The more news I read and watch, the more certain I am that the revolution is very near. All the elements for the perfect storm are coalescing. It is only a matter of when rather than if.

It is no secret that Obama is willing to do literally anything to get re-elected .. ANYTHING!  It would not surprise me to have him declare martial law along about the early part of October. Of course he will have to cancel the elections until such a time as “stability” can be restored; stability defined by himself and his minions. The other logical steps are: suspend the Constitution, suspend congress, suspend the Supreme Court and notify all State Governors that they are no longer employed as the feds will administer the local governments (via FEMA) until further notice. This can only be accomplished if he can effectively neutralize any likely opposition before he acts to imprison the nation in the chains of progressive socialism.

Is it any coincidence that he is pushing for ratification of the UN small arms treaty. If ratified, it would give him the means and authority to ban ownership of all personal weapons under pain of indefinite incarceration in FEMA detention centers carefully constructed for that purpose.  

Is it any coincidence that veterans returning from combat roles are being systematically rounded up and placed into mental hospitals under various charges of mental instability. These are the very men and women who are the most likely to take up arms against the hostile takeover of America. They must be rendered harmless … or eliminated altogether. They are seasoned combat operators and pose the greatest threat to the forces sent against the American citizens.

Obama lamented the lack of a well-trained, heavily armed civilian security force modeled along the lines of a private Executive Branch army. Equal in all respects to the regular military forces and answerable to Obama and the power brokers. Is it any coincidence that we are seeing the TSA becoming more and more involved in day to day “police” functions? And what about the so-called “VIPER Teams”? What the hell is a pre-board screening force with no legal standing as law enforcement officers doing stopping and interrogating citizens on trains, buses and the freeways? What’s next? Will we see the TSA armed  and given the task of controlling the movements of the citizens. Papers Please?

Is it any coincidence that if reelected, Obama and the progressives will raise taxes on the working families to an obscene new level.? They have no choice if they are to fund increasing entitlements and other boondoggle pet projects. An example? On the way to work this morning I listened as a “scientist” described his taxpayer funded research to determine why bats prefer to eat flies that are performing the sex act. He has determined that the sex noise is irresistible to the bats. Uh…who the hell cares? It is this kind of frivolous spending that has to stop. How is this line of research adaptable to everyday life. Should every house enlist the services of several bats? Should we put out fly attractants with aphrodisiacs in them to encourage the flies to get it on? Give me a break

OK. I have had moderation turned on for a while and most all the posts have been within the limits of good behavior. I am turning off the approval feature as long as comments are civil and to the point. I don't mind healthy debate or criticism. I do object to mindless, knee-jerk dedication to a cause (or personal cult such as surrounds Obamugabe). Let's get on with the business at hand. Thank you to those who have taken the time to read my ramblings and comment on them. Dialog is where ideas come from. I don't claim to have the solutions to the nations problems, but if enough intelligent people look at the problem, they usually come up with a solution that will satisfy most, if not all.

I am not censoring anyone with half a brain. My blog is moderated simply because I don't have the time to "debate" with morons. There has been far too much of that already. We seem to spend all our efforts arguing rather than doing something about the mess we are in. I will continue to moderate for a while just to get a feel for the responses. However, unlike the politicians, I WILL NOT change my opinions simply because I think it's what people want to hear. I am 70 years old. I am a rabid originalist when it comes to the Constitution. I am a dues paying member of the Tea Party, unlike some here. I am an Oathkeeper and I am county coordinator for the Constitution Party. My heros are Justices Scalia and Thomas and anyone serving in the military. These are the people who are willing to put it on the line or go against the grain rather than just complain and talk.

I am too old to be in politics so I do what I can trying to influence others to see the light. We are light years away from the America of the revolution. Not technologically, that is a given, but spiritually and ethically. We have traded freedom to be ourselves for the security of being spoon fed from cradle to grave. There are still patriots willing to walk the walk. I pray that I can meet some of them and encourage them to keep up the good fight. Obama is not the problem. The problem is we let him happen. We are to blame not Obama. He is simply doing what any good despot would do. The sooner we realize that we are the problem and the ONLY solution the sooner we regain our freedom.

I hope you are right about Romney/Ryan. Perhaps I am more cynical. I am a student of human nature. Once Romney gets the essentially unlimited power of the presidency, there is nothing to stop him from his own brand of big government and spend, spend, spend. We are no longer a nation of laws but a nation of executive orders (ie: dictatorship). It is terrifying that the Constitution and government/civics classes are no longer taught in schools (for the most part). The problem here is not the crooked politicians but the fact that the electorate is uninformed and ignorant of how things are supposed to work. Worse, they no longer take their sovereignity seriously. We are the rulers by God, not the federal government! After the revolutionary war the heirarchy was deemed to be:

            God

            The People

            The Sovereign States

            The Limited Federal Government

Now the heirarchy is:

            The Federal Government

            Everything and everyone else.

God and the people are not a factor except as a source of production and money.

I suspect the Romney will be more of the same. More benign perhaps but still a gentle despot who is primarily looking out for his own interests. He is a politician, he can do nothing else. I am reminded of the story of the frog and the scorpion.

