I STAND WITH PATRICK HENRYI WILL NOT BOW TO TYRANNYIn colonial days colonists had a choice to make, live as subjects of King George 3 or fight for the possibility of living as free people. A Virginian named Patrick Henry, a staunch advocate of self rule by the colonies gave a speech to the assembled legislature of Virginia during which he made the famous quote, "Give me liberty or give me death". At this point in America We the People are facing a very similar situation. We are living in a nation of taxation without representation and a federal government becoming ever more tyrannical by the day. Congress continues to violate the 2nd and 10th Amendments and are using illegal practices, i.e., insider trading (https://sonsoflibertymedia.com/multiple-senators-accused-of-insider-trading-selling-off-millions-in-stock/, to further enrich themselves to the detriment of its citizens. Martha Stewart was sent to prison for the same act that politicians in both parties now do with impunity and no fear of prosecution. They passed the unconstitutional obamacare while exempting themselves from its onerous provisions and some in government are now demanding that the entire Bill of Rights be trashed "in times of national emergency", which is defined as whatever the tyrants declare it to be. America most definitely has one set of laws for the rulers and another much more stringent set for the ruled, We the People. Democrats fight a wall on our southern border designed to keep illegal aliens, gang members, terrorists, and drugs out of our land while many of them live in huge mansions with walls and gates, guarded by armed people paid for with tax money, while demanding that citizens be disarmed. The hypocrisy of democrats screams out at us. I fail to understand how any citizen who claims to value liberty can sit back and not be outraged. I am disabled and not able to do much but will oppose this tyranny with any means at my disposal. We the People must draw a line in the sand and refuse to surrender any more of our God given rights to despots who care only for their own personal power and wealth. The democrats are the worst but the gop isn't a friend of citizens either. The recent cortonavirus outbreak is being used as a cover to implement the New World Order, telling people to stay in their homes and mandating that businesses shut down "to prevent the spread of the virus". I am retired so not going to work isn't a problem but all my other activities have been curtailed by decisions I have no input into. My normal activities are doing volunteer work at the Claremore Veterans Center and attending church. The volunteer work has been suspended until further notice and the churches I attend have also suspended gatherings until further notice, opting for broadcasting online. I am essentially quarantined but get out as much as possible. I still go to the grocery store and to convenience stores for gas and the occasional lottery ticket but other than that am housebound. I have no fear of the coronavirus because I trust Almighty God to protect me from not only the virus but also from tyranny. I will oppose them with every breath I have. I cannot do anything about the decisions others make because I have zero input but if it was my choice I would defy the power grab by government entities, federal, state, or local. When government can get people stop their lives by threatening their liberty that liberty is already gone, and them getting away with it without a fight is inexcusable. Many people fought and many died to give us the freedom we have and I refuse to surrender it. I can't do much because I am not in a decision making position in the churches I attend nor at the Veterans Center but I refuse to sit in the house any more than I have to. I don't have many places to go but go I will, when and where I can.P)resident Trump has authorized using the National Guard in Washington state, California, and New York but said it isn't martial law because they will be controlled by the state governors. With the governors being democrats martial law will be the result as democrats crave martial law and the absolute control that goes with it. I have never lived in a total dictatorship but have seen and fought for people who did and have no desire to live under tyranny nor see my children, grandchildren, or great grandchildren live in slavery so I will do whatever I must to oppose what I see coming fast. The American military has fought countless wars, declared and undeclared, to liberate other nations from tyrannical rulers so I find it unacceptable to bow to tyranny here. My hope is that most of the military will honor the oath they take to uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution. Some will surely obey unlawful orders to subjugate We the People but I believe the majority will stand with us. They can kill me but they can't eat me, cannibalism is against the law (LOL, like the law matters to tyrants). I don't know how others feel but as for me, give me liberty or give me death. DEBLASIO OPENLY VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION THREATENED TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE CHURCHES & SYNOGOGUES THAT VIOLATE MEETING BANMOSQUES NOT MENTIONED IN EDICT, WHY?Bans on people gathering are already unconstitutional, recommend yes, but government CANNOT, under the Constitution, ban people from peaceful assembly. New York City mayor, the tyrannical dictator wanna-be bill diblasio, has come out and said he has ordered police, fire, and other city government official, if they see services being held at a church or synagogue, to immediately order them to stop and disperse under penalty of fine and/or arrest. H further stated that any church or synagogue that refuses will be shut down permanently (https://www.afa.net/the-stand/culture/2020/03/mayor-de-blasio-you-have-overstepped-your-bounds/). As with other democrats, diblasio thinks his edicts are above the Constitution. This coronavirus scam has politicians everywhere foaming at the mouth to exercise authority they don't have, mostly I believe to look like they are looking out for the health of We the People, but some like diblasio merely look to control the population under dictatorial rule. I believe this whole thing is designed to get We the People resigned to the idea that we are no longer living in liberty, that more is coming soon. As the author of the article I referenced, I find it telling that mayor Hitler didn't include mosques in his proclamation. It looks to me like every democrat politician in the national spotlight tiptoes around islam so as not to "offend" the "religion of peace" in order to protect themselves from being killed for "insulting islam". Christians and Jews don't go around murdering people who trash and/or ridicule their faith as moslems "the religion of peace" practitioners do so it is safe to ridicule and/or slander us. Some day in the future Jesus Christ is going to return and those who refuse to accept Him now will bend their knees, bow their heads, and profess that He is Lord but then it will be too late for them. When He returns Jesus will take believers to Heaven and send the others to a very hot and miserable eternity. Democrats, since the deep state took over after the murder of President John F. Kennedy in 1963, have been steadily violating the Constitution and putting judges in place who would uphold their tyrannical actions if/when opposed by We the People. They are again ramping up their violation of the 2nd Amendment, among other provisions. They have removed any reference to Almighty God from the public forum and their propaganda arm in the lamestream media and social media sites are heavily censoring conservative Christian and patriot input. Liberals in all forms of media, print, radio, television, and internet are heavily invested in silencing any opposition, especially that which could derail their hoped for New World Order dictatorship. They hate President Trump because he isn't one of them and fear him because he is working very hard to derail the plan they have been working to implement since 1963.The Holy Bible, in 2 Chronicles 7:14 gives us the solution to the problem we face. It says, "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. "I regularly pray in repentance for my sins and those committed in the name of our nation, asking God's forgiveness and that He will heal our land. Politicians give the abortion giant planned parenthood more than $500 million per year. While they spout about "reproductive rights" they have NEVER, to my knowledge, ever used any of that money to help a woman who wanted to keep a child from an unexpected or unwanted pregnancy. I saw an article a week or so ago (a link I don't still have). where the head of that abortion machine said that a pregnant teen who decided to have the baby and raise it was "too young and immature" to make that kind of a decision. I find it appalling that a teen having an abortion is old and mature enough to make that decision but one going the other way isn't. That sounds very self serving to me by a woman getting rich off the deaths of unborn children of God. I was banned from facebook for opposing the agenda of the left (the support of abortion, homosexuality, and islam, and banning Christianity) rather than bowing to their satanic world view.Has anyone else also noticed that virtually every democrat wants to disarm We the People in the face of their planned coup? The first step every tyrant in modern history has done was to disarm the citizens that would oppose tyranny. Today's democrats are the same, seeking to stop future gun purchases and to ban and confiscate those already in the hands of citizens. I am old and disabled but will continue to fight tyranny with every physical ability at my disposal. I already oppose them in the spiritual realm, praying daily for the defeat of satanic forces. The Bible also tells us that our battle isn't with flesh and blood enemies, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" Ephesians 6:12. CONGRESS AGAIN OVERSTEPPING THEIR BOUNDS

