I wanted to take the liberty of sharing the following recent article that revealed that during Sheriff Arpaio’s news conference, which was held on the evening of December 15, 2016, it was revealed that a years-long forensics investigation into the computer image of the long-form Hawaiian birth certificate image that Barack Obama released during a White House news conference during his first term and presented to the American people as an 'official government document' reveals it is “fake.”

The fact that President Obama’s birth certificate is fake, as proven now by a legitimate law enforcement examination raises serious questions that 'high crimes and misdemeanors have been committed at the highest level of government.' The clear conclusion is that the Obama presidency may have been illegitimate, having violated 'Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.' 'Impeachment' procedures may be required, even if those procedures are conducted after Obama leaves office.

It also confirms that those who were subjected to the derogatory “birther” label from many media outlets and Democrats for badgering Obama with lawsuits, petitions to the Supreme Court, and more, were right – at least in the dispute that the document was manufactured and the questions about Obama’s birth and legitimacy to be president under the Constitution’s requirements still are unanswered.

Sheriff Arpaio plans on turning over the investigation to federal officials within the next month and, if taken through the proper channels and pursued by Congress and federal officials, 'Barack Obama may be charged with treason', which holds a penalty of ‘life in prison,’ at a future date.

During the conference Sheriff Arpaio reported that trolls and shills 'working for the government' had been attacking their investigation efforts for years and trying to debunk it, but all those efforts failed.  In his closing comments Sheriff Arpaio also stated that there is absolutely no doubt that Obama’s birth certificate is ‘FAKE’, along with stating that ‘if we can have congressional hearings for under inflated footballs then why can't we have a congressional hearing for this.’ What’s wrong with this picture?-You Decide:

I did this for approximately seven years without receiving an adequate response from any of them regarding what I now consider to be the “Greatest Fraud Perpetrated In American History.” What's wrong with this picture?-You Decide:

I was actually inspired and/or motivated to keep searching for answers to this and other issues due to their non-response to my initial requests because my gut (intuition) told me that something reeked and as time went on I became extremely concerned about what I saw as the destructive transformation of our Country/Republic since Obama's inauguration in January of 2009. 

As crazy as these seems, I actually have them to thank for initially inspiring me to keep looking for answers because what I've discovered in doing so for the last approximately eight years is that, although the results of my ongoing research were extremely disheartening, nightmarish and downright disturbing, it has not only been educational, but its opened my eyes to what I now see as rampant political 'crony capitalism' on both sides of the political spectrum, along with 'widespread corruption within our government', which has been conveniently covered up by our 'government-controlled main (lame) stream media.' This was in fact not only substantiated, but became quite obvious to the majority of Americans during our 2016 Presidential election.

As a result, I now believe that we are currently living in a 'Post-Constitutional Country/Republic' and have no one to blame but ourselves because I believe that we fell asleep at the wheel and trusted our elected officials (supposed leaders), at both the local and national level, to uphold and defend our 'U.S. Constitution Against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic', which they are not only charged with doing, but take an oath to do so upon being sworn into office. 

When I was commissioned in the Marine Corps I was required to take the following oath:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

This oath specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard.

As you know, any commissioned officer and/or public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seek to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition of a 'traitor.'

What concerns and/or pains me immensely is that, although our own elected representatives constantly remind us that they support those troops that continue to give their all, to include their lives to uphold and defend our Constitution, they stood by while 'Army Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor and had everything taken from him, to include his freedom', for abiding by his oath as a military officer by having the fortitude to question President Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief.

Thousands of Americans have also respectfully asked their own representatives to look into his eligibility status even prior to the 2008 Presidential election and/or shortly thereafter, as I did, but to-date have not received a satisfactory response from those elected officials whose solemn duty I believe is to protect our Constitutional individual and God-given rights, along with protecting Americans from all enemies, foreign and domestic, even if that domestic enemy is the government itself. My 70 years of life experiences have taught me that, in most cases, 'silence breeds contempt,' which is sadly what I now believe is what we are currently experiencing in our beloved Country/Republic.

