An Iranian foundation recently convicted as a front organization for the theocratic regime in Tehran donated five-figure sums to the infamous Clinton Foundation.
Last week, a New York grand jury ruled that the government can seize a building majority-owned by the Alavi Foundation, agreeing with prosecutors that it is a front group for the mullahs in Tehran. The foundation used the Manhattan skyscraper to garner hundreds of millions in revenue so it could supply cash for its “charitable” endeavors inside the United States.
The Alavi Foundation rarely donated to non-Islamic or non-academic institutions. Alavi spent most of its funds on building Shiite institutions — such as mosques and cultural centers — and installing Iran-friendly professors at prominent American universities.
So its regular donations to the Clinton Foundation — now estimated at around $100,000 — particularly stood out. From 1985 to 2014, the Alavi Foundation — which last year listed its assets at over $100 million — donated to only 13 non-Islamic organizations.
In addition to its direct donations to the Clinton Foundation, the Alavi Foundation has also sent money to organizations associated with the non-profit. Alavi has given funds to the Clinton Foundation through its supposed humanitarian programs (the “Child Foundation”) in Louisiana and Haiti.
Prominent legislators have labeled the Clinton Foundation as something resembling a money-laundering and influence-peddling operation. Its critics argue that the foundation was primarily utilized to curry favor with the power Clinton family. They point to instances like the foundation’s disaster-relief fundraising efforts in Haiti, which ended up enriching the Clinton Foundation and not doing anything substantive to relieve the suffering of the people on the ground.
When first confronted with the possibility that the Alavi Foundation was an Iranian front group, the Clinton Foundation refused to return its donations.
At the time, in 2015, New York U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said: “For two decades, the Alavi Foundation’s affairs have been directed by various Iranian officials, including Iranian ambassadors at the United Nations, in violation of a series of U.S. laws.”
It remains unclear if the conviction of the Alavi Foundation will change whether the Clinton Foundation will dispose of the terror-linked funds they have regularly received from the Iranian front group. If the Clinton Foundation continues to take funds from Alavi, the Clintons will be enabling a country determined — by bipartisan consensus — in U.S. government circles as the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism. 241 years ago, our Founders put everything on the line: their lives, their families, their property and their sacred honor. Why? Distant tyrants wanted to control the masses, imposing exorbitant taxes, employing massive numbers of jack-booted bureaucrats paid for by those taxes, appointing corrupt judges, using armed agents to terrorize the populace in times of peace, and even creating false flag events (using some of the Native American population).
Are we much better today? Some would say we’re worse. Much worse, in fact. Take, for instance, the fact that we produce per capita 100 times what we did 200 years ago but are lucky to have one full day of rest per week. Why? Much of our wealth is stolen through confiscatory, embedded taxation. For example, a majority of the price you pay for a loaf of bread is actually from hidden taxation as a result of the feds taking a cut at each successive stage of production.
How about representation? Just ask the numerous candidates who have arisen from the grassroots just to be promptly assassinated by the Establishment-controlled press or destroyed internally by agents of the Ruling Class. Vote fraud kills off many others.
What about other constitutional freedoms? With respect to the First Amendment, ask any number of religious objectors to the gay agenda who have lost their entire livelihoods by refusing to participate in the insanity.
Or how about speech? This website – Restoring Liberty – has been banned from the Google ad network and has been suspended from Facebook for simply speaking truth about the rampant pedophilia among our rulers as well as the insanity of the transgender phenomena.
What about the Fourth Amendment? Virtually everything we do digitally is reviewed and stored permanently without warrant, available for purposes of character assassination or prosecution if we decide to get “uppity” and challenge the Ruling Class status quo.
No, my friends, we are no longer “free,” at least not as our Founders understood the word. And the longer we sit on our hands, the greater the tyranny will become.
When our Founding Fathers drafted the Declaration of Independence and the Continental Congress adopted it on July 4th, 1776, they declared themselves a nation built on the principles of human freedom and limited, representative government. For years, they fought the British and gave their lives to confirm this independence.
Now, 241 years later, our military families continue to give their lives to secure our freedom. As we celebrate this Independence Day and thank the men and women of our armed services, let’s also consider ways we can improve freedom and opportunity for our military families as they serve.
All military members volunteer to deploy into harm’s way. For a service member preparing for deployment or already deployed far from home, the education options available to their children can be a point of great concern. The schooling options available to military-connected children can play a role in whether a family accepts an assignment, even factoring into decisions to leave military service altogether.
According to a recent survey conducted and published by the Military Times, 35 percent of respondents said that dissatisfaction with their child’s education was a “significant factor” in their decision to remain in or leave military service.
In fact, the Pentagon’s changes to policy in 2016 enabling families to remain at duty stations for longer time periods was a direct response “to complaints by military parents who are loathe to move if the next duty station has poorly performing schools.”
These complaints may often stem from the fact that military-connected children are assigned to the district schools closest in proximity to military bases, regardless of whether those district schools are right for them.
As important as education is to military parents, more than half of all active-duty military families live in states with no school choice options at all.
What if, instead of assigning children of active duty military families to district schools closest to where they live, we offered military families a chance to access the federal dollars being spent on their children directly? The 1.3 billion dollar Impact Aid program supports the education of military-connected children by sending money to local district schools.
Imagine if instead a military family could access a portion of those funds through an account with their name on it. Active duty military families would have access to a parent-controlled education savings account, populated with the federal funds that would have been spent on their child in the public system, which could be used for private school tuition, online learning, special education services and therapies, private tutors, textbooks, curricula, and any other education-related services of their choice.
Educations savings accounts give valuable freedom to parents to choose the education that works best for their child. Across the U.S., six states have established educations savings account options: Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, Nevada, and most recently, North Carolina.
Like their civilian-family counterparts, children of military families deserve choices in education.
Modernizing the Impact Aid program by transitioning funding into parent-controlled education savings accounts would provide children of active-duty military families with education choice, while ensuring the federal program serves military families as well as they serve us.
When our Founding Fathers drafted the Constitution, they made national defense a paramount responsibility of the new federal government. As we celebrate the birth of our great nation, let’s strengthen our national defense by supporting military families with educational freedom. The primaries are the most important votes we cast, and we need to fund and fight for the true and honest constitutional conservatives to run against the Democrats and Demopublicans.

