Ever since Rep. Ron Paul was able to shed some light on shenanigans of the Federal Reserve Bank during the presidential debates the Fed has been on the defensive. Therefor this latest move on the part of the Fed is no surprise.

This is it folks! This is the quote of the election! Dare I say quote of the year! Mr. Madison gives us instruction on how to deal with the usurpation of our country, our government. Too long have we watched this administration, and dare I say many of the past administrations get away with overreaching their constitutional boundaries. If it’s not the President and his cabinet, it’s the Congressional body, both parts. And even the courts have their own unique way of making odorous deposits at times. Checks and balances only work when the parties involved recognize the error of the others, and stand to stop it, as the present GOP House said they would (ok, breath slower, that last statement only prompted an anxiety attack, nothing else). But when there is no check or balance in government, we the people must use our check, our balance, our VOTE! Case in point; the primary season. Willard (Mitt’s real first name) is so certain he already is the GOP nominee, but he forgot to tell those in Alabama and Mississippi. And at this writing, Hawaii is in full swing. They may even sway towards Paul. The people told Willard he is NOT a sure thing. Heck, even Obama lost 15 counties in the Oklahoma Dem primary, and he’s running unopposed! So, what do we learn from this? We learn that we count! We are in charge. We the People DO have a say. Almost no one in the House, the Senate, surely not the Oval Office gave a second thought to their own constituents. Guess they forgot that constituents to them also means employer. It is time we show them who really is the boss. In the verse from 2 Corinthians we are reminded that God has placed the light of the world in our hearts so we could know the Glory of Him through our relationship with Jesus. Although this is a Christian truth, it is also true for every one of every faith that the path to our Creator is shining bright for all. So, too is the path to free ourselves from this darkness our federally elected employees have cast us into. They think of themselves as leaders. They are not. They are managers. Management is a position, a title. Leadership is a skill, an ability that is either naturally occurring or acquired through experience. Leaders are not always in management, and managers are not always leaders. There are some exceptions but for the most part the vast number of managers in Congress and the Administration are poor managers. And since We the People are the Upper Management, it is time for us to do our job. It’s time to rake out the weeds. Time to annul the usurpers; the ones in the White House and the ones in the Capital. ALL OF THEM!!

I am also sure that you are more than aware of the testimony and statements given by Leon Panetta in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee, in which he unilaterally declared that the United States Military now serves at the behest of the United Nations, and that any authorization for military action must be decided by them, and in that case, he might just decide to brief the United States Congress about it....or maybe not. It was all kinda "iffy."
Seeing as how you & I have had discussions concerning your close friend Leon Panetta in the past, particularly when he was up for confirmation...an unusual move for this Administration, as it actually attempted to recognize the Rule of Law at the time...I find your silence rather astonishing regarding these events, which are linked hand-in-hand.
You pointed out, at the time, that you and Mr. Panetta had worked closely together in the past, he was a good friend, and you regarded him in the highest light. You found my accurate representation of his past to be "unwarranted." HMMMMM...
So I'm curious...just how does all this sit with you now?
Will you support House Concurrent Resolution 107, or do you think it "unwarranted" also? You see, the reason I ask should be rather apparent. As I rarely-if ever-hear back from you any longer, I'm beginning to wonder if I am talking to a fellow American, or one who has become a big part of the problem we face in this Nation of Liberty. Our way of life has been under vicious attack...by this very Administration. The Rule of Law does not matter to this Kenyan or his cronies. I know...I know...harsh words, you've probably discarded this letter by now. Sorry to offend your tender sensibilities...but you didn't have to spend $102 to fill your tank up for the week so you could continue looking for work, either. You don't have to worry about how you're going to cover the skyrocketing price of health insurance. And you damn sure don't have to worry about looking for work...you've managed to make a grand career out of spending the money of your constituents! Yippee. Good work, if you can find it.
So let me get back to House Concurrent Resolution 107, as that was my basic focus anyway. Will you support this measure? And if not, just exactly WHY NOT? After all, this has nothing to do with all that crazy stuff about releasing obviously forged documents, hiding or falsifying all public records of this man's existence...it's a very simple thing called "High Crimes and Misdemeanors." Bill Clinton was impeached for a hell of a lot less than this. So where is the standard going to reside now...that he's BLACK? Are we afraid of "race riots?" Having lived through a number of them in the '60's, I damn sure am not. I am seriously more afraid of what another 4 years of what this congenital liar and Islamofacist will do to this country.
I know...harsh words...and I would apologize but will do so only when you can prove to me that I AM WRONG...that millions of other Americans who are now paying avid attention ARE WRONG. I won't bore you with the actual technical terminology of "Islamofacist", but it is rather self-explanatory, and for a very very apt description, one has to look no further than the White House right now, and then compare that with the certain lessons of history.