In conclusion, although I found their non-response to my numerous letters regarding this and numerous other issues disheartening and extremely disturbing, I was not surprised because, after eight years of attempting to get answers from them with little or no success, it confirmed what I now see as reality in America today.

And that is that we, as American citizens, no longer have representation because our elected representatives are no longer in charge and are mere figureheads at best. Much to my dismay, I believe that we will never get any real answers and/or solutions to not only this disturbing issue, but to any other issue(s) that I believe will ultimately destroy our Country/Republic, which so many young men and women have fought and died for, until Americans wake up, admit the truth and take a stand before it’s too late-If it's not too late already.  I also believe that one of the main reasons why the current Congress won't dare touch this issue is because 'some of them may well be implicated' in what I see as the “Greatest Fraud Perpetrated In American History.”

Note:  I recently received the following thought-provoking article written by a true Patriot, which I believe makes a great case for how we can resolve the issue of Americans no longer having representation in Congress simply because the ‘majority of our current elected officials, some who I believe have been there far too long, are no longer in charge and are mere figureheads at best.’

Trump is 100% behind this effort, but ‘it's going to be up to you and me to turn up the heat on our U.S. House members and the Senate’ and ‘demand’ a congressional term limits constitutional amendment and we should not take 'NO' for an answer, which will require that ‘we the people mobilize in all 50 states’ regardless of party affiliation to hammer on our Congress to get the proposed amendment adopted by them and off to the 50 state legislatures.

Question: Will you make the commitment to join with other individuals and/or groups you know to get this done for the sake of our 'children, grandchildren, our Country/Republic and, most important, for those brave and courageous young men and women that have in the past and continue to die today' to support and defend the U.S. Constitution and our freedoms?-You Decide:

Obama’s top terrorism and intelligence adviser, John O. Brennan, heads a firm that was cited in March for breaching sensitive files in the State Department’s passport office, according to a State Department Inspector General’s report released this past July.

The security breach, first reported by the Washington Times and later confirmed by State Department spokesman Sean McCormack, involved a contract employee of Brennan’s firm, The Analysis Corp., which has earned millions of dollars providing intelligence-related consulting services to federal agencies and private companies.

During a State Department briefing on March 21, 2008, McCormack confirmed that the contractor had accessed the passport files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain, and that the inspector general had launched an investigation.

Sources who tracked the investigation tell Newsmax that the main target of the breach was the Obama passport file, and that the contractor accessed the file in order to “cauterize” the records of potentially embarrassing information.

“They looked at the McCain and Clinton files as well to create confusion,” one knowledgeable source told Newsmax. “But this was basically an attempt to cauterize the Obama file.”

At the time of the breach, Brennan was working as an unpaid adviser to the Obama campaign.

"This individual's actions were taken without the knowledge or direction of anyone at The Analysis Corp. and are wholly inconsistent with our professional and ethical standards," Brennan’s company said in a statement sent to reporters after the passport breach was made public.

The passport files include “personally identifiable information such as the applicant’s name, gender, social security number, date and place of birth, and passport number,” according to the inspector general report.

The files may contain additional information including “original copies of the associated documents,” the report added. Such documents include birth certificates, naturalization certificates, or oaths of allegiance for U.S.-born persons who adopted the citizenship of a foreign country as minors.

The Obama campaign acknowledged at its “Fight the Smears” Web site that Obama was a foreign national until the age of 18, by virtue of his father’s British then Kenyan citizenship.

“Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982,” the Web site stated.

“Fight the Smears” attempted to debunk rumors that Obama was not a U.S. citizen by producing a 2007 computer-generated copy of his certification of live birth.

“The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America,” the Web site states.

However, “native citizen” is a colloquialism, not a legal term. It is not the same as “natural-born citizen,” the requirement to be president set out in Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.

Chief Justice John Roberts has scheduled a Supreme Court conference on Jan. 23 on Lightfoot v. Bowen, one of several cases alleging that Obama is not a “natural born” citizen because of his birthright British citizenship.

