WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly alleged that President Donald Trump is sending a “message” that Americans can't criticize their government − after the Pentagon last week opened an investigation into the Arizona Democrat that could include recalling him to active duty for court-martial proceedings.

“They're trying to send a message to retired service members, to government employees, to members of the military, to elected officials, and to all Americans who are thinking about speaking up, you better keep your mouth shut, or else,” Kelly, a retired U.S. Navy captain, said at a Dec. 1 press conference on Capitol Hill.

The Pentagon announced last week that it was investigating Kelly for "serious allegations of misconduct." The move came after Kelly joined a group of Democratic lawmakers who released a video telling service members they have the right not to obey orders they believe to be illegal.

Trump’s War Department in a post on X last week confirmed it would begin an investigation into Kelly that could “include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.” The post cited the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the federal law that outlines the military's criminal code.

However, Kelly at his press conference said the Trump administration's public comments are “the only notification that we have received to date” on a potential court martial. Legal and military experts told USA TODAY that a case against Kelly faces major hurdles and would likely be "dead on arrival" in military courts.

“It's a dangerous moment for the United States of America when the president and his loyalists use every lever of power to silence United States senators for speaking up,” Kelly said.

The FBI last week also requested interviews with the Arizona senator and the five other Democratic members of Congress who participated in the video.

Shortly after the clip was released, Trump in a flurry of social media posts accused the Democratic lawmakers of "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!" He later told Fox News that he does not believe the lawmakers should be executed but warned that they're in "serious trouble."

Addressing Trump’s initial social media posts on the video, Kelly claimed the president has “no regard for the rule of law.” But the senator also said he isn't planning to sue Trump for his public criticism.

Hegseth should testify for Venezuela attacks, Kelly says

Kelly also criticized recent U.S. strikes on suspected drug boats, following a report that the U.S. military carried out a hit on a vessel in the Caribbean and killed two survivors as they clung to the wreckage.

Congress was briefed on the first three strikes, Kelly said. But the member of the Senate Armed Services Committee alleged officials were “tying themselves in knots, trying to explain why this entire operation is legal.”

He said he wants officials associated with strikes to come before the committee to lay out the legal argument to the American public, including addressing concerns about due process, a guarantee under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

The Trump administration is facing increased scrutiny from a bipartisan group of lawmakers following the most recent strikes, though the president's allies have said they're national security efforts.

“If there is anyone who needs to answer questions in public, and under oath, it is Pete Hegseth,” Kelly said.

Chilling Video: Mark Kelly Betrays Dems' Plan to Destroy Servicemen Who Obeyed Trump Once They Return to Power!-Posted on The Western Journal-By C. Douglas Golden-On December 2, 2025: In case you had any difficulty figuring out what the video from the “Seditious Six” was about, leave it to the other Stephen Miller to explicate it.

I’m not talking about the White House adviser, but Stephen L. Miller, the conservative writer and pundit. After the video from six Democratic politicians in which they cautioned that service members shouldn’t obey what they termed “illegal orders” — without any discussion of what those orders might possibly be, or if they exist — Miller predicted that what they were basically saying was that you shouldn’t obey any orders that might feel Trumpian in nature because they might decide they were illegal down the line.

For those of you who forgot about the “Seditious Six” and their one-hit wonder, “Don’t Give Up the Ship,” here’s a little trip down memory lane:

Anyhow, this group of people stated that they didn’t have any evidence of an illegal order — but that, you know, it could hypothetically exist, and the real villain was President Trump for calling seditious conspiracy out for what it was.

Here is where Miller enters the picture, with a prediction based on the yee-haw reaction of Democrats at a supposed crime on the part of Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, with respect to orders the media claims he gave for a second attack against narco-terrorists the military neutralized in the Caribbean.

“If you’ve been paying attention to this, what they are doing is going from ‘don’t follow illegal orders’ to ‘we will decide which orders are illegal when we’re back in charge so you better just not follow any of Trump’s orders, or else you might be prosecuted,'” Miller wrote on Saturday. “Another fun barrier broken by the norms crowd.”

It took a little over 24 hours for one of the “Seditious Six,” Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly to say this himself, in slightly different words, on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.”

Kelly on illegal orders, first off: “It’s a tremendous amount of burden on officers in the military. But that is their responsibility. And they can figure it out. You know, a reasonable person can tell something that is legal and something that is illegal.”

