A couple of weeks ago, after returning from a Syria fact-finding trip, REPRESENTATIVE Tulsi Gabbard made headlines by calling Obama out as a Treasonous Traitor for the Iran Nuclear Treaty which we all know simply finded their Nuclear program with U. S. taxpayer dollars.and also Obama's blundering around in Syria and contributing to the problem rather than the solution, as was reported in Tea Party email correspondence I received.
Now, all of a sudden on the other Tea Party Blog post, the headline reads, "BREAKING NEWS! Dem Senator Caught Secretly Meeting With THIS Terrorist. Arrest her?... Read the latest on TeaParty.org." Then, based on the reporter Jake Tapper and the questions he asked and the presumably Tea Party columnist'a take on the interview, he promotes the opinion that Tulsi Gabbard is guilty and a majority of the earlier responses take the position that h\she is guilty and all kinds of bad things are said about the ONE DEMOCRAT in the House that speaks the truth.
There are two very apparent errors in the story.
1. Tulsi Gabbard is a REPRESENTATIVE, NOT a SENATOR!
2. If Nancy Pelosi could go and meet with Assad and try to convince him that President Trump is bad and was not arrested, why should another Representative of the same political Party be arrested for speaking truth and trying to talk sense to Assad to stop the war?
It took courage for a Representative of the President's political party to publicly BLAST "her own Party's " President as a treasonous traitor and point out the disaster his touted Iran Nuclear Treaty an accomplishing the exact opposite of what it was sold as — actually giving Iran the money ($1.5 BILLION) to build a nuclear weapon to strike the U. S, and Israel with.
The whole tone of the article indicates a pre-conceived prejudice that because she is elected from a solid Democrat state where the official Republican Party actually helped Democrats to win 2 more seats that had already been Republican. As I learned the hard way in Florida in 1966, winning an election in a solid Democratic state as a Republican is extremely difficult. I did at least make statewide news by arranging so I was the clear FIRST CANDIDATE of Either party to take the Candidate's Oath and a personal family tragedy for which I could not be blamed still caused me to agree with the county Republican chairman and causesd the First Republican Primary in Marion County in 100 years. The publicity I generated — on a near zero budget, but by careful planning to get my name and face in the news. I was a contributing factor to the first Republican Governor in Florida in 100 years, Claude Kirk, who told me at a YOung Republican meeting, "Sam, if you don't make it with all the publicity you've got, none of us [Republicans] will."
Tulsi was raised Conservative Republican by her father, Mike Gabbard. I first met Tulsi when she was only about 13 at a Republicn meeting. The following year, after re-districting gerrymandered him out of a fairly Republican district and surround him with nothing but Democrats, he switched parties to keep being reelected, but still tried to vote conservative in the legislature. For the 2016 Primary and General elections, I was the Polling Official who checked her ID with the Registration Book for her to get her bsllots. Both times we remembered the meeting many years previous and we had a good conversation about what she was doing in Washington, because she timed her vits to times when there was a lull in voters.
I can assure you that Tulsi was a much SAFER person to speak doe the United States to Assad than SecState John Kerry! She is truly patriotic and Common Sense — and brave!
I do hope Tea Party leadership will really check the facts and then make an official applogy to her for the tone of the headlined artcle.
My sense of duty has surpassed my desire to live a simple, quiet life. It is time I must begin to fight an uphill battle. I understand that only pitfalls and hurdles lie before me, and I have little support yet behind me… I accept this challenge.

The Clintons just shut down their criminal enterprise “The Clinton Global Initiative”. This enterprise which took in billions of dollars in donations from individuals, companies, and foreign governments and benefit their donor’s self-interest was call “Pay to play”. This was a criminal enterprise that never was investigate or made public by the corporate news media or the U.S. Department of justice after become apparent even to the most stupid dumb idiot.
The question is why; Some of those defrauded include sovereign nations that are beyond the intimidation and threats that the Clintons are famous for. All it will take, is one country to open a case against the Clintons to get the Clintons to be accountable for their criminal activities, because here in our country no one have the moral conviction to stop these criminals.
We voted for Donald Trump to clean up our country from these corrupt criminals, predators that seek opportunities to get rich at the expenses of the poor, pretending that they are working to alleviate their poverty, hunger and promote education to make our world a more economic just, for poor people. The Clinton Global Initiative was a self-serving criminal enterprise a fraud that needs to be expose, investigate and prosecute to send a clear message to all these Charity organizations that are in operation under the pretense that they are in place to help the people that need the most and alleviate poverty and hunger in this injustice world where corporate and government collusion are the biggest roadblock for human justice.
Please send letters to your Washington representatives and demand an investigation and the prosecution of the Clintons. We must stop impunity and being immune from prosecution because their political- government position or being rich and famous. We have laws in our country and no one is above the law.

Federal agents are reinvestigating dozens of Syrian refuges who were admitted into the United States without being thoroughly vetted. Some of these refugees had potentially negative information in their files that was not discovered prior to their admission, two unnamed U.S. law-enforcement officials told the Los Angeles Times.
Immigration authorities are reviewing the cases of some refugees, including one who failed a polygraph test when he applied for employment at an overseas U.S. military installation. Another refugee being reinvestigated may have been in communication with an Islamic State (ISIS) leader, according to the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter.
The Times reported that immigration agents have not concluded that any of the refugees being reinvestigated should have been rejected for entry, but the flaw in the vetting process — which was discovered in late 2015 and corrected last year — prevented U.S. officials who conducted background checks on the refugees from learning possible “derogatory” information about them.
The officials said that at the very least, the intelligence lapse would have triggered further investigation that might have resulted in some asylum applications being rejected.
A report about this security lapse in American Thinker was critical of how the anonymous agents’ exchange with the Times was phrased. American Thinker’s Ed Straker noted:
Do you appreciate the minimalist way this was written? There’s nothing to worry about — merely “potentially negative information in their files.” Doesn't sound very serious, does it? The refugees whose cases are under review include one who failed a polygraph test when he applied to work at a U.S. military installation overseas and another who may have been in communication with an Islamic State leader, according to the officials. I would say communicating with an Islamic State leader would be very “potentially negative information” in a refugee's file. Wouldn’t you?
Another report in the Daily Caller noted that former President Obama’s administration repeatedly stressed that the refugee-vetting process was very rigorous. The Caller quoted former White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest’s statement last August asserting that the administration was able to increase the number of Syrian refugees admitted in 2015 “without cutting any corners when it comes to security.” Earnest claimed that “significant screening was put in place to ensure that these individuals don’t pose an undue threat to our national security.”
In contrast, noted the Caller, Donald Trump repeatedly criticized the resettling of Syrian refugees in the United States throughout the 2016 campaign, saying they posed an unnecessary national security risk.
As we reported on January 26, President Trump is expected to sign an executive order soon that will suspend the issuance of visas and other immigration benefits to “nationals of countries of particular concern,” including Syria.
A draft of Trump’s executive order obtained by several news outlets (and posted online by the LexisNexis legal research website) directs the secretary of state to suspend the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) for 120 days and specifies that during that 120-day period, the secretary of state and the secretary of homeland security shall review the USRAP application and adjudication process to determine what additional procedures can be taken to ensure that those approved for refugee admission do not pose a threat to the security and welfare of the United States.
The order will also direct the secretary of homeland security, in consultation with the secretary of state, to submit to the president a list of countries recommended for inclusion on a presidential proclamation that would prohibit the entry of foreign nationals from each country on the list.
The only country that is specifically named in the order is Syria. According to the order,
The Secretaries of State and Homeland Security, as appropriate, shall cease refugee processing of and the admittance of nationals of Syria as refugees until such time as I have determined that sufficient changes have been made to the USRAP to ensure its alignment with the national interest.
The order also provides for “safe zones” in Syria:
Pursuant to the cessation of refugee processing for Syrian nationals, the Secretary of State, in conjunction with the Secretary of Defense, is directed within 90 days of the date of this order to produce a plan to provide safe areas in Syria and in the surrounding region in which Syrian nationals displaced from their homeland can await firm settlement, such as repatriation or potential third-country resettlement.
After the 120-day suspension, the United States will then cap the number of refugees admitted to our country at approximately 50,000. This number would include refugees from around the world, not just Syria or other areas of conflict in the Middle East.

