On Monday, Barack HUSSEIN Obama spoke at the Pentagon to tout what he wants us to believe are successes in the fight against ISIS in Syria. “As we squeeze its heart, we’ll make it harder for ISIL to pump out its terror and propaganda”…and note his once again shout-out to the Levant.

And while Obama tried to sound reassuring, it was more apparent that he is desperate. He is desperate to regain that which he has lost…his hold over the forces of islam…a hold which existed only in his arrogance as he was never the one calling the shots, but was the one who all along has been bowing to the demands of 7th century barbarians.

 HILLY SLIDES IN BATTLEGROUND POLL ON SYRIA,  FBI PROBE 
The pro-GOP group American Crossroads’ monthly battleground state poll, conducted by Vox Populi, shows a five-point dive in support for Hilly Clinton against a generic Republican opponent since last month’s poll. Clinton’s stance on accepting Syrian refugees, and her ongoing FBI investigation made over half of respondents less likely to vote for her. In a head-to-head faceoff, Clinton sits at 35 percent to her Republican challenger’s 54 percent, a 19-point deficit compared to a 12-point deficit in the November matchup. A five-day extension of current spending levels passed the Senate Thursdayand is expected to pass the House today. While horse trading continues on the $1.1 trillion tax and spending legislation a new political wrinkle is in play as Democrats push for changes in gun policy.

BBC: “A dog recently adopted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Kaiya, bit two visitors, one a lawmaker, during a religious event. The incident happened during a candle-lighting ceremony to mark the Jewish festival of Hannukah at Mr Netanyahu’s residence. MPSharren Haskel and the husband of Tzipi Hotovely, the deputy foreign minister, were not seriously hurt. Mr Netanyahu’s son took the dog in from a rescue home earlier this year.  Security Lapses Let Islamic Killer into America 

{fixthisnation.com} ~ While we’ve known for some time that the nObama administration is doing very little to destroy the Islamic State, the shootings in San Bernardino have made it clear that his presidency has overseen a weakening of our nation’s natural security system as well... There’s simply so excuse for the amount of intelligence our national security agencies missed in granting a fiancé visa to killer Tashfeen Malik. According to new reports, U.S. law enforcement officials missed Malik’s jihadist social media postings despite a rigorous screening process when they were putting her through the visa process. According to officials, Malik was able to pass at least three background checks because no one bothered to see what kind of anti-American crap she was posting on the internet. Immigration officials, according to the New York Times, don’t usually look at social media when putting an applicant through their security screenings. This, despite the fact that Pakistan shares very little information with our intelligence agencies, making traditional background checks useless.

 IDF strikes two Hamas military targets in response to Gaza rocket fire 

{YAAKOV LAPPIN} ~ The Israel Air Force struck two Hamas terrorist sites overnight between Sunday and Monday, hitting targets in central and northern Gaza... following a Gazan rocket attack on Southern Israel  that occurred on Sunday night. There were no injuries reported in the rocket strike. The IDF Spokesman Unit said the airstrikes were a response to the rocket attack a few hours earlier. On Sunday night, a projectile fired from Gaza exploded in an open area in the Sha'ar Hanegev Council, triggering warning sirens in Sderot and in the surrounding areas.  Witnesses Say CAIR's Hamas/MB Links Cemented From Start

When a 14-year-old Texas boy was detained for bringing what he said was a homemade clock to school that a teacher feared might be a bomb, a CAIR official expressed outrage and sat by the boy's side during news conferences and interviews. And in the immediate aftermath of the Dec. 2 mass killings in San Bernardino by a radicalized Muslim man and his wife, CAIR called a news conference where its top Los Angeles official "unequivocally" condemned the killings. CAIR's aggressive approach, and a combination of media ignorance or laziness, generates uncritical television and newspaper stories throughout the country. This helps the organization reinforce its self-anointed and incorrect reputation as the voice for America's roughly 2 million Muslims. CAIR is presented as a responsible, moderate organization.

 {BOB UNRUH} ~ A judge has ordered a landlord who was involved in a dispute with a Muslim tenant to learn Islam as part of her punishment for a fight in which the renter was “pushed” down a flight of stairs – prompting a legal analyst to describe the action as “a constitutional outrage.”...

And a higher court has been asked to look into the actions by Judge Paul Yee Jr., of the Massachusetts court system. It happened at the sentencing for Daisy Obi, who is a landlord, for a physical altercation in which tenant Gihan Suliman was knocked down a flight of stairs, suffering a bruise, cuts on her lip and a ligament injury. Obi was convicted of the altercation, even though she denied it. She also denied allegations she berated Suliman over Islam. And when you find out the landlord's side of the story, you just may pop a gasket.

SHEAR} ~ The Environmental Protection Agency engaged in “covert propaganda” and violated federal law when it blitzed social media to urge the public to back an nObama administration rule... intended to better protect the nation’s streams and surface waters, congressional auditors have concluded. The ruling by the Government Accountability Office, which opened its investigation after a report on the agency’s practices in The New York Times, drew a bright line for federal agencies experimenting with social media about the perils of going too far to push a cause. {ANDREW SPALDING} ~ The attacks in San Bernardino, Calif. shocked the nation. Immediately following the attacks, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest repeatedly called the terrorist attacks “gun violence.”... Earnest then used the attack to reiterate President nObama’s determination to change gun laws and promote his administration’s anti-gun agenda. Western Journalism has reported on the nObama administration’s attempts to downplay the incident and their initial refusal to call the shooting a terrorist attack. On Thursday, a whistleblower came forward. Phillip Haney, a former Department of Homeland Security investigator, says he could have likely prevented the attacks in San Bernardino if the government had let him do his job. Three years ago, Haney had developed surveillance that revealed a global network of jihadists had infiltrated the United States. Haney’s claim that he was prohibited from investigating the mosque that the terrorists attended is now being followed up with accusations that nObama issued a directive to downplay the terrorist attacks. Unnamed sources have come forward and reported that the White House tried to spin the attack by putting pressure on officials to downplay what happened as terror, presumably in favor of the term “gun violence.” Jack Murphey of SOFREP wrote that a confidential source revealed, “nObama held a meeting in the Oval Office with his National Security Council, the attorney general, and the directors of the DHS, FBI, and NSA, in which a directive was given to downplay the terrorism angle.” This changes EVERYTHING!

 Adm Ace Lyons Speaks At Security Summit On nObama’s Religion...

The terrorism enabler and lifelong America-hater John hanoi-Kerry was politicking for his favorite preferential group, Islamists, as a guest of Meet the Press on Sunday. He said, “And so I think that you’ve got to be very careful, just by categorizing people by being Muslim, that is discrimination and it is contrary, I think, to the fundamental values of our country.”  He’s right, it’s discriminatory, and it’s smart. It’s called recognizing a threat and reacting appropriately.

What The Hell Are We Doing?

{tommclaughlin.blogspot.com} ~ If America would ask its young men — and now women — to fight a war, the rest of us must be willing to go all-out to win it. If we’re not, it’s immoral to send them. Soldiers and citizens must understand what’s at stake andhave confidence in 

our commander-in-chief to defeat the enemy. Half-measures won’t suffice. War is all hell, as General Sherman said, and when you’re going through hell, don’t stop until you come out the other side. Go all-out or don’t go.

So, are we going to defeat ISIS or not? It’s not clear. President nObama promised to degrade and destroy ISIS more than a year ago, but admits he doesn’t have a strategy. He’s been bombing ISIS for a year, but not most of the oil trucks carrying oil from ISIS-controlled oil fields, and then only after he drops leaflets first giving them a 45-minute warning! After the ISIS attack on Paris, France bombed hundreds of these trucks and that left Americans wondering. If we’ve been bombing ISIS for a year, why are there so many trucks left for the French? Where are those oil trucks making deliveries? There are only a few possibilities given that they are, after all, trucks.

When ISIS set off a bomb aboard a Russian passenger jet, and Turkey shot down a Russian fighter plane, Russia accused Turkey of buying oil from ISIS. Could that be true? Turkey is allied to the United States. It belongs to NATO. The nObama Administration insisted Turkey is not buying ISIS oil, but ISIS makes $4 million per day selling it and there are only so many places a truck can go, right? Turkey is right next door.

Last month, the UK Guardian reported that: “Turkish businessmen struck lucrative deals with ISIS oil smugglers, adding at least $10m (£6.6m) per week to the terror group’s coffers.” The Jerusalem Post’s Caroline Glick reports that: “For nearly two years, we have known that Turkey is Islamic State’s major arms supplier. And for six months we have known that they are their partners in oil exports.” The Daily Beast reports that fifty US intelligence agents filed a formal complaint with US Central Command that intelligence reports were being doctored by senior intelligence officials in the nObama Administration for political reasons. When America  special forces killed an ISIS finance guy, they seized his computer with information on ISIS oil sales to Turkey.

