America is swimming with sharks, and the water is filled with blood.  There are two deadly species, Jihadists and Marxists––aka Liberals––and they always work together.

Not one of the Muslim Reps in Congress is a Republican. All are aligned with Stalinist Democrats (i.e., Communists).  All were elected from areas where thousands of Islamists were planted by Barack Hussein Obama and Joseph Biden, the goal being to embrace globalism by compromising the America they hate.

When horrors like honor killings happen in America––like this one almost did when parents in Washington state tried to kill their 17-year-old daughter for refusing an arranged marriage––the Left is always silent.

In the middle of Dearborn, Michigan, an entire crowd shouted, “Death to America.” Rep. Rashida Tlaib represents these citizens but she refused to condemn the vile display.

Can the human spirit––can the American spirit––triumph over hatred and division, or is all lost?

The America I once knew and loved seems all but gone. It was soft and sweet, evil rarely showed its face, although it hid in dark alleys and behind closed doors.  Our politicians remained cordial despite deep policy divides.

President Eisenhower had a cordial relationship with Speaker Sam Rayburn who showed support for Ike’s foreign policy offering Democratic backing for the 1960 Paris Summit with Khrushchev, emphasizing unity for peace.  The two maintained an affable working relationship and when Rayburn passed in 1961, Eisenhower attended his Texas funeral.  Mutual respect and unity for the national interest made them close friends albeit from opposite sides of the aisle.  Rayburn was born in Roane County, Tennessee.  His father had been a Confederate Cavalryman.

President Reagan had a deep friendship with Speaker Tip O’Neill.  Although from opposite sides of the aisle, they met together each evening in the Oval Office to enjoy an Irish whiskey together.  Reagan the Republican and O’Neill the Democrat could put aside their differences to find solutions.  They had mutual respect for each other and basic human decency despite ideological differences.

When Reagan was shot, the first person to visit him in hospital was Tip O’Neill.  He got down on his knees next to Reagan’s bed, held the President’s hands and said a prayer for him.  Then he kissed Reagan on the forehead and said “God bless you.”  The President said, “Thank you for coming Tip.”  That was when human kindness and respect was operating in the hearts of men despite their political disagreements.

That was yesteryear.  Today is different.

When Rob and Michelle Reiner were murdered by their own son, Nicholas Reiner, I received countless emails exclaiming that Rob and his wife were far Leftists.  The last thing the couple saw before they left this world was their own son slaughtering them…the horror of that happening to anyone is beyond words, no matter their political beliefs.  Mental illness can rob humanity, but sanctioning acts of violence for whatever reason, has permeated our culture.  And it is growing exponentially. Today, Nancy Guthrie is missing and she too is a Leftist, but no one in these United States should take her political affiliations into account with the violence that has happened to her and her family.

We watched the media distort the pre-meditated first-degree murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson by Luigi Mangione.  Americans sided with Mangione when the real culprits sit in the U.S. Congress and are culpable for passing legislation that has exponentially increased medical costs.

Arizona Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes said during an interview that residents could fire upon ICE agents who are masked if they feel they are in danger due to the state’s laws on self-defense.

Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin recently released this statement, “Our ICE law enforcement is now facing an 8,000% increase in death threats against them, while they risk their lives every single day to remove the worst of the worst illegal immigrants. From bounties placed on their heads, threats to their families, stalking, and doxxing online, our officers are experiencing an unprecedented level of violence and threats against them and their families.”

And the media rages because ICE officers wear masks to protect their identities and their families, but they said nothing when Antifa and BLM wore masks.

The continuous violent rhetoric from Leftist leaders and sanctuary city politicians is contributing to the surge in aggressive threats and assaults of our officers through their repeated vilification and demonization tactics.

They put targets on ICE and then blame ICE for defending themselves.

Thirty-three percent of today’s youth believe that violence is now acceptable to silence a speech.

Over 1,003 towns, cities and counties claim sanctuary for illegals and at the same time promote defunding the police, a recipe for disaster!  All of the rhetoric provides assumed justification by groups of demonstrators initiating action against ICE agents who are arresting illegal immigrant criminals for deportation.

The Democrat leadership from the mayor of the smallest community all the way up to Chuckie Schumer have supported Biden’s open border and they know millions of violent criminals are now living in our communities.  Those illegals vote, and they vote to fill their own pockets with taxpayer dollars.  The free bird feeders have been out for too long.  The world’s undesirables have flooded America.