By having 435 Congressional Representatives concentrated in one place make it easy for the representatives to be bribed by lobbyists and special interest groups. For them it is like shooting fish in a barrel. We need to send our Congressmen and women back to their home districts.
If 27 of our state legislatures were to ratify the originally proposed First Amendment there would be one representative for every 50,000 people. This means the power currently in the hands of 435 representatives would be shared by over 6,000 representatives.
If these 6,000 representatives were to vacate Washington DC and return to their Home District they could better represent their constituents. Currently it costs so much to run for office candidates take vast sums of money of special interest groups in order to get elected.
By reducing the number of voters in a Congressional District anyone who could afford to run for the City Council could afford to run for Congress. If our local representatives were to leave Washington DC and return to their Home Districts, the people would be better able to hold their elected representative accountable. Free trade-Globalization and Neo-Liberalism are the policies for human exploitation, the Donald Trump policy can be the opportunity to secure the economic and welfare of the Mexican people.
For some three decades’ neoliberalism, has dominated the economic policymaking in the US and the UK. The strong supporters and advocates of Neoliberalism are the multinational corporations in the U.S, Western Europe and Japan, but substantial popular resistance limited its influence and expansion in some of Latin American countries; but despite the resistance, the U.S. impose neoliberal policies on much of Latin America.
The US with the support of the IMF and World Bank, through bribery, intimidation and overthrowing legitimate elected governments; has been successful in dictating neoliberal policies in Latin America and much of the world. Their main objective is privatization of government public service, natural resources and the exploitation of labor for the manufacturing of goods for the U.S and the E.U market.
In Mexico, NAFTA “El tratado de Libre Comercio” is the root of worker’s exploitation, the privatization of public service, the mining, the oil reserves, the Highways and the demise of the eco-system of the Mexico. This ill policy only benefit the U.S, Transnational corporations, the corrupt Mexican government and the U.S government.
The Donald Trump election, can be the great opportunity for Mexico to regain control of their sovereignty and work on an economic system that will promote jobs for their people and secure the economic and welfare of the Mexican people.
This is what NAFTA is all about and the impact of this ill policy that fail Mexico and the U.S.
1. U.S. Jobs Were Lost
Since labor is cheaper in Mexico, many manufacturing industries moved part of their production to Mexico. Between 1994 and 2016, the U.S. trade deficits in 2016 with Mexico totaled $ 58,798.6 million Dollars, displacing thousands of U.S. jobs.
Nearly 80% of the losses were in manufacturing. The hardest-hit states were California, New York, Michigan and Texas. They had high concentrations of the industries that moved plants to Mexico. These industries included motor vehicles, textiles, computers, and electrical appliances.
2. U.S. Wages Were Suppressed
Many U.S. corporations used the threat of moving to Mexico during union organizing drives. When it became a choice between joining the union or losing the factory, workers chose the plant. Without union support, the workers had little bargaining power. That suppressed wage growth. Over 70 percent of all companies in the industries that were moving to Mexico used the threat of closing the factory to pay lower wages to American employees.
3. Mexico's Farmers Were Put Out of Business
Thanks to NAFTA, Mexico lost 1.3 million farm jobs. The 2002 Farm Bill subsidized U.S. agribusiness by as much as 40% of net farm income. When NAFTA removed trade tariffs, U.S. farm corporations exported corn and other grains to Mexico below cost; Rural Mexican farmers could not compete and this put Mexican farmers out of business. At the same time, Mexico reduced its subsidies to farmers from 33.2 percent of total farm income in 1990 to 13.2% in 2001 and most of those subsidies went to Mexico's large farms corporations. 4. Maquiladora Workers Were Exploited
NAFTA expanded the maquiladora program by removing tariffs. That's where U.S.-owned companies employed Mexican workers near the border. They cheaply assembled products for export back into the United States. The program grew to employ 30 percent of Mexico's labor force.
The workers had "no labor rights or health protections," according to Continental Social Alliance. In addition, the “workdays stretch out 12 hours or more, and if you are a woman, you could be forced to take a pregnancy test when applying for a job,”. 5. Mexico's Environment Deteriorated
In response to NAFTA competitive pressure, Mexico agribusiness used more fertilizers and other chemicals, costing $36 billion per year in pollution. Rural farmers expanded into marginal land, resulting in deforestation at a rate of 630,000 hectares per year. (Source: "NAFTA's Promise and Reality," Carnegie Endowment, 2004.)
6. NAFTA Called for Free U.S. Access for Mexican Trucks
Another agreement within NAFTA was never implemented. NAFTA would have allowed trucks from Mexico to travel within the United States beyond the current 20-mile commercial zone limit. A demonstration project by the Department of Transportation (DoT) was set up to review the practicality of this. In 2008, the House of Representatives terminated this project. It prohibited the DoT from implementing it without Congressional approval.
Congress worried that Mexican trucks would have presented a road hazard. They are not subject to the same safety standards as U.S. trucks. U.S. truckers' organizations and companies opposed it. Otherwise, they would have lost business. Currently, Mexican trucks must stop at the 20-mile limit and have their goods transferred to U.S. trucks.
There was also a question of reciprocity. The NAFTA agreement would have allowed unlimited access for U.S. vehicles throughout Mexico. A similar arrangement works well between the other NAFTA partner, Canada. But U.S. trucks are larger and carry heavier loads. That violates size and weight restrictions imposed by the Mexican government.

Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and Mexican President Carlos Salinas were each responsible for spearheading and promoting the agreement in their home countries and each participated in ceremonial signing in their respective capitals on December 17, 1992. Bill Clinton was sworn in as the 42nd President thirty-four days after George H.W. Bush signed the NAFTA trade pact.