The State Department chalked up the passport file snooping discovered in March 2008 to “imprudent curiosity” by contract employees hired to help process passport applications.

Asked by reporters during a campaign stop in Portland, Ore., to comment on the breach, Obama said that attempts to “tap into people’s personal records” were “a problem not just for me but for how our government functions.

"I expect a full and thorough investigation. It should be done in conjunction with those congressional committees that have oversight so it's not simply an internal matter," he added. 

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice phoned Obama and personally apologized for the breach. “I told him that I myself would be very disturbed if I learned that somebody had looked into my passport file,” Rice told reporters. She phoned Clinton and McCain and offered similar apologies.

Following the breach, State Department managers met with Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Joseph Biden, whose committee has oversight over the Foreign Service and the passport office. Biden will be sworn in as Obama’s vice president on Jan. 20.

The State Department Office of Inspector General (OIG) issued a 104-page report on the breach last July. Although it is stamped “Sensitive but Unclassified,” the report was heavily redacted in the version released to the public, with page after page blacked out entirely.

The problems posed by the breach were so serious that the inspector general recommended that the State Department conduct “vulnerability and risk assessments of all passport systems” to identify security weaknesses and suggest “a timetable for implementing corrective actions.”

Acting Assistant secretary for administration William H. Moser sent a six-page reply concurring with the recommendation, all but one paragraph of which was blacked out because of the sensitivity of the information it contained.

Had Brennan been appointed CIA director, as rumored in the Obama campaign shortly after the election, senators also would have questioned him about an article he wrote in an obscure foreign policy magazine over the summer.

The article, entitled “The Conundrum of Iran: Strengthening Moderates without Acquiescing to Belligerence,” appeared in the July issue of "The Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science."

Among other recommendations, it argued that the next U.S. administration should grant political legitimacy to the terrorist organizations Hezbollah and Hamas, and should exercise “strategic patience” with Iran rather than engaging in “bellicose” rhetoric and coercive diplomacy.

Ex-FBI agent and anti-Islam activist John Guandolo has a theory about the nominee for CIA director.

This one comes to us from far out on the fringe…  John Guandolo is an ex-FBI agent and anti-Islam activist. He resigned from the FBI in 2009, after having an affair with the prosecution’s star witness in the case against former Congressman William Jefferson.

These days, Guandolo has a key position with the Strategic Engagement Group. The firm says it specializes in “unconstrained analysis in defense of America.”  The group offers multi-day training courses for law enforcement officials interested in protecting America from infiltration by Islamic extremists.

Guandolo’s opinion of President Obama’s selection of John Brennan to head up the C.I.A. might sound vaguely familiar to any Homeland fans out there. According to Guandolo, Brennan is a secret Muslim, and has gone so far as to dish out high-profile government jobs to members of the Muslim Brotherhood. “Mr. Brennan did convert to Islam when he served in an official capacity on the behalf of the United States in Saudi Arabia,” he said. “His conversion to Islam was the culmination of a counterintelligence operation against him to recruit him.”

The remarks were made on the radio show of Tom Trento, himself no stranger to fear-mongering about radical Islam in the United States.

The incoming head of the CIA converted to Islam while working as a station chief in Saudi Arabia in the 1990s, a former FBI agent has claimed.

John Guandolo, who retired from the FBI in 2008, said in a radio interview that John Brennan - who has been nominated by Barack Obama as the new director of the CIA - visited the Islamic holy cities of Mecca and Medina accompanied by Saudi officials who may have persuaded him to convert.

Mr Guandolo's tale echoes elements of the plot of hit show Homeland, in which U.S. Marine Nick Brody converts to Islam while being held prisoner by al-Qaeda, only to begin working for the CIA after his release.

Mr Guandolo told the Trento Radio Show via Skype that Mr Brennan visited the holy sites during the Hajj season - in sees hundreds of thousands of Muslims converge on the cities to perform a series of rituals - while serving as CIA station chief in Riyadh between 1996 and 1999, a report on Al Arabiya News said.

