This is what I know. Most CEOS do very little for the millions they get as compensation for the overall company performance. Most are sociopaths that do not care about the people that work for their corporation. The corporation gets results through upper and middle management by implementing strategy goals set by the CEO. Most CEOS do not know how to run a manufacturing plant they depend of the upper and middle management to do the work, the only thing that they are interest in the numbers is "Profit" and how they can take advantage of others to get what they want. Most corporations management team operate under performance pressure to deliver and meet objectives set by the CEOS, the direction given is do it by following company procedures and the law, but the reality is do it at any cost; the American culture of success in a corporation is; results justified the means, this ideology damage the culture of the corporation with relation to suppliers and end users of their product and the corporate employees. The CEO cares only about his job and his compensation, so they turn blind eye on employees exploitation and the damage they do to the environment and the health of the people and any violation of government regulations of the rule of law; that is why corporations expended millions to buy the politicians in Washington and at state level. The bottom line is; corruption and crime pay well, being honest and doing a great job do not pay. The US corporations have become the predators of free enterprise and the champions of predator corporatism and the monopolist system of today.
The Board of Directors oversees the CEO, but they supposedly are far removed from day-to-day operation and actions of the corporation and the CEO behavior.

PANIC ATTACK: HILLY HAMMERS loose lips BIDEN
Amid bad press and polling, Hilly Clinton and her team are escalating attacks on rivals, particularly Vice President loose lips Joe Biden.
Campaigning in New Hampshire on Thursday, Clinton defended her support for a 2001 bankruptcy bill much detested by Sen. Elizabeth Warren and others. The Boston Globe reports that Clinton explained that loose lips Biden only agreed to not “hurt women and children” with the bill in exchange for Clinton’s support. Calling out loose lips Biden by name and accusing him of ransoming aid to women and children is pretty nasty stuff to drop on a guy who isn’t even in the race.
Here’s Clinton, via the Globe: “‘I said, ‘It’s really important to me that we don’t hurt women and children, so I will support it even though there are other things I don’t like in it.’ And it was Vice President loose lips Biden, who was the senator from Delaware, and the Republican cosponsor that I was talking with.’”
Meanwhile, the NYT reports that Clinton campaign Chairman John Podesta dumped on loose lips Biden in a briefing to super PAC donors. An attendee told the Times that Podesta claimed loose lips Biden was in too weak a position to deny Clinton the nomination, citing Clinton’s firewall and loose lips Biden’s inability to build an early-state organization.
But attacking may not be the best option for the Clinton camp as Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., announced he raised $1.2 million in the two days following an attack from a different Clinton super PAC. -Fox News

The Oregonian: “An officer pulled over Salvador Sanchez-Buenrostro around12:55 a.m. along Northeast Kane Street near Olvera Court in Gresham for a traffic violation, police said…While the officer was away from the Sanchez-Buenrostro’s car to write a citation, the driver called 911 and reported a shooting on Southeast 190th Avenue and Stark Street, police said. The driver gave emergency dispatchers a fake name. After the call was traced to the location of the traffic stop, the officer received the cellphone number the call was made from and determined it belonged to Sanchez-Buenrostro, police said. The driver later admitted to making the false report. Sanchez-Buenrostro was arrested and booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on an accusation of improper use of 911. Democratic frontrunner Hilly Clinton made her first Sunday show appearance in four years and reminded us all why these shows are “not [her] favorite thing to do.” While her campaign points to a new CNN poll that shows her easily fending off Sen.Bernie Sanders, Sanders is symptom, not her actual ailment.
The growing specter of a rumored loose lips Joe Biden run intensified with reports that his wife, Jill, is “100 percent” on board for his third presidential run. While loose lips Biden is still hedging in public, the Clinton campaign seems to have shifted from dismissive of a loose lpis Biden run to an intensifying freak out.
