I am really tired of hearing conservatives bitch about the comedian who diss'ed  the veterans with some jokes made about their age.

I have never heard of her. And I haven't seen or heard the content of her joke about veterans, but I feel I can safely contend that if someone is telling a joke about gays, blacks or whatever unmentionable subject the leftist have taken as their cause this week and let's say some famous person at some famous event cracks a joke about gays, or some other joke about some other group of people the left feel it is their duty to be offended for, then the political correctness police get up arms over it and a circus begins. To get up in arms about her joke, is upholding the same attitude of political correctness.

But it is okay to censor if WE don't like what was said? Double standard anyway you look at it. And I believe laughing at ones self very healthy and most of the time when we are offended. It is because we choose to be offended. (I choose to be offended at what Kathy Griffin said about Jesus) But I imagine I will live, And really people, aren't there problems in our world , country, jobs, Hell! even our families, to deal with that are a bit weightier? Mainly halting the progress of our enemies. Enemies that have infiltrated our country at it's highest level with the agenda to destroy what these veterans, we are offended for, have fought, sacrificed and died for. AMERICA! Lets put some energy into getting the dude who high jacked the office of POTUS and his minions of sedition put in prison where they belong. So while I do believe our vets deserve the utmost respect and to be honored. Most of them can probably take a joke. And if they can't take a joke, then they can choose to be offended. it is a right they fought for. But don't infringe on the rights of others to crack a joke because you didn't like it. Did it do bodily harm? Did it take food off your table? Or any thing that really matters? Because if someone just pissed you off because you don't like their idea of humor. (I blame the FCC) OK? So it isn't the first time you have been pissed off and it probably won't be the last. It seems we live in a society that goes out of its way not to offend anyone. Except God! And really! Isn't He the only one we should worry about pissing off?

The following 'Republicans' either voted yea, or did not vote at all- which is just about the same as voting yea for Janet Yellen. Janet Yellen is a Bernanke clone and will continue to monetize debt and create currency out of thin air. The Fed policy of holding down interest rates and further diluting the money supply and increasing our total debt is a tax against all of us who have saved all of our lives for a retirement. The value of the hundred dollars we saved last year is worth what, 90 cents. We need sound money and a currency backed with something of value, not backed by debt.

The following Senators have betrayed us all, either by voting for Janet Yellen, or by not voting at all-de facto voting for Yellen.

This vote is very telling about our future monetary policy- just a continuation of Benanke's policies.

What got the snake elected was he appealed to the masses on public assistance. Most of them do not have a clue that they are sheep being led to the slaughter. The bleeding heart, everyone is a victim culture that is so readily promoted in this country got him elected. The people too lazy to think for themselves wanting a free ride got him elected. His lies, deceit, and a grip of terrorist money got this germ elected. Racist people got him elected. It is racist to hate someone because of color but is also racist to love them because of color.  People that blog how they hate capitalism on their Apple computers got him elected. The fact that the good hardworking people that have carried this country on their back for decades were too busy keeping the wolf from the door and not paying enough attention, got this terrorist elected. His resurrection of dead people to vote got him elected. There are so many mitigating factors to this atrocity. He could never have gotten elected if the mind set of The American people were not deteriorated from years of what was subtle mind control , (now not so much subtlety.) programming. Call it what you will. We were primed and groomed for this by the very system that we support with our tax dollars. Tax dollars they misappropriate without shame. We have essentially been enslaved for decades.
If we are lucky enough to hold another election in America. I truly pray that some lessons have been learned. I fear I am seeing history repeat itself and someone that is going to make Hitler look like Pollyanna is going to maintain control of our government until he accomplishes his goal of running this nation into the ground and destroying it just like Muslims do with every area of the planet they control.
I will be bold and say that Islam needs to be eradicated from the planet. And Obama not only should be removed from office but put in Gitmo, right along with his minions of sedition (Hilary, Biden, Pelosi,Holder, MCain, Fienstien and Rice to mention a few) His Hyena's of Hype the liberal media that he employs,bullies or what ever he does to keep them eating out of his hand,   should be executed for the damage their propaganda machine has spread. Or at the very least deported to a communist country since they are so fond of Marxist ideology. Let them live the dream.                                                                                                      

They take liberty with our liberties. Arm our enemies, abuse our veterans, and regard us the  with scorn and derision.                                                                                                      

I admit to feeling sick to my stomach every time I think about who lives in our White House. He is not worthy of the office. Hell he should call the trees and apologize for using oxygen they worked to provide.  He and his wife are nothing more than parasites who have invited their army of maggots to a feeding frenzy and America is the main course                              

Yet through all the scandals  lies, treason and even murder,  nothing sticks to him. The man made of teflon still sits in the office. At this point even Obama himself must to be wondering how the hell he has gotten away with so much.                                                                

We must remember that he is just the front man. He is not bright enough to have pulled this all off. He is just the face we see. There are many we don't. He was bought and payed for by some very powerful snakes. 

But I am rambling.

It is time for the Republicans to stop reacting to failed Democratic positions on policy and become proactive in all matters.  Take for instance the debate regarding extending the Federal Unemployment Insurance Program.  The Republicans once again are merely reacting to the talking points of the Democrats.  When will they learn to be proactive.  Here is an easy solution that most Americans will understand and may actually bring a small level of respect back to the Republican Party should they have the manhood to even propose a creative and intellectually consistent idea for once this decade. 

1.         Acknowledge in the Bill authorizing the extension of Unemployment Insurance that the program is an insurance program which must be fully funded and is not an entitlement.

 2.         That the program can be fully funded without either increasing the current fiscal year deficit or the total Federal debt by merely reducing the budgets of all Federal Programs by the amount of the waste and abuse found by Mr. Tom Coburn and published in his annual Report. 

 3.         That the amount of unemployment insurance benefit be changed to reflect a decreasing amount of benefit of 25% for each 6 month period of time after the first year of insurance benefits resulting in zero insurance benefit after 3 years of unemployment.

 In addition, the amount of waste and abuse found in Mr. Coburn's report should be added up by department and legislation should be passed that require the suspension of any and all bonuses and raises for all employees in any department whose level of waste and abuse equals 1% or more of their budget.

 This issue is just another situation where the Republican Party has the opportunity to succeed or fail in their intellectual war for the future of this country with the progressives.

WHEREAS, Banks and their affiliated companies issuing credit cards have a right to be fairly compensated for their risk,

WHEREAS, Credit card holders have the responsibility to compensate credit card issuers for there risk,

WHEREAS, If the interest rate on a credit card is 20%, then the total amount of interest charged over a 5 year period will equal an individual card’s credit limit,

WHEREAS, If the interest rate on a credit card is 30%, then the total amount of interest charged over a 3.5 year period will equal an individual card’s credit limit,

WHEREAS, The long term health of the national economy is substantially based upon maintaining a high level of consumer spending,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government, in conjunction with the Federal Reserve, has embarked on fiscal and monetary policies to protect the financial stability of banks operating in the United States,

WHERAS, The Federal Government, in conjunction with the Federal Reserve, has embarked in a program to lend funds to banks for their direct use and the indirect use of their affiliated credit card companies at significantly low interest rates,

WHEREAS, the Federal Government desires to continue to stimulate the national economy,

WHEREEAS, The Supreme Court has ruled in Marquette vs. First Omaha Service Corp that Credit card companies may charge interest rates that are usurious in one state if the card is issued in a different state, absent any preempting Federal Legislation,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government has not participated in the protection of the rights of credit card holders by limiting interest rates to a level that appropriately compensates credit card issues for their risk,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government desires to protect the rights of all consumers and credit card holders,

WHEREAS, The Federal Government considers that the ability of a credit card holder to pay off there outstanding balance is a mandatory basis for recalculating the risk of the credit card issuer.