Monroe Mann, one of my former students, returned from northern Iraq where he’d been a US Army intelligence officer working with the Kurds. He delivered a presentation to all five of my US History classes and his esteem for Kurdish soldiers as allies of the United States was enormous. After nObama was elected, he pulled all US forces out of Iraq and the Kurds were on their own. Today, most analysts recognize them as the only effective opposition to ISIS on the ground — but nObama won’t send them military aid. Why? Because Turkey doesn’t want him to. Historical Kurdistan overlaps Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Turkey — and Turkey is afraid of a Kurdish independence movement. So are the other countries.

Confused yet? It gets worse. After nObama allowed Bashar Assad to overstep his red line on chemical weapons, Russia moved in to support Assad. Iran supports him too. nObama has walked on eggshells negotiating his ill-advised nuclear treaty with Iran and didn’t want to upset the mullahs by undermining their ally Assad. Even though nObama declares over and over that Assad has to go, he has no strategy to accomplish that either. Meanwhile he’s overseeing feeble military efforts against both Assad and ISIS while Russia and Iran openly support Assad and Turkey secretly supports ISIS. Should we be sending any US soldiers into a conflict in which we’re not sure who we’re fighting for or against? When we don’t know who our enemies are or who our friends are?

Teaching US History, my approach was to analyze each war’s causes, major battles, and most of all — its effects, after which students were tasked to consider whether it was worth fighting. Then I’d tell them to imagine themselves as 18-year-old males during each war and ask themselves if they would have volunteered to fight in it. I also taught current events and we followed Desert Storm, the Afghanistan War, and the Iraq War as they happened. Like Monroe Mann, many went on to fight. Some still are.

They’d ask me what I’d have done, but I’d defer until each had taken a position and defended it. If I were teaching about the situation in Syria and Iraq today, I’d have to tell them I would stay home until we figure out what the hell we’re doing.

Okay, you all know about climate change, right? This is the phrase the left started using after the whole “Global Warming” crap didn’t pan out. They claim that the vast majority of climate scientists believe in it; but that’s just it, CLIMATE SCIENTISTS. You remember… they used to call themselves “environmental scientists”. So when they say “Climate Scientists” they mean the guys that would be out of work if it all turned out to be bullshit. 40 years ago nobody heard of climate scientist because they didn’t exist, they were called environmentalists back then. Remember the stoned hippies blathering on about the condor? Same assholes.

Now everyone has heard of a geologist right? These are the guys that study rocks to determine what life was like on earth millions of years ago (that’s almost longer that Nancy Pelosi’s been alive). Geologists tell us the earth has been going through circular changes for as far back as we can read the rock strata. They tell us that it’s been cold and hot before; sometimes really cold and really hot. Do the majority of Geologists believe in Climate change? Yes. Do they think man had anything to do with it? NO!

Before I continue ripping these lying hippies a new one, let’s talk a little bit about what good they have done. I grew up in the 1970’s and remember everybody throwing trash from their cars. I remember illegal dumping of toxic chemicals and 3^rd stage smog alerts in the Los Angeles basin. You couldn’t eat fish caught off shore, acid rain fell from the skies of New York City and landfills were useless after they were filled. Something needed to be done and it was these filthy hippies and their tireless efforts that stopped…

Wait, I’m sorry, back that up. It was Ronald Reagan that pushed through and signed the clean air and water act and Richard Nixon that created the EPA through an executive order. What did Carter do? SQUAT! Clinton? He mandated through executive order that government buildings had to recycle, which they were already doing without being ordered to, and he tried to push through Gore’s carbon credit scam; the American people weren’t buying it. So it was Republicans that saved the environment? Somewhere a liberal just read that and their head popped like a pimple. (Rip another bong-load and keep reading, Shaggy).

The fact is we have become good stewards of the land compared to the 1970’s, the “Silent Winter” days and the era of “Love Canal”, when we were less than a decade from disaster. The air is clean, so is the water, poisoning the environment is a serious crime, littering is socially unacceptable, fish are safe to eat (more or less), and landfills become golf courses which makes trash heaps the most expensive real estate you can find. Is there more to do? Yes, but it’s a matter of enforcing existing laws, not making new ones that only serve to make Al Gore Richer.

What do I mean “Making Al Gore richer”? The whole “Carbon Credit” (also known as Cap and Trade) scam is set up like a stock market; guess who owns the biggest share of this new market exchange? That’s right, Al Gore (I’m assuming you guessed correctly since we were just talking about him a second ago). Al and his buddies stand to make Bill Gates kind of money if this crap becomes law. Do you know how the whole thing works?

The idea behind this is everyone gets a certain amount of carbon credits; the air you breath, trash, car emissions, etc. Businesses too only get a certain amount and will not be allowed to exceed it unless they pay for carbon offsets. Carbon offsets include planting trees, increasing estuaries (swamps) and other hippie nonsense that make pinko’s think they are making a difference. The Idea is that companies can avoid being heavily fined and even jailed by buying credits from companies that plant trees, flood farmland to make swamps and build “Green Energy” solar panels and wind turbines. Forget for a moment that solar panels are an environmental hazard or that commercial windmills never make enough electricity to justify their cost before they burn out. Let just focus on “Cap and Trade” for now.

So, let’s say you have a business that manufactures marital aides (Well, It’s as good a business as any for our purpose here). So your factory produces X amount of carbon more than the government allows; where do you go to buy carbon credits that the government will accept as genuine? That’s right, Al Gore’s carbon credit exchange (even sounds like a used car lot). Al gets a piece of every transaction, and you get… well, you get screwed, which is appropriate considering the products you make.  

Anyway, by forced regulation, a new crop of “Green” businesses pop up to service an industry nobody needs, that does nothing and is mandated by law. This is not a new idea; it was tried before by the Catholic Church in the late Fifteenth century. They called them indulgences, and you could “offset” your sins by paying the church for absolution for yourself or a dead relative in purgatory. Sounds fair, right? Martin Luther didn’t think so; it was a chief complaint of the 95 theses (not feces, but that would have been funnier) he nailed to the Cathedral door in Wittenberg. There’s also a joke in here somewhere about the Pope and his diet of worms... But I digress.

Now, I would like to take a minute to get back to Global Warming, or whatever they are calling it this week, and address the movie “Inconvenient Truth”. It is a work of fiction, presented as a PowerPoint presentation, but this hasn’t stopped the Nobel Prize Committee from granting that once respectable award to Al Gore for his brilliant narration. This is the same group that gave President Obama the prize for being Black (just saying). “An Inconvenient Truth” is to Cap and Trade what interest rates and inflation are to the Federal Reserve. Now the movie with less truth in it than a used car salesman’s pitch, and less entertainment value than watching an old woman shop for shoes, is being forced on our children by almost every teacher’s union and school district in the nation and presented to these developing minds as fact. Just see what happens if you tell the school you don’t want your child exposed to that garbage. You will be labeled as an extremist, right wing nut and CPS will show up at the door of your abusive, unfit household. Nobody likes being the bad guy, right?  

So what am I saying about Carbon Credits in a nutshell? It’s a multi-billion dollar job-killer, created from liberal guilt and indoctrinated into our kids by their socialist teacher, that accomplishes nothing but making a few scam artists richer. Did that some it up for you? Now, I don’t care if a bunch of privileged, cocktail party liberals voluntarily spend their money on this crap; I have friends that would love to make a good living planting trees. However, to make it law and have it apply equally, even to people that know it’s a scam is criminal. What such a law would do to our economy is close to treason, but what’s wrong with a little treason if it helps you feel you’ve made a difference?

One last thing: when it comes to applying a new carbon laws equally, just remember that Obamacare was supposed to be applied equally, but donors to Obama’s campaign got waivers and dispensations. Dispensations? Another word the Catholic Church used to fleece the faithful out of their money in the 16^th century…

 Fear and Loathing at the Paris Climate Summit  

It's rarely a good thing when world leaders in a group think mood decide to act quickly. On Saturday, the "international community" who met at the UN Summit on Climate Change in Paris reached an agreement. Most of the world's leaders have pledged to lower their countries' emissions rates. The pressure is on for developed countries to pay out a collective $100 billion a year to poorer countries to help them adapt to a supposedly swiftly heating planet — a handout that will do nothing for the global thermostat.

          Indeed, the real climate agenda is not about climate at all, but rather an effort from the leftist elite to "level the economic playing field," giving countries like China and India a pass while shaming and bankrupting the United States. Case in point: Barack nObama's loathing and regulation of the fossil fuel industry is causing massive economic headaches for regions of the country whose lifeblood is black gold. "Forgive us for looking through the legacy smoke," wrote The Wall Street Journal editorial board, "but if climate change really does imperil the Earth, and we doubt it does, nothing coming out of a gaggle of governments and the United Nations will save it. What will help is human invention and the entrepreneurial spirit."

