My main reason for sharing this letter with you is that the information contained therein reveals that residues of arsenic, lead and other heavy metals have been detected in well water, crop soils and general food supplies all across our country, to include New Mexico, and yet the nation’s regulatory authorities are hardly batting an eye at this travesty:

On or about February 16, 2014, I responded to your letter of February 14, 2014, regarding the issue of “contrails” vs “chemtrails” and to-date I have not received a response from your office, which honestly does not surprise me, but be that as it may, today I wanted to share three recent articles and/or blogs with you, in their entirety, which I believe relate to this extremely disturbing matter:

(NaturalNews) There is something seriously wrong in the fertile Yakima Valley region of Washington. A surging number of babies are being born with major birth defects, and the reasons why are eluding state health officials.

As reported by CNN, a nurse in the area, Sara Barron, was the first to report on a particularly horrifying condition: anencephaly—a condition in which babies are born without much of their brain and skull.

“I was just stunned,” she told the network in an interview. “Three in a couple-of-month period of time... that’s unheard of, and they have such tragic, terrible outcomes.”

Her shocking finding and report eventually prompted an investigation by the state health department. Investigators found some disturbing results.

Over a three-year period, there were 23 cases concentrated in three southern Washington counties—Yakima, Benton and Franklin. That’s a rate (8.4 per 10,000 live births) that is four times the national average (2.1 per 10,000 live births), CNN reported.

What could be causing such a phenomenon? Is it just one of those weird coincidences, or is something more sinister at play?

Mandy Stahre, with the Washington State Department of Health, conducted the investigation into the high rates of anencephaly. She says she and other investigators are stumped.

“We have not found an answer, and that’s a very frustrating part, because this is such a devastating diagnosis for a woman to have,” she told CNN.

Barron, however, says she wonders if state health authorities did not find anything because they didn’t look hard enough at all possible causes.

‘We have to weigh how invasive we want to be’

For one thing, she said, the health department has not spoken to any of the parents of the babies who had birth defects. So they don’t know what the parents may have eaten, or what environmental conditions they have been exposed to, or what kind of chemicals or substances they all might have come in contact with—like, perhaps, the pesticides that are routinely sprayed in the heavily agricultural region in which they live.

Andrea Jackman, whose daughter Olivia was born with spina bifida, another type of neural tube defect, said she wasn’t asked anything by state investigators.

“Nobody’s asked me anything,” she told the network.

So, exactly how did the state conduct its investigation? Stahre said investigators examined data in each parent’s medical record—what sort of prescription drugs they were taking and preexisting medical conditions.

“The study examined medical records from January 2010 through January 2013 and looked at possible risk factors including family history, pre-pregnancy weight, health risk behaviors such as supplemental folic acid and medication use, and whether the woman’s residence received drinking water from a public or private source. No significant differences were found when comparing cases of anencephaly with healthy births in the three county area,” said a health department press release.

“But medical records don’t have details about diet or pesticide exposure,” CNN’s Elizabeth Cohen reported, “two key considerations for this type of birth defect.”

Indeed, the health department—in its press release—even admitted: “Medical record reviews might not have captured all information, preventing a cause from being identified.”

So why not talk to the mothers?

“Well, we have to weigh that,” said Stahre. “This is a devastating diagnosis, and we know that for a lot of these women, they had to make some hard choices. We do have to weigh about how invasive we want to be with these types of reviews.”

Engineered end of humanity?

At least one mother—Jackman—said she would have “been fine” with being questioned. She wants answers so that other mothers don’t have to go through the same thing.

This revelation has already prompted many companies who use such products to begin testing their products for heavy metals, with some even promising to set new safety thresholds.

USGS map reveals arsenic contamination in water supplies nationwide

So where is the bulk of this arsenic, some of which is present in highly toxic inorganic form, hiding? A U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) report on groundwater contamination, which includes well water and springs, found that it is essentially all over the place. But particular hotspots of contamination include New Jersey, Maryland and surrounding northeastern states as well as Michigan, Idaho, California, Arizona and Washington. Other studies have also identified large swaths of the central South and Southeast where arsenic is being absorbed by rice crops.

The study, which was published in 2000, shows concerning levels of arsenic greater than 10 micrograms per liter all across central Michigan and Idaho, as well as in California’s Central Valley where the bulk of the nation’s fresh produce is grown. Other highly contaminated areas, according to a USGS map, include Nebraska, South Dakota, central Oklahoma and Illinois, and parts of Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

Many public water supplies are also contaminated with arsenic, according to the report, and public utility filtration systems typically do not remove this toxin before delivering water to customers. This means that untold millions of people who drink unfiltered tap water are also consuming arsenic, just as they are by consuming most commercial rice.