Non-Muslims are prohibited from entering Mecca, and are not permitted to enter the city centre, or sacred core, of Medina.

Upon his release he is welcomed back to the U.S. as a war hero and soon attracts the interest of high-level politicians who encourage him to run for Congress. But the newly devout Muslim is secretly working for terrorist Abu Nazir.

The second season of Homeland sees Brody forced to begin covertly helping the CIA in its hunt for Nazir after his cover is blown by agent Carrie Mathison.

John Brennan’s Criticism of Tulsi Gabbard Contradicts His Own Past!-Posted on Townhall-By Sarah Arnold-On November 15, 2024:

Former CIA director John Brennan’s past voting choice returns to haunt him after he takes heat for criticizing President-elect Donald Trump’s pick of former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard to head the U.S. intelligence as its chief. 

Brennan claimed Gabbard “doesn’t have the right perspective” to serve as Director of National Intelligence under the Trump Administration. 

“Clearly, Tulsi Gabbard has taken actions and made statements over the past several years that really raise serious questions about her common sense, her judgment, as well as her political sympathies. Cozying up to Putin as well as maybe Bashar al-Assad,” he said. 

His “concerns” contradict his previous voting choices after conservative commentator Charlie Kirk revealed that he had voted for a Communist presidential candidate while in college. 

Ronald Radosh, member of the Hudson Institute, pointed out a past polygraph Brennan had taken when he first joined the CIA. He was asked a simple routine question about whether he has ever “worked with or for a group dedicated to overthrowing the US.” Brennan glossed over the question during a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s annual conference, saying he “froze.” 

“This was back in 1980, and I thought back to a previous election where I voted, and I voted for the Communist Party candidate,” Brennan claimed. 

In addition, as pointed out by Kirk, Brennan also lied under oath to the Senate about the CIA spying on Senate staffers and lied about former President Barack Obama's drone war. He claimed the agency did not kill civilians when, in fact, that was false, and he was aware of it. 

During the 2016 election cycle, Brennan claimed that it was a “well-founded” belief that Trump colluded with the Russian government, which was later found to be a false accusation. 

On the contrary, despite not considering herself a staunch conservative, Gabbard’s America First stance excites Trump supporters.

It's been almost six years since the Daiichi nuclear disaster at Fukushima. On that fateful day, March 11, 2011, horror was unleashed upon not only the poor souls in the immediate and surrounding area, but for the Pacific Ocean and mankind.

I've done several columns on it, the last one: Unimaginable Carnage From Fukushima Killing Pacific Ocean. As expected my email box dumped a few dozen opinions that appear to be a joint effort all saying the same thing: It's a stupid conspiracy, the government would tell us if there is a problem, blah, blah, blah.

Ah, yes, the government that lies every time one of their mouthpieces opens the pie hole in his/her face. And the tightly controlled media who have been peddling Soviet-style lies and propaganda longer than I've been alive. Think promoting career criminal, Hillary Clinton, and her fairy tale about a video causing the slaughter at Benghazi and when she allegedly came under sniper fire in Bosnia and had to run for her life. A huge whopper. That media that now owns the latest 'fake news' blow up they're trying to pin on the truth media. That would be web sites like Newswithviews and others.

On this issue, FOX has been little better covering the on-going destruction from Fukushima with only the initial 'when it bleeds it leads' and eventually went away. All done, move on, nothing to see here - or is there?

The other day I read a short piece about a sea lion jumping into a boat looking for fish. Some might think it's cute but it's heart breaking because sea lions and other ocean creatures in the Pacific Ocean have been starving to death the past few years. I thoroughly cover this in my book, Taking Politics Out of Solutions. The chapter on Fukushima is frightening and heartbreaking yet most Americans have no clue.

What caught my eye in the story was reference to the huge lump on the top of the sea lion's head. It is clearly a deformity.

Here are a few examples the fake media hasn't bothered to cover. We know this is a lie that's been protected for years. Now it's reached the point where some exposure is deemed necessary.

