"Those who have sought the most in gun control have sought the least in the punishment of criminals." - Robert J. Kukla

As we read, listen, and/or watch the news concerning a criminal tragedy of shooting children and adults as recently occurred in Newtown, Connecticut, and/or the violent lawbreaker who fired a rifle directed at Firemen in Webster, New York, the Liberals immediate remedy is to legislate more gun control.  The criminality with guns is not our problems; criminal individuals and others with deranged minds are.

Journal News’ publication of the New York citizens’ lawful purchasers’ of gun permits is just as serious of an invasion of each individual’s privacy rights as if Journal News’ privacy rights invasion(s) were in each and every individual’s own bedroom(s).

The foremost problems of illegal gun activities are the criminal elements and their political leaders within (y)our own Liberal government agencies.

Evidence may prove that several associates in President Obama’s administration, including the US Justice Department, and members of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) acted in the Fast and Furious plot while selling and/or approving the sale of automatic rifles, shotguns, and pistols, to a Mexican drug cartel; weapons that were used in murdering 3 innocent Americans and hundreds of Mexicans.  Our Justice Department and/or ATF had devised a scheme in an attempt to blame U.S. firearms manufacturers as scapegoats for this criminal violence.

Government gun control is nothing new.  History will prove that many Socialist and Communist leaders have become member leaders of the worldwide “Gun Control Hall of Fame”  who include: National Socialist Leader and Reich Chancellor of Nazi Germany, Adolph Hitler; Communist Party Chairman and founder of the People's Republic of China, Mao Tse-Tung; Cambodian’s Khmer Rouge leader Pol Pot; and Soviet Union’s Joseph Stalin who have become directly responsible for millions of innocent deaths with their own government’s gun control

When guns are confiscated by government(s), only criminals and government(s) have guns; then law-abiding voices become easier targets.

President Obama, Liberal Capitol Hill Democrats, Liberal main-stream Medias, and Liberal Academia are pounding their Liberal political agenda and silencing most Conservative by limiting or even denying any open forum in the Liberal Medias.

It is Liberal Democrat lawmakers, Liberal main-stream Medias, and Liberal Academia who spotlight Congress and States’ Legislatures into softening and/or decriminalizing more criminal acts; then demands more gun control legislation as a solution to the lawless craziness within our society.

It is our US Military who have used rifles and other weapons of war to defeat other nations, on foreign land and waters, and through the air without warfare within our own homeland in defeating enemy nations.

Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto: “You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind each blade of grass.”

The 2nd Amendment of our US Constitution was crafted by our Founding Fathers to prevent a lawless and mutinous government from confiscating our weapons of protection.

“According to the FBI annual crime statistics, the number of murders committed annually with hammers and clubs far outnumbers the number of murders committed with a rifle.”  Are Liberal Capitol Hill Democrats, Liberal main-stream Medias, and Liberal Academia proceeding to support banning hammers?

Under our 2nd Amendment freedoms, it should be unconstitutional for law-abiding citizen(s) to be required in any state to complete any government form(s) before purchasing any hunting rifle, shotgun, or pistol.  A National Instant Criminal Background Check System investigation should and would immediately qualify or deny each individual’s right to purchase a hunting rifle, shotgun, or pistol.  The criminality of using a hunting rifle, shotgun, or pistol is most feared by law-abiding citizens whenever that weapon is used by a lawless and mutinous government, as well as by unlawful and psychologically ill individuals.

Even less than a perfect solution, a m more comprehensive National Instant Criminal Background Check System can fix these glitches more quickly, accurately, effectively, and less expensive than any government(s) current laws and/or added legislation(s).

Our USA has become a nation with absent, and somewhat, lawless leadership of elected and appointed individuals who choose to obey or disobey our Constitution and US Code as they choose.  Furthermore, these lawless criminal officials are not being investigated, arrested, prosecuted, and if found guilty, sentenced to prison.

Any further gun control legislation will further tarnish (y)our Constitutional freedoms.

Heavily Obama-Biased** Reporting

Obstructs AP’s Polling Accuracy

Did you know that President Obama’s overall job approval rating jumped 14% after the successful Navy SEAL raid that killed Usama Bin Laden?   That amazing statistic comes to us courtesy of the Associated Press’s (the AP provides Yahoo’s news coverage) highly-biased news and opinion polling staff.   In contrast, the venerable Gallup polling showed a 6% jump in presidential approval and Rasmussen Reports showed a 3% jump. What does the AP polling agency know that Rasmussen doesn’t?  Rasmussen Reports, which  notably only surveys “probable-voters” rather than all adults, has been the most accurate polling agency over the last decade-plus so the 11% difference in presidential approval between AP pollsters and Rasmussen immediately raised eyebrows among the politically savvy.

Right now Rasmussen trends show the American populace favoring Republican candidates by a 41% to 38% margin and 34.4% of the populace calling themselves “Democrats” versus 34.1% calling themselves “Republicans.” Rasmussen typically seeks to take representative samplings of 1,000 or more individuals.  In contrast, however, the recent survey run by the AP featured a 35% Democratic sector versus an 18% Republican sampling fueling the President’s job approval jump from 46% to 60% in the AP poll . . . in other words, where honest statisticians like Rasmussen claim and fulfill a 95% accuracy rating +/-4% (thus 60% fits into the range of 56% - 64%). . . statistical standards rating the recent AP polling would predict an 8% accuracy rating +/-4%.  While the AP’s continued liberal-progressive slant over the last decade and a half has been a clear journalistic abomination . . . any polling agency which subjects its readers and clients to 8% accuracy has lost all credibility.   was passed with the promise that after it was passed the nation's unemployment would never rise above 8.0% . . . (we've had 7.95% unemployment only once over the last twenty-seven months and unemployment has been as high as 10%).  The bottom line:  knowing this (Bin Laden killing) job approval spike for President Obama was doomed to be short-lived, someone at apparently AP decided to make some sort of a pro-Obama statement with their bogus 60% approval rating rather than following normal and accepted polling procedures:  appalling!  We repeat, while the AP’s continued liberal-progressive slant over the last decade and a half has been a clear journalistic abomination . . . any polling agency which subjects its readers and clients to 8% accuracy has lost all credibility.  Rajjpuut is sending this blog to Yahoo.com, his favorite ISP telling them that unless some measure of objectivity is restored to Yahoo’s AP news and polling coverage . . . if you concur, please send your opinion to Yahoo and AP as well.