The Democrat leadership chain from the mayor of the smallest community, through state senior officials, and on to Schumer in the Senate and Hakeem Jeffries in the House are not stupid or unaware.  Their vitriol is planned and targeted and their followers listen.

Violence

The savagery of these protests didn’t just start with Rep. Maxine Waters when she told her followers, “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

It started way back in 1788 when “violent partisans” wanted to open another convention. James Madison, the father of our Constitution, put a stop to that idea in a letter of response to Virginia politician G. I. Turberville who had written to Madison regarding a “mob majority of possible tyrants” who had caused Turberville to despair.

In 1825, the first communist arrived and started a socialist school in New Harmony, Indiana.

By 1848 hundreds of thousands were pouring into the country legally and many were communists.

It was there in the 1800s with the infiltration of failed European socialists who emigrated to America, many of whom fought in the Union Army under President Lincoln and General Grant.

We heard about communism in the 1950s with the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), active from 1938 to 1975.  HUAC was the US House of Representatives committee designed to investigate alleged disloyalty, subversive organizations, and communist infiltration. While HUAC investigated subversion, Senator Joseph McCarthy began his own campaign in February 1950 by claiming he had a list of communists in the State Department, launching the era of McCarthyism.  For his efforts, he was pilloried by his own party and violently and utterly destroyed.

Former communist Whitaker Chambers knew in 1938 that the U.S. State Department was loaded with communists.  It wasn’t until August of 1948 that he testified to Congress and accused former State Department official Alger Hiss and several others of being members of a secret Communist cell in the 1930s. In Chambers’ book, Witness, he wrote that Bert Miller was really Ben Mandel, a fellow communist who was the research director of HUAC.  Miller had been expelled from the Communist Party for being an “incurable right-wing deviationist.”

America didn’t notice the infiltrated evil that had long been brewing in our nation since her inception until the 1960s.

The Sixties

And to all those who fought in the Vietnam War from 1954 to 1975, to those who disappeared and who are still unaccounted for and to all those who died in S.E. Asia, we salute you!  1968 was the bloodiest year for Americans fighting in Vietnam.  Of the 542,000 troops, there were 58,220 U.S. military fatal casualties.  Two of those casualties were my high school beaus and their names reside on the wall in DC. The wounded numbered from 87,000 to 88,000.

As of February 6, 2026, there are 1,566 American personnel still missing or unaccounted for from the Vietnam War, according to the National League of POW/MIA Families. Most presumptively dead by the US government in an effort to forget and move on.  A full accounting still remains elusive.

But that war was lost because it was fought in air-conditioned offices by bureaucrats and planners rather than being won by the men in the field or soldiers on the ground.

Where oh where was the U.S. government to help the Montagnards who were largely resettled in North Carolina starting in 1986 following persecution.  They had fought side by side with our soldiers in the Southeast Asia fields of war. Ft. Bragg soldiers, including my husband’s uncle who was Special Forces, called for help for those Montagnard families, and we responded.

1968 was a year of turmoil in the states.  The USS Pueblo was captured by the North Korean forces in January.  President Lyndon Baines Johnson announced he would not run for re-election in March.  Martin Luther King was assassinated in April.  Senator Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated in June.  Riots and protests erupted across the country and at the Democrat National Convention in Chicago, Illinois.  I lived through it and watched tanks with armed soldiers rolling down State and Division Streets in Chicago.  At the heart of those protests was the issue of American involvement in Vietnam.  The whole world seemed on fire.  Communists and capitalists collided.

Between 1954 and 1975, the US would send a generation into the fray.  That was my generation.

Communist Uprisings Ensued

Bill Ayers was a prominent leader in the late-1960s Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) and co-founder of the 1969 formed Weather Underground Organization (WUO), a militant, self-described communist group. Emerging from the anti-Vietnam War movement, the WUO used bombings and violent action to fight U.S. imperialism.

The communist love of chaos ensued.

They bombed public buildings, including police headquarters, the U.S. Capitol, and the Pentagon.  The top leaders were Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn. Their aim was to bring down the federal government through urban guerrilla warfare.  They were part of the “New Left” in 1969.

