I have gone back to the source - Thomas Jefferson's writings.  He made it clear that rebellion is healthy and cleansing.  He notes that it is our duty to remove a government when it limits or denies our constitutional rights and freedoms.  He believed that even a poorly informed citizenry was justified to rebel based on its erroneous information or lack of information.  He recognized that it was our duty to remain informed and to inform the citizenry, and warned the government to do just that or accept its demise.  Hence, we the Tea Party have a duty to inform the citizenry.  We also have the duty to guide our citizens to defend and restore our republic and our capitalist system.  If you haven't read Jefferson's papers I strongly encourage you to do so.

During his sabbatical, a university professor wishes to come to Florida to interview me for a study he is doing on black tea partiers. He said he wants to find out why “you think the way you think”. Why do I get the feeling this guy believes black conservatives are a strange phenomenon almost unique as discovering a Bigfoot? This professor is flying all the way to Florida to actually meet me, an extremely rare specie, a Blackus Conservativus.

As believers in traditional values such as faith in God, family and country, conservatives are viciously attacked by the mainstream media which functions as enforcers, punishing all who dare challenge the Left's socialist/progressive agenda. The MSM portrays conservatives as nut case extremists; Col. Allen West, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann and Ted Cruz to name a few.

Liberals decry as “kooky” those of us who believe that the institution of marriage should continue to remain as the union of one man and one woman. Expecting the president to obey the Constitution is also declared by Obama media sycophants and the mainstream media to be a bit nutty, mean-spirited, racist and extreme.

The Left, assisted by their buddies in the MSM, uses a very effective tactic to render conservatives politically impotent. They accuse us of being haters and the aggressors, all the while forcing every item on their socialist/progressive list down America's throats. Conservatives who were simply minding their own business are branded the bad guys.

Conservatives are swiftly becoming an ever increasingly “silenced majority”; persecuted, intimidated and bullied into shutting up. Rush Limbaugh says our country is in the midst of a peaceful takeover. America as founded is slipping away daily.

Patriots, our only hope for restoring America as founded is to put as many true conservatives in office as possible. We take back America one candidate, one race, at a time. This is why it is so crucial that we rally around courageous conservative candidates like Steve Lonegan.

In an article about Steve Lonegan running for U.S. Senate in New Jersey, the author actually called Lonegan a “clown” because he is a conservative who vows to oppose Obama's agenda. Think about that folks, the MSM says opposing Obama is crazy talk, a joke, acting like a buffoon.

The article considers Lonegan a clown for posting on his website that he will “fight Obama's agenda in the U.S. Senate”. Lonegan sounds right on target to me. The article also said, “hugging the president” is the way to win in New Jersey. So according to this MSM hack, Lonegan should ignore Obama's disastrous failed socialist/progressive record and simply give the (black) guy a hug.

Allow me to share a bit about the president the liberal author of the article wants Lonegan to embrace (give a hug): If Obama were white, he would be facing impeachment. We have unprecedented high numbers of Americans on food stamps and disability; unemployment is through the roof, record high fuel prices and food prices. The homes of millions are financially under water. Our economy is on life support. Our national debt is $17 trillion which a Boston University professor says is really $222 trillion. Numerous high officials in the Obama Administration were caught blatantly and arrogantly lying to the American people.

Then there is the IRS scandal, the Benghazi scandal, the AP scandal and the revelation that Big Brother is violating our first and fourth Amendment rights like never before. Meanwhile, Obamacare is being exposed to be a financial, medical, bureaucratic and emotional nightmare.

Under Obama, America is in decline. Americans are accepting the worst economic recovery since WWII as the new normal.

And still, the mainstream media continues to brand Conservatism which is rooted in common sense as being outside of the mainstream; calling us “clowns” and racists. They insist that Americans join their brain-dead loyalty to the first black president, succumbing to the hypnotic tune played by Obama on his flute – marching us to our deaths into a river of which there is no return.

Thus, conservative candidates with backbone like Steve Lonegan are vital to our cause, walking around with targets on their backs by the mainstream media.

The MSM says Steve Lonegan as the presumptive nominee means the GOP has given up trying to win the New Jersey Senate seat. Their narrative is that conservatives are crazy out-of-the-mainstream unelectable losers. It is the same spin the MSM put on Romney naming conservative Paul Ryan as his VP nominee.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Conservatism wins every-time it is confidently and passionately articulated. Ronald Reagan proved that. Suggesting that the GOP has surrendered the New Jersey Senate seat is yet another MSM attempt to dispirit and discourage conservative voters.

Steve Lonegan has the right stuff to pull off a victory for Conservatism and America. Legally blind due to a childhood disease, Lonegan is a proven over-comer. Lonegan is former director of the New Jersey chapter of Americans for Prosperity, a tea party group. Thus, Lonegan is one of us.

We don't have the body of Snowden.  China and Russia gave Obama the middle finger, Obama, who promised to transform America; Obama, who has his talking points on Benghazi. He used the IRS to win his election. His DOJ is lying, and he's lying about snooping on the American people.  Some of us think Snowden is a hero.

After five years of Obama, with the economy still limping,  thanks to Obama's socialist cures, Fed Chairman Bernanke said the Fed might later in the year ease off on practically nothing interest rates.  His statement caused the stock market to nosedive. Where the economy would have been were it not the Fed's easy money policy, we shudder to think.

Something capitalist Henry Ford said comes to mind. "If you think you can you can. If you think you can't you can't.”   By thinking he could, Ford changed the world for the better.  By thinking you can't, and you must depend of government, you get socialism, zero rights, and poverty.

This brings me to Einstein, who revealed mathematically that if one could travel at the speed of light time would come to a standstill and space would shrink to naught.  What would you have left?  Einstein figured vibrations.  Vibrations are represented by numbers.  The ancients used numbers  to explain the makeup of the universe and man’s place.

Light travels in waves. Water waves and air waves require a medium. Light waves travel in a vacuum. In physics lab experiments, when light waves are observed they change into particles, something physical. Einstein's mathematics merely point out our state of consciousness, which is not in the time-space consortium.  It's a quality—when time is at a standstill and space shrinks to naught.

Merton brought us to know  “unintended consequences.”  He called it the self-fulfilling prophecy. “The self-fulfilling prophecy is, in the beginning, a false definition of the situation evoking a new behavior which makes the original false conception come 'true'. This specious validity of the self-fulfilling prophecy perpetuates a reign of error. For the prophet will cite the actual course of events as proof that he was right from the very beginning.”  Yes indeed, we do make our reality, which brings me to my point.

It was a dismal epoch in Delano, CA. The goal of the infamous Delano Grape Boycott was to force unionization of the farm workers to improve their pay and working conditions while subjugating their employers.

The majority of the workers were Americans of Mexican descent, plus documented immigrants and illegals. They have a certain love of the soil and a sense of true beauty and artistry that benefited California agriculture for generations. They could draw the best out of a grape vine or a fruit tree or make a broken down tractor hum.

They are also Roman Catholic from the time Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared to Juan Diego in 1531 Mexico and freed them from the despotism of Aztec rulers. As many as 300,000 victims were sacrificed every year to Aztec gods until Our Lady fulfilled an ancient Aztec prophecy on the Hill of Tepeyac.

Working conditions and treatment of employees varied with the nature and character of the farm owners, but they largely cared for their employees as much as any other employer. Sanitary conditions and other aspects of toiling in the hot sun have been vastly improved. Many migrate north following the harvests each year, often making their lives difficult save for growers’ labor camps. Many of the growers are also Roman Catholic. Their Church leaders stood against them, adding to the chaos caused by well-trained and funded leftist community organizers.

The United Farm Workers was formed around Fred Ross’ Communist tactics taught to Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta when in New Mexico. Seeking union organization of the workers, the UFW was quickly embraced by Democrat politicians and church leaders of several denominations. They came by the busload from UFW headquarters, they marched, they threatened, they destroyed and they carried banners of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Che Guevara.

Josephine from Earlimart, California, just north of Delano organized a group of farm working mothers she called “Mothers Against Chavez.” Today I call them “The Hispanic Tea Party.” As meetings were held in churches with special services and processions for the fledgling UFW, the Mothers tried to participate and express their feelings about the tactics of the UFW organizers. They were rebuffed and not even allowed in church halls. After all, the Kennedy’s and noted church leaders were on the side of the UFW. Leftist defined Social Justice, you know.

Mothers Against Chavez drew some financial support from a man who flew in on his Learjet, according to her son Tony, who was 12 at the time and carrying a sign in the photo. A short time later, his jet crashed and killed all aboard.

