You have to ask yourself, "What's Going Through The Minds Of The Sociopath Brain?" and "How Did This Person Get Elected To Keep Us Safe?". The answer is clear if you look beyond what you think you know and have been fed and into what the sociopath doesn't want you to know. Sociopath's are not all dumb and can get well educated. Not all sociopaths murder but produce murderers. Sociopath's that don't murder have no emotion for those who are murdered and relish the deeds of those who do. A government that is controlled by persons without emotions for others is always a government of communists. You just have to look around the world and compare countries in Asia, South America, Africa, Central America and Mexico to find sociopath governments where people with normal emotions let themselves be dominated by the mental illness of others that have very little to no emotions.

A new battleground survey, conducted for the pro-GOP group American Crossroads by pollsters Vox Populi, found that 59 percent of voters in seven battleground states said they were less likely to support Clinton in light of her comment that problems at the Veterans Administration were not as “widespread” as Republicans suggested.
And she doesn’t need any more headaches with the voters in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, Ohio, and Virginia.
Clinton’s deficit to a generic Republican nominee stands basically unchanged at 12 points and her net favorability remained low at negative 22 points. On the question of whether those polled felt Clinton would say or do anything to get elected, 61 percent agreed at least to some degree.
Another danger zone for Clinton in the poll: Her support for allowing illegal immigrants to get insurance benefits under nObamaCare and a promised expansion of nObama’s executive amnesty program. Fully 50 percent said they would be much less likely to back Clinton because of her policies. -Fox News
Citing a federal appeals court ruling this week in favor of states battling President nObama’s temporary executive amnesty for certain illegal immigrants, Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano says the president’s rule by the pen has run out of ink. Read more here. -Fox News
In the category of awesome nature, we give you infrared salmon eyeballs. The Atlantic: “It’s November, and salmon are currently leaving the oceans and returning to the rivers where they were born. During these epic waterfall-leaping, bear-dodging migrations, their bodies change. Their color darkens and reddens. The males develop hooked jaws, and sometimes humps. The red muscles that are so useful for long-distance swimming are replaced by fast-acting white muscles that can power sprints and jumps. And one of the most dramatic changes, and perhaps the least obvious one, happens in their eyes. In rivers, flecks of mud and algae shift the underwater light away from the clear blue of the ocean and towards the red end of the spectrum. The salmon compensate for this: A simple biochemical switch in their retinas gradually enhances their ability to see infrared light.” -Fox News
On Monday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals told the immigration power-grabbers in the nObama administration to stuff it.
The amnesty sympathizers in the media mourned mightily.
"Appeals court rules against nObama's plan to protect about 5 million people from deportation," the Associated Press spun.
"Court again blocks nObama's plan to protect undocumented migrants," the left-wing U.K. Guardian decried.
"President Barack nObama's executive action to shield millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation suffered a legal setback on Monday with an appeal to the Supreme Court now the administration's only option," Reuters reported.
Or rather, editorialized in the guise of reporting.
By a 2-1 decision, the federal judges handed a landmark victory to 26 states, led by Texas, that forcefully challenged the legality of nObama's executive amnesty overreach. The 5th Circuit majority ruled that the states' case was "likely to succeed on its merits" and that a lower court's injunction against the White House was "impressive and thorough." Judge Jerry Smith summed up: "At its core, this case is about the (Department of Homeland Security) Secretary's decision to change the immigration classification of millions of illegal aliens on a class-wide basis."
By a wave of his hand, President nObama and his DHS minions issued blanket deportation waivers and work authorization documents to 1.2 million young illegal immigrants (the "DREAMers") and 4.3 million parents of an even broader class of illegal immigrants. No congressional debate about the impact on American citizens and American workers. No public comment period as required by federal Administrative Procedures Act. No nothing.
Current immigration law, the majority concluded, "flatly does not permit the reclassification of millions of illegal aliens as lawfully present and thereby make them newly eligible for a host of federal and state benefits, including work authorization."
Here's how the radical transformer-in-chief turned the law on its head:
Under the Constitution, Congress defines the classes of immigrants eligible to work in the United States, and the executive branch has the broad authority to determine the individual immigrants within those classes who are authorized to work. nObama's Department of Homeland Security flipped this around and usurped the authority to allow any alien -- legally or illegally in the country -- to work unless Congress explicitly prohibits it.
The nObama administration first encroached upon congressional authority over immigration with the so-called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which allowed illegal immigrant children to remain in the United States.
Next, nObama created the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents program, which granted illegal immigrant parents with children born in the United States the right to remain in the United States and work.
After lower court judge Andrew Hanen issued his initial injunction this year, nObama bureaucrats defiantly violated it anyway and issued 2,000 more work permits to people here illegally. The 5th circuit ruling puts an exclamation point on Judge Hanen's order to stop the unlawful nObamnesty. Stop!
But if you thought these brazen usurpations of power were bad, you ain't seen nothing yet.
Both George W. Bush and Barack nObama sneakily expanded the foreign worker supply by administrative fiat another way: executive expansion of the Optional Practical Training program, through which 560,000 foreign "students" have been authorized to work in the U.S. It may well be America's largest de facto guest-worker program, yet it has never been authorized by Congress. This backdoor H-1B visa increase allows foreign students to work with little monitoring, no wage protections, no payment of Social Security payroll taxes and no requirement for employers to demonstrate labor market shortages.
