Of all the useless organization that exist on this earth, the United Nations (of thugs, thieves and despots) just may be the absolute worst.

Over the decades, the U.N. has allowed some of the worst actors on the human rights stage sit on their Human Rights Council…not because they in any way, shape or form, deserved to be there but because…on the Un’s rotating wheel of insipidness…it was simply their turn to sit there.

With regard to Iraq…the United Nations (of thugs, thieves and despots) allowed Saddam to thumb his Islamic nose at them…allowed him to ignore and violate 17 resolutions over a 12 year time span and contrary to liberal/socialist talking points…that is why George W. Bush took them to task…not over 9/11.

Now, in the latest of a long line of despicable behavior, the United Nations has launched into a whole new realm of Islamic-loving knot-headedness.

The U.N. has, in the side deal they struck with Iran that is not a part of the Kerry/Obama deal, as though Obama didn’t know this full well, Iran will be allowed to choose their OWN inspectors to inspect their nuclear facilities…home-brew inspectors that will, no doubt, find absolutely no evidence whatsoever of any nuclear bomb building (which I can all but guarantee you has already been accomplished) or evidence of any nuclear bomb research.

Yesterday, in Part 1 of “Emails, Servers, Leaks, and Cover-Ups,” we outlined the more than suspicious nature of Platte River Networks, the company that has been in charge of Hillary Clinton’s private email accounts and server since 2013. Given how deep the scandal goes, not to mention the cover-up of the entire situation from alpha to omega…it should not be a bit surprising that the Director of Sales and Marketing for Platte River Networks, one David DeCamillis was once accused of 14 counts of fraud while raking in $1.5 million dollars as an executive for $500 million dollar Ponzi scam artist Lou Pearlman. DeCamillis then took the position at Platte River Networks and declared bankruptcy owing some $24 million dollars in debts.

All of this, along with the disclosures we related in Part 1 of this 2 Part report leads one to wonder just what sort of background checks or vetting was done by Hillary Clinton before striking the deal with Platte River Networks. Easy money would say none but…if you were going to violate the espionage Act of 1917 and knew you would have a great deal to hide…would you go with an above-board company or with an outfit like Platte River which is looking none too good right now?

And who do you suppose paid for the wiping of those servers? We suspect it was Arab monies, via donations to and possibly laundered through the Clinton Foundation that picked up that tab.

Let’s now get down to the emails of Hillary’s that we actually know of, who leaked them and why.

Last Tuesday, with a wink and a nod, Hillary finally agreed to turn over her private server to the FBI. Why? Because she had ample time to wipe it completely clean and sanitize whatever was there that forensic analysts would have found.

What was on that private server when the FBI finally got their hands on it?

Watching the Left eat its own would be funny if it weren’t so scary. Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, US Senator from Vermont and a self-described socialist, was shoved aside and silenced last week while speaking at a campaign rally in Seattle. The party-crashers were members of the Black Lives Matters movement and they came to lecture the crowd on its own racism. Sanders yielded the microphone to an angry, rambling black woman before fleeing the stage entirely. 

Within twenty-four hours, his campaign released a new platform addressing “racial justice.” It was obvious that Sanders was striking a conciliatory tone for not having been sensitive enough to black issues sooner.

The Sanders platform calls for “police forces that reflect the diversity of our communities.” While that may be boilerplate Democrat-speak, it’s not an innocuous policy proposal. Besides the fact that it’s proven difficult to achieve, forcing racial proportionality on police departments comes with its own perils.

“Looking like the community” is very important to liberals, and not just on the police force. They consider it to be of the utmost importance that the fire department, the president’s cabinet, and even the military “look like” the constituencies they’re supposed to serve. Apparently firemen put out fires better when there’s a Jew, an Italian, and a Puerto Rican on every fire engine. Don’t ask me why.

Diversifying a police department is easier said than done. City officials often mistakenly assume that police forces aren’t “diverse” enough because no one has yet laid out the welcome mat for minority applicants. They soon discover that recruiting minorities, particularly blacks, is arduous. Besides the fact that many young blacks don’t want to become what they despise, they often don’t meet basic qualifications. As NYPD Commissioner William Bratton said in June, “We have a significant population gap among African American males because so many of them have spent time in jail and, as such, we can’t hire them.”