We saw indications of this as she tries to get left of the president and, by extension, loose lips Biden. President nObama proposed taking 10,000 refugees in the U.S. while Clinton advocated for 65,000. Remember when Barack nObama "won" the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009? He hadn't even broken in his Oval Office chair when the integrity-deficient Nobel Committee — tasked with awarding the prize based on the recipient's accomplishments — decided to recognize him with one of humanity's supposedly elite awards. Everyone knew it was politically motivated, and at least one former committee member now acknowledges this. The Washington Times writes, "Geir Lundestad, director at the institute for 25 years, said in his just-published memoir that he and the committee had unanimously decided to grant the award to Mr. nObama just after his election in 2009 more in hopes of aiding the American president to achieve his goals on nuclear disarmament, rather than in recognition of what Mr. nObama had already accomplished." In the memoir Lundestad says, "Even many of nObama's supporters believed that the prize was a mistake. In that sense the committee didn't achieve what it had hoped for." He further explained to the Associated Press, "[We] thought it would strengthen nObama and it didn't have this effect." Six years later, however, nObama's cascading foreign policy failures surely have much to do with Mr. Lundestad's regrets — even if he won't admit it publicly. Yet just this week nObama claimed, "America is winning right now. America is great right now." Ours is without a doubt still the greatest nation on earth. But when even the Nobel Institute questions its decision to award nObama, it's hard to argue that we're "winning." Federal Reserve Keeps Nation at Zero
Yesterday, the Federal Reserve's Open Market Committee decided not to raise interest rates, just like it has for the last nine years. The nation has had seven years of 0% interest, despite the fact that, in the words of the Fed, "economic activity is expanding at a moderate pace." The nObama administration keeps insisting the economy is doing swell. Yet the Federal Reserve just can't bring itself to agree and raise rates. Part of the reason, the Fed noted in its announcement, is that countries like China and Greece recently added volatility to the global market. But this is not just a short-term hesitation, as the Fed sees at least three more years of nObama-induced economic stagnation. The Wall Street Journal's editorial board wrote, "The Fed predicts a stronger economy and rising inflation next year, but somehow they never arrive. And sure enough, the Fed's governors and bank presidents on Thursday again downgraded their median economic projections for real GDP growth in 2016 (2.3%), 2017 (2.2%) and even 2018 (2%)." Furthermore, as Investor's Business Daily notes, the government has an interest in keeping rates low because of the national debt. Increase rates, and the amount of money it pays servicing the monster also grows. This is what happens when the government has an interest in not studying a problem: We can't accurately measure the relationship between crime and illegal immigration because the federal government downplays the information. Statistics on illegal immigrant arrests exist at the state and county levels, but the federal government doesn't compile or track this. According to J. Christian Adams, a former attorney in the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, some states do track the relationship between crime and illegal immigration, but they do it in secret because of the policies set by the nObama administration. (We should also note that the DOJ stopped releasing its data on interracial violent crime in 2008, the year Barack nObama was elected.) "There are a lot of reasons states don't make this information readily available and there is no clearinghouse of data at high levels," Adams said. "These numbers would expose how serious the problem is and make the government look bad." According to a Fox News estimate, illegal immigrants commit 13.6% of the crimes in the United States, a number disproportionately large to the size of the demographic. The Incredible Shrinking Military It's been the victim of both the leftists' wish for a so-called “peace dividend” and the fiscal conservatives' desire for addressing persistent deficit spending, but, at Wednesday night's debate, two Republicans in particular made a strong case for rebuilding a military that's in the throes of a nearly decade-long decline.
Noting “the most important obligation that the federal government has is to keep this nation safe,” Florida Sen. Marco Rubio made it clear that our Armed Forces are overdue for investment. “We are eviscerating our military,” said Rubio. “We have a world that grows increasingly dangerous, and we are eviscerating our military spending and signing deals with Iran.”
His solution: “Rebuild our military so that we don't deploy people over and over again without the necessary equipment to keep them safe, to send a signal to the world that we're serious. If we're going to lead the world, then we need to have the strongest military possible.”