Long-term exposure to low-level arsenic a major threat to human health

Though the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is on record as claiming that the short-term health effects of arsenic exposure at these levels are nonexistent, it is precisely the perpetual, cumulative toxic exposure over the longer term that is of major concern. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admits that even exposure to low levels of arsenic can cause major health damage over time.

“Because it targets widely dispersed enzyme reactions, arsenic affects nearly all organ systems,” says the CDC, noting that arsenic is also linked to gastrointestinal effects, renal damage, cardiovascular events, neurological damage, skin problems, anemia, leukemia, reproductive problems and cancer, including several types of skin cancer.

“Arsenic can cause serious effects of the neurologic, respiratory, hematologic, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and other systems,” adds the agency.

Countering the effects of arsenic exposure could be as simple as taking in more organic, methylating minerals like selenium and vitamin E, both of which protect the gut lining against arsenic-induced damage. Raising awareness about the presence of arsenic in water and soils is also beneficial, as food companies will be increasingly compelled to conduct heavy metal tests and establish contamination tolerances in the interest of public safety.

If we are to successfully convey the truth about climate engineering to others, it is imperative we have an accurate assessment of the facts. There is no natural weather at this point, and this is especially true in the case of the engineered “cool downs”. We must look past our own immediate horizons to understand the true state of the global climate at this point. (NaturalNews) There is something seriously wrong in the fertile Yakima Valley region of Washington. A surging number of babies are being born with major birth defects, and the reasons why are eluding state health officials.

As reported by CNN, a nurse in the area, Sara Barron, was the first to report on a particularly horrifying condition: anencephaly—a condition in which babies are born without much of their brain and skull.

“I was just stunned,” she told the network in an interview. “Three in a couple-of-month period of time... that’s unheard of, and they have such tragic, terrible outcomes.”

Her shocking finding and report eventually prompted an investigation by the state health department. Investigators found some disturbing results.

Over a three-year period, there were 23 cases concentrated in three southern Washington counties—Yakima, Benton and Franklin. That’s a rate (8.4 per 10,000 live births) that is four times the national average (2.1 per 10,000 live births), CNN reported.

What could be causing such a phenomenon? Is it just one of those weird coincidences, or is something more sinister at play?

Mandy Stahre, with the Washington State Department of Health, conducted the investigation into the high rates of anencephaly. She says she and other investigators are stumped.

“We have not found an answer, and that’s a very frustrating part, because this is such a devastating diagnosis for a woman to have,” she told CNN.

Barron, however, says she wonders if state health authorities did not find anything because they didn’t look hard enough at all possible causes.

‘We have to weigh how invasive we want to be’

For one thing, she said, the health department has not spoken to any of the parents of the babies who had birth defects. So they don’t know what the parents may have eaten, or what environmental conditions they have been exposed to, or what kind of chemicals or substances they all might have come in contact with—like, perhaps, the pesticides that are routinely sprayed in the heavily agricultural region in which they live.

Andrea Jackman, whose daughter Olivia was born with spina bifida, another type of neural tube defect, said she wasn’t asked anything by state investigators.

“Nobody’s asked me anything,” she told the network.

So, exactly how did the state conduct its investigation? Stahre said investigators examined data in each parent’s medical record—what sort of prescription drugs they were taking and preexisting medical conditions.

“The study examined medical records from January 2010 through January 2013 and looked at possible risk factors including family history, pre-pregnancy weight, health risk behaviors such as supplemental folic acid and medication use, and whether the woman’s residence received drinking water from a public or private source. No significant differences were found when comparing cases of anencephaly with healthy births in the three county area,” said a health department press release.

“But medical records don’t have details about diet or pesticide exposure,” CNN’s Elizabeth Cohen reported, “two key considerations for this type of birth defect.”

Indeed, the health department—in its press release—even admitted: “Medical record reviews might not have captured all information, preventing a cause from being identified.”

So why not talk to the mothers?

“Well, we have to weigh that,” said Stahre. “This is a devastating diagnosis, and we know that for a lot of these women, they had to make some hard choices. We do have to weigh about how invasive we want to be with these types of reviews.”

Engineered end of humanity?

At least one mother—Jackman—said she would have “been fine” with being questioned. She wants answers so that other mothers don’t have to go through the same thing.

This revelation has already prompted many companies who use such products to begin testing their products for heavy metals, with some even promising to set new safety thresholds.