Bratton touched a nerve with his remark but he also spoke the truth. One reason there aren’t more black police officers is standards—moral, legal, and academic. Police departments across the country have chosen to lower standards just to recruit blacks. Some departments have stopped requiring applicants to know how to swim while others will hire applicants who didn’t even finish high school. Departments often accept lower civil service exam scores from minority applicants. And it’s still not enough.

Proponents of “diversity” also blithely brush aside another issue—namely that their rhetoric is strongly suggestive of a quota system. Quotas were found to be illegal in Regents of California v. Bakke (1978), a landmark affirmative action case.

The man at the center of the case was an engineer and Vietnam veteran named Allan Bakke. He’s also white. While in his mid-thirties, Bakke decided that practicing medicine was his true calling in life so he quit his job with NASA and applied to medical schools. He could not secure a spot, despite his high test scores and obvious intelligence. After discovering that he was far more qualified than many of the black and Hispanic applicants who had been accepted under the minority quota, he decided to sue the University of California.

Bakke took his case all the way to the Supreme Court and won. The judges’ decision hinged on the quota system, which they ruled unconstitutional. Unfortunately, it was a very narrow victory, benefiting mostly Bakke himself. He was admitted to medical school and achieved his dream of becoming a doctor. Today he’s an anesthesiologist in Minnesota.

On the whole, however, it was a good day for affirmative action. The court ruled that a public university may consider race as one factor among many in its admissions considerations. Quotas, on the other hand, are verboten. Ever since Bakke, affirmative action supporters have meticulously avoided the “Q” word, without ever giving up on the idea. These days, public officials usually speak of “goals.” But what is a goal except a quota by another name? If, for example, Ferguson PD sets a goal for itself that it will reflect the demographics of the community it serves, that necessarily means that 67.4% of the officers will have to be black. Hiring decisions will have to be adjusted to meet that goal.

That’s called a quota and it’s illegal. Don’t let anyone tell you differently.

There’s another problem with police departments reflecting the communities that they serve and it becomes apparent when looking at communities that have very low minority populations. Can a small town that is almost entirely white refuse to hire minority officers because they don’t “look like the community?”

I think most people would say no, and so would I. But there’s a disconnect there. Why is “looking like the community” so vitally important in some communities but not in others? It seems that police departments have to be colorblind when colorblindness benefits minorities, and color conscious when color consciousness benefits minorities. In short, they have to be color conscious when deciding whether or not to be colorblind.

A case in point can be found in Granville, Massachusetts, a picturesque New England town that looks like something from a Norman Rockwell painting. Despite being 98.69% white, Granville hired an Hispanic police chief in 2005.

And no one cared. That’s not because the people of Granville are a bunch of hippy liberals. Granville is in fact the most conservative town in the state, according to Business Insider. The people of Granville didn’t bat an eye because they don’t feel entitled to a police force that looks like them. That idea is part of the larger black entitlement complex that they, as white conservatives, neither share nor understand.

It bears mentioning that Chief Jose Rivera, while he served as Granville’s Chief of Police, was the only full time officer in the department. That’s how small Granville is, and how safe. Should a town that’s almost 99% white be served by a (full time) police force that’s 100% Hispanic? I don’t have a problem with it, but then again I’m not a liberal. I don’t concern myself with racial bean-counting.

If lily white communities like Granville are going to be prohibited from hiring officers with an eye toward the racial makeup of their community, and highly “diverse” communities like Ferguson are going to be required to do exactly that, then someone will have to delineate a threshold between the two. At what point must a community shift from an ostensibly colorblind hiring process to an obligatory color-conscious hiring process? Ten percent minority? Twenty-five percent? Fifty percent?

I think we already know the answer to that question. All of that jive about “looking like the community” is a one-way street. If it helps blacks, great. If it doesn’t, it’s dropped like a bad habit. I call that black privilege.

“Diverse” police forces are not the answer to all that ails us. Besides the fact that recruiting blacks is more difficult than might be supposed, there are legal and moral issues to consider. Standards must be lowered and qualified people must be passed over.