The Good News
Normally when there are run-offs and special elections, the opposite party of the president wins, but not this time.
Republican Greg Gianforte won the special election for Montana’s open US House seat, beating Rob Quist democrat.
Republican Ralph Norman won a special election to fill the South Carolina congressional seat vacated by Mick Mulvaney, battling to a victory closer than many expected to replace the new White House budget director.
Ron Estes, Kansas state treasurer, won the special election to fill the seat vacated by new CIA director, Mike Pompeo, in a district that President Trump carried by 27 points.
Republican Karen Handel defeated Democrat Jon Ossoff in a high-stakes special election for a Georgia House seat denying Democrats their first major victory of the Donald Trump era.
Granted, they did not win by huge percentages as those they were replacing had in the past. The average loss of points was 13. Nevertheless, a win is still a win, and the left is feeling the pain.
Nevertheless, these wins are inciting and provoking more civil unrest promoted by the entire left and encouraged by the socialist media.
Hatred and Savagery
The left wants it their way or they will destroy what is left of the country. Look at the shootings, rioting, threats of violence, destruction of personal property, the constant theme of assassinations of our President, the words of hatred slung by them all with the added ‘benefit’ of the left’s success in eradicating what is left of societal decency. We are looking at anarchy. The character assassination of our President and his administration and the total refusal of the left to accept the outcome of a legitimate presidential election is the weapon they’re using.
The latest election results will increase their vitriolic and savage criticism against our President and conservative republicans. In my lifetime, I have never seen such viciousness, and I want to know why these vile creatures are not being charged with sedition. Common manners and decency were once the building blocks of our society, but today the left leads in decaying society’s respect and civility to others. They claim it’s their right under “freedom of speech.” (Cornell University’s definition of sedition.)
Laws Limit Some Freedom of Speech
Under Title 18, Section 871 of the United States Code, it is a Class E felony for anyone to “knowingly and willfully” threaten to “take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States.” Threatening the President is considered a political offense.
There are laws on the books that these people should be charged with, despite the freedoms of the first amendment. Certain types of speech are not protected by the first amendment: obscenity, fighting words, defamation (including libel and slander), child pornography, perjury, blackmail, incitement to imminent lawless action, true threats, and solicitations to commit crimes. Of course, libel and slander are rarely charged by public figures today since the 1964 supreme court decision in NYTs v. Sullivan wherein the court decided that media could lie with impunity about public figures unless the person could prove malice. The court claimed this was a first amendment right of media. The Warren court was stacked with six leftists and three moderates, so the unconstitutional verdict was 9-0.
Arrest the Seditionists
Andrew McCarthy’s recent article in National Review stated,
Whether it is Berkeley or Benghazi, it is standard operating procedure among the most influential, most allegedly mainstream Democratic politicians to rationalize rioting as mere ‘protest.’ In their alternative reality, violence in the name of sedition is ‘free speech’ — a passionate expression of political dissent — started me on this while the actual political speech they so savagely suppress is the atrocity.
What McCarthy went on to say reminded me of something my mother said long ago when I was a teenager and then a young adult. She was right when she said that we were headed for a war of ideals…righteousness and freedom or slavery to the state. God how I miss my amazing mother who started me on the journey to save America at the ripe old age of five.
One of the worst legacies of those 1960s Days of Rage was the failure of will to prosecute violent leaders of the radical Left to the full extent of the law — particularly the likes of Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, Weather Underground terrorists who got a complete pass. In its madness, the nation drew a moral equivalence between anti-American terrorism and the excesses of American government agents who pursued the terrorists, as if warrantless searches and spying, however concededly outrageous, were comparable to plots and attempts to commit mass murder. The government did not want the depths of its misconduct explored, so charges were dropped in some cases and pled away for a song in others — denying an exploration of the depths of the terrorists’ depravity. “Guilty as sin, free as a bird,” crowed Ayers, waxing nostalgic on the eve of the 9/11 attacks.
The message could not be clearer: For the political Left in this country, violence in the pursuit of “social justice” is not to be condemned, it is to be understood. There is the occasional winking rebuke of the forcible methods, but the underlying “progressive” cause is always endorsed, and the seditionist vanguard is the object of adulation.
McCarthy is right when he says, “Sedition and its related pathologies must be prosecuted. Equally important, they must be condemned. Without that, there cannot be a pluralistic, flourishing society.” So where are the Republicans, where is the Secret Service, where is the DOJ???
Seditious Sewage Spewed by Left
The big question is why these people are not arrested, some are not even visited by the Secret Service.
“This motherf***er, his whole job is to get people, convince Republicans to f***ing kick people off of f***ing health care,” Montag is heard saying in the audio recording, which was published on the website talkrealsolutions.com.
“I’m glad he got shot. I’m not gonna f***ing say that publicly. I’m glad he got shot.” “I wish he was f***ing dead,” he added.
Montag obviously doesn’t have a full grasp of the English language.
Really Bob? Our president wants Robert Kennedy Jr. to look into the vaccines and autism, and you have an autistic child and wanted the VAX film shown and then backed down and you’re attacking our President? Robert De Niro says his wife believes autistic son changed ‘overnight’ after vaccination.
Hunt them? What the hell does that mean? Hunt and shoot to kill? These people have gone over the cliff and need to be arrested and tried for sedition and whatever other laws the DOJ can come up with.
The Face of the Democratic Party
This is the face of the democratic party and the radical leftists on which they rely. There is within the American Left an increasingly active element that is not only deeply left of center, and fundamentally opposed to free speech, but also openly violent.
This is the kind of talk that delegitimizes the representative republic process and weakens institutions. It smacks of treason. It is an effort to sow the seeds of civil war. It is unlike anything we’ve heard during a presidential campaign or tenure. It doesn’t just acknowledge the possibility of violence, it actually revels in it.
The Left Created James Hodgkinson
The Left gave us James Hodgkinson, Bernie Sanders supporter, and democratic socialist, who opened fire on Republicans.
The FBI, under democrat Andy McCabe, gave an utterly bizarre update on its investigation into an attempt to assassinate Republican members of Congress, including Rep. Steve Scalise who remains in the hospital with an upgraded condition to “fair” and said he faces a long recovery.
We know from other reporting that the list to kill was of six Republican Freedom Caucus members, including Rep. Mo Brooks, who was present at the practice.
So, what does the FBI decide this information means? Well, the takeaway of the briefing was characterized well by the Associated Press headline about it, which is total BS! “FBI: Gunman who shot congressman had no target in mind.”