Fukushima radiation has reached U.S. shores, Dec. 9, 2016

"Woods Hole chemical oceanographer Ken Buesseler runs a crowd-funded, citizen science seawater sampling project that has tracked the radiation plume as it slowly makes its way across the Pacific Ocean.

"The Oregon samples, marking the first time cesium-134 has been detected on U.S. shores, were taken in January and February of 2016 and later analyzed. They each measured 0.3 becquerels per cubic meter of cesium-134. Buesseler’s team previously had found the isotope in a sample of seawater taken from a dock on Vancouver Island, B.C., marking its landfall in North America.

"Meanwhile, in Canada, Cullen leads the InFORM project to assess radiological risks to that country's oceans following the nuclear disaster. It is a partnership of a dozen academic, government and non-profit organizations, including Woods Hole. Last month, the group reported that a single sockeye salmon, sampled from Okanagan Lake in the summer of 2015, had tested positive for cesium-134."

Yep. All is well. Levels too low to be of concern for humans. The highly toxic Cesium 134 has now been found in Tillamook Bay and Gold Beach, Oregon is Fukushima.

Fukushima Five Years Later: "The Fuel Rods Melted Through Containment And Nobody Knows Where They Are Now"

"Today, Japan marks the fifth anniversary of the tragic and catastrophic meltdown of the Fukushima nuclear plant. On March 11, 2011, a massive earthquake and tsunami hit the northeast coast of Japan, killing 20,000 people. Another 160,000 then fled the radiation in Fukushima. It was the world's worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl, and according to some it would be far worse, if the Japanese government did not cover up the true severity of the devastation.

"At least 100,000 people from the region have not yet returned to their homes. A full cleanup of the site is expected to take at least 40 years." Do Americans even realize how dangerous that is?

Japan prepares for release of radioactive tritium from Fukushima into the ocean, April 13,2016: “Any exposure to tritium radiation could pose some health risk,” said Robert Daguillard, a spokesman for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, which takes steps to minimise the tritium from US nuclear facilities that escapes into drinking water. This risk increases with prolonged exposure, and health risks include increased occurrence of cancer.”

All Of A Sudden, Fish Are Dying By The MILLIONS All Over The Planet, May 8, 2016

My heart breaks for our fishing families, who I've always supported. I've read a lot of restaurants in California quit serving fish out of the Pacific over real concerns about Fukushima. People have read the truth about Fukushima and will not eat any fish coming out of the Pacific even as far away as Alaska. They just don't feel it's safe. Of course this hurts the livelihood of those fishing families and corporate fishing entities. But, if people feel something isn't safe they're not going to put it in their body or their family's.

Our oceans provide us with so many wonderful things besides beautiful mammals, heavenly beaches and delicious fish of all kinds for consumption. They also provide critical plant life. Too many do not appreciate the importance of all sea life. TEPCO and the Japanese government are guilty of a monstrous crime against humanity.

How long is this going to last? How much worse is it going to get? Years or decades? How do you clean up an ocean? I have no answers to those questions. What I do know is this is very real. The problem is so huge I run out of words to describe it other than it truly is a crime against humanity and what's happened and is happening to sea life in the Pacific Ocean is heart breaking.

I do think president-elect Trump should gather together the finest scientists and marine biologists NOT on the government payroll or who work for compromised organizations like the ones mentioned above. He needs to know the truth and what, if anything, can be done. One thing that must be done and should have been done six years ago: Japan has got to allow people who actually know what they're doing shut down Fukushima forever. Do as the Russians did with Chernobyl and encase that damn facility in a steel and concrete sarcophagus (later replaced by a 'New Safe Confinement'), but get it done and stop the continued dumping of radiation contaminated water into the ocean.

One other thing that should be done if nuclear power plants are going to be built they must NOT be built anywhere near an ocean - especially an area known for earthquakes, typhoons and tsunami's. God, how stupid and greedy. There should be a written agreement between all the major countries on this earth not to build where another Fukushima can happen.