I'm tired of the corrupt "party politics" of the GOP. When I vote for a candidate, I am voting for someone that will represent me in Washington. I am not voting for someone to represent the GOP.

Yes, Hillary is politically "DAMAGED" . . .for now.  But, this particular Leftist machine is like no other I've ever seen.  Since Obama walked into the WH, it's as if the dem machine received a surge from steroid injections.  They became more aggressive, more determined, more violent towards their political "enemies", and more unified.

Remember this?   "WE are the ones that WE've beeen waiting for!" - Barack Obama, 2008

They had also became MORE brazen and vengeful.   Why? HOW?

The answers to those questions are one and the same.  I'll use the world stage as an example.  Who wins wars?  The smartest and most patient adversary.  The side w/ the most determination, resolve, and even the most cunning, wins. And, to be all of those things, one MUST also be ruthless.  

In other words,  winners exploit and take full advantage of their adversary's weaknesses.   Also, DO NOT ever rule out having a certain level of respect, and perhaps even a measured "admiration" -- NOT for the "persons" themselves, but their abilities and successes.  Winners LEARN more from the mistakes made by those they had defeated.

Using what was written above, WHAT have TODAY'S elected GOP officials, AND their voting population, LEARNED from our recent history alone? (ACTIONS and PERFORMANCE)   Imo, nothing.  "We" are still drinking that "new Coca Cola" from the 80s.

I say w/ cold honesty, and awareness, that whomever believes that the Dem machine is weakened is IGNORANT and living in denial! 

Lets use history again.

Although, and in spite of the FACT, that Hillary Clinton was completely "DISSED" by the DNC and the liberal media empire,  the Clintons (as egotistical and narcissistic as they are) did NOT even consider splintering away from the Dem Party to achieve their ambitions in a "3p"; nor was Hillary ever even asked such a question. Quite the opposite. At the DNC convention in Denver, the crowd cheered wildly as "wild" Bill took the stage;  announcing to the crowd that he knew of at least "8 million" voters (the Clinton fan base) that WILL be voting for Barack Obama.  They put their PERSONAL feelings aside; and unified their forces.  Thus, the Party survived.

But, WHY?

Though I totally disagree w/ them, the Left have an agenda; a plan.  It's over a hundred yrs old.  Their determination, PATIENCE, and resolve has been rewarded as they've gotten MOST of everything they've aspired towards. 

While "we" have been playing catch-up -- "they" have been passing policies.  Where "we" had focused on "bills" -- "they" had focused on AMENDMENTS.  

So, now I ask, WHO "won" in 2010 and 2014?  The LEFT did! 

They are in no way out for the count in 2016.  As far as "I'm" concerned, we can "win" an election.  BUT,  we had lost the Constitutional Republic a LOOONG time ago.

To achieve true change and reform,  "change" must FIRST occur from WITHIN each of us.  And that is the MOST DIFFICULT task of all.

That's how I see it.

How does the Tyranny of the Minority Work?
Communist-Minoritarianism (Tyranny of the Minority) has led to establishment of a one-party dictatorship in the USA, that benefits minority parasites at the expense of the whole population. The feds oppress the entire majority population (because the minoritarian government is not accountable to anyone except the ruling minority), and will not consider the rights and interests of the People. But the working majority finances them by paying exorbitant taxes and continuously rising fixed prices. The entire one-party Congressional process in America, has been restructured to serve the tyranny of the minority. To retain their free ride, above-the-law minorities are eager to commit genocide against the majority. The Law of the Jungle, only the strong survive, has identified the white majority in America as perishable. I disagree and I will fight that!

As Thomas Jefferson so wisely said, “Majority rule is the first principle of republicanism yet it is the last which is thoroughly learnt.” Minority control is nothing more than a dictatorship. Democracy itself is based on majority rule and so is the American Republic.

