Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton blame guns and gunmakers for the shootings that have been occurring across the country. Both feigning outrage. Both on peretual campaign mode. Both remain disturbingly silent when it comes to the gun violence that occur on a daily basis in cities like Chicago - which is the mecca of pro,iment radicals like Rahm Emanuel, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan and more. It's also the old stomping ground of both Obama and Hillary as well. Both have so much in common, including their stances where Iran and Israel are concerned, and Islamists and Judeo-Christians, and Benghazi as well. Both are as equally silent and indifferent about the brutal and ruthless murders of Christians by ISIS as they are the shootings occurring in the major metro cities around the country.
There's something else these prominent liberals have in common. One is their obvious disdain of law enforcement officers; the second is their pronounced admiration, and perhaps idolization of, 60s ultra radical, Saul Alinsky - who had dedicated his book. "Rules For Radicals", admiringly to the Devil himself (Lucifer).
Franklin Graham (son of Billy Graham) had written an article on how Christian persecution in America is rising. He's right. We now see that the American flag and christians being associated with hatred and racism. Where a monument of the Ten Commandments was quickly removed because it "offended" some. Yet, a nine feet tall statue of Satan w/ two children idolizing the beastly image is now being proudly displayed in Detriot; another major democrat run metro city.
There's a passage in the New Testament where Jesus said, 'If they hate you, remember they hated me before they hated you,' (John 15:18).
No one should be the least bit surprised. America is choosing to leave the light - to live within the Darkness.

The Chicago Way has a simple formula -- reward your friends and punish your enemies. President Obama plays the game well and rewards those who take care of him -- even when they take care of themselves in the process. The game is being played out at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) where the president has nominated Andy Slavitt to become head of the agency.
Slavitt was the CEO of Optum/QSSI, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, one of the nation's largest health insurers. In order to be appointed to CMS, the administration granted Slavitt an "ethics waiver," allowing him to receive $4.8 million in tax-free money when he joined the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Optum/QSSI had been building the data services hub for the online marketplace Healthcare.gov under an $85 million contract before it was chosen to serve as the systems integrator in late October 2013, just weeks after the website famously imploded. Slavitt may have played a roll in the contract award.
Slavitt has helped turn Obamacare into a slush fund for blue states who were rewarded billions in federal dollars to build state exchanges. After receiving $179 in federal grants to build a failed state exchange, Maryland sued the contractors who built it. When the state attorney general received a settlement, Slavitt gave $45 million to the state, a nice pat on the back for building the exchange in the first place -- even though Maryland didn't spend a nickel of their own funds to build it.
Taxpayers want to know what role Slavitt had in covering up the dismemberment of Oregon's health care exchange. As you recall, Cover Oregon was killed for political purposes when the Democrat governor, John Kitzhaber, who has since resigned in disgrace, tasked his political director to oversee the exchange. She pulled the plug for political reasons, fleecing taxpayers of $300 million without a howl of protest from. Mr. Slavitt and his team in Washington.
To their credit, the GOP Senate has refused to act on the nomination and is demanding answers. Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) said, "Mr. Slavitt will need to answer a number of tough questions regarding his former employer and their relationship with the agency" and Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) stated, "I have asked CMS to provide details on how it's walling off Mr. Slavitt from potential conflicts of interest. I will continue to ask these questions as part of the nomination process." So far, no answers have been forthcoming.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell often seems to care more about making sure the trains run on time rather than standing up to fight on principle. If there was ever an easy fight to win, this is it. Slavitt is a walking ethics violation with conflicts of interest coming out his ears. One can only hope that McConnell and his allies in the Senate don't cut a deal to see that Slavitt is confirmed.