Then, Kelly on the purported drug boat orders: “Well, the difference between the initial strike and what is being reported, you know, as a second strike, and those things are different — I think this administration has tied themselves in knots, the explanations that we have received on how this is all legal. And I was saying weeks ago, my concern is with the service members, that they’re going to — we’re going to put these individuals in a really, really tough decision — tough place. And, you know, they may find out, you know, down the road, that they did something that is illegal. It is not fair to them. That’s why we need presidents and secretary of Defense who understand the Constitution, who understand the rule of law, and have more respect for the Constitution, and the country, and service members than the whims of a president.” [Emphasis ours.]

So someone knows what is legal or what is not, but these people “may find out, you know, down the road, that they did something that is illegal.” A reasonable person’s translation of this: “Don’t say we didn’t warn you! We’ll get into power someday too, y’know!”

Assuming that something dumb didn’t just drop out of the Arizona senator’s mouth — and this isn’t out of the realm of possibility, obviously, for those who’ve paid close attention to his career trajectory — and what he’s trying to do here is terrify every single service member into disobedience by saying that it’s okay for them to disobey orders they don’t agree with.

Forget the fact that the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel advised the Department of Defense that targeting narco-terrorists’ drug boats was entirely legal. The way to effectuate any sort of legitimate challenge to this, if you don’t believe it’s legit, is to go after those that gave the orders or reached this determination, not through terrorizing every service member with the threat of becoming a Lt. Calley-esque scapegoat.

All Kelly is doing here is making the case for why Democrats can never, ever be allowed to retake power. By setting up scenarios like this, he’s convincing people who might have been on the fence about this. Solid work, senator.

Senators from both sides of the political aisle will join forces to investigate allegations that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered there to be no survivors in U.S. airstrikes on alleged drug-running boats.

GOP Senator Roger Wicker, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, and Democratic Senator Jack Reed announced the decision in a joint statement Saturday.

"The Committee is aware of recent news reports and the Department of Defense’s initial response — regarding alleged follow-on strikes on suspected narcotics vessels in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility,” the statement read.

“The Committee has directed inquiries to the Department, and we will be conducting vigorous oversight to determine the facts related to these circumstances.”

It comes following a report from The Washington Post, which alleged that Hegseth had ordered military personnel to “kill everybody” on board a vessel in the Caribbean, suspected of carrying drugs, on September 2.

Wicker and Reed’s statement is a significant development following weeks and now months of intense scrutiny around the administration’s siege of what it describes as “narco-terrorists.”

The attack on September 2 was the first of more than a dozen attacks on alleged drug-running boats that have killed more than 80 people over the last three months.

International investigators and members of Congress have since questioned the legality of the operations, alleging that the Trump administration’s deadly campaign amounts to extrajudicial killings. Other experts, speaking to The Independent, have labeled the actions as outright murder and a war crime.

The Independent has contacted the Department of War for comment on news of the Senate investigation.

Hegseth took to social media Friday to blast The Post’s report as “more fabricated, inflammatory, and derogatory reporting” aimed at discrediting the administration's work and insisted that the operations were lawful.

“As we’ve said from the beginning, and in every statement, these highly effective strikes are specifically intended to be ‘lethal, kinetic strikes,’” he wrote in the lengthy post.

The declared intent is to stop lethal drugs, destroy narco-boats, and kill the narco-terrorists who are poisoning the American people. Every trafficker we kill is affiliated with a Designated Terrorist Organization.”

He added: “Our current operations in the Caribbean are lawful under both U.S. and international law, with all actions in compliance with the law of armed conflict—and approved by the best military and civilian lawyers, up and down the chain of command.”

Trump Gives Maduro Ultimatum: Resign and Leave Venezuela or Face U.S. Action, Report Says!-Posted on Restoring Liberty-By News Editor-On November 30, 2025:

President Donald Trump reportedly delivered a stark ultimatum to Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro during a tense phone call, warning the longtime socialist ruler to resign and leave the country or face consequences, according to a report from the Miami Herald.

Sources cited in the reporting say Maduro demanded key conditions in exchange for stepping aside — including global amnesty for crimes he is accused of and the ability to retain control of Venezuela’s military while allowing free elections. The United States rejected both proposals immediately.

Instead, Trump is said to have offered a narrow path: Maduro, along with his wife and son, would be permitted safe passage out of Venezuela — but would need to depart immediately. Amnesty would also be extended to top Maduro allies, the report states.