The use of political extortion, communist, so-called “laws of the land”, and criminal executive edicts, put all of white American rights in jeopardy. Laws exist to help maintain our Constitutional freedom. The dictator obama seeks to destroy both the Constitution and the rights of white people. Montesquieu, once said, that men are born equal and that totalitarianism makes them lose it. How can it be up to us, the majority citizens of the United States to keep the tree of liberty watered and well fed when so many millions are too terrorized and cowardly. We must repudiate the tyranny of the minority that we are now experiencing. We only have one choice and that is to re-affirm majority rule and to throw out of office, by revolution, those who would seek the end of government as we know it. Voting does not work because elections are rigged by the democrats. The republicans work for the democrats and the democrats own (and manipulate) all voting machines. We live in a racist authoritarian, lawless minority parasite dictatorship.

Nothing ignited my late mom's Baltimore living-in-the-hood anger more than someone “messing” with one of her “nine months” (her kids). I have a similar protective reaction to attacks on the Tea Party/We the People.

Not only have We the People had to endure mainstream media, Democrat and GOP establishment attacks, some on our side are attacking us for not being “smart enough” to reject Donald Trump. I say, have a little compassion for us. We are witnessing our beloved once great nation becoming a banana republic (dishonest and lawless government) right before our eyes. As patriots, we have faithfully done all the right things. And yet, the wrong things keep happening.

On Fox News Brit Hume called us (the Tea Party) the far right. Senator John McCain called patriots who attended an anti-illegal immigration rally “crazies.”  House Majority leader John Boehner called us the far right. Will somebody please tell me what is “crazy” and “far right” about expecting government to function according to our laws and the Constitution?

And then, these arrogant (language I will not use as a Christian) have the audacity to call us stupid for rallying behind Donald Trump.

Where is the compassion for We the people? Yes, my heart goes out for the people. Political Action Committees and GOP candidates raised funds, promising to git-r-done only to leave patriots suffering a string of broken promises. Adding insult to injury, betrayers in the GOP which we gave the House and the Senate call us names; even launching a war on conservatives and the Tea Party.  For crying out loud, how much more are We the People expected to take?

To date, my favorite presidential contender is Ted Cruz. Cruz gets it. He sympathizes with all We the People have gone through and vows to fight to make things right, when given the chance.

In essence, both parties said, screw you to We the People. Our Washington cartel is going to further its agenda and there “ain't” nothing you Tea Party yahoos can do about it. The GOP took us (We the People) out to sea and threw us overboard. Trump threw us a lifeline. Do not attack us for accepting it.

Imagine a fire is raging out-of-control consuming my home. A gang of Hells Angels bikers approaches from over the horizon. They jump off their bikes and begin helping me extinguish the fire. Do I throw up my hands yelling, “Stop! I don't approve of your lifestyle”? Or, do I simply say thank you?

Please do not conclude I am comparing Trump to the Hells Angels. I am simply saying while you may not agree or even like everything about Trump, the man has unquestionably positively impacted the political landscape. For one thing, illegal immigration would not be on the table if Trump had not made it an issue; standing firm, while bombarded by both parties and the MSM.

Also, the way Trump has dealt with the liberal bias mainstream media has influenced others not to be so easily pushed around by these bullies. With the Left obsessed with forcing conservatives/Republicans to apologize, Trump refuses to go there. It drives the Left crazy. I love it!

The Left regard apologies as blood in the water to totally destroy, devour and end the campaign of a conservative/Republican.

The Fox News strategy to “get Trump” during the GOP debate was extremely unfortunate. I agree with Mark Levin who said Fox blew a major opportunity.  Twenty-four million Americans tuned in to the debate greeted with soap opera questions rather than exposing the horrors Obama has released upon our country and how the GOP contenders plan to fix it.

For example: Seventy percent of the population is unaware of the butchery and black marketing of baby body parts happening behind the walls of Planned Parenthood which is still praised by the Democrats.  Why on earth was the debate moderators focused on a feud between Trump and Rosie O'Donnell? Truly unfortunate.

By the way, Bill Clinton was surrounded by affairs and scandals including allegations of rape; none of which came up during past debates.

Ted Cruz understands Trump's popularity and thinks it is unwise for the GOP to “smack Donald Trump with a stick.”  Rather than joining the chorus of those calling patriots idiots for liking Trump, Cruz understands and sympathizes with We the People. Cruz's message is make me your president and I vow to champion your cause.