In fact, USA Today went with “FBI offers portrait of troubled Alexandria shooter with ‘anger management problem’” for their headline, since that’s what the FBI emphasized in the briefing.
The FBI also said there was no “nexus to terrorism” in the attempted mass assassination of Republican leadership by a Democratic activist.
Excuse the hell outta me, this is outright BS and everyone knows it. What the hell is the FBI peddling? And where is AG Sessions? Time to dump the holdovers from OBAMA! Truly, we need Rudy Giuliani to go after this mess.

Obama’s former political adviser David Simas, now the CEO of the Obama Foundation, has also been reaching out to DNC officials.
The former president's outreach remains a behind-the-scenes involvement, aiming to provide space for new leadership to step up, but he also wants to be "an available resource," sources told The Hill.
"He doesn’t want the focus to be on him," one unnamed source told the outlet. "He doesn’t want to be out in front."
But Obama will begin emerging on the fundraising circuit and on the stump for candidates including Ralph Northam, the Democrat running for governor of Virginia, in the fall, The Hill reported.

If you are looking at this tweet for the first time, you are no doubt rubbing your eyes and doing a double take. Is this a case of Holder having too much to drink at 3AM and he should have been sleeping it off rather taking to twitter? Or, as some are now suggesting, is this cryptic message a trigger mechanism for something big that is about to be launched by this very mysterious message?
A Mystery Wrapped Within An Enigma Inside of a Riddle
Trouble follows former Attorney General wherever he goes. Aware and awake Americans are all too familiar with Holder’s scandalous path which should have landed him in a prison cell. More on that later in this article. However, the pressing point in the present moment centers around the question of why was the former Attorney General, Eric Holder, who was let go by former President Obama after he put into motion Obama’s crazy gun confiscation scheme known as Fast and Furious, now issuing tweets telling the FBI and DOJ to be strong and “your actions and integrity will be unfairly questioned. Be prepared, be strong. Duty. Honor. Country”? Take this question and combine with another question, why did Holder agree to move to California, at the request of embattled California governor, Jerry Brown? Also, more on the answer to that question later, as well.
What could FBI and DOJ officials do that would cause their actions integrity to be questioned? At face value, this clearly implies that at least some personnel at the DOJ/FBI are planning to engage in an action, a nefarious action, that Holder has first hand knowledge of, and this action falls into the realm of being unethical and illegal. If this was not true, why would Holder say that their integrity would be questioned?
Past Actions Are the Best Predictor Future Behavior
Is there anything in Holder’s past that predispose him to make a tweet that strongly suggests that elements of the DOJ/FBI will have their integrity questioned? There is no question that Holder’s background is rife with controversy and criminality and should be considered when evaluating this tweet.
From the beginning, Holder has been a subversive force when it comes to upholding the Constitution. His past actions clearly make him a person who is decidedly anti-American. In addition, Holder’s obvious connections to the Mexican Drug Cartels put a very different light on his present tweet.
Interpreting the Tweet
Clearly, Holder is noting that select officials of the DOJ and FBI will be called to perform actions that are illegal in which their integrity will be called into action for if the DOJ/FBI were to be acting legally and Constitutionally, there would be no reason for Holder to warn these people that their integrity will be questioned. Further, it does not take a rocket scientist to realize that Holder is directly messaging Deep State holdovers from the Obama administration within the DOJ and the FBI. It is also very plausible that Holder’s tweet is a trip switch for some kind of affirmative action from these officials.
Holder’s past actions would indicate that he has clear connections with the drug cartels given his fast and furious associations. And if his associations include the drug cartels, they also include terrorists (eg Hamas, ISIS, etc.) because it is a well-known fact that the two groups are intimately intertwined (e.g. HSBC banking scandal).
Connecting the Dots
I have concluded that this message is a directive for assistance in upcoming coup against Trump and the people of the United States and Holder is seeking assistance of these agents targeted in the tweet. However, there is another element that must be considered with regard to this tweet. If this tweet has purpose and to believe otherwise, is naive, then we must consider Holder’s connection to the treasonous CALEXIT. He is clearly not loyal to the preservation to the United States. Further, I have reported, courtesy of a Paul Preston, from Agenda 21 Radio, that Preston’s embedded and inside sources have repeatedly reported that the fail safe position of an unsuccessful CALEXIT movement would be the use of drug cartels to randomly assassinate members of the public in order to force a crisis of government. I believe that Holder is at the center of an action related to an overall coup against the President nd that all of these elements will be brought to bear.
At this point, please allow me to note something that on the surface would seem totally unrelated. It was widely reported, yesterday, that Hollywood types, such as Bill Maher, are shifting their approach away from advocating for the assassination of Donald Trump to an all-out civil war. In the context of what seems to happening in regard to Holder’s cryptic message, we must ask ourselves is the timing just a coincidence? Or are we witnessing the messages that will trigger unparalleled strife in this country with regard to its recent history?
