MY ANSWER TO THE PROPOSAL BY THE SENATE TO REPEAL THE FIRST AMENDMENT!
The United States Senate can not repeal ANY AMENDMENT! If they tried I for one would be duty bound to take up arms against those who try. I took an oath to protect the Constitution and I keep my word. If the Constitution is not sacred to this nation there is NO nation! Who stands with me?
WHEN THE REVOLUTION COMES?? WHAT WILL YOU GET? CHANGE?
OR
CHUMP CHANGE
Op-Ed By: Rev James M Wesley Jr @ Saturday 22 November 2014, 7:35 PM
You know as I look and listen to these "so called BLACK revolutionaries"...it hurts me to know that there is not one recorded SUCCESSFUL BLACK REVOLUTION anywhere!! When speaking of the continent of AFRICA, when the colonial powers were kicked out what followed?? You see the so called LEADERS OF THE MOVEMENT endeared themselves to the OPPRESSED MASSES...but didn’t have a clue how to rule!! Though they didn’t have a CLUE they did have a PLAN it did not include the "USEFUL IDIOTS" that shed their blood. From the MAU-MAU uprising in the 1950's, to the overthrow of Northern Rhodesia (Kenneth Kaunda/Zambia), Uganda (Idi Amin), Liberia (Sgt. John Doe). I could go on with the list, but the point being made is, all that was left after VICTORY were BURNT OUT CITIES, AND FARMS, AND THE DESTRUCTION OF NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE. The Oppression took a new form no longer the “WHITE MAN” but rather “BLACK ON BLACK” atrocities went off the charts. The leadership of all these newly LIBERATED COLONIES WERE TRAINED in MARXIST, LENINIST, SOCIALIST DOCTRINE....Every one of the leaders had outrageous SWISS BANK ACCOUNTS and lavish homes on several continents. The so called presidential palaces were and still are opulent while the people suffer under horrendous conditions, disease, and food shortages, the government owns everything so you know jobs were few. You have to watch what you say because FREE SPEECH is not allowed not even in your own home....all these dictators have one thing in common they have HUGE PICTURES OF THEMSELVES ON THE SIDE OF EVERY BUILDING, POSTERS ON EVERY STREET CORNER AND IN STORE WINDOWS. They never want the people to forget WHO THEY ARE...and if they do?? The secret police is modeled after the Soviet Union's GRU/KGB. You know people just come up missing. Forget about elections that's the AMERICAN MODEL...we can't FORCE OUR WAY OF LIFE ON THEM so they became permanent FOREIGN AIDE RECIPIENTS, FROM THE U.N AND THE USA (even though they resented our prosperity)...I want you to put your thinking caps on a let’s take a look at all the other former "COLONIAL COUNTRIES" every one of them has developed and moved in to the MODERN COMMUNITY OF NATIONS!! INDIA, INDONESIA, KOREA, SINGAPORE, EGYPT, VIETNAM, BAHAMAS, GUIANA...what is wrong??? Not one African revolution has produced a prosperous culture. The one star on the Continent of Africa was the nation of Liberia founded by the United States with repatriated slaves that wanted to return to Africa...they returned with "unheard of skills" in agriculture, manufacturing, education, trade negotiations etc. Monrovia was the "PARIS" of West Africa....until just like what you are seeing unfold in FERGUSON MISSOURI....you see Liberia was not a traditional product of HISTORICAL AFRICA but rather American surveyors Marked IT OUT...the government help give it a jump start and it took off. The problem the NATIVE POPULATION for whatever reason never "BROUGHT INTO “this TRANSPLANTED CULTURE...and revolted under a Liberian soldier named Sgt John Doe...they slaughtered President Tolbert and his family and this "REVOLUTION" and it's bloody aftermath continues unto this day...the capital city of MONROVIA? A burnt out shadow of what it had been....poverty, super inflation, continuous guerrilla uprisings...Why? Because after they got rid of the STABLE GOVERNMENT they were left with regional historic TRIBAL conflicts......We have the greatest example and most open society that ever sprang from a REVOLUTION. There has never been anything like what we have here...but unlike the BLOODY FRENCH REVOLUTION founded upon humanism...we were founded ONE NATION UNDER GOD...AND HAVE SUCCEEDED BEYOND ANY OTHER COUNTRY BORN OF REVOLUTION IN HISTORY. Hatred, resentment, jealousy, lawlessness is all that fuels this so called season of outrage....The "Black Panthers, Chicago Teacher's union, Nation of Islam, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Eric Holder, Obama...have done nothing positive for the Black American people and because of the insane cultural, educational ,economic policies! Even the BLACK COMMUNITY IN CHICAGO ARE FED UP!! So why are they coming down to FERGUSON MISSOURI??? When their home base is a basket case and murder capital of the Nation!! Wake up my people open your eyes!!! Seek the LORD'S FACE AND HIS WISDOM....THESE DEMONIC, MANIPULATIVE INSTIGATORS ARE ALL ABOUT THEMSELVES!!! THIS IS BOTH AND APPEAL AND A WARNING...BECAUSE IF YOU IGNITE WHAT THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO DO....THEN WHAT??? YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME "CHANGE"? FOLLOW THEM AND ALL YOU WILL GET IS "CHUMP CHANGE” SELAH

