Here We Go Again
Israel's blockade is big in the news. Israel demands to inspect all ships delivering supplies to Palestine, logically, because rockets are being launched from Palestine on Israel. Thugs on one of those ships with terrorist connections attacked Israeli inspectors with pipes and clubs. Nine were killed by the Israelis. The sentiment is with defiance of the blockade. The news is that another ship is heading for Palestine and planning on defying the Israelis.
What has the United States, since Obama's election, accomplished in peace efforts? Name anything at all that Obama has done to strengthen America's standing in the world, in the economic situation, or in uniting the American people.
If you don't like America, you should love Obama and hate me. Read what I think and let me know where we disagree. The Obama plan now in place isn’t new. It is as old as the hills. It follows the usual course of action when a people are not vigilant in the battle to remain free. The object of ObamaCare and such is to leave the American people bankrupt, morally, spiritually, and financially; with no way to turn but to an Obama led government.
Why would any sane person want to destroy America’s values and principles? I can answer the question in one word: power. Power is a drive in all sentient beings. A drive is devoid of reason or the law. Throughout recorded history, when granted great power man reverts to the law of the jungle. This describes the progressive movement or government control.
The idea in America was to form a union of states for a common defense, to establish justice, to insure domestic tranquility, to promote the general welfare, and to secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and prosperity; that is, the white people in said states. This was essential to the forming of the union. Call it like it is. It was downright contemptible of white America to demand such as this in a written constitution.
Case in point: The Taney Court, mind you, according to the Constitution, ruled that Dred Scott, an escaped black slave, was a white man’s property, the same as a mule or a cow. It’s hard to imagine this kind of law now but that was the written law, in direct contradiction of “all men created equal.” This kind of law ultimately led to the Civil War and the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. We, the American people, for expediency’s sake, ended paying a terrible price. It turned out not to be for the good of all that we, the people, allowed for slavery, yet we have not learned the lesson. The powers that be are at it again.
Case in point: In the case of Joseph W. Smith, Jr., Petitioner, vs Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent, on Writ of Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, case number 1540 in the Supreme Court of the United States October Term, 1980, in my pleadings before the Court, I cited President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s declaration in 1933. “While it isn’t written in the Constitution, nevertheless, it is the inherent duty of the Federal Government to keep its citizens from starvation.” I cited FDR’s declaration in 1937. “The balance of power between the three great branches of the Federal Government has been tipped out of balance by the courts in direct contradiction of the high purposes of the framers of the Constitution. We have reached the point where we must take action to save the Constitution from the Court.” I cited Justice Brandeis reasoning. “Property is only a means. It has been a frequent error of our Court that they have made the means the end.” FDR, the Democrats in Congress, and the Court, through New Deal law, made the law the end justifies the means. President Obama says he is a Roosevelt Democrat.
The Supreme Court refused to hear my case. The Commissioner of Internal Revenue is permitted to make limitless “mistakes.” It is all in the court record. Shades of the past, for the good of all, the same as in the case of the escaped slave Dred Scott, under New Deal law the IRS can mistakenly tax me out of existence. President Obama, a Democratic Congress, and an activist Supreme Court are systematically doing away with my America in favor of a one-world government.
Early man looked to the heavens and saw movement. The movements caused the seasons, the seasons affecting humanity. This fact of nature put thoughts in man’s mind of a supernatural force of the universe, and man’s imagination that this force of nature empowered certain of us to lead others. Now comes Obama, Pelosi, Reid, the U.S. Supreme Court, and me, an insignificant pipsqueak, with the thought that I have God-given rights. As the court record reveals, I was clearly mistaken. It’s back to the law of the jungle. The individual citizen in America enjoys no more rights than the escaped black slave Dred Scott. For all practical purposes, my case before the federal judiciary proved conclusively that I’m the property of the United States of America to do with as it wills.
The ancient Egyptian priests had advanced their study of the movements of the universe to the extent that by geometry they knew our planet was a sphere. They knew its circumference. They knew our planet circles the sun in 365.2 days. And they kept all they knew secret. The same as now, the people didn’t need to know what they knew.
Pythagoras, a Greek, studied under Egyptian priests, and vowed to keep what he knew secret. We don’t know much of what Pythagoras knew, but he is said to be the father of modern day mathematics. From geometry, Pythagoras claimed that figures represent the aspects of matter, numbers the characteristics of people and future events that take place. Quantum physicists, who study the microcosmic universe, are now finding the connection of things and people. They are beginning to understand the basic structure of the universe, beginning with the microcosmic. Coincidentally, the ancient sages of India held that so is the microcosmic so is the macrocosmic.