USGS map reveals arsenic contamination in water supplies nationwide

So where is the bulk of this arsenic, some of which is present in highly toxic inorganic form, hiding? A U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) report on groundwater contamination, which includes well water and springs, found that it is essentially all over the place. But particular hotspots of contamination include New Jersey, Maryland and surrounding northeastern states as well as Michigan, Idaho, California, Arizona and Washington. Other studies have also identified large swaths of the central South and Southeast where arsenic is being absorbed by rice crops.

The study, which was published in 2000, shows concerning levels of arsenic greater than 10 micrograms per liter all across central Michigan and Idaho, as well as in California’s Central Valley where the bulk of the nation’s fresh produce is grown. Other highly contaminated areas, according to a USGS map, include Nebraska, South Dakota, central Oklahoma and Illinois, and parts of Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

Many public water supplies are also contaminated with arsenic, according to the report, and public utility filtration systems typically do not remove this toxin before delivering water to customers. This means that untold millions of people who drink unfiltered tap water are also consuming arsenic, just as they are by consuming most commercial rice.

Long-term exposure to low-level arsenic a major threat to human health

Though the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is on record as claiming that the short-term health effects of arsenic exposure at these levels are nonexistent, it is precisely the perpetual, cumulative toxic exposure over the longer term that is of major concern. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admits that even exposure to low levels of arsenic can cause major health damage over time.

“Because it targets widely dispersed enzyme reactions, arsenic affects nearly all organ systems,” says the CDC, noting that arsenic is also linked to gastrointestinal effects, renal damage, cardiovascular events, neurological damage, skin problems, anemia, leukemia, reproductive problems and cancer, including several types of skin cancer.

“Arsenic can cause serious effects of the neurologic, respiratory, hematologic, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and other systems,” adds the agency.

Countering the effects of arsenic exposure could be as simple as taking in more organic, methylating minerals like selenium and vitamin E, both of which protect the gut lining against arsenic-induced damage. Raising awareness about the presence of arsenic in water and soils is also beneficial, as food companies will be increasingly compelled to conduct heavy metal tests and establish contamination tolerances in the interest of public safety.

If we are to successfully convey the truth about climate engineering to others, it is imperative we have an accurate assessment of the facts. There is no natural weather at this point, and this is especially true in the case of the engineered “cool downs”. We must look past our own immediate horizons to understand the true state of the global climate at this point. My name is Joe Gilbert. I am a candidate for Congress in NY's 21st Congressional District.

I am a retired US Army officer with 3 combat tours in Iraq and 2 Bronze Star medals. I have served 11 years total overseas throughout my 24yr military career. I live on and operate a farm in Dekalb Junction in St. Lawrence County in our heavily agricultural district. I believe a true representative republic has nothing to fear from an armed populace.

The number one agenda item on my platform is the restoration of the rule of law and the Constitution being once again the supreme law of the land. This administration and the vast majority of our "representatives" in Washington no longer represent the will, traditions, history or values of We the People at all. They pick and choose which laws to enforce and which laws to ignore. They choose winners and losers in our economy and use our tax code and the IRS to punish their enemies. We are spied on, lied to, misled, divided into groups and pitted against each other, abandoned on the battlefield and then vilified if we dare to speak out. The IRS, NSA, EPA and other government agencies have been turned into weapons and turned on the American people. And the Constitution and our Founding principles are shredded in the process. I took the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic when I was 18 years old. It never came with an expiration date. The one campaign promise I will make is that I will fight to my last breath to defend our God given rights. Chief among those is our right to be simply left alone. I will fight to restore this great republic for our future generations.

I believe in smaller, fiscally responsible government bound by the limits set forth in our Constitution. Smaller governments are cheaper. I also believe in a balanced budget amendment. The government can't continue to spend, spend, spend and then print $85 billion a month out of thin air and expect our country to remain solvent. This needs to stop.

Our economy is burdened with crushing laws and regulations that kill jobs, slow the economy, discourage hiring, and make it harder and harder for small businesses to get started, grow and survive. I will fight against this! The first thing that needs to happen is the full repeal of Obamacare.

Recent events have demonstrated that we still live in a very dangerous world. Russia is invading of the Ukraine and testing ballistic missiles. North Korea continues to threaten its neighbors with nuclear weapons. China is conducting gun boat diplomacy across the Pacific rim. Iran is still pursuing nuclear weapons and is supporting the civil war in Syria. On top of everything, after so much precious American blood and treasure, Al Qaida and the Muslim extremists and terrorists control more territory than ever before.