History has a strange way of working things out. Josephine’s “Hispanic Tea Party” – Mothers Against Chavez, losing its benefactor in a plane crash never succeeded in stopping the UFW as it grew to around 350,000 members to the joy of leftists and Democrats all the way to Washington, DC with a lot of taxpayer dollars. Almost the same number of victims the Aztecs sacrificed every year to assure their food supply.

The UFW has failed to win repeated elections at farms and food processing plants whose workers were well treated. UFW is now down to less than 5,000 members – a drop of over 98%. Dolores Huerta still runs things. She still receives accolades for service to humanity through her failed union - even named to the list of “Top 100 Women of the 20^th Century.”

You won’t find a word about Josephine Gabaldon, the God-fearing Founder of the “Hispanic Tea Party” – Mothers Against Chavez. Maybe some day when we are free again under our Constitution they’ll name a school or a boulevard for her.

Her son Tony, who marched with her and saw the injustices of the left is today a successful communications specialist, father of 4, including a little girl he and his now late wife adopted 4 years ago. Tony is a staunch Republican who cajoles his relatives and co-workers to wake up.

I know – Tony is my friend and his little girl is my Goddaughter. She loves having tea parties with Nana and our dog Emily. Emily enjoys the special treatment and dutifully drinks her cup of tea. And life goes on.

In the year I was born, 1925, in possible violation of the Fourth Amendment, like a lot of other acts of Congress in disregard of our rights, Congress gave the IRS the authority to examine our personal records for income tax purposes.  I mean really folks, don’t  you know who Congress is for?

The Supreme Court had sanctioned federal income tax.  So what? As a matter of record, the Supreme Court, while sanctioning federal income tax, wrote: “Under the seeming exercise of the taxing power, the taxing statute is so arbitrary as to compel the conclusion that it was not the exertion of taxation, but the confiscation of property, or is so wanting in basis for classification as to produce such a gross and patent inequity as inevitably to lead to the same conclusion,” it is not tax. It is confiscation of property. That’s not talk. It is the law.  I was born to deal with it. While I still can, I’m going to advise you.

You are letting government regulate you out of existence, and to learn every move you make, while the government is secretly screwing you blind. Why you people have allowed this is beyond me.  I’m from another world.

Unprepared for what was to come, on September 6, 1974, Director of Internal Revenue Ervin B. Osborn wrote me. I had had the audacity to inform  Attorney General William B. Saxbe that federal income tax was unconstitutional. In his letter, Mr. Osborn informed me that the Sixteenth Amendment, “which was passed by Congress in 1909 and finally ratified by three-fourths of the states in 1913, provides….I assume that Congress has the power to tax total income at a given level.”  Really!  Mr. Osborne thereby indicated that I had nothing to say about the amount of tax on my income. For no particular reason, Mr. Osborne informed me that he was going to audit me. He spent a week in my home going through my records and left claiming that I failed to report $5,000 in income. That should have told me I made a mistake in expressing my idea of the law to the attorney general.  But no, Mr. Osborne could say anything he wanted to say. Making me pay was quite another matter.  As it turned out Mr. Osborne paid.  He was forced to admit to the world that he was wrong on the front page of The Palm Beach Post.

Who was I?  I want you to know that I was a nobody with the ability to write a letter to the nation’s top cop, and the money to buy a postage stamp.   I talk to the people who enforce the law.  They don’t tell me the law. I tell them the law, including the Attorney General of the United States.

Questionably, Congress can’t get a straight answer out of the IRS.  What does that tell you?  They are playing games and you are the victim.  You’ve got to personally know the law. Don’t take anyone’s word for it!   You could be in big trouble.

You need to know the government’s position and go from there. The government’s holds that the constitutional scheme of separation of powers, and the deference owed by the federal judiciary to the other two branches of government within that scheme, present an absolute bar to taxpayer suits challenging the validity of federal spending programs. The government views such suits as involving no more than the mere disagreement by the taxpayer “with the uses to which tax money is put.”   Really!  In Flast v. Cohen, said the court, “An analysis of the function served by standing limitations compels a rejection of the government’s position.”

“The fundamental aspect of standing is that it focuses on the party seeking to get his complaint before a federal court and not on the issues he wishes to have adjudicated.” 

However, unless you happen to be someone who does not affect the scheme of unlimitedly taxing the masses, the courts wave you off.

Here’s one case of someone who didn’t affect the masses, the Missouri, Kansas &Texas Ry. Co. The Supreme Court, regarding the tax affecting this corporation:  “A tortured construction of the Constitution is not to be justified by recourse to extreme examples of reckless congressional spending which might occur it courts could not prevent expenditures which, even if they could be thought to effect any national purpose, would be possible only by action of a legislature lost to all sense of public responsibility.”  Why wouldn’t the Court take the same position in my case? The MKT had no rights.    Remember that the Supreme Court sanctioned black slavery.  Really folks, do you want another civil war? You are witness to the fact that  as one of the mass of taxpayers you don’t get anywhere in the scheme of things.  You’ve allowed government to paint itself into a corner.  Your government is out of control.  Only we the people can take control and save our nation.  The law is the right answer.   If I could force the law on the IRS so can you.

Enough of ancient wisdom has survived to suggest a basis on which to build new methods of analyzing our current situation, keeping in mind that the old guard is desperate.     I’ve good news. A new paradigm is in the making for you.  The ancients, due to my birth date and place I was born, gave me the ability to understand the subtle workings of the universe.  I could be the person to bring back ancient wisdom.  I psychically separate the true from the false and can bring new ideas to a waiting world.  All my dreams have come true, but in spite of all that I know what I offer is a hard sell. Facebook Submits to Islam and Tyranny

Over the past few days, Facebook has unleashed a complete assault on the Constitution of the United States.  Apparently, the first amendment is null and void at Facebook Corporate.  It appears that “..freedom of speech” and “..freedom of the press” are merely antiquated notions that have passed their prime, as well as their expiration dates. 

We have received several statements from administrators of various educational pages that focused on the subject matter of Islam.  Administrators, as well as guests were utterly shocked when they logged into their Facebook accounts and discovered that their pages had just “disappeared” without reason, nor explanation.  Well, not exactly without reason…

There has been a massive campaign in progress by various muslim organizations and individuals to get these pages removed for quite some time now.  We found this pagedating back to 2010 instructing muslims on techniques of how to get pages they perceived as “anti-Islam” removed from Facebook.  We also uncovered a Facebook page entitled “We Want Facebook To Remove All Groups & Pages That Against Islam.”

The Schumer/Hoeven/Corker amendment is nearly 1,200 pages long, was just filed Friday afternoon, and will be voted on this Monday. We saw with Obamacare what happens when Congress rushes to pass such unwieldy legislation.

The Schumer/Hoeven/Corker “border security” amendment to the deal doesn’t require that the border actually be secured, nor does it require any security enhancements before legalization occurs.

This legislation makes the same mistake of the 1986 amnesty — legalization today for the false promise of border security tomorrow. It will encourage more illegal immigration and must be stopped.

Whereas, our nation’s immigration system is broken and must be fixed.

Whereas, any immigration reform must lead with real border security first. Whereas, the Gang of Eight’s bill does not secure the border and gives amnesty to those here illegally.

Whereas, legal immigration should be supported and encouraged.

Resolved, I request the Senate reject the Gang of Eight’s bill and instead pass legislation that actually secures our border.

Something I always liked to do was discuss or even argue with liberals on the internet. One of my favorite places is Yahoo news where you can actually see how the liberal mentality is. No matter what the liberals always love to claim its all Bush's fault. As one on the right it seems your the one who always has to back up your claims and you end up doing a lot of google searches. Recently I ran across some very interesting data. When bush took office the labor force was 143.8 million jobs. When Bush left office the labor force had grown to 154.655 million jobs. Thats over 10 million jobs created during Bush's terms in office.

The Bush tax cuts the liberals love to claim was for the rich but if we look at what the tax cuts accomplished we can see they was for the benefit of everyone. The tax cuts stimmulated the economy and created jobs which meant more people was working and not collecting unemployment, welfare, food stamps as well as created more income for the government. Lets look at taxes collected from 2003 when the tax cuts took effect to 2008 before Obama took office.