The failed phone call reportedly took place late in the week of Nov. 16, just days after Trump publicly signaled he was open to speaking directly with Maduro. The discussion included what a formal surrender might look like, given that the U.S. State Department has a $50 million bounty on the Venezuelan leader.

After the call broke down, Trump intensified military and diplomatic pressure on Caracas. The president declared Venezuelan airspace “closed in its entirety” and warned that U.S. operations inside the country could begin “very soon.”

The directive came as the USS Gerald R. Ford — America’s largest aircraft carrier — and a Marine Expeditionary Unit remained positioned offshore, capable of amphibious deployment.

Trump later acknowledged the conversation to reporters, saying only: “I wouldn’t say it went well or badly.”

U.S. leaders have tied the escalation to Venezuelan drug-trafficking networks, which Trump has increasingly blamed on Maduro’s government.

As pressure mounts and diplomatic options narrow, concerns rise over a possible U.S. military intervention in the country of 28 million.

Trump has repeatedly hinted that additional action — including strikes “by land” — may be imminent.

President Trump on Sunday downplayed reports that his defense secretary ordered military members to strike a suspected drug boat a second time after an initial strike failed to kill two crewmen.

Mr. Trump, speaking to reporters on Air Force One, defended Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth as congressional lawmakers in both parties demand a full accounting of the incident.

“I don’t know anything about it. He said he did not say that, and I believe him,” Mr. Trump said. “We’ll look into it.”

Mr. Trump said he “wouldn’t have wanted” the military to issue a second strike against survivors of an initial strike. Critics of the president said the incident, if what was reported is true, would amount to a war crime.

“Pete said that did not happen,” Mr. Trump told reporters.

Mr. Trump defended his team amid broader debate about his decision to strike suspected drug smugglers in Caribbean waters as part of a pressure campaign on Venezuela and its strongman leader, Nicolas Maduro.

Some U.S. and foreign lawmakers have questioned whether Mr. Trump is acting within legal authorities or ordering extrajudicial killings. Others have asked why the boats are demolished instead of intercepted at sea, so authorities can prosecute alleged smugglers and gain intelligence about co-conspirators from them.

Mr. Trump on Sunday confirmed he had a phone call with Mr. Maduro but would not comment further.

The president is also concerned about drug smugglers by air.

“To all Airlines, Pilots, Drug Dealers, and Human Traffickers, please consider the airspace above and surrounding Venezuela to be closed in its entirety,” he posted on Truth Social over the weekend, emphasizing the latter part of the post in all capital letters.

Asked on Sunday whether that meant strikes are imminent, Mr. Trump said: “Don’t read anything into it.”

We've suddenly been hearing a rising narrative regarding a "second strike" on one of the boats the Trump administration hit in a narcoterrorist strike.

The Washington Post claimed, according to "sources," that a second strike was ordered to kill two survivors clinging to the boat's wreckage in the water pursuant to instructions from Secretary of War Pete Hegseth:

The Special Operations commander overseeing the Sept. 2 attack — the opening salvo in the Trump administration’s war on suspected drug traffickers in the Western Hemisphere — ordered a second strike to comply with Hegseth’s instructions, two people familiar with the matter said.

Hegseth called it "fabricated." 

As we reported earlier, the White House Press Secretary explained that Hegseth never gave any order to hit the boat a second time.

Now, a New York Times story is helping to implode this narrative even more with some important information that supports what the administration is saying: that while Hegseth ordered the initial strike, he had not ordered a second strike.

According to five U.S. officials, who spoke separately and on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive matter that is under investigation, Mr. Hegseth, ahead of the Sept. 2 attack, ordered a strike that would kill the people on the boat and destroy the vessel and its purported cargo of drugs.

But, each official said, Mr. Hegseth’s directive did not specifically address what should happen if a first missile turned out not to fully accomplish all of those things. And, the officials said, his order was not a response to surveillance footage showing that at least two people on the boat survived the first blast.

Admiral Bradley ordered the initial missile strike and then several follow-up strikes that killed the initial survivors and sank the disabled boat. As that operation unfolded, they said, Mr. Hegseth did not give any further orders to him.

Now that's vastly different from the picture that Democrats were trying to push of Hegseth ordering the killing of shipwrecked people stranded in the water. 

The NY Times also cites officials pointing out another problem with the narrative. 

The two officials questioned whether the surviving people were Admiral Bradley’s intended target in the second strike, as opposed to the purported drugs and the disabled vessel. They argued that the purported cargo remained a threat and a lawful military target because another cartel-associated boat might have come to retrieve it.