 After Sandy Hook, Americans Recognized Need for Guns  

The Left cannot fathom why mass shootings cause the number of gun purchases to rise. Today marks the third anniversary of the Sandy Hook massacre, where 26 elementary school children and their educators died at the hands of a mentally deranged man — one of the most horrific mass shootings in modern history. In the aftermath, Barack nObama and his gun-grabbing lemmings felt a sense of vigor. A handful of states like New York and Connecticut passed stricter gun laws. But the tragedy was not quite the tipping point they were after. According to a review by the Associated Press, more states than not have recognized the Second Amendment more fully, increasing the freedom of self-defense and the right to bear arms.

          Mississippi may consider a bill allowing churches to designate armed parishioners. Wisconsin eliminated a 24-hour waiting period. You don't need a permit to carry a concealed weapon in Kansas. For months, the FBI has been breaking records on how many times the National Instant Criminal Background Check System is used to check on a firearm purchaser.

          Meanwhile, gun control advocates like nObama spokesman Josh Earnest just don't get it. Last week, Earnest told reporters, "The more that we see this kind of violence on our streets, the more people go out and buy guns. That is both ironic and tragic." Why does he think this is? Does he honestly think more law-abiding people passing background checks want to jump into street violence? Instead, maybe, just maybe, Americans realize that as self-governing people they must ensure their own security — that more guns equal less crime.  -The Patriot Post

The Zero-Tolerance Empire strikes back. This time, a Houston seventh grader was informed he had to zip up his jacket to cover his Star Wars T-shirt because it portrayed a storm trooper holding a — gasp! — blaster. (It is called Star Wars, after all.) The boy's father was incredulous, saying, “It’s political correctness run amok. You’re talking about a Star Wars T-shirt, a week before the biggest movie of the year comes out. It has nothing to do with guns or making a stand. It’s just a Star Wars shirt.” Not to Sith dealing in absolutes school officials bound by zero-tolerance policies it isn't. The school's handbook lists potential violations of dress code. Among them are “symbols oriented toward violence.” And if there's anything more obnoxious than Jar Jar Binks, it's school officials who can't make rational decisions about school policy.  Religious vs. Political Islam  

Americans take many things for granted. One of them is a rather brilliant decision made by the Founding Fathers, who were among the many settlers coming to the New World to escape religious oppression by state-affiliated faiths. The Founders decided that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Hence, while people were free to worship as they please, church and state would remain separate entities. Islam makes no such distinction, and America is in desperate need of a forthright conversation regarding the differences between religious and political Islam.

          "Some Muslims come to the United States to practice their religion peacefully, and assimilate into the Western tradition of tolerance of other people’s liberties, including religious liberty — a tradition alien to the theocratic societies in which they grew up,“ writes National Review’s Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor who led the case against the 1993 World Trade Center bombers. "Others come here to champion sharia, Islam’s authoritarian societal framework and legal code, resisting assimilation into our pluralistic society. Since we want to both honor religious liberty and preserve the Constitution that enshrines and protects it, we have a dilemma.”

          Dilemma indeed. As McCarthy further explains, the overwhelming majority of people emigrating from Muslim-majority countries to Western nations are coming from societies where "Islam is a comprehensive ideological system that governs all human affairs, from political, economic, and military matters to interpersonal relations and even hygiene.” And while Islam does have religious tenets, McCarthy argues "these make up only a fraction of what is overwhelmingly a political ideology.”

          At the center of that political ideology is Sharia Law, a system of governance that embraces such concepts as discrimination against women, homosexuals and non-believers, the suppression of free speech and unfettered economic activity, and the denial of due process and protection against cruel and unusual punishment.  -The Patriot Post

They want ‘see something say nothing to be the way Americans respond.’” Judge Pirro notes the lawsuit CAIR filed on behalf of Ahmed the Alarm Crock Terrorist Boy in Irving, Texas in the amount of $5 million dollars, naming Mayor Beth Van Duyne as a defendant. Hanson notes that he’s built briefcase bombs before and it was totally legitimate for this to have been handled as it was. It’s choreographed intimidation by the pro-Islamists intended to silence the resistance to their invasion. There’s also a history between CAIR and Van Duyne, as she had earlier been instrumental in their denial of being able to practice a separate Sharia Law within the city. A little Islamist revenge seems to have been at play in Ahmed’s target selection.

 Iran Withdrawing IRGC Forces From Syria as Tensions With Russia 

{David Daoud} ~ Iran has started to withdraw its elite Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) forces from Syria, the Saudi-aligned London-based daily Asharq Al-Awsat reported on Sunday... Among the reasons for the retreat cited in the report is the heavy losses suffered by Iran during the two months since Russia has begun conducting military operations there. According to the report, one Free Syrian Army officer claimed that tensions between the Russians and Iranians have been mounting, due to near-daily casualties incurred by the latter, purportedly as a result of the former’s pushing for increased ground operations. The officer said he learned of this while eavesdropping on their communications. Reports have also been circulating that the commander of the IRGC-Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, was seriously wounded during a battle in Aleppo.

It’s a world in which he’s widely beloved but also misunderstood, a world in which everyone is racist except for those who support him, a world in which his foreign policy has been heroically successful and his domestic policy even more so. In this Fantasyland, it’s not enough for President nObama to define the world around him in self-serving fashion. He must define his enemies the same way. To that end, while visiting Paris for the Climate Change Summit that will supposedly usher in an era of global cooperation and environmental utopianism, nObama announced that he had finally found a way to defeat Islamic State. Talking about climate change, nObama said, was an “act of defiance that proves nothing will deter us … What greater rejection of those who would tear down our world than marshaling our best efforts to save it?”

Not to be Debbie Downer, but nothing in ISIS’ plans suggests that they care deeply about preventing a bunch of self-important bureaucrats from meeting in well-stocked, toney hotels to destroy the Western economy on behalf of scientific chimeras. ISIS, in fact, probably adores the notion that the West will take itself down a couple economic pegs in order to redistribute the wealth. Certainly other Islamic terrorists have felt that way. Osama Bin Laden, for example, lamented that the West did not spend more money on climate change relief efforts, and stated according to Al Jazeera, “Speaking about climate change is not a matter of intellectual luxury — the phenomenon is an actual fact. All of the industrialized countries, especially the big ones, bear responsibility for the global warming crisis.”

Regardless of ISIS’ feelings on global warming, they obviously don’t sit around in Raqqa lamenting that their plans have been defeated by those dastardly Westerners and their catered diplomatic lunches. But President nObama says they do. That’s because he crafts his own enemies based on who he wishes they were. nObama is thoroughly uncomfortable with the idea that those who wish to fight him are members of radical Islam. He wishes they were right-wing American ideologues. So he simply plays them off as such.

nObama did the same thing with regard to the Iran nuclear deal. While handing Iran $150 billion in funding, opening their economy, and granting them a full nuclear weapons program in a decade, nObama claimed that the real enemies of peace were Republicans siding with Iranian hardliners. Never mind that those hardliners didn’t exist. nObama created them magically, and then made them Republicans.

Barack nObama is a leftist hammer in search of a conservative nail. No matter who his enemies actually are, he’ll characterize them as American conservatives for purposes of whacking them over the head. ISIS may have slaughtered Westerners in Paris thanks to radical Islam, but nObama will never acknowledge that: instead, he’ll just claim that they’re essentially Ted Cruz in keffiyehs.

This isn’t rare. Jackie Kennedy once lamented that her husband had been shot by a “silly little communist” rather than dying for civil rights; her allies quickly turned JFK’s assassination into a referendum on American conservatism. nObama’s doing the same thing now. He has chosen his enemies, and they don’t include ISIS. That means that if ISIS must be his enemy, he will simply wave his Fantasyland wand, and they will be transformed into the Republican enemies he so craves.

The problem is, they won’t. They’ll just keep killing. Reality remains reality, no matter how much President nObama sprinkles fairy dust and claps his hands.

In Part 1of our Investigative Report: ‘Obama’s Deal With the Devil’ (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/201…), we presented why we believe Obama gave the speech he did and why the San Bernardino police are acting after the fact in a way they should have acted before the fact. But what is…is…and we are left not with questions per se but with facts that we can no longer afford to overlook…and those facts center around Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself and where his true loyalties lie.

To put the pieces of the puzzle together we need just look at Obama’s actions, policies, and words since he became president. Let’s start with his Cairo, Egypt, speech soon after he assumed the office of the presidency. In that speech Obama aligned himself with the muslims by saying his job as president of the United States was to “fight against negative stereotypes of islam wherever they appear.” However, that is not the job of an American president…his job is to ‘protect the health, safety, and welfare’ of the American people above all else, as it is his job to show America in a positive light where and whenever possible. An American president does not defame or dishonor his country, its military, or its people…which Obama routinely does…nor does an American president bow to any foreign leader… especially to a leader whose allegiances are still somewhat in question. And in this case we mean Obama’s bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia in whose country islam’s (supposed) holy city of Mecca lies.