You know sometimes we must ask ourselves...when did this JUDICIAL TERMINAL DOMINO EFFECT BEGIN?...What was the chink in the ARMOR OF SEPARATION OF POWERS? How did this criminal executive blast it's way through EVERY CONSTITUTIONAL FIREWALL? It began with the FEDERAL COURTS ALL THE WAY UP TO THE SCOTUS. A little here and little there... ALL THE WAY TO OBAMA CARE!!! Gay marriage and the horror of late term abortions, homosexuals in the military. An obviously corrupt Justice Department refusing to enforce our laws because of treasonous political agenda...A hamstrung Congress led by criminals...with RIINOS in the House of Representative...WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE??The people are watching these things unfold in the media then again maybe not...why? The mainstream media is caught up in a shameless "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" running interference for this Administration...though not perfect there is a lone voice in the media still standing FOX NEWS...and a million spots of light on the internet "THE ALTERNATIVE MEDIA"...The people are not stupid. Those who want to know can find out. Where did it start? The answer is Judaical overreach an impeachable offense...I hope this Republican tidal wave during this past election will produce a legislative body that will respect this overwhelming mandate of the People. The power to bring charges against the sitting Justices of SCOTUS and Federal District Court ..ON THE BASIS OF VOTER NULLIFICATION....NOT ONLY IMPEACH BUT PROSECUTE...it is in the CONSTITUTION They don't have a "FREE LIFETIME PASS" TO TRAMPLE THE WISHES OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE...HEY!! Newly elected REPUBLICANS! Hear that? Not just BARRY SOROTO aka BARRACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, but the SUPREME COURT which EMPOWERED him starting with the CHIEF JUSTICE....OBAMA WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF THE GATE WITHOUT "THEIR (his) ENDORSEMENT AND COOPERATION"...
I am eager to meet and greet all who can help me [ and helping them in return] in assisting me next Nov, for my run in the 37th District NJ for State Rep. Last week at the Teaneck meeting I heard the story of that young man [Brian Aitken] that was arrested for having registed guns in the trunk of his car. Well, what Mr. Aitken, should have communicated to the Police Officer that , he would be willing to open his trunk , without a warrant , But, Thomas, would be very sad and maybe angry if he did that , and also maybe John and James . And I would not want to see tears in their eyes. And when the Police Officer asked, " who is Thomas , James and "this John" ?. Well , I would have said, Mr. Jefferson, Mr. Adam and Mr Madison. You see Officer, Thousands of "young" men and women shed their Red American blood , so we would be able to have a "Bill of Rights".See Officer, Its not me that is refusing you to open my trunk [without a warrant] its our Founding Fathers, asking
me from the great beyond to deny you that intrusive illegal request , without a warrant. Furthermore, I will wait anywhere you wish, here , in Jail, until you get that warrant ..... From my study of the legal system, the Officer had no "standing" to get a warrant, and if he did , the evidence, ( the legal guns in trunk) would have been suppressed, the fruit of the poison tree. So Please, fellow Tea Party Members, don't let the Government , State /Federal/ Municipal step on our Rights , if you are in doubt , put the blame on the "Founding Fathers" and say NO!!!!! to any [UNCONSTITUTIONAL] Intrusion by Government officials.

In FrontPage today I discuss the UAE-designated terror organization, Hamas-linked CAIR: The United Arab Emirates last week approved a list of 86 “designated terrorist organisations and groups, including the usual suspects – the UAE Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamic State – along with two surprises, both with ties to Hamas: the Muslim American Society and the […]

Students who oppose gay marriage are homophobic, according to an audio recording of a Marquette University instructor who went on to say that gay right issues cannot be discussed in class because it might offend homosexuals.
I reached out to the 20-year-old student at the center of this outrageous episode and the story he tells should serve as a warning to anyone who thinks religious schools are safe havens for open discourse.
The story was first reported on a blog run by a Marquette University professorand was picked up by the good folks over at The College Fix.
The young man, who asked not to be identified, explained what happened when his ethics instructor, Cheryl Abbate, led a conversation in “Theory of Ethics” class about applying philosophical theories to modern political controversies. There were a list of issues on the board – gay rights, gun rights, and the death penalty.
“We had a discussion on all of them – except gay rights,” the student told me. “She erased that line from the board and said, ‘We all agree on this.’”
Last spring, Obamacare supporters were ebullient when the Obama administration announced a milestone “victory:” Despite a truly disastrous roll-out, they’d enrolled eight million Americans in the program.