CORONAVIRUS BAILOUT OUTSIDE THEIR ENUMERATED POWERSI just read an article that correctly points out how congress is once again violating the Constitution, and destroying our nation by doing so (https://www.afa.net/the-stand/culture/2020/03/congress-had-no-authority-to-pass-the-bailout-bill/). They passed a $2.7 trillion bill on a voice vote with only one person objecting (Thomas Massey of Kentucky), the only one I see as not being a part of the deep state New World Order Socialist Party conspiracy to overthrow the Republic and establish their global dictatorship. President Trump, unfortunately, supports this, I believe in hopes he can win the support of people who hate him and seek daily to remove him from office. The only way Trump can get their support is to totally surrender to their evil plan. I am sure there are some in government who don't really support the deep state but want to be part of the in-crowd and fear rejection, or worse, if they don't go along quietly.Designating the coronavirus as a "national emergency" gives tyrants the opening they want to suspend all provisions of the Constitution and begin the coup they desire. Some in the federal government have called for martial law, the suspension of Habeus Corpus and speedy trial provisions, more gun control, and gun confiscation while states, like Virginia, have already taken steps to implement the tyranny our founders fought a war to throw off. We the People are in a serious bind that we cannot just "ride out". The powers listed in Ephesians 6:12 are in control of government and the answer is found in 2 Chronicles 7:14 of the Holy Bible. Repentance, humility before God, and prayer are the only solution to our current situation. I believe that President Trump is trying his best to thwart the plans satan and his minions have but he is fighting an uphill battle against a well-entrenched enemy that has had 70 years or more to prepare their forces to repel him. We the People MUST affirm and voice our support of Trump but must also use 2 Chronicles 7:14 to enlist the help of Almighty God to stop the monstrous plan being enacted against us. Our founders prayed to and honored God in their fight and won because He was with them. We must do the same if we are to win this battle.If the forces of darkness gain what they lust for it will take generations, if ever, to change the nation back to its origin. The federal government controls things they aren't authorized by the Constitution to have a voice in much less control, like education for one and health care for another. We the People have to openly oppose this tyrannical takeover but enlisting the help of Almighty God is the most important factor if we are to succeed. I have already started battling in both the physical and spiritual realms but many more are needed to succeed in this battle. God was willing to spare Sodom and Gomorrah if 5 "righteous men" could be found but there weren't any so the towns were destroyed. I don't know how many America needs but I am asking everyone who reads this to join in the battle and to share it with everyone they know and enlist them to help. hillary clinton said "it takes a village to raise a child" but her village is not my village. I believe it will take a nation to win this battle against the forces of darkness and appeal to others to join in. LIBERAL HYPOCRISY SHINING BRIGHT IN CORONAVIRUS SITUATIONLIBERALS HAVE RULES FOR US BUT NOT FOR THEMSELVESWhile democrats and their liberal media propaganda machine are busy blaming conservatives and Christians for the spread of the coronavirus they themselves are urging their minions to continue business as usual (https://afa.net/the-stand/culture/2020/04/christians-are-crippling-coronavirus-response-it-s-democrats/). It is typical of liberal insanity, fitting in well with the system their islamic friends have, a set of mandatory rules that apply to only those they choose to apply them to but never to themselves. The hypocrisy has swelled as liberalism has gained ground in America, conservatives are called all kinds of names and stuck with derogatory labels because we don't bow to the satanic liberal agenda. Liberals like to call themselves "enlightened", "tolerant", "inclusive", and "diverse" while those of us not bowing to liberalism are labeled "haters" and a whole host of "phobics". How "tolerant", "inclusive", and "diverse" are they when they not only refuse to accept conservative Christian values but denigrate us in such a hateful fashion? Liberals are not only not the "enlightened" people they like to see themselves as, they are the true "haters ", hating anyone who refuses to cower before their evil agenda. Their answer to non-conformance to their agenda is to denigrate those who don't fall into lock step with them and to toss the name calling card out. One thing I notice about liberals is that their definition of the word compromise is total surrender to their way. I have seen stories lately where several liberals urged their acolytes to continue their lives as if nothing has changed. My hope and prayer is that liberals will wake up one day and see the error of their ways, to turn their lives to Jesus Christ, and find the happiness and contentment that living for and following Jesus is the path to true happiness in this life and eternal joy when their earthly life is over. Sadly, the main focus of liberalism is selfishness so getting them to follow in the footsteps of Jesus will take much divine intervention to accomplish, intervention from the God they refuse to believe in, and a level of selfishness they are not willing to admit to nor repent of. When one looks at where the virus is most widespread it is in the liberal cesspools of American society, ruled over by liberal democrat politicians. The coronavirus is running rampant in the liberal strongholds of California, New York City, and Connecticut while the most conservative areas of the nation have the lowest infection rates. I believe much of this comes for two main reasons, 1) God blesses and protects those who seek Him and obey His Commandments, and 2) conservative Christians are more likely to follow the advice of medical professionals and humble themselves before God. Arrogance towards God is not going to win them any favors nor protect them from the pestilences that satan sends around from time to time. I pray daily that Almighty God will touch the hearts of liberals and draw them to Himself so we can see an unprecedented revival in our land. The Holy Bible tells us, in 2 Chronicles 7:14 what we need to do to bring the nation back into God's favor. Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because there weren't even 5 righteous men to be found to save them. I would like to see every American turn to God. I don't know how many righteous men America needs but I believe that having anywhere from a majority to everyone in the fold will be enough to get God to restore the nation to what He and our founders established but the forces of darkness led by satan and followed by his liberal minions. I want to see any now in darkness to turn to the light. The Bible also tells us that in the last days men's hearts will go cold towards God. I see that happening in the United Methodist and Catholic churches openly and proudly embracing homosexuality, something that the Bible makes clear is not acceptable to God.Although I have never been a liberal I spent much of my life living in darkness. I was raised in the Catholic church, and spent 8 years in a Catholic school where I was treated very badly because I am left handed in a time when being left handed was considered a sign of demonic possession. When I was a kid ADD and ADHD weren't known but if they had been I am sure to have been diagnosed because when I look back at my childhood I showed all the traits of them. When I was old enough to leave home I not only rejected the Catholic church but also rejected everything about God because I grew up with a warped and very incorrect concept of the Creator. It is very possible that many liberals had similar experiences with religion so turned to liberalism as their "god" because liberalism teaches there is no God and that each person has the right to set their own values of right and wrong, good and evil. When FDR waged World War II, he could mobilize the entire country. President Trump faces an assortment of enemies, here and abroad. These include China, source of the virus; Russia, which is driving American oil producers out of business through overproduction of cheap oil; a toxic anti-American media culture; and a Democratic Party that wants to undermine Trump through investigations and make him (and the country) fail.