The following rules shall immediately be adopted by the Federal Government into the Federal Statutes and will be applicable to all credit cards both (1) currently issued, with or without outstanding balances, and (2) to be issued in the future:

1. On any date the total interest charged over a 5 year period may not exceed the then current credit limit on an individual credit card.
2. Credit Card companies may not charge interest rates at a rate that is more than 10 times the interest rate which they or their bank affiliate or parent is charged upon any funds borrowed from either the Federal Government or the Federal Reserve.
3. A credit card company, in conjunction with the credit card holder, may agree to suspend use of a credit card and keep a low interest rate of 15%, in lieu of raising the interest rate and maintaining the current credit limit.
4. If on any date a credit card holder offers the issuer of a credit card a settlement that equals the recalculated balance, based upon an interest rate of 10% over the immediately preceding 5 years, then the credit card issuer must accept the settlement as payment in full, reduce the associated interest rate to 10.0% for the next 6 months, and reduce the going forward credit limit by not more than 50%. This settlement will be considered as a retroactive reduction of interest rate and will not be considered as a debt reduction or cancellation of debt for any purpose including both Federal and State income tax purposes and Credit Ratings.

Circular Creation of Risk by the Credit Card Companies

When a person elects to not pay off the entire balance of their credit card and elects to make monthly payments they are creating risk in excess of that which was contemplated at the issuance of the credit card. As a result, the Credit Card company has the right to begin raising the credit card interest rate. However, as the interest rate rises the debtor begins experiencing a much higher probability of defaulting upon their debt due to the compounding of the interest cost. This results in the sequential additional increase in the credit card issuer's risk, an additional increase in the interest rate charged, and the subsequent increase in the probability of default by the debtor.

Therefore, the Federal Government should legislate a maximum interest rate charged on unpaid interest at the statutory rate in the state of the taxpayer's residency, which in California is 10%. Current credit card statements show two categories of charges, (1) actual purchases, and (2) cash advances. The Federal government should legislate that there must be three categories of charges, (1) actual purchases, (2) cash advances, and (3) Unpaid interest. All payments should be first to Cash advances, second to purchases and third to interest charged.

Underlying Principles

1. This provision essentially limits credit card interest rates to a maximum rate of 20%.
2. This provision may periodically limit credit card interest rates to a maximum rate of 10%.
3. This provision is the basis to limiting certain credit cards to 15% while limiting the associated risk of the credit card issuer.
4. This provision will limit credit card interest rates to a maximum of 10% for individuals who pay off their recalculated balance in full.

This is what happens when you start acting like all religions have equal merit. We were, and considered ourselves, a Christian nation for close to two hundred years, and now we have rejected that label. This is the result.

One has a hard time understanding Satan worshippers. What has he ever done to deserve gratitude, respect, or worship? If you believe in Satan, you must also believe there is a God. For one was created by the other, and then that creation rebelled. One represents all that is good, and one represents all that is evil. If you choose the latter, it shows what kind of person you really are.

And that is a good point. Once we start to believe that all religions have equal validity, then this is what you end up with. History tells that this nation was founded by Christians on Biblical principles. One may not like that, but the truth is the truth. The concept of ‘freedom of religion’ was specifically designed so we wouldn’t have one official church that everyone had to belong to as the case had been in Britain. But it in no way diminished or downplayed the role Christianity prominently played in society and the culture at large, both in and out of government.

It is the courts, not the people or the Constitution as originally written or understood, that have attempted to remove Christianity from its historical place and role in our nation. But such politically correct, liberal ideas have led us down this path to where it would be conceivable for such a hateful blasphemy to even be considered acceptable or legal to display next to the Ten Commandments.

I do not believe in the lie of blind tolerance no matter what. I do instead believe in wise discernment. The people and Oklahoma have every right to display the Ten Commandments and just as much right to reject a statue of Satan. The Founding Fathers would have had no problem with that decision, and would have mocked us for being played the fool by those who think otherwise.

Although Hillary Clinton is out trying to recoup the women’s votes she had in 2008, it might behoove her avid followers to review this woman’s sordid past.

One can hide and run for a while but sooner or later the past does catch up with us.  It’s not propaganda about the murders, suicides and accidental deaths of her business associates, bundlers and colleagues that plague her past.

For those women who believe Hillary is pro - abortion, please read the following to understand that Hillary does not feel abortion is a fundamental right that only a woman should be the decision maker. 

Here’s what she said, “Abortion is a "sad, even tragic choice"--as she told an audience of New York state abortion providers in 2005--for women, not a fundamental right that only the woman should have a say in deciding. "Yes, we do have deeply held differences of opinion about the issue of abortion," she said. Now Hillary will skirt the abortion issue as she makes a run for the Presidency again, because she realizes that if she stands for abortion she will lose those who are against abortion and vice versa.

The fact is although she’ll say that she supports women’s rights to choose, in 2006 she and minority leader Harry Reid promoted the “Prevention First Act.”  This bill did make it easier for women to obtain contraceptives, but in the end the bill was not in favor of women’s abortions.

The working class and poor will be relegated to the ancient history shelf if Hillary wins the 2016 election.  Just because she’s female is no excuse for even considering her for the most prestigious position in our Nation. 

African Americans, Hispanics, the poor are just about to get a shellacking by one who espouses to be a champion of women.  Her platform will be big on “Hope and Change” but in the end just like Obama she’ll dump these poor unsuspecting Americans just like Obama did.  For those concerned with the real issues our Nation faces, it time to put Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the 2016 Presidency into an honest prospective.

The Liberals and their aggressive New Media will paint a picture of bravery, intelligence, leadership and competence but that is merely a fake do-over for a woman in politics for 20 years who hasn’t accomplished “zilch.”  She talks a good game but that’s as far as it goes.

The Liberals have praised her with unearned rewards and trumped up stories bestowing them on a “has been.”  There’s been no major achievements during her term as Sec of State – it’s all show and no go, but she did keep foreign seats warmed with her posterior  and she did travel thousands of miles during this time. 

Hillary cheerleaders brag that she logged nearly a million miles of air travel as Secretary of State. "She reminded the world that Woody Allen was right even when it comes to diplomacy: 80 percent of success really is simply showing up," Megan Garber cheered in The Atlantic

So much for showing up, she showed up after running out of excuses and testified under oath about Benghazi. She informed Americans that she was responsible and would accept full responsibility – edited that merely means she lied under oath, didn’t know or remember anything and willing walked away from the Benghazi murders without even looking back for she had a campaign to prepare for... 

Like Obama, Hillary is a died in the wool Saul Alinsky worshipper and she’s an expert at keeping America distracted and divided, which is what we’ll experience in the near future if she begins her run for the White House. 

Hillary will use Saul Alinsky’s Rule # 8 as she kicks her campaign into high gear.

* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.) 

Obama has kept our Nation off balance for 5 years, we have three more years to face his radical onslaught - actually Obama and Hillary will join hands the next three years because Obama owes Bill and Hillary several big favors and the Clintons will collect.