The Obamacare debate, the president said, was officially over. We expressed skepticism over the White House’s stats almost immediately, noting that the official numbers didn’t account for duplicates, non-paying “customers,” and consumer attrition — not to mention the high percentage of “new” enrollees who previously had insurance, but were forced to use Obamacare’s exchanges to obtain plans after their existing arrangements were cancelled under the new law. The last two weeks have witnessed two more blows for the “it’s working!” crowd. First came the sharply revised 2015 enrollment projections:
Fewer than 10 million people are expected to enroll in “Obamacare 2.0″ for 2015, the Obama administration said Monday. That’s a significant drop from the original goal. The Congressional Budget Office had projected 13 million, but officials said they expect the ramp up to be slower than the CBO originally thought. The revised goal is 9 to 9.9 million. It raises questions about whether Obamacare enrollment will reach projections down the road. The CBO had projected enrollment would hit 25 million by 2017, but now the administration says it will probably take at least one or two more years to reach that threshold. Officials are realizing it will find it tougher to convince the remaining uninsured to enroll. Many who opted not to sign up this year said the cost was too high.
It’s almost as if many people aren’t too excited about purchasing less-than-affordable coverage that saddles them with high out-of-pocket costs and sparse provider networks. One thing the administration has going for it this year is that the individual mandate tax designed to punish shirkers is rising considerably, although those penalties are still much lower than the costs associated with buying Obamacare health plans. Now we have this embarrassing admission from administration officials, who’ve been forced to reveal how Team Obama inflated its top line enrollment figure…
I am a legal immigrant. I did not choose to come to the United States—I was carried here, by my parents, who arrived with one suitcase and nothing else. They were not fleeing political oppression, religious persecution, or economic collapse. In fact, as white South Africans in the 1970s, they were born into a life of exclusive privilege and prosperity. My father had grown up poor but made his way to medical school. A life of wealth awaited.
Yet my parents chose to immigrate to the United States instead, living in a basement apartment with no family nearby, enduring a Chicago winter they could never possibly have imagined. My father had to redo part of his medical residency as my mother tended to an eight-week-old infant alone.
After many years and much hard work, they achieved the American dream. But they certainly would have been more comfortable in South Africa.
Years later, I asked my father why they had left South Africa. To this day, he has the same answer: “Illegality became the law.”
As students, he and my mother had both volunteered in the black and “coloured” townships where whites were rarely seen. They saw, firsthand, the injustice of a regime that stripped citizens of their vote, their property, and their dignity. And at that time, they could not have foreseen Nelson Mandela’s “miracle.”
As the potential harm of the President Obama’s amnesty bid for possibly more than 5 million illegal aliens residing in the United States becomes clearer, members of theProject 21 black leadership network are continuing to speak out against his unilateral action to try to remake America.
Joe R. Hicks, former executive director of the Greater Los Angeles chapter of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference:
President Obama strode into the White House promising to give the American people the audacity of hope. What we are witnessing instead, with his immigration agenda, is an audacious grab for power and an evisceration of the Constitution.
Having kicked the can down the road, obviously refusing to ruin his own chances for re-election in 2012, and tap-dancing on the issue until after the 2014 mid-term elections, Obama now disdainfully punches the amnesty card for upwards of five million illegal residents with the knowledge that almost half of all Americans polled oppose his maneuver.
With the stroke of a pen, Obama rewards those who arrogantly mock our border laws while simultaneously telling those hopeful immigrants still waiting patiently to lawfully come to America that they are chumps.
Obama spurns GOP with expansive immigration orders
By Julie Pace.
Spurning furious Republicans, President Barack Obama unveiled expansive executive actions on immigration Thursday night to spare nearly 5 million people in the U.S. illegally from deportation and refocus enforcement efforts on “felons, not families.”
The moves, affecting mostly parents and young people, marked the most sweeping changes to the nation’s fractured immigration laws in nearly three decades and set off a fierce fight with Republicans over the limits of presidential powers.
In a televised address to the nation, Obama defended the legality of his actions and challenged GOP lawmakers to focus their energy not on blocking his actions, but on approving long-stalled legislation to take its place.
“To those members of Congress who question my authority to make our immigration system work better, or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer: Pass a bill,” Obama said, flexing his presidential powers just two weeks after his political standing was challenged in the midterm elections.
As Obama addressed the nation from the White House, immigration supporters with American flags draped over their shoulders marched on the street outside carrying signs that read, “Gracias, Presidente Obama.”
As “Emperor Obama”—to cite a title applied to Barack Obama by House Speaker John Boehner, Senator Jeff Sessions, and others—proceeds with his plan to trample the Constitution by issuing an Executive Order on amnesty for illegals, perhaps it’s worth looking back to see how the authors of the Constitution might have reacted to such a crisis.
The short answer is that the Founders worried about presidential power-grabbing, and so wrote a proper response into the Constitution. However, the longer answer is that Emperor Obama might be setting in motion a process that actually undermines the Constitution. Although he was defeated at the polls in 2014, Obama could be initiating a process that consolidates Democratic power for the rest of the century.
In Philadelphia, in 1787, Benjamin Franklin was asked what sort of government the just-completed Constitutional Convention, presided over by George Washington, had created. “A republic,” he replied. Then the great patriot quickly added, “If you can keep it.”