For thousands of years, the world’s powerful have kept the masses in dark, to leave most people pawns of the powerful. Born for justice; that is, right not the arbitrary construction of opinion, but an institution of nature, I never acquiesced to New Deal law. I studied my Constitution, determined that I enjoyed God-given rights, had a bigger than life calling, and cut from the herd. Regardless of the Supreme Court’s dismissing this pipsqueak without a word, when everything should have gone wrong, according to what I’d been taught, everything went right. Strangely, after I went on my own, my life kept getting better and better, in fact miracles occurred. Today all of my dreams have come true. I count my blessings every day. By acting on my belief—that’s the key—I know the power that lies within us. My source of law comes to me from within.
The universe cannot out of man’s convenience be compartmentalized. There is only one fundamental law, the background of the U. S. Constitution, which the U.S. Supreme Court has consistently ignored.
It’s popular to accept the supernatural and government malarkey. It allows compartmentalization, to conveniently take God’s law and man’s law out of context, actually, both from the same source. Taking the law out of context allows man to invent the law, for instance, to take the taxpayer to the cleaners in order to give to others for the vote, or for instance, to invent the means of making us all sinners, and for a price to be forgiven. You can be a Bible thumper, or a hippie. In principle, it’s all the same.
Interestingly, in my dictionary, there is a definition of anarchy the leftist revolutionary hippies in the Obama camp, including Pelosi and Reid, don’t know, “a theory that regards the absence of all direct or coercive government as a political ideal and that proposes the cooperative and voluntary association of individuals and groups as the principal mode of organized society.” After seeing Pelosi and the Democrats walking through a Tea Party gathering at the Capital, laughing mockingly at them, I can just imagine the laughter I’d receive from the powers that be to hear me carrying on.
Coincidentally, we are entering the Age of Aquarius, the sign of which is brotherhood and fraternity, which dovetails with the above mentioned theory on anarchy. It also explains the Age of Pisces, the age we’re departing, whose sign is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions.
Interestingly, distinguished philosopher and cultural historian Richard Tarnas, after a 30 year study of the alignments of the planets Saturn and Pluto, found an astonishingly consistent correspondence between planetary alignments and the archetypal patterns of human history and biography, and even more interesting, in the month and year that Saturn and Pluto went into unfavorable alignment it was in the month and year that Obama was elected President; and moreover, that the unfavorable alignment will remain for his entire term of office, and just in time for the Mayan calendar prediction of the end of the world. Add to this scenerio the Age of Aquarius, a time for brotherhood and fraternity.
Here’s a quote from Tarnas’ Cosmos and Psyche, copywrited in 2006, the first printing in May 2007, under “Cycles of Crisis and Contraction,” above referenced, when Saturn and Pluto went into unfavorable alignment, “An atmosphere of gravity and tension . . .a widespread sense of epochal closure: the end of an era . . .the destruction of an earlier mode of life that in retrospect may seem to have been marked by widespread indulgence, decadence, naiveté, denial, and inflation,” what do you know, the hippie movement. The sign of two attached fish swimming in opposite directions, the transformation Obama speaks of, “through contraction, conservative reaction, crisis and termination,” thanks to the hippie movement, Tarnas’ prophecy has the appearance of becoming the reality.
By chance, when I was born, Saturn was trine Pluto. By chance, I was born with Aquarius on the rise. With Saturn trine Pluto, Astrologer’s Handbook says I would have understanding of the subtle workings of the universe and work in the fields of the occult and physics. With Aquarius on the rise, I would be for brotherhood and fraternity.
When I departed my old life, coincidentally, I met an astrologer and had him create my astrological chart. I was not impressed. It didn’t fit. Like most folks, I didn’t hold much value in astrology. When I departed, I was the pioneer seeking to find a new identity. As time went on, I began to fit with my astrological chart. There are coincidences too numerous to leave any doubt in my mind that the movements of the heavens correspond with human history. There is no doubt in my mind that each of us has a path of destiny. I’ve been off of it and on it. When I’m off, if anything can go wrong it does. When I’m on, no matter what, everything comes out right in the end. Both America and I were born under the sign of Aquarius. Can any man change what is to be?
Which will it be, termination and one-world godless government, or termination and a theory that regards the absence of all direct or coercive government as a political ideal and that proposes the cooperative and voluntary association of individuals and groups as the principal mode of organized society? It could go either way, Obama’s way or my way.