When the highest ranking military officer by law (General Dempsy) AND the Secretary of Defense (Leon Panetta) testify before a US Senator that the “legal basis” for armed conflict against another nation is ANYTHING other than the US Congress, it is finally time to admit that the “conspiracy” phase of the New World Order is OVER! Oh I forgot, Cass Sunstein, Obama’s head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs says there are no conspiracies.

And honestly, that’s refreshing.
Because at least now it is out in the open, and we can start focusing on the real issues instead of who will or will not be our next President. Because if the UN controls our military, what does it matter who the President is? Please, if you have not watched the above video, watch it.
These two men, General Dempsy, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Leon Panetta Secretary of Defense (appointed by Obama), whom both know and swore an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution, have announced to every American citizen that our elected Congress no longer decides when or where our military is deployed, the UN and/or NATO does.
As far as I know the US Constitution has not been amended to transfer war powers to the UN or NATO, these two men simply decreed it. I say “these two men”, but that is not entirely fair. General Demsey and Leon Panetta are simply following orders… but whose orders? That’s a much more important question to answer than whether or not companies will be forced to pay for birth control; because if the Congress is now simply ceremonial, then our votes are truly meaningless.
Here is a small list of bullets, with corresponding documentation, that in my opinion, strongly suggest a bloodless American coup has ALREADY taken place:
- A sitting US President openly asserts, in writing, he DID NOT need to consult Congress before he took military action against Libya, he needed the UN Security Council’s permission.
- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton openly calls for the US to support and ratify a UN Small Arms Treaty that would “federalize” gun ownership and permitting, effectively rendering the 2nd Amendment null and void.
- The CIA and DEA caught repeatedly laundering drug money from Iran and Mexico.

- American Express Bank, and Wachovia (now part of Wells Fargo) settled out of court, and paid millions in fines, for laundering drug money from Mexico. Money that has funded tens of thousands of deaths on the border. (Bank of America and HSBC have both been involved in laundering as well, but have not as of yet been charged.)
- The Attorney General of the US, conspiring with the ATF in Operation Gun Runner/Fast and Furious to further restrict our 2nd Amendment rights.
- The ATF funding studies, with your tax dollars, suggesting new regulations that would make shotguns illegal, and/or ban the importation of them.
- The Federal Reserve conspires with the US Department of Treasury, to defraud US Taxpayer’s by sending majority of the Stimulus money to foreign banks.
- Our elected officials have tried twice to legislate an internet “kill-switch” and/or comprehensive internet censorship.
- A bill has just passed the House and the Senate that make protests anywhere near the presence of a designated government official a FELONY!
- The US Senate and Congress passing the National Defense Authorization Act that has effectively removed due process and habeas corpus by allowing the US military to detain and/or kill US citizens.
Isn’t that at least half of the Bill of Rights under assault?
What else do you need to see…what further evidence do you need before you will admit the truth that our elected representatives are no longer in charge? Because we will never get to any real solutions until we can see and admit the truth.
Andy Andrews, author of How Do You Kill 11 Million People? says it more susinctly than most. He asks:
“Have you ever contemplated the meaning that comes to light by inverting [the following] principle…“For you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. If it is correct that “you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free, then is it possible that if you don’t know the truth, its absence can place you in bondage?”
If you have read your Orwell you know:
War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, and Ignorance is Strength
It is apparent that America is in bondage to the lie that the people we have elected to conduct our affairs, in actuality, are mere figure heads at best. How now shall we proceed?
It is time to go beyond rallies and meetings. It is time for ALL liberty-minded groups to stop focusing on which federal candidate is the lesser of two evils, and to start focusing on strategies that will make North Carolina a sovereign state again.

