Republican Barry Donadio Calls For Positivity To Dampen Racial Tensions

On September 28th 2016, Barry Donadio was interviewed by The Bay Times Newspaper of Stevensville,Maryland. When Reporter Doug Bishop asked him what could be done to ease rising tension in the U.S., Donadio replied " Doing one positive act towards others outweighs a thousand negative acts. "

Barry Donadio is no stranger to racial tensions. He served in various law enforcement positions in New York City, Long Island, Maryland, and in the military. His experience in law enforcement stems as far back to 1989. Now, he is the CEO of a high end private security firm which responded to the recent riots in Baltimore. 

In 2014, he was elected to the Queen Anne's County Republican Central Committee in Maryland. There, he lead an effort to bring minorities to the Republican party and break the label that this party is anti-minority. 

Immediately after Donald Trump was elected to President of the United States, Barry Donadio is again calling for positive acts to dampen any division between races in the country. 

"Our country is heading for a massive period of transition. Now is the time for Republicans to break the label of being the anti-minority party." " We must show that we are the party of positivity and equality. "

Donadio also stated; " There are many Americans very upset by the loss of the Democratic candidate for President. This is not the time to rub it in their faces." 

"I am calling on all Americans to perform acts of good towards one another regardless of race or political affiliation." " Now is the time for us to unite under the red, white and blue colors of the United States flag and to move forward together as a nation."

Thomas Gallatin: In light of Donald Trump's historic election victory, it may be easy to overlook just how deep and wide the victory was, not just for Trump, but for the GOP. The Trump victory is looking like the crest of another Republican wave. The GOP maintained majorities in both the House and Senate, giving Republicans the presidency and both houses of Congress for the first time since 1928. But Republicans also picked up three more governorships, increasing their number by three to 33 — and they'll perhaps add yet another soon. And they expanded their control of state legislatures to more than two-thirds.
          There were also significant initiatives on the ballot in several states. Four more states — California, Maine, Nevada and Massachusetts — voted in favor of legalizing recreational marijuana use, with voters in Arkansas, Florida and North Dakota passing a medical marijuana measure. It now seems likely that the legalization of marijuana nationwide is not far off.
          Several states had minimum wage increases on the ballot. Voters in Arizona, Colorado, Maine and Washington chose to raise the minimum wage, while a measure to lower the minimum wage to those workers under the age of 18 was rejected in South Dakota. So long as the economy languishes at near stagnation levels, the minimum wage issue won't be going away anytime soon.
          In Colorado, voters rejected a ballot initiative that would have implemented a single-payer health care model. If this had passed, Colorado residents would have seen a 10% tax on their payroll and veered to the left of even Vermont.
          The death penalty removal measure on the ballot in California appears to have been rejected by voters, while Nebraska voted to reinstate the death penalty.
          Four states had various gun control related measures on their ballots. California voters appear to have approved a measure to require background checks on the sale of ammunition. Maine voters rejected a measure to increase background checks for gun sales. In Nevada, the result was not yet fully known on whether an initiative requiring private buyers and sellers to conduct background checks had passed. And in Washington, voters passed an initiative allowing courts to temporarily seize guns from individuals.
          Alabama voters passed a measure that added a right-to-work guarantee to its state constitution, while Virginia voters rejected a similar measure. South Dakota voters rejected Measure 23, which would have effectively eliminated the state's right-to-work law, in place since 1947.
          Results have yet to fully come in on Colorado voters' choice regarding Proposition 106, legalizing physician-assisted suicide.
          In California, voters by a large margin approved Proposition 58, which now allows for public schools to teach in Spanish. And Massachusetts voters rejected school choice in voting against an initiative that would have added 12 new charter school each year.
          All in all, 2016 produced an awful lot more hope and change than many observers were counting on. Let's see what Republicans at the local, state and national levels can now do with their winnings. ~The Patriot Post

The war against history

Today, various groups of Islamists - which we can define as those committed to Islamic supremacism - are operationalizing this concept, attempting to alter the historical record in support of their totalitarian ambitions.

Six months before the attack of Sept. 11, 2001, Taliban leader Mullah Omar ordered the destruction of Afghanistan's ancient Buddhas of Bamiyan. Why? Because those monumental statues were reminders of a time when the country was not Islamic.

In 2012, Ansar Dine, a jihadi group affiliated with al Qaeda, destroyed ancient shrines, tombs and mosques in Timbuktu. Why? Because they represented a version of Islam marinated in African culture - and were therefore seen as heretical.

Most infamously, the Islamic State has been demolishing the religious and historical heritage of Syria and Iraq, turning into rubble such sites as a temple in Palmyra dedicated to the Canaanite god Baal, Christian churches in Nineveh and shrines built by Muslims whose interpretation of scripture differs from that of the would-be caliphate builders.

UNESCO, a United Nations agency whose ostensible mission is to advance world culture, has been taking a less kinetic - but perhaps no less effective - approach to this war on history. The intention is to establish that Jerusalem's holiest sites belong to Muslims and that Jews and Christians have no valid religious or historical claims in that ancient city - never had, never will.

A resolution to this effect, backed by seven Muslim-majority nations on behalf of Palestinian leaders, was passed by UNESCO members last month. Only the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Estonia voted against it. Twenty-six countries chose to abstain - as if they didn't know the truth or as if the truth were a matter of no consequence.

Some prominent individuals have been speaking out. Irina Bokova, UNESCO's own director-general, said that the vote violated the organization's responsibility to "bridge the divisions that harm the multifaith character" of Jerusalem.

A spokesman for U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon said that "the shared heritage of the three monotheistic religions of the holy sites should not be put into question."

More than three-dozen members of Congress, Republicans and Democrats alike, deplored the resolution. "World bodies do not have the right to rewrite history," said Rep. Alcee Hastings, Florida Democrat. Rep. Steny Hoyer, Maryland Democrat, called the resolution "a dangerous effort to erase history." Rep. Ted Lieu, California Democrat, labeled it "rabidly anti-Semitic and anti-Christian." Rep. Peter Roskam, Illinois Republican, recognized it as a "drastic violation of international religious freedom."

Last month, Palestinian Authority officials also announced the "Balfour Apology Campaign," a separate but related attempt at historical manipulation. To jog your memory: The Balfour Declaration was a letter written 99 years ago this month by British Foreign Secretary Lord Arthur Balfour recognizing the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in part of their ancient homeland.

It was adopted by the League of Nations, the international community of that era. The Palestinian Authority and its allies are now charging that the Balfour Declaration was "a crime" - and demanding an apology.

In truth, the Balfour Declaration expressed progressive views. For centuries, most of the Middle East had been ruled by the Ottoman Empire. But the Turkish Sultan, Mehmed VI, made the mistake of allying with the Germans in World War I. Not long after the conclusion of that conflict, his once-powerful empire would be dismantled by the victorious British and the French.

They were hardly saints but they were prepared to grant autonomy to peoples who had long been Ottoman subjects. The Balfour Declaration also spoke of the "civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine."

Three years later, the League of Nations gave Britain a mandate to govern Palestine. The eastern three-fourths of that territory became what is now the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Other new Arab nations on territories formerly under the Ottoman yoke include Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

In 1947, the U.N. proposed the founding of two states in western Palestine - one Arab and one Jewish. Palestinian Jewish leaders accepted this "two-state solution." Palestinian Arab leaders (they had not yet appropriated the name "Palestinian" as theirs and theirs alone) rejected it. The following year, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Iraq attacked the fledgling Jewish state.

The conflict ended not with a peace agreement and borders but only a truce and armistice lines - lines that held from 1949 until 1967 when Israel fought another defensive war against its neighbors, one that ended with Israel taking Gaza from Egypt and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, from Jordan.

This should not be forgotten: During the years of Jordanian occupation, Jews were banned from Jerusalem's Old City and prohibited from praying at the Western Wall. Numerous Jewish religious sites in Jerusalem were desecrated or destroyed.

And now a U.N. agency is endorsing a falsified version of that city's past while the Palestinian Authority portrays the Balfour Declaration - a statement in support of a diverse Middle East - as a criminal act.

It doesn't end there: The Palestinians are now also reportedly considering asking UNESCO to demand that the Israelis turn over to them the Dead Sea Scrolls, nearly 1,000 religious texts, most in Hebrew and Aramaic, dating back to the time of the Second Temple.

One is tempted to say "you can't make this stuff up." But, of course, you can. Orwell did. The question is whether we've learned anything since.

Fellow Americans, one day after the election the corrupt Washington establishment got together to gather information and determine the cause of their failure to place Hillary Clinton in the white house. The corrupt Washington establishment big question was; why the people voted for Donald Trump? they all believe that they have done everything possible to make Donald Trump unelectable and expended over a billion Dollars to make sure that Hillary Clinton be elected.   Hillary Clinton’s campaign vastly outspent the Trump campaign on television and radio advertisements, and get-out-the-vote efforts. Also Hillary Clinton campaign in the general election not of only had the support of the elite Democrats and Republicans of the Washington corrupt establishment, but also many leading Republicans that do not want Donald Trump as our president. Hillary, had this huge support including most of the politically active people of Wall Street and the top executives of America’s largest corporations, and even former Republican president George H.W Bush and his family.  Also her campaign team was run by seasoned professionals who knew the ropes. Hillary also had the visible and forceful backing of Barack Obama her partner on crimes and Barack’s popular wife; and of course, she had her husband Bill Clinton the womanizer.

Well what they fail to check is their history of corruption, lies and deception that demise the American people opportunity to make a decent living, their criminal collusion with the transnational corporations to pass free trade legislations that killed millions of Americans jobs, the lack of will to enforce our immigration laws and let millions of illegal immigrants invade our country placing a huge economic burden in our community and in our schools’ system, they fail to see what type of reaction the people will have about our foreign military interventions, the killings of our soldiers and the genocide we caused by getting involved in illegal wars, they fail to see that the American people’s concern, needs and right are not being addressed, they fail to see that the American people was fed-up with this corrupt establishment, they fail to acknowledged the power of the people to change this path of self-destruction that was paved with lies and deception for more than 30 years. Since Ronald Reagan the people of this country has being taken for a ride that lead them to poverty and the complete demise of their God given rights to freedom and liberty, our Constitutional Republic is gone and we will take back and restored, We know that today we have the power and the will to stand unite in solidarity to make American great for the benefit of the American people; we must never forget that our country is a country formed by the people and for the people, with liberty and justice for all.

The days of corruption, neo-liberalism, privatization of state owned agencies our land and natural resources are counted.  We the people will be in control of our destine, our future belongs to us.