Trump: Millions Who Pay No Taxes Will Keep Paying No Taxes 
Donald Trump offered his tax plan Monday, and it has quite the populist appeal. His plan says, "If you are single and earn less than $25,000, or married and jointly earn less than $50,000, you will not owe any income tax. That removes nearly 75 million households — over 50% — from the income tax rolls. They get a new one page form to send the IRS saying, 'I win,' those who would otherwise owe income taxes will save an average of nearly $1,000 each." On top of that, he'd lower the top rate from 39.6% to 25%, and reduce corporate taxes from the current highest-in-the-world rate of 35% to 15%. On the other hand, he wants to eliminate deductions that help people like hedge fund managers pay a lower rate than many Americans. We suppose their tax forms will say, "I lose." Indeed, "eliminating most deductions and loopholes available to the very rich" is how he proposes to keep the plan "revenue neutral." Fat chance of that. His proposed four brackets of 0%, 10%, 20% and 25% will "simplify the tax code," he said. "It'll grow the American economy at a level that it hasn't seen for decades." It's worth noting, as Trump does, that there are already millions of Americans who pay no income tax, though they do have to fill out complex tax forms to reach that conclusion. Thus, they have no "skin in the game," and everyone should bear some of the burden, even if it's just 1%. But Trump would expand the numbers paying nothing — smart politics. On the other hand, these same workers pay a disproportionate share of the payroll tax, which supposedly funds the biggest drivers of our debt: Major entitlements.

Putin Keeps Taking nObama's Lunch Money In dueling speeches at Monday's UN General Assembly meeting, Barack nObama and Russian President Vladimir Putin sounded off in the latest round of tense relations between the U.S. and Russia. Unfortunately, because of nObama’s thoughtless foreign policy America looks weak and clueless on the world stage.
So you can see why pro-choice activists are feeling optimistic. They have seemingly survived the video scandals, their Republican detractors are tied in knots, and Democrats are solidly on board.
nObama continued to rail against Moscow for its actions in Ukraine. “We cannot stand by when the sovereignty and territorial integrity of a nation is flagrantly violated," he declared. "If that happens without consequence in Ukraine, it could happen to any nation gathered here today.” Of course, "stand by" is precisely what nObama has done with regard to Ukraine and Crimea.
"Stand by" has also been nObama’s "plan" with regard to Syria. And Putin has used the opportunity to bolster Russia’s presence in the Middle East. In a one-two punch this month, the Kremlin provided military support to bolster longtime Syrian ally Bashar al-Assad, and then — just in time for the UN confab — announced an intelligence sharing agreement with Syria, Iraq and Iran to combat the Islamic State.
The Wall Street Journal explains the significance of that move for Iraq: "It’s hard to fault Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi for the decision. He’s watched for a year while the U.S. coalition has made little progress against Islamic State. His decision risks putting Baghdad further under Tehran’s sway, and pushing more Iraqi Sunnis into Islamic State’s arms. But desperate leaders will act in desperate ways."
One Iraqi militia leader put it this way: “We believe that Russia and Iran are serious about defeating ISIS while the U.S. doesn’t want to defeat ISIS. We wish that the Iraqi government wouldn’t trust or depend heavily on the U.S. because we’ve had a bad experience with the U.S. in this regard.”

Why have Democrats long resisted any limitations on elective abortions? After all it’s not like supporting anything called ‘partial-birth abortion’ is a political winner.
The answer is the same as why Republicans resist new gun control laws of any kind, even those that have popular support. Any restriction on abortion that is tied to the humanness of an unborn child is the ultimate in slippery-slopes for the pro-choice crowd.
As Cecile Richards, the head of Planned Parenthood, arrives on Capitol Hill to testify about a series of shocking videos that depict the business of harvesting and selling the body parts of aborted babies, she and the 60-year-old pro-choice movement are at a crossroads.
In some ways things have never been better. A WSJ/NBC News poll 61 percent of respondents opposed ending the half-billion-dollar subsidy Planned Parenthood gets from federal taxpayers, which Republicans are trying to do. And for the first time since 2008, the pro-choice position had a clear lead on the pro-life point of view in Gallup’s polling.