It's not possible to dilute the Pacific Ocean other than rain from Heaven. But, the American people deserve to know the truth about this disaster as far as sea life, the fishing industry and much more:

My column: Desalinization plants in California and Fukushima, March 2, 2014. That plant opened on December 14, 2015. Millions are drinking water from the Pacific Ocean; roughly 50 million gallons a day put out by that plant. Desalinization does not remove radiation. There are nine more desalinization plants approved up and down the coast of California. Think about that.

The photos were taken of Barry Donadio's tenure in the United States Secret Service while he was serving at the White House. The pictures cover a span of time from 2002 to 2010. 

The photos appear on the website of Getty Images and are from the Corbis Historical Collection. Getty Images is a prestigious global digital media company.  They were taken and for sale by members of the White House Press Corps and include legend photographers such as Brooks Kraft and Christy Bowe. 

During an interview, Barry Donadio expressed his joy of being considered part of American history. "What an honor to be documented in images that will forever remain in American culture." he said.

Barry Donadio hinted that he appreciates that such a prestigious company like Banes & Noble has taken interest in his book by selling it on their website.

Mr. Donadio was one of the first responding Emergency Medical Technicians to the TWA Flight 800 crash on July 16th 1996. A short time after the tragedy, word spread globally of a possible coverup by the U.S. Government.

Since then, Mr. Donadio had obtained multiple positions in the United States Government. One of those positions included serving at the White House during the Bush and Obama administrations in the Secret Service.

I wanted to share the following recent thought-provoking article with you because it reveals that, although Russia does not hold free and open elections of its own it has often intervened in America, which does hold free and open elections, a hallmark of a 'democratic republic.' Russian Election Intervention Is Nothing New: ‘The Kremlin’s history of backing the losers’!-Posted on Front Page Magazine-By Lloyd Billingsley-On December 12, 2016:

The CIA is claiming that Russia “intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the presidency,” according to the Washington Post, which identified “actors” with connections to Russian intelligence who were allegedly part of a wider operation “to boost Trump and hurt Clinton’s chances.”

The CIA’s “secret assessment,” came one day after Hillary Clinton, in her first speech since the election, decried the “epidemic” of fake news. It was not about “politics or partisanship,” the losing candidate said, but voters have good grounds to believe it is about politics and partisanship.

Recall Clinton’s claim, in the second presidential debate, “We have never in the history of our country been in a situation where an adversary, a foreign power, is working so hard to influence the outcome of the election.”  As is often the case, the former First Lady and Secretary of State was wrong about that.

Though it held no free and open elections of its own, Russia has often intervened in America, which does hold free and open elections, a hallmark of a democratic republic. It might surprise millenials to learn that Russia had its own political parties in America, and ran their own candidates. Russia wanted those candidates to win and the other candidates to lose. 

In 1948, Communist Russia, then under the mass murderer Josef Stalin, backed the Progressive Party. At the top of the ticket was Henry Wallace, a former vice-president and agriculture secretary for FDR. 

Communist Russia, part of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, wanted Wallace to win. Russia wanted Democrat Harry Truman and Republican Thomas Dewey to lose. Truman prevailed over Dewey, and Russian-backed Wallace finished last, behind even the Dixiecrat Party of southern segregationist Strom Thurmond.

Millenials and even baby boomers may be unaware that the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) was not like American political parties. The Communist Party was a wholly owned subsidiary of the USSR, a division of Soviet foreign policy. 

It was tough for the Party after the death of their hero Stalin and Khrushchev’s revelations of 1956. In 1964, however, the Communist Party backed Lyndon Johnson, claiming this was necessary to block anti-Communist hardliner Barry Goldwater. The Democrat Johnson prevailed over the Republican, a victory of sorts for the Communists.

In 1972, the CPUSA candidate for president was Party boss Gus Hall, with African-American running mate Jarvis Tyner on the bottom of the ticket for vice-president. The Russians wanted Hall and Tyner to win but Republican Richard Nixon carried 49 states, prevailing easily over Democrat George McGovern, who began his career in the 1948 Wallace campaign. 

