President Obama is ruining this country and needs to be voted out of office. If this health care bill is not stopped, the seniors will pay big time. The IRS will be given more power to enforce the non participating people in the health care program. This is all in the bill, that no one has read. The plan Obama signed into law slashes $500 billion from Medicare, which is guaranteed to hurt the coverage that seniors over age sixty-five receive. After paying into the system their entire lives, seniors will spend their retirement with shrinking coverage, although Democratic leaders have promised the reductions will not affect service to Medicare recipients.

This is ridiculous with those people protesting agianst our Conservative Talk Show..our only Truth.  Where can I contact them.. We need to stand up for Conservative Talk or we will lose it..We need to stand against them on ABC, CBS and NBC.  This "side" must be heard.  Don't back down.  The example is that CNN is trying to spread the word ....  advertisers are not using the Conservative Talk Shows...it was pointed out this is not true..They are trying to intimidate the listeners.....we must fight fire with fire...Vana

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has long been embarked upon an all-out campaign to compel America and Europe to criminalize criticism of Islam, under the guise of criminalizing “defamation of religions.” Meanwhile, Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups in the United States work energetically to demonize and marginalize any and all who speak out effectively about the threat of jihad and Islamic supremacism. Given the restrictions in Islamic law on non-Muslims saying anything “impermissible” about Islam or Muhammad, these campaigns are no surprise; what is surprising, however, is the extent to which all too many anti-jihadists have capitulated to them and imbibed their premises.

Islamic groups have insisted since 9/11 that only a tiny minority of extremists who misunderstand the peaceful teachings of Islam are responsible for the jihad attacks that occur with numbing frequency around the world – as of this writing, there have been 18,560 such attacks since that terrible day. Yet despite its daily discomfirmations, the claim that Islam is a religion of peace and that only “Islamophobes” think otherwise has gained remarkable traction. Evidence that core texts and teachings of Islam support and justify violence against and the subjugation of unbelievers, as illuminating as this fact is of jihadists’ motives and goals, has been brushed aside even at the highest levels of our government and law enforcement agencies. The ideas that Islam is peace and that the vast majority of Muslims oppose any violence committed in its name are essential requirements for admittance into the mainstream of public discourse.

Yet one inconvenient fact explodes this iron and unquestionable dogma: in all the years since 9/11, no Muslim group of any significant size or influence has arisen that opposes not just vaguely defined “terrorism,” but the jihad undertaken by whatever means in order to advance the rule of Islamic law and the subjugation of unbelievers. The conspicuous absence of such a group has led both the government and the mainstream media to embark upon an avid and ongoing search for “moderate Muslims,” which has led to numerous embarrassing moments (or moments that would have been embarrassing if the mainstream media were ever held to any kind of accountability): the New York Times fulsomely praised Anwar al-Awlaki as a moderate reformer, and Janet Napolitano appointed Mohamed Elibiary, a man who once spoke at a conference devoted to praise of the Ayatollah Khomeini, and who has now been accused of leaking classified documents to the media, to a Homeland Security Advisory Panel.

These are far from being isolated incidents. In fact, Islamic supremacist pseudo-moderates so frequently fool non-Muslim officials and reporters (who are, after all, desperate to believe their soothing falsehoods) that to catalogue all such incidents would produce a tome the size of the Encylopedia Britannica. But the ranks of the fooled and foolish don’t just include dhimmi Leftists; many among the anti-jihad Right also demonstrate in numerous ways that they have unwittingly accepted some of the Islamic supremacists’ core claims.

Islamic law forbids non-Muslims to criticize Islam, and Islamic supremacists routinely accuse Americans who dare to speak out against the jihad and Islamic supremacism of “racism.” Anti-jihadists deny the label, and yet tacitly endorse it when they take pains to feature “anti-Islamist” Muslims and even non-Muslim Arabs at rallies and conferences, and to laud their work beyond all proportion to its effectiveness in actually bringing about change within the Muslim community.