And that was the key point: If Americans can keep it. The following year, 1788, James Madison wrote in Federalist #51, arguing for the ratification of the Constitution, “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.” But since men are not angels, Madison continued, it was necessary to create a Constitutional system of checks and balances; as Madison put it, “divide and arrange the several offices in such a manner as that each may be a check on the other.”
Yet where would ultimate power reside? In any kind of Constitutional showdown which of the “several offices” would be decisive? Would it be the executive branch? The judicial branch? The legislative branch? In the same Federalist #51, Madison had a ready answer: “In republican government, the legislative authority necessarily predominates.”
A blind woman has spoken of her anger after an Uber taxi driver refused to pick her up apparently because she was with her guide dog.
Amy Dixon says she ordered a cab through the firm’s app in her home town of Darien in Connecticut on Tuesday.
But when she went to open the door, she claims the driver sped off, leaving her and her dog Elvis stranded.
She said: ‘I was flabbergasted. I’m screaming at him, waving my arms like crazy thinking maybe he made a mistake because I was hoping it wasn’t what I thought it was.’
But her fears were confirmed around ten seconds later when she received a text saying the driver had cancelled the pick up, it was reported by NBC New York.
Mrs Dixon, who lost her vision around seven years ago, managed to get another Uber car to take her home.
Here is yet another illustration of why we don’t see more sincere Muslim reformers. And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for: Barack Obama’s executive order on immigration. The Wall Street Journal reports, “President Barack Obama will announce changes to the U.S. immigration system in a speech from the White House on Thursday night, moves that are expected to protect more than four million people from deportation while sparking an ugly fight with Republicans, who say he is overstepping his authority.” There may be surprises in his announcement, but the Journal reports on two things we already expected: “Illegal immigrants receiving new protections would include those who have been in the U.S. for at least five years and who are parents of U.S. citizens or of legal permanent residents, according to two people briefed on Mr. Obama’s plan. The president will also make more people eligible for a program that gives safe harbor from deportation to young people who were brought into the U.S. illegally as children, people briefed on the plan say.” Obama claims he’ll use his “lawful authority” to do this, but in truth, it’s a lawless political stunt to make him the center of attention and to pander to Latinos. As if to illustrate the point, the White House insists that criticism of Obama as an “emperor” is “a badge of honor.” More…
In the eleventh hour before he announces his unconstitutional immigration executive order, Barack Obama is pulling together coalitions to protect himself from opposition. On Wednesday, he invited Democrat congressional leaders – including the leaders of the Black, Asian and Hispanic caucuses – to dinner to explain his executive order. Republican lawmakers were not invited. And when he gives his speech Thursday night, it will be broadcast to the Latinos who tuned into Univision to see the Latin Grammys, while the other big television networks think “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Bones” and “The Biggest Loser” are too important to interrupt with Obama’s speech. Meanwhile, Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK) warned that Obama’s grossly unconstitutional move could result in a further breakdown of the law. “The country’s going to go nuts,” Coburn said, “because they’re going to see it as a move outside the authority of the president, and it’s going to be a very serious situation. You’re going to see – hopefully not – but you could see instances of anarchy. … You could see violence.” More…
Heritage Foundation scholar Hans von Spakovsky notes that some media outlets are pointing to immigration executive orders issued by Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush to say, 1. Barack Obama’s coming order is not a big deal and 2. Conservatives are hypocrites for opposing it. This is flat out wrong, says Spakovsky: “[T]his claim plays a bit fast-and-loose with history and fails to explain the significant difference between Obama going against the will of Congress, which considered and rejected the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act on several occasions, including when both houses of Congress were controlled by the president’s party, and Reagan and Bush who made administrative corrections designed to carry out congressional intent. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress exclusive authority to ‘establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization….’ And it is the president’s constitutional duty, under Article II, Section 3, to ‘take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed….’” Specifically, Spakovsky writes, in 1987 “Reagan was not defying Congress, but rather carrying out the general intent of Congress which had just passed a blanket amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.” And Bush’s action, which affected about 140,000 people, “was well within the authority delegated to the executive branch and a ‘legitimate exercise of prosecutorial discretion.’” This isn’t to defend either previous policy, but only to say this is apples and oranges both in scope and intent. The Democrats' rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline show the party would rather allow one of their own to suffer defeat in re-election than vote for something the ecofacists oppose. Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) pushed the bill forward because Keystone would bring jobs and industry to her state. But Tom Steyer, the billionaire environmentalist who poured millions into Democrats' campaigns, opposes the project – even going so far as to threaten to campaign against Landrieu. So the vote failed. The new Democrat Party only concerns itself with the purity of its ideology. The Wall Street Journal writes, “With a few exceptions, the Democrats who will remain in the Senate next year are either gentry liberals themselves or are too afraid to risk losing the green cash on which they have become dependent. Either way, Tom Steyer owns them.” Sen. Harry Reid should never rise again to speak about the influence of dark money in American politics, for he would be speaking against his fellow Democrats. According to Remote Sensing Systems satellite data, the global warming hiatus is now 18 years old. This lull, it’s important to note, was not predicted by a single climate model. EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy nevertheless lectured Americans earlier this week on the importance of distinguishing weather from climate. The hiatus “is a short-lived issue that doesn’t represent climate,” she said. How much time then will it take for ecofascists to finally consider the pause a climate trend and not a weather outlier? Alarmists are always quick to exploit heat waves – or what they call “weather” during cold snaps – across any said portion of the globe as evidence of “climate change”; why doesn’t a nearly two-decade-old pause count? The answer to that lies in the EPA’s statist power grab. McCarthy added, “If you look at the science … nothing tells us we are being overly aggressive.” Nothing except common sense and inconvenient truths.More…
Reinterpreting his oath to “support and defend” the Constitution as a vow to subvert and disdain it, Barack Obama plans to announce this evening his executive order on illegal immigration, essentially renouncing Rule of Law and paving the way for millions of illegal aliens to escape deportation and be rewarded for their law-breaking. The president’s infamous pen is poised to make the executive order official Friday. It’s fitting that he’ll place his bet in Las Vegas.