[Nerd alert: A pro-choice majority or plurality was the norm for decades until pro-lifers moved into the lead, or parity. This may be a little misleading, however, since “pro-life” and “pro-choice” are fungible terms. More significant is what restrictions, if any, do voters want to see on elective abortions? Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, got booed by his colleagues Monday night for a stunt aimed at naming and shaming his fellow Republicans who refused to back his plan to defund Planned Parenthood. Cruz, and some others, want to make the defunding a condition of an emergency provision to keep the government fully operational for 10 weeks beyond Thursday’s fiscal cliff.
The boo birds were squawking because they don’t want to be on the record supporting a stop gap spending plan that Cruz and his allies will say “funds Planned Parenthood,” or in favor of a measure that Planned Parenthood would say “defunds Planned Parenthood.”So you can see why pro-choice activists are feeling optimistic. Kevin McCarthy’s Comments on Benghazi are Wrong and Damaging
{Roger Aronoff} ~ House Majority Leader, and odds on favorite to become the next Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), has made such a foolish and incorrect statement about the House Select Committee on Benghazi... that the fallout could keep him from ascending to that position, and do great damage to the investigation. It occurred on Hannity on the Fox News Channel on Tuesday night. “How am I going to be different (than current Speaker backstabber John Boehner)? said McCarthy. “What you’re going to see is a conservative Speaker that takes a conservative Congress that puts a strategy to fight and win. And let me give you one example. Everybody thought Hilly Clinton was unbeatable, right? But we put together a Benghazi special committee. A Select Committee. What are her numbers today? Feds admit Supremes should review nObamacare – again!
{BOB UNRUH} ~ The federal government has conceded that the U.S. Supreme Court needs to review the nObamacare law adopted exclusively by majority Democrats... but nObama administration officials still argue that judges must have the authority to decide whether or not a group’s or individual’s exercise of religion is burdened by the law. The case was brought by the Denver-based Little Sisters of the Poor, an order of nuns that runs retirement centers around the globe. The nuns object to nObamacare’s requirement that employers cover abortion-causing drugs in health insurance plans, which violates their Roman Catholic beliefs. The Catholic group also objected to the government’s offer to allow conscientious objectors to use a third party to provide the drugs to employees, arguing the organization would still be part of the process of providing the drugs..
Israeli Intel Reports Takedown of First Known ISIS Attack on Israel
{Sara Dogan} ~ Israeli intelligence has succeeded in foiling the first-known ISIS plot to attack the Jewish homeland, FoxNews.com reported on Thursday... According to the internal Israeli intelligence agency, Shin Bet, an ISIS cell training within the Israeli forests close to Galilee was preparing to launch an attack on Israeli police and military installations, in addition to attacking liquor stores. The planned attack was disrupted several weeks ago, but has only now been made public. Seven individuals—all Israeli Arabs—were charged in connection with the ISIS plot. The attack is notable because it is believed to be the first planned offensive of the Islamic State inside of Israel, although Israeli intelligence was previously aware of a number of individuals who had traveled to Syria to join ISIS’s military offensive there and others who have made trips to the region or to neighboring Turkey and then returned to Israel. The Senate is expected to take it up next week, and if passed, it will head to the president. President nObama has issued a veto threat against the bill, which senior administration officials warn he will follow through on. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter said Wednesday he has already recommended that the president veto it. The White House and Democrats oppose the bill because it would authorize spending levels in accordance with a Republican plan to boost defense spending, but leave federal spending caps in place on nondefense spending. Unconscionable, despicable and unacceptable.