Readers will no doubt ask me in the comments section, what do I think the end game is? To answer that question, I have to put myself in the mindset of the Deep State. If I were them, I would initiate an action that would require a martial law response from Trump. I think this is what Holder is triggering with his tweet. Once martial law is in effect, this would provide the perfect climate from which the Deep State could emerge from the shadows, eliminate Trump, and take over a nation that is already under martial law. This would be the perfect climate to initiate a coup and the implementation of a total police state. At least that is what I would do in the same situation given these same circumstances.
Regardless of how conspiratorial one allows themselves to become over this tweet, there is no question that it would be a huge mistake for all of us to not seriously debate the meaning of this tweet and it potentially far-reaching implications. The New York Times is reporting on “criticism, disbelief and dumbfoundedness” in the wake of President Donald Trump’s tweet on Sunday in which the president is depicted wrestling and punching a figure whose head has been replaced with the logo for CNN.
Times’ personalities condemned the tweet as, among other things, a “call for violence against the media,” and “unseemly that the president would attack journalists for doing their jobs, and encourage such anger at the media.”
Unmentioned by the newspaper is that The Times stood by its decision to back the controversial production of “Julius Caesar” in Central Park in which Caesar was glaringly depicted as a Trump-like figure being brutally assassinated by Roman senators.
For those who doubted the play’s intent, the production also featured Calpurnia, Caesar’s wife, speaking with a Slavic accent resembling that of First Lady Melania Trump.
The Times continued to back the play even after companies like Delta Air Lines, American Express and Bank of America pulled their sponsorship following public outcry.
“As an institution that believes in free speech for the arts as well as the media,” The Times said in a statement, “we support the right of the Public Theater to stage the production as they choose.”
Members of that same institution slammed Trump’s CNN wrestling tweet as inciting violence against reporters.
Trump’s tweet was accompanied by the hashtag #FraudNewsCNN #FNN. The video seems to have been an edited version of a 2011 appearance that Trump made at the WrestleMania competition.

Dean Baquet, executive editor of The Times, was quoted by the newspaper stating, “I think it is unseemly that the president would attack journalists for doing their jobs, and encourage such anger at the media.”
The Times’ article reporting on Trump’s tweet told readers the missive “stirred criticism, disbelief and dumbfoundedness. Some journalists denounced its portrayal of violence as dangerous, saying it could incite attacks or threats against news media employees.”
Trump’s CNN tweet comes as members of the news media have repeatedly falsely depicted the U.S. president as a usurper who may have colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election.
One establishment talking point, as Breitbart News previously documented, had numerous Democratic Party operatives and media pundits repeatedly using the word “treason” in a seeming attempt to smear Trump over unproven claims of collusion with Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign.
The Russia narrative seems to have angered James T. Hodgkinson, the man who shot up lawmakers and aides at a practice in Alexandria, Va., for an annual congressional baseball game. Hodgkinson reportedly expressed anti-Trump sentiment on his Facebook page tied to the unproven Russia collusion claims. House Majority Whip Steve Scalise was critically wounded in the shooting attack and four others were injured.

One posting indicates that Hodgkinson signed a change.org petition for “the legal impeachment and or legal removal of The President & Vice President, et al., for Treason and Misprision of Treason.”
Another indicates that Hodgkinson signed a change.org petition asking past presidents to urge Congress to launch a “powerful and independent inquiry” into the Trump campaign’s contacts with Russia.
Another indicates that he signed a change.org petition supporting legislation sponsored by Massachusetts US Representative Katherine Clark that would require Trump to place his assets in a blind trust or disclose when he makes a decision that affects his personal finances.
CNN in recent days has been facing a public relations crisis concerning its Russia coverage.
The network has been under fire for the last week, after CNN retracted a story that relied on one anonymous source to allege ties between a Trump ally and a Russian investment bank. Three CNN staffers reportedly resigned in the wake of the scandal. The network abruptly deleted and then retracted the story after the narrative was questioned by Breitbart’s Matt Boyle.
CNN faced more controversy after Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe released a video in which the network’s supervising producer, John Bonifield, who works for the medical and health section, referred to the Russia interference story as “mostly bullshit” while indicating the story was being pumped for ratings.
“I just feel like they don’t really have it, but they want to keep digging. And so I think the president is probably right to say, like, look you are witch hunting me,” Bonifield was filmed stating. “You have no smoking gun, you have no real proof.”
O’Keefe followed that up with a second video in which CNN commentator Van Jones called the Russia collusion story a “big nothing burger.”
A third O’Keefe video caught a producer for CNN’s New Day Show with Chris Cuomo criticizing Trump and mocking American voters.