In Florida, an atheist created a case against Easter and Passover
Holy days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against
Christians and Jews and observances of their holy days. The argument was
that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days.
The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the
passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,
"Case dismissed!"
The lawyer immediately stood and objecting to the ruling saying,
"Your honor, How can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have
Christmas, Easter and others.
The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, yet my client and all

It pays to know your rights. Black’s Law Dictionary defines inalienable rights as rights which are not capable of being surrendered or transferred without the consent of the one possessing such rights. This statement implies that the possessor must demand his rights, thus Morrison v. State, Mo, App., 252 S.W. Sd 97,101.
In Black’s Law Dictionary, under lawful, we read, “the principal distinction between the terms ‘lawful’ and ‘legal’ is that the former contemplates the substance of the law, the latter the form of law.” It pays to know the difference. “Lawful” implies an ethical or moral content in the law, whereas “legal” is constructive. Lawful fraud would be a contradiction. Legal fraud would be a construction that was passed off as law, such as robbing Peter to pay Paul.
What about free contraceptives? In principle, it is robbing Peter to pay Paul. In fact, however, according a court decision, the amount of cost to the individual being robbed is so miniscule that it does not fit with robbing Peter to pay Paul. This was the idea in Flast v. Cohen when the Supreme Court was asked to pass judgment on forcing the taxpayers to financially help church schools in New York.
The First Amendment allows for freedom of religion. Religion defined: a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe. A religion can be anything a group of people choose to believe. In groups there is power. In power there is conflict. In religion, there is rationalization, robbing the individual of his inalienable rights. So why, you might ask, should a religion be allowed to question the law? The law hardly has the authority to force a religion to pay for contraceptives. It pays to know the law. Let us separate the chafe from the wheat.
Cardinal Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington, D.C., calls Obama’s attack on religious liberty an “invasion” that requires religious people to speak out in opposition. Religion that began with Abraham is arguably the greatest of world problems at the moment.
Cardinal Wuerl has authored a book entitled Seek First the Kingdom: Challenging the Culture by Living Our Faith; that is, the Catholic faith. It pays to know the “Higher Law,” the background of the U.S. Constitution. Nothwithstanding freedom of religion, the laws by which men live must be the “embodiment of essential and unchanging justice,” and we salute the Founding Fathers for their experiment in ordered liberty.
Cardinal Wuerl takes Jesus’s words for his title. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33). Coincidentally, I’ve taken Jesus’s words in my book title In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012 (Matthew 6:10). There is an important distinction to be made. The kingdom of God is universal, as was Jesus. He was not a Catholic. Jesus was a representative of the “Higher Law,” the moral intelligence of man—that which is lawful.
The kingdom Cardinal Wuerl refers to is entered by the new birth, meaning a greater understanding of the workings of the universe. I mean by this that there is a progressive order in our lives, in our world, in the galaxies, in God’s dealing with humanity—an increasing purpose that is evidenced throughout the ages, and this increasing purpose is through the individual. I know because I’ve experienced it. I’ve been born again to live the life I was intended to live—not though religion but through moral intelligence—directly from God. There is nothing as empowering.
What would our world be if everyone looked within for God? We don’t know. This has never been the case. It pays to know Jesus. Jesus speaks of the mistakes in judgment of the Pharisees and scribes. He called them hypocrites. He warned his people of wolves in sheep’s clothing. “The kingdom of God ‘comes not with outward show’ (Luke 17:20), but is chiefly that which is inward and spiritual (Romans 14:17); while the kingdom of heaven is organic, and is to be manifested in glory on the earth” (a footnote in my Scofield Study Bible). Thus, in earth as it is in heaven, but seek ye first the kingdom of God, the two merge. We are born a self seeking independence, our mission in life to become selfless.
While in Wisconsin fighting to defeat Obama's minion's recall of Gov. Walker, I met Grandma Mary.
Folks, I can not get this woman out of my mind. Grandma Mary is very active in the pro-life movement. Grandma Mary's passion for the unborn, evidenced in her eyes as she spoke, was infectious.
I am familiar with the stat, 58 million babies aborted since Roe v. Wade in 1973. But, Grandma Mary said it in a way which drove home the horrific reality, “Four thousand babies are killed everyday. Four thousand killed yesterday. Four thousand killed today. Four thousand killed tomorrow. Without life, nothing else matters!”