An Iranian delegation reportedly visited Russia’s MAKS-2015 air show and signed an agreement to purchase the equipment, according to Sputnik, which quoted Iranian officials. “There is a large share of contracts for the purchase of this type of aircraft,” Manouchehr Mantegh, an Iranian technology and aviation official, reportedly disclosed, according to Sputnik. This includes “satellite-related equipment” and the Sukhoi Superjet, a twin-engine passenger plane, according to the report. The official did not reveal the total number of jets to be purchased. All politics is performance, but presidential politics is performance art. The successful candidate adjusts each appearance—whether on stage or on camera—in order to come across as knowledgeable, sincere, reasonable, diplomatic, and, above all, presidential. An actor used to working on stage alters his performance when he appears before a camera. Auditoriums are big; they need big voices and oversize personalities to fill them. Like stage actors, politicians working a live audience need to play to the last row. When a politician speaks from a podium, hosts a town hall meeting, or presses the flesh, the goal is to have each member of the audience leave thinking the performance was delivered directly to him.

This is not the America I know. Our culture that has always been a shining beacon for the world has been toppled, broken, crushed. It started long ago with a loss of pride in our country and a loss of individual responsibility. Those in our country with a lack of moral clarity bordering on the criminal have been allowed to overtake our institutions from academia to politics. The economic and moral support given to the charlatans has been given by an underclass whose sole purpose is to take from others and those of us who are going about our day to day lives trying just to get by. They find themselves without the clarity to think about such things as freedom, achievement, values or morals.
Crime and violence has been the response to the devaluing of the currency of morality. What was unthought-of 20 years ago is now commonplace. Our cities, mostly under Democratic control have become war zones, law enforcement is being stalked and ambushed, and the Obama administration has embraced the thug culture by actively criticizing law enforcement.
It is Obama who has caused a great deal of the turmoil that we see today. From the “Black Liberation Theology” taught in a church he attended for twenty years but ostensibly never heard the denigration of America while there, to Frank Marshall Davis his communist mentor while growing up, our Community Organizer has always had a deep seated bias against any authority, particularly white authority.
With a Department of Justice used for the implementation of revenge type social justice this bias was allowed to blossom into the full time bias we observe today. Holder discussed race only as far as blaming whites for the challenges blacks face even going so far as to call us cowards who would not discuss race. But his cowardice and bias was on display when he cancelled the Philadelphia Black Panther case. It showed that Holder was nothing more than one of Obamas thugs used to push a progressive socialist agenda.
Law enforcement has been forced to back off any situation that may be construed as volatile for fear of the federal government and the media creating a circus out of any decision law enforcement makes that the PC crowd does not agree with. Under Obama, Holder, and the media, the destruction of the rule of law has been ongoing for six years and is a fundamental building block for the chaos to come. If the chaos breaks down what is left of our cultural society, the radicals will be making the rules and deciding who will prosper under an “ends justifies the means” society. It is to be expected from an administration that has flaunted the rule of law, ignored both the judicial and legislatives branches of government to rule by executive order and has ignored the will of the country as a matter of routine. We have a President who lives in his own narcissist reality, claiming the economy is fine, and we are well loved by all in the world.
The customs, principles, traditions and moral values of our country is what makes us who we are. These teachings of religious principles have been overtaken by those in the politically correct movement. The Ten Commandments were a foundation to base the etiquette and conduct for many generations. The expectation of generally good conduct was within our society. Today things have changed. We use scantily clad women to sell hamburgers, children can use words to their parents that would have caused stern discipline in days past, and everyone except the white heterosexual male is a victim. Unwed mothers are given everything they need to live a life of dependence with no input from the babys’ father, and the taxpayer is made to foot the bill. &2% of black children and 30% of white children are illegitimate. But we have no one to blame but ourselves. If we allow the media, and progressives to tell us that traditional values and morality are not moral absolutes and that what is or is not moral is a personal decision, this will continue. In schools, students learn values clarification, undermining both parents and religious teachings. Where does this lead? It is one of the reasons why, in a great many states a teenage girl can now get an abortion with parental consent with the assistance of the school she attends. It is why schools have bowls of condoms in the nurses office so the students can pick one up whenever they like without any questions. We live in a country now where more and more people are being placed in positions where they must depend on the government for help, where more small businesses have closed than have opened, and where people are being told by the media only what the government wants them to know.