Most of the members of the WUO considered themselves communist revolutionaries, but others were impatient with the socialist Leftists and focused more on revolutionary tactics requiring the overthrow of ruling classes and dismantling of “colonial, neocolonial, and hegemonic structures” through international solidarity.

The Chicago Seven, initially a group of eight with Bobby Seale, caused riots at the Democrat Convention.  The Battle of Michigan Avenue ensued when the so-called “peaceful protests” turned into chaotic riots ending in protesters being met by the Chicago Police Department and National Guard armed with equipment and tanks to maintain order.

Communist Bill Ayers ended up as a professor at University of Chicago and a friend and promoter of Barack Hussein Obama.

Antifa, BLM and Anti-Ice Protests

The Biden open border was supported by the Democrats as well as many of the Republicans.  They know millions of potentially violent undesirables are now living in our communities. Taxpayers have spent billions supporting illegals.  Cartels, terrorists and violent criminals put our national security in grave jeopardy.

The violent rhetoric and death threats in the anti-ICE demonstrations are all about creating a new revolution to carry on what started so long ago.

In the 1500s, Muslims first set foot in North America.  Significant waves of voluntary Muslim immigration began in the late 19th century.

Today, both communists and Islamists are overwhelming the populace of our 1950’s “golden age” of optimism, strong community bonds, and economic prosperity following WWII, with suburban growth and safe neighborhoods for children.  And they stick together.

College and university protests for Hamas and Palestinians are filled with the rhetoric of communists and Jihadists.

We’ve seen the destruction, the cities on fire, the ruination of small businesses and even deaths with Antifa and BLM riots in 2020.  They continue today not only in our colleges and universities, but in the streets of America.

Hatred of Israel’s defense and protection of her people has risen to an all-time high.

The once “Never Again” of antisemitism has raised its ugly fangs and is striking in the heart of America.

The Democrat leadership is good at what they do. Unfortunately, what they do is so despicably un-American and dangerous.

It is a revolution, not just a “peaceful protest”.  It is funded by billionaires who love communism, fascism and Islamism.

Power without empathy leads to ruin with unchecked authority devoid of understanding and compassion for others.  Inevitably, this causes harm, corruption and downfall when leaders lose touch with humanity, erode trust and are self-centered.  The downfall is imminent.  Lord Acton’s “power tends to corrupt” is true.  Individuals have become rude, reckless and unable to see others’ perspectives.

Daniel Penny was the exception in today’s society.  He stopped Jordan Neely who had been arrested dozens of times – including most recently for vicious assaults on subway riders, court records show.

We need men with chests like Daniel Penny!

Demons of a Feather, Slither Together

Elaine Ellinger said, “The accommodation train will keep rolling — one prayer room, one halal cafeteria, one gender-segregated swimming hour at a time — until the destination is no longer recognizable as constitutional America.”

A proud member of the Democratic Socialists of America proclaimed: “We will replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.” Collectivism is widely understood as a generic label for extreme left-wing political systems, i.e., communism.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s appointee for the Office to Protect Tenants, Cea Weaver, has faced significant scrutiny over past comments advocating for collective ownership and the seizure of private property.

Weaver previously worked as a campaign coordinator for the organization, Housing Justice For All, and was an advisor for Mamdani’s mayoral campaign.

America has her enemies and they have long been inside her gates.

Conclusion

I want the kindness, the caring, the courtesy and the love of our fellow man no matter the differences in faith, politics or ethnicity.  I want the decency, the respect for others and neighbors caring for each other in times of trial and in times of joy.  I want the love of humanity back in our hearts.

We’ve lost that loving feeling and it makes me weep.

Where are the wonderful acts of kindness we once knew?

I want my America back.

A new book released today uncovers for the first time where and how President Obama first met Weather Underground terrorist-group founder William Ayers – and it is much earlier than previously believed.

The book reveals the two were brought together by a student of radical community organizer Saul Alinsky, whose name, it has emerged, was obscured in Obama's autobiography "Dreams from My Father."

The new book, "The Manchurian President: Barack Obama's Ties to Communists, Socialists and other Anti-American Extremists," charges Obama has deep ties to an anti-American extremist nexus that has been instrumental not only in building his political career but in crafting current White House policy.

The book exposes an extremist coalition of communists, socialists and other radicals working both inside and outside the administration to draft and advance current White House policy goals.