We the people of this country voted for Donald Trump, because we are fed-up with this corrupt establishment that represent the transnational corporation, the wall Street, the Banker, foreign corporation and betray the American people. Exit polling indicated that 45% of Catholics voted for Hillary Clinton. Didn't they know her position on abortion ? Or her being involved in some 25 scandals in her life ? Or that her involvement in crimes,lying,intimidation,etc. is morally wrong. These Catholics may not have cared for Trump, but to vote for someone totally against the teachings of the Catholic church is very hard to understand. I may assume then that they place the political party FIRST, the candidate's personal views SECOND, and the moral teachings of the church LAST.

Lewis Morris: After months of sweating the possible negative effects that Donald Trump's slash-and-burn campaign for the presidency would have on down-ballot races, congressional Republicans were rewarded for their hard work Tuesday night. The House, which was never really in play despite the rosy predictions of Democrat strategists, remains comfortably in GOP hands with a 236 to 192 majority as of this writing. But the real action, such as it was, took place in the Senate, and Republicans prevailed there too.
          Republicans walked into the 2016 race having to defend 24 seats, and Democrats were licking their chops at the possibility of flipping the chamber in their favor. A lot was riding on the Senate outcome, not the least being which party would hold advice and consent power over upcoming Supreme Court nominees. Democrats were counting on negative feelings about Trump to trickle into Senate races, and they spent a lot of time and treasure attempting to link vulnerable Republicans to the volatile Republican presidential candidate.
          In the end, though, it appears that voters were more interested in sending a message to the current president and his party. Former Democrat Senators Evan Bayh of Indiana and Russ Feingold of Wisconsin were perfect examples of the repudiation handed to Democrats. Bayh, who retired in 2010, and Feingold, who was defeated after his vocal support for liar-nObamaCare, were recruited by top Senate Dem Chuck Schumer to run again and reclaim their seats. Both men were decisively defeated last night, and they can each likely thank liar-nObamaCare.
          Marco Rubio and Rand Paul, former presidential candidates who were both targets of Trump's harsh primary campaign, both won re-election. Rubio had previously vowed to retire, but decided to give the Senate another go, winning his race with 52% of the vote.
          Democrats did manage to pick up one seat in Illinois, where Tammy Duckworth defeated Republican incumbent Mark Kirk. But six other Republicans who were also elected to the Senate in 2010's wave election were able to successfully defend their seats. This is a further indication that the public was and remains staunchly against liar-nObamaCare and the hard-left governing style that rose out of the liar-nObama administration.
          Now the GOP will control the White House and all of Congress upon a presidential victory for the first time since 1928. We certainly hope that finally means liar-nObamaCare's days are numbered. And we also hope, along with that, the unconstitutional, autocratic method of government that we have had to suffer for these last eight years dies a well-deserved death.  ~The Patriot Post

The Democrats Who Cried Wolf

In a nutshell, this is the Democratic argument against Donald Trump. In a wild, topsy-turvy political year, it is the one exceedingly familiar piece of the political landscape – because it is a version of the argument the left makes against every Republican nominee.

That this line of attack is so shopworn, just when Democrats think we need it most, has led to self-reflection and regret from one of the harshest commentators on the left. The HBO host Bill Maher said the other day that “liberals made a big mistake” when they attacked George W. Bush “like he was the end of the world,” and did the same thing to Mitt Romney and John McCain.

Maher himself was a prime offender, with no hesitation about resorting to Nazi analogies (he compared Romney’s aides to Adolf Hitler’s dead-end loyalists, and Laura Bush to Hitler’s dog).

liar-Hillary Clinton and Barack liar-nObama have been touring the country saying that Trump isn’t like past Republican nominees, even though they were attacked in exactly the same terms.

George W. Bush was a man of deep faith who did all he could to reach out to minorities and soften conservatism’s edge. Yet right out of the gate in 2000, the NAACP ran an ad accusing him of being all but complicit in a hideous racist murder in Texas. His botched handling of Hurricane Katrina wasn’t portrayed as a mistake in trying circumstances, but of his disregard for black people. He was called a fascist, a war criminal and a would-be theocrat.

liar-nObama now says Romney was only “wrong on certain policy issues.” This is rank revisionism. His campaign’s entire approach in 2012 was to disqualify Romney as a person, basically for being too coldbloodedly rational and prim and proper (i.e., the opposite of Trump).

Romney was not, as an liar-nObama ad put it, “one of us.” He basically killed people with his heartless layoffs. He posed a real and present danger to Latinos with his policy of “self-deportation.” He was waging a “war on women.” One prominent piece of evidence for Romney’s unhinged sexism was his entirely anodyne, if awkward, comment that he asked for “binders full of women” when making appointments as governor of Massachusetts.

Harry dinky-Reid infamously alleged, with no evidence whatsoever, that Romney didn’t pay taxes for a decade. When the Republican candidate released his returns, it turned out he had overpaid. And so it went.

It has always been the case that Republican leaders are retrospectively deemed statesmen by the left when they are dead or retired. It has happened to Ronald Reagan, who went from a warmongering right-wing radical to a statesmanlike moderate; to George H.W. Bush, who was an out-of-touch elitist and now is the epitome of class; and to George W. Bush, John McCain and Mitt Romney, who now are getting their revivals.

This isn’t about the softening passage of time so much as opportunistically using past Republican politicians as a bludgeon against contemporary Republican politicians.

Genuinely alarmed by Trump, Bill Maher apparently realizes how tinny it sounds to lodge against him all the accusations routinely made against any other Republican. It was just a couple of years ago that Paul Ryan – an earnest policy wonk who operates in the inclusive style of the late Jack Kemp – was attacked as a racist for commenting on men not working in troubled inner-city neighborhoods.

If this isn’t crying wolf, what is? Confronted with Trump, Democrats don’t have any radioactive denunciations in reserve. They have all been deployed against a couple of generations of Republicans whose politics and characters were starkly different than Trump’s. And will surely be deployed once again – the charges never change, just the target.

Nate Jackson: We fully expected to be writing analysis about putting the Republican Party back together after Donald Trump's inevitable loss to liar-Hillary Clinton. We've never been so glad to be wrong — Trump will be the next president of the United States after a stunning upset. Not just an upset, but a resounding win, and a major defeat for the so-called "progressive" establishment.
          Trump won at least 276 electoral votes, and almost surely 320 once a few too-close-to-call states are decided. That said, he also likely lost the popular vote by more than 100,000 votes, thanks entirely to California. Look for Democrats to start gunning for the Electoral College.
          There are many storylines here, so let's get to it. First of all, we clearly had our differences with Trump and laid them out during the primaries. Once he became the nominee, however, we largely trained our fire on liar-Hillary Clinton, and Mark Alexander even endorsed Trump.
          Trump defied expectations all the way through the primaries, and proved once again that media pollaganda can be really effective — until the people reject it. We predicted in June that the Brexit vote could portend the U.S. results. That turned out to be correct. Voters didn't let pollsters dictate the results.
          Not only did Trump defy electoral predictions, but he proved that a Republican who's not really a Republican can win. He and the party in part ran against each other. Trump repudiated the establishment, even as many of them tripped over themselves figuring out how to address his rise. It remains to be seen how much his positions on numerous issues, immigration and trade in particular, will influence and move the GOP platform in the days ahead. He's not a conservative, but populism resonated and conservatives must use this new voice to right a lot of wrongs.
          This is huge for the Supreme Court. Senate Republicans held fast in refusing to confirm Barack liar-nObama's pick, Merrick Garland, to replace the revered Antonin Scalia. Now, Trump will get to choose the next justice, and his list is impressive.
          The importance of Trump's victory is also hard to understate for other issues, from gun rights to taxes to foreign policy to the bureaucrats who run the government.
          As for the Democrats, this is what happens when you nominate a criminal who was above the law in a rigged system. The American people gave her — and liar-nObama's banana republic — a pretty resounding rebuke. She even managed to cost Democrats the Senate. liar-Hillary Clinton was a truly awful candidate. So awful, in fact, she couldn't beat a man (and his supporters) she and her Leftmedia super PAC spent 24/7 painting as racist, bigoted and just plain crazy. Who knew that a good portion of America — the "irredeemable" "basket of deplorables" — doesn't take kindly to being smeared in such a hateful way? Yet the Left is already doubling down on that as they express horror and dismay and the results.
          We learned that Trump can talk over the media, directly to the American people. That ability is going to be critical going forward.
          In any case, it's liar-Clinton who's the criminal, and she was finally held accountable. That in and of itself brings an awful lot of relief and hope.
          Democrats have already begun blaming the "rigged system" themselves — specifically FBI Director James Comey for "interfering" in the election by reopening the criminal probe into liar-Clinton's email 11 days before the election. Democrats should remember, however, that it wasn't Comey who set up a private server on which classified information was illegally handled, all in order to conceal pay-to-play schemes at the liar-Clinton Foundation. That's all on liar-Hillary Clinton. Furthermore, Comey did his best to provide a layup exoneration for liar-Clinton. It didn't work.
          Will Comey have a job for much longer? Again, this was a huge rebuke not just for the liar-Clintons, but for liar-nObama, who campaigned vigorously for liar-Clinton and Democrats around the country. He boldly told voters that, while he wasn't on the ballot, everything he had done over the last eight years was. Turns out voters weren't so keen on his record after all.
          How big a role did liar-nObamaCare play in this result? Americans all over the country are being squeezed by skyrocketing health costs for which Democrats bear sole responsibility. Trump promises repeal, and Americans gave him a win and a GOP Congress to get it done.
          Rather than rebuilding the GOP, it will be Democrats performing the autopsy and engaging in an ugly recriminations battle. They brought this crushing wave on themselves.
          Finally, liar-Hillary is such a — how do you say it? — "nasty woman" that she refused even to address her supporters last night, instead sending out her campaign manager to tell them to go home because votes were still being counted.
          On Wednesday morning at about 11:45, she finally took the stage to offer a concession speech that wasn't a concession at all, but her usual laundry list. "You represent the best of America," she told her supporters. To be distinguished from the other side. After saying, "This is painful, and it will be for a long time," she lamented, "We have seen that our nation is more deeply divided than we thought." Because the Democrats' playbook is based on a divide and conquer strategy, she then proceeded to divide everyone by their "identities," which is exactly the problem. The American people said "no!" to that Demo division. By the way, she also mentioned "Rule of Law," which is frankly hilarious.
          Trump, by contrast, was gracious to her, saying in his victory speech, "liar-Hillary has worked very long and very hard over a long period of time and we owe her a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country. I mean that very sincerely. Now it's time for America to bind the wounds of division. We have to get together. To all Republicans, Democrats and independents across this nation, I say it is time for us to come together as one united people."
          He also aptly summed up why he won: "It's a movement comprised of Americans from all races, religions, backgrounds and beliefs who want and expect our government to serve the people, and serve the people it will. Every single American will have the opportunity to realize his or her fullest potential. The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer."