Former NBA basketball champion Dennis Rodman has launched a new basketball diplomacy effort by picking former NBA basketball players for a North Korean basketball exhibition game.  The American players will play against North Korea’s top basketball stars in the upcoming game.

Rodman, who is not shy about calling North Korean dictator and leader Kim Jong Un his “friend for life” is going to Pyongyang in celebration of Jong Un’s January 8^th birthday, according to Fox News.

Should anyone in America really care about this move by Rodman to use a basketball game as a diplomatic way to ease tensions between the United States and North Korea?  In a word: NO!

It seems clear that for the past two decades Rodman has been a man and basketball player in pursuit of his own mind-bending absurdities and by establishing a friendship with the 30-year-old leader Rodman is simply now over his head.  The former basketball star has been questioned on several occasions about using his friendship with the North Korean leader to ease some that nation’s horrendous human rights problems like the “indiscriminate killings, torture and rapes,” reports Fox News.

Yet, this basketball player seems to be either oblivious or simply operating in another physical universe. He recently commented that even with the recent horrendous murder of Kim’s uncle by way of feeding him to a pack of hungry dogs was not his concern.

So in truth, what is Rodman’s concern and what does he hope to accomplish with his so-called “Basketball Diplomacy?”

How have we the USA become such a regulation nation? Why is it that “We the People” cannot make our own decisions? Let me explain, if you will.

When Obama ran for the Presidency, he promised a lot for the citizens of this nation. However, he soon learned this was not how he wanted to RULE. He was and still is ruling his way. Whether he makes a good or bad decision, it is to be followed one hundred percent. Moreover, Congress goes along with it instead of trying to put an end to his dictatorship.

Congress' jobs from Wikipedia, the Constitution grants each chamber some unique powers. The Senate ratifies treaties and approves presidential appointments while the House initiates revenue-raising bills. The House initiates impeachment cases, while the Senate decides impeachment cases.^[1] A two-thirds vote of the Senate is required before an impeached person can be forcibly removed from office. Congress needs to be accountable for not following the Constitution or doing the will of the people!

Of course, whenever the citizens squawk about how the President or Congress is doing and the unnecessary regulations, Obama and Congress go into excuse mode, using racism. Some of the media agree with their accusations of racism, too.

However, when an African American speaks the same way towards White Americans it isn't racismand goes unchallenged. At least Congress or the national media never stand up against it nor voice their anger over such atrocities. The same goes with the young blacks who beat up and/or kill, (a male veteran in his eighties), white people of any nationality. the President, Congress, and many well-known African Americans never condemn this. Does this sound like double standards to you?

What I am trying to explain is that “WE The People” need to stop bellyaching; all citizens need to stand up against the wrongs done by our governments and to each other. How? We need to vote, rally,  tell our representatives enough is enough and see that our land. As for Congress and the President, (future President, too), they must follow the Constitution and treat every citizen equally or YOU ARE FIRED!

About time, but are they now attempting to throw Obama under the bus as a means of propping Hillary up for 2016-something smells-You Decide:

The New York Times just delivered a mortal blow to the Obama administration and its Middle East policy.

Call it fratricide. It was clearly unintentional.

Indeed, is far from clear that the paper realizes what it has done.

Last Saturday the Times published an 8,000-word account by David Kirkpatrick detailing the terrorist strike against the US Consulate and the CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012. In it, Kirkpatrick tore to shreds the foundations of President Barack Obama’s counterterrorism strategy and his overall policy in the Middle East.

Obama first enunciated those foundations in his June 4, 2009, speech to the Muslim world at Cairo University. Ever since, they have been the rationale behind US counterterror strategy and US Middle East policy.

Obama’s first assertion is that radical Islam is not inherently hostile to the US. As a consequence, America can appease radical Islamists. Moreover, once radical Muslims are appeased, they will become US allies, (replacing the allies the US abandons to appease the radical Muslims).

Obama’s second strategic guidepost is his claim that the only Islamic group that is a bona fide terrorist organization is the faction of al-Qaida directly subordinate to Osama bin Laden’s successor, Ayman al-Zawahiri. Only this group cannot be appeased and must be destroyed through force.

The administration has dubbed the Zawahiri faction of al-Qaida “core al-Qaida.” And anyone who operates in the name of al-Qaida, or any other group that does not have courtroom-certified operational links to Zawahiri, is not really al-Qaida, and therefore, not really a terrorist group or a US enemy.

These foundations have led the US to negotiate with the Taliban in Afghanistan. They are the rationale for the US’s embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood worldwide. They are the basis for Obama’s allegiance to Turkey’s Islamist government, and his early support for the Muslim Brotherhood-dominated Syrian opposition.

They are the basis for the administration’s kneejerk support for the PLO against Israel.

Obama’s insistent bid to appease Iran, and so enable the mullocracy to complete its nuclear weapons program. is similarly a product of his strategic assumptions. So, too, the US’s current diplomatic engagement of Hezbollah in Lebanon owes to the administration’s conviction that any terror group not directly connected to Zawahiri is a potential US ally.

From the outset of the 2011 revolt against the regime of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya, it was clear that a significant part of the opposition was composed of jihadists aligned if not affiliated with al-Qaida. Benghazi was specifically identified by documents seized by US forces in Iraq as a hotbed of al-Qaida recruitment.

Obama and his advisers dismissed and ignored the evidence. The core of al-Qaida, they claimed, was not involved in the anti-Gaddafi revolt. And to the extent jihadists were fighting Gaddafi, they were doing so as allies of the US.

In other words, the two core foundations of Obama’s understanding of terrorism and of the Muslim world were central to US support for the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi.

With Kirkpatrick’s report, the Times exposed the utter falsity of both.

Kirkpatrick showed the mindset of the US-supported rebels and through it, the ridiculousness of the administration’s belief that you can’t be a terrorist if you aren’t directly subordinate to Zawahiri.

One US-supported Islamist militia commander recalled to him that at the outset of the anti-Gaddafi rebellion, “Teenagers came running around… [asking] ‘Sheikh, sheikh, did you know al-Qaida? Did you know Osama bin Laden? How do we fight?” In the days and weeks following the September 11, 2012, attack on the US installations in Benghazi in which US ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and four other Americans were killed, the administration claimed that the attacks were not carried out by terrorists. Rather they were the unfortunate consequence of a spontaneous protest by otherwise innocent Libyans.

According to the administration’s version of events, these guileless, otherwise friendly demonstrators, who killed the US ambassador and four other Americans, were simply angered by a You- Tube video of a movie trailer which jihadist clerics in Egypt had proclaimed was blasphemous.

In an attempt to appease the mob after the fact, Obama and then-secretary of state Hillary Clinton were filmed in commercials run on Pakistani television apologizing for the video and siding with the mob against the movie-maker, who is the only person the US has imprisoned following the attack. Then-ambassador to the UN and current National Security Adviser Susan Rice gave multiple television interviews placing the blame for the attacks on the video.

According to Kirkpatrick’s account of the assault against the US installations in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, the administration’s description of the assaults was a fabrication. Far from spontaneous political protests spurred by rage at a YouTube video, the attack was premeditated. US officials spotted Libyans conducting surveillance of the consulate nearly 15 hours before the attack began.

Libyan militia warned US officials “of rising threats against Americans from extremists in Benghazi,” two days before the attack.

From his account, the initial attack – in which the consulate was first stormed – was carried out not by a mob, but by a few dozen fighters. They were armed with assault rifles. They acted in a coordinated, professional manner with apparent awareness of US security procedures.