With more than 800 citations, the brand new, autographed title from WND senior reporter and WABC Radio host Aaron Klein bills itself as the most exhaustive investigation ever performed into Obama's political background and radical ties. Klein's co-author is historian and researcher Brenda J. Elliott.

Of all Obama's radical associates from the past, few received more attention or were as shocking as his connection to Ayers.

Until now, it has been known Obama launched his political career at a 1995 fundraiser in Ayers' Chicago apartment and that the two served alongside each other from 1995 to 2000 on a hundred-million-dollar education foundation, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.

Ayers was founder of the CAC; Obama was hired as the group's first chairman. CAC documents dug up during the 2008 presidential campaign revealed Ayers was in a working group of five who assembled the initial board of the CAC, which hired Obama. The documents also revealed Obama and Ayers had a working relationship at the CAC.

Obama would later cite his CAC position as evidence of his qualification for public office.

However, those probing Obama were left to speculate exactly how Ayers was so familiar with him that he hired the future politician for the CAC and hosted the 1995 fundraiser.

"Manchurian President"authors Klein and Elliott found that Obama worked directly with Ayers in 1988 and that the two were brought together by a radical Alinsky acolyte who was trained by Alinsky himself.

The Weathermen founder earlier resurfaced after going underground amid multiple criminal charges related to his extremist activities. The charges were dropped due to prosecutorial misconduct.

In 1988, in response to a Chicago summit that documented the poor quality of education in the city, Chicago United, a group founded by Ayers' father, the late Thomas Ayers, formed a community advocacy coalition called the Alliance for Better Chicago Schools, or ABC. Thomas Ayers was the chairman and CEO of Commonwealth Edison.

When he created his ABCs Coalition in June 1988, Thomas Ayers included Obama in the coalition, Klein and Elliott found. Obama at the time was director and lead organizer of the Developing Communities Project, or DCP, an institutionally based community organization on Chicago's Far South Side. Obama's first job in Chicago was his DCP position.

The contact for the ABCs Coalition, on which Obama served, was none other than William Ayers himself, who at the time was at the University of Illinois at Chicago

Klein and Elliott found documentation, cited in "Manchurian," that Ayers started attending the ABCs Coalition's monthly meetings, held over breakfasts of eggs, sausages, rolls, fruit, and coffee in a conference room on the 57th floor of Chicago's First National Bank downtown headquarters.

Obama disguised Alinsky radical?

Obama, meanwhile, took his DCP job in 1985. In "Dreams from My Father," Obama relates his first job in Chicago as a community organizer and claims the name of his boss at DCP was "Marty Kaufman."

Kaufman, however, doesn't exist. The DCP chief at the time was actually Marty Kellman, who was trained by Alinsky himself, "The Manchurian President" documents.

Additionally, Klein and Elliott document the DCP, with Obama as director, received two grants. One grant was for $40,000 in 1985 and another for $33,000 in 1986 from the Catholic Campaign for Human Development, a group that promoted Alinsky-style organizations, the book says.

Write Klein and Elliott: "There can be no doubt, then, that Obama and Ayers were well-acquainted by 1988, brought together through an acolyte of Alinsky.

"Perhaps this period serves as the missing link, providing background to understand how Ayers was so comfortable with Obama's capabilities that he later would hire the future politician to head the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, or CAC, a job Obama would in turn claim had qualified him to run for public office."

Book uncovers radical nexus

Along with a chapter on Ayers, "The Manchurian President" includes an extensive investigation into Obama's own background. The work uncovers, among many other things, Obama's early years, including his previously overlooked early childhood ties to a radical, far-left church connected to Ayers' ideology.

"The Manchurian President"also unmasks, exclusively, important aspects of Obama's carefully covered-up college years, with new details of his student career at Occidental College and later at Columbia University.

Obama's associations with the Nation of Islam, Black Liberation Theology and black political extremists are also revealed, with extensive new information on the subjects.

Also detailed are Obama's deep ties to ACORN, which are much more extensive than previously documented elsewhere. The book crucially describes how a socialist-led, ACORN-affiliated union helped facilitate Obama's political career and now exerts major influence in the White House.

"The Manchurian President" contains potentially explosive information not only about President Obama but also concerning other officials in the White House, including top czars and senior advisers Valerie Jarrett and David Axelrod.