Another factor is that FDR could mobilize American industrial power. We are now learning that much of that power was outsourced to China. It is sad and tragic that the once-great United States made decisions over the course of the last 40 years that facilitated the build-up of China into an industrial and economic superpower. Henry Kissinger began the policy of appeasing China and it was implemented through its ascension to the World Trade Organization. China became a Frankenstein monster devouring the world.

Coming into office, Trump recognized this problem and sought through various policies to rectify the situation. As I see it, the China virus was revenge for Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods. Otherwise, China and its handmaidens in the World Health Organization would have quickly alerted the world to the nature of this beast. They lied and Americans died.

Although opinions differ, the consensus of the various medical experts is that this is a highly contagious disease, with symptoms in severe cases much worse than the flu, lung damage worse than the flu, and a death rate overall that may be much worse than seasonal flu.

President Trump had no alternative but to defer to these authorities. But he has to suspect, based on its contagious and deadly nature, that the virus may have been engineered. China has a bioweapons program that has been documented by such authorities as former Soviet scientist Ken Alibek and analyst Eric Croddy. Nobody with a serious mind assumes it was just a coincidence that the virus came out of a region with a Chinese lab conducting secret research.

Our enemies seem to have us where they want us – our people are dying and the economy is collapsing. China is betting that it will come out on top of the world. Then, the old Sino/Soviet split will be exposed as another great deception. Russia will dominate the oil markets and have Europe under its control.

In the middle of all of this, President Trump is attempting to rally the nation. He is stuck with a medical bureaucracy that relied on China for misinformation about the virus and a media that plays gotcha at daily press briefings. He understands the gravity of the situation but is obviously limited by what he can say publicly about the threat. As I argued in a recent column, the invisible enemy has a name.

To his credit, Trump has broken with the “experts” to facilitate public access to various alternative drugs and treatments. This could be the development that helps America turn the corner in the weeks ahead.

While FDR could rally the nation into war production for the United States military, which was deployed abroad, today’s threat is so great that the military is being diverted into domestic uses and purposes. America’s military and National Guard are building hospitals and taking care of patients. Meanwhile, Navy ships are being infected with the virus and the Pentagon is warning that the spread of the virus could affect U.S. military readiness and our ability to deter our enemies from further strikes.

This is yet another problem that Trump has to take into account as he navigates the difficult path of safeguarding America’s survival.

At the same time, the globalists opposed to his election and candidacy are continuing the drumbeat of opposing the only way — through America-first policies –that we have of escaping the morass we found ourselves in.

Consider that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) journal Foreign Affairs has published another anti-Trump article, “’America First’ Is a Dangerous Fantasy in a Pandemic: Foreign Aid and Global Leadership Will Be Integral to Any Solution,” which endorses the same mistakes that got us into this mess in the first place. The article is by former Obama official Philip H. Gordon.

The use of a CFR publication to attack Trump is not unexpected. This is the organization that boasted Soviet spy Alger Hiss, a founder of the United Nations, as a prominent member.

This article ignores China’s lies, as well as the fact that the World Health Organization told the world on January 14 that the virus could not be transmitted between people. On January 21, relying on Chinese and WHO’s data, Dr. Anthony Fauci told TV host Greg Kelly that “this is not a major threat for the people of the United States. And this is not something that the citizens of the United States right now should be worried about.” Dr. Deborah Birx admits China gave the U.S. “incomplete data” about the virus. That’s a polite way of saying the Red Chinese lied so Americans died.

In the face of this mass murder, socialist U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres demands a “global cease fire,” adding, “The virus does not care about nationality or ethnicity, faction or faith. It attacks all, relentlessly.” But China is directly implicated in the genocide.

Former Obama officials are ignoring the role of China in this worldwide meltdown for an obvious reason: Barack Hussein Obama was an acolyte of global Marxism and actually met with Chinese dictator Xi in November 2017 during a meeting described by the British Guardian as a chat between two “veteran cadres.” They were “all smiles.”

A Russian media organ took note as well, saying the term “veteran cadres” is “generally used to refer to retired Chinese Communist Party officials.” It was a tip-off that Obama was serving the communist cause all the time he was serving as president of the United States.

It’s the case we were making in our three books on Obama, including Red Star Rising: The Making of Barack Hussein Obama and the Transformation of America.

Trump is facing a difficult fight that is made worse by the actions of publicity-seeking governors who complain about delivery of supplies while closing churches and keeping abortion clinics, liquor stores, and pot shops open.

The only thing worse is the conduct of certain reporters at the daily press briefings, as they attempt to bring down a president trying hard to save lives.

Whatever executive orders may remain in place, the people of the various states are not going to wait long to return in numbers to the closed churches,even risking their lives in a desperate attempt to appeal to God to save their nation. Many Americans are praying now more than ever. They are praying for their president.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA), who distracted the nation with their impeachment charade while the CV19 while the pandemic was ramping up, now want to distract the nation with another investigation of President Donald Trump while we are idled and the body count surges.

According to Pelosi, “I don’t know what the scientists said to him. When did this president know about this, and what did he know? What did he know and when did he know it? … But as the president fiddles, people are dying.”

Regarding Pelosi’s knockoff Nixonian question, “What did he know and when did he know it?” that should be the focus of congressional inquiries into China’s communist dictator Xi Jinping, who, as I have detailed, directed his government to cover up the CV19 outbreak for two months.

How many lives, both here and worldwide, could’ve been spared if Xi had been forthcoming instead of deceiving the world? Pandemic researchers estimate that had Xi informed the world three weeks earlier than he did, that would have reduced the spread by 95%.

For his part, Schiff echoed Pelosi’s call for a congressional commission to investigate Trump. According to Schiff, “We will need to delay the work of the commission until the crisis has abated to ensure that it does not interfere with the agencies that are leading the response. But that should not prevent us from beginning to identify where we got it wrong and how we can be prepared for the next pandemic.”

In other words, set Trump up and then open the full investigation just before the 2020 election. That pattern seems somehow familiar!

Let’s be clear: While Pelosi and Schiff were busy fiddling their impeachment tune in January, they had access to all the CDC information the president relied on that month and every day since.