The documents also show that one key State Department official did not want a written record of issues about the Clinton emails. The documents also raise new questions about the accuracy of representations made to Judicial Watch, the courts, Congress, and the public by the nObama administration and Clinton. The documents were produced under court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit Judicial Watch filed on May 6, 2015 (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)). The lawsuit was filed after the nObama State Department violated federal law and failed to respond to two separate FOIA requests, including a request for records about the actual production of the emails records by Clinton to the State Department. The Department of Labor has been falsifying compliance reports, investigative reports and other documents pertaining to Veterans employment issues with companies considered government contractors according to Jennifer Siller, DOL-OFCCP Compliance Investigator who posted her revealing statement on Facebook. she also was concerned about possible retaliation and being terminated for doing so. She is employed at the Pittsburgh Regional OFCCP office under the direction of Tracie Brown who has mandated her subordinates (Siller included) to falsify documents. The Philadelphia Regional OFCCP office under the direction of Director, Edward Rogers is also complicit in the crime. He was aware two years ago that such illegal activities were taking place but chose to ignore the issues. The DOL-OFCCP OIG, Scott Dahl was informed of the illegal and criminal activities but has chosen not to elaborate on the issue whether a complete investigation is warranted. The Director of the OFCCP, Pat Shiu has not commented, but has been sent documents including Siller's Facebook postings and we believe the DOL-OFCCP has begun to "circle-the-wagons" in a full force cover-up. A conversation with PA Congressional Representative, Pat Meehan's staff member indicated the the issue was "complicated"? Falsifying documents, lying, obstruction of justice, complicity, libel, slander, defamation of character are just a few of many wrongdoings this agency is currently operating under. A culture of deception against our Veterans is taking place and not one newspaper will comment on this tragedy against our finest military serving Veterans. Last week, Donald Trump made headlines from something he didn’t say…he didn’t correct someone who called Obama a Muslim…and Hillary Clinton, along with several politically correct “see no evil” monkeys on the right, including Republican presidential candidates Lindsey Graham, who called on Trump to apologize for not correcting the man and Chris Christi who said, “If somebody at one of my town hall meetings said that, I would correct them and I would say, ‘The president’s a Christian and he was born in this country. First of all, I am nauseated by all the “toleration” talk when it comes to Islam being preached at us by the politically correct crowd from the left AND the right side of the aisle and second, what is self-evident is that Obama IS a Muslim and no apology from Trump for not correcting the man or from those who simply state the glaringly obvious is necessary.
Ben Carson took heat over HIS comment that he, “would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation,” and again, the baboons of political correctness had a case of red-ass over it.

We need to get together in spirit and encourage one another that the love and sacrificial motives of Christianity are still alive, that Christ still wants us to reconcile and work for social justice; that sometimes we can use our government and social institutions to help those who are hurting, precisely because the love of Christ overcomes the cold bureaucracy that neoconservatives warmongers seem to be so paranoid about. I first joined the original 912 site back in early April of 2009. A year later, in June of 2010, I had found, and joined, a TEA party site called Tea Party Patriots. Well, it has cosed down yersterday for good. It was a more bitter than sweet ending.
Personally, it came at no surprise to me. The moment the creator, Mark Meckler, left the site, and Jenny Beth Martin took it over, I knew that it was just a matter of time before the TPP site would reach the end of the road.
The "clock" started accelerating the moment Jenny Beth Martin (whose salary is $450k/ a year from TPP alone) had started sending out emails announcing that TPP was establishing itself as a PAC that would focus on backing candidates of the general elections. That began in 2012. After that, more emails started coming in pushing for donations. I had posted my disapproval of TPP changing its original intentions from that which Meckler had envisioned.
Under Meckler's watch, TPP had principles that were focused on 10thA States' sovereignty and promoting the security / stability of the States' legislatures all the way down to the local level.
Meckler knew then that the SOLUTIONS to our very severe fiscal/economic and social dilemmas were never going to come from DC. Our LAST resort,, which should have always been our FIRST LINE of defense in the first place, is the States (thru ArtV).

The reason for its shutdown was clear to me. The site was NOT producing the DONATIONS it so desired. But, then again, TPP had lost its direction. It just shows that no person, or entity, is ever immuned to greed and corruption. The moment anybody, or anything, like the US of A itself, for example, veers away from its very principles and values, it could never remain standing.
