The democrats demands or tax return disclosure is a joke. Debbie Wasserman Schultz has already declared that Mitt Romney has paid 14% of his 20 million income.  That means that she has admitted that Romney has Paid 2 million 8 hundred thousand dollar in income taxes in one year while Harry Reid declares that he has info that Romney has not paid any income tax for 10 years.  Is Wasserman Shultz calling Reid a liar or is Reid calling Waserman Schultz a liar.  First their is no 14% tax bracket.  The tax brackets are 10, 15, 25,28, 33% and 35 %- The 35%  bracket is for all those with taxable incomes over $390,500.

There are 2 types of tax percentages the effective tax % of tax to adjusted gross income and the applied tax % of taxable income after adjustments, exemptions deductions and tax credits, all of which are specified in the tax code.

Since when is $2,800,000 not a fair share.  the vast majority of middle and low income taxpayers pay less than 12% of their AGI and the demo adds harp on the fact that Romney has paid 14% of his AGI.  What is a fair share?

Well the IRS releases statistics every year on the number of tax returns filed and the income tax generated from those returns. The latest statistics are for the year of 2009. These statistics show the number of returns filed as 104 million 164 thousand, 970  which generated taxes on 5 trillion,091 billion, 769 million,819 thousand of income and generated $953 billion, 411 million, 142 thousand of income tax revenues or a little under of $500 per return average. 

Remember all of the tax credits that the more affluent members of society enjoy have been put into place by a large percentage of those elite members of society, ie politicians.  So how much of the incentive to serve our country comes from love of country and how much from love of money especially for long term politicians.  The argument for term limits has been well established by the financial perks exclusively available to our long term elected officials including the disontinuance of the Social security payroll ax once their earnings from wages bonus's, etc exeed $110,000 per yr and their exorbitant political perks are not subjct at all.

As for foriegn income upon which foriegn income taxes are paid and then credited against US taxes generated,  while taxes paid to US states is only allowed as a deductable item reducing taxable ncome, this application is one of the incentives to take money out of the country.

National Taxpayer Advocate Nina E. Olsen has identified many problems which are escalating at a rapid rate. 

The impacof tax law changes late in the year has ed to IRS delays in handling taxpayers returns and caused many taxpayers to underclaim benifits because they did ot know what the law was because the IRS unable to proerly update the aleady confusing instructions for filling out their return.  She state that the 203 filing season is already at risk and is likely to pose problems for many taxpayers.

Provisions of the tax law which expired dec. 2011

The AMT patch wich means that an estimated 27 million more taxpayers will be subject to the alternative minimum tax.

The deduction for state and local taxes which will affect another 11 milion taxpayers.

The deductioin for mortgage insurance premiums, onother 4 million taxpayers adversly affectedA provision allowing persons 70 1/2 an up to make taxfree withdrawals from their individual retirement accunts to make charitable contributions.

Many more provisions will expire dec 2012 including

the Bush era cuts in marginal tax rates

reduced tax rates on dividends and long term capital gains

various marrage penalty relief provisions

certain components of the child tax credit

the earned income tax credit

the adoption credit

and the moratoria on the phase-outs if itemized dedeuctions and personal exemptions (Oboma's reward to his evil rich campaign contributors)

The uncertainty about this and other tax provisions affecting corporations and small business affects the public sector business to make plans ( something the dems cant understand)

The greater risk of tax fraud and tax related identity theft is also covered in  this report and the IRS ability to make speedy refunds to hard pressed and needy taxpayers will also be adversly affected

The Taxpayer assistance orders (TAO) and the Taxpayer Advocate directives (TAD) which are designed to protect taxpayers rights are currently being ignored by the IRS and the IRS has sought to limit the Advocates authority to issue these items

The IRS has not yet complyed with the proposed Taxpayer Advocates directives designed to assist victims of preparer fraud and has challenged the directive to improve their audit process.

TAO's and TAD's are important tools to elevate taxpayer rights and issues to the IRS leadership, (NOTE, MORE REFUSEAL TO BE ACCOUNTABLE BY THIS ADMINISTRATION)

The NTA is an independant orginization withinthe IRS and is designed to help taxpayers who are experiencing econ omicdifficulty's

Now is the time to start letting your representative in congress know where you stand.  It doesn't matter what political party they are in.  Push for face to face discussions where you can ask questions about where they stand and politely request straight forward and clear answers.

request (do not demand) a meeting to discuss matters of concern

limit he discussion to no more than 3 issues and and include those issues in your request

do not be too confrontational, your purpose is to try to get them to inform you of their views and principles

take any discussion notes or ocuments with you to use in your discussion

avoid any irrational discussions

be polite and respectful even if you have to bite your tongue

take notes which can be used later in the campaign for your favorite candidate

do not reveal your party affiliation, keep them in the dark about that

do not reveal your tea pary affilliation unless the person you r talking with is a tea party candidate

 do not take vague or evasive statements without tryng to get clarification

compare notes with any of your friends or neighbors who has met with the same person as you

provide your favorite candidate with any pertinent info that theymay use in their campaign

The case load of the taxpayer advocates has trippled each year of the past 3 years resulting in an inability to provide the service  leaving many taxpayers with problems regadring tax frauds and tax related related identtity theft, high and dry.