2003: 1.9 Trillion 2004: 2.0 Trillion 2005: 2.26 Trillion 2006: 2.5 Trillion 2007: 2.69 Trillion 2008: 2.74 Trillion

Now lets look at today. Since Obama been in office the job force has grown to 155.658 million jobs. In over four years obama has created only 1.003 million jobs. When Bush took office the median house hold income was 42,800. When he left office the median house hold income was $54,983 according to the US Census Bureau. Familys were bringing in 12K more a year after eight years with Bush in office. As of may this year the median house hold income is down to $50,502. Thats $4K a year or $333 a month income cut for the average family. For the 2012 tax year the taxes collected was 2.3 trillion.

So was it really Bush's fault? I would have to say yes it was. Because of Bush people prospered and the government collected more revenue with less cost to taxpayers for less was spent on unemployment, welfare, food stamps. So in the end Bush is guilty of creating an enviroment where people could prosper.

Only problem is that MSNBC would never report on this so a typical internet liberal wont ever believe it.

Of all people, Hitler revealed the truth.  He was an occultist.   The so-called Aryan superman idea comes from the part of the world where civilization began.  Some of those ancient people, if not all, were demigods, the descendants of aliens of other worlds.  In Genesis 1:26, we read, “And God said, Let us make man in our image.”  Some of those aliens came here for something they wanted that we had and they didn’t. You can count on that.

There is evidence of flying saucers in Nazi Germany.  After the defeat of Nazi Germany, Nazi rocket scientists were brought to the United States. Soon after their arrival, flying saucers appeared in American skies.  One crashed near Roswell, New Mexico.  The biggest cover-up in history began.  Rest assured that the United States is getting something these aliens have that it wants.  It is something for something. It is not for your benefit or mine.  It is for control.  

But getting  back to the beginning of civilization, there were priests who gave us the zodiac, a map of the heavens. Those priests knew advanced mathematics. They geometrized the universe.  They gave us personal characteristics. They predicted events.  They predicted the coming of Jesus, the king of Jews. These were the “three wise men” from the east.

The Jews wanted no part of this man of peace.  They envisioned a conqueror who would drive out the Romans.  They were of the Aryan mindset.  From the idea of peaceful co-existence and the conqueror idea, we Americans remain divided.  Nazi Germany was not defeated. It merely went underground.  They are in control.

In The Rising Sign, astrologer Jeanne Avery, under “Aquarius Rising,” my sign: “He may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries….He is not one to hide his light under a bushel. The need for constant variety and freedom can bring fascinating experiences into his life, yet he can be unpredictable to the extreme.”  Read about this person in my book, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012.  I’m that person.

In Matthew 6, we read Jesus saying, “in earth as it is in heaven….But seek ye first the kingdom of God.”  He said the kingdom of God is in you.  Were God in heaven, it would take an authority to know what God wants of us, an Aryan—a conqueror.   

Keeping in mind that I’m politically conservative, Jesus said that there would be signs in the sun, moon and stars; and that there would be distress among the nations (Luke 21:25).  And when these things come to pass, said Jesus,  the Son of man would come (Luke 21:27). He said to know that the kingdom of God would be on hand (Luke 21:28). “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man”  (Luke 21:36)  

Do liberal Democrats want peace or do they want an Aryan conqueror? I go along with Jesus.  I’m a man of peace.

My title today was the headline in The Palm Beach Post on December 6, 1986. The story began with, “Joseph W. Smith Jr. (me) is convinced he’ll never have any peace as long as he’s a taxpayer and the Internal Revenue Service exists.”

In the article, Holger Euringer, IRS public relations officer: “We did make numerous mistakes in the collection procedure. We are very sorry and we apologize.”

The article goes on to detail the “mistakes,” including the violation of a Tax Court order and the violation of a U.S. District Court order.  The IRS was sorry for obstruction of justice? The article tells of the IRS going to my bank and seizing every cent in my checking account.  All it took was a piece of paper, which did not even include a signature, to rob my wife and I of our rent and grocery money.  The P.B.P. article ends with this admission: “Euringer said the Nov. 5 bank account levy was a mistake.”   This kind of government mistake is what puts people on the street. And what kind of people?  Working people struggling to exist.

Well, we're not perfect. Sometimes these "mistakes" happen. But think of the overall good your government is doing. Said Senator Bob Graham in a letter to me:The IRS is allowed to use "draconian" means in the collection procedure.  Do say? I was a trouble maker--a "tax protester" trying to get out of paying my "fair" share of the tax burden, said Senator Graham and other liberal Democrats--the kind that would push grandma over a cliff.

 Aside from the fact that I was a political conservative making waves, my wife and I were two average citizens struggling to exist. I was age 69, with a heart condition.  My doctor told me I'd probably be having open-heart surgery within five years. My wife was 59, a medical secretary, was just diagnosed with cancer when the IRS letter arrived.   But never mind this, I was a racist white man.  Latino women make better judges.  Obama put a Latino woman on the Supreme Court to judge me.

The Tea Party complains about being singled out. Here this: The Democrats had me red tagged as a tax protester. In 1994, the IRS went on a witch hunt to find tax protesters.  I was retired, so the IRS, with nothing to go on, informed my wife’s employer that it was going to garnish her wages for unpaid income tax. She received a letter from the IRS telling her that unless she immediately paid $35,000 in unpaid income tax, penalty and interest, the IRS was authorized to seize our home, and anything else we owned in payment of the tax.  This is actually what they do to individuals who make waves.  

The Fifth Amendment, besides giving the IRS the right to say nothing in a congressional hearing, gives us due process of law. The U.S. District Court refused to hear the case. Think of this. The IRS had already violated two court orders.  Taxpayers going to court under the due process clause of the Fifth amendment is a joke. As far as average Americans are concerned, the IRS can do no wrong. There is nothing you can do about it, right?

With nothing to go on, my wife, the victim of an IRS fraud--without even being allowed to be heard, I guess that aught to tell you what liberal Democrats are about. My Republican Congressman intervened.  It was an IRS mistake. 

Think of the stress this typical Democrat stunt needlessly causes.  Obama is literally  killing us. Which is the bigger of the two threats to your freedom, the United States or international terrorism?  The United States, for security reasons, is secretly taking actions that threaten your freedom—such as the IRS' out-and-out robbery of the working people of America; such as gathering information on everything you do; such as attempting to take your guns; such as lying about everything.  And you depend on your government to correct these wrongs? Just cool it and let them get to the bottom of this? Are you kidding? The majority of the voters love what the your government is doing.  To them, "There but for the grace of God go I."

I believe God helps those who help themselves. The proof is in the pudding. My dreams have come true, thanks to the generosity of the American people, and no thanks to government.  The least I can do is tell you the truth about government entitlement.

Brother and sister patriots, this is it. This is the big one. If we lose this battle, it is game over unless God intervenes. America as founded will be over. Democrats and socialist/progressives will rule forever. Therefore, this is the Tea Party issue of our times. I am talking about the passing of the Amnesty Bill.

The reason and urgency to pass amnesty is rooted in a big fat lie. Democrats and their cohorts in the mainstream media have convinced Republicans that Hispanics hate them. The Democrat's and MSM's tag-team lie is if Republicans do not pass amnesty, the Republican Party is over. Folks, the truth is the polar opposite. Amnesty for over 12 million illegals will usher in the end of the Republican Party, create mega-millions of new democrat voters and secure a new socialist/progressive America.

Alcoholics Anonymous defines insanity as doing the same things over and over again expecting a different result. Back in 1986 the government granted amnesty for 3 million illegals. In exchange, the government promised to secure the border. They said this would fix the illegal immigration problem.

They never secured the border. So now we have not just 3 million, but over 12 million illegals. The federal government lied to us back then and they are lying to us today.

Talk about deja vu all over again, it is horrifyingly clear that the lying deceitful Judases selling us this crock-of-excrement bill know border security “ain't happenin'” this time around, either. As I stated, government lied about securing the border in 1986 and they are lying about securing it again. The betrayal by our Republican leaders of you good folks, decent hard working Americans truly angers and sickens me.

We need to hold their feet to the fire – be relentless extremely annoying thorns in their sides and force the Republicans to say no to amnesty.

Also, I was shocked upon discovering this tidbit of U.S. History. Republicans owned California before the granting of amnesty in 1986. Today, California is owned by the Democrats and far leftists. So, why would the Republicans expect a different result this time around?

Sadly, we are being played and betrayed from all sides. Republicans, Democrats, so-called Conservatives and Libertarians are working together, selling out our country for various selfish reasons.

Judas sold-out Jesus for thirty pieces of silver, Esau sold his birthright for a bowl of beans and many political leaders who pledged loyalty to the Tea Party (We The People) have sold us out for frivolous rewards in DC. I am talking high school nonsense such as a desire to be liked by certain powerful people, praise from the mainstream media and invites to “A” list Washington DC parties. Yes folks, their reasons for betraying us are just that simple, absurd and disgusting.