The different agencies of this government have taken it upon themselves with the blessings of this administration to pass regulations with the full force of law that have never been voted upon in Congress. Both the Democrats and Republicans are to blame for allowing the executive branch the powers given to Congress, allowing them to pass laws and then charge those who break these laws and levying enormous fines without benefit of trial. This allows our government to be accountable to no one.
Tolerance is no longer expected by those on the right. The progressives speak of tolerance, but only of the opinions and “truths” that they hold dear. There is a simple test to show how all encompassing this thought control is. Go into any school and mention God. You know what the response would be. We now are so tolerant that we allow satanic displays next to the manger during Christmas. To be honest in some places we can’t say Christmas anymore, it has to be Happy Holidays. Stores that require Happy Holidays do not get my business.
The tolerance expected of the American people is reaching a breaking point. What of the father of three kids who wakes up in the middle of the might worrying about how he is going to feed his children the next day without a job. Or the family who has to pack up the belongings they have and store them with friends until they can find a place to stay. How can either of them explain to the children that most of the jobs since the last collapse have gone to illegals, and there is no work to be found. And how can you explain to these same children that Obama refuses to deport these illegals until the job market improves.
Tolerance can only go so far. This country was based on certain values, and tolerance was one of the. But tolerance stops at the barrier of social degeneracy, tyranny, and victims of their own stupidity.

Congress Plans to Continue Unconstitutional Redistribution The clock is winding down to 11:59 p.m. Wednesday and Congress is on its last lap before it approves a temporary spending measure for the new fiscal year that will keep government running until Dec. 11. On Monday, the Senate approved 77-16 the clean spending bill that keeps federal funds flowing to Planned Parenthood. The legislation has been sent to the House, and, if Republicans there don't halt the process, it will end up on nObama's desk. While some Republican lawmakers want to block the $500 million that the government gives to Planned Parenthood, there are other political strategies that are less politically fraught. House Speaker backstabber John Boehner, despite his flaws, announced that the House will form a special committee to investigate the organization's trafficking of baby parts. It's a compromise: As we learned with the House Select Committee on Benghazi, a bulldog-like lawmaker in the vein of Rep. Trey Gowdy can do much to keep focus on an issue. But as for the talk of grinding the government to a halt over Planned Parenthood, unfortunately, it's become little more than a political fundraiser for both sides. Of course we shouldn't be funding Planned Parenthood — because there's no constitutional authority for doing so. While federal money going to the nation's largest abortion provider is a particular abomination, nothing in the Constitution empowers Congress to take money from taxpayers and redistribute it to special interests of any sort. But there are thousands of such expenditures in every budget. If we're going to shut down government, let's do it to stop all of this unconstitutional spending.

Clinton Indicates Indictment Might Be Imminent
After learning that the FBI was able to recover some of the emails that she deleted, Hilly Clinton launched into damage control, explaining that she didn't determine which emails were public and which were private. Instead, she claims, she let her lawyers sift through the tens of thousands of emails to weed out any reference to yoga class. "I didn't look at them," Clinton now says. "I wanted them to be as clear in their process as possible. I didn't want to be looking over their shoulder. If they thought it was work-related, it would go to the State Department. If not, then it would not." But knowing Clinton's track record in telling the truth regarding this scandal, this statement could be disproven before long. After all, what reason do we have to trust her ever-changing story? Self-preservation is on her brain. As Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday, "Her most recent troubles show that when she certified under oath, 'under penalty of perjury,' to a federal judge that she had surrendered all her emails to the State Department, in fact she had not." As a result, Napolitano believes the FBI will recommend indicting Clinton over her email use to the State Department. For the first time, Clinton is very clearly saying, "Hey, I was just a bystander here and my lawyers did all of it." This is a huge shift, the kind of shift you see when she's really concerned about a felony indictment — and not just for perjury. We can't see how she avoids an indictment at this point, other than to lay it all on her attorneys. The existence of another 215 new classified emails was just revealed and the information, published by Politico, shows that three of those were of the intermediate “secret” security level. Of the three “secret” emails, one was inconsequential, the other two contained references to the Iranian nuclear program. In light of the recent weakly conducted “negotiations” by the State Department in the interest of Iran, it’s something that bears a more in depth look. While surely the hanoi-Kerry team is fully capable of burdening the American people with ahorrible deal on their own, the Iranians having insight into what we were thinking, what actions were likely and what they could get away with could not have helped by enhance their position and diminished ours. Method for Stopping Shooting Rampages Emerges

Hard evidence -- not doctor theories, news commentary, conjecture, hyperbole, rumor, innuendo or any other proposals -- clearly shows that the only known way to actually stop spree murderers is to shoot them -- or scare them into shooting themselves. Time and again society has found this works.