 The demands placed on I R S persdonell has adversly affectred the IRS"s ability to respond to the taxpayer

assistance orders and the taxpayer advocate directives issued by the taxpayer advocate office and the IRS has ignored and sought to limit th Advocates authority to issue those directives.

The IRS has yet to compy with proposed and inal directives designd to assist victims of preperar fraud.

In June 2011, the advocates office issued a proposed directive to the head of the IRS operating division to implement a procedure for adjusting acounts of taxpayers who have been victim ized. The IRS has refused to acton directive.

In January 2012 the advocate issued a direcive to address problems taxpayers were facing in connenction the correspondance examintion process, including probems with bsolete regulations.

It goes on and on about how the taxpayers are getting ripped off by he executive and legislative branches of government.

The recent walkout of several democrat representatives when it came time to vote on the  A G's contempt of congress issue was depriving their constiuncies of the representation they were sworn to provide.  Their constituancy expected them to vote no on the vote, therefore their voice was not heard or recoded in the congressional record.  This seems to be a tactic of the democrats, if theY can't win , they pick up and go home, they don't realize that their constitutents protest has not been recorded.  They puled the same B S in Wisconsin. It is immaterial whether I would agree or not with my representsatives vote becaue if I disagree with the vote, I can always file a protest with the congressional office in my district.  Without a recorded vote, I am then denied of my right to protest.  I feel that this is an act pof malfeasment and should be rounds for impeachment or recall.  HOW ELSE CN MY VOICE BE HEARD?????

After readng and listening to so many opinions from pundits and elf appointed constitutional scholars, I have come to the conclusion that SCOTUS did not uphold Obomacare. When taken in a simplified context, SCOTUS stated that the only way the law could be implemented was to tax those who refused to obtain health insurance and the act could not be implemented as written, in other words a less than specific decision to throw it out, a typical politicspeak or legalspeak take your choice.  A very confusing issue for the courts to interpret when they get bogged down in legal language.  I believe that Justice Roberts should come forward and clarify this decision, in  the meantime I will stick to my interpertation in that it is now up to congress to legalize the taxation issue or reuse to implement it.

She has taken a quick grasp of the heakth care mess.  She has stated that SCOTUS has passed the buck to congress in the form of a propoosed new level of taxation and she is taking immediat steps to get congress to take the necessary steps to refuse to agee to any type of new tax. This is one candidate who has this independants vote come november

I WATCHED THE 78 AMENDMENTS OFFERRED TO THE FARM BILL ON C-SPAN.  ONE REPUBLICAN AMENDMENT PASSED 95 TO 5 BUT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH AGRICULTURE OR FARMING.  THE AMENDMENT PROHIBITS THE USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS TO FINANCE POLITICAL CONVENTIONS AND REQUIRES PREVIOUSLY USED PUBLIC FUNDS USED FOR THAT PURPOSE TO BE RETURNED.  WHAT A NICE TRICK, INCLUDE IT IN THE FARM BILL WHERE IT WILL BE OBSCURED FROM PUBLIC VIEW AND WHO WILL BE AROUND TO SEE THAT THIS PROVISION WHICH BECAME LAW WHEN THE FARM BILL PASSED WILL BE IMPLEMENTED.. HOW MANY COMMON SENSE LAWS ARE ON THE BOOKS IN OBSCURE AREAS OF OTHER LAWS WHICH HAVE NEVER BEEN IMPLEMENTED BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS OF THE EXIXTENCE.  THIS IS POLITICS AT ITS FINEST DECEPTION.

Even after you've sold the business and paid all of my fees, I'd recommend buying lots of insurance.  You see, even after you'v e been retired for. years, when you die, you'll have to pay me 50% ofr whatever your estate is worth.

After all, I've got lots of partners and not all of them are as sucessful as you and your family.  We don't think it's "fair" for your kids to have such a big advantage, but if you buy enough unsurance , you can finance this expense for your children.