America is only as "Exceptional" as her people. We, the People of the United States, had abandoned the "watch" well over a century ago. When I first joined the 912ers and TEA movement, I used to say "God Bless America. By the time the 2012 cycle had passed, it became "God Forgive America". And by the time the 2014 primaries came and went, and since then, it has become "America will get what We deserve". We shall reap what we sow.
OUR generation is the one that ALLOWED it to get to this point! To even think otherwise, is to CONTINUE living in denial. HOW will we restore the Republic w/ such a mindset?! The answer is: We won't.

In 1776 people fought for becoming a nation, called the United States of America a lot of folks died to gain that freedom. Over the years we continued to fight for that freedom many times.
How many American have died to free other people in foreign countries, I have lost count the amount of blood that has been spilled to free those people. When foreign countries have a problem they call the USA to fight for them instead of fighting for themselves.
We have what 11 million illegals in the USA that come here looking for a better life. All I can say to those people if you want a better life go back to where you came from and fight for those goals. Fight for your freedom and for a better life just like the American people for years. Don’t come the USA with your hand out and expect the American to fight for your freedom then spit on the American people when we do give you’re your freedom.
You come to America expecting the American to give you things for free, and you work very hard to force the American people to change their culture, their laws, and their languish to suit you people, No Thank I do not believe in that shit one bit!! This shit goes for the refugees that this Butthead wants to bring here. According to all the videos I have seen well over half of them are young enough to fight for their freedom. American don’t run from a fight we’ve proven that over the years. Many years and many wars to free other people. If it wasn’t for American blood being spilled those people would be talking German or Japanese.

The truth is what you observed or hear with your own ear. The question is how much you are going to ignore or cover-up to support your political ideology. In my opinion Donald Trump is a bully, arrogant that believe that his money give him a power to push his way. He is a sycophant like many that are in our congress and the senate. If we want to take our country back; we must seek a candidate with vision that knows the roots of our problems and have the solution to restore our morality and integrity in our government.
The truth is that Americans have lost their moral compass and most do not care about anything but themselves, they lost their faith and trust in our government and all of our society institutions because what all they experience is corruption and an attack of them, the system has demise their jobs and made them an economic slave class and deprive them of opportunities to prosper; but this government continue lying to them by telling them that education will create jobs opportunities for them, while our government continue passing legislations to take their jobs and demise working opportunities for them; we all know that we cannot compete with cheap labor, US corporations has closed our factories to exploit the cheap labor in countries that the working people make $6.00 to $50.00 Dollars per week and work 6 days per week. The ramification of free trade is poverty and the demise of our morality and created this self-interest only, the rationality of this self-interest ideology is; if no one cares about me, I must care for me and do whatever I have to do, to get what I need. The result of this ideology is all types of crimes, prostitution, drug trafficking and the demise of our morality.

Lloyd Austin admitted the plan to train 5,000 moderate Syrian rebels to fight the Islamic State has only produced "four or five" fighters. To date, it has trained only 54 fighters, but they dispersed during Ramadan to visit family, during which the al-Qaida-linked Al Nusra Front attacked those remaining. "I have never heard testimony like this. ... Never," Sen. John McCain said in response to the news. "I have never seen a hearing that is as divorced from ... reality." CBS News reports the Pentagon will now lower its expectations for the program. But the root cause of America's poor response to the Syrian Civil War isn't bad management. The ideology held by the highest levels of this administration, the ideology that caused Obama to pullout from Iraq, the one that initially called the Islamic State the "JV team," is the one driving this decision-making — and tainting the intelligence Obama receives to boot. Another minimum is possible sometime in the next several weeks, but the recovery period is likely underway as the Northern Hemisphere transitions toward winter. Which brings us to one particularly noteworthy excerpt from the report: "The minimum extent was reached four days earlier than the 1981 to 2010 average minimum date of September 15. The extent ranked behind 2012 (lowest), 2007 (second lowest), and 2011 (third lowest)." So even though the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration alleges the globe is on pace to set another record warm year, the Arctic — where melt season ended early — isn't exactly sizzling. Either that, or global warming has changed the temperature at which ice melts. And lest we forget, the 1.7 million square miles of present ice coverage is still 1.7 million square miles more than what the experts predicted some years ago. In 2009, then-Sen. hanoi John Kerry said, "Scientists project that the Arctic will be ice-free in the summer of 2013." In that same year, Al Gore reiterated the claim: "Some of the models suggest that there is a 75% chance that the entire north polar ice cap during some of the summer months will be completely ice-free within the next five to seven years." Well, those time frames have passed, and not only is ice still around, its coverage is higher than 2007, 2011 and 2012