According to a recent CNN/ORC poll, Americans have once again contracted war fever. For the first time a majority (53 percent) of the public wants to send ground troops to battle ISIS. Coming on the heels of three horrific ISIS-linked terrorist attacks—the Russian jetliner, the November attacks in Paris, and the San Bernardino spree killing—this is not entirely surprising. People are understandably fed up with Islamic crazies killing innocent people.

I’m sick of it too, though less eager to send ground troops. Not that we have any good options.

Our policy thus far has been “no boots on the ground,” or at least that’s what the White House has told us. “No boots” isn’t entirely true—just like everything else this lying president says. There are indeed some boots on the ground in the Middle East stamped “made in the USA” on their soles but for the most part we’ve chosen to fight ISIS from the sky.

Our airpower strategy has not rolled back ISIS, for a number of reasons, the first of which is that it telegraphs to the enemy that we are irresolute in our mission. We can’t stomach casualties and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the grand poohbah of ISIS, know this. Why should he despair? Second, airpower alone doesn’t win wars. No piece of territory is truly secure until the infantry marches in and plants the flag. Our Air Force is, of course, supporting ground troops but they happen to be Iraqi and our Iraqi allies have proven themselves to lack “combat effectiveness”—which is a nice way of saying that they suck hind teet.

The time has long since passed to decide whether we should go big or go home. I don’t like either option and for that I am glad I’m not the commander-in-chief. I’d rather not make such a weighty decision. Unfortunately, the guy who is charged with such decisions—with congressional approval of course—seems indecisive. He has condemned us to another few years of farting around with neither a cohesive strategy nor a vision of victory.

If the latest poll is any indicator, the American people, by a bare majority, have embraced “going big” and rejected “going home.” At least that’s what their fickle opinion is this week. Next week might be different and if troops remain in Iraq and Syria for any extended period of time public opinion will inevitably turn south. Americans only like war when it’s quick and easy. When soldiers start coming home in body bags we’ll blame our leaders for giving us the war we asked for.

I believe that most of that 53 percent of Americans who want to send our young people back to the sandbox labor under the mistaken belief that our military is a well-oiled machine that will make mincemeat out of ISIS. I would warn these people that our military is actually pretty ragged—under-funded, undertrained, and sorely lacking in the morale department. Most importantly, it’s been wussified—forced by politicians and general officers to become the “kindler gentler military” Stephanie Gutmann warned of fifteen years ago in her seminal book by the same name. If you haven’t read it, you need to.

Slashed military budgets have shrunken our armed forces. The US Army is now the smallest it’s been since before World War II and the US Navy the smallest since before World War I. We’re still asking this skeleton crew to keep the sea lanes open and to hold down the fort in Korea, something we didn’t ask of them in our pre-superpower era.

Morale continues its descent into the abyss. In 2014, the Military Times commissioned a survey of 2,300 military members to gage their satisfaction with military life—with bleak results. Only 56 percent of troops agreed with the statement “Overall my quality of life is good,” compared to 91 percent who said the same thing in 2009. Seventy percent of troops agreed with the statement that “quality of life will decline in coming years.” Only 27 percent said that officers in senior leadership positions had the rank-and-file’s best interest at heart—a clear indicator that careerism is having a corrosive effect on the military. As journalist Hope Hodge Seck wrote in the Military Times: “Today’s service members say they feel underpaid, under-equipped and under-appreciated, the survey data show.”

“Underpaid” is something of an understatement. Annual pay raises, which were once almost guaranteed to be at least two percent, are now sometimes as low as one percent. The last time pay raises exceeded two percent was in 2010, when the troops’ salaries were bumped up 3.4 percent. Since then, the pay raises have been 1.4 percent (2011), 1.6 percent (2012), 1.7 percent, (2013) one percent (2014), and one percent (2015). The pay raise taking effect this New Year’s Day is a mere 1.3 percent.

Perhaps the most terrifying trend in today’s military is the diminution of the warrior spirit. This “wussification” of the US military has probably been underway for decades but it shifted into hyperdrive after the ascendency of Barack Obama. His campaign to get women into combat arms positions—even elite units—without lowering standards was exposed as a farce at the very same press conference at which it was unveiled. As General Martin Dempsey famously pronounced in January 2013, “Importantly, though, if we do decide that a particular standard is so high that a woman couldn’t make it, the burden is now on the service to come back and explain to the secretary, why is it that high? Does it really have to be that high?” But don’t worry, standards won’t be lowered—and you’re sexist if you say otherwise.

The wussification of the Army is nearing its end stage. Consider the US Army Drill Sergeant School in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, where noncommissioned officers go to learn how to train raw recruits. It prides itself on its New Army ethos—which means that there’s a lot less butt-chewing and apparently, according to one drill sergeant quoted in an article by journalist Jeff Wilkinson, no more “smoking” the privates. For non-veterans, “smoking” is when the drill sergeant makes the privates engage in all sorts of physically demanding exercises—pushups for sure, but also alligator walking, walrus crawling, T-bones, flutter kicks, and leg lifts. “We don’t smoke people anymore,” said Drill Sergeant Danielle Brooks. “But sometimes you have to give them a little extra TLC.” I wish this were The Onion but it isn’t. The drill sergeant really thinks it’s her job to deliver tender loving care. She might as well wear a button that says “free hugs.”

This is not your father’s Army. It isn’t even the Army I joined in 1999. My drill sergeants relished “smoking” the privates. I recall one particularly hard drill sergeant who I’m quite certain would not graduate from today’s Drill Sergeant School on account of his old-fashioned approach to training. Whether the privates were getting enough TLC was not his top concern.

I’m sure that wussification proponents would argue that “smoking” the privates does little to improve their training. I disagree. “Smoking” the privates instills mental toughness and, at very least, gets them into shape. Many young people joining the military today are neither mentally tough nor physically fit so someone must furnish them with these commodities. I’ll use myself as an example—I lost forty pounds in basic training and gained a lot of self confidence. That would not have happened if Danielle Brooks had been my drill sergeant.

Before we go sending the bloom of our youth to fight crazy dudes on a mission from Allah, it might be prudent to ask ourselves if we have truly prepared them. Are we going to send a chubby teenager, who, through no fault of his own, never did so much as a pushup in basic training, off to battle ISIS? What if that teenager isn’t properly equipped and his morale is in the gutter because he can’t pay his bills? I say no. It wouldn’t be fair to that teenager to expect him to engage in real combat where he’s likely to have his feelings hurt with no one around to give him a hug.

We’ve neglected our armed forces for a long time and we can’t now expect that they will perform as they did in generations past. Let’s hit the brakes on the rush to send ground troops to the Middle East.

With Carrie Aenk's Statement on the Raid

 On November 14, 2015, when Schuyler Barbeau and a friend dropped off a case containing a rifle receiver, an 18" barrel, and a 10.5" barrel, the government had all they needed to bring charges against him -- for having three legal items in close proximity.  Though not seen by the friend, the contents had been described on the way to Oliver Murphy's house.

Later, according to the Criminal Complaint, the case and contents were turned over to the FBI.  According to the Complaint, "the CHS contacted the FBI" to turn the "evidence" over to them, though it appears that the Complaint is in error -- that the FBI was staking out the house, as that date had been set up for the drop off, and he was not "contacted" by the FBI, rather the FBI just showed up, got the evidence and then "secured" it.

The evidence is claimed to be an Short Barrel Rifle (SBR), however, it was a receiver, and two barrels, but, let's not quibble over reality when the government has other objectives.

However, since that time, the FBI has gone on a local television station and let local news agencies know that they have a "domestic terrorist" in custody.  So recently after the shootings by real terrorists in San Bernardino, California, it makes them look good if they can now capture a terrorist, even before he terrorizes anyone.

Now, as far as changing the nature of what they were doing, which was to punish Schuyler for not having registered and paid the $200 tax on a SBR, we can rest assured that the FBI will, undoubtedly, put together the chosen pieces of the "secured" hoard to resemble the SBR, long before it is introduced as evidence in court.

However, we must go one step further in the "integrity" of the FBI, or lack thereof.  The Constitution affords us protection against "unreasonable searches and seizures".  Specifically, Article IV, Bill of Rights, states:

• The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

So, not only does the object of the search have to be "particularly described", it must be "supported by Oath or affirmation".

Now, the Criminal Complaint makes only two allegations in the single "Count 1".  Those allegations are about "violation of Title 26, United States Code, Sections 5861(d) and 5845(a)(3)".  Title 26, by the way, is the Tax Code, not the Criminal Code.