Remember the passion you felt fighting Obama-care? That passion must be rekindled to fight the Amnesty Bill. Republicans have proven that they can not be trusted to do right by us or the country. Thus, they must be forced to do the right thing – to say “H--- No!” to this insanity.

Flood your representatives with calls and emails. It is time to rally like never before. We must rally in numbers so huge that Republicans can not ignore our extreme displeasure with their planned amnesty. While maintaining the dignity, peaceful and lawful behavior characteristic of our Tea Party movement, we must force politicians to experience the full force of We The People at work.

“You’ve got to understand that they are trying to find the likes of me,” stated my source. Pretty soon, no one is going to be talking to anybody, especially in the alternative media, even about the damn weather. They won’t risk it, and I’m not just talking about a risk to their careers, either. There has been a systematic method of intimidation with some known and even ‘approved’ media contacts, not just against them, but against their families,” he emphasized.

“Just give it two weeks at most, it will come out that no one will talk to the media,” he added. [Author note: See this article about AP CEO confirming their sources won't talk anymore, dated 19 June 2013]. “But let me give you some details about some things I was told too. I know this is second-hand information, but it was from someone in a position of authority to know, someone I trust, and someone who I expect to reveal to [name of elected official deleted] the true extent of what has and in some cases, still is taking place. This individual is preparing to disclose much, and has obtained legal counsel, but the problem is that one misstep could be fatal in a literal sense, and [this source] knows that. If not fatal, there are other legal challenges, especially under a corrupt judiciary. By the time this appears in print, the disclosures will likely have already been made, just not made public.”

The Holder hammer & the Chicago plumbers

“The revelation last month that the Justice Department seized two months of telephone records from the Associated Press (AP) last year is only a small part of the story. The public admission is that the Holder Justice Department obtained only telephone records from three locations, something like 20 lines, and records of calls from the House press gallery for about two months. That’s one of the biggest lies ever told,” stated my source.

“The truth is that it was not limited to AP, and not limited to just number identification and call duration, but was an extensive and active wiretapping operation that included every reporter’s telephone conversations, landline and cell, text messages from their personal and business cellular telephones and other electronic devices. The primary focus is on the press gallery, where everything was monitored in real time.”

“Not only were the communications of reporters compromised, so were the private communications of congressmen and their aides. Listen to what I am saying,” he stressed, “the operation was much larger than anyone can imagine. Recordings, actual voice recordings, were turned over to the Obama administration, along with transcripts of texts, other communications and contacts.”

“NSA assets were used, with the NSA acting as the collection agency for their intermediate client, the DHS. Then, at the highest levels of DHS, they sifted through the information collected. But the ultimate client or recipient of the information was the Obama White House. I don’t know if other agencies were involved in sorting through the material, but DHS, and this was limited to the highest of levels at DHS under the personal direction of Janet Napolitano, provided volumes of data directly to the Obama administration. One person inside the administration I know received the data was Valerie Jarrett,” he stated.

“The other part of the lie is that this operation lasted only two months. That’s a lie. It went on well into late last year, was halted shortly after the election, but then picked back up sometime in January,” he said. Something happened in January where there appeared to be another active wiretapping operation started, but this one appeared to be more focused, or more limited in scope. Maybe, and I’m just guessing here based on some of the things I heard, that the Obama people had narrowed their interests based on the fruits of the previous operation.”

Now the ‘Holder hammer’ is coming down on anyone who opens their mouth, or previously leaked any information that could have been or be detrimental to Obama. I can tell you that Valerie Jarrett is working, out of the White House, with DHS and other agencies to co-ordinate their efforts with Justice,” the latter a reference to the Eric Holder Justice Department. “At the same time, on the media side, there is a ‘plumbers team’ headed out of Chicago, with a long reach to the New York and Washington press correspondents. So they are not only going after those on the inside, but the journalists from the other side.”

“The intimidation factor is huge if a media contact is outside of a small circle of ‘vetted’ journalists who are completely loyal to Obama and his agenda. If you are not part of that inner circle, you are a target, it’s that simple. You are seeing the formation of a state-run media and an administration that will intimidate, punish or prosecute anyone considered unfriendly to the Obama camp from the inside and the outside. Like I said, this also involves elected officials, their staffs and even in some cases, their families. And it is all being done under the color of authority and the pretext of national security,” he added.

Loyalty to the man, not the office

It was at this point I asked my source, what were or are they looking for?

“Anything and everything,” he responded. “Obviously, it’s about loyalty to the man, damn the country and damn the law. Protect the man and the agenda, which is not just his agenda, but the people who put him in office.”

Like who? I asked.

“Who benefits? This is about dismantling the United States and nothing less. This is about foreign interests who have taken over our government without a shot. Look at Syria and our economy, both issues that are expected, at least as discussed within DHS,  to play out this year. You had it correct on both counts when you wrote about our involvement in Syria, by way of weapons shipments from Benghazi, to open another war. You also had it correct when you wrote about the killing of the U.S. Dollar. You want to know how I know this? Because the blowback from those two issues alone, one foreign and the other domestic, are what DHS is gearing up for in our ‘homeland,’” he stated.

“Unless there are enough people who wake up fast enough, we will become involved in a war in Syria, with boots on the ground, facing not only Syrian troops but Russian forces. There will be blowback here in the United States. Along with this, you will see the U.S. dollar ‘collapse’ as the reserve currency, and social uprisings here in the U.S. over both. It will be DHS teamed with other federal agencies who will meet, with force, the uprisings. There will be chaos here, but it is expected to be different depending upon where you are at. Big cities will have the most problems, and plans are being made to cordon off cities and restrict travel at the time when these uprisings start. I really didn’t want to use this phrase, but expect martial law to be used ‘for the security’ of those affected by the turmoil.”

“Then, you will see the internet being regulated in a manner that will serve only the agenda of this administration. Either right before or during these events, so-called citizen journalists will be particularly vulnerable. Watch for a serious crackdown of bloggers, online news publications and websites, but not in the way that will be immediately obvious. The ‘plumbers team’ have coordinated their efforts with Internet Service Providers to identify the people like you and others who publish their information on web sites. At first they will cite violations of terms of service. Then, they will select a few ‘troublemakers’ and identify them for criminal prosecution. Others will experience hacking and other electronic attacks. And during all of that, there will be the Obama team flooding the internet with misinformation and disinformation. In fact, that is already taking place.”

During our conversation, I started to ask about certain journalists and bloggers who died, either from ‘natural causes’ or in accidents, suicides, and under other strange circumstances. My source interrupted before I could finish my question.

“Don’t even go there, don’t bother asking me, because I just don’t know, he stated in a rather agitated manner. I do have my suspicions about one, maybe two who got a bit too close to the truth and foolishly trusted certain people, but I really don’t know for sure.”

So, what will all of this look like, I asked, when it all comes down.

“I’ve thought about that myself, and have seen some DHS documents outlining different scenarios. Maybe not what you think,” he replied. “Outside of the rioting in certain urban areas, the low stocks at your local stores, and rationing of gas, maybe not as dire as you imagine. My best guess is a combination of the riots of the 1960′s along with the gasoline rationing of the 1970′s, at least at first. Once people who want to save the country, those with good intentions begin to organize, it will become incrementally worse,” he stated.

“Like a car careening off a cliff, but not hitting the bottom right away. It will hit jagged edges first, each time suffering more damage. Each blow will be worse than the next.”

Centralization

“Let me try to sum it up for you. It’s getting late, and I mean it’s getting late this morning and late for our country. This is all about centralization of power and pursuing an agenda that makes no sense or has any benefit to the United States.  All of the things we are seeing are related. The IRS, Syria, Benghazi, the NSA, and just about everything you can name is about one thing: the consolidation of power and the centralization of authority. This party did not start with Obama, and might not end with him either.”

I interjected my surprise at this point, noting that I thought the worst, like others, that we might not see another presidential election. “When did I mention anything about an election?”

“You’re not thinking big enough,” he admonished. Nobody is thinking big enough, or has been thinking at all, which is why we’re in this position. This is a global agenda, or an agenda of the global interests, the money interests. Do you think for one second that if a person, and I don’t give a damn who it is or what position they hold, becomes a liability to those interests that they wouldn’t get rid of them? Don’t you think those in power know this?

Cryptically, he spoke of Obama’s apparent infatuation with Abraham Lincoln and asked, rhetorically whether that means anything. A country that will fall into a civil war of sorts, and all of the things common to both. Does Obama know something, or feel something? Is that playing in to his desire for oaths only to him, and not the country? Think about it.”