The weekend before Election Day, liar-Hillary Clinton grinned from ear to ear at a Cleveland rally while reciting a verse from Jay-Z’s remix of Young Jeezy’s “My President is Black.” As the rapper and his Black Lives Matter-promoting wife, Beyonce, beamed on stage nearby, pandersuit-clad liar-Clinton twanged with a stilted accent:

After denigrating millions of Trump supporters as “deplorable” and “irredeemable” earlier this year, liar-Clinton then unctuously confessed on election eve: “I regret deeply how angry the tone of the campaign became.”

Note the classic textbook employment of the passive voice to evade personal responsibility.

The good news is that after being blasted as haters by liar-Clinton’s hate-filled minions, after being slapped down as racial “cowards” by liar-Clintonite holdover Eric Holder, after being lambasted as “xenophobes” and “nativists” by immigration expansionists in both parties, after enduring a string of faked hate crimes blamed on conservatives, after ceaseless accusations of “Islamophobia” in the wake of jihad attacks on American soil, after baseless accusations of “homophobia” for protesting the government’s gay wedding cake coercion, and after mourning a growing list of police officers ambushed and targeted by violent thugs seeking racial vengeance, an undeniable movement of citizens in the 2016 election cycle decided to push back.

When all is said and done, one of the most important cultural accomplishments of Donald Trump’s bid will be the platform he created for Americans of all colors, ethnicities, political affiliations, and socioeconomic backgrounds to defy soul-draining identity politics.

Beltway chin-pullers expediently focused on Trump’s white and conservative supporters who are rightly sick and tired of social justice double standards. But they ignored the increasingly vocal constituency of hyphen-free, label-rejecting American People Against Political Correctness who don’t fit old narratives and boxes.

And the same “Never Trump” pundits and establishment political strategists who gabbed endlessly about the need for “minority outreach” after 2012 were flummoxed by the blacks, gays, Latinos, women and Democrats who rallied behind the GOP candidate.

The most important speech of the 2016 election cycle wasn’t delivered by one of the presidential candidates. It came from iconoclastic Silicon Valley entrepreneur/investor and Trump supporter Peter Thiel who best explained the historically significant backlash against the intolerant tolerance mob and phony diversity-mongers.

“Louder voices have sent a message that they do not intend to tolerate the views of one half of the country,” he observed at the National Press Club last week. He recounted how the gay magazine The Advocate, which had once praised him as a “gay innovator,” declared he was “not a gay man” anymore because of his libertarian, limited-government politics.

“The lie behind the buzzword of diversity could not be made more clear,” Thiel noted. “If you don’t conform, then you don’t count as diverse, no matter what your personal background.”

Trump’s eclectic coalition was bound by that common thread: disaffected individuals tired of being told they don’t count and discounted because their views do not properly “match” their gender, chromosomes, skin color or ethnicity. That is exactly why the more they and their nominee were demonized, the stronger their support grew.

“No matter what happens in this election,” Thiel concluded last week, “what Trump represents isn’t crazy and it’s not going away.”

He’s right. I too often take for granted my own personal awakening about the entrenched tribalism of identity politics at a crazy liberal arts college in the early 1990s. The liberation from collectivist ideology is profound and lasting. Witnessing so many outspoken newcomers arrive at this enlightenment, however circuitous the route, has been the most encouraging and underappreciated phenomenon of the 2016 campaign.

Welcome to Seattle, where a "gun violence" tax implemented in 2015 has predictably turned into an abject failure — though don't expect city officials to admit it. We begin with one gun dealer's experience and the tax's harmful effects on business. Via the Seattle Post-Intelligencer:
          "Mike Coombs, owner of Sodo's Outdoor Emporium, says he has laid off three employees and taken a $2 million hit in sales so far in 2016. His customer count, he says, is also down by 32 percent. Meanwhile, Coombs says his other store — Sportco in Fife — has seen a 10 percent to 12 percent increase in sales. He blames the Seattle gun violence tax, passed last year and implemented Jan. 1. The ordinance charges a $25 tax for every firearm sold in the city and 5 cents for every round of ammunition of .22 caliber or greater. Given that ammunition comes bundled in boxes, those nickels can add up."
          The tax hasn't exactly been a boon for the city, either. The story goes on to note, "Coombs estimates he's sent the city $60,000 through the third quarter from the gun tax, but says the city has also lost more than $600,000 in sales tax due to his plummeting sales." Talk about misfiring. Despite several efforts by both gun advocates and journalists to force the city's hand in revealing tax numbers, it isn't budging. The Seattle Post Intelligencer notes the city pledged "to fund a program at Harborview Medical Center that aims to reduce the after effects of gun violence" by using increased tax revenue from gun sales. No wonder there's secrecy — publicly exposing the lack of funds would only serve to irreparably tarnish the city's conjured up narrative.
          It would also create a firestorm among taxpayers. Even though gun tax revenue has fallen short, that hasn't stopped city officials from robbing everyone else. As the report also explains, "Harborview Medical Center confirmed [last] week that because the ordinance remains contested in court, the tax revenue remains untouched and the hospital is instead getting the money for its gun violence program from the city's general fund." Sure, city gun sales are down — which is exactly what leftists wanted. But Seattle lost a serious cash flow too in its ridiculous pursuit to purge the city of guns. Even more damning, it didn't exactly purge them from surrounding areas, as gun dealers are responding by moving business elsewhere. Tim Kaine, liar-Clinton, and Three Dead GIs

{truthrevolt.org} ~ Democratic presidential nominee liar-Hillary Clinton’s running mate, Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, has largely escaped scrutiny in the US presidential election now drawing to a close.

But as Americans make their ways to the polls, one of the final issues worth considering is what Kaine’s inclusion at the bottom of liar-Clinton’s ticket tells us about the likely trajectory of US foreign policy under a liar-Clinton administration.

There are two things that are important to know about Kaine. First, he is President Barack liar-nObama’s man. In 2007, as governor of Virginia, Kaine was the first state-wide office holder outside of Illinois to endorse the then first-term senator for president.

In 2008, liar-nObama reportedly wanted very much to select Kaine as his running mate but opted instead for then senator Joseph loose lips-Biden due to Kaine’s inexperience in foreign policy.

Shortly after liar-Clinton selected Kaine as her running mate, multiple reporters speculated that liar-nObama forced liar-Clinton to accept him as her running mate by conditioning his active support for her campaign on liar-Clinton’s selection of Kaine.

The second thing that it is important to know about Kaine is that he is a J Street senator. According to opensecrets.org, which reports political donations to US political races, J Street’s PAC is the largest donor to Kaine’s campaign committee.

J Street is a subversive organization.

Its goal is to undermine the US alliance with Israel while proclaiming its commitment to Israel. Prof. Alan Dershowitz, who supports liar-Clinton, told The Washington Free Beacon in July that J Street is “the most damaging organization in American history against Israel.”

While endlessly proclaiming its devotion to Israel, J Street has campaigned against Israel at every turn. It opposed sanctions against Iran. It supported liar-nObama’s nuclear deal with Iran. It condemns Israel and blames it for the absence of peace in the Middle East.

As Dershowitz noted, “J Street has done more to turn young people against Israel than any organization in the whole of history. It will go down in history as one of the most virulent, anti-Israel organizations in the history of Zionism and Judaism. It has given cover to anti-Israel attitudes on campus and particularly its approach to Israel’s self-defense.”

And Kaine is J Street’s guy.

In March 2015, Kaine was one of nine Democratic senators who boycotted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech on the nuclear deal with Iran before the joint session of Congress.

liar-Clinton’s running-mate was one of 12 senators that refused to sign a bipartisan letter to liar-nObama in June 2014 warning him against funding the Palestinian Authority after it signed a unity government deal with Hamas, which is listed as a foreign terrorist organization by the US State Department.

J Street, along with its ideological and political fellow travelers like Kaine, deliberately misleads the American public about the nature of reality in the Middle East. According to J Street’s propaganda line, at best, there is no moral or strategic distinction between Israel and its neighbors.

At worst, Israel is to blame for the problems of the region because it refuses to surrender Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria to the PLO, and because it rejects liar-nObama’s appeasement of Iran. In other words, at worst, Israel is undermining and endangering America.

The success of J Street and its comrades – including Kaine – in selling this misleading and disastrous tale is reflected in the American Jewish community’s view of the Palestinian conflict with Israel.

That the Palestinian conflict with Israel is rooted not in territory but in the PLO’s antisemitism, its denial of Jewish history and nationhood and its rejection of the Jewish nation’s right to national self-determination in the Jewish homeland is exposed every single day.

This week, for instance, fresh from its success in getting UNESCO to deny the Jewish people’s ties to Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, the PLO is pushing UNESCO to agree that the Dead Sea Scrolls, among the earliest biblical scripts, belong to the Palestinians.

Last week, the PLO-controlled PA named a school in Tulkarm after Salah Khalaf. Khalaf was one of the masterminds of the massacre of Israel’s Olympic team at the 1972 Munich Olympics.

The PLO also praised Salah’s co-mastermind Abu Daoud on its Facebook page last week.

And yet, according to a comparative survey of Israeli and American Jews conducted by Pew Research Center in September, American Jews just don’t get it.

61 percent of American Jews still believe that “a way can be found for Israel and a Palestinian state to coexist peacefully with each other.”

In Israel a mere 43% of Israelis agree with them. It’s not that Israelis don’t want peace. It’s just that unlike their American Jewish cousins, Israelis have paid, and continue to pay the price for the empowerment and legitimization of the PLO terrorist organization.

Israelis have paid, and continue to pay the price for the Western view, embraced and advanced by liar-nObama, Kaine and their J Street funders and champions, that Israel is to blame for the absence of peace in the region.

This deliberately cultivated lie is not only damaging and dangerous for Israel. It is also damaging and dangerous for the US.

Case in point is the murder of three US army special forces in Jordan last Friday.

Hundreds of US special forces are deployed today in Jordan. Their responsibilities include training anti-Islamic State (ISIS) forces and, more importantly, securing the Hashemite Kingdom.

The situation in Jordan, which is widely viewed as the US’s most stable Arab ally, is inherently – and, as Friday’s assault made clear, murderously – unstable.

With more than a million and a half Syrian and Iraqi refugees living in the country, which had a pre-Arab crack-up population of five million, the long-term outlook for the minority Hashemite monarchy is very much an open question.

The White House is playing down the significance of the November 4 attack, and with good reason.