However, on the Search warrant, that is supposed to be supported by Oath or Affirmation, we find those two sections of Title 26, but we also find "possession of stolen federal property, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 641; and (c) possession of a machine gun, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(o)".  However, there is no "Oath or affirmation" to support these charges.  Quite simply, they were probably inserted to demonize Schuyler Barbeau and make him look looked something that he surely is not -- a terrorist.

So, let's look at one of the many definitions of terrorism, as defined in the same United States Code that has already been referenced:

• Title 18, United States Code, Section Sec. 2331.
• (5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
• (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
• (B) appear to be intended—
• (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
• (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or

So, we have "acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or any State.".  Title 26, the Tax laws, are not criminal, they are, well, "taxes".

Now, in paragraph (B), it qualifies the act as one intended "to intimidate or coerce a civilian population", or, "to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion".

With the television show, the press coverage (the source had to be the government, as Schuyler hasn't even been able to speak to family, let alone the press), there is no doubt that the efforts were to coerce the population and to influence the policy (jury) by coercion.  I think that there can be little doubt as to that affect, as we have already seen the press, and can fully expect the jury, to follow suit.

So, let's look at paragraph (A).  "Violent acts or acts dangerous to human life" that would be criminal acts under our laws.  So, absent lawful authority (as per the 4th Amendment), the acts, if they are violent and dangerous to human life, they surely qualify as terrorism.  At best, Schuyler may have said some things, but he never acted anything out.  That is Freedom of Speech, and is far less offensive that "Kill Whitey" or "Kill cops", but only one person has been arrested, though the news has shown many dozens of protestors with words and signs to that effect.

But, I digress.  Carrie Aenk was home, alone, on the Aenk ranch, some 280 miles from where Schuyler was arrested and Allen Aenk detained for hours.  The government knew that she was home alone, and the warrant was daylight only, and no provision for "no-knock" entry.  That is not how it played out

Carrie Aenk has written a statement about what occurred.  I will leave the reader to judge whether they (the People) would consider these activities to be "domestic terrorism", or not.  Below are some excerpts from that statement:

• "I have been raped without them touching my genitalia.  I no longer feel safe or secure within the walls of my home or boundaries of my property.  They have taken from me what I can never get back."
• "The Agent sees a sweater just inside the door, grabs it from the hook and drapes it over my shoulders when I see one of my dogs that was supposed to be kenneled in my peripheral view, and then he’s gone.  I run to the edge of the porch and down the steps to get my dogs back inside their kennels but I’m thrown to the ground before I can go any further, landing in the icy mud."
• "When I get back to the house, I walk straight over to the phone and turn my back to it so my fingers can call my attorney’s cell phone.  The Agent sees what I’m doing and takes the phone out of the cradle so I can’t use the phone."

Democrats and Republicans must become one voice and vote for America; we believe that before anything, we are Americans and the foundation of our country is our US Constitution. We will not allow the use of any political ideology to destroy our constitution, our country nor our economic and welfare.

This is the truth, it all started with Ronald Reagan, Bush the father and Bill Clinton; today most Democrats and Republicans are responsible for the destruction of millions of Americans jobs and the demise of our economic freedom; they are the promoters of free trade, globalization and slave wages, the oligarchs got richer at the expenses of the American working class and use their money to control our economic and our government. President Obama’s design in ‘transforming America’ as promised is in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and is continuing with Democrat Sen. Leahy.

Under Leahy’s minority and majority leadership, Sen. Leahy has been successful is swaying  (RINO) Republicans into voting ‘AYE’ in confirming President Obama’s ‘left-wing’ appointees as some Senate ‘RINO’ Republicans have lost their earlier principles.  Sen. Leahy has been successful in ‘improperly’ destroying qualified and honorable GOP appointees.

‘Sitting’ GOP Senators who voted ‘AYE’ in supporting a few of Obama’s nominees includes:

Alexander (R-TN), Collins (R-ME), and Graham (R-SC) voted to confirm Sonia Sotomayor to SCOTUS.  

Collins (R-ME), and Graham (R-SC) voted to confirm Elena Kagan to SCOTUS.

Ayotte (R-NH), Cochran (R-MS), Collins (R-ME),  Flake (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), Hatch (R-UT), Johnson (R-WI), Kirk (R-IL), McConnell (R-KY), and Portman (R-OH) voted to confirm Loretta E. Lynch  as Attorney General.

Many GOP members on Capitol Hill were elected as Conservatives; later to vacate their traditional values and become ‘RINO’ Republicans.

Regardless, elected Republicans on Capitol Hill who support Democrat Party’s left-wing legislation(s) on a regular basis continue to get equal shares of (y)our Republican Party’s GOP money.

Oh isn’t it great that this Muslim woman is seated as a judge over the people of the United States and that she affirmed her oath with the Koran? Let me ask you a few questions if you don’t mind.

Question: How would she judge those that appear before her if she already has a preconceived belief that a non-Muslim cannot be judged innocent?

How long do you think she will maintain her oath under the constitution?

Sharia [Islamic law] is totally incompatible with the U.S. Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. Women are inferior under Islamic law—their testimony in a court of law is worth half that of a man; their movement is strictly restricted; they cannot marry non-Muslims. Non-Muslims living in Muslim countries also have inferior status under Islamic law; they may not testify against a Muslim. In Saudi Arabia, following a tradition of Muhammad, who said that "two religions cannot exist in the country of Arabia," non-Muslims are forbidden to practice their religion, build houses of worship, possess religious texts, etc. Non-believers or atheists in Muslim countries do not have "the right to life"; all the major law schools, whether Sunni or Shia, agree that they are to be killed. (Muslim doctors of law generally divide sins into great sins and little sins. Of the 17 great sins, unbelief is the greatest, more heinous than murder, theft, adultery, etc.) Slavery is recognized as legitimate in the Koran. Muslim men are allowed to cohabit with any of their female slaves, and they are allowed to take possession even of married female slaves. One does not have the right to change one’s religion if one is born into a Muslim family; here is how the great commentator Baydawi sees the matter: "Whosoever turns back from his belief, openly or secretly, take him and kill him wheresoever you find him, like any other infidel. Separate yourself from him altogether. Do not accept intercession in his regard." And here are the punishments in store for transgressors against the Holy Law: amputation, flogging, crucifixion, and stoning to death.

28 U.S. Code § 453 - Oaths of justices and judges

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office: “I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

Which God?

It is my understanding that she swore this oath on the Koran and not the Holy Christian Bible. Why?

Muslims do not speak of God as their heavenly Father. In the Islamic faith, Allah is not only a different name for god; the deity it designates is far more impersonal than the God of the Bible. Father—the very name that Jesus gave us as the designated name for use in prayer—is a name that simply does not fit Allah as depicted in the Quran.

Furthermore, Muslims claim that Allah has no son. This represents a head-on collision between the God of the Bible and Allah. For, as the Bible makes clear, the one and only true God is most perfectly revealed as the Father of the Son, Jesus Christ. In the Gospel of John, Jesus repeatedly teaches that no one has truly known the Father, except by the Son. In one of the most clarifying verses in the New Testament, Jesus declared Himself to be “the way, and the truth, and the life,” adding, “No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).

Because Muslims deny that God has a son, they explicitly reject any Trinitarian language. From the very starting point, Islam denies what Christianity takes as its central truth claim: the fact that Jesus Christ is the only begotten of the Father. If Allah has no son, then Allah is not the God who reveals Himself through the Son. How then can calling God “Allah” not lead to anything but confusion—and worse?

Islam teaches that the doctrine of the Trinity is blasphemous. But the Christian faith is essentially and irreducibly Trinitarian. The Bible reveals that the Father is God, that the Son is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God. Jesus is not merely a prophet, as acknowledged by Muslims, He is God in human flesh. This is precisely what Islam rejects.

The Trinitarian language is the language of the Bible, and it is essential to Christianity. Indeed, the Christian faith points to Christ and announces that we can only know the Father through the Son. Confusing the God of the Bible with Allah of the Quran is not only a mistake, it is a dangerous distortion of the Gospel of Christ.

The Trinitarian nature of God is embedded within the Great Commission. Jesus tells His disciples to go into the world and make disciples of all nations and to baptize them “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). Christians are those who bear the names of God even in our baptism, and those names are Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Our challenge is to speak truthfully about God, and the only way we can do that is to use the names God gave Himself. The God of the Bible is not Allah, and Allah is not the God of the Bible. Any confusion about that undermines the very Gospel we preach.

Islam is a cultural, religious and political system. Only the political system is of interest to kafirs (non-Muslims) since it determines how we are defined and treated. The Islamic political system is contained in the Koran, the Hadith (the traditions of Mohammed) and his biography, the Sira.

Political Islam is the doctrine that relates to the unbeliever, the kafir. Islam’s relationship to the kafir cannot be religious since a Muslim is strictly forbidden to have any religious interaction with them The religion of Islam is what is required for a Muslim to avoid Hell and enter Paradise.