For context, consider this response timeline:

On 29 January, Donald Trump impaneled and empowered the White House Coronavirus Task Force, headed by Vice President Mike Pence, to “coordinate and oversee the administration’s efforts to monitor, prevent, contain, and mitigate the spread” of COVID-19 disease. He appointed Dr. Deborah Birx as the response coordinator, and the working group includes Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar, National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien, U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert R. Redfield, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci, National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow, Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson, Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie, Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun, Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Ken Cuccinelli, Commissioner of Food and Drugs Stephen Hahn, and White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Coordination Chris Liddell, among others.

On that same day, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer were haggling about what the Senate was doing with their impeachment distraction, sucking up all the Beltway political and media airtime, spending every waking moment directing all attention to their political agenda to take Trump down.

On 31 January, President Trump announced travel restrictions on U.S. entry from China and suspended entry by other foreign nationals who posed a risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2. An average of 8,200 Chinese were flying to the United States each day.

On that same day, condemning the administration’s travel restrictions, Pelosi re-issued a call for passage of the Demos’ No Ban Act to prevent Trump from imposing what she said was “such biased and bigoted restrictions.” Pelosi declared, “The Trump administration’s expansion of its un-American travel ban is a threat to our security, our values and the rule of law.” There were 219 House Democrat cosponsors. On 13 March, Pelosi quietly withdrew her legislation to prevent travel bans.

On 4 February, in his State of the Union Address, President Trump noted: “Protecting Americans’ health also means fighting infectious diseases. We are coordinating with the Chinese government and working closely together on the coronavirus outbreak in China. My administration will take all necessary steps to safeguard our citizens from this threat.” That was before the administration confirmed that Xi Jinping had ordered his government to cover up the CV19 outbreak for two months before reporting it to the WHO at the end of December.

During that speech, Pelosi was busy preparing the official transcript of Trump’s SOTU so she could ceremonially tear it up after he concluded his remarks.

The next day, as anticipated, the Senate acquitted President Trump of the Pelosi/Schiff articles of impeachment — ending the saga that had consumed the attention of the administration and Congress for the previous four months.

Now Pelosi and Schiff have the unmitigated audacity to call for an investigation into what Trump knew and when he knew it?

Last September, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY), who described the House inquisition as a “governmental shutdown,” declared: “It’s a long and unproductive road. Where does it go ultimately? Nowhere… The problem with that is it means nothing else is really going to get done of substance between now and then, and we have so many real issues to deal with.” How prophetic given that New York is now the epicenter of the CV19 epidemic.

We have been shammed; sold snake oil , while, our Constitution's death has been not reported. Where there is no sense, there can be no shame; nor regret. With Fear as our gatekeeper we allowed a flood to overwhelm, and overtake our good sense; if we had any, recently: DOUBTFUL! All seems so peaceful cooped up in our homes; time to think! However, thoughts, I guess, would range from better junk food to boredom, to cell phone social media/jerk stuff, to watching on wide flat screen TV some lame and dull reality law enforcement episode to reinforce why you should stay put, to walking the confused dog or jogging to rid the overload, to obsessing over quality toilet paper, to not sleeping well on an old and familiar mattress, to thinking about divorce or murdering the whole entire family, to hoping Grandparents would die, quickly, taking the virus with them, thus, saving the Nation: a quick fix. Docile to the end; avoidance will not save our skin! Docile people only live in a shadow of a government's freedom.

How many individuals are thinking, that there is something wrong; something not right about what the State and Federal Government are doing?: Don't even want to guess; maybe, just wait until we are released from home arrest, on good behavior.

Just thinking, maybe we did not deserve that Document; may it rest in peace.