Time frame

As we were parting, I felt a bit like Peter Falk playing Columbo in the 1970′s television series when I said that I had “just one more question.” When is all of this going to start?

What? He turned and looked at me as if I had uttered an insult.

“It’s already begun. You’re seeing it now. If you want to know a date when our money will tank, or when the war goes hot, or when you won’t be able to get food or gas, I can’t tell you, and I don’t think anyone can. But remember what I said before, about the metals taking a hit and something happening after that. Look at the metals market. The U.S. has very little gold. Everything you see is being manipulated, from the economy to the metals to foreign policy. I believe that most politicians know how dire things are, and most are clawing their way for a seat at the global table. But if I had to answer you, and I guess I will so you’ll let me leave, I’d look for something to happen in early July as a precursor to the more major events later in the summer or fall, maybe in October.”

“But don’t try to look at dates for answers, look at events, even the small ones. Remember, their objectives haven’t changed, only their plans to adapt to the right conditions. To the unaware, it will look like everything was just one big unfortunate coincidence.”

The Tea Party Patriots and folks in Tea Party dot Org, like the original Tea Partiers, are the hope for the Constitution

The important thing to remember about the Democrats, is that they are now operating by techniques which used to be the exclusive domain of the Communists.  That is the price we all pay, for the Democrat party being led by a Marxist in the White House, and a power-hungry ultra-feminist waiting to replace him.

If I was making a list of rules for these radicals, this rule would be number one:

There is always a hidden motive.

Now that they are fully under communist control, the Dems NEVER do something to be nice.  They do stuff to win.  And there is a REASON behind any action, or lack of action, and that reason is going to be something which you are not going to like, once you figure out what it is.

Fast forward to the IRS scandal.  It looks like a gift from God to the Tea Party.  Right?  Very convenient that they just outed themselves on that one, isn't it?  Maybe even a little strange that their head bad-girl, Lois Lerner, was the one who did the outing.   Kinda makes you wonder......

Wait.  Stop for just a minute and think.  Are the Democrats really going to just GIVE us a scandal?

Of course not.  Something is up.  Rule number one.  There is a hidden motive.

Now, it's easy to jump to the simple, conspiratorial explanations, like the Obama/Hillary axis trying to deflect from Benghazi.  And it may be fun to speculate, but we really shouldn't.  The Democrats love it when we put on our tinfoil hats.

I've been waiting a long time for a good explanation - not only of the politically dangerous Tea Party targeting by the IRS - a hugely risky move - but this even more.  WHY in Heavens name, did they out themselves on it, when it could have gone unnoticed for years?  And why did the mainstream media jump on it?  Very uncharacteristic, wasn't that?  Yes, but there was the AP scandal, too, which inflamed the media - RIGHT?  Well, yes.  But remember - the AP scandal was revealed by the Justice Department - which is a 100% minion of the White House.

So what the heck is going on?  Why did the White House suddenly decide to come clean on scandals?

I am going to offer a controversial hypothesis - that "coming clean" on these particular scandals, at this particular time, was built into their plan.

First - let's look at the bigger picture of the IRS scandal.

Peggy Noonan had a really great post on her blog, entitled "Where Was The Tea Party?"   Which referenced Stan Veuger's blog post, entitled "Yes, IRS harassment blunted the Tea Party ground game".  And the point which Stan makes, and which Peggy affirms, is that the Obama regime (I love to call them a "regime") took note of Sarah Palin's Tea Party explosion in 2010, and did everything to muffle the Tea Party in 2012.  And if you look at Stan's numbers, then it's clear that the IRS harassment succeeded in keeping the Tea Party down in 2012, and keeping Obama in power.  THAT is what they were trying to do.  AND IT WORKED.

Things are different now.  Why - the Tea Party is doing wonderfully.  Pundits across the political world are speaking of its "rise from the ashes" - even if grudgingly, in the case of liberals.

Have you noticed that the Democrat trolls are only a minor presence, compared to when Obama tried to ram through his gun control agenda?  It's as if they disappeared.  Well, let's be honest.  Do you really think we scared them off?  Do you really think they just gave up?  Are they really all that afraid of us now?

I feel like slapping our collective side in the face and saying "WAKE UP!"

Of course not.

But if you're just a wee bit cynical, you do NOT need to reach for the tinfoil hat, to figure out what is going on.

The mid-term elections are coming up.  In the wake of IRS-gate, it looks like the Tea Party might actually do pretty well this time.  The smart money would say that Tea Party groups are going to help Republicans get a few seats this time.  Control of the Senate is even within the realm of possibility.

Wow.  Too bad it's not 2016.

And that, my friends, is exactly why our Democrat friends made ABSOLUTELY SURE that this scandal would come out precisely when it did, in early 2013, in precisely the way it did, after they CAREFULLY prepared for it.  Not in 2014, when it might result in an overwhelming Republican upset, but when the risk was minimal.  Not in 2015, either, when they might lose the White House because of it.  2013 is the safe bet.  It's like an insurance premium.  A cost of doing business.  Do something highly illegal - beyond the pale - to keep control of the White House in 2012.  Then get weaker in 2013, and lose a few seats in the House and Senate in 2014.  As few as possible.  But no matter what happens, don't risk 2016.

But there is something more than just them winning in 2016.  There is 2014.  Think about it.  It's almost as if the Democrats WANT the Tea Party to fire up in 2014, just like it did in 2010.

What's up with that?

Well, if Tea Party power really is cyclic, let's look at a sine wave.  Actually, this figure shows both a sin and a cosine, which are fundamentally related.

Conveniently, you can use the red and blue curves to represent Republicans and Democrats.  It's even calibrated right, in terms of 2 pi = 4 years.  The blue curve (Democrats) leads the red curve (Republicans) from left to right, which is also convenient for our purposes.  The curves don't mean exactly same things.  If they meant victories (high) and defeats (low), then the blue would just be a mirror image of red - red peak above blue valley.  No - in this case, red means Republican victory or defeat, but blue means what the Democrats are DOING to affect it - positive or negative.  They are LEADING the Republican results with what they are doing to SHAPE the outcome.  The exact lead is rough and variable, but the idea that it should lead on average by about a year is dictated by the 4 year presidential election cycle and the actual relationship of the curves.

Just consider the red curve.  That would be the Republicans, who are to a large extent dependent upon Tea Party turnout.  IF somebody wanted to engage in voter suppression tactics, then it's pretty easy to get noticed if they did it all the time.  That would be like trying to make the red curve never go above the middle, or like shifting it down by a level.  That would be something static like the old poll taxes, which doesn't change, and which people notice.  Somebody can fix it, and the advantage disappears.  But the Democrats have gotten very smart about voter suppression.  They realize that the best way to pull stuff on the Republicans is to vary it in TIME.  Do things OCCASIONALLY, or PERIODICALLY, and you can actually get away with it.  So now we not only have to look for dirty tricks - we have to look for fly-by-night dirty tricks.  ACORNs, anyone?  They're hot, dirty, and GONE in a flash.  And, of course, the IRS scandal.

The curves tell us that the Democrats will back off, or even use positives, to get the Republicans to peak in the most useless times, vis-à-vis control of the Executive branch.  Take the big blue peak in the middle as 2013.  That is right now.  The Democrats are doing stuff that lets the Republicans LOOK like they're OK.  And it will lead to the red curve peaking in 2014, or maybe just a wee bit early, so that the Republicans don't do TOO well.  So they feel complacent.  Hooray!  They just won.  They overcame the IRS scandal!  What a comeback!  Yeah, they just won the LOSER ELECTION - the mid-term that doesn't really control the runaway left-wing executive branch.  But yeah.  They won.

Watch what the blue curve does.  It starts heading down even as the election approaches, and once the Republicans win, it really dives, just as you would expect after the Democrats get "defeated" and have to get "serious".  Remember - the blue curve is not how they are doing - it's WHAT they're doing to the Republicans.  When it goes downward, it means that the Democrats are going increasingly negative in terms of what they do to the Republicans.  So this means that - starting RIGHT NOW, the next IRS-type voter suppression is ACTUALLY LAUNCHING.  Whatever the next big dirty trick is, it's about to start happening.  And it will kick in big time starting after the 2014 election.

The next dirty trick will be timed just like IRS-gate was.  Just like 2010 and 2011 were the big years for cheating to kill the Republicans in 2012, you can expect that the trick will unfold in 2014 and 2015 to kill the Republicans in 2016.  They want Hillary in there BADLY.  And they will offer a sacrifice to the Tea Party in 2013, for a good Republican showing in 2014, to accomplish that goal.