Item A: The federal law concerning employers of illegals does say that states CAN control the licensing of such companies. In fact, the applicable law from 1986 forbids the federal government from doing anything at all to employers and puts all possibility of dealing with these companies under state control.
Item B: The Arizona anti-alien employer laws in Arizona are 100% in line with federal laws. To wit: for any firm found guilty of KNOWINGLY hiring undocumented workers a violation in Arizona would result in suspension of the business’s privilege of operating for an unspecified time possibly as little as ten days. A second violation of this law by an employer within three years of the first violation would forbid the company from doing business in Arizona.
Item C: Most surprisingly, the Arizona law has already been challenged and upheld by the single most liberal court in the country. In effect Mr. Obama is calling the Federal Court in San Francisco’s 9th District “too conservative.” Wow!
Item D: Ex- Arizona Governor Napolitano now, the Obama Homeland Security Secretary, was behind the passage of this law which Obama is now calling illegal and ill-advised.
Item Two: Mr. Obama (who himself refuses to respect the Pledge of Allegiance and stand at attention with his hand over his heart during its recital or to recite it himself) and his enthusiastic and violently active followers are sneakily trying to change the wording of the pledge in American minds.
You’ll recall the words in question are “one nation, under God with liberty and justice for all.” Leaving their attack on the word “God” out of things for now . . . the word popping up everywhere that socialists march in the street is “FAIRNESS” and the mantra that is heard in every such demonstration is “fairness and justice.” Apparently Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother** never told baby Barack that “life isn’t fair.” Rajjpuut would add that inflicting one-person’s or one group’s idea of fairness upon the rest of the people by forced equality, for one example re-distribution of wealth as a policy, is the ultimate threat to LIBERTY. Fairness and equality are the key words in communist and socialist dogma. Only one type of fairness and one type of equality matter: equal justice before the law and due process.
Item Three: Your ears are not deceiving you. President Obama is now choosing to use the oil spill for politics, of course. As part of his renewed attack on the oil industry, he’s talking about stopping or suspending all offshore oil drilling. That will really help the gulf jobs situation, won’t it? More importantly, he’s started heating up for his evil^^ cap and tax bill all over again; and praising Spain and its green-industry and talking about “weaning ourselves of oil-dependence.” Unmentioned by Mr. Obama is that Spain, once the economic poster child for the European Union, had a vibrant economy with only 3% unemployment a few years back. Then Spain instituted a green jobs program and now has 21% unemployment. Each green job cost $677,000. Each green jobs cost taxes that eliminated 2.2 jobs in the real free market economy. The average green job lasted less than six months and only 10% of green jobs proved permanent with an average salary of $13-$14 per hour. So, if Mr. Obama creates the five million green jobs he’s boasting about . . . expect a loss of eleven million real jobs. Expect the average 90% of the green jobs to be temporary only and only 500,000 permanent green jobs to be created . . . in short, expect the ultimate financial Armageddon.
Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
** How come Americans were NOT told by mainstream media fully investigating his background that Barack Obama was raised in a communist household, by a communist mother and grandfather and his birth-father (subject of Obama’s first autobiography “Dreams from My Father”) was extolling the virtues of 100% taxation and “scientific socialism” a.k.a. communism in Kenya when his son was three years old (http://www.politico.com/static/PPM41_eastafrica.html) and about his Marxist associates?
^^Cap and trade will turn a $15 TRillion economy into a $25 TRillion economy without one new manufactured good or without one new service provided. How? by raising costs 67% for virtually every single item or service in the country. That extra $10 TRillion is aimed right at progressive pockets. Mr. Gore, Mr. Obama, Richard Sandor, Franklin Raines, Joel Rogers, Goldman Sachs, and a good 10-12 progressive foundations and at least a score of other progressive politicians will all be monstrously enriched if and when cap and trade legislation becomes law and their Chicago Climate Exchange becomes obscenely profitable. And, of course, it’s all based upon saying that the carbon dioxide we exhale is dangerous to the planet . . . a proven LIE, as reported by the London Times when they exposed the Climate-Gate data falsification.

Yesterday I heard it was James A. Garfield who said "The truth will set you free but first it will make you miserable.
I'm just asking; Is America uncomfortable or miserable enough to welcome the light of truth and freedom? What form of misery will strike the fire of truth in American hearts and souls? Do today's Americans believe in God? Will people of God welcome His light upon their decisions and actions while they defend and uphold our constitution and country? Will America first be uncomfortable and miserable in God's truth in order to restore it's freedom and liberty? Must Americans suffer greater misery at the hand of tyranny?