According to the evidence, every mass murder in recent times has been halted, in the final analysis, by shooting the murderers, or threatening to shoot them, with guns. Members of the press corps continue to debate the subject, despite the evidence. Sources speaking privately say the media consciously reject this fact. In stark contrast, self-defense incidents using guns are suppressed, by news-media policy, and do not appear on the public stage.

Although knowledgeable commentators are still debating the merits of shooting murderers, the visible evidence clearly demonstrates that shooting the perpetrators does take care of the problem. No other solutions have worked.
The only problem identified is the relative slowness of this effective remedy, due mainly to the delay in getting guns to the scene where innocent victims are assaulted. The scenes have virtually always been in supposed "gun-free zones," with posted signs flatly rejected by the perpetrators.
President Barack Hussein Obama, whose middle name is not supposed to be used, went on national TV, twice in the past week, to propose other solutions, which he announced as "politicized." He promised to "continue talking."
Further analysis conducted by The Uninvited Ombudsman, has determined that background checks, or newly proposed additional background checks, recommended by Mr. Obama and others, would be pointless for people who already own guns, since they already own guns. The best estimates indicate this is about 100 million armed Americans.
And in other analysis conducted by The Uninvited Ombudsman, waiting periods have no meaning whatsoever for Americans who already own guns, when they go shopping for guns, since they already own guns. That is also 100 million Americans.
Waiting periods have one additional drawback overlooked in mainstream reports. They require the public to trust psychotic individuals who wait five days to get their first gun, to remain calm for the balance of their lives. Somehow, the five-day waiting period doesn't seem like a long enough "cooling off" period, but this has not made it into nightly "news" reports, or the President's commentaries, for reasons that were unclear at press time.
The murderer in Oregon who sparked the recent repetitive debates owned more than a dozen guns, according to early reports, all legally acquired. While Hillary, Mr. Obama and others are still calling for more background checks, they have apparently failed to notice these obvious errors in their plan.
Only new, or "virgin" gun buyers would be affected, most of whom would pass checks anyway, according to leading experts and past experience. The point of adding even more checks, when current checks are not used to take criminals off the streets, was not clear as this report was prepped for release.
"News" commentators have also failed to make this connection, so far, and have repeated the calls from politicians on both sides of the aisle, who are discussing background checks and waiting periods.
The role of ultra-violent body-rending video games, horrific grizzly blood and all gore movies on nightly TV and a debasement of popular American culture at every level has not figured prominently into the president's prolific pronouncements.
The public -- not some famous vilified "the gun lobby" -- rises up loudly to condemn the assault on their fundamental civil and human rights. This is the same 100 million armed Americans mentioned earlier. Some reports suggest it is "only" 80 million armed Americans. The NRA, often cited as "the gun lobby," has only 5 million members.
Counter-Intuitive Man Says:
Referring to murderers as "gun men" is offensive to men, a violation of journalism ethics, due to its biased and prejudicial nature, and sexist.
Calling murderers "gun men" is virtually propaganda against men and firearms.
It denigrates men, it is derogatory, defamatory and it is discriminatory.
What would media and pundits say if a woman was the criminal perpetrator?
The correct terms include murderer, killer, villain, criminal, assailant and perpetrator, without gratuitously singling out gender.