We thought that Hillary got out of the Obama administration so that she would be "free" from her Benghazi troubles.  Well, if this theory is correct, then it was actually so that Hillary can't be tainted by whatever HUGE scandal Obama is going to use next against Republicans and the Tea Party.  This way, the Obama administration can even do something which is 100% impeachment-worthy, and Hillary will be clean.

How do we stop it?  Don't get complacent in 2014.  That is when the new trick launches.  The Obama regime had great success moving illegal orders through the White House legal staff and the lawyers at the IRS, as well as using the unions to carry back-channel dirt, so keep your eyes on all of them.  By 2014, he will likely have some of his voodoo appointments in place, such as the horrible Hispanic commie racist Perez in Labor.  And we know that Eric Holder will still be there.  Expect some new nastiness to hit starting next year.

The media will try to help them.  When talk of the new scandal happens, the media will invoke "scandal fatigue".  This is just like the way that early inklings of IRS-gate were ignored in 2010.  Pretty slick, isn't it?  Use the Republican victory to mask the beginnings of the next Democrat deviousness, because the media is so easily led by public sentiment.  If the Republicans are doing well, it's not "fair" to go after the Democrats.

Bottom line:  The Democrats are WAY past their old tactic of controlling the explosion.  They are actually shaping the explosion.  They are even timing the explosion.  They are getting extremely good at "using" - if you will - the  element teapartium.  They used to just use it to inflame their base.  And they will still do that.  But they've gone way beyond using the Tea Party as just a negative boogeyman.  Now, they're using us as a power source for their own purposes - as a component in their cyclic engine of presidential re-election.

Translation:  The Obama Democrats have figured out how to lock the Republicans into the chump cycle.

Well, friends - it's high time we put a raw potato up their tailpipe, and a little sugar in their gas tank.  And maybe yank out a control rod or two.  After all, what's July 4th without a bit of fireworks?

Translation:  Break the cycle.  Disrupt the next evil trick.  Tie Hillary to it, and make her go down with it.

"...our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor..."

It was a glorious morning. The sun was shining and the wind was from the southeast. Up especially early, a tall, bony, redheaded young Virginian found time to buy a new thermometer, for which he paid three pounds, fifteen shillings. He also bought gloves for Martha, his wife, who was ill at home.

Thomas Jefferson arrived early at the statehouse. The temperature was 72.5: and the horseflies weren't nearly so bad at that hour. It was a lovely room, very large, with gleaming white walls. The chairs were comfortable. Facing the single door were two brass fireplaces, but they would not be used today.

The moment the door was shut, and it was always kept locked, the room became an oven. The tall windows were shut, so that loud quarreling voices could not be heard by passersby. Small openings atop the windows allowed a slight stir of air, and also a large number of horseflies. Jefferson records that "the horseflies were dexterous in finding necks, and the silk of stocking was as nothing to them." All discussion was punctuated by the slap of hands on necks.

On the wall at the back, facing the President's desk, was a panoply--consisting of a drum, swords, and banners seized from Fort Ticonderoga the previous year. Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold had captured the place, shouting that they were taking it "in the name if the Great Jehovah and the Continental Congress!"

Now Congress got to work, promptly taking up an emergency measure about which there was discussion but no dissension. "Resolved: That an application be made to the Committee of Safety of Pennsylvania for a supply of flints for the troops at New York."

Then Congress transformed itself into a committee of the whole, The Declaration of Independence was read aloud once more, and debate resumed. Though Jefferson was the best writer of all of them, he had been somewhat verbose. Congress hacked the excess away. They did a good job, as a side-by-side comparison of the rough draft and the final text shows. They cut the phrase "by a self-assumed power." "Climb" was replaced by "must read," then "must" was eliminated, then the whole sentence, and soon the whole paragraph was cut. Jefferson groaned as they continued what he later called "their depredations." "Inherent and inalienable rights" came out "certain unalienable rights," and to this day no one knows who suggested the elegant change.

A total of 86 alterations were made. Almost 500 words were eliminated, leaving 1,337. At last, after three days of wrangling, the document was put to a vote.

Here in this hall Patrick Henry had once thundered: "I am no longer a Virginian, Sir, but an American." But today the loud, sometimes bitter argument stilled, and without fanfare the vote was taken from north to south by colonies, as was the custom. On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was adopted.

There were no trumpets blown. No one stood on his chair and cheered. The afternoon was waning and Congress had no thought of delaying the full calendar of routine business on its hands. For several hours they worked on many other problems before adjourning for the day.

Much to lose

What kind of men were the 56 signers who adopted the Declaration of Independence and who, by their signing, committed an act of treason against the Crown? To each of you the names Franklin, Adams, Hancock, and Jefferson are almost as familiar as household words. Most of us, however, know nothing of the other signers. Who were they? What happened to them?

I imagine that many of you are somewhat surprised at the names not there: George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Patrick Henry. All were elsewhere.

Ben Franklin was the only really old man. Eighteen were under 40; three were in their 20s. Of the 56, almost half--24--were judges and lawyers. Eleven were merchants, 9 were land-owners and farmers, and the remaining 12 were doctors, ministers, and politicians.

With only a few exceptions, such as Samuel Adams of Massachusetts, these were men of substantial property. All but two had families. The vast majority were men of education and standing in their communities. They had economic security as few men had in the 18th century.

Each had more to lose from revolution than he had to gain by it. John Hancock, one of the richest men in America, already had a price of 500 pounds on his head. He signed in enormous letter so "that his Majesty could now read his name without glasses and could now double the reward." Ben Franklin wryly noted: "Indeed we must all hang together, otherwise we shall most assuredly hang separately." Fat Benjamin Harrison of Virginia told tiny Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts: "With me it will all be over in a minute, but you, you will be dancing on air an hour after I am gone."

These men knew what they risked. The penalty for treason was death by hanging. And remember: a great British fleet was already at anchor in New York Harbor.

They were sober men. There were no dreamy-eyed intellectuals or draft card burners here. They were far from hot-eyed fanatics, yammering for an explosion. They simply asked for the status quo. It was change they resisted. It was equality with the mother country they desired. It was taxation with representation they sought. They were all conservatives, yet they rebelled.

It was principle, not property, that had brought these men to Philadelphia. Two of them became presidents of the United States. Seven of them became state governors. One died in office as vice president of the United States. Several would go on to be U.S. Senators. One, the richest man in America, in 1828 founded the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. One, a delegate from Philadelphia, was the only real poet, musician and philosopher of the signers (it was he, Francis Hopkinson--not Betsy Ross--who designed the United States flag).

Richard Henry Lee, a delegate from Virginia, had introduced the resolution to adopt the Declaration of Independence in June of 1776. He was prophetic is his concluding remarks:

"Why then sir, why do we longer delay? Why still deliberate? Let this happy day give birth to an American Republic. Let her arise not to devastate and to conquer but to reestablish the reign of peace and law. The eyes of Europe are fixed upon us. She demands of us a living example of freedom that may exhibit a contrast in the felicity of the citizen to the ever increasing tyranny which desolates her polluted shores. She invites us to prepare an asylum where the unhappy may find solace, and the persecuted repose. If we are not this day wanting in our duty, the names of the American legislators of 1776 will be placed by posterity at the side of all of those whose memory has been and ever will be dear to virtuous men and good citizens."

Though the resolution was formally adopted July 4, it was not until July 8 that two of the states authorized their delegates to sign, and it was not until August 2 that the signers met at Philadelphia to actually put their names to the Declaration.

William Ellery, delegate from Rhode   Island, was curious to see the signers' faces as they committed this supreme act of personal courage. He saw some men sign quickly, "but in no face was he able to discern real fear." Stephen Hopkins, Ellery's colleague from Rhode Island, was a man past 60. As he signed with a shaking pen, he declared: "My hand trembles, but my heart does not."

"Most glorious service"

Even before the list was published, the British marked down every member of Congress suspected of having put his name to treason. All of them became the objects of vicious manhunts. Some were taken. Some, like Jefferson, had narrow escapes. All who had property or families near British strongholds suffered.

Francis Lewis, New York delegate, saw his home plundered and his estates, in what is now Harlem, completely destroyed by British soldiers. Mrs. Lewis was captured and treated with great brutality. Though she was later exchanged for two British prisoners through the efforts of Congress, she died from the effects of her abuse.

William Floyd, another New York delegate, was able to escape with his wife and children across Long Island Sound to Connecticut, where they lived as refugees without income for seven years. When they came home, they found a devastated ruin.