Already, congressional Republicans, empowered by their recent election win, have a plan to stop the president’s unconstitutional breach of executive power and once and for all stand courageously for Rule of Law and our nation’s legislative process.
Or, maybe not quite.
Instead, GOP leaders have come up with a questionable idea to borrow from Jonathan Gruber’s playbook and capitalize on the “stupidity of the America voter.” The would be to make it appear as if congressional Republicans are standing up against the president’s plan when, in fact, they are funding it.
It all comes down to that little “r” word: rescission, the process by which Congress revokes funding previously authorized through the legislative process.
Under the rescission approach, Republicans would pass an appropriations bill to continue funding the government – hardly an unusual occurrence. However, this bill would include funding for the president’s amnesty plan. Then, after the fact, Congress would pass a bill revoking said funding.
You see, all that’s needed to override a rescission vote is a presidential veto. And if you think Barack Obama might miss an opportunity to veto a bill pulling funding from his amnesty plan, then perhaps Gruber was right in his evaluation of voters.
So why is the GOP seemingly intent on this fool’s errand? Because the other options may actually require a confrontation Republicans aren’t willing to face as they dance with public opinion. And, it’s important to note, they don’t yet control the Senate.
But there are other options. As Josh Siegel of The Daily Signal points out, the GOP could “[p]ass two separate funding bills – a short-term bill holding back funding for immigration enforcement agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and another measure funding the rest of the government for a full year.”
A second option would be a Continuing Resolution (CR), which would be a short-term funding bill that would allow the new Congress to take up the issue again when they convene early next year – ideally with enough backbone to withhold any funding from the president’s amnesty-to-work scheme.
Unfortunately, recollections of last year’s government shutdown still loom, and should Republicans pass a CR that does not fund amnesty and Obama refuses to sign it a partial government shutdown could ensue – a risk many Republicans are unwilling to take.
By going the rescission route, Republican leadership can gain the desirable sound bite: “We voted to pull funding from the president’s amnesty plan.” In that case, the truth would be that they voted against amnesty, but only after they voted to allow it.
It’s not likely that Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson will be indicted for the August killing of Michael Brown. Civil rights charges are also unlikely. But that doesn’t mean troublemakers aren’t out in force in the St. Louis suburb. They’re waiting to pounce when the grand jury makes its decision, possibly Friday.
Indeed, Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency in preparation for the decision, and he activated the National Guard to help handle any possible riots.
Protesters are better organized now than rioters were in August. While outside groups from the New Black Panthers to Tibetan Monks came when the riots and protests first broke out, some lifelong protesters have stayed to prepare for when the decision on Wilson is handed down. They’re teaching classes on “militant non-violent disobedience.”
Community organizer Rev. Osagyefo Sekou explained, “[W]e use the word ‘militant’ as opposed to the word ‘passive’ non-violent civil disobedience because we are about a direct encounter with the state to create drama to show that we are willing to take a risk in confronting the state because of injustice.”
A video shows protest organizers planning on targeting the white neighborhoods of Ferguson. Many in the community are boarding up businesses, stockpiling food and purchasing firearms.
Meanwhile, police and protesters are negotiating 19 rules of engagement for police officers monitoring protests. Some of the rules reinforce what the Constitution already says, like rule 19: “Bond for arrestees will not be set above the levels which would be considered average over the last two years, and arrestees will not be held for periods longer than average lengths of time.” Other rules limit the power that the police wielded on the streets of Ferguson in the past. Rule 15 says, “Police will be instructed to be tolerant of more minor lawbreaking (such as thrown water bottles) when deciding whether to escalate the use of force.”
Perhaps some of this organization and preparation is because, as Al Sharpton recounted, Barack Obama met with protesters and encouraged them to “stay on course.” It’s hard to say exactly what that means, other than to speculate based on the administration’s race-baiting agenda that they want some unrest.
All the better to distract blacks from Obama’s amnesty executive order, which will open the flood gates for job and wage competition for blacks, who already suffer from high unemployment.
Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) justified the grotesque behavior of the rabble. “The rush to judgment by some in the African-American community is, in fact, understandable,” she said, “because in our country there are racial disparities in terms of how people are treated.”
Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) took that sentiment further, comparing Ferguson to civil rights events in Selma, Alabama: “When we were beaten on that bridge in Selma, people couldn’t take it, for they saw it, they heard about it, they read about it, and it lit a sense of righteous indignation. When we see a miscarriage of justice in Ferguson, they’re going to have the same reaction they had towards Selma.” He called for nationwide protests if Officer Wilson isn’t indicted.
Michael Brown’s parents certainly think there’s a case to be made, and they took it to the UN Committee Against Torture. Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, said, “We need the world to know what’s going on in Ferguson and we need justice. We need answers and we need action. And we have to bring it to the UN so they can expose it to the rest of the world.”
Expose what – that their son, likely impaired by marijuana, robbed a convenience store, assaulted a police officer and got himself killed? And what do his parents expect from the UN, which is itself a collection of thug dictatorships that murder their own citizens? We hate to pile on grief-stricken parents, but this is beyond the pale.
This is nothing like Selma, and it’s not an “understandable” reaction to “racial disparities.”
Lost in all of this is Officer Wilson. In the court of public opinion, Wilson has been tried and found guilty. But Claire McCaskill doesn’t seem to mind. She said, “Once their investigations are complete, Officer Wilson will either be indicted, and then of course he will be removed from the police department, or he will not be indicted, in which case Officer Wilson has to decide what the future holds for him.” That’s an awfully cavalier attitude to have toward a man whose life has been upended and threatened.
Ferguson is at a tipping point. Police and protesters each have an opportunity to acquit themselves better than they did in August. But things aren’t looking promising.
Poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807-1882): “It takes less time to do a thing right, than it does to explain why you did it wrong.”
Columnist Ann Coulter: “The Downing Street memo consisted of minutes from a July 2002 meeting of British labor, defense and intelligence officials during the run-up to the Iraq War, in which the MI6 head, Richard Dearlove, reportedly said that ‘Bush wanted to remove Saddam Hussein, through military action, justified by the conjunction of terrorism and WMD. But the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy.’ These notes from a British cabinet meeting were called the smoking gun of Bush’s lying his way into war. … Those weren’t Tony Blair’s notes. They were a secretary’s interpretation of the MI6 chief’s interpretation of the Bush administration’s argument to the United Nations. It’s like a movie review, written by someone who knew someone who had seen the movie. The memo writer also wasn’t being paid $400,000 by the Bush administration to make Iraq War policy. Jonathan Gruber was paid that much – plus another several million from the states – to design Obamacare. … Ninety-nine percent of Americans were utterly unaffected by the invasion of Iraq – other than to be made safer, until Obama threw our victory away. Every American is affected by Obamacare. The bald-faced lies told to pass Obamacare expose not only that law, but all Democratic economic claims.”
Historian Victor Davis Hanson: “In 2008, [Barack Obama] bragged to an interviewer, ‘I think that I’m a better speechwriter than my speechwriters. I know more about policies on any particular issue than my policy directors. And I’ll tell you right now that I’m going to think I’m a better political director than my political director.’ That same sense of superiority explains his campaign boast that, ‘We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.’ No wonder Obama believes that he can just give millions of foreign residents amnesty by executive order…. Progressivism has always assumed that the supposed noble ends of fairness and quality justify any means necessary to achieve them. Influential Americans also have developed a sick idea about higher education, equating wisdom and character with a degree stamped from an Ivy League or exclusive university. The media has abdicated its watchdog role. … Wealth and status assure elites that their own lives are never affected by the laws they pass or by the concrete ramifications of their own ideology.”

Ferguson protestors seek vigilante justice
Ahead of the announcement on whether to indict the police officer who shot Mike Brown of Ferguson, Mo, a group calling itself the "No Shoot Coalition" is negotiating with police over the rules of engagement for the riots that are planned follow the announcement. In essence, this coalition of leftists that includes the New Black Panther Party, Amnesty International, the ACLU, several unions, and communist party fronts, is trying to tie the hands of police in protecting those citizens of Ferguson who would not participate in violent protests after the announcement. The No Shoot Coalition demands justice for Mike Brown, the Black man who was shot dead when he attacked a police officer after robbing a store.
The No Shoot Coalition's call to action website states: "An announcement from the grand jury about Darren Wilson will come any day now--and we are planning protests and actions for that day and the days that follow. This moment is a historic one --Ferguson is everywhere--and we are building a movement for justice for Mike Brown and an end to police violence nationwide. Just like people have done throughout American history, we are making our voices heard, taking to the streets and using our first amendment rights to engage in strong actions of civil disobedience." The organization has designated three hot spots where protests will begin to impose their brand of justice beyond the courts.
