keep up. It’s vandalism, plain and simple, not unlike that of the original Vandals who assaulted Rome and helped bring down Roman civilization with their wanton pillaging..

Layers of spray paint don’t bring down a civilization. Rather, they’re a symptom of the underlying decay that brings it down. They’re a sign that those who work to maintain a semblance of order are losing out to those who spread anarchy. As I travel around North America and Europe, the presence or absence of graffiti is my way of taking the temperature of whatever city or country through which I’m traveling. Presence of graffiti is a measure of decline. Lack of effort to clean it up is a measure of cultural despair. Greeks thinking they can live the good life on someone else’s nickel, and thinking they can spray whatever they want on someone else’s property are similar. There’s a connection..

I’m seeing graffiti in more and more places around Portland and it worries me. First it was on boxcars. Watching a train covered with it pass by depressed me. Clearly the railroad company had given up. I used to see it here and there along Forest Avenue and Congress Street, but it wouldn’t remain long before someone cleaned it up or painted over it. Now, however, it’s staying on longer and even being added to. I’ve been seeing the same graffiti for nearly a year and that’s not good. Property owners are responsible to remove it and if they don’t, they’re subject to penalties and fines. But, the will to remove it or to enforce penalties is clearly waning. As the saying goes: The handwriting is on the wall..

I never dreamed that I would ever be writing on this subject; but the time has arrived for the people in the United States of America (specifically) to receive this message and to listen closely to what God Almighty has to say. Your very soul depends upon it!! What is marriage and where and when did it originate?
Marriage was instituted BY GOD in the garden of Eden long ago at the very beginning. (Genesis 2:18, 21-25) And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall
be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man
leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be
one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not
ashamed.
This is how marriage began and it was between Adam and Eve NOT ADAM and STEVE!! Marriage is the sacred and HOLY UNION that is ONLY between A MAN AND A WOMAN and any other union IS AN ABOMINATION AND A SIN to God Almighty. (Leviticus 18:22) Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination. (Leviticus 20:13) If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
The penalty for THIS SIN (homosexuality) was DEATH for BOTH PARTIES because this behaviour is a vile MOCKERY of MARRIAGE; of God's HOLY UNION of MAN and WOMAN!!