I taped the debate on YNN of the debate of 3 contenders for the republican senatorial candidatacy for N Y and after reviewing it severasl times, I would like to share my perceptive on the casndidates.  Congressman Bob Turner apparantly has a good awareness fo the various problems facing our great nation and has apparantly done a good job furthering many of the principles embraced by many teapartiers< he has a good voting record- votinmg in favor of many of the house bills that now languish in the dark recess' of senator Reids secret archives and I question the wisdom of having him give up his seat in the house for an unknown.  He does not strike me as the type who coiuld be an effective force in the senate.  The small business man of the group does not appear to me to have any kind of a grasp on the ways our congress works and I applaud him in the manner in the ways he beliueves the congress would operate, he doesn't appear to me that he has sufficient grasp of the magnitude of governmental finances as opposed to the financial operation  of a small business.  Wendy, seems to have the intellectual capacity to grasp the magnitude of national operations in the overall picture and she appears to possess the dynamicsm that could help the process of reforming the government and she was unamisously selected as the canditate of the consertative party of N Y and was very impressive throughout the debate.    

I come from a line of .00001%, My grandparents imigrated from Germany in the 1880's, they spoke german in their home and english every where else.  They came through the hell of Ellis Island and homesteasded some land in upper NY state.  They built their own home with the help of neighbors (that was the way things were done back then) Their home was heated by self built fireplaces, the bathroom room was out the back door and down a path.  their water came from wells which they dug. They were the 000001% of their time, they owned a farm, had cows, horses, chickens, wild turkeys, pigs etc.  their food was refrigerated in an ice house by blocks of ice that they cut out of the Hudon river in the winter (a very dangerous operation) they plowed the fieldes with horse drawn plows that the forged themselves.  My great uncle was a .0000001% grist mill mill owner, he built a dam, himself to get the water to turn his grist mill stones. They were the wealthy land owners land business operators without bank accounts.

I CAUGHT SENATOR HATCH, RANKING MEMBER OF THE SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE ON CNN THIS MORNING, GIVING AN OUTLINE IF THE TAX ITEMS NEEDING IMMEDEIATE ACTION, THOSE ITEMS WHICH I HAVE FOUND MANY TEA PARTY MEMBERS INTERESTED IS THE EXTENSION OF THE TAX CUTS DUE TO EXPIRE IN DEC. , THE REPEAL OF THE AMT IDIOT TAX WHICH CATCHES MORE PEOPLE EVERY YEAR AND WHICH IS DUE FOR ITS ANNUAL 1 YEAR EXTENSION. THE AMT PUT IN EFFECT IN 1969 WAS DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE MORE AFFLUENT CITIZENS FROM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOME OF THE ANOMOLIES IN THE TAX CODE BUT PROVED TO BE ABSOLUTLY USELESS IN IT PURPOSE AND HAS COLLECTED MANY MIDDLE CLASS TAXPAYERS UP IN ITS TENTACLES, YET FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS THE ALL SEEING CONGRESS HAS PROVIDED SOME RELIEF FOR MIDDLE CLASS TAXPAYERS BY APPLYING A TEMPORARY "PATCH'' WHICH LIMITS THE AMOUNT OF ADDITIONAL TAX THAT CAN BE CREATED. SENATOR HATCH STATES GET RID OF THE ANNUAL NONSENSE BY REPEALING THE DAMN THING.

I REMINDED THE SENATOR THAT THE 2 THINGS WHICH SHOULD ALSO BE ON HIS LIST OF TAX REFORM ITEMS IS THE RELIEF OF LOW/MIDDLE INCOME TAXPAYERS  FROM HAVING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY BENIFITS TAXED WHICH IS VERY SIMPLY PUT A REDUCTION IN BENIFITS IN AMOUNTS OF AN AVERAGE OF 50% OF THE TAX LAIBILITY OF THOSE CAUGHT UP IN THIS POLITICAL SHELL GAME.

I ALSO REMINDED THE SENATOR THAT THE SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM IS IN DIRE NEED OF PROPER FUNDNG WHICH COULD VERY SIMPLY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY REMOVING THE INCOME CAP ON THE SS PAYROLL TAX AND BY MAKING ALL TYPES OF REMUNERATION INCLUDING STOCK OPTIONS AND PERKS FOR SERVICES RENDERED SUBJECT THE 6.2% SS TAX.

THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY TYPE OF STANDARD PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED, TO ME IT IS AN ATTEMPT TO NAVIGATE THROUGH AND AROUND A NUMBER OF OBSTACLES ENVELOPED IN A DENSE FOG IN ORDER TO ATTAIN THE FINAL GOAL. I THINK AN NFL RUNNING BACK WOULD FIND IT EASIER TO RUN A 100 YARD DASH THROUGH 50 TACKLERS.  BUT EVERYTHING IS DONE WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF ETHICS AND HONESTY IN ORDER TO BE SUCESSFULL.  PERHAPS THAT IS THE RESON GOV. ROMNEY IS SO DIFFICULT TO DEFINE, THE WORLD HE HAS BEEN SUCESSFULL IN IS IMPOSSABLE TO COMPREHEND UNTIL ONE HAS BECOME ADEPT AT NAVIGATING IT.  I HAVE NOT BECOME ADEPT AT NAVIGATING IN THAT WORLD BUT I HAVE FOUND OUT ENOUGH ABOUT IT TO HAVE FORMED AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND ADMIRATION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE.  THE 80%+ THAT GOV ROMNEY ACHEIVED WHILE AT BAIN CAPITAL IS AMAZING AS IT APPEARS TO ME THAT ANY KIND OF SUCESS IN THAT WORLD IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.  GOV ROMNEY WAS NOT MY CHOICE AS A POTENTIAL PRESIDENT, IN FACT I WAS VERY APREHENSIVE ABOUT HIM AS SO MANY OF US ARE, BUT WITH WHAT I HAVE COME TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT HIS SUCESS'S, I BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD WOULD BE IN FOR AN AWAKENING ABOUT HIS TALENTS AND IN THE WAY GOOD THINGS CAN BE ACCOMPOLISHED.  THE MEDIA COULD NOT POSSABLY VETT THIS MAN BECAUSE VETTING HIM IS BEYOND THE COMPREHENSION OF ALL OF THE POLITICAL REPORTERS AND PUNDITS. AND IF HE CAN APPLY HIS TALENTS TO GOVERNMENT, THE U S WILL BECOME THE MOST DOMINANT FINANCIAL FORCE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD

In the beginning, all of Gods life creations formed colonies, packs, groups. etc.  As these groupsd were formed, they were subject to various types of leadership.  Those who wished to assume the role of leader came from two basic types, those who strove for self indulgent positions of power over their peers purely for selfish gratification and those who saw a need to improve the living situations of their neighbors.  The selfish power mongers were cruel dictators,  thugs and murderers who demanded blind loyalty and total acceptance of their selfish ambitions and desires and ruled with vast army's of unprincipled beings who were granted certain small privileges for further the domination of the leaders "subjects"

As those beings grew tired fo being trampled on, raped and tortured, they began to fight back- hence the birth of politician.

There were a few leaders who believed in the tenants of our creators doctrine, these leaders and their followers were subjected to public public scorn, torture and death.  The followers of Jesus were fed to the lions among other atrocities.  In Spite of the efforts of the tyrants, christianity grew to evenrtualy become a force for good and the doctrinal tenants of christianity were outlined in the ten commandments.

I therefore declare that I have committed my self to the tenants of our creaotors doctrine as the supreme law above all other laws.  When the laws of man conflict or impede those tenants, I refuse to capitulate to those political forces who attempt to control my beleifs or to silence me in my testemony to me God.

The United states of America was c reated under God but has strayed from the tenants of his doctrine, therefore I refuse any allegence to any political group and will respect only those actions that are compatable to the doctrine of our creator.  I will stand proudly with those early christians who were tortured and thrown to lions. I will place my allegence to God first, I will not worship any political false god but I will pray for them to make their peace with he who has created them and will welcome them if I meet them in heaven.     

Oboma's addition to the white house chronicles of previous presidents by claiming his furtherances that he is continuing their accomplishments is contrary to his own record of accomplishments.

He claims that he is a champion of Social Security and the elderly. Lets look at Oboma's accomplishments in Social Security'

1 For the first 2 years of his administration the COLA adjustments on SS benifits was waived while his crony appointments and favoured politicians recieved their COLA adjustments, The first president to do so since COLA adjustments were instituted.

2  Oboma refused to address the financial straits the the SS trust fund was experiencing and very effectivly used moneys from the trust fund to fund his pet spending projects.

This while a potential  solution would be to simply remove the earning cap for the SS payroll tax which would have meant that his campaign contributers would have to be subjected to the SS payroll tax beyond that which they have been accustomed to.

3  Hi threat to suspend the payment of SS benifits if his political opponents continued to oppose his spending spree.

4  The continuing backdoor recovery of SS benifits paid to retirees through the continued taxation of low and middle class income citizens by way of taxing the SS bemifits paid to retirees

5 Oboma care which increasses the cost of medicare that is withheld from SS benifits while doing every thing he could to protect the pay of his crony appointments to SS administration personel.

It seems to me that he has been dedicated to increase the political rip off's of seniors which has been a favorite issue of so many politicians. Of course he will blame everyone else for initiating some of the political rip offs as justification for him to add some more.  I don't believe that FDR envisioned these practices when he creasted the Social Security system.