In addition, nObama this year unilaterally started allowing certain spouses of H-1B workers (H-4 visa holders) to work in the United States.
The good news is that software engineer-turned-lawyer John Miano, the co-author of our new book, "Sold Out: How High-Tech Billionaires & Bipartisan Beltway Crapweasels Are Screwing America's Best & Brightest Workers," is challenging both schemes in court. Like the states that stopped executive expansion of illegal immigrant worker benefits, John and his clients aren't waiting for D.C. politicians to do the job of defending American sovereignty.
John's groundbreaking federal lawsuit on behalf of WashTech (a labor union of professional tech workers) against President Bush's regulatory expansion of the OPT program is, as National Review's John O'Sullivan called it, "the first step of a long battle." In April 2015, John and the Immigration Reform Law Institute filed another federal lawsuit in D.C. challenging President nObama's arbitrary and capricious regulatory expansion of work authorizations for H-1B workers' spouses (classified as H-4 visa holders). The plaintiff, Save Jobs USA, is a group of former Southern California Edison employees who were forced to train their foreign guest-worker replacements before being laid off.
"Under the Constitution, Congress is supposed to have control over immigration," John reminds our fellow citizens. At stake is a fundamental question for the republic:
Do we have an office of president or an office of Caesar?

The horrific nature of the events, as they unfolded in Paris a couple of nights ago, have
shed the glaring light of truth on the absurdity under which we live. The real questions are these…at what point will we finally open our eyes and how much of this must be endured before we wake the hell up?
Islamic terrorist attack after Islamic terrorist attack takes place. They take place in our country, in France, in Spain, in England, in Bali and around the globe and for a few, brief moments, we open one eye, decry the acts and then…then we roll over and go back to sleep.
Yes…we have fought wars but it is how we have been forced to fight those wars that raise more questions then they answer.
We have the strongest military on earth but…

Over a two-week period in October, an arsonist targeted seven churches in the St. Louis area -- including several in Black Lives Matter protest hotspot Ferguson, Missouri.
The Atlantic magazine, invoking the "long history of terrorism against black churches in America," lamented that the crime spree had been "slow to get the same attention" in the local and national media as another string of church arsons that occurred earlier this summer.
Reminder: Several of those hyped hate crimes against "black churches" had been committed by black suspects; a significant number of the "black churches" were, in fact, white churches; and the complex motives behind the crimes included mental illness, vandalism and concealment of theft.
Reminder: The same hyperventilators who stoked fears about this summer's church incidents had also stoked hysteria about the 1990s black church arson "epidemic" that fell apart under scrutiny and ended with USA Today admitting that "analysis of the 64 fires since 1995 shows only four can be conclusively shown to be racially motivated."
Undaunted, agitators did their best to fan the flames over the latest alleged wave of race-based black church burnings in October. On Twitter, social justice activists resurrected the #WhosBurningBlackChurches hashtag. "Black churches are burning again," Oklahoma State University professor Lawrence Ware lamented in Counterpunch. The far left propaganda outfit U.S. Uncut concluded unequivocally: "Racists in Ferguson Burn Down 5 Black Churches in 9 Days."
Except, they didn't. Again.
Last week, police charged 35-year-old David Lopez Jackson, who is black, with setting two of the fires. "Forensic evidence linked him to the fire on Oct. 18 at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 1011 Theobald Street," the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported, and "video of his car near New Life Missionary Baptist Church, 4569 Plover Avenue, links him to the fire there on Oct. 17, police Chief Sam Dotson said." Jackson is a suspect in the other fires and additional charges are pending.
The arrest follows another black church hate crime spree-gone-bust in my adopted hometown of Colorado Springs. In late June, after a pair of churches received menacing notices ("Black men, be aware, you are the target," read one), black suspect Vincent Broughton admitted to posting the ugly signs.
And yes, Colorado Springs is also the home of the January 2015 NAACP office bombing that wasn't.
The smoke-blowing never ends.
In Texas last week, a professor who cried "racism" against police officers was exposed as a fraud when dashcam video showed the cops politely asking her to move to the other side of the street while exercising -- so she wouldn't get run over.
In Berkeley, California, this week, high school and University of California students cranked up the protest machine and walked out of classes en masse over dubious "KKK" messages discovered on a school library computer. The texts threatened a "public lynching," used the n-word, and referenced a hanging in a backyard.
Of course, suspicion is warranted: Almost a year ago, Berkeley students similarly exploded after effigies of blacks hung from nooses appeared on the UC campus. It turned out they were hung by a "Bay Area collective of queer black and PoC [People of Color] artists" to raise awareness.
Unrepentant race hustlers go bonkers when advised to approach these alleged hate crimes with caution. Anyone showing an iota of skepticism or journalistic responsibility is branded a bigot or collaborator. If you're a racial or ethnic minority who expresses doubt or hesitation, you're a sellout or Uncle Tom/Aunt Tomasina.
This is nuts. There's a long, shameful trail of hate crime hoaxes exploiting racial division in America that can no longer be whitewashed by the media and academia. The real sellouts are the phonies and fraudsters "of color" who must manufacture racism for attention, clicks and career advancement while victims of all backgrounds pick up the pieces.