I am the only veteran in this race. I am the only candidate who has stood on the wall facing the Soviet Union in the Cold War and served on the DMZ in Korea. And I am the only combat veteran who has actually led Soldiers in the fight against the jihadists in this world who are plotting to kill us every day. I still hold a current and active security clearance. With recent events when you think of your representative on the armed services, intelligence or foreign affairs committees, I will bring over 25 years of experience and training to bear.

I am a conservative in my beliefs, my convictions and my actions. While the Director of Emergency Services, I cut my government budget by over 20% in the first 18 months while improving emergency operations and public safety that will actually save lives. I have written, reviewed and pushed resolutions through a legislature dominated by the opposition party. I did this by leading. I reached across the aisle and argued my position without sacrificing my convictions and got my bills passed. I will do all of this again for you in Washington.

I am running as a purely grassroots candidate. I know I can win. I am one of the Americans who is fed up with those in Washington thinking and behaving as though they are a permanent ruling class. We are facing a National Security crisis of a magnitude unknown in our history.
I wrote you earlier today of the "state department" involvement in the Ukrainian uprising - and the possibility the "state department" may have been involved in the Russian oil refinery destruction.
I wrote that if Prime Minister Putin found indisputable evidence our "state department" was involved in the latter - we, as a Nation and people - might find ourselves in dire circumstances indeed - as Russia may take action against our Nation - possibly in force.

Lois Lerner takes the fifth again. It is my opinion that sense she took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States she has no right to Fifth Amendment regarding questions regarding her job. By taking the fifth I think she feels like she has committed a crime, which in fact she has. If she doesn't want to follow through with responsibilities of her job, then she does not have the right to receive any type of compensation from the United States Government.  Her pension is paid by the taxpayers of this country not by a private organization, which who; she seems to feel she was working for. She just shows the arrogance of the employees of the Internal Revenue Service. This is one of the reasons we need a flat tax. A flat tax would do away with most of the employees of the Internal Revenue Service which would put money back into the general fund they felt it was all right to cut the salaries and pensions of our military and veterans, so why not them.

I feel that there should be grounds for termination . She should receive no benefits no pension  or any type of compensation from the United States government.  Ms. Lerner should also  be held in contempt of Congress and should be thoroughly investigated by the FBI. 

The Congress should now get  an independent Council  to investigate this matter. It has become obvious  that the Democrats  on the committee  are trying to  protect  these offenders  for political gain . No branch of our government  should be used  for political gain  such as the  IRS has.  both senators and representatives that sent letters to the IRS requesting that they holdup are denied  401 status to, should be censored  or removed  as set forth in the Constitution.  It must be made perfectly clear to all  that this is unacceptable.

Now that our society has officially lowered us all to the level of rutting rabbits, the Coalition for Positive Sexuality (positive.org) is specifically targeting and encouraging promiscuous sex, abortion, and homosexuality to young teenagers. The Younger the Better should be their slogan.

Funded by the homosexual lobby (and perhaps finally putting the myth that there is no homosexual agenda to rest) CPS is aggressively pushing its agenda of more sex/no guilt/no consequences to young and impressionable children at public schools nationwide. The greatest concession to personal responsibility and self-restraint that they attempt is to urge you to try and not catch a STD.

It is a good example of the alliance between the homosexual and Feminista movements. Anything to undermine traditional morals and values and the traditional family structure that they jointly regard as their greatest enemy.

As if our kids aren’t over-sexed enough, our "progressive friends" would apparently have the youngest of teenagers take this site to heart and find the nearest straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered individual so that they can explore their sexuality together. How endearing and touching. And if you are worried about the physical, emotional, or spiritual consequences of such actions you are probably just some sort of repressed fuddy-duddy who's out to ruin the fun for everyone else.

So to all the young and impressionable teens out there, Just Say Yes! And while you are there, you can learn how to ‘clean your works’ in case you’ve been doing a little shooting up with your buddies.

There, impressionable teens not only get the same, reassuring message that abortion is safe and no big deal but also get to learn fun and exciting tidbits about women squirting, multiple orgasms, coming out as a bisexual, pulling out, Halloween slut shaming, posting nude pics, and lots of hooray for the gay propaganda.

You know, things you want some stranger instructing your children about. All courtesy of taxpayer dollar subsidies to Planned Parenthood.