For about 110 years people have been trying to take this country apart piece by piece, little by little The Progressive Movement (Communism, Socialism, etc) deliberately, manipulated, attacked and subverted our Constitution. Four Presidents, Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Lyndon Johnson and now Barrack O'bama have executed the Progressive agenda. Each President did a lot of damage to America however Progressives and their process have now escalated to unimagined proportions.
Our parents and Grandparents fought Progressives and succeeded in 1946. After World War II the Progressives wanted to return the country to prewar conditions. Americans had experienced the "Great Depression", FDR and his destruction and they wanted no more. Our parents and Grandparents had enough and started a strong campaign of "ENOUGH". Americans fought the enemy together during the war and they stood strongly united after the war. They stopped further erosion of our constitution by electing a Republican and the Progressive Movement though not eradicated was slowed down. At the assassination of John F. Kennedy the country mourned and Lyndon Johnson took office he did more damage put the agenda had been slowed and Johnson didn't run for reelection. Progressive Republicans only proved to be more patient and slower in their reform of America. We had changed leadership but didn't dig out the roots of the Progressive Movement; they just slithered into hiding.
Average Americans just wanted to settle into living the American dream.
A Progressive education system took hold and changed the country's written history; a new generation soon forgot. Progressives in hiding created special interest groups under the disguise of working for the good of the people and continued to invade our culture, religions, values and principles. Sadly, we let them because we had worked hard, fought hard and wanted the good life without misery for our children and ourselves. We easily slipped into denial and apathy while we lived the American dream and gave our children all we could. There were many reasons; political correctness being one that supported closed eyes. We finely lost our common sense, lost sight and found ourselves blind to the "Truth". The Magnificent Giant dozed off too often and then finally fell into a deep sleep.
I believe in America, her people are capable of doing anything when they are ready, have had enough and accept the truth. The "Magnificent Giant" is awakening, not one by one but thousands at a time. I'm just asking, have we had enough? Are Americas ready or making ready for the misery we will endure as truth's fire within grows, purifies, cleanses and changes our lives forever? "
The truth will set us free, but first it will make you miserable" The fire of truth does not consume; with truth we will find our individual redemption, restore our honor and country and we will be set free.
It's the American way.

The oil spill has taken all the press as of late. It's a crime that with all our technology and trillion-dollar navy,
this country can deal with an oil leak a mile below the water. That part of the world is a place of historical
importance and true American beauty. How can it be worse to drill for oil above ground in an isolated area in Alaska?
All of these issues are important, but what's going to really hurt the economy isn't an oil leak. 100% debt vs GDP in 2015 may sound like an up important issue. Imagine for a moment you made $50,000 each year. Each year you borrowed $50,000 dollars. Your justification is that you need the money to increase you salary in the coming years.
In the past couple of weeks, I've been finding articles, mostly from Europe, on America looming debt/deficit crisis. Our oversees friends seem more involved in our financial well being than we do. Our media really is just a reflection of what America is interesting in watching and reading at a particular part of time.
Thus, the fiscal crisis doesn't have a live camera showing plumes of oil leaking into the gulf or dead birds washing up in thick crude oil. If you following the debt crisis as i have for the past year, the money begin spent and borrowed would amount to 50 oil leaks in every ocean and sea around the world.
Imagine for a moment a Satellite photo of earth. In one small area of the Gulf of Mexico, there's a black area of oil about the size of Connecticut - a horrible image for a beautiful part of the world. Then imagine that a country's debt could be visualized with red ink flowing across the land based on that country's debt. A country with 100% debt vs GDP would result in red ink flowing across 100% of that country's land.
The satellite image would show that almost all the land in the entire world would be covered in 100% red. Not only would most countries be red, they'd be dark red because their debt is beyond 100% GDP vs. Debt. The photo would show a world with blue water, except in one tiny blackened area of Gulf, with red inked land almost everywhere.
Does it matter?
An American Veteran who knows what's right..and does it. Right on Jim Brossard, thank you for your service to Country in the military and thank you for your service to Flag and Country now.
GOD HELP ISRAEL ! Not there doing, they would not stop, and they did not tell any one they were coming at
night. Six ships, with food aid ?
To honor the memory of the Last Great American Statesman, William Proxmire (Wisconsin Senator for 32 years) whose “Golden Fleece Awards” uncovered shameless pork barrel projects and focused media attention on all manner of self-serving, waste, and corruption in the United States government: Rajjpuut has since June, 2009, been awarding the “Platinum Fleecer” to the elected or appointed official or private citizen most deserving of the illustrious title.