During the initial assault, the attackers shot down the lights around the compound, stormed the gates, and swarmed around the security personnel who ran to get their weapons, making it impossible for them to defend the ambassador and other personnel trapped inside.

According to Kirkpatrick, after the initial attack, the organizers spurred popular rage and incited a mob assault on the consulate by spreading the rumor that the Americans had killed a local. Others members of the secondary mob, Kirkpatrick claimed, were motivated by reports of the video.

This mob assault, which followed the initial attack and apparent takeover of the consulate, was part of the predetermined plan. The organizers wanted to produce chaos. As Kirkpatrick explained, “The attackers had posted sentries at Venezia Road, adjacent to the [consulate] compound, to guard their rear flank, but they let pass anyone trying to join the mayhem.”

According to Kirkpatrick, the attack was perpetrated by local terrorist groups that were part of the US-backed anti-Gaddafi coalition. The people who were conducting the surveillance of the consulate 15 hours before the attack were uniformed security forces who escaped in an official car.

Members of the militia tasked with defending the compound participated in the attack.

Ambassador Stevens, who had served as the administration’s emissary to the rebels during the insurrection against Gaddafi, knew personally many of the terrorists who orchestrated the attack.

And until the very end, he was taken in by the administration’s core belief that it was possible to appease al-Qaida-sympathizing Islamic jihadists who were not directly affiliated with Zawahiri.

As Kirkpatrick noted, Stevens “helped shape the Obama administration’s conviction that it could work with the rebels, even those previously hostile to the West, to build a friendly, democratic government.”

The entire US view that local militias, regardless of their anti-American, jihadist ideologies, could become US allies was predicated not merely on the belief that they could be appeased, but that they weren’t terrorists because they weren’t al-Qaida proper.

As Kirkpatrick notes, “American intelligence efforts in Libya concentrated on the agendas of the biggest militia leaders and the handful of Libyans with suspected ties to al-Qaida. The fixation on al-Qaida might have distracted experts from more imminent threats.”

But again, the only reason that the intelligence failed to notice the threats emanating from local US-supported terrorists is because the US counterterrorist strategy, like its overall Middle East strategy, is to seek to appease all US enemies other than the parts of al-Qaida directly commanded by Ayman al-Zawahiri.

Distressingly, most of the discussion spurred by Kirkpatrick’s article has ignored the devastating blow he visited on the intellectual foundations of Obama’s foreign policy. Instead, the discussion has focused on his claim that there is “no evidence that al-Qaida or other international terrorist group had any role in the assault,” and on his assertion that the YouTube video did spur to action some of the participants in the assault.

Kirkpatrick’s claim that al-Qaida played no role in the attack was refuted by the Times’ own reporting six weeks after the attack. It has also been refuted by congressional and State Department investigations, by the UN and by a raft of other reporting.

His claim that the YouTube video did spur some of the attackers to action was categorically rejected last spring in sworn congressional testimony by then-deputy chief of the US mission to Libya Gregory Hicks.

Last May Hicks stated, “The YouTube video was a non-event in Libya. The video was not instigative of anything that was going on in Libya. We saw no demonstrators related to the video anywhere in Libya.”

Kirkpatrick’s larger message – that the reasoning behind Obama’s entire counterterrorist strategy and his overall Middle East policy is totally wrong, and deeply destructive – has been missed because his article was written and published to whitewash the administration’s deliberate mischaracterization of the events in Benghazi, not to discredit the rationale behind its Middle East policy and counterterrorism strategy. This is why he claimed that al-Qaida wasn’t involved in the attack. And this is why he claimed that the YouTube video was a cause for the attack.

This much was made clear in a blog post by editorial page editor Andrew Rosenthal, who alleged that the entire discourse on Benghazi is promoted by the Republicans to harm the Democrats, and Kirkpatrick’s story served to weaken the Republican arguments. In Rosenthal’s words, “The Republicans hope to tarnish Democratic candidates by making it seem as though Mr. Obama doesn’t take al-Qaida seriously.”

So pathetically, in a bid to defend Obama and Clinton and the rest of the Democrats, the Times published a report that showed that Obama’s laser-like focus on the Zawahiri-controlled faction of al-Qaida has endangered the US.

By failing to view as enemies any other terror groups – even if they have participated in attacks against the US – and indeed, in perceiving them as potential allies, Obama has failed to defend against them. Indeed, by wooing them as future allies, Obama has empowered forces as committed as al-Qaida to defeating the US.

Again, it is not at all apparent that the Times realized what it was doing. But from Israel to Egypt, to Iran to Libya to Lebanon, it is absolutely clear that Obama and his colleagues continue to implement the same dangerous, destructive agenda that defeated the US in Benghazi and will continue to cause US defeat after US defeat.

In the letter to Boehner, which was delivered on early Monday afternoon and provided exclusively to Breitbart News, Sean Smith’s mother, Pat Smith, and uncle, Michael Ingmire, along with Tyrone Woods’ father, Charles Woods, joined the call for a select committee to investigate the Benghazi scandal. Other notable signers include former Rep. Allen West (R-FL), conservative leader Ginni Thomas of Liberty Consulting, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton, retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, Freedom Center president David Horowitz, and scores of other military and conservative movement leaders.

“We write to express our grave concern over the failure of your House of Representatives to extract the truth from the Obama administration concerning the attack on our diplomatic and intelligence facilities in Benghazi, Libya; and, the brutal deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and security officers Ty Woods and Glen Doherty,” the coalition wrote to Boehner.

Specifically, a House select committee on Benghazi would be similar to the Watergate select committee formed in the U.S. Senate during the scandal that took down President Richard Nixon. It would be a focused committee with members from both the Democrat and Republican parties and staffed with the proper resources to conduct a thorough investigation of the matter. Thus far, Boehner has had five separate House committees investigating the matter that have not succeeded. He has also publicly opposed the creation of a select committee, saying he does not think it is necessary.

There is currently a bill in the House of Representatives, H. Res 36 from Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), that would create such a committee. It has, including Wolf, 179 cosponsors according to the Library of Congress, well more than the majority of the House GOP majority—which is 232 Republican members strong. Yet, despite the overwhelming support from the House GOP conference, Boehner continues to refuse to allow a vote on the installation of a select committee to investigate the Benghazi scandal and continues to block efforts to bring the bill forward.

Now that this new coalition is stepping forward, Boehner may end up facing enough pressure to force him to create the committee.

For 175 years the nuns of Little Sisters of the Poor have been ministering to the elderly, poor and dying. Under decree mandated in Obamacare, the Little Sisters are ordered to bow down in worship to King Obama's golden idol, abortion. Non compliance threatens to be the death of their extraordinary ministry.

We are witnessing a modern day version of King Darius ordering that Daniel be thrown into the lion's den for refusing to deny his faith. Either the Little Sisters of the Poor ministry submit to King Obama's decree or die; metaphorically thrown into the lion's den.

Displaying deceit characteristic of our Liar-in-Chief, Obama's DOJ have offered the Little Sisters a serpent disguised as an olive branch. The DOJ told the Little Sisters that if they would simply sign a document condoning abortion services for their employees an exemption from the mandate would be granted.

The wise Little Sisters refused to sign what they perceived to be a “permission slip” for abortion services; a back door scheme by the DOJ to get the Little Sisters to betray their religious faith.

Like Daniel in his day, the Little Sisters remain faithful. Their case has gone to the U.S. Supreme Court.