This is probably all a moot discussion. I look for Obama to anull the elections, or declare a national emergency and set aside the Constitution and Congress, or perhaps just simply declare himself President for Life. He is capable of anything. He has proven that he considers himself above that pesky Constitution and the common law.

I have been remiss in my duties as "founder??" of the Grey Tigers. That seems a tad presumptuous. I must apologize profusely. I just got tired of 'Black Panther this' and 'Black Panther that.' They are a bunch of p*ssants when they are compared to the greatest generations that ever graced the country. WE, or those whose spirits we honor, fought in the revolution and created the greatest country the world has ever seen or likely will see. WE defended the world in World War I.  WE suffered through the great depression. WE fought from one side of the world to the other in World War II. Some of us suffered the brutal conditions in Korea. Younger versions of us went on the thankless mission to Viet Nam. Recently, much younger versions stepped up and took the battle to the minions of evil in the Middle East. WE are dying today in the deserts and mountains of Afghanistan. For what? Braggin' rights? Some twisted ideal of exporting "democracy"?  Not all of these folks are really grey tigers in terms of age, but they do personify the values and heritage and honor of the grey tigers among us. We place country first. Most of us, having been in the military or law enforcement, don't seem to pay as much attention to a person's color as their honor and character. All of us are AMERICANS in heart, soul and actions. Then this piddling little covey of black tweety-birds thinks they can intimidate us? GET REAL! Mess with us and know real pain and fear!

Now, what can we do as grey tigers? I don't know about the rest of you, but a trip to DC is a bit of a burden on the limited funds I have to spend. Most of us can make a trip to our state capitol. If, we could get a 100 or so grey tigers to invade the sacrosanct halls of the state legislatures and the executive offices, I bet someone would sit up and listen, especially if we let them know we don't plan to stop there. Politicians are an arrogant species. They believe in their divine right to rule over the unwashed masses. We are too dumb and apathetic to take care of ourselves. They must be our protectors and benefactors. The only time they want to hear from us is at the ballot box. Otherwise sit, down, shut up and let them run our lives in the manner for which we should be grateful. NOT BLOODY LIKELY!

Another thing we can do is stay on our senators and congress-person like stink on poo. These folks like to live in a world of their own making. It really irritates them when a mere mortal has the temerity to disturb their lofty thought processes and deeds of daring-do. They live in a fantasy world of backroom dealing and photo-ops. We on the other hand must live in the real world, a world they have created but don’t live in. Email them every day. It keeps their staff busy. If you don’t have a computer, go to the library with a computer literate friend. If nothing else, drop them a post card. The thing is, stay in their faces (but keep it civil and to the point). And above all don’t let them get away with sending you a form letter. Bring up specific issues and demand (nicely) specific answers, not generalities. I suspect that my name is well known in my senator’s offices. I like it that way. They know I am serious and don’t tolerate being shuffled off to the side. I confess that I am sorely remiss in riding my congressman’s rear-end. Ralph Hall lives in a world of 70 years ago. All he wanted to talk about when I went to visit him was the time he flew F4U Corsairs in WWII. Ok Ralph, get a grip on the 21^st Century and live today like the rest of us. Ralph talks the talk, but can’t walk the walk any longer. He sits and stares at the pretty pictures of him and his plane on his office walls. Somehow he has managed to convince the folks in his district the he is still relevant. Actually, he is a relic. I wonder if Allen West would consider relocating to North Texas?

We must clean house at home, then we start running the varmints out of the walls in DC. I strongly suspect that any “cleaning up” we do locally will come to the attention of the miscreants in Washington. We the people still “own” this country. The politicians and bureaucrats still work for us … we pay the darn bills. It’s way past time for us to remind them of this fact.

Right now, several of my acquaintances are concerned that Obamugabe will nullify the next elections and declare himself “great leader for life”  or some such nonsense. He may well try. I would put nothing beyond the depravity and deviousness of this man. BUT, there are a lot of us grey tigers … and most of us are armed. It will be a tough takeover and a lot of government agents will most likely  wish they were somewhere else before it’s over. As for the military, I think Mr. Obama might find himself high and dry. Oh, there are those who would follow his unlawful orders, but there are a Hell of a lot more that won’t.  It is certainly going to be interesting if he does try some such maneuver.

I guess, I need to know just how many grey tigers there are out there. I am in Northeast Texas and lay claim to the handle GreyTigerTX. There must be others as crazy as I out there. I need to know who you are and where you are. I don’t care what political philosophy you profess. The only thing I want to make sure of is that you are an AMERICAN, through and through. Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Constitutionalists, et al: we can be allies long enough to take back our country. Maybe we can grow to be as much of a thorn as the Tea Party. Sounds like fun to me. At my age I need a little excitement.