It was just yesterday when Barack Hussein Obama had said that his "junior varsity team", ISIS,was "shrinking". After having watched the talking heads on MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News early this morning for 40 minutes, prior to British PM Cameron's presser, it came to no surprise to me that MSNBC had totally avoided even mentioning ISIS by name. They did show Secy Kerry saying that he "didn't kow" who the attackers were; even though ISIS had laid claim to the attacks in Paris. And despite the fact that a Syrian passport was found on the body of one of the Islamic terrorists.
Watching Obama make his speech, concerning Paris, I couldn't help but to thimk that what I was picking up from him was indifference, and oerhaps even bothered that ISIS had done "this" to HIM!
I think that John Kerry should go home and go sailing on his yacht. And Obama should just shut up as THE ADULTS, the European PMs, take action. I seriously doubt that the Euros will be seeking any level of REAL support, let alone solutions, from the Obama administration at all.
I am totally surprised that team-Obama hasn't tried to blame this latest Islamic terrorist attack on American- and/or Christian-history; a VIDEO; or even CLIMATE CHANGE!
To now hear sissy of State Kerry offering a political plan is laughaable and a personal embarassment to me. I don't recognize this "nation" that I am now living in.

Speaking Thursday to the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, Vin Weber, a former Republican member of Congress and the co-chairman of the think tank's task force on Egypt policy, said Israeli officials and others with whom he had spoken are concerned el-Sisi's government will fall.
"We encountered a lot of people in Israel and elsewhere that don't think that he is going to survive his term," Weber said. Israeli government representatives declined to comment for this column. One Israeli official disputed Weber's assessment but did not elaborate. Weber's task force met with senior Israeli security officials and diplomats, according to the group's report released this week.
"He is under constant death threats," Weber said. "Many people said we're not sure where he sleeps every night. And I think there is that question mark in the minds of the Israelis about whether or not the government can succeed."
Questions about el-Sisi's ability to stay in power and run Egypt are newly urgent this week. The U.S. and U.K. governments say there is evidence that the Islamic State placed a bomb aboard a Russian commercial jet that exploded this week over the Sinai. It took off from the Egyptian resort town of Sharm el- Sheikh. On Friday, Russia canceled all flights to Egypt.
The group Ansar Bait al-Maqdis, which pledged loyalty to the Islamic State in November 2014, initially claimed credit for destroying the Russian Metrojet plane. Despite a new Egyptian military campaign this summer against insurgents in the Sinai, Islamic State-linked jihadis there launched a wave of terror, killing scores of Egyptian soldiers and assassinating the country's chief prosecutor. Last year El-Sisi himself acknowledged there had been two attempts on his life in 2013.
Greg Craig, a former top lawyer in the nObama White House and the co-chairman of the institute's task force, said Egypt's military was working more closely with the Israeli intelligence community -- particularly in Sinai -- than they ever had before. Nonetheless, Craig said one Israeli military analyst gave the Egyptian campaign in the Sinai very low marks.
"We did spend some time with Israeli national security folks. One of the smartest persons I've ever met in terms of analytical capacity was talking about the Egyptian proclivity to do all the wrong things when it comes to counter-insurgency," Craig said. "If you had a list of boxes you checked of things not to do, the Egyptian military has checked every one of those boxes."
The Israeli government has enjoyed unprecedented cooperation with el-Sisi's government, particularly in the Sinai where Egypt has worked to destroy the smuggling tunnels operated by Hamas in Gaza. If el-Sisi's government fell and Islamists took over, Israel would face a hostile neighbor on its southern border.
Coups and assassinations are common in recent Egyptian history. El-Sisi seized power in 2013 as hundreds of thousands of Egyptians took to the streets to protest the elected president, Mohammed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood. Jihadis in 1981 murdered Anwar al-Sadat, the Egyptian president who signed a peace treaty with Israel, at a military parade in Cairo. Islamists tried to kill Sadat's successor, Hosni Mubarak, in 1995 on a state visit to Ethiopia.
Like past Egyptian leaders, el-Sisi also faces threats from within the military. In August an Egyptian court sentenced 26 Egyptian military officers for plotting a coup against the Egyptian president. A retired Egyptian general, Sameh Seif Elyazal, told Foreign Policy last year that 2 million to 3 million Egyptians hate el-Sisi: "Everybody knows that he is a target."
Other U.S. officials and outside experts have told us they too worry that el-Sisi's heavy-handed approach could end up bringing down his own government.
"The policy that el-Sisi has pursued has created a large number of enemies in the country," said Michele Dunne, the director of the Middle East program at the Carnegie Endowment for Peace. "The fact that one of those enemies would lash out at him whether through violence or a coup, that possibility is there. These are things notoriously difficult to predict."
Representative Devin Nunes, the Republican chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, told us he was less concerned about the potential for an assassination than he was about the broader issue of stability in Egypt. "It's stating the obvious that all those leaders in the region are under constant death threats, but that's not what concerns me," he said. Nunes, who visited with el-Sisi and toured the Sinai this year, said he was more worried about the broader economic instability in Egypt and a young population that is increasingly falling under the sway of the Muslim Brotherhood and radical jihadi groups.
"I hope el-Sisi can keep the country together," Nunes said. "Furthermore the Sinai is completely unstable where jihadis are roaming all over, and on the other side of Egypt you have Libya where we have no plan. This could potentially set Egypt into chaos."