And those persons will suffer ETERNAL DAMNATION in the fires of Hell as will any who condone such bizarre and unholy behavior.
Homosexuality IS A SIN! The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were LITERALLY WIPED OFF the face of the earth because OF THIS SIN!!! One thing that we as a NATION need to UNDERSTAND is that God is no respecter of persons or nations with the exception of ISRAEL. When the U.S. Supreme Court DARED to redefine marriage under pressure from the homosexual community the (LGBT) and others they rejected God's definition and WROTE THEIR OWN they have in effect incurred God's JUDGEMENT on this nation; and His FIERY JUDGEMENT is going to fall on America VERY SOON!! Because of this!!!
When the laws of man attempt to supercede THE LAWS OF GOD it is up to the people to decide FOR THEMSELVES whom they will obey GOD or MAN? And be willing to face the results of such decisions. Marriage is something that God Almighty takes VERY SERIOUSLY and America is going to have to learn this lesson THE HARD WAY that God will NOT be mocked – not by anyone. Transsexualism IS A SIN!!! It is but a VIOLATION against God's HOLY LAW the very laws of nature and of the institution of MARRIAGE itself.
The word "marriage" occurs fifty-six times in the Bible in fifty-one verses. The first occurrence is in Genesis 19 where the Bible tells us that Lot's daughters had married some men of Sodom. Obviously, this is not the first time a marriage takes place in the Bible for Adam and Eve were married. But this is the first time the word "marriage" occurs in Scripture. Of Adam and Eve, Jesus Christ said, (Matthew 19:4-6) "Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." Is there any doubt in anyone's mind that Adam and Eve were married?
It is doubtful that they exchanged wedding rings (which came from pagans) or that they had a wedding reception (who would attend, except the animals?).But they were married. It has been well stated that the first institution ordained by God was the family. It is also true that this fundamental foundation of society is under Satanic attack today. The devil knows that if he can destroy the home it is only a matter of time before the local church, specifically, and society, generally, will begin to crumble.
The most important human relationship on earth is between a man and his wife. God instituted and ordained the act of marriage. In His wisdom, He determined that a male and female should make a lifelong commitment to love, honor, and cherish one another. And, by the way, this settles the definition of "family" for the federal court system which is trying to force the United States to accept two queers as a family and suitable for raising children. According to the Bible, a marriage is between a "male" and a "female." But who didn't know that except idiots who have been educated beyond their intelligence and immoral perverts?
The Lord Jesus Christ gives us the first historical reference to "marriage" in (Matthew 24:38). For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, He informs us that dads gave their daughters in marriage before the flood. And even though it was something God commissioned and consecrated, Jesus said, "The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage" (Luke 20:34). Jesus showed His approval of the institution (despite sin's reign for four thousand years) by attending the marriage in Cana and taking His disciples with Him (John 2:2). And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
From the beginning of the human race, God highlights successful marriages: Adam and Eve, Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebekah, etc. While the problem of polygamy rises early in Scripture, it is interesting that we never read of a marriage ending in divorce in the Book of Genesis! In fact, I challenge you to find the first divorce in the Bible!
Isaac and Rebekah had their share of problems, but you never read of them hiring lawyers and going their separate ways. Heaven knows that Jacob had all kinds of troubles (who wouldn't with four wives?), but he didn't divorce a single one of them. God's plan for man is marriage to one woman for life. Lest anyone thinks that messages on Marriage, Divorce, and Remarriage are avenues to promote divorce, let it be made clear: God is pro-marriage and anti- divorce. I do not know any Bible believing preacher who encourages people to get a divorce. A person should stay married and keep their marriage vows for life. And even where the marriage vows have been broken, the couple should try to reconcile if at all possible.
In the word of God, marriage always refers to a man's and woman's relationship for life. It is an agreement by which two people vow to live together in mutual affection and fidelity until they are separated by death. God instituted this union for many purposes:
To prevent promiscuous intercourse between men and women.
To promote domestic harmony.
To secure a place for rearing children to love God.
Servants married wives (Exodus 21:3) If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him.while under the service of their masters. Miriam and Aaron got in trouble for criticizing Moses' choice for a mate (Numbers 12:1). And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman. God forbade marriages to heathen women (Deuteronomy. 7:3). Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
The marriage relationship was so important that in the law God commanded that if anyone violated the relationship by committing adultery, they were to be executed (Deuteronomy 22:22). If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel. Of course, only the guilty party was executed, while the victim was free to remarry.
It is with the common illustration of marriage that God explains His love and joy in seeing people brought into fellowship with Him (Matthew 22:2-9). The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I
have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are
ready: come unto the marriage. But they made light of it, and went their ways,
one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew
them. But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his

In fact, a Christian marriage is the greatest picture on earth of the relationship between Jesus Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:21-33). Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the
church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unt0
Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love
your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or
wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife
loveth himself.
For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it,
even as the Lord the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and
0f his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be
joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself;
and the wife see that she reverence her husband. God forbids a Christian marrying a
lost person (2 Corinthians 6:14). Be ye not unequally yoked together with
unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and
what communion hath light with darkness? What Christian would want the devil for
his spiritual father-in- law? Nevertheless, it is ironic that even two lost people who marry still
portray the relationship of Christ and the church though they may not realize it. The Holy
Spirit has often used the marriage itself as a witness of salvation.
Part of the duty of a married couple is to please their spouse (1 Corinthians 7:33-34). But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
We are not to live for ourselves to please ourselves, but seek to please the person to whom we are married. Someone has observed that it is impossible to be selfish in a three-legged race. You cannot make any progress in the race of life if you are pointed in two different directions. The prophet asks the rhetorical question, "How can two walk together except they be agreed?" The answer is obvious. They can't!
Marriage is a LIFE LONG commitment and not to be taken lightly. One day we will all stand before God and give account of our conduct, including OUR MARRIAGE VOWS and how we honored them.