Obama, (I refuse to call him President Obama) is preaching an America of “shared prosperity”. What he really means is an America of mutual dependency. Obama is not interested in a nation of opportunity and shared success. He wants an America where everyone is equally depressed. He can only achieve his vision by taxing and bleeding the successful and productive and redistributing their blood, sweat and tears to those who will not take care of themselves even when the opportunity to do so is available. He sees the welfare recipients as mistreated and maligned and in need of a government nanny. In truth, most, not all, but many, are perfectly happy with living off of another’s hard work. They feel a sense of entitlement unheard of in early America. There have always been underprivileged people.

They are the victims of misfortune or they may be poor by choice. Poor by choice? Yes. There are those who would rather survive by accepting meager handouts than actually work to improve their lot in life. These same people have supported the likes of Obama simply because he promises more goodies with no means testing as to real need. Obama wants to expand the rolls of dependency and entitlements. He wants everyone, except the elite, to be equally poor and disenfranchised. Unfortunately, Mr. Romney is not really “much” better. The Republicans are as out of touch with mainstream America as the Democrats. Neither party gives a rat’s behind about the taxpayers except at election time. Romney the RINO, is no exception. I have often said that the only real difference between the two political parties is who they wish me to give my money to. The Democrats want to give it to the lazy, unproductive drones of society, and the Republicans want it to go to their rich supporters and friends. The common theme here is take my money and give it to someone of THEIR choice. I am to have little or no say in where it goes or how much is “enough”. I have had it with politicians and their sycophants. They are Hell bound and determined to turn the whole world into their own personal fiefdom with all the rest of us slaving away to support their lifestyle of luxury and sloth. Oh they will fill the worlds board rooms and discuss weighty sociopolitical problems, but down at the bottom, the only real issue is how to maintain the status quo. I for one do not like the idea of being a “step and fetch it” for the worlds wealthy and elitists. They are no better than anyone else. Many have had their fortunes handed to them by way of inheritance. Many have never had to work for their life of ease and plenty. Those who have actually worked their way to the top tend to be less supportive of class distinctions than the heirs, but they will still rabidly throw the rest of us under the bus to keep what they have and if possible acquire even more … at our expense of course. There would seem to be no way out of our predicament short of a revolution like France had. Do away with everyone that even looks or talks like a politician and start over. Unfortunately, stupidity seems to repeat itself. Human nature being what it is, we would probably just elect another batch of equally distasteful overlords. They probably would even be worse, if that is possible. I don’t see much hope for a people who won’t stand up for their God-given rights. We really do ask for what we get. There is always some despot ready and willing to promise us anything in return for our abject slavery to the powers that be. Unless typical Americans grow a backbone, I don’t see much hope.

Remove from Office of the President

Charge with crimes against the people of the US of A ( High Treason)

Convict of Treason

Execute expeditiously

Place carcass in oil drum (poetic justice)

Stick drum in hole (preferably a dry well)

Forget 'em. Get on with fixin' his screw-ups.

Be sure to invite Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, et al to all of the above. 

When will we realize that Obamugabe is setting the stage for his becoming the President for Life?  He has to know his re-election chances are getting really bad. Will he invoke executive orders and suspend the Constitution and Congress? All it takes is a little "national  crisis".

When will we realize that the Islamists are deadly serious about burying our Constitutional Republic? The militants make no bones about their intentions. The "moderate" Muslims are content to use taqiya (condoned lying) to cloud their intentions. We continue to believe that they can be "converted" into good little law abiding Americans. Seems that England and Denmark and France thought the same thing. DUH!

When will we reliaze that we, the working class, can no longer be the piggy bank for the millions that can't or won't support themselves? We are bankrupt. If we don't cut back the entitlement programs, we will collapse economically.

When are we going to realize that socialized healthcare is the worst possible choice? Are we going to wait for our employer to cancel our insurance or maybe wait until we need special care and find we can't get it? We must put people in place who will quickly repeal this onerous piece of legislative crap.

When will we realize that government meddling in our educational system has resulted in a generation of young people that would rather spend quality time with their X-Box or Playstation than worry about current events or our country?  We are rapidly producing a citizenry composed of "educated idiots". Admittedly, there are a few pleasant exceptions, but few they are. These are the next generation of leaders. Not a warm fuzzy feeling is it?

When are we going to realize that the US borders MUST be closed until we can devise some sane immigration policy? We can't afford to discuss it any longer. The burden on social services is overwhelming now;  in a few years it will be impossible. And what about "reconquista?" Are we prepared to let thousands or millions of militant Mexicans take over the southwest United States simply because they won't admit we kicked their butts and own the property? Mexico is a failed nation. They are now exporting drug gangs and terror to the US. When will we stop it?

When are we going to realize that the GOP isn't offering us a really good alternative to the Obamugabe Democrats? I don't know about the rest of you, but none of the proposed candidates rings my bell. Too little, too late. And the lesser of two evils thing is wearing kind of thin. If we could just get Sam Rohrer to consider running for President.....hmmmm. Nah, he is a real Christian, Conservative, Patriotic American. This would never fly.

When will we reaize that we have been apathetic for too long and need to get off our butts and take charge if we are going to actually save the country? Most people simply can't be bothered. I speak from first hand experiance, most people just don't care. I am tired of banging my head against a brick wall.