Since el-Sisi took power, the U.S. government has struggled internally over whether to embrace what most analysts called a military coup. Although the U.S. government decided not to legally determine whether a coup had taken place, U.S. military sales of large weapons systems were suspended after Sisi took power.
Secretary of State hanoi-John Kerry led the camp pushing for a resumption of normal relations with Egypt, despite Sisi's brutal crackdown on political opposition, civil society and the press. (El-Sisi won a barely contested election in 2014 to the presidency.) By early 2015, the U.S. had fully lifted its suspension of U.S. arms sales to Egypt.
Sisi himself called on the international community to support his campaign against jihadis, in a speech Oct. 30 at the International Institute for Strategic Studies Manama Dialogue. He urged world powers to let him consolidate power without criticism and international intervention.
"National security in the Arab world is so threatened that it now requires -- demands -- the protection of what remains of the states and their institutions," he said. "We in Egypt are ready to work together with regional and international powers who understand the importance of the Arab world and believe that it is important not to interfere in Arab affairs, as supporting specific groups detracts from the role of the state."
But many of El-Sisi's allies fear the biggest threat to his rule is not international meddling, but Egyptians who have been radicalized by his campaign to consolidate his own power.
Other commentators predicted endlessly that the GOP is doomed because it supposedly cannot appeal to Hispanic Americans and other minorities.
Still others smeared Republicans as anti-women and claimed ridiculously that the party has destroyed its chances with the sex that makes up half the population.
Most pundits seemed to agree that younger voters --"millennials" -- would never support Republicans because of their supposedly prehistoric views about things like the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law.
Jonathan Chait summed up the left-wing establishment's view of Republicans' inevitable demise when he wrote in 2012 -- in a long feature piece for New York magazine -- that "the modern GOP - the party of Nixon, Reagan, and both Bushes - is staring down its own demographic extinction ... Conservative America will soon come to be dominated, in a semi-permanent fashion, by an ascendant Democratic coalition hostile to its outlook and interests."
What a disappointment all of these commentators were in for! Since President nObama's election, the Republican Party steadily gained strength. By almost every metric, the party is at historic high-water marks. In the House, Republicans have the largest majority since 1928. They have a majority in the Senate. They have 32 governorships. They have the greatest number of state legislators and greatest number of state legislative bodies in their history.
The results of this week's elections further grew the Republican Party's historic strength.
In Kentucky, Matt Bevin won the governorship in an upset that makes him the state's second Republican chief executive in four decades. He did it by running against nObamacare and national Democrats. Kentucky also elected Republican Jenean Hampton to the lieutenant governorship. She will be the first African American elected statewide in Kentucky's history.
In Virginia, Republicans held the state Senate despite an outside group funded by former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg spending millions of dollars to turn the chamber to Democrat control.
In Houston, voters defeated the left-wing mayor's attempt to let biological males use women's restrooms, and vice versa. The measure went down with 61 percent of voters opposing the bathroom ordinance -- a significant blow to the left in a city that is by no means conservative.
In addition, Republicans won a number of other state legislative and statewide elections to continue to build on the trend of winning in areas previously won by Mr.. nObama.
Finally, after this week's elections, the Washington-media establishment may be starting to show signs of recognition that, far from 2010 and 2014 being anomalies on the way to Republican extinction, it is the Democrats who are facing historic challenges in their nationwide appeal.
Chuck Todd, moderator of NBC's "Meet the Press," noted on Twitter this week that "outside of nObama's campaigns in 2008 and 2012, the Dem track record everywhere else is, well, abysmal since his election."
In fact, it may turn out to be Mr. nObama's two campaigns that were the anomaly: extraordinarily well-run, with an exceptional candidate in favorable political environment. Everywhere else, as Mr. Todd points out, has been disastrous for Democrats.
You have to wonder: If in 2016 Republicans win the presidency, hold the Senate, keep the House and maintain their historic strength at the state level, will the same pundits in the news media be calling on the Democrats to compromise their core principles and change their views, as so many were eager for Republicans to do following Mr. nObama's re-election? I'm not holding my breath.
With 12 weeks until voters start selecting a nominee, time is running out. To reflect that reality, we will narrow our focus to the top six contenders for the nomination.
This doesn’t mean that Fox News First adjudges those out of the top six to be unable to pull off an epic upset. But, as we try to estimate which candidates have the best shots at the nomination, it’s time to bore down. We’ll certainly keep an eye on those off the leader board. Forty years ago today the SS Edmund Fitzgerald left Superior, Wisc., bound for Detroit with 26,000 tons of iron ore only to vanished on Lake Superior’s unforgiving November waters. As artist Gordon Lightfootdescribed in his song on the shipwreck, “The lake, it is said, never gives up her dead when the skies of November turn gloomy.” The Pioneer Press remembers search for the shipwreck: “The day after the SS Edmund Fitzgerald vanished from Lake Superior with her crew of 29 men and a full cargo of taconite pellets, the haunting aftermath was in full bloom for those involved in the search…The Naugatuck was quickly dispatched to its own section of the search grid and came upon oil slicks and wreckage from the Fitzgerald’s weather decks -- life rings and jackets, a propane tank and oars, anything that blew off the ship or would float.” The last message heard from the crew was “we are holding our own,” but there were no survivors. -Fox News
AP: “The Gas & Grass business opens Saturday in Colorado Springs. It is a gas station adjacent to a Native Roots medical marijuana dispensary. Colorado does not allow pot shops to sell non-marijuana products. So the gas station and pot shop will have distinct entrances. But medical marijuana patients that shop at Native Roots will get discounts on the gasoline, similar to a grocery store loyalty program. Members of the public who don’t shop at the dispensary can also fill up at the station. Native Roots plans to open a second Colorado Springs location next month.”