In 1976 the Communist Party ran Hall and Tyner again. The Russians, a hostile foreign power, wanted Hall and Tyner to win but Democrat Jimmy Carter managed to squeak out a win over Republican Gerald Ford. During the campaign, the Republican Ford had proclaimed  “There is no Soviet domination of Eastern Europe and there never will be under a Ford administration,” perhaps the stupidest statement by any candidate in U.S. history. The Russians continued to dominate Eastern Europe and in 1980 the Communists’ big issue was new U.S. missile deployments, which the Soviets opposed. 

That year the running mate of the white Stalinist Hall was black Communist Party militant Angela Davis, a feminist professor arrested in 1970 for supplying guns for a bloody courthouse takeover. The Russians wanted Hall and Davis to win against the Republican Reagan, the Democrat Jimmy Carter, and the independent John Anderson. Reagan prevailed in a landslide, carrying 44 states. 

Communists Hall and Davis teamed up again in 1984. As in 1980, the USSR, a foreign adversary, wanted Hall and Davis to win but they lost to Ronald Reagan. Also in 1984, the nuclear freeze movement, backed by the USSR, played a role in the election of pro-freeze senatorial candidates John Kerry of Massachusetts, Tom Harkin of Iowa, and Paul Simon of Illinois, all Democrats.

Meanwhile, as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton gave Russia pretty much everything it wanted in the so-called Russian re-set, and Clinton Cash noted other favors. Hillary Clinton, like her former boss in the White House, did not exactly take a hard line against Putin’s advancement in Ukraine and threats to the Baltic States. 

As the record shows, foreign adversary Russia tends to back the losers in American elections. A month after her loss, Hillary Clinton decries an epidemic of fake news, claiming this charge has nothing to do with politics or partisanship. The next day comes the CIA charge that Russia aided Donald Trump. That claim is entirely understandable, completely predictable, and totally without significance, as big a whopper as Hillary Clinton’s notion about unprecedented election intervention. 

The CIA’s Russia allegation confirms that the outgoing president has commandeered the intelligence community, headed by the clueless James Clapper. In similar style, the current president has corrupted the IRS, the Justice Department, and even the FBI, whose director James Comey found no basis for charges against Hillary Clinton. As David Horowitz noted, this was the most breathtaking fix in American history. 

The CIA’s Russia caper is a major strike of a campaign to delegitimize president-elect Donald Trump. The campaign is certain to continue, with free ad copy from the old-line establishment media.

I wanted to take the liberty of sharing the following letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman, on or about August 15, 2011, respectfully requesting the conduct of a Congressional investigation into what I consider to be the mysterious circumstances surrounding the downing of a Chinook helicopter in Afghanistan, on or about August 6, 2011, which 'killed 22 SEAL Team 6 members', along with the “security breach” that I believe was perpetrated shortly after the helicopter was downed. Also included is his response to my request, which I received, on or about August 24, 2011. What's wrong with this picture?-You Decide:

Dear Senator Bingaman:

I hereby request that a Congressional investigation be conducted into the mysterious circumstances surrounding the recent downing of a Chinook helicopter in Afghanistan, to include the “breach of security” that I believe was perpetrated shortly after it was downed. What follows are my reason(s) for requesting said investigation:

On August 6, 2011, a Chinook helicopter is supposedly shot down in Tangi, Wardak Province, Afghanistan. Within hours, before family notifications could possibly have been completed, which requires an “in person” visit to the family, global press accounts positively confirm that 22 of the 30 Americans killed were not just SEALS, but members of SEAL Team 6.  Up until now DEVGRU operations have been highly classified, but on this date it seemed that someone within this administration made it a point of immediately revealing the unit identities of the SPECOPS forces among the dead.