In a major victory for American national sovereignty and self-government, President Donald Trump on Monday fulfilled his campaign pledge to withdraw the U.S. government from the “free trade” regime known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Despite strong support from Obama, most congressional Republicans, and the establishment wing of both parties, the secretly negotiated “trade” scheme was unconstitutional, dangerous, and extraordinarily unpopular across the political spectrum. But with a simple executive action by the new president, the globalist establishment's cherished dream for what lawmakers described as a “Pacific Union”-style super-government went up in smoke. Globalists were furious, while patriots celebrated.
Trump signed the executive order essentially killing TPP on January 23 after a meeting with a team of high-level corporate executives and advisors. “Everyone knows what that means, right?” Trump was quoted as saying at the White House signing ceremony for the action withdrawing from TPP. “We've been talking about this for a long time. It's a great thing for the American worker.” However, before making the move official, Trump made clear that he was not opposed to trade, per se. “What we want is fair trade,” he said while meeting with top business executives. “And we're gonna treat countries fairly, but they have to treat us fairly.”
Among other concerns, President Trump pointed to Japan and the communist regime in Beijing, both of which make it difficult — if not impossible — to sell many U.S. goods. “If you want to sell something into China and other countries it's very, very hard,” Trump told the CEOs of some of America's largest international businesses before signing the TPP withdrawal action. “In some cases it's impossible. They won't even take your product. But when they do take your product they charge you a lot of tax. I don't call that free trade. What we want is fair trade.” Trump is also reportedly working on a plan to renegotiate or, if necessary, withdraw from, the controversial North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
While the TPP deal was likely dead anyway after Trump's election — the TPP was so unpopular that even establishment globalist Hillary Clinton had to pretend to oppose it — Trump's latest action was widely hailed as the death knell for TPP. The scheme has never been approved by Congress despite efforts by Obama and establishment GOP leaders. And Obama and others let the cat out of the bag. Despite needing support from Republicans to pass the TPP, for example, Obama went around boasting to his supporters that the massive scheme was the “most progressive trade agreement in history.” And to the extent that progressivism means unaccountable and autocratic rule by the elite at the expense of the people, the remark could be considered accurate.
The TPP, like its Atlantic counterpart known as the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), would have stripped Americans of their right to self-government across a wide array of policy areas. From policies on immigration and trade to regulation and labor, the TPP and related schemes would purport to give foreign powers the ability to make rules for Americans. In the case of TPP, this would have included both a communist dictatorship and an Islamist dictatorship. And far from enabling real free trade, the deals are composed of thousands of pages of secretly negotiated rules and regulations establishing a byzantine regional regime more accurately characterized as “managed” trade and regional governance.
Among the most significant controversies that plagued the TPP was the treaty's establishment of kangaroo courts purporting to allow foreign corporations and even state-owned enterprises to sue American taxpayers. The agreement also established an unelected, unaccountable governing board that could change the scheme later on, without congressional approval. “This new structure is known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership Commission — a Pacific Union — which meets, appoints unelected bureaucrats, adopts rules, and changes the agreement after adoption,” warned Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), a leading congressional opponent of the agreement, referencing its similarity to the European Union, which has all but crushed national sovereignty and self-government across Europe using the same deceptive strategy of "free trade."
“The 5,554-page accord, disguised as a simple trade agreement, commits the American people to an international commission with the power to act around Congress,” Sessions continued. “It allows 12 nations [governments], some with less than 1 percent of the GDP of the United States, an equal vote in the TPP Commission. Actions by this commission separate the American people from the policy decisions that affect their lives. The TPP Commission is a direct threat to representative democracy [sic] and accountability.” In other words, instead of self-government under the Constitution through elected representatives, the TPP would have installed an unaccountable supranational government to make crucial decisions for the American people.
Senator Sessions, one of Trump's earliest and fiercest supporters and now his nominee to serve as U.S. attorney general, also highlighted the economic ramifications of the TPP and similar pseudo-free trade regimes. “Americans know these agreements have allowed trade practices that unfairly close manufacturing plants, costing millions of high paying jobs,” Sessions explained. “Our people are hurting. We cannot afford to lose a single job because of a bad trade deal.” Blasting “Obama's globalist agenda,” Sessions said radical schemes such as the TPP were the reason voters “are in rebellion, at home and in Europe.” Trump apparently got the message, though elements of the establishment have not.
Ironically, while some establishment globalist “Republicans” such as Senator John McCain of Arizona were left frothing at the mouth over Trump's move to block TPP, some forces traditionally associated with the Democrat Party celebrated the action. “With this decision, the president has taken the first step toward fixing 30 years of bad trade policies that have cost working Americans millions of good paying jobs,” Teamsters Union President James Hoffa said in a written statement quoted in media reports. Democrats dependent on blue-collar and union votes have largely sided with their constituents, and real conservatives and patriots, in opposing schemes such as TPP, though perhaps for different reasons.
Globalists, however, were outraged by Trump's action, and seemed to be reading from the same script of deceptions. “TPP withdrawal will slow U.S. [economic] growth, cost American jobs, & weaken U.S. standing in Asia/world,” claimed Richard Haass, president of the establishment globalist powerhouse known as the Council on Foreign Relations, in what sounded like a threat. “China could well be [the] principal beneficiary.” The CFR has been exposed by former members who defected, including U.S. military leaders, as a hotbed of subversive activity by fanatics seeking to sell out American independence in favor of a world government. (Trump has previously praised Haass, confusing his supporters.)
The claim, which has been debunked, that China would benefit if the U.S. government refused to surrender sovereignty and jobs under TPP was echoed by numerous other globalists. In reality, top officials involved in TPP had already proposed allowing the regime in Beijing to join the scheme. And of course, it was the globalist CFR and its leading operators — globalists such as David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger — who are most responsible for the massive threat the Communist Chinese dictatorship poses to the United States, humanity, and freedom around the world today. The TPP was negotiated for Obama by a CFR operative, too.
Indeed, Rockefeller even claimed in the New York Times after a trip to China in the 1970s that Chairman's Mao's “social experiment” was the “one of the most important and successful in human history,” despite the savage slaughter of tens of millions of innocent people. Just last week, top globalists and CFR figures were at the World Economic Forum in Davos paying tribute to mass-murdering Chinese dictator Xi Jinping as the new leader of globalism after his keynote speech. And as billionaire globalist George Soros has explained publicly, he thinks Beijing should “own” the “New World Order” in the same way the United States owned the last one.
Foreign powers tried to put a smiley face on the developments, with some officials pretending that they might pursue the deal even without the United States. Before Trump was formally sworn in, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd even suggested that Trump be persuaded to back away from his position. “If he needs to re-brand this, or re-name it or re-constitute it because he's the president and he said he'd get rid of it then fine,” Rudd said, calling for preserving “as much substance” as possible. And in the days leading up to Trump's executive action, Australian Trade Minister Steven Ciobo denied that the TPP was dead, calling on Trump and Americans not to junk the scheme just because there “may be aspects that they don't like.”
But Trump's action did not come as a surprise to almost anyone. In fact, in November, he vowed that scrapping TPP would happen immediately after he took office. And in his inaugural address last week, he made clear that his “America First” vision would guide policy. “From this moment on, it’s going to be America First,” Trump said. “Every decision on trade, on taxes, on immigration, on foreign affairs, will be made to benefit American workers and American families.” He also vowed to protect America from what he called the “ravages” of other countries “making our products, stealing our companies and destroying our jobs.” As soon as Obama was gone, the White House website also vowed to kill TPP.
On the same day as the action withdrawing from TPP, Trump also unleashed other constitutional executive actions applauded by his supporters. From instituting a federal hiring freeze (excluding the military), to restoring a longtime ban on taxpayer funding for abortion groups around the world that Obama sought to undermine, Trump went right to work, following through on some of the most important promises he made on the campaign trail. It was a series of crushing blows to globalism, Big Government, the abortion lobby, establishment plans for regionalizing governance, the undermining of the U.S. economy, and more.
At the Monday meeting with corporate leaders before his latest orders, Trump outlined some of his other proposals for boosting U.S. manufacturing. “What we want to do is bring manufacturing back to our country,” Trump told the chief executives, which also included the leaders of companies such as Ford, Dow Chemical, Lockheed Martin, and U.S. Steel. To accomplish that, Trump proposed slashing corporate tax rates from 35 percent “down to anywhere from 15 to 20 per cent,” helping bring U.S. tax rates — the highest in the developed world — back in line with those of other industrialized countries. Trump also vowed to seek a “very major border tax” on companies that shut down their U.S. factories and then try to sell goods back into the United States.
Obama tried to make TPP and the rest of his agenda seem inevitable. But thanks to the hard work of grassroots organizations across the political spectrum, much of that agenda is now in ruins. Indeed, broad swaths of Obama's legacy have already been abolished the same way the schemes came about — with a “pen and a phone.” Of course, undoing the damage of the Obama years, and of generations of globalist establishment machinations, will not be easy. And it is unlikely that Trump will even try. But if the first few days of his term are any indication, Trump does plan to take firm action against globalism, even if it means clashing with the powerful establishment forces that tried to destroy him throughout his campaign for the presidency.