The US cannot abandon Jordan. If it does, the kingdom will likely fall. Jordan will become another former state along the lines of Iraq and Syria. Facing this abysmal choice, the US shrugs its shoulders and accepts the murder of its forces by its supposed allies. Dead American servicemen is the price of doing business with Jordan.

The same logic pertains to the US alliance with Saudi Arabia. The House of Saud is a Petri dish of jihadism. The Saudis were inextricably linked to al-Qaida and to the September 11 hijackers, as the 9/11 Commission’s findings exposed.

But as is the case in Jordan, the US has no better option going forward than maintaining its alliance with the Saudis, for as long as they survive.

The Palestinians exhibit the same chronic instability and hostility toward the US and its values and interests as the Jordanians and Saudis. At best, a future Palestinian state will be no better an ally to the US than Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

In all likelihood, a future Palestinian state would look exactly like Iraq from the moment it declares independence.

This then brings us to Israel and the real price that the J Streets and Kaines impose on America with their hostility to the Jewish state.

The adversarial nature and chronic instability and weakness of America’s key Arab allies demonstrates the basic fact that a strong and independent Israel is the key American interest in the Middle East.

Israel is the US’s only stable ally in the entire Middle East.

Kaine along with his ideological and political sponsors in J Street and the liar-nObama White House is committed to a foreign policy that is based on obscuring this basic truth. The foreign policies that Kaine has supported and advanced from his seat in the Senate, and those he will champion as vice president are all based on misleading the public in order to weaken the US and its only stable Middle Eastern ally in the name of a fictional “peace.”

In October, Edward Klein, the best-selling liar-Clinton biographer, alleged that when liar-Hillary Clinton informed former president Bill liar-Clinton that liar-nObama told her to choose Kaine as her running mate, the former president recoiled, recognizing that Kaine will serve as liar-nObama’s proxy in her administration.

But both understood that accepting Kaine in exchange for liar-nObama on the campaign trail was a necessary bargain.

The liar-Clintons were of course right, as far as the campaign was concerned.

But the presidency begins after the campaigning is over. And the fact is that if she is elected, with Kaine as vice president, liar-Clinton – who has already placed herself snugly in liar-nObama’s shadow – will face a powerful obstacle if she ever wishes to put daylight between her foreign policy and that of her predecessor.

That is, it's the tremendous power the American people have allowed (demanded, even) to coalesce inside the DC Beltway, and particularly at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Decisions that used to be made by individual states or local governments are now decided somewhere in Washington, DC, often by a single branch, or even worse — and more often the case — an unaccountable sub-entity within that branch. As a result, elections nowadays are "for all the marbles."
          We offer as a case-in-point the Supreme Court of the U.S. One facet of the current election is that it is effectively a referendum on who will replace the late, great Antonin Scalia and give the winning party a 5-4 majority on an otherwise (arguably) evenly divided bench. Less than a century ago, the Court was largely apolitical; now it's an ideology-based "final arbiter" of national law. Instead of faithfully interpreting the plain text and intent of a given law, many justices skew their judgments to "outcome-based" jurisprudence, in which they decide the outcome they want and then "walk-back" their logic — and, unfortunately, their "law" — to support the desired result. Thus whichever party chooses the next justice "wins," by-and-large, any issue arriving at the doorstep of SCOTUS. But the problem doesn't stop there.
          No, it worsens exponentially because every branch of the federal government has too much power, in one way or another. For example, the Executive Branch has arrogated to itself the power of all three federal branches, temporarily relenting only when checked by another branch of government. As His Worship is fond of saying, "If Congress won't act, I will" or, alternatively, "I've got a pen and a phone." Translation: "I don't need the Legislature: I am the Legislature!" In any case, the current Occupation Force inside the Executive Branch does not consider the Separation of Powers doctrine as an impediment to its reach or effectiveness.
          As for Congress, with the passage of the Seventeenth Amendment morphing senator selection by state legislature into popular election, senators are no longer accountable to their states, but only to "the people." That might sound good at first blush, but it crippled states' abilities to check federal government power. Moreover, Congress generally has too much power. The Constitution enumerates specific responsibilities for Congress, the president and the Supreme Court. Those not specifically granted to these branches are supposed to be reserved either to the states or to the people — the Tenth Amendment. Today, the Tenth Amendment is all but a dead letter. Like the Executive Branch, Congress — using the courts as well as the Executive Branch — has assumed far more power than "We The People" ever granted it under the Constitution.
          The aggrandizement of power by the federal government was a primary concern of the so-called "Anti-Federalists," who opposed ratifying the Constitution on the grounds that the federal government would eventually become all-powerful and too distant from those it governed. They were also concerned that the states would become mere conduits through which the federal government would exercise its overwhelming power. Fast-forward to today and the Anti-Federalists have been prophetic. An increasingly distant government brandishes immeasurable power over a vast expanse, over hundreds of millions of people with conflicting ambitions and needs. The input of the average American citizen to the federal Leviathan is so remote that the output — the federal government's influence upon that individual in daily life — seems totally arbitrary. "No taxation without representation"? What about the case of "no representation," period?
          However, the real issue here is not "who's right" in a national election, but rather the broader issue of "good governance." Originally, the Founders viewed the states as individual "experiments" on how to "get along" as a people. The idea was that if a particular state went awry with respect to governance, people would "vote with their feet" and relocate to a better state. With the power of the federal government increasing and the power of the states diminishing over time, these "experiments" became less and less distinguishable: Today all is now "federal."
          Contentious elections are merely a symptom of a much bigger problem: Too much power amassing in the federal government and a discontinuity between its applied power and the will of the people who have no real say in its control. The solution to both problems is to again disperse the federal government's power by redistributing it across all three branches of the federal government and among the states. But such an act won't happen from any initiative within the Beltway, which has become so drunk with the mass-accrual of power that the vast majority of today's members of Congress and senior Executive Branch leaders are millionaires — another clear indicator of the magnitude of the problem. The U.S. ability to utilize breathtaking tools to steal and manipulate electronic communications and data, as well as operating in the cyber world has proven effective. Spy satellites have unbelievable methods to penetrate enemies' defenses, and to be able to see the unseeable.

The intelligence community now trains skilled professionals to "connect the dots" from these divergent data sources. These are remarkable capabilities of modern technology and human analysis that is being implemented by the U.S. to keep its citizens safe, but there is a massive gap.

Throughout time there has always been one indispensible tool of espionage – the human spy also known as HUMINT, or human intelligence. History has proven time and again that human intelligence is the focal point of great intelligence. It is dangerous and risky, yet fundamental to a successful integrated intelligence effort.

In Iraq, the lack of substantial human intelligence resulted in the mistake of assessing that Iraq had acquired weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Signals intelligence (SIGINT) and imagery intelligence (IMINT) had presented a compelling case. Human intelligence was almost non-existent. The result, a wrong conclusion based on partial information.

It is crucial to note that spy networks take years to validate and develop. It is not something you can easily turn on and off. As the United States now enters the next phase of the war against ISIS, it's time to rebuild our HUMINT capabilities, to be our eyes and ears in the Middle East and Africa.

Any objective analysis of today's HUMINT capabilities will indicate that the U.S. is almost blind against the Islamic State.

President Bill liar-Clinton's decision to reduce reliance on HUMINT in the 1990's because of the inherent risk has left analysts forced to analyze situations with limited information. The 1990's action left us weakened but not blind.

More recently, severe errors were made. Egypt and Libya were two countries that provided the U.S. with extensive HUMINT capabilities. Egypt and Libya have now been marginalized as sources. The U.S. support for overthrowing Mubarak in Egypt has limited cooperation since then, and has resulted in Egypt growing closer to Russia. Correspondingly, HUMINT assistance was eliminated in Libya. When the U.S. overthrew Gaddafi they also destroyed Libya's HUMINT network that had been of substantial help.

Other U.S. "allies" in the region are currently being called into question. Can the U.S. rely on obtaining substantial intelligence from states like Saudi Arabia and Qatar who are known for supporting the Islamic State? Are there any other options for the U.S.?

Turkey constantly disagrees with U.S. policy vis-a-vis the Kurds. Their inability to back the 2003 war in Iraq signals their limited reliability and cooperation in defeating ISIS today.

Support from Iraq proves improbable that the Shia-dominated government in Baghdad, a proxy for Iran, will not afford the U.S. much help.

Syria is now a failed state.

The bottom line is, after being involved in a decades-long war against radical jihadists, America has lost almost all of its HUMINT capabilities in the region. The only real and reliable allies in the region today are Israel and Jordan.

After losing capabilities in Egypt, Libya, and Syria, recognizing the limitations and reliability of Saudi Arabia and Qatar due to their ties to ISIS, and the complex and arduous relationships that the U.S. has with Turkey and Iraq, the outlook is grave.

Those who know and understand the ominous threat of ISIS are the countries in that region. Today they are not aligned to provide the HIMINT that America needs to keep the country safe.

The next president will make decisions on how to confront, contain, and ultimately defeat ISIS with one hand behind their back. They will not have the one profound asset, human intelligence, which will help the President of the United States eradicate ISIS and other jihadist groups from the world.

Our next President will be forced to make tactical and strategic decisions with limited insights into the threat.

The decisions in the 1990s by President Bill liar-Clinton and the actions by the liar-nObama Administration will handicap future Presidents because of the destruction of almost all HUMINT in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

It will be important for the next President and the American people to know of the limited resources and information that will be available as decisions are made. The loss of HUMINT will practically guarantee that more "mistakes" will be made.

Factoring Israel into Your Voting Decision

{townhall.com} ~ God certainly has his ways of getting our attention, and He got my attention this past Saturday night when I was speaking at a pre-election conference at a church in Lakeland, Florida.

The pastor and his wife have three small children, the middle one being a boy named Israel, just three years old.

His grandmother, the pastor’s mother-in-law, was babysitting for him and his sister at the pastor’s house, when suddenly, to her shock, the boy was nowhere to be found.

She tried calling her son-in-law and daughter, who were at the church service, finally reaching them on the fourth try.

“Israel is missing!” she exclaimed, as they jumped in their car to head home, calling 911 on the way.

At this time, the night service was now over,  and I was waiting for the pastor to drive me back to the hotel, but he had disappeared and was nowhere to be found. That’s when a church worker came up to me and said, “I’ll be driving you back,” explaining to me that the pastor had received a message that “Israel is missing.”

Thankfully, by then, he had been found, asleep in his own bed.

Apparently, he had wandered somewhere else in the house, falling asleep in a closet or in the garage, somehow evading his frantically searching grandmother, only to find his way back to his bed and to a quiet night’s sleep.