Phillips Livingstone had all his great holdings in New York confiscated and his family driven out of their home. Livingstone died in 1778 still working in Congress for the cause.

Louis Morris, the fourth New York delegate, saw all his timber, crops, and livestock taken. For seven years he was barred from his home and family.

John Hart of Trenton, New Jersey, risked his life to return home to see his dying wife. Hessian soldiers rode after him, and he escaped in the woods. While his wife lay on her deathbed, the soldiers ruined his farm and wrecked his Homestead. Hart, 65, slept in caves and woods as he was hunted across the countryside. When at long last, emaciated by hardship, he was able to sneak home, he found his wife had already been buried, and his 13 children taken away. He never saw them again. He died a broken man in 1779, without ever finding his family.

Dr. John Witherspoon, signer, was president of the College of New Jersey, later called Princeton. The British occupied the town of Princeton, and billeted troops in the college. They trampled and burned the finest college library in the country.

Judge Richard Stockton, another New   Jersey delegate signer, had rushed back to his estate in an effort to evacuate his wife and children. The family found refuge with friends, but a sympathizer betrayed them. Judge Stockton was pulled from bed in the night and brutally beaten by the arresting soldiers. Thrown into a common jail, he was deliberately starved. Congress finally arranged for Stockton's parole, but his health was ruined. The judge was released as an invalid, when he could no longer harm the British cause. He returned home to find his estate looted and did not live to see the triumph of the evolution. His family was forced to live off charity.

Robert Morris, merchant prince of Philadelphia, delegate and signer, met Washington's appeals and pleas for money year after year. He made and raised arms and provisions which made it possible for Washington to cross the Delaware at Trenton. In the process he lost 150 ships at sea, bleeding his own fortune and credit almost dry.

George Clymer, Pennsylvania signer, escaped with his family from their home, but their property was completely destroyed by the British in the Germantown and Brandywine campaigns.

Dr. Benjamin Rush, also from Pennsylvania, was forced to flee to Maryland. As a heroic surgeon with the army, Rush had several narrow escapes.

John Morton, a Tory in his views previous to the debate, lived in a strongly loyalist area of Pennsylvania. When he came out for independence, most of his neighbors and even some of his relatives ostracized him. He was a sensitive and troubled man, and many believed this action killed him. When he died in 1777, his last words to his tormentors were: "Tell them that they will live to see the hour when they shall acknowledge it [the signing] to have been the most glorious service that I rendered to my country."

William Ellery, Rhode Island delegate, saw his property and home burned to the ground.

Thomas Lynch, Jr., South Carolina delegate, had his health broken from privation and exposures while serving as a company commander in the military. His doctors ordered him to seek a cure in the West Indies and on the voyage He and his young bride were drowned at sea.

Edward Rutledge, Arthur Middleton, and Thomas Heyward, Jr., the other three South Carolina signers, were taken by the British in the siege of Charleston. They were carried as prisoners of war to St.   Augustine, Florida, where they were singled out for indignities. They were exchanged at the end of the war, the British in the meantime having completely devastated their large land holdings and estates.

Thomas Nelson, signer of Virginia, was at the front in command of the Virginia military forces. With British General Charles Cornwallis in Yorktown, fire from 70 heavy American guns began to destroy Yorktown piece by piece. Lord Cornwallis and his staff moved their headquarters into Nelson's palatial home. While American cannonballs were making a shambles of the town, the house of Governor Nelson remained untouched. Nelson turned in rage to the American gunners and asked, "Why do you spare my home?" They replied, "Sir, out of respect to you." Nelson cried, "Give me the cannon!" and fired on his magnificent home himself, smashing it to bits. But Nelson's sacrifice was not quite over. He had raised $2 million for the Revolutionary cause by pledging his own estates. When the loans came due, a newer peacetime Congress refused to honor them, and Nelson's property was forfeited. He was never reimbursed. He died, impoverished, a few years later at the age of 50.

Lives, fortunes, honor

Of those 56 who signed the Declaration of Independence, nine died of wounds or hardships during the war. Five were captured and imprisoned, in each case with brutal treatment. Several lost wives, sons or entire families. One lost his 13 children. Two wives were brutally treated. All were at one time or another the victims of manhunts and driven from their homes. Twelve signers had their homes completely burned. Seventeen lost everything they owned. Yet not one defected or went back on his pledged word. Their honor, and the nation they sacrificed so much to create, is still intact.

And, finally, there is the New Jersey signer, Abraham Clark. He gave two sons to the officer corps in the Revolutionary Army. They were captured and sent to the infamous British prison hulk afloat in New York harbor known as the hell ship "Jersey," where 11,000 American captives were to die. The younger Clarks were treated with a special brutality because of their father. One was put in solitary and given no food. With the end almost in sight, with the war almost won, no one could have blamed Abraham Clark for acceding to the British request when they offered him his sons' lives if he would recant and come out for the King and parliament. The utter despair in this man's heart, the anguish in his very soul, must reach out to each one of us down through 200 years with his answer: "No."

The 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence proved by their every deed that they made no idle boast when they composed the most magnificent curtain line in history. "And for the support of this Declaration with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor."

Before I share my thoughts regarding any attempt of an “armed protest” in Washington DC by anyone, I want to share a several important points that all should consider... The first is; in this article, I'm going to make some people really angry at me by saying what I am writing here in this article. Let me say right away that I'm sorry ahead of time for sounding offensive to some but there truly is no way to communicate effectively to those who need to hear what needs to be written without making some folks very upset. Secondly, the absolute seriousness of even considering and discussing such an issue of an “armed protest” put's me at greater risk of being murdered as was promised to me via a very corrupt cop in the City of Batavia, NY. Indeed, I am taking a huge personal risk in even undertaking such a discussion regarding the very topic of this article. As already a victim of a Filipina Migration Marriage Scammer here in the USA along with corrupted judges and lawyers along with a few others who conspired together in having(as I already shared) a Batavia, NY cop threaten my life, I have enough troubles in my life right now. That being said, I also want to tell you that I have come to the realization that unless the truth is told here, especially Biblical Truth, my children, grandchildren and their children may end up in a way much worse way then I am in already if I just stay silent. Lastly, I know this article is a couple of paragraphs longer than what I normally write each week. You may be enticed to skim over, or just look for “highlights” of my points. Please don't do that. Please take the time to read every word and everything I share here. In fact everything written is important and could easily be taken out of context if not read in it's entirety and completion.

As the many reports of U.S and it's State's Government's involvement in corruption, illegal activities, and tyranny continues to come to light by the minute, I want you to know that I took the time in my preparation for this particular article and my attention was brought to an important historical event that took place in our nation's history on March 5^th 1770. This was at a time when Britain’s King George III had nearly brought the American Colonies to an unbearable point of tyrannical rule including what we would refer to in our time, as a “Nanny and Police State.” While King George was engaged in the wide spread abuse of his “subjects” in the American Colonies on this particular date, a British soldier named Hugh White got in an argument with a young 11 year old boy. White at some point, thought it best to strike that unarmed child with the butt end of a musket during that argument. Historical accounts of the event also shows us that many of the colonists came out of their homes to confront the soldier and a near riot ensued. White and some other British soldiers shot and killed 5 Colonists who confronted White for striking the child. In the end of all things, the soldiers who killed the Colonists were arrested , however most of the soldiers were defended in court by Crown Loyalist attorneys(what we would call Democrats, RINO's and or Obama supporters today) and four of the six soldiers put on trial were thus acquitted. This event is what we American's today refer to in our schools as the Boston Massacre(well if American history is still being taught in our schools) and helped in leading(among other tyrannical events by the British Crown of that time) to the “American Revolution.” My point here ? My point here is two-fold actually--- first, I am sure that those five American Colonists that went out to confront the British soldier and who beat on that young boy had no thought they would ever be killed for the matter of demanding justice for a boy beat by a soldier(acting as law enforcement) but the 5 men killed were not afraid. Secondly, my other point is that we should all be absolutely aware that just as the day's of King George III, as it is (worse) now when wickedness rules and reigns, there is a cost, a very, very dear and serious cost for freedom from that of tyranny, even up to death of those who object and stand up to it.