Note: What follows is an August 6, 2011 New York Times article and/or blog post that reported in part that: “insurgents shot down a Chinook transport helicopter, killing 30 Americans, including some Navy Seal commandos from the unit that killed Osama bin Laden, as well as 8 Afghans, as reported by both American and Afghan officials”, which substantiates my statement above:

In the past, DEVGRU men and other SPECOPS men have been killed in action, but their missions were so secret and so crucial to OPSEC that their deaths were covered-up by the government and attributed to such things as “training accidents” and the like. These men understand when being assigned to intense units such as DEVGRU that OPSEC is paramount and they will never be publicly acknowledged for their heroism, and, if they are killed or captured in action, the government normally never confirms the operation in order to protect OPSEC and to prevent the enemy from gaining some propaganda.  Compare that reality with what transpired shortly after the Chinook helicopter was shot down in this operation.

Questions: 

1. Why did someone within the administration immediately reveal the unit identity of the SPECOPS forces involved in the first place, despite the fact that DEVGRU was highly classified?
2. Why was the personnel composition of the Chinook released immediately after the helicopter went down – before even family notifications could be made?

On or about August 9, 2011, it was reported that an unnamed Afghan official had said that the Taliban, working with some Pakistanis, had lured the U.S. Forces into a trap to shoot down the Chinook helicopter, but an ISAF spokesman stated that there was no initial information as of yet to validate that this was some kind of ambush or trap and that the helicopter incident was still under investigation for the cause of the crash. What follows are pertinent excerpts published by that news source:

“The NATO-led International Security Assistance Force-Afghanistan (ISAF) says it has no information yet to validate whether the U.S. Chinook helicopter that crashed in eastern Afghanistan, killing 30 U.S. troops, flew into a Taliban ambush.

It was reported by AFP news agency that an unnamed Afghan official had said the Taliban, working with some Pakistanis, lured the U.S. forces into a trap to shoot down the helicopter. CNSNews.com asked the ISAF if that report was accurate.

U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jimmie Cummings Jr., a spokesman for ISAF, responded by e-mail, saying, “I have seen a number of media stories stating this allegation. We have no initial information as of yet to validate that this was some kind of ambush or trap, but with that said, the helicopter incident is still under investigation for the cause of the crash.”

Lt. Col. Cummings Jr. also did not confirm definitively whether the helicopter was brought down by “hostile fire,” although ISAF Joint Command reported on Aug. 8 that “the helicopter was reportedly fired on by an insurgent rocket-propelled grenade.”

The Taliban, which often exaggerates its effectiveness, has claimed responsibility for shooting down the helicopter. However, Lt. Col. Cummings Jr. suggested that it is still unclear whether the helicopter crashed as a result of “hostile fire.”

“The helicopter incident is still under investigation and we should be able to determine what type of munitions was used, if it is found to have been downed by hostile fire,” said the ISAF spokesman when CNSNews.com asked about the kind of weapon used to shoot down the helicopter. “The initial security force on the ground observed several insurgents, armed with rocket propelled grenade launchers, and AK-47 assault rifles, moving through the area.”

On or about August 10, 2011, there was an article and/or blog post published by The Telegraph that reported in part that: “at approximately midnight on August 8^th the Taliban insurgents who shot down a US military helicopter in Afghanistan, leaving 30 American troops dead, have been hunted down and killed by allied forces, according to the US commander in charge.” What follows are pertinent excerpts published by that news source:

“General John Allen, the new commander of US forces in Afghanistan, said at the Pentagon that “at approximately midnight on 8^th August, coalition forces killed the Taliban insurgents responsible for this attack.”

A separate statement to the media from Afghanistan said the strike killed Taliban leader Mullah Mohibullah and the insurgent who fired the rocket-propelled grenade that downed the Chinook helicopter.

“The strike killed Taliban leader Mullah Mohibullah and the insurgent who fired the shot associated with the Aug. 6 downing of the CH-47 helicopter, which resulted in the deaths of 38 Afghan and coalition service members,” the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force said in a statement.

The statement did not say explicitly that the Taliban fighters had shot the helicopter down, although it was the clearest indication yet that was the likely cause.

Military officials believe that the shooting down of the helicopter, killing 37 people, was most likely a “lucky shot” rather than marking a new insurgent ability to destroy aircraft.”