As a final note, while NSIDC claims, "the nine lowest extents in the satellite era have all occurred in the last nine years," why is it that satellites are suddenly relevant? Ronald Reagan once said one of the most terrifying phrases in the English language is, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help." That phrase got a bit more terrifying this week, as Barack nObama issued an executive order mandating government agencies use psychology to "yield substantial improvements in public welfare." On a certain level, the field of political science touches psychology, as both have to deal with human nature. But the assumption is that people cannot act in their own self-interest. The government thinks you can't stop smoking, save for retirement or find a job on your own. So agencies ranging from the Post Office to the Department of Health and Human Services are ordered to hire psychologists, study human behavior and institute nudge theory. nObama ordered, "A growing body of evidence demonstrates that behavioral science insights — research findings from fields such as behavioral economics and psychology about how people make decisions and act on them — can be used to design government policies to better serve the American people." nObama got the idea for this executive order from the United Kingdom. The country, not exactly known for its freedom-loving initiatives, instituted the policy in 2010 that "nudges" people toward decisions the government wants. No longer will the government rule with an iron scepter. Instead, it will be inside your head.

The American people have been told since George Bush that immigrants were coming here to do the jobs that Americans won’t do. We have been told about how much they contribute to the economy in taxes.
This is done to change the discussion about the actual numbers and impact on the economy that immigrants have cost the country and the taxpayers. Legal and illegal immigrants have placed a burden on the taxpayers of this country that has become burdensome.
Of course, in todays politically correct world, to claim that immigrants claim more benefits than they give in to the system is considered racist. Immigrants are to be coddled, their every wish granted, and they should be made welcome whether they are contributing to the system or not. Illegal, in the normal definition of the word has been replaced with “undocumented”. Does this mean they are welcome here, they just have to wait for the paperwork to catch up?
A report from the Center for Immigration Reform states that 51% of immigrant households (legal or illegal) use at least one welfare program, while 35% of American households use at least one benefit. And the length of time they are here is not a determining factor. Long term immigrants to our country use just as many benefits as short term immigrants.
The immigrants in the country now are not even recognized as a burden by this administration. The immigrants will soon be, if this administration has its way, eligible for Social Security which they have not paid into, Medicare and Medicaid, unemployment insurance, Assistance for Needy Families, public education and the expansion of all public services. Welfare benefits alone total over %900 billion per year and the cost of public education averages $12,000 per student.
Households paying taxes in the higher middle class total an average of 55,000 in taxes while receiving in the areas listed above received about $25,000 in benefits. The excess taxes are what is used to provide benefits to the tax consumers, immigrants with an average 10th grade education. A full 75% of all immigrant households have a high school diploma with half having less.
Even the legal immigrant population receives more benefits than native households. The average immigrant household averages $25,000 in benefits while paying $10,300 in taxes, when taxes are paid.
As of now, and according to federal law, immigrants are not eligible for Obamacare or means tested welfare. Even now, there are attempts on both the State and Federal level to make immigrants eligible for both, as well as a push for citizenship, with appropriate federal and State shortcuts to enable them to become citizens and able to vote. This will give the progressives a voting bloc that will reliably vote Democrat. They will not vote Republican if they fear it will cut off the benefits they should be eligible for in the first place.
And how much are these benefits in the overall government budget. By government estimates, the annual deficit for immigration household is $54 billion. After the thirteen year transition phase making immigrants eligible for Obamacare and full welfare benefits, the total would reach $106 billion. With the full amnesty that the progressives are trying to push through Congress, the average illegal immigrant will receive over $590,000 more in government benefits that he would pay in taxes. As of now, it is estimated that 45% of all illegal immigrants work “off the books” and thus pay no taxes,. This estimate is considered low by the IRS, who has changed how illegal taxpayers are counted. When all the numbers are considered it comes down to the fact that immigrants, both legal and illegal receive $2.49 in benefits for every $1.00 in taxes paid.