Translation? Disabled doesn't equal done and no longer a threat. We've been treated to yet another "48-hour rule" story. It's rolled out with great fanfare and outrage. Then, as more facts come out, you see it isn't what the Democrats were claiming it to be. But this rather conveniently helped to feed the Democrat "illegal orders" narrative.

Hegseth said Bradley had his 100 percent support.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth cited the “fog of war” in defending a follow-up strike on an alleged drug-carrying boat in the Caribbean Sea earlier this year.

During Tuesday’s cabinet meeting at the White House, Hegseth said that he did not see that there were survivors in the water when the second strike was ordered and launched in early September, saying that “the thing was on fire” and citing the “fog of war” in defending the strike. Hegseth also said he “didn’t stick around” for the remainder of the mission following the first strike, and said that the admiral in charge had “made the right call” in ordering it, which he “had complete authority to do.”

The Washington Post first reported that Hegseth issued a verbal order for the second strike that killed survivors on the boat. On Monday, the White House said that Navy Vice Adm. Frank “Mitch” Bradley acted “within his authority and the law” when he ordered the second strike.

Lawmakers have announced congressional reviews of the U.S. military strikes against vessels suspected of smuggling drugs, and Bradley is expected to provide a classified briefing Thursday to lawmakers overseeing the military. Asked if he supported the second strike on a boat in the Caribbean Sea in September, President Donald Trump said he “didn’t know anything” and “still haven’t gotten a lot of information because I rely on Pete,” referencing Hegseth.

The New York Times Just Blew WaPo's Hegseth War Crimes Story Out of the Water!-Posted on Townhall-By Amy Curtis-On December 2, 2025:

For the past several days, the Democratic Party, with an assist from The Washington Post, has been smearing Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and the Trump administration's attacks on narco-terrorists in the Caribbean. This is part of the Democrats' larger narrative that President Trump is issuing "illegal orders" that our military shouldn't follow.

We'll start with The Washington Post article and its baseless claims. On November 28, WaPo reported that Hegseth ordered the military to "kill them all" after two drug runners survived the initial strike of their vessel.

Here's some of what WaPo alleged:

“Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gave a spoken directive, according to two people with direct knowledge of the operation. “The order was to kill everybody,” one of them said.

A missile screamed off the Trinidad coast, striking the vessel and igniting a blaze from bow to stern. For minutes, commanders watched the boat burning on a live drone feed. As the smoke cleared, they got a jolt: Two survivors were clinging to the smoldering wreck.

The Special Operations commander overseeing the Sept. 2 attack — the opening salvo in the Trump administration’s war on suspected drug traffickers in the Western Hemisphere — ordered a second strike to comply with Hegseth’s instructions, two people familiar with the matter said. The two men were blown apart in the water.”

The Trump administration and Secretary Hegseth immediately denied this report. In a lengthy post on X, Secretary Hegseth blasted the "fake news" and their "fabricated, inflammatory, and derogatory reporting.

"The Biden administration preferred the kid gloves approach, allowing millions of people — including dangerous cartels and unvetted Afghans — to flood our communities with drugs and violence. The Trump administration has sealed the border and gone on offense against narco-terrorists," Hegseth continued. "Biden coddled terrorists; we kill them."

"Our current operations in the Caribbean are lawful under both U.S. and international law, with all actions in compliance with the law of armed conflict — approved by the best military and civilian lawyers, up and down the chain of command," Hegseth wrote. "Our warriors in SOUTHCOM put their lives on the line every day to protect the Homeland from narco-terrorists — and I will ALWAYS have their back."

Sean Parnell, Assistant to the Secretary of War, also slammed WaPo for this narrative.

"We told the Washington Post that this entire narrative was false yesterday,"  Parnell wrote on X. "These people just fabricate anonymously sourced stories out of whole cloth. Fake News is the enemy of the people."

Now, the Trump administration and Secretary Hegseth are being backed up by The New York Times, saying that the WaPo article didn't "provide context on when Mr. Hegseth gave what its sources described as a spoken order to kill everyone."

"Well, first of all, the story has been massively misreported. So, you have actual headlines saying that Hegseth gave the order for the second hit. That wasn't in the initial Washington Post article," Ungar-Sargon said.