This point of “death” brings me to this portion of the article... Once again before any consideration or discussion of any type of protest should ever be discussed, we need to get to what our nation according to what the founders and framers of the USA established and meant for the USA. From what I and many others can tell us after looking at how far away we have strayed as a nation from the Founding Father's meant for us, in all honesty, we are all nearly good as dead. I realize this is a very strong statement, however know what I mean by that statement...we have left God. This “God” is the One which most of our our Founding Father's believed in and wrote into many of our important documents including the Deceleration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. In fact, Those who signed the Deceleration of Independence acknowledged quite plainly that the whole premise of our freedom and basis for Natural Rights comes from the God of the the Christian Bible, not Kings nor men. If we abandon God, the Giver of our rights, who are we to deserve anything but slavery and death ? Most Americans not only do not realize this fact, they reject the very God our Founding Father's said that gives all “free men” these rights. We are a very sad and pitiful nation that is suffering of our own doing's. At present, we are in no condition, not only physically or mentally to fight evil, but most importantly we are far as well from spiritually right before the Lord to engage in any kind of warfare against evil and or tyranny. There is an absolute need to also realize that if there is ever going to even begin any hint of a discussion at all about the effectiveness or having an “armed protest”, one had better know the very condition not only their own soul but, also what is the primary goal of wanting more freedom ? Ask yourself right now; “is wanting to have my “freedom” to escape from tyranny so I can do more evil and engage in selfish acts away from God ?”, or is it to rid our nation of wickedness including that which lays within our selves ? Getting it yet ?

Sticking with the “theme” I suppose of “God”, and the desire and need of an armed protest, I wish to alert all the readers here and now, any attempt of any “armed protest”with this nation's current spiritual condition will only result in unnecessary bloodshed and as well, end in complete failure. Call me a “buzz kill” or a “kill joy” or any other number of names, I don't care. What kind of pastor and “man of God” would I be in endorsing the very notion of an armed protest believing and knowing that many of those who attended in protest and or serve as "law enforecemnt" protecting tyranny, may all very well be taken away from the event in body bags ? Don't kid yourselves people, without God going with us, any attempt to rescue this nation without the right spiritual condition of each person participating in such a protesst, will only end in a horrible disatster and make matters worse for everyone left behind. As they say, "I know that I know" what I share here is true. I say this because of not only my own walk of faith through Jesus Christ I have been in many "dark places"(including sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with former and current Communist rebels in the mountainous regions of the Philippines with no other American's with or near me for miles) that many of you have never experienced and I came through unscaved because the Lord was with me. I believe this way also because of the many messages and communications I have recieved from other Americans. I am sharing here specifically about the "statistics" portion of my blog. I see what words are used to find my articles. Among the most popular words typed into search engines to find my articles are the following typed words; "Where Are All The Godly Men ?" Apparently I am not alone in my beliefs regarding what should be our nation's priorities. People are looking for Godly(unafraid) men to get this nation back, not with hot-headed, beer guzzling, Playboy centerfold gazing, sports watching, Big Screen TV watching, "keyboard comando", and "wannabe patriots" holding guns.

There is so much evil, so much corruption in not only the Federal Government, but also in every State, County and local Government as well. Truly, our Government is a facade, it is mostly run by thousands and thousands of special intrest groups, corporate lobbyists and lawyers. Among the worst and guilty of corruption on the state level undoubredly New York State(isn't that correct corrupted Assemblyman Hawley and and Senator Razenhofer ?) and also California. Certainly though, corruption is at it's pinnacle in every level of government and in all three branches and every state. There are very few of those elected or not-elected officlas and government employee's that are not engaged in evil and corruption, even if they lie and cover it up(right corrupt N.Y. State Senator's Borelli ?). The very few good politicians that are in our government are impotent in getting us our nation back. They are to few and have no real power to change the corruption. I have been to DC, haave seen and witnessed the corruption with my own eyes(ask Congressman Chris Collins, he's guilty). For sure, It is not only I that has been violated by a crime perpetrated by an illegal alien and our so called Government(Eexcuitive, Legislative and Judicial Branches) covered it up. There are millions of us who have and continue to suffer injustice all day long in this nation, we who have been violated by our own terroristic Government are awake now. This being said, and as you sit there reading this article and despite being widely exposed for their corruption and illegal activities, corporations and busnesses with the "blessing" of our Government leaders, are poisioning your water, poisoning your food and increasingly moving American jobs overseas. If that isn't bad enough, our own Government leaders are fully engaged in "politics as usual" and engaged in corruption. These people have no shame, no one has been able to bring about negative consequences for them. They operate without fear because they protect one another and the cops/law enforcement helps hide their crimes. If you think that perhaps the media will help you, and if you don't know yet, you need to know what the media reports to us is of no good to many of us and is just as untrustowrthy as the Government. None are to be trusted with their tainted news reports not even that "Catholic Lawyer Channel"; Fox News Channel(Megyn Kelly's Feminist rants, Shepard Smith's pro homosexual remarks, the countless "RINO" guest commentators presented as "Conservatives", etc, etc...). We are the key to getting our nation back. What we do and how we do it will make all the difference in the world.

I am in the firm belief that a "armed protest" is needed. However, in the spiritual condition of many including my friends in 'Militia's", OathKeepers and other's with like minded beliefs, I can tell you that we have no one to trust but God Himself if we want our nation back. What we know is that we are being besieged with assults of tyrrany, but "going in circles" of debate and ignoring God's Biblical principles only wastes time, energy and resources. We know that by enaging in those types of "circles" the enmy of God and freedom only gets stronger and our nation get's worse. What our Founding Father's would have done by this time to rid the evil and of what we all currently suffer, cannot yet occur. We are no where near the amount of courageous and (real) Biblical and Godly men with "grapes" big enough to organize and lead a sucessful "armed protest" and confrontation of an evil army of DC police, national Guard and Government employee's; elected and non-elected. Nope, our nation lacks the moral fortitude to make a stand and make a real difference. As if corrupt politicians, lawyers, judges, cops, teachers, illegal aliens, and many, many like them aren't enough, our nation has to deal with supposed '"Christians" who continue their unbiblical persuit of religion, jesus butterfly's and :feel good" and "get rich" theologies, all the time evil tyrrany grows against us.

I want to finish this article by endorsing the idea of an armed protest, but state also that "not yet." Even with (evil)Muslims planning their September 11^th, 2013 "Million Muslim March", we must know who and what our enemy is. If God of the Bible is not for us, then He is against us. That being stated, If the armed protest is organized and led by real Godly men and women who love God of the Bible, their families and nation above and beyond themselves, count me in. That's right, I'm there, I will attend and happily show my support in both prayer and in openly confronting evil. That being said, I am putting my faith with my action in place as excatly what he Bible declares in James 2:17-20. I have read and apply the Bible, not as those others who at present are only calling for a "day of prayer and repentence" (without action), later on September 11^th of this year. These folks are those I mentioned in my artilce earlier... they serve a false jesus, a jesus that sat around and oly prayed about matters. The Biblical Jesus I and other like me serve not only prayed but He also acted upon those prayers. We are in a war and no man, no nation has ever won a war against evil by simply praying and also asking others to simply pray and repent of evil. Hitler was not removed that way, Communism was not removed that way in the Soviet Union and Obama,and his wicked and evil acting agents and protectors will not and cannot be removed that way either. As a historical reminder, It was on many occassions that our Founding Fathers called for "fasting and prayer" in their public proclamations but obviously through other historical accounts, they seen it was necessary to go against public oppinion of the majority of the colonists and take to war against evil, thus we had the action of the American Revolution. Those who believe such things as "we are only called to pray" are involved in religious "circles" and a job half-done as well as are foolish. We all know that a job half done, especially a Biblical job half-done, is a job not done at all, nor completed. God of the Bible is not interested in "jesus butterfly's", a job half done, or doing things without His guidwnce and direction. That's why I choose not align myself with "wanna be patriots" nor fake Christians either. I want to see a protest against evil as soon as possible, but not done in haste nor headed by those who hate God or simply use the name of God for personal favor or gain of finances or glory(like Jay Sekulow, the ACLJ and others who have made themselves millionaires on the backs of us Christians who suffer injustice or hyping people up in making cold-hard cash while telling people we need to save Christmas Trees for public displays).

I hope I have communicated effectively several important points not only why we need that there is a need for an armed protest, but also and equally important, what many American's(both men and women) need to do personally and as well corprtaetley need Jesus in their hearts first so they can realize the protests to be really effective and come to fruition. This nation is in big, big trouble. Our Government(s) are saturated and dripping in tyrrany and corruption but let's all be honest here, we allowed it because we left "our first love" of Jesus Christ, who is also the Prime Director and Driver of what our Founding Father's believed in and placed at head of our nation..To get our nation back, the focus should be on ourselves getting God back to the "head" again, and everything else will fall into place soon after.