The media finally found its hero.
The hero was Brian Karem, the sweaty, surly and unshaven correspondent for Playboy, who whined that Sarah Huckabee-Sanders, the Deputy White House Press Secretary, was “bullying” the abused media.
Vox dubbed Karem “heroic” for defending “CNN’s honor.” The media’s “honor” has fallen so low that it needs defending by the red light district. If the media’s honor gets any lower, its honor will need an assist from the Mafia, Mexican drug cartels, NAMBLA and the Toxic Waste Association of America.
Karem claimed to be inspired by the tantrums of CNN’s Jim Acosta. CNN was particularly upset by the White House denying the network the precious video that it needs to show off its latest Trump attacks.
Off-camera briefings are a good start. Off-media briefings would be even better.
Under the illiterate headline, “We Stood Up to the Administration Today Because Free Press is Crucial,” Karem wrote at Playboy, “The administration supports the First Amendment – just not the people who practice it.”
And the only people entitled to practice the First Amendment, according to the media, own the media. They don’t need to know basic grammar. They don’t need to have their facts right. They just need to be part of huge media conglomerates with left-wing politics whose mission is attacking conservatives.
What got Karem’s goat (and the goats of the rest of the media herd) was that Sanders had given the first question to Breitbart. And conservative sites are not entitled to the protections of the First Amendment.
A free press is crucial. And when the White House fights for a free press by diversifying the press corps, it’s upholding the spirit of a free press that the media cartel is fighting to kill.
The entire “Fake News” outcry that Karem and the rest of his “honorable” colleagues in the media are whining about began with a media plot to censor conservative sites on social media for “Fake News.”
Why does the media believe that Playboy, but not Breitbart or the Daily Caller, have a right to be heard?
"I don’t like the entire institution of the press and free speech being castigated,” Brian Karem wheedled. “The foundation of a free republic is a free press."
The media has reached rock bottom when a porn magazine’s correspondent starts claiming to be foundation of a free republic.
And when the media enthusiastically agrees.
The foundation of a free republic is free people. Free people have the right to say what they please. They can do it on social media, at a political protest or in the pages of a newspaper. Freedom doesn’t begin and end with the media cartel. Even though the media cartel would like nothing better.
"We can't take the bullying anymore. It's undermining the fourth estate, it's undermining the first amendment," the Playboy correspondent whined elsewhere.
America isn’t supposed to have a Fourth Estate. That’s France. But that’s what the media is. It’s not a free press. It’s a cartel that leverages control over what was once the free press. Few conservatives are allowed into its ranks. Its partisan mission is to support the left and oppose the right.
The First Amendment gives the media the freedom to do it. Not the institutional authority.
It’s the media that has zero respect for the First Amendment. Its contempt for the religious freedoms of the First Amendment is notorious. But its hostility for the free press is a more recent innovation.
The media has viciously fought the White House’s effort to diversify the press corps by bringing in conservative media. Karem’s tantrum was an outgrowth of that larger battle. Its push for “fact checks” is a cynical effort to embed censorship of conservative media outlets into Facebook and Google News. The media is the greatest enemy of a free press. And it should be treated that way.
It’s an unelected and illegitimate fourth branch of government backed by a handful of powerful interests that insists on setting the national agenda, determining who gets elected and impeaching them if the voters disagree. That is the coup that the fourth branch is busy trying to pull on President Trump.
And the media insists on determining who gets to belong to it. Playboy, yes. Breitbart, DailyCaller and Front Page Magazine, no. Playboy is a heroic defender of the media’s “honor.” Conservative sites must be censored so all that the media deems “Fake News” doesn’t undermine its political agenda.
But the media doesn’t get to decide who can belong to a free press. And what news is fake.
President Trump, Sarah Sanders Huckabee and others have called out the media as “Fake News.” And that outrages the media cartel because it challenges its institutional authority.
The media’s institutional authority shouldn’t just be challenged, it must be broken.
A free press is open to everyone. The media is a closed cartel. A free press has a diversity of opinions. The media has only one. A free press is a dialogue. The media silences dissent, from individuals to conservative outlets. A free press does not attempt to usurp democracy. That is the entire purpose of the media cartel. It manufactures an artificial consensus through mass communications propaganda.
The internet has made the media irrelevant. It also killed the very last of its ethics and journalistic integrity. All that remains are a network of partisan left-wing sites trailed by dead tree paper and dead cable outlets integrated into one heaving mess that connects CNN to ESPN to Playboy to Teen Vogue.
The media cartel is a network of money and power. This illegitimate network intersects with other institutional left-wing networks in the non-profit sector, the political sector, the academic sector and many others. Each network is a thread in a spider web that is choking the life out of this nation. And at the center sit the radical spiders that pull all the strings.
The obscene efforts of the media cartel to wrap itself in the tattered shrouds of the First Amendment are as disgusting as a man who murdered his parents begging the court to have mercy on an orphan.
The media is waging a ruthless campaign to censor its opponents under the guise of “Fake News”. Yet it plays the victim when it is criticized (rather than censored) for the dishonest lies of its partisan agenda.
It has made war on the Constitution. It rejects some parts of the Bill of Rights entirely. It is now engaged in a gargantuan effort to reverse the results of a national election. And when it is called out for its abuses of power, it contends that to criticize it is to undermine the foundation of a free republic.
How can you possibly have a free republic without CNN, MSNBC and the Washington Post? But a better question might be, how can you have a free republic when a leftist media cartel is running it?
The government should not privilege a media cartel or confuse its arrogance with authority.
Off-camera briefings should become off-media briefings. Media outlets that want to act like campus crybullies should be booted. Dot coms that clamor for Net Neutrality but then use media “fact checks” to censor conservative competitors should be called out for their partisan hypocrisy.
The White House’s battle against the media cartel is the best defense of the First Amendment.
Americans, from the government to the streets, must make it clear that there is no fourth branch of government. Only when the media cartel has been broken, can a free press rise once again.