Cruz was short-changed during the GOP debate receiving very little time on camera. Still, Cruz's closing comments caused him to soar in the polls; direct, strong and sincere.  I am confident Cruz's numbers will continue to grow.

I will not judge or be upset with my brother and sister patriots who are high on Trump. Any of our 17 contenders are far superior to a Democrat who will surely continue Obama's evil transformation of America. My gut tells me Ted Cruz will break the tape finishing first.

Colorado Appeals Court Says Baker Discriminated

Eventually, the Supreme Court will have to clarify the implications of its Obergefell v. Hodges ruling that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide. The dissenting judges warned that the ruling would call into question the free speech and religious rights in this country. And Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, is the most recent proprietor to join the handful of small business owners the court ruled discriminatory because they refused to bake cakes or make floral arrangements for same-sex wedding ceremonies. On Thursday, the Colorado Court of Appeals upheld the decision handed down by the state’s Civil Right’s Commission, saying Phillips' speech and religion rights do not apply to this situation. “[T]o the extent that the public infers from a Masterpiece wedding cake a message celebrating same-sex marriage,” the court said, “that message is more likely to be attributed to the customer than to Masterpiece.” Phillips' lawyer, Nicolle Martin, said they plan on appealing the case to the Colorado Supreme Court. But it’s not the end of the road. How much religious liberty do Americans have after Obergefell? SCOTUS opened Pandora’s box, and it’s up to SCOTUS to close it.

Cuba Wields the Soft Power in Dealings With U.S.

The American flag will fly above Havana for the first time in 54 years, as the United States opens its Cuban embassy today and resumes diplomatic relationships with the communist country. Relationship with the Castro regime is still tense. Despite never cashing the decades of rent checks for the use of Guantanamo Bay, Fidel Castro said Thursday the U.S. owes Cuba millions of dollars to compensate for what the Cuban economy lost because of the U.S. embargo. Nevertheless, Secretary of State John Kerry is in Cuba for the flag-raising ceremony. As the Washington Post editorial board says, the Obama administration took a heat gun to the frozen diplomatic relationship in hopes of building a relationship with the country, to exert America’s soft power on the oppressive government. So far, it seems the Castros have exerted more influence on the U.S. than the other way around. The U.S. government did not invite any of the Cuban dissidents struggling against communism and for freedom to the event. Kerry said on the Telemundo network, “That is a government-to-government moment, with very limited space, by the way, which is why we’re having the reception later in the day at which we can have a cross-section of civil society including some dissidents.” By meeting with dissidents in private, he’s cowing to the Castros' wishes. “Maybe Mr. Kerry can at least leave an empty chair at the ceremony to symbolize the people, and the values, that will be kept outside the fence,” the Post’s editors wrote.

Bush, Odierno and Mustard Gas, Oh My!

Jeb Bush is going to struggle with his brother’s shadow and the question of Iraq for the rest of the campaign. That much was made clear again Thursday in a national security forum in Iowa, where Bush said that “taking out Saddam Hussein turned out to be a pretty good deal.” He’ll no doubt regret such a terrible sound bite. But for the record, Bush is exactly right about one thing he said Tuesday: Barack Obama’s “premature withdrawal was the fatal error, creating the void that ISIS moved in to fill.” He slammed Hillary Clinton, too: “Like the president himself, she had opposed the surge, then joined in claiming credit for its success, then stood by as that hard-won victory by American and allied forces was thrown away.” Bush was smart to go on offense, but his “good deal” comments may erase any forward progress, especially after his previous “knowing what we know now” fumble.

In related news, the Islamic State has mustard gas, which it used against Kurdish forces this week. The jihadis likely obtained the gas from Syria, so it would seem Obama’s deal with Vladimir Putin to dispose of such weapons didn’t work out so well. Witness the cascade of foreign policy failure.

Finally, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno retires today, and we remember his recent comments lamenting the rise of the Islamic State — a turn of events he says “might have been prevented” if the U.S. hadn’t abandoned Iraq. And in a departing op-ed, he warns that now is “no time to cut the U.S. Army.” He says, “We need a force of 490,000 as global dangers rise. It’s at 450,000 and heading down.” Think Obama will listen?