Trump Puts Sanctuary Cities on Notice
As we've noted already this week, President Donald Trump has taken the issue of immigration head on. First it was the border wall. Then came Trump's executive order on interior enforcement, which includes pulling funding from so-called sanctuary cities. According to The Washington Times, the order "calls on Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly and the new attorney general to cut off all federal funding they control under existing federal laws." Anything further will require congressional action. Trump also ordered DHS to create a "name and shame" list of sanctuary cities, including publicizing the names of aliens who've been released and the crimes they've committed.
"Cities" is an understatement. California, Colorado, Connecticut and New Mexico do not cooperate with federal immigration authorities, as is the case with cities and counties in 25 other states and DC. Yes, that's right, the seat of the federal government is a "sanctuary city." Leftists in these jurisdictions like to frame their actions as simply not cooperating — as in police not checking immigration status when making arrests or traffic stops. But it's far more insidious. These cities often actively resist when federal authorities come looking for specific illegal aliens.
The horrific results are clear, as illustrated by the widely reported murder of Kate Steinle by a five-time-deported illegal alien felon two years ago in San Francisco. But that's just one case. The liar-nObama administration released thousands upon thousands of illegal alien criminals. Over a two-year period, more than 66,000 illegal alien criminals were set free — and there were 166,000 convictions among them, including 11,000 rapes and 395 homicides. Thousands of them were rearrested after committing further crimes.
Yet leftists insist they're the compassionate ones. It's important to note that Trump isn't making law here. Everything he's called for is already the law — the wall, deportation, all of it. Enforce the law and you solve most of the problem. He's off to a good start. ~The Patriot Post

Just How Much Voting Fraud Does Exist?
Early this week Donald Trump leveled the claim that three to five million illegal votes were cast during this past election, and he has called for an investigation into voter fraud. That stunning accusation — stunning only for the high numbers claimed — predictably brought howls of outrage from the Leftmedia, which lambasted Trump for yet more fake news and baseless claims. Hypocritically, the Leftmedia offered no evidence to prove that Trump's accusation was "baseless."
And it's not as if there are no facts supporting at least the need for a greater investigation into voter fraud, as several recent lawsuits brought by the Public Interest Legal Foundation demonstrate. In fact, why did the government see fit to pass the National Voting Registration Act of 1993 if it wasn't intended to combat potential voting fraud? In other words, it would be ridiculous to assert that voter fraud didn't happen. The real question is just how bad of a problem it is. If no comprehensive investigations are done, then the argument merely continues to be the spitting contest it currently has become.
It's rather dubious for the Leftmedia to call out Trump as a liar and yet argue against investigating his claims. The truth is, the Leftmedia isn't interested in knowing the actual number of illegal immigrants who voted or how many votes dead people cast or how many individuals voted multiply times. So long as official data is unavailable, leftists can continue to claim voter fraud is really not a problem — that it's simply the boogie man conservatives like to drag up as a political scare tactic designed to disenfranchise minority voters. Feds Reinvestigating Syrian Refugees

Some of these refugees had potentially negative information in their files... that was not discovered prior to their admission, two unnamed U.S. law-enforcement officials told the Los Angeles Times. Immigration authorities are reviewing the cases of some refugees, including one who failed a polygraph test when he applied for employment at an overseas U.S. military installation. Another refugee being reinvestigated may have been in communication with an Islamic State (ISIS) leader, according to the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter. Trump’s Foreign Policy Revolution

{freedomsback.com} ~ The flurry of bold executive orders and of highly provocative Cabinet nominations such as a secretary of education who actually believes in school choice has been encouraging to conservative skeptics of Donald Trump. But it shouldn’t erase the troubling memory of one major element of Trump’s inaugural address.
The foreign policy section has received far less attention than so revolutionary a declaration deserved. It radically redefined the American national interest as understood since World War II.
Trump outlined a world in which foreign relations are collapsed into a zero-sum game. They gain, we lose. As in: “For many decades, we’ve enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry; subsidized the armies of other countries” while depleting our own.
And most provocatively this: “The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed all across the world.” Bernie Sanders believes that a corrupt establishment has ripped off the middle class to give to the rich. Trump believes those miscreants have given away our patrimony to undeserving, ungrateful foreigners as well.
JFK’s inaugural pledged to support any friend and oppose any foe to assure the success of liberty. Note that Trump makes no distinction between friend and foe and no reference to liberty. They’re all out to use, exploit and surpass us.
No more, declared Trump: “From this day forward, it’s going to be only America First.”
Imagine how this resonates abroad. “America First” was the name of the organization led by Charles Lindbergh that bitterly fought FDR before U.S. entry into World War II — right through the Battle of Britain — to keep America neutral between Churchill’s Britain and Hitler’s Reich. Then came Pearl Harbor. Within a week, America First dissolved itself in shame.
Not that Trump was consciously imitating Lindbergh. I doubt he was even aware of the reference. He just liked the phrase. But I can assure you that in London and in every world capital they are aware of the antecedent and the intimations of a new American isolationism. Trump gave them good reason to think so, going on to note “the right of all nations to put their own interests first.” America included.
Some claim that putting America first is a reassertion of American exceptionalism. On the contrary, it is the antithesis. It makes America no different from all the other countries that define themselves by a particularist blood-and-soil nationalism. What made America exceptional, unique in the world, was defining its own national interest beyond its narrow economic and security needs to encompass the safety and prosperity of a vast array of allies. A free world marked by open trade and mutual defense was President Truman’s vision, shared by every president since.
Until now.
Some have argued that Trump is just dangling a bargaining chip to negotiate better terms of trade or alliance. Or that Trump’s views are so changeable and unstable — telling European newspapers two weeks ago that NATO is obsolete and then saying “NATO is very important to me” — that this is just another unmoored entry on a ledger of confusion.
But both claims are demonstrably wrong. An inaugural address is no off-the-cuff riff. These words are the product of at least three weeks of deliberate crafting for an address that Trump’s spokesman said was intended to express his philosophy. Moreover, to remove any ambiguity, Trump prefaced his “America First” proclamation with: “From this day forward, a new vision will govern our land.”
Trump’s vision misunderstands the logic underlying the far larger, far-reaching view of Truman. The Marshall Plan surely took wealth away from the American middle class and distributed it abroad. But for a reason. Altruism, in part. But mostly to stabilize Western Europe as a bulwark against an existential global enemy.
We carried many free riders throughout the Cold War. The burden was heavy. But this was not a mindless act of charity; it was an exercise in enlightened self-interest. After all, it was indeed better to subsidize foreign armies — German, South Korean, Turkish and dozens of others — and have them stand with us, rather than stationing even more American troops everywhere around the world at greater risk of both blood and treasure.
We are embarking upon insularity and smallness. Nor is this just theory. Trump’s long-promised but nonetheless abrupt withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership is the momentous first fruit of his foreign policy doctrine. Last year the prime minister of Singapore told John McCain that if we pulled out of the TPP “you’ll be finished in Asia.” He knows the region.
For 70 years, we sustained an international system of open commerce and democratic alliances that has enabled America and the West to grow and thrive. Global leadership is what made America great. We abandon it at our peril.