By using the propaganda term "gun man," the media vilifies a tool they frequently demonstrate hatred for, along with men, which agenda-driven political groups seek to demean or belittle. That's simply wrong, and unethical.
Murderers should be called murderers, not gun men. This would help remove the glorification many mass murderers seek, which encourages others to copy their behavior.
By encouraging such behavior, the media shares responsibility for these acts, according to leading national experts, who are speaking out against such behavior in increasing numbers.

An aide claims backstabber Boehner had intended to resign at the end of last year, but he delayed the transition after then-Majority Leader and presumptive successor Eric Cantor lost his seat in a huge primary upset. The trouble with backstabber Boehner is that he failed to lead — perhaps not surprising given that his entire goal seems to have been merely winning the position of speaker. Donald Trump's rise in the presidential field is almost directly proportional to failed GOP leadership. As Mark Alexander noted recently, "Trump’s support reflects very little about his qualifications, but a lot about his message and how dissatisfied millions of disenfranchised grassroots conservatives are with Republican 'leadership.' The status quo represented by Speaker backstabber John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McCon-nell has, in effect, underwritten Trump’s rising stardom. Many observers feared (or hoped) that Pope Francis would pontificate on man-made global warming and the need for government solutions in Thursday's address to Congress. But it wasn't to be. Here's the extent of his remarks on the topic:

We need a conversation which includes everyone, since the environmental challenge we are undergoing, and its human roots, concerns and affects us all. EPA Finds Opportunity in Volkswagen Scandal
How long has this policy been sitting in the wings, waiting for the opportune moment? In response of the revelations that Volkswagen cheated on its emission tests, the Environmental Protection Agency announced that it will change the way it tests the emissions of vehicles. The EPA will now test vehicles as they drive the roads, in addition to lab testing. For seven years, Volkswagen installed software in its diesel cars that sensed when a vehicle was hooked up to a test. That changed when the cars hit the road, where the cars started emitting many times the legal emission limits for gasses like nitrogen oxide in the name of fuel economy. And for violating an unconstitutional regulation, Volkswagen will pay — possibly to the tune of $18 billion. "When there is this kind of deception, we've got to get these agencies to be able to cut through it and catch it," said Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL). In the name of catching companies that decide to cheat the government, the EPA will pry further into the automobile industry, bringing more regulation in the name of clean air. (Because this is evidently a far worse crime than killing people, like Government Motors and Toyota did.) No doubt the EPA will decide to impose more regulation and more control because of climate change, too. {Matt Vespa} ~ Another chapter has been added to Hilly Clinton’s ongoing email fiasco... the State Department has admitted to investigators that the method in which Clinton’s lawyer could review the emails was not secure enough. Why? They didn’t think highly classified information that was sent through those servers would be, indeed, that sensitive (via Associated Press): Steven Aftergood, a government secrecy expert with the Federation of American Scientists, is quoted in the AP story saying how this whole debacle shows how the “wires were crossed” between State and the national security community–one not foreseeing highly sensitive information being sent through the server, while the other resoundingly declaring those communications top secret. The security of Clinton’s server has fallen somewhat by the wayside. It was earlier reported that Clinton’s vulnerable server was almost certainly hacked by foreign sources. In fact, the Chinese werereading the emails of top U.S. officials since April of 2010, which coincides with Hilly’s use of her private email system..