It is profoundly evil to persecute a Christian ministry that has been ministering to the needy for 175 years. Surely, the DOJ has to know that legally bludgeoning the Little Sisters of the Poor into submission will be a PR nightmare for the Obama Administration.

So why is Obama's DOJ hellbent on forcing the Little Sisters to betray their commitment to God? The answer is our country is under siege in the process of a tyrannical hostile takeover.

The Obama Administration has transformed governmental agencies into his iron-fist enforcers. Their laser focused mission is to assist in the full implementation of the liberal socialist/progressive agenda; Obama's vowed fundamental transformation of America.

Like every hostile takeover by a regime, opposition is dealt with swiftly and severely. Everyone must be politically beaten into silence and submission; even the Little Sisters of the Poor.

First let me state my bias to this book and the author. I read the original book by Wanda Draper. It was a breath of fresh air to find a person that knew so much about true life that actually wrote a book about children. It made sense how this could be once I found out how much exprereince Wanda had taught at all levels; from preschool to teaching medical students. True to fashion when I came to know her the matter of fact common sense nature of the book was present in her personality as well. Wanda wasn't a person to get stuck on letters after her name. She respects the knowledge parents have when it comes to their child(ren). Unlike many experts that dismiss the input of parents or downplay the parents knowledge of their own child(ren). In the introduction Wanda states her 4 reasons for writing this book (or re-realsing..which I am glad she did) as; *To increase awareness of a child's capabilities and potentional. *To better understand and accept the feelings and thoughts of a child. *To appreciate the child's perception. *To act in relation to what will bring about a stronger and more meaningful connection between you and your child or your student. I know Wanda personally writes out of a caring heart. She is extremely busy working. Taking the time to do this book meant extra work. Doing the book means she want to accomplish the goals in real terms and real time. "Your child has the capacity to succeed--in life and in school. I believe that ever child is endowed with sensitivity or a spirit of hope from within, that makes it possible to adapt to virtually any situation." She does say that those with special challages face unique battles. Yet, as a mother, this was unique for me. Most experts tell you what your child can't do and try to prepare you for the disapointments that are soon to be at hand. Gloom and doom are the things they preach. Other publications point out that if a child isn't reading by third grade on a certain level it is doubtful that child will ever go beyond that. Wanda, instead points out there is potential and one can rise to the occasion. The book doesn't way a ton but covers all the milestones, secrets of talking and how to get along with your child. Even if you don't have children the book would be a great read on how to get along with others. Wanda talks about how lucky shew was to attend a meeting of atronauts, her work with ophanages overseees and beliefs there are five elements basic to success; *Getting along with others. *Self-confidence. *Vision and a sense of wonder. *The abiity to focus. *Self reflection. Wanda tells you how to do set about helping your child to obtain the skills in working with your child(ren). Furhtermore, she doesn't rag on the parents about the past. She acknowleges one can't do anything about that but can work on things in the present and the future; basically giving hope and encouragement. Of course she explains the develomental milestones of childhood and when it is time to be concerned. She explains in depth about child develpment. Wanda doesn't have to make herself sound good. She writes a short book that delivers content. At the end she give recipes for paste and the likes of home made. This offers savings and a chance to engage parent and child in activites. I do have biasis as Wanda being a friend. Yet, when I bought the first version of the book I didn't know her. That book gave me back my gumption as a parent. Parents without confidence are like a boat without a captian. In short this is a must book for all parents, teachers or provider working with children. It is priced appropriately. What to do about the alleged unconstitutional and unlawful actions of President Barack Obama?

Some have proposed marches. Others hearings. Some have demanded the president’s resignation. Some have called for impeachment, even though a Democrat-controlled Senate would be unlikely to oust their party’s leader.

Polls show Americans of all parties are upset with the direction of the country, but what can they actually do to make a difference?

Retired Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, as chairman of Stand Up America, has been at the forefront of many of these rallying cries, encouraging Americans to take action in a number of ways.

But now the former deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army in the Pacific has settled upon a battle plan he believes could actually work: a House-led, parliamentary style vote of “no confidence” in Obama’s administration.

“I have already achieved a level of ‘no confidence’ in Obama as a leader, but now I urge you to examine this concept,” Vallely wrote in an email to supporters obtained by WND. “If you agree with me that all confidence is lost, I urge you to then ask yourself what is in the realm of the possible. I implore you to push aside the urge to try and fix everything in one fell swoop.

“Now is the time for something a dear friend calls ‘conviction without eviction,’ an end that can be brought on through a vote of no confidence, locally, statewide and nationally,” Vallely claims. “This is just a first step in what can only be repaired over time, but it is achievable in the short term and starts to remove Obama’s ability to continue his ruinous ways now.”

In a blog post on the battle plan posted Dec. 15, the general explained he already has a man on the ground in Washington working to make it happen.

Vallely quotes “a prominent Washington, D.C., insider with whom Stand Up America is coordinating –and who prefers to remain under the radar for the moment while conferring with potential House co-sponsors on both the basic rationale and the detailed content of such a House Resolution of no confidence” as offering the following justification for this novel course of action:

“First, in most of the world’s so-called ‘democracies’ – actually, multi-party constitutional republics – a formal vote of ‘no confidence’ by the Lower House suspends or greatly limits the governing authority of the party in power and, in a ‘recall’ of sorts, mandates new elections within 30-60 days,” the insider reportedly reasons. “Although we have no such instrument in our Constitution or in existing law, there is nothing to prevent its use as a comprehensive de facto indictment and conviction for contempt of Congress, violations of oath of office and of the Constitution itself – for all of the reasons stated in such a resolution.

“Second,” he reasons, “it would be much easier to cosponsor [than impeachment articles], to be formally adopted by the House and to achieve what might be called Obama’s ‘conviction without eviction’ – in which wholesale repudiation by the House, loss of control of the Senate and a substantial diminution of power and influence during his remaining time in office would be the penalties.

“We know there is no legal standing in a vote of ‘no confidence’ that would come of this act, but at least one thing will certainly occur: We take back the power of discourse,” the insider contends. “What do we do? We conduct a national ‘vote of no confidence.’”

“We cannot possibly believe that impeachment is attainable, and we know he will never resign,” Vallely adds, “but at least we can show other leaders the way; show our collective voices that we have no confidence in [Obama].”

Vellely contends the vote also would defuse some of the partisan finger-pointing that infects not only D.C. but the entire country.

“You are not calling anyone names, or labeling others. You are not trying to encapsulate each and every event,” he explains. “Rather, what you are doing is telling the world that ‘I have no confidence in him or his team anymore.’ They cannot take that away from you or attack you for it.

“A vote of ‘no confidence,’ albeit symbolic, at least focuses the discussion on something you can own as I own. This ownership is in your opinion; one based in fact and close analysis, not in emotion, ‘talking points’ or ulterior motives,” Vallely continued. “If asked or challenged tomorrow by his supporters that my lack of confidence is a political ploy, I will say, ‘No, I own my conclusions, I own my opinions and I have a deep sense of no confidence in Obama.’

“The House of Representatives must follow our lead and take up a resolution of no confidence,” the general contends.

Vallely’s calls to action have been immensely popular among tea party organizations that are seeking a way to restore the rule of law to Washington.

Among other examples they cite as evidence of disregard for law and the Constitution are the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, and the 15 or more times Obama has changed the law – without consulting Congress.