"But what I don't understand is that it is the Secretary of State's right to determine who is a terrorist and who isn't. The Secretary of State answers to the executive branch. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has determined that these boats are carrying terrorists, which makes the attacks on them legal," she continued. "And the only question is whether that boat was disabled or whether it was destroyed. If it was destroyed, how were there still live people clinging to it? And if it was only disabled...then it was still a threat, meaning it was still a legitimate target. So, I'm very confused.”  

"And, by the way, I've spoken to a lot of veterans today who are also very confused by all of this bipartisan outrage. I don't get it," Ungar-Sargon concluded.

It’s almost painfully obvious what a scam and a setup this whole “Pete Hegseth is killing innocent drug dealers!” thing is. Mysterious anonymous sources just happened to say exactly what the Democrats needed said following their illegal orders nonsense of last week, and exactly when they needed to change the subject from the murder of a soldier that was arguably contributed to by their illegal orders nonsense of last week. This is just the latest in an endless series of lies designed to undermine the will of the voters by undermining the Trump administration – throw it in the pile with Russiagate, trying to frame Trump, and Hunter Biden’s laptop, et al. But this latest phony scandal does raise an important question in American politics.

Are the people pushing this transparent nonsense cynical operators who know it’s ridiculous, or are they idiots who actually believe it?

Now, you wouldn’t know it from the coordinated regime media/ Democrat narrative tsunami, but, Pete Hegseth denies what the Washington Post claims were two anonymous sources saying that his instructions were to kill all the drug dealers in some unspecified illegal manner. Putting aside that it’s both legal and good to kill drug dealers hauling poison to our shores to kill our people, the hearsay claims of individuals who don’t have the courage of their convictions to come out and say it, or to report this allegedly illegal conduct officially, and also who don’t exist, the regime media/Democrat complex instantly accepted these anonymous slanders as gospel truth. Anonymous claims are the best claims because you can’t defend against them other than to deny them, which is exactly what the liars want. It’s all part of the okey-doke.

Suddenly, overnight, all the Democrats and all the regime media were on exactly the same message. I wonder how that happened. Well, that’s a key component of the scam. It’s an operation, albeit an ineptly executed one, and one which was disrupted by a subject of a different operation to undermine America, so it had to be accelerated to take the dead Guard soldier out of the news. Regardless, you’re either stupid or think we’re stupid if you’re pushing it.

Oh, where to begin? Well, let’s start with a chronology, which vet @TimOnPoint succinctly set forth almost immediately. You may or may not have noticed in the last couple of weeks that it suddenly, out of nowhere, for no reason, you had a bunch of Democrats announcing that troops are not supposed to follow illegal orders, which is something all soldiers are trained for, and it’s not a shock, surprise, or revelation to anyone. So, why did it happen just now? And why did billboards go up implying the troops should resist being deployed within the United States to protect our people from the barbaric Third World invaders the Democrats eagerly invited in? And why did Team Soros and the usual suspects fund this? 

Of course, it was all leading up to this fake revelation, this bogus hit piece on Pete Hegseth that couldn’t be less convincing if 51 renowned intelligence officers signed onto it like they signed onto the Hunter Biden laptop being a Russian fake. Everything these people say is a lie, and when you start from that premise, you’re almost always going to be correct. Call it Kurt’s Razor. Occam’s Razor is that the simplest explanation is the one that’s most likely to be true. Kurt’s Razor is that anything the regime media says is almost certain to be a lie in whole or in substantial part, especially when it supports Democrat interests.

This scenario was designed to be perfect. They get everyone aroused about alleged unlawful orders, and then suddenly hear about this allegedly unlawful order. Except everything fell apart, starting with how it’s so obviously a propaganda play. They keep going to the anonymous sources well and don’t realize that it’s dry. We don’t buy it anymore.

Then it got worse for them when one of the Democrats’ new friends from Afghanistan decided he would take up their argument and do it one better by murdering a Guard soldier and shooting another airman. Suddenly, the Democrats, over Thanksgiving, were in the awkward position of having implied that the military was illegally on the streets of DC, keeping Democratic constituents from butchering each other, and having one of the people they invited into the country shooting our troops. Again, super awkward. Oh, and devastating for the families, but they don’t care.

Well, the narrative had to change, so Operation Pete Is Too Mean To Drug Dealers had to launch ahead of schedule on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Out drops this Washington Post scoop where, again, anonymous sources allegedly confirm exactly what the Democrats need to happen to support their bogus narrative. The Democrats/regime media contingency plan was simple: “Let’s get America talking about that instead of how we got more American soldiers hurt through our gross incompetence!”