MILWAUKEE -- The fourth Republican presidential debate is done and there weren’t any earthquakes. But in the more than a month until the next contest, there will be lots to consider.
The Texas Republican chaired a Senate judiciary committee hearing where victims of terrorist attacks and family members described what happened to them and blasted the nObama administration, saying it has failed to prosecute terrorists.
In a rare, pointed statement issued from the PLO delegation to the United States, the organization said Cruz's hearing failed to include Palestinian viewpoints. The statement said there is a "growing and alarming" trend in the U.S. to "dehumanize" Palestinians.
"This biased and inflammatory hearing conflated all Palestinians as terrorists and failed to represent any Palestinian viewpoint in an obvious effort to defame the Palestinian people," the statement said. "Defending Israel should not come at the expense of Palestinians and for narrow political interest sought by presidential hopefuls who are appealing to pro-Israeli votes."
The Texas Republican went on the offensive against the PLO regarding the hearing, titled "Justice Forsaken: How the Federal Government Fails the American Victims of Iranian and Palestinian Terrorism,"
"It is not surprising a terrorist organization like the PLO is upset with the truths that were told at our hearing yesterday," he said, according to the Associated Press.
In the hearing, Cruz described recent acts of violence in Israel and past attacks, including a suicide bomber attack in Jerusalem 15 years ago where a family from New York was badly injured.
Cruz spoke of "Americans who have suffered greatly because of the horrific and evil actions of Iranian and Palestinian terrorists."
"Americans who have fought hard to endure that justice is done in these situations, only to see their own government more often than not stand against them," he said.
Cruz, a stalwart opponent of the Iranian nuclear deal, said it is a betrayal of those killed by terrorism. He listed instances of terrorist attacks where Iran was involved. The senator said Iran has "waged war" against U.S. troops in Iraq and that 196 U.S. service members were killed there by Iranian-made weapons.
"As bad as Palestinian terrorism has been, the Iranian government arguably has more American blood on its hands," Cruz said.
The hearing featured a number of witnesses, including the brother of Robert Stethem, a Navy diver killed by Hezbollah terrorists during the 1985 hijacking of TWA 847.
The PLO said that the hearing "failed to mention recent acts of Israeli incitement."
"It is time for Israel apologists on the hill to put US national interests ahead of those of the current extreme right wing government in Israel," the statement said. "Otherwise, Israel will continue with its destructive policies and will eventually drag the whole region into more confrontations with dire consequences for all."

2016 Republican Party Presidential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) has a untainted record for you and me:
- For introducing and supporting legislation to reduce our ‘out-of-control’ spending;
- To restore, save, and protect our Constitutional freedoms based on Judeo-Christian Values; and,
- For protecting our American flag, US Military, our nation, and our Veterans.
Many Republican Party Capitol Hill legislators have ‘crossed the aisle’ and caved in to ‘liberal’ Democrats on fiscal, social, and national security issues for too many years. ‘Crossing the aisle’ to support Democrat Party legislation is not usually better for the American taxpayers and/or our citizens.
This is why American taxpayers now been ignored; even abused:
An upcoming $19 Trillion National Debt,
Why our US Senate Republicans have voted ‘YEA’ to confirm Presidential left-wing Judicial nominees,
There are several 2016 GOP Presidential candidates who wish to continue to cave-in
on Illegal’ immigration by just allow all the ‘illegals’ to continue to live the same as
Americans Veterans have gone to war for America and other nations to save (y)our and others sovereigns,
And why America is at war against ‘Islamic’ nation governments and Terrorist groups while Americans are funding some of these terrorists’ warriors against our own Military.
For your own view, http://www.youngcons.com/ted-cruzs-resume-is-very-impressive-should-make-him-standout-amongst-other-candidates/
Dear America,
In 1776 people fought for becoming a nation, called the United States of America a lot of folks died to gain that freedom. Over the years we continued to fight for that freedom many times.
How many Americans have died to free other people in foreign countries, I have lost count the amount of blood that has been spilled to free those people. When foreign countries have a problem they call the USA to fight for them instead of fighting for themselves.
We have what 11 million illegals in the USA that come here looking for a better life. All I can say to those people if you want a better life go back to where you came from and fight for those goals. Fight for your freedom and for a better life just like the American people for years. Don’t come the USA with your hand out and expect the Americans to fight for your freedom then spit on the American people when we do give you’re your freedom.
You come to America expecting the Americans to give you things for free, and you work very hard to force the American people to change their culture, their laws, and their languish to suit you people, No Thanks, I do not believe in that shit one bit!! This shit goes for the refugees that this Butthead wants to bring here. According to all the videos I have seen well over half of them are young enough to fight for their freedom. Americans don’t run from a fight we’ve proven that over the years. Many years and many wars to free other people. If it wasn’t for American blood being spilled those people would be talking German or Japanese.