In those three weeks, China was busy hiding the truth. According to Steve Tsang, director of the University of London's SOAS China Institute, "It is the cover-up of the Communist Party for the first two months or so which created conditions to generate a global pandemic". Chinese leaders, however, seemed obsessed only with the sustainability of their totalitarian regime, and as eager to silence any criticism as they have been in the past. Since January, the evidence of China's deliberate cover-up of the coronavirus in Wuhan has become a matter of public record. The Chinese government censored and detained brave doctors and whistleblowers who attempted to sound the alarm. One of China's richest entrepreneurs, Jack Ma, recently disclosed that China hid at least one-third of the coronavirus cases. China has been able to grow into a superpower because it adopted economic practices from the West. No other country ever achieved such rapid economic and social progress for such a sustained period of time. However, hopes placed by the West in the Chinese market also nourished a dangerous mirage. We in the West thought that a modernizing China with a rising GDP would also democratize and come to respect transparency, pluralism and human rights. Instead, the mirage turned into a disaster as we watched China become even more of a "totalitarian state". The nature of the Chinese regime -- its ban on the free press and all critical voices; the absolute domination of the Communist Party over social, spiritual and economic actors; imprisoning minorities and crushing freedom of conscience -- is also contributing to the emergence of this public health disaster. The cost, in terms of human lives and world's GDP, is immense. The Chinese government's complicity in the pandemic is now an opportunity for the West to reevaluate its ties to Beijing. { thenewamerican.com } ~ Federal prisons have “significant deficiencies” when it comes to identifying terrorist inmates and monitoring their communications with each other and the outside world... a recent audit reveals. According to the audit conducted by the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG), as of 2018, there were “approximately 512” inmates in federal prisons “with a known nexus to international or domestic terrorism.” The Bureau of Prisons (BOP), however, had failed to identify 28 of those inmates as terrorists, mostly because of poor communication between government agencies. BOP officials told OIG “they have often had to rely on media coverage or an internet search in an attempt to identify the individual’s ties to terrorism.” The BOP is supposed to monitor all social communications of high-risk inmates, but it often fails to do so. This has been a problem for years. In 2006, OIG found that “the BOP had not effectively monitored the postage mail or verbal communications … of terrorists,” and though the BOP promised to improve, it clearly didn’t. If anything, by expanding inmates’ communications options to include e-mail and video calls, it made matters worse. “Based on the sheer volume of emails and BOP staffing levels, several BOP staff members told us that meeting both requirements of mandatory monitoring of high-risk inmates and random monitoring of general population inmates is just not possible,” wrote OIG. As a result, BOP employees often multitask in an effort to meet their monitoring targets. At one facility, auditors “observed a staff member listening to inmates’ phone calls while a television was loudly playing the news and they were processing BOP staff through a security checkpoint.” It wouldn’t be difficult for inmates to slip something past these distracted employees. Indeed, OIG notes that inmates have discovered many ways to circumvent the BOP’s communications controls. The prison system’s e-mail system is, in theory, supposed to enable BOP employees to monitor all e-mail communications in which inmates engage, yet OIG found over 7,000 e-mails to or from high-risk inmates that had not been monitored, some of which contained content that should have caused them to be flagged for review. The good and laudable goal is that of dissuading those Muslims who are inclined to use violence for the sake of Islam, Allah, and Muhammad, his Prophet... The second, less commendable goal, is to whitewash the image of Islam in a public relations ploy that tries to make it appear that violence done in the name of Islam has no justification from within the teachings of Islam. We applaud the first goal, but this second effort is disingenuous and deluding. Somewhat analogous to the Christian idea of Just War theory, the Islamic doctrine of jihad places rules, regulations and restrictions on the use of violence. And as was often the case in Christendom, those rules were ignored in the heat of battle. So often, in the context of battle, the restrictions against indiscriminate violence in jihad often fall apart, and the grossest barbarism breaks out. But let us evaluate whether Islamic doctrine as found in the Qur’an and the example of Muhammad, his closest companions, and followers are, in fact, the basis for the justification of violence done by some Muslims around the world today. In this short article, I examine some passages of the Qur’an that are viewed as sacred divine revelation by all traditional Muslims, and that are used as justification for violence by jihadi Muslims. Jihadis identify their acts of violence as being truly motivated by these passages, which include 109 verses of the Qur’an. Their use of these passages is meant to demonstrate their religious bona fides to other Muslims. Since there are many Quranic passages calling for Muslims to use violence for the sake of Islam, their god and Muhammad, Muslims who are trying to mitigate the negative impact of such passages, for either of the above two mentioned purposes, often stridently assert that jihadis who use the Qur’an to justify violence are taking those passages out of context. In most cases, this context argument is fallacious. First, literary context is not of primary importance in interpreting the Qur’an; instead, Muslim exegetes use what is called the reasons for revelations (asbab an -nazul). Those are ostensibly the historical circumstances in the life of Muhammad that caused Allah to send down the relevant passages of the Qur’an to the his prophet. In a strict sense, no Muslim community in any society faces exactly the circumstances that Muhammad and the first Muslims did. So in order to follow the example of Muhammad and the earliest Muslims, Muslims today extrapolate from something they see as analogous in the circumstances of the Prophet and his earliest followers, and then apply that example to present circumstances. This is an almost infinitely flexible process, and one that all violent jihadis use to justify their violent actions against others. In this sense, the propaganda of GainPeace, an Islamic non-profit organization based in the Chicago area that works on converting people to Islam, is duplicitous. We will look at two of its premises. The Democrats strike again! What do these things have to do with the stimulus bill for Americans? House Majority Whip Rep. scumbag-James Clyburn (D-SC) reportedly told Democrats on a conference call last week that the party should exploit the coronavirus stimulus: “This is a tremendous opportunity to restructure things to fit our vision.”

What? “Our vision”? So, forget about the millions of Americans who are suffering financially through this frenzy. The one person that spoke to the outright tomfoolery of this blockage of $1.7 trillion dollar stimulus bill was Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. He spoke to the conditions of “We the People”:

I am no stranger to robust political and policy disagreements. But we are in the midst of a global pandemic. People are dying. People are suffering. [Sunday] night when the Senate voted on whether to move forward with emergency relief legislation for the millions of people being devastated by the economic disaster we’re seeing as a result of the coronavirus epidemic, every single Democrat in this body voted to block consideration of this bill. Now for those of you at home who are not pouring over a Senate procedural matter, what does it mean to vote to block consideration? It doesn’t mean they voted against the bill. It means they voted against even starting to take it up.
The New York Times headline moments afterwards said, “Democrats block $1.7 trillion stimulus bill.” Of course that headline had the fault of being accurate and so within minutes the New York Times changed it to “Democrats block $1.7 trillion stimulus bill, citing worker concerns.” That was headline number two. But then apparently the partisan leanings in the New York Times were too strong for that, and so they revised it a third time to say, “Partisan division halts discussion of the bill.”
No, it wasn’t a partisan division. It was one party — the Democratic Party — saying to this chamber and the American people, “Hell no. We won’t even take this up and discuss it.” At a time of crisis, at a time when people are dying, that’s wrong. That’s shameful.“