During his speech, the president personally saluted World War II veteran Harry Miller for his lifelong service and wounded warrior Luis Avila. Miller enlisted in the reserves at 15, even though he was not old enough to serve. He fought in Europe and in The Battle of the Bulge. Avila, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, was on a fifth deployment when he was wounded, losing his leg, during an intelligence reconnaissance mission.

Tomorrow, we’ll celebrate the 241st anniversary of our Declaration of Independence. Our nation boasts a rich history and myriad reasons for that celebration. But there are some troubling things worth pondering.
For example, a recent YouGov poll holds some disturbing numbers about patriotism. Four in 10 say they are very patriotic, and eight in ten are at least somewhat so — but nearly half the country thinks other people are losing patriotic fervor. Perhaps that’s because of the unbelievably rancorous political rhetoric these days. Indeed, the partisan split is stark — almost two-thirds of Republicans call themselves very patriotic, as opposed to just one-third of Democrats.
Another group of Americans is also troublingly unpatriotic — Millennials. More than a third of them aren’t patriotic. Hot Air’s Allahpundit elucidates, “They’ve grown up in a bad economy, saddled with skyrocketing education debt, reminded daily that their standard of living may well be worse than their parents’, and forced to live with the reality that federal entitlements won’t be there for them when they’re 65.” And yet Millennials are evidently blaming the country instead of bad, leftist policy.
In another interesting Fox News poll, while the majority (51%) of Americans are proud of the U.S., a whopping 79% of voters don’t believe George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and our other Founders would be all that impressed.
The question is worth asking: Are we honoring the sacrifice made by those who pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to secure our independence and Liberty? Are we stewarding what was bequeathed to us at great cost?
In 1776, after the signing of the Declaration, John Adams wrote to his wife, Abigail: “I am apt to believe that [the signing of the Declaration] will be celebrated, by succeeding generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shews, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this time forward forever more.”
Let’s work to secure our Liberty, and to make sure that all Americans have reason to celebrate.

Today, the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund (FCDF) filed a 40-page amended complaint in federal court in its legal challenge to San Diego Unified School District’s (SDUSD) “Anti-Islamophobia” Initiative. FCDF is asking the Court to halt the Initiative and stop SDUSD’s longstanding partnership with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a controversial Muslim advocacy organization with deep ties to Islamic extremism. As part of its request for declaratory and injunctive relief, the complaint alleges violations of the U.S. and California Constitutions and numerous state statutes, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and provisions of the Education Code.
FCDF is suing SDUSD, its entire Board of Education, and Superintendent Cynthia Marten on behalf of six concerned parents and Citizens for Quality Education – San Diego (CQE-SD), a local grassroots organization dedicated to public school reform, and the San Diego Asian Americans for Equality (SDAAFE), which defends the interests of the Asian American community and promotes active involvement in public affairs.
While public discussion and news coverage have largely framed the issue as a question of preventing bullying of Muslim students, FCDF’s allegations are generally threefold:
On April 4, 2017, SDUSD’s Board of Education approved an “Anti-Islamophobia” initiative in a purported effort to combat bullying and harassment of Muslim students and their families. As part of the initiative, Muslim students will be provided with special religious accommodations; teachers must receive new training and resources on how to advocate for Muslims; and the school district must review and vet its curriculum to ensure that it promotes a “favorable” and “inclusive” depiction of Muslim culture and history. Most controversially, SDUSD seeks to explore and engage in formal partnerships with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a self-described Muslim civil rights organization. Students of other faiths are excluded from this program, including Jewish students, who statistically face a much higher level of bullying and discrimination than do Muslims.
The amended complaint is an update to the complaint filed on May 22, 2017, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Since last month, FCDF has uncovered additional evidence suggesting that SDUSD’s relationship with CAIR San Diego is deeper than the school district has publicly claimed. Moreover, prior to the April board meeting that authorized the Initiative, the school district had already permitted CAIR officials to visit schools, where CAIR officials indoctrinated students and distributed propaganda materials that promoted its religious objectives.
Charles LiMandri, FCDF’s President and Chief Counsel, commented:
“There’s no longer any doubt that the School District’s ‘stop the bullying’ argument is merely a pretext to favor Muslim students and advance its mutually beneficial relationship with CAIR. To maintain government neutrality in America’s public schools, the Court should recognize that singling out Muslim students for special protections, especially when students of other religions face the same type of bullying, does not justify violating the Constitution and a whole host of other laws.”
The complaint states:
“Under the guise of this anti-bullying program, Defendants have entangled themselves with the aforementioned religious organization to set up a subtle, discriminatory scheme that establishes Muslim students as the privileged religious group within the school community. Consequently, students of other faiths are left on the outside looking in, vulnerable to religiously motivated bullying, while Muslim students enjoy an exclusive right to the School District’s benevolent protection.”
The complaint continues:
“Parent Plaintiffs entrust School District officials with the education of their children, who are impressionable and whose attendance at school is mandatory. Therefore, Defendants’ intentional efforts to promote a favorable view of a particular religion and religious practices, which include allowing CAIR-SD officials to indoctrinate School District students within a ‘captive’ setting, violate their trust and their private beliefs.”
The amended complaint identifies numerous examples of CAIR pushing a religious agenda in public schools, including providing materials to students and educators containing quotes from the Quran, solicitation of its services, and providing training materials to teachers to instruct students with the following ideas:
“The activities of the American Empire have not been the only forces at work creating an Islamist extremism that violently defies the sacred teaching of the religion[;]. American misdeeds have also played an important role in the process”;
“The ‘hatred and mistrust of the United States in the Islamic world’ is a consequence of ‘right-wing politics,’ ‘geo-political needs of the American Empire,’ and ‘widespread ignorance among Americans about the U.S. role in the world and in Islamic history’”; and
“‘9/11 in part reflected the rage toward the U.S. pulsing through the veins of many Muslims,’ and ‘the indifference displayed by many U.S. policymakers toward the suffering of everyday people around the Islamic world fanned the flames of this anti-American fury.’”
The amended complaint also details the School District’s active collaboration with CAIR, which has longstanding, verified ties to radical Islam. For example, several of CAIR’s top executives have been convicted of terror-related crimes. Further, the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office previously named CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror case (the FBI has terminated any outreach activities with CAIR), and the United Arab Emirates has designated CAIR as a terrorist organization.
LiMandri commented:
“Despite its message of diversity and tolerance, CAIR’s ultimate mission is to change American society and advance radical Islam. It is entirely reasonable for parents to question whether CAIR is pushing the School District to indoctrinate students with a favorable, one-sided teaching of Islam. Moreover, it is deeply troubling that School District officials have consistently dismissed parents’ genuine concerns as bigoted, anti-Muslim rhetoric. That line of reasoning is akin to saying that the Constitution itself is ‘Islamophobic’ because it is not based on Sharia law.”