I know, I know – this is one of those social issues which makes many conservatives nervous. You're saying zip it Lloyd! Please don't go there. We care about the unborn, but can't we shelve the abortion issue until after the November election? Stick to fiscal matters. We MUST defeat Obama. Let's keep the focus on Obama's horrible economy and not get side tracked with abortion. I get it.
But wouldn't it be wonderful if standing up for life turned out to be the key to defeating Obama?
In his book, “The Case for Polarized Politics”, Jeffery Bell points out that social conservatism “has a winning track record for the GOP.” While admittedly anecdotal, my dad and a longtime friend are black Christian men who believe voting for Republicans is pretty close to voting for the KKK. And yet, they both voted for Bush in opposition to gay marriage.
In a sane world, a president with Obama's unprecedented poor economic record, high unemployment and five dollar a gallon gasoline, would kiss his reelection goodbye. But, we live in a bizarre world where normal rules do not seem to apply. Not only is Obama historic as America's first black president, never before has the mainstream media been so invested in claiming a presidency a success and committed to giving a president a second term. The mainstream media will do whatever it takes; lie and cheat to protect Obama and lay four more years on the alter in worship to him.
Still, we patriots and our Republican presidential candidates should stay on offense; keep driving home and spreading the truth about the disastrous state of our economy under Obama.
Due to years of chipping away at the values and traditions which have made America great; dumb-ing down students regarding the price of freedom and creating a national entitlement mindset – these useful idiots have become Obama's voting bloc. Apparently, Obama believes there are more of them than there are Americans like you and me who still value freedom and take pride in earning a living. Lord, I pray Obama is wrong about who we are as a nation.
While Obama's deadbeats may not care about the economy, they may care about the slaughter of millions of babies and the literal genocide of black babies.
Half of black pregnancies in America end in abortion. Thirty-five percent of America's abortions are black babies. Four thousand American babies are killed everyday. Four thousand killed yesterday. Four thousand killed today. Four thousand killed tomorrow.
Allow me to state this truth AGAIN, since the mainstream media refuses to report it. Obama voted for infanticide; stopping hospital staff from efforts to save the life of babies who survive failed abortions.
I remember seeing animation of that one surviving sperm as it swims, illustrating it's determination to fertilize the egg. Upon facing and conquering that challenge to live; then even surviving an abortion, Obama via his vote says, let it die.
Obama is so obsessed with taxpayer funded abortion he is risking losing Catholics who supported him in 2008 by unconstitutionally forcing religious institutions to provide free abortion/contraception services. Again, allow me to inform/ remind you, NO ONE, is or has suggested banning contraception. Contraception is cheap and available to any woman desiring to use it. The issue which has sparked outrage across America is our president usurping unconstitutional authority to force taxpayers to pay for abortion and contraception against their religious convictions.
When did America become a country in which the president has the authority to force Americans to do something they believe they will someday have to answer to God for doing? What is in the heart of such a president? We're talkin' Daniel in the lions den. Be unfaithful to God or suffer punishment by King Obama.
America pushed back, big time! Undeterred, Obama and company decided to pursue their taxpayer funded abortion agenda another way. They showcased a 30 year old abortion activist, Sandra Fluke to tell her sad tale about how Georgetown, a religious university, will not provide her free contraception.
Ms Fluke knew Georgetown's policy of not funding contraception before she registered to attend. Tuition is over 40 grand a year and Ms Fluke claims to be unable to pay for her own contraception. Why is Ms Fluke's contraception any of our business?
Ms Fluke is yet another “prop” of the Obama administration's relentless attempt to force religious institutions to go against their faith. Why is having taxpayers fund abortion so crucial to Obama? Answer: Control which equals democrat power!
Ms Fluke is free to have all the sex and contraception she desires, but do not force people of faith to fund it.
Obama and the left are obsessed with killing babies. Four thousand babies are killed everyday. Four thousand killed yesterday. Four thousand killed today. Four thousand killed tomorrow.
I pray that the cynical arrogant Obama administration has miscalculated America's conscience about killing babies; causing a Titanic type breach in Obama's voting bloc. Grandma Mary's passion for life could be the key to defeating Obama.