But those words “Israel is missing” kept ringing in my ears, and when I woke up Sunday morning, reflecting on whether I should speak on Israel and the elections, there was an Amber Alert on my phone for a missing child in the area obviously, not for little Israel, but the coincidence of the moment was not to be missed.

This certainly got my attention.

But given the importance of America’s relationship with Israel, I didn’t need any kind of special sign to focus on the subject, since I honestly believe that God judges nations, in part, based on how they treat Israel.

Now, before you write me off as some kind of hyper-spiritual, Zionist nut case, let me explain what I do and do not mean. For those of you who don’t believe the Bible is God’s Word, then I’m already a hyper-spiritual nut case in your eyes. No problem!

First, standing with Israel does not mean standing against the Palestinians or sanctioning everything Israel does.

Second, if a country stands with Israel, that does not give that country some kind of magic pass because of which God will overlook all their transgressions.

Third, we stand with Israel despite Israel’s shortcomings, not because Israel is perfect far from it.

That being said, I believe the ancient principle spoken first to Abraham, then to his grandson Jacob, then to the nation of Israel as a whole, still applies today, namely, that God blesses those who bless Israel and curses those who curse Israel (see Genesis 12:3; 27:29; Numbers 24:9).

How has this worked out historically?

In Jeremiah 30:11, the Lord said to Israel, “For I am with you to save you, declares the LORD; I will make a full end of all the nations among whom I scattered you, but of you I will not make a full end. I will discipline you in just measure, and I will by no means leave you unpunished.”

Looking back, we can see that Assyria and Babylon, the mighty empires that exiled Israel and Judah in the 8th and 6th centuries, ceased to exist in the centuries that followed, while the nation of Germany suffered horrific defeat in war and was divided for decades after the Holocaust.

Are these just coincidences? I think not.

Derek Prince, an Oxford-trained, British Bible teacher (1915-2003), noted many years ago that, “Britain emerged victorious from two World Wars, retaining intact an empire that was perhaps the most extensive in human history. But in 1947–8, as the mandatory power over Palestine, Britain opposed and attempted to thwart the rebirth of Israel as a sovereign nation with her own state.” At that time, Prince was living in Jerusalem, and so he spoke “as an eyewitness of what actually took place.”

In his words, “From that very moment in history, Britain’s empire underwent a process of decline and disintegration so rapid and total that it cannot be accounted for merely by the relevant political, military or economic factors. Today, less than a generation later, Britain—like Spain—is a struggling, second-rate power.”

It’s for you to decide whether you believe any of this, but in my humble opinion, even though America helps Israel every year with billions of dollars of military aid, I believe America needs Israel more than Israel needs America.

And since the Republican platform is much stronger on Israel than is the Democratic platform this seems to reflect the views of Trump-Pence vs. liar-Clinton-Kaine as well, that’s another strong reason I will vote for Trump-Pence on Tuesday, despite Mr. Trump’s many obvious and serious flaws.

Barry Donadio's private security and investigation firm "Public Security LLC", put 65 Marylanders to work this month. Most were Eastern Shore Marylanders hired to work the "10K Over The Bay Bridge Run" that took place on November 6th 2016. The new staff fetched a high hourly rate of pay as Public Security LLC decided that paying Marylanders a high wage was more important then their profit according to their business strategy. After working the event, the newly hired Marylanders were afforded further employment opportunities with Public Security LLC on a part-time basis. Those positions are expected to lead to full time positions.

Kristen Brook, a newly hired Event Staff, thanked the company President Barry Donadio for the allowing all of them to be apart of the Bridge Race. Rolling Stone should stick to reviewing music. The iconic magazine lost a huge defamation lawsuit Friday stemming from its fabricated story in November 2014 about a supposed gang rape by a fraternity at the University of Virginia. Reporter Sabrina Rubin Erdely recounted the story of the college student known only as "Jackie" without corroborating her account. Police determined that key elements of Jackie's story were false. There were serious lapses at all levels of reporting and editing at Rolling Stone, and the magazine eventually retracted the story. Former UVA dean Nicole Eramo sued, alleging the magazine's careless and agenda-driven "reporting," which cast her as the villain and face of an indifferent administration, had destroyed her entire career of helping victims of sexual assault. A jury agreed, and deliberations on monetary damages begin today. (The Phi Kappa Psi fraternity has also filed suit.) That defamation suits are notoriously difficult to win illustrates just how far off the rails Rolling Stone went.
          Campus sexual assault has been a major theme for the Left — not entirely without reason — and Jackie's story evidently proved too good to do even basic fact-checking. But it was all a lie, and lies are what make it harder for actual victims, not the fact that Rolling Stone is being held accountable. Anyone accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty. That doesn't change because the alleged crime was sexual assault on a college campus, and it doesn't change because some "hip" leftists at a rock and roll rag have a story to tell. Is the FBI Constitutional?

{thenewamerican.com} ~ Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) James Comey is again under fire, this time by supporters of liar-Hillary Clinton for permitting the re-opening of the investigation into her use of personal servers to store and send classified material, the second round of a scandal that could prove fatal to the Democratic nominee's chance to occupy the Oval Office in January.
 
Republicans had their own go at Comey when he declared after the original investigation of liar-Clinton's mishandling of classified documents and information that there was insufficient evidence to charge her with any criminal violation.
 
Comey, it seems, has become a punching bag being worked over by partisans on both sides of the political aisle.
 
Regarding the sound and fury coming out of the liar-Clinton camp, they don't see that their candidate has fallen into a pit she dug for herself. She knew, or should have known, that there are rules governing the treatment and transmission of data that could place U.S. national security in danger.
 
She broke those rules, and despite what Comey claimed, whether she did so knowingly or not is irrelevant, as the requisite mental state codified into the regulation is "negligence." That is to say, in order to be in violation of the relevant statute, one need only fail to take reasonable care in the behavior in question.
 
It is beyond dispute that there was a duty of care, and liar-Hillary Clinton's behavior fell well below that bar.
 
What is also beyond dispute is that neither the Republicans — when liar-Clinton was exonerated — or the Democrats — when the whole affair was brought back into the light of investigation — ever questioned the authority of the FBI to carry on as a federal police force.
 
The larger question, the constitutional question, is why does the federal government have an armed police force with nearly unlimited authority (at home and abroad) and with the power to conduct most of its work in secret, beyond the oversight of the American people, whose interest they ostensibly serve?
 
Perhaps Ryan McMaken has hit upon the answer to that question in an article published on the Mises Wire blog. McMaken writes of the federal government's law enforcement agency:
Of all federal police forces, the FBI is the most romanticized, and every FBI agent is assumed to be the modern embodiment of a fictionalized version of Eliot Ness: incorruptible, professional, and efficient. Decades of pop culture has driven this home with TV series and movies such as The Untouchables, The FBI Story, and This Is Your FBI have long perpetuated the idea that when local police fail, the FBI will step in to be more effective and simply better than every other law enforcement agency. Corruption cannot touch the FBI, we are told, and they apply the law equally to everyone.
According to a piece penned in 2012, "A Stasi for America," reporter James Bovard painted a darker, less egalitarian picture of the FBI's application of the law:
A ripple of protest swept across the Internet in late March after the disclosure that the Federal Bureau of Investigation was teaching its agents that “the FBI has the ability to bend or suspend the law to impinge on the freedom of others.” This maxim was inculcated as part of FBI counterterrorism training. The exposure of the training material — sparked by a series of articles by Wired.com’s Spencer Ackerman — spurred the ritual declaration by an FBI spokesman that “mistakes were made, and we are correcting those mistakes.” No FBI officials were sanctioned or fired for teaching lawmen that they were above the law.... At least the FBI has been consistent. Since its founding in 1908, the bureau has rarely let either the statute book or the Constitution impede its public service. Tim Weiner, the author of a superb exposé of the CIA (Legacy of Ashes) has delivered a riveting chronology of some of the FBI’s biggest crimes with his new book, Enemies.
There's no question that in its roughly 100 years of existence, the FBI has seen its reputation rise and fall.
 
McMaken recites a bit of recent history in support of his assertion that the creation and the continuation of the FBI as a federal secret police force is an assault on the liberty of the United States:
The reality and the romance, of course, have always been two totally different things, and it's helpful to remind ourselves that it was the FBI that was in charge of the Waco massacre where 26 children were killed. It was the FBI that led the raid on Randy Weaver's house where an FBI sniper shot a woman dead while she was holding a 10-month old baby. It was the FBI that spied on Martin Luther King, Jr., and targeted peaceful anti-war organizations for political reasons during the 1960s and 70s. It was the FBI that came of age arresting opponents of the First World War.
Naturally, in all of these cases, the FBI has actively covered up the facts and denied wrongdoing.
 
Next, the history lesson looks further back to the beginnings of the FBI to illuminate the transformation of the FBI from crime-fighting force (albeit no less unconstitutional) to powerful partner in the surveillance state:
Thanks to war hysteria during World War I, the FBI rose to prominence as Woodrow Wilson's shock troops against "dissidents" (i.e., peaceful opponents of the war). Indeed, persecuting and prosecuting political enemies of the American state would become something of the forte of the FBI, with the role of the agency being expanded ever more during times of perceived national crisis. The idea of the FBI as a crime-fighting organization — the primary message of fawning treatments of the FBI such as The Untouchables and The FBI Story — for decades served as cover for the FBI's political activities. As Foreign Policy pointed out in 2014, though, the FBI quietly dropped its claims of being a crime fighting organization and began declaring itself a "national security" organization. Down the memory hole goes the FBI's original claimed raison d'etre.
This point is borne out in the FBI's own description of its purpose. On the "Questions and Answers" section of its official web page, the agency describes itself as "an intelligence-driven and threat-focused national security organization with both intelligence and law enforcement responsibilities."
 
Where, one wonders, does the Constitution grant the federal government or any of its associated agencies any intelligence gathering and federal law-enforcement power?
 
Finally, not only is the FBI's assumption of its current role as federal police force and armed branch of the federal surveillance apparatus unconstitutional and a persistent threat to freedom, but it represents yet another example of the inability of the government to perform any task on par with a privately owned entity with the same or similar objective. Again, from the Mises Wire: "The unreliability of metropolitan police, with their strong local and partisan ties, prompted major businesses and industrialists to establish the Pinkertons and other private police forces. The Pinkertons ultimately functioned as a de facto national detective and policing service until the 1920s, when the FBI finally came into its own."
 
As one scandal blends into the next, and as each generation sees the occurrence of some serious act of FBI abuse of power, perhaps it is time to consider the abolition of the agency and the return of its assumed duties to the private sector.