And so several years ago, an organization called the Free Muslims Against Terrorism held a massively publicized rally against terrorism, and drew no more than two dozen Muslims. More recently, last week another massively publicized rally of Muslims in support of NYPD anti-terror measures drew 36. The enthusiasm greeting both of these sparsely attended rallies was out of all proportion to their actual significance. The unspoken and unexamined assumption behind this eagerness to call attention to “moderate Muslims,” despite their obviously non-representative character in the Muslim community, shows how deeply the “racism” charge has penetrated the anti-jihadist mindset: even opponents of jihad and Islamic supremacism apparently believe that their efforts are not fully legitimate unless Muslims are joining in them.

But why can’t non-Muslims criticize Islam on their own, without Muslims or Arabs to validate their efforts? The human rights violations embedded within Islamic law are obvious to any objective observer. Any individual who cares for human rights has the right and, indeed, the responsibility to speak out and oppose them. It is good that there are “anti-Islamist” Muslims, insofar as they are sincere, but anti-jihadists who exaggerate their importance, influence, and Islamic authenticity not only delude themselves and mislead others; they also show that they have unconsciously adopted the dhimmi status that Islamic supremacists so devoutly hope to impose on them – at least in regard to the legitimacy of their own critique of Islam and jihad.

Non-Muslims standing for human rights against Sharia do not need Muslims to stand with them to give their efforts legitimacy. Muslims should be invited to join, and exhorted to renounce sincerely the violence, hatred and supremacism embedded within Islamic texts and teachings. However, the refusal of most to do so should not become the occasion for self-delusion about the few who do, or willful blindness about the nature and magnitude of the jihad threat.

Until you have a cause bigger than your own, you are a likely victim of mindless power, and subject to all manner of evil intentions. The news pundits say that the economy is more on people’s minds than social issues.  That may be, but I say they are putting the cart before the horse, giving us the wrong leads. I do not speak as an advocate of the religious right.  Jesus, my savior and redeemer, spoke for all people. Jesus delivered the message of the spiritual force that rules the universe.  Jesus said, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God.”  We are born knowing only our own needs. If we’re on our path of destiny we end this life selfless.  We merge with the state of universal consciousness.

My life, the one I now enjoy, began when I read law professor Edward S. Corwin’s The “Higher Law” Background of American Constitutional Law. At the time, my life was in ruins. My second wife was divorcing me. My business enterprise was on the rocks.  I blamed government.  I studied the Constitution with the intention of taking action.  It was my intent that made me feel that voices of the past were speaking to me.  My grievance became my bigger than life calling. I sublimated my anger and turned from loser to winner. At age eighty-six, life doesn’t get any better. My book of memoirs, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012, is a story you don’t hear. It is a story of personal empowerment.  My publisher says it will be available in late April.  

 Yesterday, I reported a lawless act of the FDA. The wrong Dr. Wright did was to give people vitamins when there were chemical cures for their diseases.  The vitamin cures had a record of success. The chemical cures were subject to side effects and even death.  It’s the old story of money and power.  Once the disease of raw power takes over a society, that society is in peril.

I wrote the Attorney General of the United States that his government was unconstitutionally taxing me. At the time, there was a national tax protest. My letter was forwarded to the IRS.  I was called a “Fifth Amendment freak.”  The IRS hung itself with its own rope.  This “tax protester” forced the United States to admit on the front page of The Palm Beach Post  that it had mistakenly been taxing me for eleven years. I’d been before the U.S. Tax Court, three U.S. district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.  The system of justice expediently looked the other way.  What you hear on the news is the result of your government ignoring the law.

I proved my case on the front page of  The Palm Beach Post.  The result was a letter from the IRS stating that my wife owed $35,000 in unpaid tax, penalty, and interest, and if we did not immediately pay the IRS was authorized to take our home and everything else we had to pay the tax.  The IRS was later forced to admit they made another mistake.  When you know that your government can make unlimited mistakes and get away with it, what do you do?