Keep in mind, there were only 7 incidents of school bullying in the entire city, which represented 130,000 students. That’s not 7 anti-Islam incidents, rather 7 incidents of supposed bullying in the entire school district.

Learning about the religion and reciting the Qur’an, he got the idea that he had a duty to wage war against unbelievers. That should come as no surprise to anyone except Pope Francis and H. R. McMaster, because the Qur’an contains numerous exhortations to wage war against unbelievers (see especially chapters eight and nine).

Not because it was twisting and hijacking the Religion of Peace, but because the lessons were in Somali. The mosque “has not been tied to extremism,” but it taught the Qur’an and Sunnah. That those sources contain numerous exhortations to Muslims to commit violence against unbelievers is a fact that government and law enforcement authorities generally refuse to accept, and often deny outright, in the teeth of the facts.

Now, in an interview with Scott Pelley of 60 Minutes, the Somali-American explains how the online ravings of a dead terror cleric radicalized him and drew him into a plot with eleven other young men in Minnesota’s large Somali immigrant population.
Asked if he had planned to join Islamic State in Syria and join in their atrocities, Warsame replied: ‘I was going to be, I was going to be participating in those activities.’

He turned online looking for religious instruction in English, and found the videos of Anwar al-Awlaki.
Once the respected imam of a mosque near Washington, DC, al-Awlaki was exposed as violent extremist and went into hiding in Yemen, where he was killed by a drone strike in 2011.
Yet the terror cleric’s sermons live on online, where they have been responsible for radicalizing scores of young Muslims.
‘He explained how Islam was, you know, like, my calling. It was almost like he was talking to you,’ Warsame explained to Pelley.
‘And like it made you feel like you were special, you know? And like you’re the chosen one. And the more I listened to it, the more it was appealing to me and the more interesting it became.’
Warsame became convinced that committing violence against non-Muslims would be best not just for himself but his family.
‘Most of the videos would talk about how if you would engage in jihad you would be doing your family a favor. And that you would be saving their lives from eternal hell fire,’ he said.
‘And so whether you’re doing something good for your community, whether you’re going to school, whether you have a nice job, all of that, they’re gonna make it seem like it’s worthless. And that there is something greater that you can be doing.’…

CNN ran a story on Monday describing the “wonderful” visit of Sesame Street character Elmo to a refugee camp in Syria, where he concludes that “refugee kids are just like us.”
“They like to play and learn just like Elmo and all his friends at Sesame Street,” Elmo said during an interview broadcast on CNN via Facebook Live. “Elmo thinks it’s important to know that everybody is the same deep down and that’s very important.”
“It was really sad because Elmo’s new friends told Elmo that they had to leave their homes because it wasn’t safe for them to stay,” he continued. “And that made Elmo really sad and sometimes a bit scared.”…..
The bizarre story comes amidst a rising problem of credibility at the network. On Monday, three CNN employees resigned over a fake news scandal in which they were forced to retract a hit piece pertaining to Donald Trump and his associates.
Meanwhile, footage obtained by investigative journalist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas showed a senior CNN producer admitting that the network’s relentless bashing of President Donald Trump over his alleged links to Russia was “mostly bullsh*t.”

SO, if you LOVE your country, you fight hard to make your country the greatest nation on earth, because right now this country has a far way of going —
Until we have health care for everyone who needs health care, women have full agency of their bodies, until we have immigration reform, until we end mass incarceration and UNTIL we become a nation that welcomes ALL immigrants in this country, until then we are NOT the greatest nation on this earth.