Americans have been kind hearted and taken for granted long enough. Americans have helped all these foreign countries with human lives, and Trillions of dollars to help their countries out.
I do not believe Americans should have to roll out the RED carpet for these people. And our beliefs our cultures and languish to suit them, this is OUR country not theirs period. Change your way of life or get the HELL on your boat and go back and fight for your Culture.

In the latest report, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, echoing a similar report it published in July, found that basic information used to determine enrollment and subsidy eligibility, such as Social Security number, citizenship status, household income and family size, was not verified by the federal Health Insurance Marketplace (based on data from New Jersey and North Dakota) or the two state exchanges examined, in California and Kentucky, which led to the approval of fictitious applications submitted by the GAO.
“Although eight of these 10 fictitious applications failed the initial identity-checking process, all 10 were subsequently approved by the federal marketplace or the selected state marketplaces,” the GAO reported. “Four applications used Social Security numbers that … have never been issued … Other applicants had duplicate enrollment or claimed their employer did not provide insurance that meets minimum essential coverage.”
Like the GAO, an August report from the Department of Health and Human Service’s inspector general criticized Healthcare.gov for failing to verify applicants’ eligibility and resolve inconsistencies. A June report by the same agency “could not verify that Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service correctly applied any of the nearly $2.8 billion in financial assistance payments that it made during the period January through April 2014.”
And in May the U.S. Treasury Department’s Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration noted that CMS and a number of state exchanges had not provided much of their enrollment data to the Internal Revenue Service, so the IRS was unable to verify if those claiming the health care tax credit had actually purchased insurance through an exchange.
In its zeal to sign up as many people as possible for health insurance and government benefits, the nObama administration appears to have forced accuracy and fraud prevention to take a back seat. nObamacare has, thus, proven to be the bureaucratic nightmare that critics warned about, and should leave taxpayers feeling rather sick.
The IRS pays individuals an average of $6,200/yr for operating imaginary businesses. According to a report issued by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, the IRS is defrauded up to $16 billion annually by tax filers claiming Earned Income Tax Credits on their tax return. Randall Sorensen, CPA has developed technology that will identify one million phantom businesses and recover $960 million for the U.S. Treasury.
Technology called the Phantom Business Identifier (PBI) developed by Randall C. Sorensen, CPA, will identify one million imaginary businesses that cost’s honest Americans $7 billion annually.
Statistics reported on www.irs.org show that during the Great Recession 500,000 business owners without children permanently closed. In contrast, at the worst possible time to launch a business, taxpayers with children and no money started 800,000 new businesses. Why would anyone want to jeopardize the security of their family when their odds for success are only 50%? The answer is simple…. they didn’t!
Here is how tax frauds have been pulling the wool over the eyes of the IRS. Jane Doe the mother of two, claims income of $14,700 from an imaginary cleaning business. Since she doesn’t really have a business, Jane doesn’t need to purchase any brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies of mops. For Jane’s efforts she will qualify for federal tax credits of $7,100. Before the US Treasury deposits a tax refund of $5,000 into her bank account, they make a deposit into Jane Doe’s social security retirement account for $2,100. From start to finish, Jane can complete her phantom tax return using phantom income in 15 minutes!
Randall Sorensen, CPA has practiced as a financial forensic expert for over 25 years. Three years ago Mr. Sorensen pitched his idea to the IRS. The IRS literally tore apart the proposal and expressed a high level of interest. One month after kicking the tires the IRS rejected the software by explaining that they already had a prototype and they didn’t have any money. Thanks to the congressional hearings on targeting tax exempt entities, Congress confirmed the IRS wasn’t being truthful. Specifically, the IRS entered into a software agreement with Strong Castle to spend up to $500 million at the same time they told Sorensen they didn’t have any resources.
Mr. Sorensen stated “a double standard exists within the walls of the IRS. They severely punish taxpayers who lie but fail miserably when IRS employees fail to tell the truth”.
Due to severe IRS budget cuts, Mr. Sorensen has offered to test 30 million tax returns for free. Sorensen states, “The IRS won’t be able to use the excuse of being broke. Rather than terrorizing honest taxpayers, the IRS needs to send a clear message to tax criminals that they will be caught and could face prosecution by the Department of Justice. Further, tax software companies must be vigilante in identifying fraud being committed at the kitchen table”.
Randall Sorensen, CPA has been practicing accounting for over 30 years and has specialized in forensic accounting for over 25 years. Randall Sorensen’s accounting practice is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Sorensen can be reached at 602-320-3183.

Tuesday saw Clinton aggressively pushing stricter gun control measures, which she wants to make a “voting issue.” That may please the left now but could prove costly in the general, especially in swing states where tighter restrictions on gun rights strike a nerve. And if that wasn’t enough for one day, Clinton says she wants the federal minimum wage boosted to $12 per hour, an increase of almost 70 percent and a move that could cost jobs. Clinton may be bringing the hammer down on Sanders, but at what cost? -Fox News
Despite repeated pledges not to put “boots on the ground” in Syria, President nObama is inserting 50 U.S. special ops troops into that country, with more to follow.
U.S. A-10 “warthog” attack planes have been moved into Incirlik Air Base in Turkey, close to Syria.
Hilly Clinton, who has called for arming Syrian rebels to bring down Bashar Assad, is urging nObama to establish a no-fly zone inside Syria.