For the past few weeks there has been a discussion of “birthright citizenship”. Being instigated by Donald Trump that the 14th Amendment does not apply to illegals. This birthright citizenship is being pushed by both Liberals and some Republicans , even though it has been shown that birthright citizenship does not validate giving citizenship to illegals. The Fourteenth Amendment does not compel our country to give citizenship to anyone born here. Pundits in support of giving illegals this birthright citizenship declare “ of course, everyone knows that anyone born here is a US citizen. What they fail to acknowledge is the phrase “ subject to the jurisdiction thereof” In the original meaning of this clause, supported by the Supreme Court in decisions up this point and as espoused by Senator Lyman Trumbull at the original writing of the clause, specified that the clause focus was not on citizens of another country.
One source who has spent a great deal of time on this matter, Professor Lino Garglia wrote in the Texas Law Review that the 39th Congress voted for the 13th Amendment in 1865, and in 1866 passed the first Civil Rights Act letter to become the 14th Amendment and that the original language of the Civil Right Act of 1866, explicitly excluded citizens of foreign countries. The language of the “Citizenship Clause” which was derived from the original Civil Right Act also stated that citizenship would be given only to “ those not subject to any foreign power”. One of the original framers of the 14th Amendment Senator Jacob Howard wrote” This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, of families of Ambassadors or foreign ministers.
Professor Peter Schuck, a chair at the Yale Law School and Professor Roger Smith who holds the political science chair at the University of Pennsylvania have also written on birthright citizenship, stating “ the framers of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment had no intention a universal role of birthright citizenship.”
The Supreme Court ruled in 1884, the elk vs. Wilkins case that the intent of the 14th Amendment was to grant equal rights to freed black slaves and that the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” required that the petitioner for citizenship be completely subject to the political jurisdiction, and owing their direct and immediate allegiance” to the country, something that is not possible for illegal aliens. This would lead to the usurpation of the sovereignty and social construct of the United States.
Both the economic impact on our country, and the damage being done to the Constitutional laws of the land are something this country can not afford. The administration in power now has ignored the laws that our country is based on long enough. There must be an end to the intentional misinterpretation to our laws for the benefit of one political party. Even Harry Reid in 1993 stated “ no sane country would grant citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants solely because they were born on American soil.
Of course Reid changed his mind now that the progressives can give them the benefits to keep them in the Democrat side of the aisle.
There are other learned scholars who have writing in the same vein of thinking. Of course, the mainstream media and the chattering pundits will not allow them to talk to the American people, to show the expertise that is available to have a discussion that would let the American people decide after hearing both sides.

Well it’s over…’We the People’ lost…America lost…and Israel lost. And who won…Iran won…Barack HUSSEIN Obama won…and all who hate America and Israel won…as Senate Democrats, as expected, blocked Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-Ky.) late addition amendment #2656 53-45…an amendment “to prohibit Obama from waiving, suspending, reducing, providing relief from, or otherwise limiting the application of sanctions pursuant to an agreement related to the nuclear program of Iran”… which would basically stop in full Obama’s lifting sanctions on Iran until they released the five Americans hostages they hold as well as their formally recognizing the Jewish State of Israel’s right to exist before this ‘very bad deal’…surrender actually…would go into effect.
And thanks to turncoats like Senator Jeff Flake (R-AZ) who voted with the GOP on last week’s procedural vote but sided with Obama’s fellow Democratic traitors when it mattered most, Flake opposed McConnell’s amendment saying that “conditions are not serious enough to make this a prerequisite for entering into a deal.” And he said this even though he knows that releasing the hostages as well as supporting Israel’s right to exist should have been a non-negotiable must be included item for any deal to go forward from the start. Stating that,“Should a whole agreement be based on those two items? No.” Flake is misguided at best…outright traitorous at worst…as this is not an agreement made in good faith but a surrender to the enemy and he knows it.