“What else is our nation to do now that the rule of law has effectively been thrown out the window by the Obama administration?” Vallely asks. “How are we to trust our government anymore, now that lying and fraud are acceptable practices?”

Vallely listed a sampling of Obama’s broken promises and lies, crediting Peter Wehner at Commentary Magazine:

1. His promise not to allow lobbyists to work in his administration. (They have.)
2. His commitment to slash earmarks. (He didn’t.)
3. To be the most transparent presidency in history. (He’s not.)
4. To put an end to “phony accounting.” (It started almost on Day 1 and continues.)
5. And to restore trust in government. (Trust in government is at near-historic lows.)
6. His pledge to seek public financing in the general election. (He didn’t.)
7. To treat super-PACS as a “threat to democracy.” (He embraced them.)
8. His pledge to keep unemployment from rising above 8 percent. (It remained above 8 percent for the longest stretch since the Great Depression.)
9. To create five million new energy jobs alone. (The total number of jobs created in Obama’s first term was roughly one-tenth that figure.)
10. To identify all those “shovel-ready’ jobs. (Mr. Obama later chuckled that his much-hyped “shovel-ready projects” were “not as shovel-ready as we expected.”)
11. To lift two million Americans from poverty. (A record 46 million Americans are living in poverty during the Obama era.)
12. His promise to bring down health care premiums by $2,500 for the typical family (they went up) … allow Americans to keep the health care coverage they currently have (many can’t) … refuse to fund abortion via the Affordable Care Act (it did) … to respect religious liberties (he has violated them) … and the insistent that a mandate to buy insurance, enforced by financial penalties, was not a tax (it is).
13. Obama’s pledge to stop the rise of oceans. (It hasn’t.)
14. To “remake the world” and to “heal the planet.” (Hardly.)
15. To usher in a “new beginning” based on “mutual respect” with the Arab and Islamic world and “help answer the call for a new dawn in the Middle East.” (Come again?)
16. To punish Syria if it crossed the “red line” of using chemical weapons. (The “red line” was crossed earlier this year – and nothing of consequence happened.)
17. That as president “I don’t bluff.” (See the previous sentence on Syria.)
18. And of course the much-ballyhooed Russian reset. (Tensions between Russia and the United States are increasing and examples of Russia undermining U.S. interests are multiplying.)
19. And let’s not forget Mr. Obama’s promise to bring us together. (He is the most polarizing president in the history of the Gallup polling.)
20. Or his assurance to us that he would put an end to the type of politics that “breeds division and conflict and cynicism.” (All three have increased during the Obama presidency.)
21. And his counsel to us to “resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.” (Remind me again whose campaign allies accused Mitt Romney of being responsible for the cancer death of a steelworker’s wife.)

“It is time to recall the reprobates and reclaim the power of the people,” Vallely said. “We need to start with the White House and all of Obama’s appointees, especially Eric Holder. … Then on to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi – the architects who shoved Obamacare down our throats. We also cannot forget John Boehner and company who openly castigate the tea-party caucus, which are only doing that which they campaigned upon.”

Congress already is addressing charges that Obama is violating the Constitution.

WND reported when Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said Obama’s actions have reached “an unprecedented level, and we’ve got to do something about it.

“Assume that a statute said you had to provide two forms of ID to vote. Can the president require three forms? Can the president require one form? Can you suspend all requirements? If not, why not?” he said. “If you can turn off certain categories of law, do you not also have the power to turn off all categories of law?”

Gowdy cited Obama’s decisions to ignore certain immigration laws, even though Congress did not approve the changes. He also cited arbitrary changes to the Obamacare law and Obama’s “recess appointments” of judges even though the U.S. Senate was not in recess.

His proposal is for Congress to take the White House to court over the president’s actions, through a resolution proposed by Rep. Tom Rice, R-Ga., that would authorize the House to sue the Obama administration. It has 30 co-sponsors.

Rice said that because of “this disregard of our country’s checks and balances, many of you have asked me to bring legal action against the president.”

“After carefully researching the standing the House of Representatives has and what action we can take, I have introduced a resolution to stop the president’s clear overreach,” he said.

A Fox News interviewer asked Gowdy if Obama could refuse to enforce election laws.

“Why not?” asked Gowdy, “If you can turn off immigration laws, if you can turn off the mandatory minimum in our drug statutes, if you can turn off the so-called Affordable Care Act – why not election laws?”

Gowdy noted that a liberal law professor, Jonathan Turley, agrees.

WND reported Turley’s concerns in December.

Turley has represented members of Congress in a lawsuit over the Libyan war, represented workers at the secret Area 51 military base and served as counsel on national security cases. He now says Obama is a danger to the U.S. Constitution.

He was addressing a House Judiciary Committee hearing Dec. 4. Chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., asked him: “Professor Turley, the Constitution, the system of separated powers is not simply about stopping one branch of government from usurping another. It’s about protecting the liberty of Americans from the dangers of concentrated government power. How does the president’s unilateral modification of act[s] of Congress affect both the balance of power between the political branches and the liberty interests of the American people?”

Turley replied: “Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The danger is quite severe. The problem with what the president is doing is that he’s not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He’s becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. That is the concentration of power.”

Turley explained that the “Newtonian orbit that the three branches exist in is a delicate one but it is designed to prevent this type of concentration.”

“There are two trends going on which should be of equal concern to all members of Congress,” he said. “One is that we have had the radical expansion of presidential powers under both President Bush and President Obama. We have what many once called an imperial presidency model of largely unchecked authority. And with that trend we also have the continued rise of this fourth branch. We have agencies that are quite large that issue regulations. The Supreme Court said recently that agencies could actually define their own or interpret their own jurisdiction.”

Turley was appointed in 1998 to the prestigious Shapiro Chair for Public Interest at Georgetown. He has handled a wide range of precedent-setting and headline-making cases, including the successful defense of Petty Officer Daniel King, who faced the death penalty for alleged spying for Russia.

Turley also has served as the legal expert in the review of polygamy laws in the British Columbia Supreme Court. He’s been a consultant on homeland security, and his articles appear regularly in national publications such as the New York Times and USA Today.

WND reported that it was at the same hearing that Michael Cannon, director of Health Policy Studies for the Cato Institute, said there is “one last thing to which the people can resort if the government does not respect the restraints that the Constitution places of the government.”

“Abraham Lincoln talked about our right to alter our government or our revolutionary right to overthrow it,” he said.

“That is certainly something that no one wants to contemplate. If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws, then they will conclude that neither are they.”

Cannon said it is “very dangerous” for the president to “wantonly ignore the laws, to try to impose obligations upon people that the legislature did not approve.”

Several members of Congress also contributed their opinions in an interview with talk-show host Sean Hannity.

Vallely explained that a “no confidence” vote now “would also tell the world that we recognize the mess this administration has wrought upon the world and we do not support his actions. Despite what supporters of Obama say about our standing in the world, the world is laughing at us. We are not pleased!”

Citizens won’t leave Washington until change is made

(Tea Party) – Veterans, truckers and bikers all rallied in DC, taking a stand to restore America but after they departed the Washington establishment continued running the nation amok. According to one man he hopes an mass rally in the works for this spring will be different.

Retired US Army Col. Harry G. Riley, who runs the Patriots for America website, doesn’t have an organized sponsor for the rally. Instead, he’s calling on individual Americans. He wants them to assemble and demand America be restored to her former glory.

Riley has pledged that they will not leave Washington until they see change.