Trade and Pipelines: Trump's First Economic Actions
By Lewis Morris: President Donald Trump signed two significant executive orders this week — one taking America out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement, and the other removing the ban on construction of the Dakota Access and Keystone XL oil pipelines. Both orders reverse decrees issued by Barack liar-nObama and serve to show that Trump has set about fulfilling campaign promise to boost the American economy.
The order to take America out of the TPP doesn't come as a surprise, given that Trump had promised repeatedly to do so before the election. Indeed, his opposition likely helped him win the Rust Belt.
The TPP deal, which was negotiated behind closed doors by the liar-nObama White House and 11 other Pacific rim countries, would have created a trade block larger than the European Union. Democrats and their union constituents, however, generally oppose free trade. And Republicans didn't trust liar-nObama to negotiate in a way that would protect America's interests or workers.
Now, in a rare moment of solidarity, many American union leaders voiced their support for the Republican president's actions. "With this decision, the president has taken the first step toward fixing 30 years of bad trade policies that have cost working Americans millions of good paying jobs," declared Teamsters president James Hoffa.
Trump has promised to renegotiate bilateral trade deals and hold each country accountable. He has also suggested that he's looking to renegotiate NAFTA, though he hasn't quite pledged to scrap that deal altogether. In any event, NAFTA would be far more difficult for Trump to undo unilaterally as it's a long-standing treaty backed up by Congress.
There is a lot of controversy surrounding Trump's move to scrap TPP. It can't be denied that the agreement had some shady underpinnings, like much of the work done during the liar-nObama years. It was never put before Congress for formal review and passage, and liar-nObama gave few details about what was in the deal, encouraging Americans to simply trust that he had our best interests at heart. We all know how that turned out.
But by withdrawing from the TPP, Trump must guard against sliding into protectionism. Protectionist trade policies can be notoriously bad for American consumers because they tend to raise the price of goods. Such policies might keep jobs from drifting overseas, but the total cost of keeping those jobs in the U.S. rises significantly when you factor in the rise in consumer prices.
This negative impact on the economy can be prevented if the U.S. pursues free trade policies with other countries — particularly if we enter bilateral trade deals that are beneficial to American jobs.
Speaking of American jobs, Trump's executive order Tuesday to restart the Dakota Access and Keystone XL pipelines will certainly be beneficial and move us toward a sounder energy policy.
liar-nObama waffled on Keystone for years, wanting to placate the unions who wanted it but finally giving in to his ecofascist base and shutting down the project. He did so citing the alleged detrimental impact that Keystone would have on the environment, even though State Department studies he asked for proved that the pipeline would be safe. He likewise ended the Dakota Access project after Native American groups engaged in a vocal and widely televised protest because the pipeline would have crossed their land.
Trump says he wants the pipelines to be built with U.S. steel, so he will be looking to renegotiate terms with TransCanada, the Canadian group that is working on the Keystone project.
Both pipelines will increase domestic oil production and move America toward a more independent and self-sustaining energy policy, something that was not of concern during the administration of Trump's predecessor.
In both cases, though with mixed results likely to ensue, Trump is doing what he considers best to put America first. ~The Patriot Post

{wnd.com} ~ There is a reason why many women contemplating abortion decide not to abort when they see an ultrasound of their baby. There is no denying the humanity of this tiny creature, which is anything but a clump of cells.
As the baby grows in the womb and is seen by ultrasound imaging, it’s common to hear parents exclaim, “Look at those little hands! Look at that adorable nose, it looks like Grandpa’s nose, doesn’t it?! And look – it’s a girl! or, it’s a boy!)
How amazing it is to see the ultrasound of your baby, especially when it’s your first child. Not surprisingly, both of our daughters, now in their late 30s, had the identical reaction when they saw the ultrasounds of their first babies: How could anyone abort their child?
It is for good reason that pro-abortion legislators fight against laws that would require abortion clinics to show an ultrasound of the baby prior to the decision to abort. They know it would be bad for business plus, they argue, it adds to the inconvenience of the mother wanting to dispose of the contents of her womb.
It is hard to deny the personhood of the fetus when you see an ultrasound, which is why, during last year’s Super Bowl, Dorito’s incurred the wrath of NARAL, the National Abortion Rights Action League when it aired an innocent, lighthearted, commercial featuring a very pregnant woman, her husband and an ultrasound of their baby. According to NARAL, Dorito’s had committed the cardinal sin of “humanizing fetuses.” Oh, the very thought of it!
But there is something even worse than that Dorito’s ad. According to a bizarre article in The Atlantic, pro-life groups are being devious and deceptive when they use ultrasounds to convince women that their babies are human. How low will these pro-lifers go?

Weigel’s article, which was marred by embarrassing errors as pointed out by Alexandra DeSanctison the National Review, not to mention being marred by bizarre claims, denied the reality and significance of fetal heartbeats as early as five or six weeks old, downplayed the evidence of ultrasounds and claimed that – gasp! – the pro-life movement was yet another example of patriarchal overreach. Yes, the science of “ultrasound made it possible for the male doctor to evaluate the fetus without female interference.” Those dastardly, duplicitous males! They are at it once again.
For good reason Sean Davis of the Federalist wrote that, “Moira Weigel took a sledgehammer to basic science and then did her best to vacuum its brains out before anyone could figure out what just happened.” The title of his article was as accurate as it was snarky: “Abortion Science: Heartbeats Are Imaginary, Unborn Babies Aren’t Alive, And Ultrasounds Are Just Tools Of The Patriarchy.”
Further underscoring the absurdity of Weigel’s article was this tweet from Denise Russell, which Davis reproduced: “Before ultrasounds, a woman had to wait until delivery to find out if she was getting a puppy, a goat, or a human.” How did we forget that?
Responding to the Republican-led effort to pass the “Heartbeat Bill,” which would prohibit doctors from aborting a baby if a heartbeat was detected in the words of its sponsor, Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, “If a heartbeat is detected, the baby is protected”, Weigel asks, “What is a fetal heartbeat? And why does it matter?”
Her answer to these questions can be summed up, respectively, in three words, “Nothing” and “It doesn’t.”
Forget the fact that doctors check the baby’s heartbeat during each pre-natal visit, since this is an indicator of health, or the fact that they carefully monitor the baby’s heartbeat during delivery to be sure the child is OK. And forget the fact that doctors look for a pulse to see if someone is still living or the fact that a person is declared dead when his or her heart stops beating for good.
No. When it comes to abortion, all those facts conveniently disappear, and the heartbeat of that tiny pre-born child is of no significance at all. Indeed, Weigel opines, “Doctors do not even call this rapidly dividing cell mass a ‘fetus’ until nine weeks into pregnancy.” I must be getting old, but somehow, I don’t recall my wife, Nancy, saying to me decades ago, “Honey, I just got the test results back and I have a rapidly dividing cell mass inside of me!”
But it is not just fetal heartbeats that have no meaning for Weigel. Ultrasounds also have no meaning for her since … well, since she’s doesn’t believe they should. If you think I’m exaggerating, read her article. She notes that posting pictures of ultrasounds on social media has “heightened the social reality of the unborn,” as if this was somehow a bad, misleading thing.
And she points to an American couple who “posted a video of their sonogram fast-forwarded so that their fetus appeared to be clapping in time as they sang, ‘When You’re Happy and You Know It Clap Your Hands.'” The implication is that because the video was sped up, giving the false impression that the baby was clapping to the beat, that the more basic impression was also false, namely that there was a little human being in that mother’s womb who was putting its two little hands together. Pretty good for a clump of cells and a mass of tissue!
Although Weigel cites those who claim that pregnant women who see their ultrasounds are less likely to abort, she disputes these claims, pointing to a “2014 study published by the journal Obstetrics and Gynecology, which drew on the medical records of nearly 16,000 women seeking abortions” and “found that viewing an ultrasound had a negligible impact on whether they decided to proceed.”
Other studies I have read have come to very different conclusions and a pro-life ministry that offers ultrasounds to women considering abortion has also seen tremendous results. But I doubt that all the studies in the world would convince Weigel right now, since her objections seem to be based on ideology more than science. As observed by Alexandra DeSanctis, “The reason that progressives such as Weigel denounce ultrasound technology is … because they want to continue denying the humanity of the unborn child, a humanity that is undeniable whether or not the mother wants the child.”
Yes, “Pro-life activists and parents who want to keep their unborn children will acknowledge this humanity. We all know it. Abortionists know it. Mothers aborting their babies know it. Planned Parenthood executives know it. Perhaps many are able to dull their consciences and convince themselves that it’s ‘just a clump of cells.’ But deep down, they must know. We all do. And that’s why the left has to work so hard to deny it.”
And the harder the left works to deny the humanity of the unborn child, the more it exposes its moral and scientific bankruptcy. In that regard, Weigel’s article does a great service to the pro-life cause, and for that, we should be glad. Truth is sweeping away the lies.
As the baby grows in the womb and is seen by ultrasound imaging, it’s common to hear parents exclaim, “Look at those little hands! Look at that adorable nose, it looks like Grandpa’s nose, doesn’t it?! And look – it’s a girl! or, it’s a boy!)
How amazing it is to see the ultrasound of your baby, especially when it’s your first child. Not surprisingly, both of our daughters, now in their late 30s, had the identical reaction when they saw the ultrasounds of their first babies: How could anyone abort their child?
It is for good reason that pro-abortion legislators fight against laws that would require abortion clinics to show an ultrasound of the baby prior to the decision to abort. They know it would be bad for business plus, they argue, it adds to the inconvenience of the mother wanting to dispose of the contents of her womb.
It is hard to deny the personhood of the fetus when you see an ultrasound, which is why, during last year’s Super Bowl, Dorito’s incurred the wrath of NARAL, the National Abortion Rights Action League when it aired an innocent, lighthearted, commercial featuring a very pregnant woman, her husband and an ultrasound of their baby. According to NARAL, Dorito’s had committed the cardinal sin of “humanizing fetuses.” Oh, the very thought of it!
But there is something even worse than that Dorito’s ad. According to a bizarre article in The Atlantic, pro-life groups are being devious and deceptive when they use ultrasounds to convince women that their babies are human. How low will these pro-lifers go?