Robert Spencer: Tennessee Imam Yasir Qadhi Claims I “Fabricated” Idea the Muslims Want to Subjugate Non-Muslims

Advancing Islamic Lies 18 Facebook Twitter Google+ Much of the hysteria about “Islamophobia” in the U.S. is driven by ignorance: not, as is commonly claimed, the ignorance of racist, redneck yahoos about the true, peaceful nature of Islam, but the ignorance of well-meaning non-Muslims about the violent and supremacist aspects of Islam. Cynical and deceptive Islamic supremacist spokesmen make use of the latter ignorance all the time – most recently, in Memphis imam Yasir Qadhi’s claim that I “fabricated” the idea that Islam has an imperative to subjugate non-Muslims. Years ago, the imam Mahdi Bray of the Muslim American Society, the Muslim Brotherhood’s principal arm in the United States, showed up at a lecture I gave at a synagogue. After I explained the motivating ideology of al-Qaeda and other jihad groups with copious references to the Qur’an and Sunnah, Bray stood up during the question-and-answer period and drawled, “I’m just a simple country Muslim from Norfolk, Virginia, and I have never even heard of this version of Islam you’re talking about today.” Yeah, sure, Mahdi, and my uncle is Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. But Bray knew that his jocular display of ignorance of the jihadist view of Islam would play well to an audience that knew little to nothing of Islamic doctrine. Many other Muslim spokesmen have played this same game over the years, not only affecting ignorance of the violent and supremacist teachings of Islam, but even claiming that “Islamophobes” invented them. Watch It Before That Happens Healthtactics Sponsored by Revcontent Find Out More > 93,873 And so we come to Yasir Qadhi, who claimed on his Facebook page Thursday that “Islamophobic bigots like Spencer have fabricated this myth of us Muslims (less than 1 % of this land!) having desires to subjugate the rest of the 99 % to our laws and religion. Sadly, many innocent Christians believe these lies, and Spencer continues to profit from that fear.” I fabricated that myth, eh? What immense power Qadhi thinks I have! In reality, the idea that any Muslims in the U.S. wish to subjugate non-Muslims comes from Omar Ahmad, Hamas-linked CAIR’s co-founder and longtime Board chairman, who once said: “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.” He denies saying those words, but the original reporter still stands by her story. And Hamas-linked CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper once said: “I wouldn’t want to create the impression that I wouldn’t like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future.” Meanwhile, according to a captured internal document, the Muslim Brotherhood (to which all the major Muslim groups in the US are linked) is dedicated in its own words to “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within, and sabotaging its miserable house….so that it falls, and Allah’s religion is victorious over other religions.” Think that document is inauthentic or unimportant? Think again. Then there is the Washington, DC imam who wants to “establish an Islamic State of America by 2050.” And of course, these Muslims in the U.S. did not originate this idea. It comes from the Qur’an and Muhammad. The Qur’an prescribes violence until the world is Islamized: “And fight them until there is no fitnah and religion, all of it, is for Allah.” (Qur’an 8:39) Fitnah is disturbance, upheaval, disorder, chaos. According to numerous early Muslim authorities, including Ibn Abbas, Abu Al-`Aliyah, Mujahid, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi` bin Anas, As-Suddi, Muqatil bin Hayyan and Zayd bin Aslam, the statement that Muslims must fight until there is no more fitnah means that they must fight “so that there is no more Shirk.” Shirk is the association of partners with Allah — i.e., calling Jesus the Son of God. So this verse, although it was revealed in the aftermath of a seventh-century battle between Muslims and pagans, has a universal application. A mainstream Islamic commentary on the Qur’an, the Tafsir al-Jalalayn, glosses it this way: “And fight them until sedition, idolatry, is, exists, no more and religion is all for God, alone, none other being worshipped.” Muhammad himself said: “I have been commanded to fight against people so long as they do not declare that there is no god but Allah, and he who professed it was guaranteed the protection of his property and life on my behalf except for the right affairs rest with Allah.” (Sahih Muslim 30) Islamic conquest will result in the subjugation of non-Muslims. The Qur’an commands Muslims to fight “the People of the Book,” that is, primarily Jews and Christians, until they submit to Muslim hegemony and pay a tax: “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued” (Qur’an 9:29). Muhammad is depicted in a hadith echoing this: “Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war…When you meet your enemies who are polytheists, invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these you also accept it and withhold yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them…. If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them. (Sahih Muslim 4294) Question for Dr. Yasir Qadhi: did I write all this material? He won’t answer, of course. It’s easier for him simply to call me an “Islamophobic bigot,” and know that most of his audience won’t know enough to be able to challenge his ridiculous claims. It’s hard to believe that Qadhi’s act will continue to fool people for much longer. But it’s working just fine right now. A massive portion of Obamaphone recipients are receiving the benefit after lying on their applications, according to a new 90-page report from the Government Accountability Office.
An undercover sting operation showed ineligible applications were approved 63 percent of the time, and a review found that 36 to 65 percent of beneficiaries in various categories had lied in easily detectable ways but were approved anyway.
The GAO reports that after basic eligibility checks were instituted, the cellphones-for-the-poor program shrunk by a third, from $2.2 billion to $1.5 billion. In the 30 days following the addition of meager but previously absent anti-fraud measures, monthly payments dropped $40 million. Incredibly, the 65 percent rate of easily detectable fraud is what remained after those huge numbers of fraudsters dropped off the rolls.
The GAO undercover investigators applied for free government phones 19 times using criteria that should have been rejected, and “we were approved to receive Lifeline services by 12 of the 19 Lifeline providers using fictitious eligibility documentation.”