"The Manchurian President" also exposes how Obama's health-care policy, masked by moderate populist rhetoric, was pushed along and partially crafted by extremists, some of whom reveal in their own words that their principal aim is to achieve corporate socialist goals and a vast increase in government powers.

"I believe this work is crucial to Americans from across the political spectrum," says Klein, "including mainstream Democrats who should be alarmed that their party has been hijacked by an extreme-left fringe bent on permanently changing the party to fit its radical agenda.

"Indeed, this book will document, with new information, Obama's own involvement with a socialist party whose explicit goal was to infiltrate and eventually take over the Democratic Party and mold it into a socialist organization," Klein claims.

Klein began investigating Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign and broke major national stories. He first exposed the politician's association with Ayers in a widely circulated WND article.

The story prompted the Nation magazine to lament, via the CBS News website, that "mainstream reporters now call the Obama campaign to ask about Klein's articles."

It was in a WABC Radio interview with Klein that Ahmed Yousef, chief political adviser to Hamas, "endorsed" Obama for president, generating world headlines and sparking controversy. Republican presidential nominee Sen. John McCain and Obama repeatedly traded public barbs over Hamas' positive comments.

Klein was among the first reporters to expose that Obama's "green jobs" czar, Van Jones, founded a communist organization and called for "resistance" against the U.S. government. The theme was picked up and expanded upon by the Fox News Channel's Glenn Beck, leading to Jones' resignation last September.

Co-author Brenda J. Elliott is a historian, author and investigative researcher known for her blogging during the 2008 presidential election about Ayers, Tony Rezko and other controversial figures linked to Obama. Since 1988, Elliott has been responsible for a number of historical projects, has won an award by Project Censored for her work and has been named "One of the Intriguing People" by Central Florida magazine.

The introduction to "The Manchurian President" relates: "Barack Obama is backed by and deeply tied to an anti-American fringe nexus that, as this book will show, was instrumental not only in mentoring Obama and helping him to build his political career, but essentially in overthrowing the moderate wing of the Democratic Party and in securing and powerfully influencing Obama's presidency.

"As will be seen, these radical associates not only continue to influence Obama and White House strategy, but some are directly involved in creating the very policies intended to undermine or radically transform the United States of America."

Jonathan Turley Wrecks Jamelle Bouie for His Despicable Attack on Vance's Mom!-Posted on Townhall-ByAmy Curtis-On February 9, 2026:

Last April, Vice President J.D. Vance honored his mother and her decade of sobriety. During a ceremony at the White House, Vance recalled, "I remember when I gave my RNC convention speech, which was the craziest thing, and I even said during the speech that we would have your 10-year medallion ceremony at the White House."

Addiction is a real and ongoing problem in America. Anyone who is able to get and stay sober deserves to be honored and seen for putting in the work it takes to stop using drugs and/or alcohol. Most of the time, the Left loves stories like this. But because this involves a Republican, they can only attack Vance and his mother.

This time, the attack comes from New York Times columnist Jamelle Bouie, who thinks it's funny to joke about Vance's mom selling him to feed her drug addiction.

“New York Times columnist Jamelle Bouie suggested Vice President JD Vance's mother was right to have attempted to sell him for drugs in a Bluesky post on Wednesday.

In a series of comments on the left-wing platform, Bouie criticized Vance for a recent interview with the Daily Mail where he declined to apologize to Minnesota shooting victim Alex Pretti's family after accusing him of showing up with "ill intent" at an immigration enforcement protest.

"[T]his is a wicked man who knows he is being wicked and does it anyway," Bouie wrote.”

And Bouie thinks he's the good guy, here.

“Vance wrote a celebrated bestseller, “Hillbilly Elegy,” about his difficult childhood with a mother who became addicted to pain medication and eventually found herself stealing drugs from her patients. It was a tragic account of how addiction tore their family apart, but also a tale of redemption: “I knew that a mother could love her son despite the grip of addiction. I knew that my family loved me, even when they struggled to take care of themselves.”

In April of last year, Vance celebrated his mother’s decade of sobriety.

As I discuss in my new book “Rage and the Republic,”  a common element to past radical movements has been the dehumanization of political opponents. In calling others “Gestapo,” “fascists,” and “Nazis,” you achieve a certain license to say and do things that you would ordinarily never say or do. By stripping them of any humanity or right to empathy, you are free to discard the limitations of decency and civility.”