Apply the question to the German people when Hitler’s Brown Shirts were intimidating the people—when the German people saw Hitler persecuting Jews.  If they were not Jews not to worry,  and the Jews deserved what they got. They owned more than ninety percent of Germany’s businesses. The Jews caused Germany’s financial collapse.  When oppression takes over, there is always someone to blame.  In America and Europe today, capitalists are to blame.  Observe the result. Sharia law is on the move.

We are talking about earth, a speck of dust. Let’s talk about conscious awareness. The kingdom of God is universal awareness, and you are privileged to limit your awareness.  Jesus said you can’t serve two masters.  You have a choice, the masters of deceit, or God. My dreams all came true.  Was it the luck of the draw?  I chose God.

I learned only last night that babies born today have a one in twenty chance of experiencing an asteroid striking the planet.  It is believed that a rock from the heavens wiped out dinosaurs.  I was in the Bermuda Triangle in a violent storm, and far off course. I was at the helm of my sloop Bold Venture.  My destination appeared on the horizon.  My three friends and I sailed through breaking seas into Lake Worth Inlet, Palm Beach, Florida. My friends called it a miracle.  From dust to dust, but the mass equivalence of energy, each with a special purpose, a karmic mission, I was saved for a reason.

The odds of our planet being here are millions to one, our lives the same.  The cutting edge of science tells us that there is a dimension of infinite possibility, one wherein reality, not quite here, can become anything—and that we, as observers, create our reality.  That view changes everything we’ve been taught to believe. It is personally empowering.  We are not to meet the fate of dinosaurs.  

Voices of the past speak to me. In the year 2012, from creatures of the planet Earth, I tell you that we will begin transforming—not to the government dependants Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood envision—but to became what we were meant to be, creatures of the galaxies.   

Little wonder that the makers and keepers of the law are doing all they can to discredit the welcoming committee from elsewhere that is already here in growing numbers. Young people are looking for things that make them feel good.  Stay away from those losers on the street.  Jesus said: “Rejoice and be exceeding glad. . .”   You are here at the dawn of the Age of Aquarius, an age of spiritual growth and brotherhood.

NO ONE   EXCEPT THE DEMORCATS   WANT US THERE, WE WANT OUR GOOD MEN  TO COME HOME NOW.   LEAVE THAT  HELL HOLE NOW.

Howdy all!  Well, the weekend is over.  Went and picked up my daughter and granddaughter, and celebrated the first year of the little one’s life here on earth.  She’s walking now, but I couldn’t have her walk all the way here.  So I drove all 543 miles round trip.  Now I know why I’m not a long haul trucker.  God bless those souls!   I do know that I received the blessing of being present for my grand child’s first birthday after bringing her over 500 miles to the compound.  It was definitely worth the trip.

This is a good way to start the week.  Washington’s letter to Edward Newenham gives us some great insight to our founders’ thoughts.   For those friends of ours who believe the Constitution is a living document, meant to be changed along with the wind, give them this perspective.  The founders all knew that the Constitution was not perfect.  They all had something they would have wanted in, or out, but did not get it their way. 

However, by the tone of their writings after they finished the Constitution, these great men went out to help get it ratified, and spoke so highly about its strength.  Washington said it.  Even though there were things that didn’t get in, he was convinced that the Constitution was better than any other constitution ever instituted by men!  Over the course of the next 200 or so years, our Constitution endured many tests.  Our federally elected employees, sworn by oath to uphold and defend our Constitution have been tempted to change it.  At times they succeeded.  But overall the Constitution has prevailed as the more successful description of governance the earth has ever experienced. 

In the passage from James, those who patiently endure tests and temptation will receive the blessings that God has promised.  Our Creator gave such guidance to the founders to develop the Constitution.  He is ready now to give guidance to those who endure the testing and temptation to alter or destroy the Constitution.  Some have given in to the temptation, and are trying as hard as they can to eliminate the Constitution.  Fortunately, many more members of the We the People club are patiently performing our sworn oath; formal or moral oath, to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign or domestic.  We do so willingly.  The reward for succeeding is great, and worth the effort. 