The Trilogy not only advocates a religious superiority over the kafir—the kafirs go to Hell whereas Muslims go to Paradise—but also its doctrine demands that Muslims dominate the kafir in all politics and culture. This domination is political, not religious.

As mentioned earlier, the Koran has 61% of its text devoted to the kafir. The Sira (Mohammed’s biography) has about 75% of its text devoted to the kafir and jihad.

Islam’s success comes primarily from its politics. In thirteen years as a spiritual leader, Mohammed converted 150 people to his religion. When he became a political leader and warrior, Islam exploded in growth, and Mohammed became king of Arabia in ten years.

Islam has a complete doctrine of how to treat the kafir that is found in the Trilogy.

3. Kafirs

Non-believers are so important that they have several names. Christians and Jews are called People of the Book or infidels. Other religious names for non-Muslims are atheist, polytheist, and pagan. But the Koran uses one word that includes all of the religious names. That name is kafir, an Arabic word.

Kafir is usually translated as unbeliever, but that translation is wrong. Unbeliever is a neutral word. The Koran is very clear about the kafir. Indeed, the Koran defines the kafir by how it speaks of them. Kafirs are the lowest and worst form of life. Kafirs can be robbed, murdered, tortured, enslaved, crucified and more. Later in this chapter, more of the Koran’s doctrine of the kafir is given in some detail. But the key point is that a kafir is not only a non-Muslim, but also a person who falls under a different moral code from the Muslim.

The Koran is devoted to the division between those who believe Mohammed, Muslims, and those who do not, kafirs. This grand division of the Koran means that there are two points of view of the Koran—the view of the Muslim and the view of the kafir.

4. Dualism

The third principle is duality, and is unique to Islam. As an example, here is a verse from the Koran:

109:2 I do not worship what you worship, and you do not worship what I worship. I will never worship what you worship, and you will never worship what I worship. You to your religion, me to my religion.

This sounds very tolerant, but this verse was written later:

9:5 When the sacred months are passed, kill the kafirs wherever you find them. Take them as captives, besiege them, and lie in wait for them with every kind of ambush. If they submit to Islam, observe prayer, and pay the poor tax, then let them go their way. Allah is gracious and merciful.

Now we have absolute intolerance. This contradiction is normal for the Koran and is even addressed in the Koran. The solution to contradiction is called abrogation where the later verse is better than the earlier verse.

The logic here is very important. Since Allah is perfect and the Koran is the exact words of Allah, then both contradictory verses are true, but the later verse is better or stronger. This leads to dualistic logic where two contradictory facts can both be true.

5. Submission

Islam means submission and Muslim means one who has submitted. It is clearly stated in the Trilogy that all kafirs and their civilizations must be annihilated. Mohammed’s success depended on violence to persuade kafirs that he was the prophet of Allah.

Submission is political, as well as religious. Islam demands that kafirs submit in every aspect of public life.  Every part of kafir culture is an offense to Allah.

The Oath states that:

“and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

The God referred to here is the God of Christians and Jews. Not Allah.

The constitution states that all are “endowed by their creator” which refers to the God of the Jews and Christians.

Is her oath valid, I would say no. It is not valid.

There can be no two people happier about Donald Trump’s empty rhetoric this week than Obama and Hillary Clinton and while Trump continues to grin like the cat that swallowed the media canary, people who should care about real issues are being bamboozled.

For once, Obama doesn’t even have to concoct a distraction…Trump is handling that for him.

Was Trump right to state that we should put a temporary ban on Muslim immigration and employ profiling to minimize future jihadis entering our nation?

Yes, but he missed the key reason why…that being that we are engaged in a war against an ideology and not a religion as Islam is the former and not the latter but Trump has not explained himself and why should he? His Trumpers are eating it up and the media is talking about nothing else.

There’s a reason for that and I suspect Trump has been paying a staff to do nothing but look at social media to discern what Conservatives are calling for. Notice how Trump has yet to put forth an original idea. He takes whatever is the hot-button topic of the week and puffs himself up over it spewing rhetoric with no substance behind it.

Build a wall…make Mexico pay for it.

 Leading From Behind Has Predicted Result  

Seems like no nation wants to take the lead to fight the Islamic State. So much for Barack nObama's "international community" and "leading from behind." Each one of them has a 1-2-3-not-it approach to summoning enough initiative for ending the Islamic State once and for all. Oh sure, Syrian rebels, the Peshmerga and the Iraqi army are all battling corners of the group on their turf, and the West is content to lob a few bombs in Islamic State territory every day, but no one has set a vision for the endgame. Now, the general secretary of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, announced the organization won't be leading the effort to end the caliphate and ensure security for its partner nations.

          "Muslims are on the front line in this war," Stoltenberg said. "Most victims are Muslims, and most of those who fight against the [Islamic State] are Muslims. We can not carry on this struggle for them. The United States has a limited number of special forces. In the foreground, however, is strengthening local forces. This is not easy, but it's the only option." Despite the attack on America's homeland in San Bernardino, nObama is content — using National Review's Arthur Herman's analogy — to huddle behind the Maginot Line while Nazi Germany perfects its Blitzkrieg tactics. Instead, he addressed the nation Sunday to say he was doubling down on his strategy of "inherent resolve" and oh, to make firearms more difficult to acquire, because that would disrupt the jihadists who by the way are waging a "knife intifada" in Israel.  The Syrian Refugee Religious Test  

If the Syrian refugees the nObama administration is accepting into the United States really are the most needy — the ones most at risk at being caught in the crossfire of the Syrian civil war — then why has the U.S. government only accepted one Christian refugee? A total of 237 Syrian refugees entered the country since Nov. 13, the day the Islamic State struck Paris. But only one Greek Orthodox individual landed on our shores, despite U.S. law requiring that asylum seekers be asked about the role religion played in persecution. Remember: Christians are fleeing the Middle East after their churches are targeted and razed — and it's not just the Islamic State carrying out the atrocities. The nObama administration, however, continues to refuse to consider religion with any of its Middle East dealings. In August, Immigration and Customs Enforcement was preparing to deport 27 Christians who were seeking asylum after fleeing the Islamic State.

          As a result of the Syrian refugee question, Congress is stepping up its involvement with immigration policy. The House passed, with a 407-19 vote Tuesday, a measure reforming the nation's Visa Waiver Program. The bill would require travelers holding passports for Western Europe who also traveled to Iraq, Iran, Syria or Sudan in the last five years to get a visa and undergo more scrutiny before entering the states. But there is only so much reform that Congress is willing to do. While there is bipartisan support to reform visas, the very program that accepted a single Christian will probably fall to Barack nObama's veto pen. Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) believes  Democrats have enough votes to sustain the nObama administration's Trojan horse refugee program for Syrians.

 French Raid Mosques, Democrats Visit Them  

The attack in Paris was a hard lesson and wake-up call, but the French are showing signs of learning. During a state of emergency crackdown, "French authorities announced [last week] they shut down three mosques for an alleged 'pattern of radicalization,'" reports USA Today. French authorities found Islamic State propaganda, as well as weapons and ammo, and they made scores of arrests.

          Of course, USA Today also notes the flip side: "but terrorism analysts said such tactics are unlikely to be repeated in the USA." Thanks to Barack nObama's blinding Islamophilia, he would never allow such a thing. And Democrats follow his lead. That's why several Democrat lawmakers attended a prayer service at a radical mosque and nObama's DHS secretary held a press conference at a mosque tied to the Muslim Brotherhood — both after the San Bernardino attack.    -The Patriot Post

 Denying Rights to Combat Terrorism?  

In a Sunday speech he clearly had no interest in giving, Barack nObama spoke to the nation from the Oval Office in an attempt to address the fears of many Americans following attacks in Paris (130 dead, almost 400 wounded) and San Bernardino (14 dead, 21 wounded) by Islamic jihadists. He failed to assuage those fears, primarily because he once again proved that he is clueless as to the real threat and the real enemy.

           To no one’s surprise, nObama used these recent tragedies to renew his push for more gun control in what was actually pretty savvy political theater.

          Under the guise of combatting terrorism, nObama declared, “To begin with, Congress should act to make sure no one on a no-fly list is able to buy a gun. What could possibly be the argument for allowing a terrorist suspect to buy a semiautomatic weapon? ... We also need to make it harder for people to buy powerful assault weapons like the ones that were used in San Bernardino." Then he mocked, "I know there are some who reject any gun safety measures.”

          This is craven theatrics, but it will work on some Americans. All the public is going to hear is "no-fly list" and "guns," and then they're going to think, "Why do Republicans want to put guns in the hands of terrorists?" Mission accomplished for nObama.

          But there are three glaring problems with nObama’s proposed “solutions” — one practical, one political, and the other constitutional.