Editor’s Note

Seventy years ago tomorrow, Japanese Emperor Hirohito broadcast to his people that he had accepted terms of surrender, thus effectively ending World War II. The news was received Aug. 14 in the U.S. The official treaty signing occurred on Sept. 2, 1945, aboard the USS Missouri, and that day is the official “VJ Day,” but today’s anniversary is worth remembering. On Aug. 6 and 9, respectively, the U.S. dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Doing so prevented a likely invasion of the Japanese main island, and thus saved hundreds of thousands of American lives. Today is a reminder that tyranny must be defeated, not appeased, if Liberty is to flourish.

POW Flag: The New Symbol of Racism?

Like most leftists, author Rick Perlstein is not a fan of our nation’s efforts in Vietnam, despite the fact he was born in 1969 and, thus, too young to remember much of it himself. Thanks to an op-ed in the progressive Washington Spectator that was picked up by the now online-only Newsweek magazine, we’ve learned that a venerable symbol of that war was just another example of American racism.

Perlstein opens the article by saying, “You know that racist flag? The one that supposedly honors history but actually spreads a pernicious myth? And is useful only to venal right-wing politicians who wish to exploit hatred by calling it heritage? It’s past time to pull it down.”

“Oh, wait. You thought I was referring to the Confederate flag. Actually, I’m talking about the POW-MIA flag.”

Realizing the gravity of his words in the heated aftermath, both Perlstein and Washington Spectator editor Lou Dubose apologized for calling the POW-MIA flag racist. Perlstein admitted, “The word was over the top and not called for.” But his enlightenment didn’t happen before a firestorm of criticism rained down on him from conservative outlets like National Review and RedState.

On the other hand, those on the Left are still defending Perlstein, which isn’t completely surprising in this age of “everyone who disagrees with me is racist.”

As the article goes, it’s just more wailing and gnashing of teeth over events that played out while Perlstein was still in diapers. For example, he asserted, “Richard Nixon invented the cult of the ‘POW/MIA’ in order to justify the carnage in Vietnam in a way that rendered the United States as its sole victim.” He continued, “[Nixon] declared their treatment, and the enemy’s refusal to provide a list of their names, violations of the Geneva Conventions — the better to paint the North Vietnamese as uniquely cruel and inhumane. He also demanded the release of American prisoners as a precondition to ending the war.”

In other words, it was like almost every other war Americans have fought.

Yet Perlstein droned on, “Whenever Nixon or one of his minions talked about the problem, they tended to use the number 1,400. The number of actual prisoners, was about 550. The number of downed, missing pilots were spoken of, prima facia, as if they were missing, too, although almost all of them were certainly dead.”

“And in 1971 that damned flag went up.”

Yes, it’s that familiar black flag — not of war or nationalism, but remembrance. It makes one wonder if Perlstein has something against yellow ribbons, since that’s also been associated with remembrance in wartime thanks to a once-popular song.

The obvious question, though, is why now? It’s been four decades since we abandoned South Vietnam in disgrace, leaving it to the wolves of the Viet Cong. The legacy of protesting that war has been a lesson learned in how to turn public opinion against a just cause — a template the Left has followed all too well with the Long War against Jihadistan. The current regime doesn’t have the intestinal fortitude to wage that war. Aside from a fading recollection of 9/11, many Americans seem far more concerned about the latest dustup involving Donald Trump than our ongoing air war against the Islamic State that is the latest chapter in this epic struggle. One could answer that Perlstein is doing a pre-emptive strike against escalating in Iraq by alluding to Vietnam once again.

The answer may be much simpler than that, though. Perlstein has a book that’s just been re-released in paperback, and what better way to create buzz than to spin a new angle on old news. His article uses the leftist dog whistle of equating racism with the Confederate flag and applies it to a war we fought against others who don’t look like us — for others who don’t look like us, we might add.

When it comes to war, it might be the only flag that satisfies Perlstein is a white one. Or is that racist, too?