"Our initial data show that this is a very stable RNA virus, with only five novel variants. A virus with a stable genome is good news for vaccine development because it indicates that the effectiveness of vaccines could be more consistent, possibly over many years."Dr. Maria Rosaria Capobianchi, head of the Virology Department, Lazzaro Spallanzani National Institute for Infectious Diseases, said the ability to run quick, multiple samples is important in the scientific community's fight to stay ahead of the virus. However, Capobianchi cautioned, "viral genomes are dynamic and these preliminary data need further analysis to determine the biological significance of the gene variants and to investigate the evolutionary path of the coronavirus." The researchers will further analyze the data with Thermo Fisher's new Ion SARS-CoV-2 analysis solution to better understand the virus and analyze the entire genome. Scientists are looking at a number of different ways to cure the novel coronavirus, which has affected more than 428,000 people around the globe, including at least 55,000 in the U.S. Researchers in France detailed how a combination of antimalarial medication and antibiotics could be a vital weapon against COVID-19, Fox News previously reported. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Tuesday the state will start coronavirus drug trials, as the hard-hit state recently acquired 70,000 doses of hydroxychloroquine, 10,000 doses of zithromax and 750,000 doses of chloroquine. The main difference here is that instead of a $99,000 income threshold, it increases to $112,000. If you filed your 2019 tax return, it’ll be used to determine eligibility. If not, 2018 tax returns will be used. Unemployment: Unemployment benefits are extended from 26 weeks to 39 weeks. $600 per week will be given in addition to regular unemployment payments for up to four months. Small Business Owners: Unemployment benefits were extended to self-employed people and independent contractors. $350 billion in loans were created. However, if used on rent, payroll and utilities, the loans used toward those expenses become a grant that does not have to be paid back. Small business loans max out at $10 million. Student Loans: Student loan payments will be suspended through September 30th. That relative stability suggests the virus is less likely to become more or less dangerous as it spreads, and represents encouraging news for researchers hoping to create a long-lasting vaccine. All viruses evolve over time, accumulating mutations as they replicate imperfectly inside a host’s cells in tremendous numbers and then spread through a population, with some of those mutations persisting through natural selection. The new coronavirus has proofreading machinery, however, and that reduces the “error rate” and the pace of mutation. It looks pretty much the same everywhere it has appeared, the scientists say, and there is no evidence that some strains are deadlier than others. SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes the disease covid-19, is similar to coronaviruses that circulate naturally in bats. It jumped into the human species last year in Wuhan, China, probably through an intermediate species — possibly a pangolin, an endangered anteater whose scales are trafficked for traditional medicine. Scientists now are studying more than 1,000 different samples of the virus, Peter Thielen, a molecular geneticist at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory who has been studying the virus, told The Washington Post. There are only about four to 10 genetic differences between the strains that have infected people in the United States and the original virus that spread in Wuhan, he said. “That’s a relatively small number of mutations for having passed through a large number of people,” Thielen said. “At this point, the mutation rate of the virus would suggest that the vaccine developed for SARS-CoV-2 would be a single vaccine, rather than a new vaccine every year like the flu vaccine.” It would be more like the measles or chickenpox vaccines, he said — something that would likely confer immunity for a long time. “I would expect a vaccine for coronavirus would have a similar profile to those vaccines. 200 new doctors, nurses to

join military medical ranks early

"Our curriculum has a specific focus on threats like emerging infectious diseases and disasters that our military and Public Health Service forces are likely to encounter in the course of their careers," Thomas said. "This instruction is based on real-life lessons learned, is woven throughout the curriculum and incorporated into our medical field exercises." USU's students are uniquely prepared to meet and address the readiness needs of the Defense Department and the nation the moment they step out of the university's doors, Thomas said. "This is exactly what they were educated and trained to do," he added. The surgeon generals of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Public Health Service will receive a competent cadre of health care professionals who can augment current resources available to them." Poison Policy: An Unfair Housing Regulation Leftover From the scumbag/liar-nObama Era Creates Unnecessary Chaos

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is making a very big mistake. It’s trying to modify an onerous scumbag/liar-nObama-era regulation that would take over local zoning instead of just getting rid of the regulation in its entirety. But it is not too late for HUD to reverse course, and President Donald Trump should ensure that it does.

The effort to reverse this HUD regulation demonstrates that Trump’s true legacy may not depend so much on the high-profile battles that seize the spotlight. No, his long-term impact may very well be measured by his success in ridding us of burdensome federal rules, regulations, and bureaucratic overreach that intrude into our daily lives, stunt the growth of our economy, limit entrepreneurship, and encroach on the power of state and local governments.

Unfortunately, the Trump administration has chosen to roll back only some of the worst aspects of the 2015 mandate, rather than eliminate the program altogether. HUD, led by Ben Carson, should reconsider. Timidity will not help the president drain the federal swamp that threatens to engulf local towns and suburbs all over the country and turn HUD into the national zoning authority.