 NSA's needle in a haystack  

 {Judge Andrew Napolitano} ~ If you were looking for a needle in a haystack, simple logic would tell you that the smaller the haystack the likelier you are to find the needle. Except for the government... Since Edward Snowden revealed the federal government’s unlawful and unconstitutional use of federal statutes to justify spying on all in America all the time, including the members of Congress who unwittingly wrote and passed the statutes, I have been arguing that the Fourth Amendment prohibits all domestic spying, except that which has been authorized by a search warrant issued by a judge. The same amendment also requires that warrants be issued only based on a serious level of individualized suspicion backed up by evidence – called probable cause – and the warrants must specifically identify the place and person to be spied upon. Because these requirements are in the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, Congress and the president and the courts are bound by them. There is no emergency or public safety or wartime exception to them.  Making women front-line targets

Stunning was the announcement by Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter that he, personally, overruled the U.S. Marine Corps on whether it should be exempt from his directive that all combat positions be open to women. Nothing is excluded.  nObama Violated Federal Law with Bergdahl Exchange  

{Stephen Kruiser} ~ The nObama administration hits just keep on coming... A House Armed Services Committee report set to be released Thursday accuses the nObama administration of misleading Congress and violating federal law during a controversial prisoner exchange. The report compiled by the GOP majority charges that the administration did so when it bypassed Congress in negotiating the exchange of five Taliban prisoners for U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was being held in Afghanistan. They suggested that the White House had put politics and expediency ahead of proper procedure in making the deal. This is the same administration that put politics and expediency ahead of common sense when "ending" the war in Iraq, so this is really no surprise. This president puts politics ahead of everything. If the Republicans are against it, national security be damned. The quickest way to get rid of nObamacare may be to have every Republican in Congress embrace it.

 Shut The Govt Down Rather Than Fund Obama’s Invasion

Ryan’s gift, which fund’s the nObama agenda for two years and rewards his own cash dispensing masters at the same time, will also include full funding for the nObama Islamic Invasion.  China Flight Tests Multi-Warhead Missile  

{Bill Gertz} ~ China conducted a flight test of a new multi-warhead ballistic missile capable of reaching targets throughout the United States, Pentagon officials said... The test of the new DF-41 intercontinental ballistic missile, or ICBM, took place Dec. 4. The latest flight test demonstrated the use of two multiple independently-targetable reentry vehicles. The missile launch and dummy warheads were tracked by satellites to an impact range in western China. It was the second flight test this year of the new missile and the fifth since 2012. U.S. intelligence assessments suggest that the missile will be capable of carrying between three and 10 warheads. The two most recent missile flight tests took place Aug. 6, also with two dummy warheads, and on Dec. 13, 2014.

 nObama, Johnson and Clinton Shut Down Investigation...

 Islamic State Manifesto Details Paris Attacks, Expansion Plans  

{John Rossomando} ~ Terrorists behind last month's Paris attacks modeled their assault on tactics developed by Al-Qaida in Iraq, now the Islamic State (ISIS), during the Iraq War, according to a new Islamic State manifesto... "Black Flags From the Islamic State. "Originally disclosed last week by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), the 130-page ebook details the extensive planning that went into the Paris attacks and describes how plotters evaded detection by Western intelligence. Other aspects of the manifesto detail the history of the Islamic State's emergence from Al-Qaida, its plans for the future, and how it operates. The Paris attacks, which left 130 people dead, were enabled by at least 200 operatives in undisclosed locations who worked for two months, the ebook claims. Some lived near the Belgian-German border and in other European countries. {jewishworldreview.com} ~ How much lower will America sink before it regains its senses? Wednesday, two Muslims walked into a Christmas party at a community service center in San Bernardino, California where one worked. They were wearing body armor and video cameras and carrying automatic rifles, pipe bombs and pistols. They opened fire, killed 14, and wounded 21.

The murderers, Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik were killed by police.

.
Speaking to the Daily News, Farook’s father said his son, “was very religious. He would go to work, come back, go to pray, come back. He’s Muslim.”

.
Farook’s neighbor told the paper that over the past two years, Farook exchanged his Western dress for Islamic gowns and grew a beard.

.
These data points lead naturally to the conclusion that Farook and his wife were jihadists who killed in order to kill in the name of Islam.

.
But in America of December 2015, natural conclusions are considered irresponsible, at best.

.
In an interview with CNN following the shooting, US President Barack nObama said the massacre demonstrates that the US needs stricter gun laws. As for the motives of the shooters, nObama shrugged. “We don’t yet know the motives of the shooters,” he insisted.

.
In other words, while ignoring what in all likelihood drove Farooq and his wife to murder innocent people, nObama laid responsibility for the carnage at the feet of his political opponents who reject his demands for stricter limitations on gun ownership.

Here is the place to note that California has some of the most stringent gun control laws in the US.

According to the victims, Farook and his partners were able to reload their weapons and shoot without interruption for several minutes until the police arrived because there was no one to stop them.

.
nObama wasn’t alone in deflecting attention away from the likely motivations of the murderers.

.
Wednesday evening, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), held a press conference at the Islamic Center of Orange County. Farook’s brother in law, Farhan Khan was carted out before the cameras to tell the world that he for one had no idea why his brother in law opened fire.

.
Two other speakers at the event were Hussam Auyloush, CAIR’s regional executive director and Muzammil Siddiqi, the director of the Islamic Society of Orange County.

.
Auyloush insisted that he had no idea would could have possibly prompted Farook and his wife to murder those gathered at the center. Auyloush raised the prospect that they could have been mentally ill, or perhaps they just didn’t like the victims, or maybe they were garden-variety extremists.

.
For his part, Siddiqi insisted that Islam had nothing to do with the shooters’ decision to murder innocent people, (how he could be so certain, is unknown).

.
Siddiqi added that he hopes law enforcement bodies will conduct a full investigation into the “people and motives,” behind the attack.

.
To a degree, the very fact that Siddiqi had no compunction about stepping in front of the cameras just hours after the attack is proof that the US has lost its way.

.
If American elites were even semi-competent, Siddiqi would have faded into the shadows, never to emerge again 15 years ago.

.
Siddiqi is a known jihadist sympathizer. His close ties to jihadists have been a matter of public record since 2000.

.
In October 2000, Siddiqi spoke at an anti-Israel rally in Lafayette Park in Washington, DC. There he warned the American people that they must abandon their support for Israel lest “the wrath of G0D ” be unleashed against them.

According to a profile of Siddiqi compiled by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, (IPT) in the late 1990s Siddiqi gave a speech extolling jihad and foreseeing Israel’s replacement with an Islamic state.

.
Among other things, Siddiqi said, “In order to gain the honor, jihad is the path, jihad is the way to receive the honor.”

.
Siddiqi converted Osama bin Laden’s senior aide, American jihadist Adam Gadahn. Gadahn converted to Islam at the Islamic Center of Orange County in 1995. According to a 2007 New Yorker profile, Siddiqi employed Gadahn at the Center in the years following his conversion. It was during this period that Gadahn was radicalized. He then went to Pakistan and joined al Qaida.

In 1992 Siddiqi hosted a blind sheikh named Omar Abdel Rahman at the Islamic Center. He stood beside Rahman and simultaneously translated his lecture about jihad to the audience of worshipers.

The next year, Rahman masterminded the first jihadist attack on the World Trade Center.

During the 1990s, Siddiqi served as the president of the Islamic Society of North America, a known Muslim Brotherhood front group. In 2007, ISNA was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holyland terror financing trial.

Despite all of his connections to jihadists, US authorities insist that Siddiqi is a legitimate voice. In 2007 Stephen Tidwell, then assistant director of the FBI division in Los Angeles upheld Siddiqi as a moderate.

Speaking to the IPT, Tidwell said, “We have a very strong relationship with Dr. Siddiqi.”

Hours before nObama responded to the San Bernadino massacre by lashing out at gun control opponents, Col. Steve Warren, spokesman for US Operation Inherent Resolve – the US campaign against Islamic State – rejected Russian claims that the Turkish government is collaborating with the terror state.

Warren praised the Turks as “great partners to us.”

“We flatly reject any notion that the Turks are somehow working with Islamic State. That is preposterous,” he insisted, adding, “Any thought” the Turkish government would deal or collaborate with Islamic State is “completely untrue.”

Unfortunately, a wealth of evidence indicates that it is Warren’s statement that is preposterous and completely untrue.

For nearly five years, it has been an open secret that Turkey serves as Islamic State’s logistical base. Almost all the foreigners traveling to Syria to join IS transit through Turkey.

.
For nearly two years, we have known that Turkey is Islamic State’s major arms supplier. And for six months we have known that they are their partners in oil exports.