The headline on the cover of this week’s Economist, which I now read solely to find out what is not the case, is “China: the global grown-up.”... The Washington Post purports to explain “Why China will be able to sell itself as the last liberal great power.” These articles, besides being wrong, have the distinction of following the line set by Beijing itself: “China may lead globalization movement,” says propaganda outlet CCTV. How one can argue that a Communist oligarchy that practices mercantilism and industrial and diplomatic espionage, builds islands in contravention of international law, disappears lawyers and writers critical of the regime, feeds its people a steady diet of ethno-nationalist propaganda, threatens America’s allies, enables the North Korean psycho-state, recently sailed its aircraft carrier through the Taiwan Strait, massively censors the Internet, and has some of the worst air pollution in the world is “liberal” in any sense of the term is beyond me...

It noted that at least 13 aspiring terrorists have tried to cross the Mexican border, or considered trying, since 2012... Most of the people who tried to sneak over the border knew they were on the federal no-fly list, the report said. Sneaking across the southern border "presents an opportunity for increasing numbers of aspiring foreign terrorist fighters to evade US interdiction efforts such as the No-Fly List." The most recent example happened in October. Texas authorities arrested two Milwaukee men near San Angelo, Texas on the way to the Mexican border. {wnd.com} ~ A White House petition was launched the day after Donald Trump’s inauguration to “reinstate Lt. Col. Terry Lakin into the U.S. Army with full rank, pay, benefits and pension immediately.”
“Court-martialed, imprisoned, expelled from the Army and denied pay, pension and benefits,” declares the petition accurately, “Terry was merely following his officer’s oath and constitutional duty.”
For the record, Lakin spent five months in prison at Fort Leavenworth before his release in May of 2011. Lakin’s crime – his real crime, that is – was to challenge Barack liar-nObama’s constitutional eligibility to be president.
I believe it was his pending release as much as Trump’s raising of the eligibility issue that forced liar-nObama to produce something resembling a birth certificate.
Lakin never claimed to know where President liar-nObama was born or whether he was eligible. The problem, as Lakin saw it, was that no one knew.
As an Army officer, one sworn “to support and defend the Constitution,” he felt an obligation to pursue the truth.
I got to know Terry through helping him with his memoir, “Officer’s Oath.” If the U.S. Army has a more decent or dedicated officer than this 17-year veteran flight surgeon and father of three, I have yet to meet that person.
For more than a year, Lakin plied all regular channels to get at the facts. He had no intention of becoming a martyr to the cause, but in 2010 he received deployment orders to Afghanistan. Said the order: “Bring five (5) copies of your birth certificate.”
For Lakin, that did it. If he had to produce a birth certificate to deploy, liar-nObama needed one to send him.
By refusing deployment – he had already served in Afghanistan and Bosnia – Lakin hoped to take advantage of military due process to resolve the eligibility question.
He did not succeed. The media brought no pressure to bear on his behalf. To the degree the media noticed, they ridiculed him. Our progressive friends had finally found a military protester they could not embrace.
Of all his hardship deployments, Bosnia included, Lakin’s exile to Leavenworth was easily the hardest.
After he bid a tearful farewell to his wife and three young children, his military minders chained his hands together and attached those chains to a band around his waist.
They chained his legs and attached those, too. They then loaded him into a van and drove him to Reagan National.
There, Lakin endured his ultimate humiliation, a seemingly endless perp walk, a shuffle really, through a concourse filled with flags and patriotic bunting and the happy sight of returning soldiers.
None of the display had lost its appeal, but Lakin could not overlook the irony of his being chained and bound amidst it all.
Thanks to a deepening Christian faith and an abiding love for his country, Lakin manfully survived the ordeal and emerged a stronger person for it.
That he gave up $2 million in benefits and left his lovely family behind for prison should have further endeared him to our generally weepy progressive friends, but, of course, it did no such thing.
In 2011, when Lakin was released, they had a president to elect. All justice, all sympathy, all honesty be damned.
Upon his release, Lakin applied for a license to practice medicine in Kansas, but the Kansas Board of Healing Arts turned him down.
The Kansas Board may have indulged outlaw abortionist George Tiller for 30 years, but this timid crew was unnerved by the thought of this veteran flight surgeon practicing medicine in this doctor-short state, impeccable record notwithstanding.

Executive Orders and Royal Proclamations
When a King issues an edict without consulting with or getting the approval of Parliament it is called a Royal Proclamation. When a President makes laws it is called an Executive Order.
In Article I Section 1 of the Constitution, it is clear that all legislative powers reside in Congress. The Executive Branch only has the responsibility to execute the laws passed by Congress. An Executive Order is not legislation, it is a order issued by the President to enforce laws passed by the Congress.
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. Obviously the President does not have the Constitutional authority to legislate.
Once a proposed bill becomes a law the President's responsibility is to enforce the law. In order to do so he may issue an Executive Order to facilitate the execution of the law. The President does have the authority to run the Executive Branch of government and he does have the authority to issue orders that effect the employees of the Federal government.
He can create rules, regulations, policies and procedures in order to administer the Executive Branch of government. The =President does have jurisdiction over government employees, but he does not have the authority to issue decrees that effect anyone non government employee.
Most Executive Orders are an attempt to circumvent Congress and are an a flagrant abuse of power by the President. By allowing the President to violate the Constitution the Supreme Court Justices are violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
During times of war of national emergency, Presidents are authorized to issue Executive Orders with the consent of Congress.