The No Shoot Coalition has developed a list of 19 "rules of engagement" it is trying to get the police to accept. Many of the demands seek to give protestors the upper hand while breaking the law in the name of "nonviolence," of course. Some include: Police will wear only the attire minimally required for their safety. Specialized riot gear will be avoided except as a last resort; Crowd control equipment such as armored vehicles, rubber bullets, rifles and tear gas will not be used; mass arrests will not be used; Police will allow protests to take and occupy larger and more disruptive spaces for longer periods of time than would normally be tolerated; Police will be tolerant of more minor lawbreaking (such as thrown water bottles) when deciding whether to escalate the use of force.
This group's marketing strategy centers around the theme that Mike Brown was on his knees with hands in surrender position (including T-shirts with a silhouette of such) when he was shot in the back by a white police officer. The ensuing investigation proved this to be totally false. In reality, Brown attacked the officer and was shot during the struggle. This group wants the police to stand down while they ignore the truth and riot. Justice these days takes many forms. When the lawless seek to establish justice, it becomes like what is written in Isaiah 59:14, "And justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter."
The Reverends Ephraim Radner and Christopher Seitz have published in First Things what they’ve dubbed the “Marriage Pledge.” The pledge would effectively separate civil marriage from the religious ceremony—signers of the pledge would refuse to sign marriage certificates, for instance. The pledge has been signed by more than 100 members of the clergy, as well as laypersons in support of the pledge and came about due to fears of pastors being forced to perform same-sex marriage ceremonies.
As Christian ministers we must bear clear witness. This is a perilous time. Divorce and co-¬habitation have weakened marriage. We have been too complacent in our responses to these trends. Now marriage is being fundamentally redefined, and we are ¬being tested yet again. If we fail to take clear action, we risk falsifying God’s Word.
The new definition of marriage no longer coincides with the Christian understanding of marriage between a man and woman. Our biblical faith is committed to upholding, celebrating, and furthering this understanding, which is stated many times within the Scriptures and has been repeatedly restated in our wedding ceremonies, church laws, and doctrinal standards for centuries. To continue with church practices that intertwine government marriage with Christian marriage will implicate the Church in a false definition of marriage.
Judicial Watch reports that the Obama administration has turned over about 42,000 pages of documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal. The administration was forced to turn the documents over to Judicial Watch in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. Judicial Watch is posting them on its web site. The administration turned them over on November 18, 2014.
One of the documents provides smoking gun proof that the Obama White House and the Eric Holder Justice Department colluded to get CBS News to block reporter Sharyl Attkisson. Attkisson was one of the few mainstream media reporters who paid any attention to the deadly gun-running scandal.
In an email dated October 4, 2011, Attorney General Holder’s top press aide, Tracy Schmaler, called Attkisson “out of control.” Schmaler told White House Deputy Press Secretary Eric Schultz that he intended to call CBS news anchor Bob Schieffer to get the network to stop Attkisson.
The Obama administration is bracing for another surge of illegal immigrants next spring, bringing online a family detention center that will have 2,400 beds.
“We must be prepared for traditional, seasonal increases in illegal migration. The Dilley facility will provide invaluable surge capacity should apprehensions of adults with children once again surge this spring,” said Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Thomas S. Winkowski.
In advance of the president’s new pro-immigrant announcement set for Thursday night, ICE is readying its strategy for next year when over 100,000 illegals are expected to flood over the U.S.-Mexico border.
If you are a United States citizen and cross the border frequently you may have to pay a fee to go into Mexico.
The National Immigration Institute in Mexico (INAMI) has started a pilot program in which foreigners that enter Mexican territory for more than seven days or they will be involved in paid work, they will have to pay 306 pesos, or about 28 US dollars.
“We are doing what should be done,” said Rudolfo Figueroa, representative of INAMI in Baja California. “Foreigners who enter Mexico have the obligation to register; if they will be in national territory for more than seven days, they have to pay the right of non-residents.”
Obama’s Amnesty Will Add As Many Foreign Workers As New Jobs Since 2009
By Neil Munro.
President Barack Obama’s unilateral amnesty will quickly add as many foreign workers to the nation’s legal labor force as the total number of new jobs created by his economy since 2009.
The plans, expected to be announced late Nov. 20, will distribute five million work permits to illegal immigrants, and also create a new inflow of foreign college graduates for prestigious salaried jobs, according to press reports.
Obama has already provided or promised almost one million extra work permits to foreigners, while his economy has only added six million jobs since 2009.
Under the president’s new amnesty plan, “up to four million undocumented immigrants who have lived in the United States for at least five years can apply. … An additional one million people will get protection from deportation…
Feds order Bible college to deport 120 Christian students
By Todd Starnes.
Myron Guiler wept.
I held the telephone receiver in my hand and listened as the Ohio pastor became overwhelmed with emotion.
“It’s heartbreaking,” he said. “I can’t stand to see these 120 children go. It’s my heart. I’ve poured my life into it.”
Guiler is the president of Marietta Bible College, a small unaccredited school that provides Bible training mostly for impoverished international students. The college is a ministry of the Marietta Bible Center Church.