Bingo. The Left calls us "fascists" and "Nazis" so they can justify all the evil things they say and do to us.

All this stems from Vance's refusal to apologize for the death of Alex Pretti. In an interview with The Daily Mail, their reporter egged Vance to apologize for the ICE/Border Patrol-involved shooting of Pretti, who was an activist obstructing law enforcement efforts in Minneapolis.

"Have you apologized? Do you plan to apologize to the family of Alex Pretti?" the reporter asked.

“For what?” Vance replied.

It was a masterclass in how not to accept the premise of the media's question. "So if this hypothetical leads to that hypothetical, leads to another hypothetical, will I do a thing?" But that perfectly reasonable response to a "gotcha" question triggered Bouie so much that he decided Vance's mother, and her history with drug addiction, was fair game.

The latest Hillary Clinton hypocrisy.  The character assassin for hire calls MAGA heartless!-Posted on The Washington Times-By Don Feder-On February 9, 2026:

In a 6,000-word hit piece in the Jan. 29 issue of The Atlantic, former first lady Hillary Clinton unloaded on Trump supporters. Oh, those deplorables.

President Trump’s deportation policies are heartless, Mrs. Clinton charges. Families are “being torn apart.” She demands compassion for illegal aliens but not for their victims — the Americans who are regularly robbed, raped and murdered by undocumented thugs.

There’s an old Jewish saying: “Kindness to the cruel is cruelty to the kind.”

Mrs. Clinton’s meditation on empathy is ironic, coming as it does from a woman with a reputation for having all the warmth of a polar bear on an ice floe during a blizzard.

Mrs. Clinton is known to scream at aides and throw things when she is angry. When her husband was president, White House staffers were ordered not to look at her if she walked past them, lest she be sullied by the stares of mere mortals.

First daughter Chelsea Clinton told friends that her parents referred to the Secret Service agents sworn to lay down their lives to protect them as “our trained pigs.”

The avatar of empathy really shined as her husband’s enabler.

Ever since the Clintons entered public life, it was Mrs. Clinton’s job to destroy the reputations of the women who came forward to say they had been victimized by her husband.

Who can forget her 1998 interview on “The Today Show” when she suggested that former White House intern Monica Lewinsky’s revelations of oral sex in the Oval Office were the fantasies of a lovesick 22-year-old, or her 1992 “60 Minutes” interview, in which she trashed Bill’s ex-mistress, Gennifer Flowers?

It was all part of a cynical bargain.

Hillary would provide cover for the man with a chronically malfunctioning zipper. Then, when her turn came to reach for the ring of power, her husband would loyally support her. In a way, she was a character assassin for hire.

The left needs to keep reminding us how empathetic it is or we’re liable to forget, which is easy to do when so many liberals celebrated the murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. In a YouGov poll taken shortly after Kirk’s death, 17% of those who described themselves as “very liberal” said violence can sometimes be justified to achieve political goals — such as punishing the opponents of identity politics — compared with only 6% of conservatives.

Sadistic fantasies populate the leftist mind.

For sheer savagery, it’s hard to beat the delivery room nurse at a Boca Raton, Florida, hospital who posted that it would give her “great joy” if White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, who is expecting her second child, suffered severe injury in childbirth (“I hope that you f—-ing rip from bow to stern”).

A number of anti-U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement activists, including alleged journalist Don Lemon, were arrested after the Jan. 18 invasion of a St. Paul, Minnesota, church. They are charged with terrorizing congregants, in one case screaming at weeping children: “Do you know your parents are Nazis? They are going to burn in hell!”

The left could write a book on empathy — a very short book.

There are those who believe that conservatives are Ebenezer Scrooge clones while liberals are a bunch of Bob Cratchits. Still, various surveys show that conservative households give an average of 30% more to charity than their liberal counterparts. Conservatives are also twice as likely to volunteer to help the poor.

Liberals demand empathy from everyone but themselves.

And “St. Hillary” ascended the mountain and spoke to the multitude, saying: “Blessed are those who kill children in the womb in the name of choice, for they shall be called champions of women’s rights. Blessed are those who mutilate minors who are confused about their gender. Blessed are those who stigmatize law enforcement officers, endangering their lives. Blessed are those who seek to protect murderers, rapists and child molesters in the name of compassion.”