“One million or more of the assembled 10 million must be prepared to stay in D.C. as long as it takes to see Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Attorney General Holder removed from office,” explained Riley in an email regarding his plan.

Riley continued:

“The senior Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives will become Speaker of the House and the U.S. House of Representatives will elect a temporary president and vice president of the United States. The U.S. Senate will take action to elect a new majority and minority leader.”

“As required, the U.S. Congress will execute appropriate legislation to convene new elections or U.S. states will appoint replacements for positions vacated consistent with established constitutional requirements.”

With more than 34 years in the US military and multiple tours of duty worldwide, Riley received numerous honors and medals including the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal and Army Achievement Medal among other honors.

Having been successful in a variety of efforts, including the 2007 Gathering of Eagles, Riley has not gone without his share of attacks from the left.

Of the upcoming spring march, Riley says:

“There is not much time and the only planning necessary is to select a starting date, which we have done, and then show up in Washington, D.C., on that date, and plan to stay for the duration. The goal is restoring the U.S. Constitution as the law of the land, removing the lawless leadership.”

“Will this be a cake-walk? No, it will be painful, and some people may die because the government will not be non-violent; some of us will end up in a cell, and some may be injured. If that’s what it will take to save our nation, do we have any choice? Freedom loving Americans will say there is no choice, we must begin the second American Revolution. Not with guns, but with millions of Americans demanding a return to constitutional government and the resignation of Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Holder as a start…then the constitutional restoration process can begin.”

Riley is urging “all organizations, groups, particularly veterans and military retirees, [to] begin planning to visit Washington, D.C., beginning May 16, 2014.”

Another military leaders, Retired Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely has also called on millions of Americans to “stand up” to a government that is “conducting treason … violating the Constitution, violating our laws.”

Vallely is also calling on Americans to march, urging a legislative “no confidence” vote in President Obama as well as Congress in addition to citizen arrests.  It was the 33 million Egyptians who rose up against their government and removed Muslim Brotherhood officials from office that gave him the inspiration.

Vallely claims that his call for a new American uprising struck a note with millions of modern tea partiers—those looking for unifying leadership.

It’s been all over Facebook, a number of websites, radio shows calling me for interviews,” Vallely said. “And the response I’ve received has been 99-percent positive.”

“I think the biggest thing is that someone is finally standing up to lead.” “We need someone to lead; we need a new George Washington,” said Vallely.

Riley expanded on his philosophy:

“Similar to our Founding Fathers, citizens and patriots in America now find themselves increasingly denied freedom and liberty from a government leadership (A new crown) that is focused on self-serving, power hungry, deception, and betrayal motivations…the ultimate goal of U.S. Constitutional destruction,” he writes. “While our Founding Fathers endured pain and suffering from the British Crown, there came a time when they declared ‘enough is enough.’ Thus, the Declaration of Independence was drafted. We should read our Declaration of Independence and note the grievances that led to the decision of ‘independence or death.’ America is under the heel of a new ‘crown,’ enduring grievances of which are not far removed from conditions our Founding Fathers experienced. The Founders moved to action. Now is the time for American patriots to move to action.”

“Underlying the plan is the invitation to “patriots” to help restore the constitutional government, rule of law, freedom and liberty” from what is described as a “despotic and tyrannical federal leadership.”

Step one is for millions of Americans to assemble peaceably and physically unarmed, showing their loyalty to the US Constitution.  The next step is for a large number of those who assemble to stay in Washington until changes that are “consistent with the Constitution” are made.

Riley said he’s never seen so much interest in such a move. “This has to be done,” he said.

“We are past the point of no return, thus must move forward with an effort to save our nation, as there is no other choice. We are asking, pleading with you, and any others that have resources, national voices, email lists, blogs, FB, Twitter, to call for a non-violent American Spring May 16, 2014, in Washington D.C. We must appeal to ten million and more American patriots to come and stay in Washington, D.C., to stop the White House and Congress from total destruction of the United States. It’s now or never. God help us.”

He went on to say, “The Congress and the administration are just totally oblivious to the American people. They go their own way. The administration makes its own laws. They have their own Congress in the president’s staff.”

Riley’s inspiration was Georgetown University’s Jonathan Turley and his recent Congressional testimony. Turley represented members of Congress in a lawsuit over the Libyan war as well as workers at the top-secret Area 51 military base. He’s also served at counsel on national security cases. Vallely is a huge favorite among the tea party organizations seeking to bring Rule of Law back to Washington. The tea party has cited Obamacare and the more than 15 times that Obama has changed the law without Congressional involvement.

Vallely sees a vote of “no confidence” as the solution.

The founder of Stand Up America, an organization dedicated to providing education resources based on the values of the Founding Fathers said: “Clearly America has lost confidence and no longer trusts those in power at a most critical time in our history. … It is true that not all who ply the halls of power fit under that broad brush, but most of them are guilty of many egregious acts, and we say it is time to hold a vote of no confidence. It’s time for a ‘recall.’”

Larry Klayman, former Reagan Justice Department lawyer, hopes that November 19^th will rank with the 4^th of July someday. Klayman called the day the start of “The Second American Revolution.”  November 19^th was the day that Klayman organized a rally by “The Reclaim America Now” coalition at Lafayette Park across from the White House.

The “Reclaim America Now” coalition is composed of approximately three dozen conservative groups, including Freedom Watch, Gun Owners of America, Tea Party Patriots, 2 Million Bikers to D.C., Jihad Watch, and the Western Center for Journalism among others.

Two hundred or so people gathered at the rally where speakers called for two things: The renewal of America and the resignation of Obama.

Klayman accused Obama of tyranny while calling for peaceful change, declaring: “We the People have had enough of the corrupt and incompetent ways of the Obama administration and its bipartisan political enablers. It is time for action, not words.”

It is the hope of Riley, Vallely and many others that this coming May 16^th will bring millions upon millions of Americans to DC for an American revolution that will change the course of history back to the one our Founding Fathers envisioned.

                Same Sex Marriage has been put on Hold in Utah - Photo Credit - ABC-4 News

Same-Sex couples can no longer do the happy wedded bliss dance in Utah due to a temporary halt of marriage licenses to gay couples due to the U.S. Supreme Court, reported CNN. This ruling allows Utah state officials to uphold their state ban on gay marriages while the federal court judge’s decision is appealed.

For many Utah residents who voted in favor of traditional biblical marriage principles which support marriage between a man and a woman, Federal Court District Judge Robert Shelby ‘s decision last month was a blow. The judge decided that the state same-sex marriage ban was somehow unconstitutional when it forbid lesbians and gays from being legally married.

The federal judge relied upon the “Equal Protection and Due Process” safeguard of the U.S. Constitution to decide that gay couples were being deprived of their rights due to the Utah state ban. The 2004 ban had been supported and approved by Utah voters which coincide with the general principled beliefs of the state’s residents.