And lest I forget to mention it, for the curious among us, they have released their Getting Kinky BSDM 101 video promoting sado-masochism and bondage. I have posted it below so that you can gather your teenage prodigy around the computer to explore the ins and outs of pain and pleasure together as a family. Laci, the brainwashed leftist drone, is just another example of why the ideology of the Left is little more than a mental disease that, while occasionally titillating and “entertaining,” just continues the mad rush to undermine all concepts of morals, values, family, and personal responsibility. It is increasingly obvious that nothing is taboo, sacred, or holy in their sight. It is an ideology that at its core insists on the suspension of all moral judgments. There is no right and wrong, just different.

Once you fully commit yourself to going down that road then truly nothing is off limits and humanity has in reality reduced itself to the level of an animal engaging in whatever, whenever, with whoever with no need of sexual restraint, personal responsibility, or self control. The immoral slippery slope is swiftly becoming a very steep cliff and the Left is doing everything it can to encourage the abandonment of the very idea of sexual morality. Their chosen ideology stands in direct opposition to that concept.

It's the “eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow we may die” philosophy that teaches those who in fact are still children to have more sex without guilt and “screw the consequences” whatever they may be. They know and understand that if they can get their value system and twisted view of the world ingrained in children early enough, they’ve probably got them for life.

I'm new to the page/group site. I have 1 question how come people think Obama is incompetent and makes wrong decisions rather than seeing that he is a muslim using communist tactics to purposely bring America down and implement sharia, and that he is not acting alone that's why nothing is ever done by those who can do something?

Someone should check these groups listed under the individual states.Many of the sites don't exist, are in Chinese or some other language.Looks pretty silly.

First, let's start with the name, "Autism and Medication: Safe and Careful use."  The guide gets away from "Medication Use," and into when medication should be used.  This is a parent decision. It may belong in a PDF Titled, "Medication to use or not to use!"  The decicion to use has nothing to do with a PDF titled "Safe and Careful use."

Second, after the decision to use medication has been made; it is not Autism Speaks duty to caution once again that medication should be a last ditch effort.  I agree medication are for me the last choice but have used them at a time in my son's life when it was appropriate.  That is more of a decision left between doctor and parent.  I do not want to imply that because I think usually medication in autism should be considere last; that a parent that chooses otherwise is wrong. Autism speaks should not imply this either.  

Third, the list of medications is not exaustive enough.  I will list Low Dose Naltrexeone Therapy. Here are two things you can read about it.  I am not advocating it or saying not to choose it.  I simply present it here as one choice that is unlisted in the PDF of Autism Speaks.

Fourth, there is no interview with a pharmacist as a specialist.  Why is this?  It says talk to your doctor or nurse.  Check with pharmacist for more information.  Why not talk to one when putting together this information?

Fifth,  Autism Speaks talks about teaching the child to swallow and how to reward the child/kid for doing so.  What is wrong with them?  Have they never heard of sensory issues?  Some places change the flavors for these reasons.   When is it better to ask for a chewable tablet that can be put in a specific medium?  Ever heard of plugging a capsule?  It would mask the taste and make it easer to swallow.

I wish I had time to go into all the reasons and what "plugging a capsule," is.   My point is this PDF as a tool kit is biased.  Doesn't take into consideration autistics personal sensory issues and more. It is lacking in basic autism reasoning.  Futhermore, there needs to be more information on various drugs covered.

This information is not intended to be about replacing or telling you what to do.  As with all medical decesions, check with your providers before doing anything. I am not responsible for your lack of research in treating your son/daughter.  I only wish to inform you if you use this tool it is one sided and you need more information.

You are not a bad person if you choose drugs before other therapies. You do not have to agree with Autism Speaks or me personally.  Your child may have servere behavior that drugs can mediate that would be life saving.  Do not feel put down when you have been advised of a choice by a provider that is qualified and choose a different path.  Not every one knows your story.

I plan to go into detail in my book about sensory issues and the world of pharmacy.  Also, I want to cover more drugs and possible uses in pharmacy. I will give you this.  I read recently that many drugs are used in the pediatric population off label. Why?  This make sense.  Few drugs are tested for the pediatric population. Drug use is a risk anytime.  I would say just be informed not scared.  

If another mother/father looks at you in horror because you didn't do all the Autism Speaks PDF told you to do, then look at them and say,"Thank you we can read too!" 

Autism Speaks, next time consider getting with a pharmacist when writing a medication guide.  Do not make it look like ever parent must look at medication is a last resort.  Some behaviors such as head banging warrent drugs before behavior intervention or right alongside it.  

INformation is what parents need not a how to must path on when meds are okay to use.