Here Comes Trump's Great Wall
"After years of neglect, this administration has taken a strong stand to stiffen the protection of our borders." So said Bill liar-Clinton in his 1995 State of the Union Address. Now, after a 22-year wait, Donald Trump will see that plan through. Trump tweeted Tuesday, "Big day planned on NATIONAL SECURITY tomorrow. Among many other things, we will build the wall!" And so begins Trump's great wall project, which was mocked and derided by so many both in the mainstream media and the Washington establishment as merely a campaign slogan that would never actually see the light of day.
Honestly, one can hardly fault people for holding this pessimistic view, as history shows that politicians talk a good game but rarely act on their words — as typified by liar-Clinton's SOTU speech. An interesting side note: While Trump is signing this latest executive order today, Mexican foreign minister Luis Videgaray will be arriving in Washington to prepare for the visit of Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto. Much of the visit will focus on trade issues, but it would be naïve to think that Trump's statements regarding Mexico paying for the wall don't factor into the conversation. Fake News: Vilifying Good Guy With Gun
The editors at USA Today were caught disseminating a pejorative headline that readers, assuming they actually clicked through for the story, could determine almost immediately was fake news. The story was about a weekend shooting at a Texas mall, including the actions of a good guy with a gun. But that's not the impression USA Today gave. Nor was it accidental.
The front-page headline incredulously declared, "Shopper who shot suspect did not have carry permit." Once you clicked through for the details, the editors offered a slightly different, albeit still misleading, version: "Texas mall: Shopper who shot suspect not allowed to carry." All but a few "constitutional carry" states require gun owners to obtain a license to pack heat outside the home. And the USA Today headline gives the impression that said shopper was not legally sanctioned by the state to carry a firearm in public. Except that's not true at all.
The very first paragraph states, "The shopper at a Texas mall who had a concealed carry license and shot a robbery suspect should not have been carrying a gun inside the mall, according to the mall's policy [emphasis added]." Suddenly, the narrative is flipped on its head. The story goes on to explain, "On Sunday, a man was shot and killed while trying to stop a jewelry store robber at Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio. Another man, with a concealed permit, shot one of the suspected robbers who police said stole from a Kay Jeweler's store. Four others were injured. The San Antonio Police Department said the same robbery suspect fatally shot 42-year-old Jonathan Murphy. Police describe the man who shot the robbery suspect and Murphy as 'Good Samaritans.'"
What's really at issue here isn't the lack of a concealed carry permit but the mall, which proudly markets itself as a gun-free zone. According to mall manager Dustin Christensen, "Although we respect the laws of the state and individual rights, we do, however, maintain a separate code of conduct that we visibly post at our entrances that includes the prohibition of any weapons on the property. Our top priority continues to be the safety of our shoppers as we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for all." First of all, the sign didn't stop armed robbers from entering the complex. Secondly, the only thing providing safety to the shoppers was a good guy with a gun. No wonder the police call him a Good Samaritan.
With an intentionally distorted headline, the ignoramuses at USA Today gave thousands of people the impression that an armed citizen was just as felonious as the thugs he stopped. To say that he "did not have [a] carry permit," as stated in the headline, which is the only thing many people see, is an outright lie. It's true that he acted against the local mall's policies, but that's a constitutionally dubious thing to argue. Hopefully this will motivate Texas to stop allowing malls to pre-empt the carry law. Even San Antonio police spokesman Officer Doug Greene said, "We just ask people to use their best judgment when they get into situations like this." Thanks to good judgement from a guy with a gun, lives may have been saved.
The Leftmedia has criticized the Trump administration for its ridiculous use of the term "alternative facts." Yet earlier this week journalists were all over an erroneous report suggesting Trump, after returning Winston Churchill's bust to the Oval Office, ousted MLK's. That was fake news. So is USA Today's misleading headline regarding a concealed carry permit holder. new housing in disputed suburbs

The move appears to be a clear sign that the Israelis no longer fear American criticism of settlement construction, which is condemned by most of the world.
For eight years, Netanyahu and his right-wing allies bristled at the harsh condemnations of settlement growth by former President Barack liar-nObama's administration, which referred to the Israeli communities as "illegitimate" and "an obstacle to peace."
Trump, however, has signaled a more accommodating stance toward Israel. He has called for moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, a city claimed as the capital of both Israel and a potential future Palestinian state. Trump's pick for U.S. ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, is a hard-line opponent of the two-state solution and a supporter of the settlement enterprise in the West Bank.
"We're building --- and will continue to build," Netanyahu said Tuesday.
Netanyahu's promise to grow the settlements comes a little more than a week after diplomats from 70 countries met in Paris and criticized settlement building as a threat to a two-state solution. In December, the U.N. Security Council passed a resolution condemning the settlements, and Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry spoke out against them in a speech after the U.N. vote.
Asked at his daily briefing whether Trump supported the newly approved construction, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said that "Israel continues to be a huge ally of the United States" and that Trump "wants to grow closer with Israel to make sure it gets the full respect that it deserves in the Middle East."
Referring to a Monday announcement of a February meeting with Netanyahu, Spicer said, "We'll have a conversation with the prime minister."
But the potential sites could carry deep political resonance in the United States.
About 100 of the possible new units are in Beit El, a West Bank settlement supported by Friedman. The family of Trump's son-in-law and newly appointed White House adviser Jared Kushner has donated to the charities that support Beit El.
Palestinians called the Israeli move a possible sign of more-vigorous settlement construction.
"It is evident that Israel is exploiting the inauguration of the new American administration to escalate its violations and the prevention of any existence of a Palestinian state," said Hanan Ashrawi, a leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization.
A spokesman for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said the Israeli plans undermine efforts to bring peace to the Middle East and will promote extremism.
The spokesman, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, called on the international community to take a "real and serious position" against Israel's plans.
Jordan's information minister, Mohammed al-Momani, said the settlement plan "deals a tough blow to efforts to revive the peace process." The Europeans also expressed their concern. "It is regrettable that Israel is proceeding with this policy, despite the continuous serious international concern and objections, which have been constantly raised at all levels," the European Union's diplomatic service said Tuesday.
During the liar-nObama administration, settlement construction announcements came under increasingly bitter criticism, with the State Department suggesting that the moves undermined Middle East peace and raised questions about Netanyahu's true commitment to a two-state solution with the Palestinians.
"We are returning to normal life in Judea and Samaria," Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said in a statement announcing the plans, using the biblical terms for the West Bank.
In the same announcement, Lieberman approved the construction of a Palestinian industrial park outside Hebron in the West Bank.
"It will be one of the largest industrial zones in the West Bank, in which we are planning to set up warehouse and fuel storage infrastructure, along with other elements," Lieberman said.
The announcement of 2,500 housing units comes just two days after a Jerusalem planning committee approved the construction of 560 housing units.
Israeli officials stressed that most of the 2,500 new units in the West Bank would be built in what they call "settlement blocs," densely populated lands that leaders here say will always remain in Israel, regardless of any future peace deal with the Palestinians.
"We hope that this is just the beginning of a wave of new building across our ancestral homeland after eight very difficult years," said Oded Revivi, foreign envoy for the Yesha Council, which represents Israeli settlers living in the West Bank. "We hope to continue building a peaceful future with the blessing of the new Trump administration."
The number of new units approved is large, but not unprecedented. During hanoi-Kerry's nine months of ultimately failed negotiations between Israel and Palestinians, Israel agreed to release Palestinian prisoners. In the Constitution the legislative branch was to consist of a House to Represent the States another House to Represent the people. The House of the States was to be known as the Senate and the House of the people would be called the House of Representatives.
In order to guarantee that the people would be fairly represented it was proposed that each representative in the House would be responsible to serve a community of no more than 30,000 people. They believed that larger districts would make it more difficult for voices of the people to be heard.
Today the average Congressional District has over 700,000 people. It is impossible for that many people to be adequately represented by one Congressman. As the number of constituents in a Congressional District rises, the voice of the people become a whisper.
Over the past century bankers , lawyers and lobbyists have moved into the People's house and as a result the hostile takeover, our Congressmen and women are now controlled by a cabal of the financial elite. In order to reclaim the People's House we need to transfer the power from 435 representatives to the people by reducing the number of constituents in each of our Congressional Districts.
The original First proposed amendment mandated that there would be one representative for every 30,000 people in the state and that once the House of Representatives reached 200 members the ratio would change to 50,000 to 1.
This amendment to sent to the states along with eleven other proposed amendments. The First and Second of the proposed amendments failed to be ratified by 3/4's of the states and failed to be tatified/ Amendments three thru twelve were ratified and became the Bill of Rights.
Eleven states voted in favor of ratifying the proposed First Amendment and if 27 more state legislatures vote to ratify the proposed amendment it will become the 28th Amendment.