According to the school’s website, it “underwent the complete review process by Ohio board of Regents in 1988 and was offered State licensure. The license was refused, because of our Biblical conviction, that such acceptance would place the State in authority over the church, the rightful position of Jesus Christ only (Colossians 1:18). Therefore, this institution is not certified by the Board of Regents nor the State of Ohio.”
By the government’s own admission, the college has dutifully applied for recertification for more than 10 years – without a single problem. So why not offer a measure of grace? Maybe Uncle Sam just lost the paperwork?
Sheriff’s Tough Message to the President Goes Viral Ahead of Obama’s Big Immigration Speech: ‘Only You Are Singularly Responsible’
Sheriff Scott Jones, in charge of one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the country, has recorded a video message to President Obama asking for immediate immigration reform. In the aftermath of the recent murders of Sacramento Sheriff Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County Sheriff Detective Michael Davis Jr., by a suspect found to have been in our Country illegally and removed four different times, Sheriff Jones initiates a national conversation for the need of immediate action by the federal Government.
“In the scope of today’s society, the inaction of our nationally elected officials has real consequences for the populace as a whole. Now is the time to take this conversation out of coffee houses and talk shows to an audience who has the ability to affect real change.” –Sheriff Scott Jones
‘OPEN REBELLION’: CHAOS IF REPUBLICANS DON’T WITHHOLD FUNDING FOR OBAMA EXECUTIVE AMNESTY
By Matthew Boyle.
Conservatives say that Republican leaders, including House Speaker John Boehner and incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, will be “complicit” in President Barack Obama’s planned executive amnesty if they don’t pull out all the stops to block him.
They warn that chaos is around the corner if that’s how it goes down, even though they’d much rather have Republican leaders fight the president alongside them.
“Fight or be complicit in lawlessness,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told Breitbart News, is the message to congressional GOP leaders on Obama’s amnesty.
If Republicans move forward with the plan from House Appropriations Committee chairman Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY) to fund the entire government—including Obama’s executive amnesty, which the president is set to announce on Thursday night—in an omnibus spending bill, a Senate GOP aide told Breitbart News conservatives will spread chaos across Washington.
“If Obama announces executive amnesty and the House passes an omnibus with no language blocking it, there will be no Senate vote, because conservatives will burn down the Capitol,” the aide said. When asked to clarify if he was serious they’d burn the building to the ground—or if he was speaking metaphorically—the aide said “open rebellion.”
Tonight, Obama unilaterally – with zero congressional approval – enacted what some have called the “most sweeping overhaul” of US immigration policy in decades. Why? Because he apparently wants the United States to continue to self-destruct. And because he believes he’s King Obama.
What did he do that was so outrageous? First, he’s rewarding at least four million illegal aliens who have been in the US for five years or more by ordering immigration officials to ignore the law and not deport them. Second, he’s further rewarding these illegal aliens by authorizing them to work in the United States. Third, Obama is dramatically expanding his Dreamer program by eliminating the age cap of thirty years for illegal aliens who simply claim their parents brought them to the U.S. when they were minors. He’s also no longer prioritizing deportation of Dreamer parents. This will impact millions of illegals who are in the U.S. today.
Rewarding lawbreaking with a promise not to deport is a form of amnesty, pure and simple. The illegal is excused from the consequences of his unlawful acts. But even worse, he is also rewarded for what he has done.
What’s so bad about all of this? It’s a blatant violation of the law. The president of this country – no matter who he is – does not have the authority to ignore the laws that say it’s illegal for non-citizens to sneak across the border, work and have kids in a country that’s not their own. Nor does he have the authority to ignore laws requiring their deportation. And he certainly does not have the authority to then reward these illegal aliens by granting them work visas and other benefits of their long-term law breaking. His job is to enforce the laws, not break them.
Not only does Obama’s amnesty debase the rule of law, it is inevitable that it will also encourage millions of more illegal aliens to sneak across the U.S. border. Everyone knows that rewarding illegal behavior will serve as inducement for the exact same thing in the future.
So America’s borders will continue to crumble, as will our language and culture. Wages will spiral downward as the American worker takes the brunt of the millions more joining the labor market. Multinational corporations – and the politicians they own – will celebrate, recognizing yet another step toward the open-border policy they secretly desire.
What should the Republican Congress do about this lawless President? As I stated in August, Obama has done plenty to justify impeachment including his “dereliction of duty, selectively enforcing the law, and usurping powers that the Constitution does not authorize. He is willfully undermining the rule of law and creating chaos.”
Although impeachment would clearly be a hit on reputation – and should be pursued – it won’t stop Obama. What the newly-GOP-infused Congress should do is defund the chief executive. The defunding could be targeted, designed to impose real inconvenience to the President until he bows to the legislative branch.
Will the Republican-led Congress have the courage to do this? Hopefully. Many conservatives are sick and tired of a “go along, get along” system where both parties continue to participate in the deconstruction of a great nation. They’re sick and tired of holding their noses and voting for the lesser of the evils. If the GOP does not confront this lawlessness, it risks fading into obscurity, losing opportunity to lead in 2016.