And the people called her a hypocrite and turned away.

After being threatened with contempt of Congress charges, Hillary and her party-boy husband will testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on their relationship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, which probably consisted of heartfelt discussions of the quality of mercy during flights on the Lolita Express.

Former Democratic state Rep. Bakari Sellers of South Carolina said Friday that “a more aggressive approach” was needed to “remove” President Donald Trump and his supporters.

Trump came under fire over a deleted video restating his claims about the 2020 election that included two seconds of a derogatory meme aimed at former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama. Sellers told former CNN host Don Lemon during an episode of “The Don Lemon Show” that a president willing to take “corrective action” against the “MAGA movement” would be needed. “Like this is a little bit controversial with my friends as I sit politically because I think hindsight is showing us that um what we need after Donald Trump, what we needed after Donald Trump is not a bridge,” Sellers, a frequest guest on CNN programs, said. “Um you know, Joe Biden was somewhat of a bridge. He was supposed to be a bridge or a palate cleanser or somebody who morally and ethically was antithetical to who Donald Trump was.”

“You know, Uncle Joe was the nice guy, older white guy, comes in and you want to eat ice cream with him, right?” Sellers continued. “Well, I think what that episode in our country’s history showed us is that we really need some fumigation, right? We need a exorcism, for lack of a better term. We need a more aggressive approach to go in and surgically remove the cancer that is the Donald Trump and MAGA movement.”

“Fumigation” is defined by the Cambridge Dictionary as “the use of poisonous gas to remove harmful insects, bacteria, disease, etc. from somewhere or something.”

“This is not a glitch. This isn’t like you take the cartridge out, blow on it, and put it back in like we did the old Nintendos, right? No, this is, this is not, this is not a symptom,” Sellers continued. “This is not, this is not a glitch. This is a part of the product. CNN banned conservative commentator Ryan Girdusky in October 2024 after he jokingly referenced an Israeli operation that targeted the radical Islamic terrorist group Hezbollah after former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan defended describing Trump supporters as Nazis during a fiery exchange.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Leadership Lesson for the day (How to Defeat your Enemy or Countering Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals).

In my time studying our enemies, there are many leadership lessons learned worth sharing.

Two of those lessons regarding any adversary are:

1. You better read your enemy’s doctrine
2. Listen to what they say and more important, how they act.

On that note, I’ve lifted a section from a great book by a Mr. Chris Adamo. His entire book is well worth reading—he shares a level of wisdom and intellect few possess, especially during these uncertain times.

Here we go (Rule # w/ Action):

Rule #1: Do not apologize unless a genuine wrong has been committed.

Action: Refuse to be manipulated into false apologies, which radicals use to gain power and demoralize opponents (a direct counter to Alinsky's ridicule and pressure tactics).

Rule #2: Expose leftist schemes and inconsistencies.

Action: Aggressively reveal hypocrisy, lies, and destructive intentions rather than merely defending against attacks.

Rule #3: Maintain principles and the moral high ground.
Action: Do not compromise core values or descend to the left's level of deceit; principled consistency is a strength.

Rule #4: Avoid reactive defense.

Action: Shift from defense to offense by proactively highlighting the left's agenda and tactics.

Rule #5: Recognize and reject intimidation and chaos tactics.

Action: Do not allow fear, personal attacks, or manufactured crises to force concessions.

Rule #6: Do not let radicals dictate the rules.

Action: Refuse to be held to standards the left ignores (ie., Countering Alinsky's "make the enemy live up to its own book of rules").

Rule #7: Personalize and polarize the target when appropriate.

Action: Turn Alinsky's own tactics (e.g., Rule 13: "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it") against radicals by spotlighting their leaders and their flaws.

Rule #8: Stay calm and strategic under pressure.

Action: Avoid emotional reactions that radicals exploit to portray opponents as extreme.

Rule #9: Defend foundational American principles and values.

Action: Frame arguments around liberty, truth, and the Constitution to counter cultural and political erosion.

Rule #10: Engage proactively in culture and politics.

Action: Do not cede ground; actively promote and defend conservative values to prevent radical dominance. Local action can have a national impact.

Chris Adamo’s excellent book emphasizes understanding Alinsky's playbook first (to know the enemy), then applying counter-tactics like verbal jujitsu, refusal to retreat, and consistent exposure.

It’s well worth the read!