In an interview with actress Gina Rodriguez, Barack liar-nObama was asked the following question: "Many of the Millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens — and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country — are fearful of voting.           Meanwhile in Virginia, it was recently learned that Democrat Gov. Terry McAuliffe has successfully granted 60,000 ex-convicts voting rights in time for voting in the election, helping tip the state in favor of his long-time friend liar-Hillary Clinton. The Washington Post has been completely in the tank for liar-Hillary Clinton this year. The latest story is no different — attempting to paint liar-Clinton as a tough opponent of Russia's Vladimir Putin, which is supposedly the "real" reason he's opposed to her candidacy. Aside from her infamous "reset," the Post specifically referenced her as telling Barack liar-nObama that "strength and resolve were the only language Putin would understand." The problem is that liar-Clinton and liar-nObama have been anything but tough with Putin. According the Post, liar-Hillary's idea of being tough with Putin is to "snub him" and avoid "flatter[ing] Putin with high-level attention." In other words, get on your high horse and act like he doesn't exist. While that type of passive-aggressive behavior might work for one who is seeking to show dominance over weak-minded subordinates, it tends to have the opposite effect on those who are of a discerning mind and see through the power play charade.
          Since liar-nObama has been in office, America has witnessed the rise of Russian strength and a rebirth of Cold War-like animosities between the U.S. and Russia. Mitt Romney warned about just that, while liar-nObama and liar-Clinton scoffed. Putin has successfully annexed Crimea, occupied eastern Ukraine, and propped up a once-faltering Bashar al-Assad, essentially securing his hold on power in Syria. liar-nObama and company have issued ultimatums and endorsed sanctions that they have then failed to back up, which is no sign of strength but of weakness. Ignoring problems doesn't make them go away, and talking tough while ignoring problems only makes one look even more foolish.
          While liar-Clinton has the foreign policy "experience" that Donald Trump does not have, the outcomes of her decisions leave little in the way of confidence that the U.S. under her leadership would gain any more strength internationally. Jennifer Lopez, Pharrell Williams, Jay Z and Beyoncé have lent their vocal talents and fame to liar-Hillary Clinton’s campaign in recent days—headlining concerts and events. If it seems like the “cool kids” like liar-Clinton—while “white supremacists” like Trump—allow me to point out that plenty of reputable, successful and talented Americans wholeheartedly support Trump’s policies.

1.) Peter Thiel

Peter Thiel is a tech innovator who co-founded PayPal and made the first outside investment in Facebook. He’s also an investor in many other entrepreneurial ventures and an outspoken advocate for free market principles. Thiel has donated $1.25 million to Trump’s campaign efforts.

“Voters are tired of being lied to,” Thiel said in a speech to journalists at the National Press Club last week. He argued that insiders on both sides of the aisle have contributed to what he calls economic and cultural bubbles. Thiel pointed out:

“The story people in Silicon Valley always want to tell is one in which their specific success, as individuals and as companies, gets conflated with the story of general success and general progress in the United States.”

Silicon Valley giants like Google CEO Eric Schmidt are collaborating behind the scenes with liar-Clinton and supporting public policies that will help them specifically while hurting the average American small business owner. We need more entrepreneurs like Thiel, who—like the late co-founder of Apple, Steve Jobs—support lower taxes and fewer regulations.

2.) Loretta Lynn

“Yeah, I'm proud to be a coal miner's daughter,” is a stanza from one of country singer-songwriter Loretta Lynn’s biggest hits. So, it’s no surprise that she supports the presidential candidate who’s not going to put coal miners out of business.

“Trump has sold me – what more can I say?” Lynn told Reuters. Over the course of her prolific 60-year career, Lynn—who is the most decorated female country artist in history—has had multiple albums go gold and received copious music awards. President liar-nObama awarded her a Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2013, but Lynn has her own political views and can’t be bought. “I just think he’s Trump the only one who’s going to turn this country around.”

3.) Tom Brady

Four-time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady is a longtime friend of Trump. In 2015, he was asked about the possibility of Trump winning the White House and replied: “I hope so. That would be great.”

When Esquire asked Brady whether he would be following in the footsteps of San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick and kneeling during the national anthem he replied: “I always choose to stand and reflect, at a moment like that, on the blessings that I’ve had. That’s how I choose to express how I feel toward the people that have sacrificed for us. I think we live in a wonderful country.”

No wonder Brady owns a “Make America Great Again” hat while Kaepernick is hosting a Black Panther Party-inspired youth camp.

4.) Lou Holtz

Speaking of sports role models, it’s difficult to forget four-time college football bowl winner Lou Holtz. “He does nothing but go first class in everything. He wants this country to be first class as well,” Holtz said in his official video endorsement of Trump.

5.) Jon Voight

Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie has an Oscar-winning father and his name is Jon Voight. A traditional liberal at heart, Voight was a strong supporter of John F. Kennedy. However, today’s radical breed of Democrats is too extreme for his tastes.

“He's an answer to our problems. We need to get behind him. The Republicans need to unite behind this man,” Voight has said of Trump. “We need somebody to go in and reconstruct us in a sort of way, get us back to where we were, who we need to be."

“He's a visionary. The children that he's raised give you an example of his moral character and his loving kindness. …He's just the perfect guy to come from outside the system to do a lot of the work that needs to be done,” Voight said.

The funny thing is, there are many more pro-Trump celebrities in the closet. While neither of our two leading presidential candidates is perfect, you need only look at the massive crowds at Trump rallies to see that there’s far more passion behind the less two-faced candidate.

Look to your left and to your right. You are surrounded by people silently planning to vote for Trump on Nov. 8. Consider joining them so we can take back our country.

Mark Alexander: Over the weekend, Democrats and Republicans retreated to their initial assessments of FBI Director James Comey after he retreated to his initial exoneration of liar-Hillary Clinton three months ago.
          However, in my analysis 10 days ago regarding Comey's "reopened investigation" into liar-Hillary Clinton, I emphasized this caveat: It was possible this was an eleventh hour play for Comey to exonerate liar-Clinton — again. I based this assessment on Barack liar-nObama's highly suspect praise of Comey right after the re-opened case announcement.
          Then, I wrote that liar-nObama's affirmation of Comey could mean he already knows that Comey will announce, by the end of the week, that the FBI has completed a preliminary review of the new emails and that Comey will, again, clear liar-Clinton of any wrongdoing.
          Indeed, Comey did just that in a follow-up letter to Congress Sunday: “Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary liar-Clinton. I am very grateful to the professionals at the FBI for doing an extraordinary amount of high-quality work in a short-period of time.” (Apparently, his investigators were able to read 650,000 emails in seven days — that's 92,857 a day...)
          So, what to conclude about this latest political charade? Either Comey is profoundly inept, or his "case re-opened" notification to Congress was a lay-up for liar-Clinton's campaign — to raise her corrupt off-grid communications again just so he could exonerate her again right before the election.
          And that leaves us right where we started regarding the liar-Clintons' criminal enterprises, as I noted last Friday.
          Our nation has survived two World Wars and a catastrophic Great Depression. Can our country survive the abject corruption of another liar-Clinton administration in the wake and ruins of two liar-nObama terms — and the appointment of Supreme Court justices who will shred our Constitution?
          The nation will survive but the Republic, and its foundation of Liberty as affirmed in our Constitution, is on the eve of suffering the most significant insult in American history.
          The only way to avoid nationalizing the liar-Clinton's crime syndicate is to defeat liar-Hillary Clinton at the polls.  ~The Patriot Post

With the liar-Clintons, farce is the desert to scandal: the profiteering liar-Clinton Foundation as a humanitarian treasure; liar-Hillary the former corporate attorney as child and little-guy crusader; Bill liar-Clinton, both sexual predator and feminist hero.

liar-Hillary didn’t just delete e-mails under congressional subpoena; she insisted that some 33,000 e-mails were mostly about yoga and Chelsea’s wedding—sort of like saying that one can beat 31 trillion-to-one odds of turning $1,000 into a $100,000 cattle-futures profit in no time by merely reading the Wall Street Journal. Until Friday, FBI director James Comey, in liar-Hillary’s eyes, was a sober and judicious public servant who had rightly seen insufficient cause for her indictment. Now she believes that he is a rank Republican politico seeking to rob her of her presidency.

liar-Clinton thought that she had survived Wikileaks, the Project Veritas ambush tapes, the hacked Colin Powell e-mails, the DNC disclosures, and so on—mostly because of Donald Trump’s self-inflicted wounds, some vicious-if-clever Democratic Party operatives, and a series of Democratic-planted IEDs about Trump’s foul mouth that exploded at preplanned and opportune moments.

Yet no one thought discredited deviant Anthony Weiner could much harm liar-Hillary—except of course “conspiratorial” Donald Trump. He warned months ago that liar-Clinton aide Huma Abedin might have been passing on classified materials to her dissolute husband. Because Weiner couldn’t repress his electronic libido with young girls, he ended up on the FBI’s radar—and by extension his smartphones, tablets, computers, and by further extension supposedly his estranged wife’s confidential communications. It was thought that Weiner might have stopped his sexting addiction when he lost his House seat, when he lost his mayor’s race, when he lost his wife, when he lost his jobs—or, at the very least, before he might lose liar-Hillary who supposedly fixed Abedin up with Weiner her election.

liar-Hillary’s team dared Comey to put up incriminating e-mails or shut up about investigating liar-Hillary, hoping that the liar-nObama Justice Department might quash any request for court-ordered warrants. But that demand assumed that Weiner is a loyal liar-Clintonista and will put his fealty to liar-Hillary and the Democrats above his own fear of federal prison and its supposed cultural intolerance for supposed predators. For now, the liar-Clinton attack on the FBI might be not only futile but stupid—antagonizing her inquisitor, without the ability to apply pressure to silence him—if Weiner voluntarily surrenders his warrant-less communications to obtain some sort of deal.

Should we laugh or cry when Barack liar-nObama’s Department of Justice warns about mixing politics with the Weiner investigation, after Attorney General Loretta Lynch had stealthily met on the tarmac with Bill liar-Clinton while her office was supposedly investigating his spouse? Normally the nation’s lesser federal prosecutors don’t have chats about grandchildren on airport runways with the husbands of suspects under investigation. Should we weep or smile when liar-Hillary and John Podesta decry a federal official’s 11th-hour disclosure of possible criminality—this from a party that rejoiced over Special Prosecutor Lawrence Walsh’s indictment (later dismissed) of Reagan cabinet official Caspar Weinberger a week before the 1992 election, won by Bill liar-Clinton. As far as last-minute election surprises go, Democrats themselves have turned it into an art form. In 2000, it was the leaked George W. Bush DUI arrest; in 2004, it was the “fake but accurate” forged National Guard Memos.