So Obama wants to use the federal infrastructure of the DC Metropolitan government to infringe upon the 2^nd Amendment right of U.S. citizens living there to keep and bear arms.  He grudgingly finds that since he can’t presently impose his imperial will on Virginia, Maryland, or any of the other States, he can dictatorially repress the rights of the people of the federal district, which, he hopes, will embolden the anti-patriots around the Republic favoring identification of those Americans who own and have the ability to bear firearms.  Anyone who thinks that the idea of mandating the re-registering firearms purchased in the District of Columbia came from the DC Metropolitan government is pretty naive in political thinking.  It’s pretty obvious to me that a federal Executive branch cabal, or conspiracy, is exuding from Obama and his cohorts to negate the 2^nd Amendment, and the Executive branch has people in their enforcement agencies willing to do anything they are told to do by their tyrannical boss.  Let me again declare that I firmly believe that these enforcement agencies have had the opportunity, the means, and the motive to deliberately orchestrate what has been represented by mainstream media propaganda as random mass shootings around the nation by crazed individuals possessing automatic and semiautomatic weapons.  I have good reason to believe that, since the Patriot Act was passed, these agencies (Homeland Security, the NSA, the CIA, the FBI, and the DIA) have worked closely together to covertly plan and orchestrate every mass shooting and bombing that have occurred around the nation, and they have done it with a “Manchurian Candidate style” motif.  When all of the correct facts surrounding these killings are closely examined, the explanations provided by the federal government, through the mainstream media, just don’t add-up.  Moreover, the frequency of the, supposedly, random occurrences of mass shootings is not statistically viable, based upon the frequency and number of pre-9/11 mass shootings.  Accurate statistics don’t lie, and the clustering of these mass shootings after 9/11 indicate anything but randomness. But why on God’s green earth would the federal government perpetuate such deliberate horror?   

As millions of other rational Americans currently believe, the federal government wouldn’t mind killing a few hundred or, even, a few thousand American citizens in order to perpetuate the illusion throughout the nation that the constitutional right to keep and bear firearms should be abolished.  In order to execute this plan to abrogate the 2^nd Amendment, the federal government first needed a majority of the American people to support an austere law that would serve to severely restrict civil liberties.  The Patriot Act was such a legislation that had actually been written as a bill a number of years earlier for a very sinister, though unnamed, purpose.  As that sinister purpose has been fully realized, the effect of the Patriot Act is very similar to the effect of the Nazi Enabling Act of 1933 (supported by a majority of the German people), in that with it came the creation of a centralized police/spy organization to enforce it, Homeland Security, a federal agency closely resembling the Nazi German Gestapo.  On 9/11, the federal government succeeded in staging a horrible debacle that caused 90 percent of the American public to falsely believe that Islamic terrorists were responsible for the deaths of over 3,000 innocent human beings.  Currently, however, around 80 percent of the American electorate (the voting-age American citizens) suspects that the federal government was, in some way, responsible for what happened at the WTC and the Pentagon on 9/11.  As a result, the federal Executive branch enforcement agencies are presently working overtime to keep the truthful reality about the Pentagon bombing, and the collapse of the WTC Tower and WTC Building 7, from fully dawning on the minds of the American public.  You see, the great many salient facts about the WTC and Pentagon bombings were deliberately omitted from the “Report of the 9/11 Commission,” which directly suggested federal conspiracy, and the subsequent disclosure of those startling facts to the public since 9/11, through the work of dedicated investigative reporters, has loudly shouted the reality of federal conspiracy.  And it was all perpetrated to delude the American people into giving up their unalienable rights contained in the Bill of Rights for an illusion of security.  And to embellish this illusion, the federal government continues to clandestinely orchestrate shootings and bombings in order to engender fear among the masses, so that fundamental freedoms may be more greatly curtailed in the name of national security.  I mean, what can you say when it has been revealed, beyond a reasonable doubt, that those super-structure skyscrapers were not totally collapsed by the jet aircraft that crashed into Towers 1 and 2, and the two controlled fires on two floors of the 47-story Building 7.  Such was scientifically impossible.  Those three buildings totally collapsed because of controlled demolition.  That was the only way it could have happened, according to over 2,000 eminent architects, engineers, and physicists who have gone on-record with Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth in order to get this information out to the American public.  So, if carefully planned and executed controlled demolition was how the 9/11 WTC debacle was orchestrated, who but the federal government had the opportunity, the means, and the motive for doing it?

Getting back to the federally mandated re-registration of firearms in the District of Columbia, this is, but, a means of knowing where the citizens owning and possessing guns are located.  It is the first step to eventual gun confiscation by the conspiring federal government.  The Honorable James Madison wrote Federalist 46 in 1788 to allay the fears of the States about the possibility of the federal government using the federal army to impose tyranny on the People.  In that essay he said,

 Let a regular army, fully equal to the resources of the country, be formed; and let it be entirely at the devotion of the federal government; still it would not be going too far to say, that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger. The highest number to which, according to the best computation, a standing army can be carried in any country, does not exceed one hundredth part of the whole number of souls; or one twenty-fifth part of the number able to bear arms. This proportion would not yield, in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men. To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million of citizens with arms in their hands, officered by men chosen from among themselves, fighting for their common liberties, and united and conducted by governments possessing their affections and confidence. It may well be doubted, whether a militia thus circumstanced could ever be conquered by such a proportion of regular troops.”

 In Federalist 46, James Madison clearly stated that, with an armed citizenry, the States would greatly outnumber the federal army if the federal government would try to impose tyranny on the People.  Madison called tyranny “danger” when he said that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel that danger.  Madison did not refer to the militia as an organized army of soldiers, but, instead, the total armed citizenry of the 13 original States, which numbered, in 1788, to half a million citizens.  Those citizens were the men, women, and children who could fire muskets, pistols, and cannon in order to fight for their common liberties while united under their State governments for which they had affection and confidence.

 There is certainly a difference between the danger of tyranny that existed then, in 1788, and the greater danger of tyranny that exists now in 2013.  We, the people, should fear much more greatly the power possessed by a federal army, navy, marine corps, and air force numbering over a million armed soldiers, and the paramilitary forces comprised by the federal enforcement agencies (CIA, NSA, FBI, DIA, Homeland Security) numbering more than 100,000 armed cadre.  In 1788, the weaponry possessed by the federal army was basically the same as the weaponry possessed by the citizens.  Now, the federal military and paramilitary forces greatly out-gun the citizens.  That question posed by the very arrogant U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein about the 2^nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms, “Do you need a bazooka?” may be answered in the affirmative.  For the citizens to oppose the tyranny that may be imposed by a federal army in 2013, much more than a bazooka will be needed.

 So, what is there to do?  The tyranny imposed by Obama on the District of Columbia, to either re-register your firearms or go to jail, cannot be tolerated by patriots.  In the District, there are obviously many more anti-patriots than patriots.  What are the DC patriots to do?  I suggest that all those patriots in the District who believe that their God-given 2^nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms is being trampled by the tyrannical federal government, should sell their property, leave the District, and relocate to Virginia, Texas, Arizona, South Carolina, or any other state where the right to keep and bear arms is held sacred.  A mass exodus from the District, by patriots, would show Obama that he can’t force patriotic red-blooded Americans to yield to tyranny.

                        I find it very interesting how people view Jesus today.  I am not a bible scholar and cannot quote more than just a few very common scripture verses, but is being able to quote chapter and verse from the Holy Bible really that important?  Knowing what the Bible says is important.  Living by Scripture, especially by the New Testament things taught by Jesus and his Apostles are important, but I find a lot of people who are so quote-crazy they don’t really seem to know much about what they are quoting.

For instance, Jesus is portrayed in most churches that I know of, and by every Christian I know as pious, benevolent, quiet, and soft spoken.  I don’t see him that way at all, at least not all the time.  As a matter of fact I think of Jesus as quite forceful, and a pain in the butt to the bureaucracy of his time; and to the “progressives” who now control our nation.  I see a side of Jesus that is often more like a drill sergeant in the Army.