For what it's worth, the phrase, "It's the economy, Stupid!" is still the most valid predictor of people's voting patterns.  Remember, Mr. Obama promised he would cut the nation's deficit in half by 2013 . . . but, of course, with his $787 Billion stimulus added in . . . Obama has more than quadrupled the deficit; and that same stimulus

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

“Corruption” is a strong word and suggestions of media bias are serious accusations. . . but well beyond those issues, deliberately skewing supposedly objective polling  results must be considered a real low for any journalistic organization.  Where did this corruption come from? While George Soros’ funding connection to progressive organizations like Media Matters and to National Public Radio (NPR) are well known, recent investigations have also shown that multi-billionaire Soros has contributed large sums of money to more than thirty liberal American media organizations in just the last year. Tying that in with the AP’s proclivity to run liberal-slanted press releases and opinion pieces from any of the 527 Soros-funded non-profit organizations (he also OWNS over 50 such foundations) as if they were actually researched straight news stories; without editing; without fact-checking;  and without getting counter-balancing opinion . . . and the suggestion grows strong that the AP has sold its soul to the “spooky dude’s” agenda.

Soros, of course, gave $1.8 million to NPR, which became part of the firestorm over NPR's federal funding.  The very progressive^^ (he calls himself "liberal") Soros spent $27 million trying to defeat George W. Bush in 2004 and his widespread influence upon liberal newspapers such as the New York Times and Washington Post is rumored to be the only thing keeping them from bankruptcy.  But mainstream broadcast outlets like NBC, ABC, CBS; and the Associated Press (the subject of this blog) are also well-documented recipients of Soros liberal largesse.

^^ Progressives believe we must first 'progress' against the 'outdated and ill-conceived U.S. Constitution' if we are to 'progress' toward their earthly Utopia.  Most conservatives regard progressives as little more than Marxist-socialists.

Had O-nough?

Vince HaleySpecial to AOL NewsFeb. 24, 2010In 1946, Republicans ran on a campaign slogan of............................"Had Enough?".........................to mobilize voters who had grown tired of 16 yearsof Democratic control of Congress.Yet only one year after electing him to office, voters have grown tiredof President Barack Obama, or more precisely, his agenda to "transform"the United States. So much so, in fact, that the 1946 slogan is againfinding traction. With a nod to the ubiquitous Obama campaign logo, the simple question that frustrated Republicans, Democrats and Independentsare asking family and friends is now:............................................."Had O-nough?"..........................................There's a joke going around Washington.President Obama can take credit for exactly three new jobssince he's been in the White House:one in Massachusetts, one in Virginia and one in New Jersey. And now he's creating a fourth in Indiana, where Evan Bayh is walking away fromthe U.S. Senate. Bayh was surprisingly honest on CBS' Early Show last week:"If I could create one job in the private sector by helping to grow a business, that would be one more than Congress has created in the last six months."It sounds like Bayh has...............................................Had O-nough..............................................The Department of Labor announced last week that 473,000 new unemploymentbenefits applications were filed. Picture the crowd at this year's Super Bowl inMiami's Sun Life Stadium. Now multiply by six. Yet, the White House insists that2 million jobs have been created, and Vice President Joe Biden assures us that"the best is yet to come." Biden may believe this, but almost nobody else does.A recent CBS News poll notes,"just 6 percent say the stimulus package has created jobs ...".................................................Had O-nough?.............................................When the Bush administration put forward a plan just before he left officeon energy exploration in the Outer Continental Shelf, public comments rantwo-to-one in favor (which is in line with public surveys on the question). But as the Wall Street Journal's Washington Wire reported, Obama's InteriorDepartment was more interested in hiding this fact than acting on it."The Secretary may get questions about this ... while he's in Houston,"an e-mail said. "We do have a preliminary tabulation of the comments,it has not yet gone to the Secretary. So the Secretary can honestly sayin response to any questions that he's not yet seen the analysis of the comments."...................................................Had O-nough?..............................................Americans' frustration with Obama's agenda goes beyond jobs.A week after the Justice Department announced 9/11 terroristKhalid Sheikh Mohammed would be tried in a federal court in New York City, the Gallup organization found, "By 59 percent to 36 percent, more Americansbelieve accused Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed should betried in a military court."Yet, the White House adamantly defends the rights of terrorists..................................................Had O-nough?................................................Let us not forget the health care debate.Rasmussen Reports noted "61 percent of U.S. voters say Congressshould scrap that plan and start all over again."But Obama insists on trying to ram it through............................................Had O-nough?.........................................Evan Bayh took the easy way out.The question remains whether or not American public opinionwill rise to such a boil that President Obama changes his agenda –but one thing is for sure, and that is the question every American is asking:.......................................................Had O-nough?....................................(Vince Haley is vice president for policy at American Solutions, which recently launched www.hadOnough.com – an online portal forcitizens to let it be known that they have had enough with PresidentObama's agenda and want a new direction.)