Experts and liar-Clinton officials dismiss the Weiner disclosures as either insignificant or not significant enough to affect the election. But that assumes that Weiner was loyal, sane, and ever committed to his marriage with Huma Abedin. There is no evidence that any of those three assumptions is true.

Mark Alexander: Last week, I had the privilege of being present for a gathering of distinguished veterans at the National World War II Museum for a preview of an extraordinary film, Hacksaw Ridge. A month ago I wrote a column on the subject of this film entitled "The Most Unlikely Hero — Desmond Doss." Desmond was one of our East Tennessee mountain neighbors. As a National Advisory Board Member of the Medal of Honor Heritage Center in Chattanooga, hallowed ground of The First Medals ever awarded, I joined our Heritage Center director, escorting Desmond's original Medal of Honor for display at the preview.
          Desmond Doss was a Patriot whose character reflects the essential spirit of American greatness. His Medal of Honor citation reads like fiction, but his heroic actions over 22 days are well documented. In my humble opinion (though he would never have accepted such praise), Desmond's citation is among the most awe-inspiring of all 3,514 Medals awarded since its inception.
          It took 70 years to bring Desmond's story to the big screen, primarily because of his concern that Hollywood would give the glory to him rather than God. This Mel Gibson film gives God the glory! I should note that it is violent, but not gratuitously violent. Instead, the violence elevates your understanding of the God-inspired heroism of this little man. I highly recommend you see this film, but with the caveat that, for some, it may be too visceral. As we have a young Marine in our family, my wife opted not to see the film. The film opens in theaters today.

{townhall.com} ~ While most of America was transfixed by Game 7 of the World Series, Fox News Channel was doggedly pursuing a new story: The FBI's probe into pay-for-play schemes at the liar-Clinton Foundation and the State Department has been far more expansive than anyone reported so far and has been going on for more than a year. FBI sources even warned there could be indictments down the road.

Then, The Wall Street Journal broke another new story online, saying, "Secret recordings of a suspect talking about the liar-Clinton Foundation fueled an internal battle between FBI agents who wanted to pursue the case and corruption prosecutors who viewed the statements as worthless hearsay." Senior officials wanted to tell FBI agents to "stand down" from a liar-Clinton Foundation probe.

That's two nuclear explosions in one night. What was the reaction from the news media? Crickets.

The stench of corruption between the Justice Department, the State Department and the liar-Clinton Foundation machine is noxious. Add the leftist "news" media collusion and it becomes overpowering. This is a cover-up.

No one at ABC, CBS or NBC was breaking from the World Series. They couldn't locate the liar-Clinton story and offer even the briefest summary the next morning. MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski offered a serious report early on "Morning Joe," but she was alone. The other "news" programs preferred the distraction of breathless baseball updates.

The worst moment came on ABC's "Good Morning America," where they acted like the story did not exist. Political analyst Matthew Dowd noted a scandal story might still break. "So, anything can happen in that regard," he said. Sounding totally oblivious to the breaking news, co-host George Stephanopoulos replied, "We'll see if some big news comes out."

At taxpayer-funded National Public Radio, "Morning Edition" found anything and everything else more interesting and "newsworthy," including -- we're not kidding -- "teen night owls" who need later school start times and the perils of the illegal kidney trade in Pakistan.

The network blackout so far on this FBI probe is beyond the pale. Everyone knows what the media reaction would be were there a report about likely indictments related to the Trump Foundation. There would be an immediate flash mob of reporters camped in front of Trump Tower, breaking away from regularly scheduled programming and offering play-by-play commentary. Anyone denying the double standard is lying.

This is just the latest liar-Clinton scandal scoop out of hundreds over the last 24 years that the networks have skipped or downplayed or just dismissed as toxic waste. This is why an overwhelming majority of Americans tell pollsters it's obvious the media are undisguised liar-Hillary boosters. Their credibility is shot with the public.

Within 18 hours, MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell was bizarrely denying there was any story or any investigation worth noting. She said: "She's not under criminal investigation. In fact, it's not an investigation. It's just a review of the e-mails. She did not lie to the FBI, according to James Comey. There was no grounds to prosecute her. So there are no lies, there's no criminality."

This is the kind of spin you expect from defense attorneys, not reporters.

It's sinking in across America that our "news" media are not First Amendment heroes or watchdogs of government. Many of them are coddling deeply corrupt politicians and denying any evidence that these people have been engaged in what appears to be a criminal conspiracy to enrich themselves using the federal government.

We are looking right down the barrel of the greatest government crisis since the Civil War, with charges -- like handing over our uranium mining capacity to the Russians -- that could possibly reach the height of treason itself.

And there's no coverage.

As Americans prepare to elect the next president four days from today, the last pre-election jobs reports shows "more of the same." October new hires came in at an unimpressive 161,000, and the headline unemployment rate is 4.9%, down one-tenth of a point from last month, while the fuller measure of unemployment dropped slightly to 9.5%. We've also marked a full decade of sub 3% GDP growth after a recession created by the easy lending policies of Bill liar-Clinton and the Democrats, not, as liar-Hillary Clinton would have you believe, because of George W. Bush's tax cuts.
          Under liar-Clinton's promise of increased tax and spend policies, the economic outlook amounts to "more lost years of slow economic growth," reports The Wall Street Journal. More of the same lack of economic growth will play into the hands of leftists as they will continue to blame the wealthy and call for more policies designed to redistribute wealth. The Left dreams of a socialist society bolstered by the demand for greater government intervention as more Americans find themselves struggling to make ends meet.
          When choosing between the two candidates, the prospect of Donald Trump's positive impact on a stagnate economy is a far better bet. Trump has called for lowering the corporate tax rate and deregulation of a business climate that has become overly burdened by too much Washington red tape. Professionally, Trump's business acumen far exceeds that of his opponent. liar-Clinton is adept in politically manipulating others as a means to further her own position and increase her personal wealth. Thornton Law Firm in Boston really likes to support Democrats. Indeed, the prominent firm gave loads of cash to various Democrats — Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Rep. Joseph Kennedy III, Sen. Edward Markey, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and liar-Hillary Clinton among them — but it was above and beyond what campaign finance allowed. According to the Boston Globe, "Three partners at the firm — Michael Thornton, Garrett Bradley, and David Strouss — contributed more than $1.6 million over five years, mostly to Democratic candidates and the party. The partners received bonuses totaling about $1.4 million, often in the exact amount of the donation and on the same day." Campaign finance laws prohibit "straw donors" — those who make political contributions in another person's name — and this is one of the largest such schemes ever uncovered. The firm insists the lawyers received bonuses from their equity in the firm, which is legal, but the Center for Responsive Politics doesn't buy the explanation and has filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission.
          Immediately after the Globe broke the story, the politicians began lining up to return the donations. But only because they were caught.
          liar-Clinton and Warren are particularly hypocritical. Both rail against campaign financing with "dark" money and consistently oppose (in public) the peddling of influence. liar-Clinton even promises to appoint Supreme Court justices based on her interpretation of campaign finance law. And yet the liar-Clinton Foundation exists for two purposes: To help the liar-Clintons avoid taxes, and to trade their political influence for money. Its pay-to-play schemes are legendary, and the Foundation is also the subject of a year-long but newly "high priority" FBI investigation. Warren is viewed by "progressives" as a paragon of virtue for her opposition to powerful players on Wall Street. But she not only accepted the shady cash; she even refused to return it until the investigation concluded. Sunlight being the best disinfectant, she has since changed her mind.
          The Globe sums it up best: "People have gone to jail for reimbursing political donations." And somehow, Democrats always seem to be down in the muck. This particular story is just a model for how they do it across the nation.  ~The Patriot Post

{townhall.com} ~ On the abortion issue alone, I believe that Christians should vote for Donald Trump as the only possible candidate to defeat the march of the death culture liar-Hillary Clinton would lead if she were to be elected.

Pro-abortion feminists are growing ever more militant in their make-believe world that sees men and women as bitter rivals, if not outright enemies. They seem to view everything through a gender prism; people have to support liar-Clinton not because she has a better agenda but because she's a woman.

Don't get me wrong; they also think she has a better agenda, but they are constantly thinking and speaking in terms of gender identification and loyalty. And all too often, they demonize men in the process -- whom they perceive as a threat to women's rights.

This adversarial culture the left fosters is not limited to gender. It includes race, economic "status" and every other imaginable category that can aid in their politics of division, on which their political power depends. WikiLeaks' revelations have confirmed that such polarization is integral to the modern Democratic Party's grand strategy for eventual one-party dominance.

If liar-Clinton wins this election -- despite the tsunami of corruption and scandal that surrounds her, in which she is knee-deep -- she will believe she is politically bulletproof, and for good reason. She and husband Bill would never have behaved as cavalierly and recklessly as they have if they didn't think they possess a lifetime get-out-of-jail-free card. I shudder to think what their mindset would be if liar-Hillary were to be victorious.

She would pursue the abortion-on-demand agenda with abandon. She would appoint radical judges at all levels who share her worldview and her determination that the courts continue to rewrite laws that thwart the will of the people. She'd accelerate Barack liar-nObama's war on religious liberty through the courts, lawless executive orders and other administrative avenues.

Some will say I'm exaggerating here -- that the left just wants to protect beleaguered women, who should have sole sovereignty over their "reproductive" decisions. Leftists aren't pro-abortion; they have benign motives, focused exclusively on the mother's choice and health.

Well, that may be true of some rank-and-file Democratic voters. But most leftist politicians, thought leaders and power brokers are pro-abortion extremists and coldly calculating in promoting their goals. They know that protecting the mother's health is rarely involved in abortion decisions. They know that pro-life advocates, many of whom are women, don't believe in suppressing women. But they also know that by characterizing pro-lifers as women-hating, totalitarian ogres, they will increase the odds that they'll keep moving their pro-abortion football down the field toward the end zone marked "death."

I wrote in 2004: "People I've debated on the (abortion) issue have generally taken the position that the baby in the womb is 'potential life' or a clump of cells or a zygote. They seemed to sense that they would have no legitimate argument in favor of abortion if they admitted the baby was a life. But as secular and humanistic influences have gained ascendance in our culture, I've anticipated the day when moral relativists would become so brazen as to discard their reliance on the argument that 'the fetus is not a human life.' Indeed, with the breathtaking scientific and technological advances -- such as the discovery that a baby in the womb smiles and feels pain -- it's practically inevitable that the pro-aborts will be forced to abandon that argument."