But the problem with being in a bubble is that you might not accurately anticipate how normal people will react. Putting aside that these events did not happen the way the Washington Post says (something the Pentagon told them before they ran with this story), the threshold problem for them is that most normal people think it’s good to kill drug dealers bringing drugs into America. We’ve lost 100,000+ Americans to drugs in recent years and finishing off a drug boat even as a couple of surviving drug mules bob in the water nearby seems perfectly reasonable.

It’s also perfectly legal to call in a second strike on a target that’s not completely destroyed. Ignore the Twitter lawyers and civilian pundits. You don’t have to stop shooting until you finish shooting. There’s no special law of war saying that if you don’t complete the job the first time, you can’t complete it on a second go-round. If the drug boat still exists, it’s a target. If the enemy is nearby, oh well. I keep seeing stupid people explain that this contravenes the Geneva Conventions. But, of course, the Geneva Conventions only apply to nations that have signed onto them and honor them. Last I heard, cartels were not nations, much less signatories to the Geneva Conventions. It’s not a get out a get-out-of-jail-free card for every Miami Vice wannabe hauling coke into Miami.

We’re hearing a lot of stupid people scream a lot about war crimes and murder, and all that. This is part of the plan – hysterical shrieking, a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. The Democrats are promising that if they take the House, they’ll launch a bunch of investigations. That should be a lot of fun when Trump administration officials refuse to testify or otherwise participate in these festivals of onanism and toss the crumpled-up subsequent criminal referrals to the Department of Justice into the Eric Holder Memorial Circular File. You know, just like the Democrats did to us. That’s the big problem with deciding that you don’t feel like conducting business as usual; you’re going to find that the people you want to conduct business as usual against are going to do the same to you.

They are also threatening to prosecute Trump officials under a future Democratic administration. Well, you know that’s going to be a challenge because Trump is going to pardon everybody. After what happened to him and his administration by the fascist regime of President Eggplant, pardoning everybody is going to become routine. We’re seeing angry promises of petty retribution by Democrats against administration officials, even as they complain about the righteous retribution against their pals for actual wrongdoing. It’s more impotent whining from the party of impotent whiners.

So, take your threats of prosecution and shove them.

And you’re welcome because Trump is doing you a favor. Dumb people correctly point out that there’s no statute of limitations on war crimes, but what they seem to forget is that Barack Obama’s extensive drone program killed a lot of people who weren’t the main target. A lot of conservatives have been upset about that, but not me. I was all for it. I’m perfectly good with pals of terrorists getting killed along with the terrorists, even if they happen to hold US citizenship – this just goes to show that we need to denaturalize and deport a bunch of people. But if we’re going to change the rules, we can do that.

We can send a bunch of Obama administration officials to Supermax if that’s the new rule. There’s no one to pardon them; apparently, the autopen was broken when the subject came up after the last election. Like I always say, be careful about the new rules you want to impose upon your enemies, because they’re going to become your suppository.

This is a political plot and should be understood and fought in purely political terms. The real political danger from this is not that Donald Trump is going to be somehow tarred with the stigma of killing drug dealers too hard. The political danger is the distraction, and that’s what they want. They want to create an atmosphere of chaos and confusion, while taking Trump off his real objective, which is finishing the repair of the economy that the Democrats destroyed. 

Some also argue that this is an attempt to support a color revolution, in which the left would attempt to make the present United States government unstable to take it over extra-constitutionally. Fortunately, these clowns are totally inept. It’s not going to happen. And that’s especially true because we know exactly what’s going on. After the blue falcon illegal orders thing, and the murder of our soldier by one of the tens of millions of Third World savages the Democrats invited to invade our home, and this latest bogus scandal, you’ve got a lot of very angry people, including a lot of very angry vets, who are not going just to sit back and watch this. The left may eventually spark a color revolution, but – as my upcoming new novel demonstrates – they might not like the color it ends up being.

The left thought they had a story that would take Pete Hegseth down, but they are annoyed that the news cycle happened over Thanksgiving weekend, when nobody is paying attention. Pete Hegseth is figuratively flipping Democrats who don't want him to blow up narco-terrorists the bird by posting his "Franklin Targets Narco-Terrorists" book cover. He doesn't care, and he shouldn't! Donald Trump will end up pardoning anyone the courts find guilty in a witch hunt against them. The bottom line is that Pete Hegseth knows exactly what needs to be done.