The Constitution was written to limit the power of the government in order to protect the life, liberty and property of the people. The power in the United States is in the people, if and only if the people are willing to take responsibility by holding government officials accountable for violating the Constitution.
A single ant can not eat an elephant, but an army of ants sufficiently large can. In order to restrain the government the people need to harness the power which has been lying dormant for many so many years.

It is not possible for one man to adequately represent over 700,000 constituents. We need to transfer the power of those serving in Congress back to the people living in the Districts.

Two notoriously corrupt employees in Puerto Rico were fired this week, indicating that more may be on the way... One is the hospital’s CEO, DeWayne Hamlin, who offered an employee $305,000 to quit after she played a role in exposing his drug arrest. “Mr. DeWayne Hamlin was removed from federal service effective January 20, 2017,” the VA said. Jan. 20 was Inauguration Day. Under former Secretary of Veterans Affairs Bob McDonald, the agency ignored years of evidence about shoddy work ethic, theft and whistleblower retaliation. What a patriarchal jerk, that insidious Mr. Ultrasound is, pushing around such sexist lunacy as the idea that unborn babies are alive!
The original subheading of the article is even better (er, worse): “The technology has been used to create an imaginary ‘heartbeat’ and sped-up videos that falsely depict a response to stimulus.”
Weigel sneered that “there is no heart to speak of” in a six-week-old fetus and used “heartbeat” in scare quotes to assert her scientific authority. She similarly employed those scare quotes to deride “life,” “baby” and “baby bump.”
After actual medical experts and parents exposed Weigel’s Neanderthal ignorance of basic embryology, the ridiculous claim was removed and a sheepish noncorrection correction appeared at the end of the biology denier’s piece for the once-august Atlantic Monthly.
“This article originally stated that there is ‘no heart to speak of’ in a six-week-old fetus,” the editors’ note admitted. “By that point in a pregnancy, a heart has already begun to form. We regret the error.” Read it in smarty-pants “Saturday Night Live” character Emily Litella’s “Neeever mind” voice for full effect.
Next in the anti-science Atlantic’s investigative series: How X-rays pushed the idea that humans have skeletons! How microscopes pushed the idea that microorganisms exist! How electroencephalograms pushed the idea that human brains send electrical impulses! A deep dive by the intrepid Weigel into the world of “imaginary” bones, bacteria and beta waves will no doubt yield a Pulitzer nomination if not a Nobel Prize.

Draining the Swamp
The men at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 voted unanimously on a proposed amendment limiting Congressmen to constituencies of not more than 50,000.
They believed this would insure that the voice of the people would be heard. limit the power of the abuse of power by their representatives.
The originally proposed First Amendment and the originally proposed Second Amendment failed to be ratified by three fourths of the states. The Third though Twelfth were ratified and became the Bill of Rights.
In 1983 the originally proposed Second Amendment was ratified and became the 27th Amendment.
The originally proposed amendment was ratified by eleven states and when 27 more state legislatures vote for its ratification it will become the 28th Amendment.
By sending the representatives back to their home Districts ,the people would be better able to supervise their Congressional Representative. With a Congressional District of 700,000 people the Representative has nearly 15 times as much power as the a Congressman representing 50,000.
Washington D.C. has become a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah and by vacating the District of Columbia, the Wall Street bankers, lawyers and lobbyists will no longer be able to wheel and deal with all of our fish in one barrel.

Greg Gutfeld had a few observations about the conduct of the hypocrite Democrat Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel... who has been quite vocal in his criticism of our new President. Maybe Emanuel subscribes to the line of thought that the best defense is a strong offense, but in this case in most, Rahm’s just offensive. Gutfeld notes how odd it was that Emanuel found time to knock President Trump over questions of the crowd size at his inauguration. He plays a clip of the dishonest Democrat speaking to Mr. Trump, who was not in attendance at the news conference, ‘saying, “You got elected to make sure that people have a job, the economy continues to grow, people have security as it relates to their kids’ education, etc, and it wasn’t about your crowd size. Trump: America For The Americans!

{freedomsback.com} ~ As the patriotic pageantry of Inauguration Day gave way to the demonstrations of defiance Saturday, our new America came into view. We are two nations now, two peoples.
Though bracing, President Trump’s inaugural address was rooted in cold truths, as he dispensed with the customary idealism of inaugurals that are forgotten within a fortnight of the president being sworn in.
Trump’s inaugural was Jacksonian.
He was speaking to and for the forgotten Americans whose hopes he embodies, pledging to be their champion against those who abandon them in pursuit of higher, grander, nobler causes. Declared Trump:
“For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered, but the jobs left and the factories closed.”
Is this not true? American wages have stagnated as scores of thousands of factories were shut down or shipped abroad. Five of the six wealthiest counties in the U.S. today, measured by median household income, are the suburbs of Washington, D.C.
Inaugurals should lift us up, wailed the media, this was “dark.”
And Trump did paint a grim picture — of “mothers and children trapped in poverty in our inner cities; rusted-out factories scattered like tombstones across the landscape of our nation; an education system flush with cash but which leaves our … students deprived of all knowledge, and the crime and the gangs and the drugs…”
But is this not also a reality of America 2017?
Indeed, it carries echoes of FDR’s second inaugural: “I see one-third of a nation ill-housed, ill-clad, ill-nourished. … The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”
Some of the recoil to Trump’s speech is surely traceable to an awareness by those covering and commenting upon it — that this was a searing indictment of them and their own ruling class.
With America’s political elite sitting behind him, Trump accused them of enriching “foreign industry,” not ours, of subsidizing other countries’ armies but neglecting our own, of defending other nation’s borders while leaving America’s borders unprotected.
Then, in the line that will give his address its name in history, he declared: “From this day forward it’s going to be only America First.”
Prediction: Trump’s “America First” inaugural will be recalled as the most controversial, but will be among the most remembered.
What did Trump mean by “America First”?
“Every decision on trade, on taxes, on immigration, on foreign affairs will be made to benefit American workers and American families.”
What does it mean for the world?
“We will seek friendship and goodwill with the nations of the world, but we do so with the understanding that it is the right of other nations to put their own interests first. We do not seek to impose our way of life on anyone, but rather to let it shine as an example. We will shine for everyone to follow.”
Denounced as isolationism, this is in an old and great tradition.
Ronald Reagan talked of America being a “shining city on a hill” for other nations to emulate.
John Quincy Adams declared:
“Wherever the standard of freedom and independence has been or shall be unfurled there will America’s hearts, her benedictions, and her prayers be. But she goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher of the freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.”
When the Hungarian patriot Louis Kossuth came to America seeking aid for the revolution of 1848, Henry Clay told him:
“Far better is it for ourselves, for Hungary, and for the cause of liberty, that … avoiding the distant wars of Europe, we should keep our lamp burning brightly on the western shore, as a light to all nations, than to hazard its utter extinction among the ruins of fallen or falling republics in Europe.”
The charge of “isolationist” was thrown in the face of Clay. But he prevailed, and America stayed out of Europe’s wars until 1917 when Woodrow Wilson, fatefully, plunged us in.
In 1936, FDR said, “We shun political commitments which might entangle us in foreign wars. … We are not isolationists except insofar as we seek to isolate ourselves completely from war. … I hate war.”
What Trump was saying in his inaugural is that we will offer our free and independent republic as an example to other nations, but it is not our providential mission to reshape the world in our own image.
“We will reinforce old alliances” that are in our interests, Trump declared. But we are approaching the end of an era where we fought other nations’ wars and paid other nations’ bills.
We will no longer bleed and bankrupt our country for the benefit of others. Henceforth, America will be of, by, and for Americans.
Is that not what the nation voted for?