Citing Clinton and Gen. David Petraeus, John McCain is calling for a no-fly zone and a safe zone in Syria, to be policed by U.S. air power.
“How many men, women and children,” McCain asks, “are we willing to watch being slaughtered by the Russians and Bashar al-Assad?”
Yet, if we put U.S. forces onto sovereign Syrian territory, against the will and resistance of that government, that is an act of war.
Would we tolerate Mexican troops in Texas to protect their citizens inside our country? Would we, in the Cold War, have tolerated Russians in Cuba telling us they were establishing a no-fly zone for all U.S. warplanes over the Florida Strait and Florida Keys?
nObama has begun an escalation into Syria’s civil war, and not only against ISIS and the al-Nusra Front, but against Syria’s armed forces.
Mission creep has begun. The tripwire is being put down. Yet, who authorized nObama to take us into this war? The Russians and Iranians are in Syria at the invitation of the government. But nObama has no authorization from Congress to put combat troops into Syria.
Neither the al-Nusra Front nor ISIS has an air force. Against whom, then, is this Clinton-McCain no fly-zone directed, if not Syrian and Russian warplanes and helicopters?
Is America really prepared to order the shooting down of Russian warplanes and the killing of Russian pilots operating inside Syria with the approval of the Syrian government?
In deepening America’s involvement and risking a clash with Syrian, Russian and Iranian forces, nObama is contemptuously ignoring a Congress that has never authorized the use of military force against the Damascus regime.
Congress’ meek acquiescence in being stripped of its war powers is astonishing. Weren’t these the Republicans who were going to Washington to “stand up to nObama”?
Coming after Congress voted for “fast track,” i.e., to surrender its constitutional right to amend trade treaties, the capitulations of 2015 rank as milestones in the long decline into irrelevance of the U.S. Congress. Yet in the Constitution, Congress is still the first branch of the U.S. government.
Has anyone thought through to where this U.S. intervention can lead?
This weekend, the Justice and Development Party, or AKP, of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan regained full control of the parliament in a “khaki election” it called after renewing its war on the Kurdish PKK in southeastern Turkey and northern Iraq.
Erdogan regards the PKK as a terror group. As do we. But Erdogan also considers Syria’s Kurdish fighters, the YPG, to be terrorists. And Ankara has warned that if the YPG occupies more territory along the Syrian-Turkish border, west of the Euphrates, Turkey will attack.
Why should this concern us?
Not only do we not regard the YPG as terrorists, they are the fighting allies we assisted in the recapture of Kobani. And the U.S. hopes Syria’s Kurds will serve as the spear point of the campaign to retake Raqqa, the ISIS capital in Syria, which is only a few dozen miles south of YPG lines.
Should the YPG help to defeat ISIS and become the dominant power in northern Syria, the more dangerous they will appear to Erdogan, and the more problems that will create between the Turkish president and his NATO ally, the United States.
Not only does a Congressional debate on an authorization to use military force appear constitutionally mandated before we intervene in Syria, but the debate itself on an AUMF might induce a measure of caution before we plunge into yet another Middle East quagmire.
When Saddam fell, we got civil war, ISIS in Anbar, and a fractured and failed state with hundreds dying every week.
And, as of today, no one knows with certitude who rises if Assad falls.
The leading candidates are Jabhat al-Nusra, the front for an al-Qaida that brought down the twin towers, and the butchers of ISIS, who captured another town on the Damascus road this weekend.
Monday, The Wall Street Journal wrote that Erdogan’s regrettable victory is “a reminder of what happens when America’s refusal to act to stop chaos in places like Syria frightens allies into making unpalatable choices.”
Now there’s an argument for America’s plunging into Syria: Send our troops to fight and die in multisided civil war that has cost 250,000 lives, so Turks will feel reassured enough they won’t vote for “strongmen” like Erdogan.
America needs an America First movement.
The Fox Business Debate
Imo, Rubio stepped up.
Trump bullied Fiorina (booed by the audience)
Then there's...(oh god)...Kasich... He makes the likes of Biden and Quayle look like INTELLECTUALS! Here is evidence that having been a governor does not automiacally qualify a person to be potus.
And the GOP princess, little Jebbie, should quietly go away w/ John Kasich.
And that's my take in a nutshell!
nObama lied, too.
They lied early.
They lied often.
They lied deliberately.
They lied about the slaughter of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, at the hands of al-Qaeda-tied terrorists.
They lied, but not to protect vital national secrets or flummox America’s enemies.
They lied to get reelected.
And they lied directly, knowingly, and repeatedly to the American people.
Although I am a confirmed and consistent critic of Hilly and nObama, I long had cut them some slack regarding their first comments about the Benghazi attack. Thanks to the fog of war, I thought, they could not be blamed if they initially misattributed this deadly onslaught to a mob inflamed about an incredibly amateur Internet video that dissed the Prophet Mohammad. If they innocently got it wrong in, say, the first twelve hours after the assault began, they might deserve a grudging pass – at least for those early announcements.
Alas, I was unjustifiably generous toward Hilly and nObama. Instead, I should have been profoundly cynical.
As FactCheck.org chronicled on Friday, and L. Gordon Crovitz detailed in the Wall Street Journal on Monday, Clinton issued a statement on the attack at 10:32 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on September 11, 2012. It read, in part: “Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet. The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others.”