.
In an article published this past summer in Middle East Quarterly, Burak Bekdil reported in January 2014, Turkish prosecutors acting independently from the government, dispatched forces to a border province with Syria to intercept a convoy of trucks laden with missiles, rockets and ammunition making its way to Syria. One of the truck drivers testified at the time that he and his colleagues had “carried similar loads several times before.”

The forces charged with seizing the cargo were shocked to discover the trucks were being escorted by Turkish intelligence officers.

.
According to Bekdil, “all hell broke loose,” after the prosecutors ordered the men arrested and the cargo seized.

.
The provincial governor swooped in and insisted that the convoy was traveling on direct orders from Turkish leader Recep Tayip Erdogan. Months later, the military took over the case. And today, the men who executed the arrests and cargo seizure are on trial for “international espionage.”

Bekdil reported that two months after the cargo was intercepted, a meeting took place between then foreign minister and current Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, his deputy, Feridun Sinirlioglu, the head of Turkish intelligence, Hakan Fidan and deputy chief of the Turkish general staff, Gen. Yasar Guler.

A recording of the meeting was leaked to social media. In the recording, Fidan is heard saying that “he had successfully sent two thousand trucks into Syria before.”

As to Islamic State oil sales to Turkey, this past May, US special forces executed their first known raid inside Syria. The commandos descended on the home of Islamic State’s financial chief Abu Sayyaf. US forces killed Sayyaf and seized his computers and hard drives.

Sayyaf directed Islamic State’s oil, gas and financial operations.

Last July the Guardian reported that the computer data revealed close, direct dealings between Turkish officials and Islamic State members. According to one senior Western official familiar with the contents of the documents, just from what had been uncovered in the initial study of the material, “the links between Islamic State and the Turkish government are already so clear that they could end up having profound policy implications for the relationship between us and Ankara.”

Yet Wednesday, in the face of an overwhelming mountain of evidence, the Americans rejected out-of-hand Russians allegations that Turkey is the main consumer of oil exports from Islamic State.

This past July, two senior Defense Intelligence Agency analysts assigned to US Central Command submitted a formal complaint to the Defense Department’s inspector general. The two claimed that their intelligence reports on Islamic State were doctored and distorted as they made their way up the feeding chain to nObama. Fifty intelligence analysts have stated their agreement with the allegations in the complaint.

The doctored reports systematically rendered portraits of the US campaign against Islamic State as successful and Islamic State as a nearly spent force, along the lines of the narrative presented by nObama and his advisors. According to the analysts, the picture painted by the doctored reports bore little resemblance to their far more negative conclusions.

According to the Daily Beast’s report, intelligence analysts began complaining to their superiors about the distortion of their reports in October 2014. Some of those analysts were urged to retire early, and some did.

{jewishworldreview.com} ~ By most estimates, the Islamic State is the world's richest terrorist organization. But it appears to be wrestling with money problems that could affect its ability to wage war while trying to govern millions of people in its self-declared caliphate.

U.S.-backed forces in Iraq and Syria have retaken significant amounts of territory from the group, depriving it of traditional sources of income, analysts say. Towns and villages that the Islamic State had relied on for tax revenue have been captured by Arab and Kurdish opponents. And lucrative spoils of war, including oil fields, properties to confiscate and captives to ransom off, have become scarcer as the group struggles to seize new areas.

"A problem they face is that much of their income over the last two years has been through conquest, confiscation and extortion, and those are all one-time things that aren't sustainable," said Quinn Mecham, an assistant professor of political science at Brigham Young University. "And now they're losing territory, and that makes it difficult to continue to extract revenues. The pressure is on."

Information about the Islamic State's finances is murky. But the group's diverse sources of income, which include extortion and antiquities smuggling, have helped it weather more than a year of airstrikes from a U.S.-led coalition, analyst say. The U.S. Treasury Department recently estimated that the militants could be earning $40 million a month from oil sales.

Through a complex bureaucracy that uses the threat of violence, including floggings and beheadings, the Islamic State also raises cash by taxing and fining the roughly 6 million to 9 million people in parts of Iraq and Syria who live under its rule.

An Islamic State official purportedly told Arabic-language media in January that the group had a 2015 budget of $2 billion. Although likely an exaggerated figure, the group may have accumulated enough cash to run a large budget surplus, said Benjamin Bahney, a terrorism analyst at the Rand Corp.

But the Islamic State lost as much as a third of the territory it had controlled in Iraq, including the city of Tikrit and the Baiji oil refinery. Iraq's military and pro-government militias have captured those areas with the help of airstrikes from the U.S.-led coalition. In Syria, too, coalition air support has aided an alliance of Kurdish and Arab forces in seizing from Islamic State militants key areas near the group's self-declared capital of Raqqa.

"As it loses control of cities and as its economy suffers because of the war, its tax revenues are reduced," said William McCants, an expert on the militant group at the Brookings Institution.

The territorial setbacks also may have compelled the group to turn to terrorism abroad - including the recent attacks in Paris that left 130 people dead - as a way to apply new pressure on its enemies, analysts say. The group, they also say, appears to be shifting resources to reinforce affiliates in other areas of the world, including Libya, possibly to secure a safe haven in case it loses more territory in Syria and Iraq.

There are signs that the group might be tightening its budget. Fighters' salaries have been reduced recently, from roughly $400 a month to about $300, said Columb Strack, a Middle East analyst at Jane's Information Group. In addition to a tax system rooted in Islamic law, he said, the group appears to be imposing more fees on everything from farming to mobile phones.

Aid programs that benefit the needy in Islamic State areas appear to have been scaled back, causing poverty to deepen, Syrian activists and aid workers say. These areas, they say, are experiencing acute shortages of medicine for chronic diseases such as diabetes, as well as prolonged electricity cuts.

Aymenn al-Tamimi, a fellow at the Middle East Forum who studies the Islamic State's finances, said the group took a big hit this summer when Iraq's government stopped paying civil servants living in areas the militants had captured, including the city of Mosul.

For months, Iraqi authorities continued to pay the salaries, and the Islamic State taxed that income, earning the group a windfall that some estimates put at tens of millions of dollars a month.

Without such easy money, the Islamic State has raised its fees, even on high school registration and textbooks, Tamimi said.

"Now, evidence seems to point to hardship in Mosul, and the Islamic State has been resorting to measures to try to deal with the new reality of having to pay those working under its authority who no longer get salaries directly from the Iraqi government," he said.

Few expect widespread dissent in Islamic State-controlled areas anytime soon, in large part because of fear of the group's notorious brutality. The threat of violence also prevents many people from fleeing, and war, anemic economies and sectarian-driven politics in neighboring areas prevents others from attempting to leave.

Colin P. Clarke, a terrorism analyst at the Rand Corp. think tank, said he expects the group's finances to tighten as the airstrikes intensify. In recent weeks, the U.S.-led coalition has targeted tanker trucks, threatening the Islamic State's ability to transport the oil. British warplanes began bombing targets in Syria on Thursday, striking an Islamic State-controlled oil field in eastern Syria, the BBC reported.

Russia, which does not coordinate with the coalition, also has stepped up air raids in the Islamic State's key oil-producing areas in eastern Syria.

The Islamic State imposes fees and taxes on refining, shipping and selling oil, which largely is consumed within territory held by the group, analysts say.

"There will be a lag in seeing the effects, but in order to keep operations going, the group will likely have to reduce payments and the number of people working for it," Clarke said.

That could affect thousands of people, causing local anger to soar and more discontent for the militant group to manage.

"It's running a caliphate, so it has salaries to pay and people to keep in jobs. They run bakeries and have to find ways to keep the lights on," he said. "It's a lot to manage."

Open Letter to all members of the Senate.

Senators, you were elected by the people to represent us the American people. It is clear that many of you stand by your moral principles and by your oath to defend our constitution, but it is also true that many Senators betray us and violated their oath in favor of crony capitalism,

The truth is that many senators become traitors; they betray the people that place them in office and the whole country. We will like to know if this was done by willful Ignorance about the Constitution, because many of you who have solemnly promised to protect our Constitution are subverting it. Senators for us the Americans that love our country it is hard to understand how far our government has drifted from the Constitution’s vision and the stated provisions.

The very truth is that too many members of the Senate and Congress don’t understand the Constitution they’ve sworn to defend, not because they can’t understand it, but because they make little or no effort to do so. Some Supreme Court justices aren’t much better; too many of them understand our founding document but refuse to acknowledge that it’s most important function is to limit and check power. Presidents are often even worse, like Obama that has built a profile of being a pathological liar; Presidents pay lip service to our nation’s governing document, but their actions frequently betray a lack of real commitment to its restrictions.

Senators it is a disgrace that many of you that have raised your right hands and sworn an oath “to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Most chose to trash it if not all, have made such a vow intended at the outset to keep it. Maybe they believe they are keeping it. But far too often they are not. The truth is, many of the very people who have solemnly promised to protect our Constitution are subverting it.