AFFH is bad. As Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) wrote when scumbag/liar-nObama first issued it, “this new regulation is designed to give unelected, anonymous bureaucrats in Washington the power to pick and choose who your new next-door neighbor will be. If they don’t believe your neighborhood is ‘diverse’ enough, they will seize control of local zoning decisions — choosing what should be built, where, and who should pay for it — in order to make your neighborhood look more like they want it to.”

Stanley Kurtz of the Ethics and Public Policy Center correctly summarized AFFH. It gives the federal government “a lever to re-engineer nearly every American neighborhood — imposing a preferred racial and ethnic composition, densifying housing, transportation, and business development in suburb and city alike, and weakening or casting aside the authority of local governments over core responsibilities, from zoning to transportation to education.”

AFFH’s reach is so widespread because so many communities have become far too dependent on such HUD programs as Community Development Block Grants. If a local town or city wants federal housing funding, then it would have to comply with AFFH. The mandate’s egregiousness was magnified by its use of the dubious legal theory known as “disparate impact.”

This doctrine is used to tar policies and general practices that are entirely and wholly race-neutral as discriminatory, even if there is no proof of any discriminatory intent whatsoever. If said policies somehow have a disproportionate impact on categories of Americans deemed protected by the federal government, they are defined as discriminatory and thus illegal.

Some 377 pages long, AFFH rightly came into the sights of Ben Carson’s HUD soon after the change in administrations. In 2018, Carson’s HUD announced the withdrawal of the 2015 mandate’s so-called “Local Government Assessment Tools,” in which communities had to report non-housing related information. This would then be used by HUD to judge the efforts to “diversify” their communities. If federal bureaucrats believed a community was not sufficiently “diversified,” the local jurisdiction would not get federal funds that are intended to provide affordable housing.

Under the revised, proposed rule recently released, HUD concluded that the prior scumbag/liar-nObama assessment tools “required significant resources from program participants, and its complexity and demands resulted in a high failure rate for jurisdictions.”

They required local officials to answer ninety-two questions on such topics as “significant disparities in access to opportunities, and disproportionate housing needs.” The local officials also had to analyze and report data on such issues as “access to public transportation, quality schools and jobs … [and] environmental health hazards,” topics far afield from the issue of whether there is affordable housing in a particular community.

The new rule says that its goal is to provide “access to housing” and “improved housing conditions,” as opposed to racial diversity. But it still lists a long series of factors that HUD considers “inherent barriers to fair housing choice” that clearly go far outside the issue of affordable housing and interfere with local decisions on zoning and community development.

That includes things like “unduly rigorous design standards” for housing; “unduly prescriptive or burdensome building and rehabilitation codes;” “arbitrary or excessive energy and water efficiency standards;” “source of income restrictions on rental housing;” “time-consuming construction or rehabilitation permitting and review procedures;” and “administrative procedures which have the effect of … impeding the approval of affordable housing development;” etc.

In other words, a local community may be denied federal housing funds if it believes it is in the best interests of its residents to have high-quality housing that is both energy and water-efficient. Or if it thinks landlords should have the ability to make their own decisions on the creditworthiness and ability of tenants to pay their rent. Or if a town wants to carefully review and approve the work of contractors to protect its residents. So, just like the Obama rule, the new proposed rule will once again force local communities that want HUD money to change their zoning rules and administrative procedures.

What is particularly irksome about this regulation is that it appears to violate federal law. 42 U.S.C. §12711 — “Protection of State and local authority” — specifically bars HUD from conditioning federal housing assistance on the type of conditions outlined in the new rule that interferes with a state or local “public policy, regulation, or law.”

The purpose of the federal money appropriated by Congress for HUD is to provide local communities with the funds necessary to build housing that Americans at the lower end of the socioeconomic level can afford. The only rule that HUD should have in place to decide what jurisdiction will receive these grants is whether they will be used to increase the supply of affordable housing. End of story.

A review of anecdotal information, published by CNN, Indicates that “Sanctuary Cities” with their high populations of Illegals have greater rates of CoVid-19 infections and deaths.

If these cities expect help in the form of medical supplies and money from the Federal Government – then they should be forced to co-operate with requests from I.C.E and other federal agencies.

How people become frantic and cower to absurd fears imposed upon them by ill informed politicians who enforce ridiculous restrictions, causing distancing of physical interactions is beyond comprehension.

We are now witnessing the results of a dumb-down educational system no better than on medieval level and standards. Hence, it is easier to corral masses of people into a mode of 'thinking' leading into, at times, a pasture of destruction with a cliff nearby. It is curious that no one is questioning the validity or the necessity to panic over something that may or may not exist in reality as an initial cause of death; due to a lack of understanding it, totally. Most of the medical experts are not helping to alleviate the panic but, carelessly, exasperating the situation, by not allowing other competent, medical experts contribute their input, outside the mainstream, who might have a better understanding of the psycho-socio-medical implications.

It is an extraordinary phenomena that people take faith in political judgments as the gospel of safety and good health, not realizing that they are not God; yet believing they are god-like; allowing them to override reasoning and good old horse sense. Furthermore, what complicates the matter even worse is having an, overanxious, medical expert force supporting it, most likely, for nefarious reasons of self gain.

Now that many Americans have much time, confined in their home and cubicles, they can ponder about the rationale and motive behind this intended or unintended sham: the "virus scare". A good rest, sometimes, brings us back to are senses, and sometimes not.