Tell your friends to be patient, and stand alongside you.  Better yet, ask them if they recognize that you are already standing alongside them!

Texans are outraged and ready to put Mayors, prosecutors and anyone else who tries to step on the Constitution behind bars.  Elected officials in Texas can be sure that their constituents are sick and tired of not being heard.  A storm of fury is starting to boil over in the Lone Star state and Governor Perry is going to have to address this one.  Texans are not going to settle for these people simply saying "I'm sorry" or getting a slap on the hand, this time they want them behind bars for treason.   I do not believe it is only in Texas though, it sounds like just the beginning of the end for liberals and progressives, along with all others who believe they can "mess with America".  I know this Texan is fed up with the left messing with Texas.  For myself and all I know "give me liberty or give me death" is not just a simple rhyme, it is the law we live by and say with grave sincerity.

Something has come to my attention that needs to be investigated. It concerns our health and government’s role in it.  Jonathan V. Wright, MD is President Emeritus of the National Health Federation. He has degrees from Harvard University (cum laude) and the University of Michigan.  Dr. Wright developed the first successful treatment, so I read, to reverse macular degeneration.  More than 3,000 doctors, nurses and other health professionals have been to seminars taught by Dr. Wright and his colleague Alan Gaby, M.D; professionals who want to know more about nutritional medicine.

Shortly before Dr. Wright’s clinic opened for the day, a convoy of vehicles sped into the parking area. Twenty-four men with drawn pistols jumped out of the vehicles, ran to the front door of the clinic, kicked the door down, and rushed in.  A pistol was held to the head of the receptionist.   A staff member started to run for help. She was grabbed and thrown into a chair. The telephone lines were ripped out of the wall.  The men spent two hours examining patient records and making notes. Then they wrecked medical equipment and left. These men were FDA officials. I presume the FDA had a court order.  No charges were filed against Dr. Wright.  Two grand juries refused to see anything wrong Dr. Wright had done.

Dr. Wright prescribes natural cures that can’t be patented. That means drug companies can’t make fat profits.  That means health professionals can’t charge high fees.  President Obama has his cure, Obamacare. Which is the better of the cures?  It shouldn't be that hard to answer.

This information does not surprise me in the least.  I’ve been considerably intimidated by the IRS.  America’s system of justice approves of government intimidation. When Hitler took control of Germany, Germany’s system of justice backed Hitler’s intimidation.   It’s a virus. Once it gets in the system it grows until the nation attacked dies.  America’s bureaucracy is infected—out of control, as is America's system of justice. The people we elect are doing nothing to gain back control.  They are infected. We can’t depend on anyone in government.  The whole of government is diseased. The people we elect become diseased.

We humans were created to cope with this kind of virus attack. It isn't easy, but you can beat the system. I beat the system. Dr. Wright beat the system. We both beat the system by exposing it for what it is. However, if most of us refuse to think about it and act, then our liberties are forfeited and America dies of a disease that has killed many a nation.

WE ARE FOR WOMANS RIGHTS,  WE ARE GOD FEARING PEOPLE.  GO TO YOUR PLACE OF WORSHIP THIS MORNING AND PREY ABOUT IT. THEN VOTE REPUBLICAN THIS NOVEMBER.  LOOK AT THE PAST 3 AND A HALF YEARS, ARE YOU BETTER OFF, I DO NOT THINK SO.

Hunreds of thousnds of tax payers have availed themselves of the energy tax credit available to them, this credit reduces tax burden by a percentage of the cost of instaling and adding energy savings to your home.  The I R S is currently formulatiung plan to recover those energy credits from those who did not meet the requirements of maintaining the "manufacturers trax credit certification" which verify's the qualifications for the energy savings devices.  If you cannot produce the manufacturers tax credit certification statement, the I R S will demand that you return the amount of credit you have claimed.  If you did not bother to make sure that the energy savings devices you purchased had recieved a government certification, before you paid for it, your future income tax refunds can and will be attached.

These tax credit certifications are supposed to be available on the manufacturers web site and should have been included in the packaging of the product you purchased