He asks what percent of their campaign contributions went to Democrat candidates in 2014. She first claims to support Republicans as well as Democrats but backtracks when asked for specific names. She then says she wasn’t speaking of any at the federal level and would be glad to support Republicans if they were anti-life. She turns lighthearted, almost jovial as she’s saying, “We don’t believe women’s health or women’s rights should be a partisan issue and I wish it weren’t.” Gowdy responds with the knockout punch, “And we don’t think eating dinner salads and drinking wine while you’re discussing infanticide, we have a problem with that, too. {Jennifer Griffin and Lucas Tomlinson} ~ Russian warplanes began bombarding Syrian opposition targets in the war-torn nation's north Wednesday... following a terse meeting at which a Russian general asked Pentagon officials to clear out of Syrian air space and was rebuffed, Fox News has learned. A U.S. official said Russian airstrikes targeted fighters in the vicinity of Homs, located roughly 60 miles east of a Russian naval facility in Tartus, and were carried out by a "couple" of Russian bombers. The strikes hit targets in Homs and Hama, but there is no presence of ISIS in those areas, a senior U.S. defense official said. These planes are hitting areas where Free Syrian Army and other anti-Assad groups are located, the official said. Perhaps now she will watch them because a forensic analysis by cybersecurity and forensic analysis company Coalfire Systems reports that the ONLY only edits in the videos consisted of bathroom breaks and time eating meals (perhaps Pulosi has a potty fetish and wants to see those parts?). The ten videos in question show what looks like top Planned Parenthood officials illegally selling specific body parts — including the heart, eyes and “gonads” of unborn babies. The video also shows the Parenthood officials admit that they are breaking federal law by selling aborted baby body parts for profit.

Johnson made a reasoned and informed plea for ALP members to reject the motion, reminding the public that Israel has always been open-handed in its offers of peace, unlike the Palestinians, who have consistently refused to accept even the most generous proposals. It is important to note that Johnson, an authoritative writer and speaker, with a longstanding reputation as a political theorist, is a moderate left-winger and British Labour Party member, a former Trotskyite. Like other liberally motiivated and dominated States, like NY, IL, and of course our capitol, Oregon is an anti-self defense State. Where the Second Amendment, like our First Amendment, our National Security policies, and even the very US Constitution, has been buried under thousands of pages of laws and regulations that defy our Natural Rights to defend ourselves, our loved ones, and our property.
When a Citizen is stripped of these rights, they instantly become targets for criminals to prey on.
Under Obama's very liberal policies, Islamic groups from Al Qaeda to ISIS to the Muslim'hood, etc, have been emboldened to indulge in their heinous and inhumane acts of PUBLIC violence against Christians, Jews, and Americans and Israelis as a whole. Obama calls it his Foreign Policy. Where the innocent are kidnapped, raped and murdered. But, if the victims are "lucky", they just won't get murdered. But, n exchange, they will get sold as sex slaves - regardless of how YOUNG they are.
The same policies that are being applied in the MidEast has been being applied here at home. Christians and Jews are being targetted and murdered. But, it doesn't end there. White people and police officers are being hunted as well. Groups like the militant, pro Islamic groups, like Farrakhan's Nation of Islam, and the latest faction known as Black Lives Matter have been virtually given the WH's blessing to commit crime. And it can all be traced back to Philadelphia during the 2008 Presidential Elections. Where the original racist militant faction known as The Black Panther Party broke the law by blocking the poll etrance first by intimidation. They garnished militant gear and waved night sticks. When that wasn't enough, they vocally yelled racial death threats to the white voters on line; and even against a black man for accompanying his white girlfriend that were also on line.
How do I know this for sure? THERE ARE VIDEOS! And the DoJ has copies! Was an investigation started? Yes. What was the outcome? NOTHING! The moment Eric Holder was appointed by Obama as the US Atty Gen, which puts him in charge of the Justice Dept, he fired the lead investigator and dropped the case despite SOLID EVIDENCE that a grand jury would have sent to trial. The former USAG had been reported as to saying that he was not going after black people. Shortly after, Obama had critcized the police in Cambridge as to "acting stupidly" - although he had admitted just seconds prior that he knew none of the details of the situation at hand. In the end, Obama's insults were not justified. But it was these beginnings of Obama's "social justice" policies that set off the events that we've been seeing since 2009.. The democrat's have always believed that a gun free society, w/ open borders, is the path to their "utopian" society. Here's a question. Do the surviving victims or their families believe that these policies are working? Are we any closer to "utopia" at all? Just think about it.