Fast-forward 12 years and see how inevitable it actually was. Mary Elizabeth Williams, writing on Salon, asks, "So what if abortion ends life?" She writes: "Of all the diabolically clever moves the anti-choice lobby has ever pulled, surely one of the greatest has been its consistent co-opting of the word 'life.' Life! Who wants to argue with that? Who wants to be on the side of ... not-life? ... The 'life' conversation is often too thorny to even broach. Yet I know that throughout my own pregnancies, I never wavered for a moment in the belief that I was carrying a human life inside of me. I believe that's what a fetus is: a human life. And that doesn't make me one iota less solidly pro-choice."

I don't like quoting just some of her statements and don't want to mislead as to her intent, so I strongly urge you to read her entire piece, where you can judge for yourselves these comments in context. But I must share one more passage. She writes: "Here's the complicated reality in which we live: All life is not equal. That's a difficult thing for liberals like me to talk about, lest we wind up looking like death-panel-loving, kill-your grandma-and-your-precious-baby storm troopers. Yet a fetus can be a human life without having the same rights as the woman in whose body it resides. She's the boss. Her life and what is right for her circumstances and her health should automatically trump the rights of the non-autonomous entity inside of her. Always."

I could comment on those assertions for hours but have run out of space. What do you mean "lest" you wind up looking as if you love death panels? That's exactly what you look like, as cold and heartless as your words on the page.

Leftist advocates will applaud such amoral muscle flexing, but I appeal to less extreme liberals, Democrats and never-Trumpers to understand the depth of the depravity of this mindset and understand that if you help elect liar-Clinton, you are, among many other frightening things, empowering this evil worldview. Should I refrain from calling it "evil" for fear of offense or being labeled intolerant or an extremist? I think not. You can take that up with the babies whose lives are hanging in the balance.

Fellow Americans, we should vote for Donald Trump, our loyalty must be to our country the USA. Defending our US Constitution and the rule of law.  This election is about stopping corruption and the destruction of our country, it is our duty and responsibility to purge Washington of all the corrupt politicians, I am voting for Donald Trump for 4 reasons. 1- to stop the free trade deception. 2- to stop illegal immigration. 3- pass a legislation for limit terms in government. 4- Stop Hillary Clinton and ban her from the political arena.

On free trade. The establishment represent the transnational corporations and they are convinced that Donald Trump will change the rules of free trade and stop them from exploiting this control they have on our corrupt Washington establishment to maximize their profit and also for corporate America to start paying their share of taxes.

On illegal immigration. The truth is that most illegal immigrants enter the US by Air, they come from all over the world including South America; they enter our country with a tourist visa for 6 months and they overstay their visa and we do nothing about it. The cost of illegal immigration is huge and we the tax payers are the ones that pay for it. We the tax payers pay for the education of their children’s; the average cost per students in public schools is $8,000.00, most illegal immigrants have 3 to 4 Childs; just do the math; this is only education, what about the other expenses, medical and if they are born here we pay for their welfare.

On term limit of elected officials. We Must have term limits on elected member of congress and the senate to end this system of corrupt career politicians that are in politics not to serve our country but only to get rich at the expenses of the people of this country. Allyne Caan: If there's one person for whom blindness is a prerequisite, it's Lady Justice. But Barack liar-nObama is yet again trying to strip her of her blindfold while putting his thumb on the scales she holds. The latest case in point is FBI Director James Comey's recent decision to reopen the investigation into liar-Hillary Clinton's private email server.
          Recall that earlier this year liar-nObama stuck his presidential nose in the investigation (while fervently denying doing so), promising "there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department, or the FBI." In almost the next breath, he said, "I continue to believe that [liar-Hillary Clinton] has not jeopardized America's national security." In other words, "Department of Justice, don't you dare contradict me and charge liar-Hillary."
          As we all know, in July, Comey chose not to recommend charges. That was then. This is now.
          Among the newest revelations is that U.S. intelligence is 99% sure at least five foreign intelligences agencies hacked liar-Hillary's server. That jeopardized national security, contrary to liar-nObama's claim.
          After finding a slew of new related emails as part of a separate investigation of former NY Congressman Anthony Weiner's disturbing sex addiction, Comey has reopened the liar-Clinton email probe. And liar-nObama isn't happy. Of course, as an accomplice to liar-Hillary's crimes, he has good reason not to be.
          You see, one reason liar-nObama was desperate to avoid charges against liar-Clinton is that he would have implicated himself in the process. Despite claiming he learned of liar-Clinton's use of a private email server "the same time everyone else learned it, through news reports," it turns out POTUS communicated with liar-Clinton using a pseudonym via that private server. Oops.
          Another reason for liar-nObama's latest interference is that there are reports of a "likely" indictment stemming from the FBI's separate probe of the liar-Clinton Foundation's pay-to-play schemes — a probe that has now taken a "very high priority."
          Remember that Most Transparent Administration in History™? Yeah, we don't either.
          liar-nObama would never own up to putting national security at risk, lying to the American people, and trying to obstruct justice, so he's going after Comey instead.
          Commenting on Comey's decision to disclose to Congress that the FBI is looking into new emails that could be related to the liar-Clinton probe, liar-nObama asserted that he didn't want to "look like I'm meddling" but noted, "I do think that there is a norm that when there are investigations, we don't operate on innuendo and we don't operate on incomplete information and we don't operate on leaks. We operate based on concrete decisions that are made." In other words, "I don't want to meddle — but I'm going to meddle."
          liar-nObama went on to complain, "When this was investigated thoroughly last time, the conclusion of the FBI, the conclusion of the Justice Department, the conclusion of repeated congressional investigations, was she had made some mistakes but that there wasn't anything there that was prosecutable." Well, of course the feds decided not to charge liar-Clinton after liar-nObama pressured them to reach that conclusion.
          As for liar-nObama's reference to "norms" as justification for attacking Comey's renewed probe, it's laughable. The "norm" would using a secure government server for classified information. The "norm" would not be for the State Department, upon being alerted by The New York Times of its blockbuster on liar-Clinton's private server, to first contact liar-Clinton's campaign to coordinate a response. The "norm" would be prosecuting a secretary of state after finding her guilty of "gross negligence in handling classified material" — particularly when the law says such negligence is a felony. And as Hot Air's Allahpundit explains, the "norm" would be "for the president not to insert himself into a criminal investigation that's been reopened by suggesting the matter is settled."
          It's little wonder that likely voters now view Donald Trump as more honest and trustworthy than liar-Hillary, 48% to 36%. Back in September, the two were tied on the honesty-meter.
          As National Review's David French wryly observes, "It turns out that when you spend days and days pitching a fit about being under FBI investigation, you end up reminding people that you're under FBI investigation."
          And here's an October "surprise" for you, liar-Hillary: It's hard to trust a candidate who's getting lots of attention from a G-Man spotlight.
          A final thought: liar-Clinton, liar-nObama and every other Democrat are working furiously to discredit Comey for many reasons, but one may stand out as primary. Winning the election might be the only way liar-Hillary stays out of prison.  ~The Patriot Post

They also finished accepting more than $190,000 in gifts, including two coffee tables and two chairs, a $7,375 gratuity from Denise Rich, whose fugitive former husband had been pardoned in President liar-Clinton’s final hours. A Washington Post editorial (“Count the Spoons”) identified “the liar-Clintons’ defining characteristic: They have no capacity for embarrassment. Words like shabby and tawdry come to mind. They don’t begin to do it justice.”

Today, liar-Hillary Clinton strives to live again among some White House furnishings that she and her helpmeet were compelled to disgorge. Her campaign flounders because as secretary of state some of the nation’s business might have been melded with the contents of a computer that is pertinent to an FBI investigation of a former Democratic congressman’s alleged sexual texting with a female minor. Ransack the English language for words to do this justice.

During the recent welter of reports about the liar-Clintons’ self-dealing through their charity that has been very charitable to them, The New Yorker, reporting her plans to uplift the downtrodden, quoted her aspiration: “I want to really marry the public and the private sector.” This would solve the liar-Clintons’ problem of discerning the line between public business and private aggrandizement: Erase the line.

So, herewith America’s choice. Restore the House of liar-Clinton. Or confer executive powers — powers that President liar-nObama by his audacity, and Congress by its lethargy, have proven to be essentially unlimited — on another competitor in the sleaze sweepstakes, Donald Trump, who shares his opponent’s disinclination to disentangle the personal and the political.

Into this political maelstrom, FBI director James Comey injected an announcement that intensified the chaos without providing a scintilla of news that voters can use: An unknown number of e-mails of unknown provenance and unknown content might be “pertinent” to an investigation that already has established, beyond peradventure, that Secretary liar-Clinton was “extremely careless” with sensitive material.

Add the FBI, and the Justice Department to which it belongs, to the carnage of institutions that is a byproduct of bad judgments by the political class that have voters asking Casey Stengel’s question. In 1962, Stengel, manager of the New York Mets, an expansion team en route to a record of 120 losses, looked down his dugout at his woebegone players and wondered aloud, “Can’t anybody here play this game?”

It is grimly hilarious to hear it said that the Justice Department, by not holding Comey to established protocols concerning discussions of ongoing investigations, and concerning pronouncements close to elections, has tainted itself. ;liar-nObamacare would not have passed if Justice Department lawyers had not conducted what a federal judge declared a corrupt prosecution of Alaska’s Republican senator Ted Stevens, costing him reelection. The department has enabled, by not seriously investigating, the IRS’s suppression of political advocacy by conservative groups. Or of the IRS’s subsequent destruction of subpoenaed e-mails pertinent to this. So, unsurprisingly, the most intrusive and potentially punitive federal agency continues to punish conservative groups for being conservative, according to Cleta Mitchell, a lawyer for political groups who confirms there are indeed conservative organizations who were targeted by the IRS and have still not received their tax-exempt status.

In 2013, Barack liar-nObama professed himself “angry” about “inexcusable” IRS behavior, before he decided there was not a “smidgen” of IRS corruption. He claimed to have learned about the IRS behavior from the media. Now he claims that he learned from the media about liar-Clinton’s e-mail abuses, although they had exchanged e-mails using her private server. Perhaps.

 The defining scandal of the liar-nObama era has been the media’s lackadaisical consensus that liar-nObama’s administration has had no serious scandal. This, although with the Justice Department protecting the IRS, the administration has (in the words of Richard Nixon’s White House counsel John Dean) used “the available federal machinery to screw our political enemies.”

liar-Clinton, the ultimate author of her current agony, resembles no one so much as Nixon in her paranoia and joyless pursuit of joy. Her government career began with the House committee preparing Nixon’s impeachment. Twenty-two years earlier, he had saved his career by addressing a supposed scandal with his nationally broadcast “Checkers speech,” which was mawkish, abasing, and effective. How fitting it would be for a liar-Clinton “Checkers speech” to end our long national nightmare that this campaign has been.