But that was a lie.
At 11:12 p.m., just 40 minutes later, Hilly e-mailed her daughter, Chelsea, with the truth: “Two of our officers were killed in Benghazi by an al Qaeda-like group.” Hilly’s e-mail was addressed to “Diane Reynolds,” Chelsea’s code name. This smoking e-mail surfaced during Hilly’s October 22 hearing before the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
At 11:49 p.m., Hilly contacted Libyan president Mohamed Magariaf, also with the truth: “There is a gun battle ongoing, which I understand Ansar al Sharia is claiming responsibility for.” This group is al-Qaeda’s Libyan franchisee.
The next day, September 12, 2012, Hilly resumed her public lies:
“Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior, along with the protest that took place at our embassy in Cairo yesterday, as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet,” she said in a speech at the State Department. “America’s commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation. But let me be clear – there is no justification for this, none.”
Echoing Hilly’s lie du jour, nObama chimed in with his own lie that day: “Since our founding, the United States has been a nation that respects all faiths,” he declared in the Rose Garden. “We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. But there is absolutely no justification to this type of senseless violence. None.”
nObama’s press secretary, Jay Carney, lied even more explicitly that day: “We have no information to suggest that it was a planned attack.”
Hilly toggled back to private-truth mode at 3:04 p.m., when she phoned Hisham Qandil, prime minister in Egypt’s Islamist Muslim Brotherhood government. She told him: “We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack – not a protest. Based on the information we saw today, we believe that the group that claimed responsibility for this was affiliated with al-Qaeda.”
“You can’t be square with the American people,” Representative Jim Jordan (R., Ohio) said about Hilly’s initial statements on Benghazi. “You tell your family it’s a terrorist attack, but not the American people. You can tell the president of Libya it’s a terrorist attack, but not the American people. And you can tell the Egyptian prime minister it’s a terrorist attack, but you can’t tell your own people the truth.”
Hilly reverted to public lies that September 14, during the ceremony at Andrews Air Force Base in which she and nObama welcomed home the flag-draped caskets of U.S. ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, technical officer Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods.
“We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful Internet video that we had nothing to do with,” Hilly said.
Hilly took things a totalitarian step further when – according to Tyrone Woods’s father, Charles – Hilly told him, “We will make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.”
“You had a video released by somebody who lives here, sort of a shadowy character, who has an extremely offensive video directed at Mohammad and Islam,” nObama told TV host David Letterman on September 18. nObama added that “extremists and terrorists used this as an excuse to attack a variety of embassies, including the consulate in Libya.”
The U.S. embassy in Pakistan spent $70,000 distributing a recording on September 20, 2012, in which Hilly said that America “had absolutely nothing to do with this video” that supposedly sparked the Benghazi attack.
Fully 14 days after learning that the Benghazi attack was a coordinated, al-Qaeda-linked Islamic-terrorist broadside against American territory and personnel, nObama stood before the United Nations General Assembly and lied, lied, lied: “There is no video that justifies an attack on an embassy,” nObama said that September 25. “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”
Just two days into that future, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies fulfilled Hilly’s chilling prophecy to Charles Woods. Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the Egyptian Coptic Christian who created the notorious Internet video, Innocence of Muslims, was arrested, supposedly because he used a pseudonym and thereby violated parole on an unrelated bank-fraud conviction. He subsequently was sentenced to a year in the La Tuna Federal Correctional Institution in Texas. Never mind that the First Amendment should have shielded his right to produce whatever video he wanted on Mohammad or any other religious figure. (Rather than molder behind bars, the producers of Broadway’s The Book of Mormon still laugh all the way to the bank, as hard as their audiences howl nightly.) Nakoula was a convenient patsy. As such, Hilly appears to have transformed him from a poor-quality filmmaker into a political prisoner.
Hilly and nObama buried the truth beneath an Oriental rug of lies. It covered up painful facts, lest they contradict the comforting campaign theme that nObama unveiled at the Democrat National Convention just five days before Benghazi: “al-Qaeda is on the path to defeat, and Osama bin Laden is dead.”
And it worked!
The truth about Benghazi, what Hilly and nObama knew, and when they knew it, remained obscured until last week. This helped nObama win the White House in November 2012, and put Hilly in a comfortable position from which to run as his successor.
Regardless, with this much of the truth now out in the open, nothing that either of these two liars utters can be taken at face value ever again. They already were unbelievable, thanks to the Liar-in-Chief’s “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan” serial deceptions on nObamacare and other multifarious matters. Ditto Hilly’s decades of mendacity, from cattle futures to “there is no classified material” on the clandestine e-mail server that she willfully hid from scrutiny for seven years.
Whatever embers of credibility either of these reprobates may have possessed were extinguished with the ice water of Hilly’s testimony last Thursday.
nObama’s and Hilly’s lies about the Benghazi massacre confirm, once and for all, that they are twin moral vacuums. They deserve all of the scorn, disrespect, and rejection that such a disgraceful distinction demands.

“The Department of Justice is committed to giving justice-involved youth the tools they need to become productive members of society.”
– The Obama regime’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch
Once again, the Obama regime and liberals at large are trying to spare the oh-so-delicate feelings of an element of our society that simply doesn’t give a crap about anything, anyone else and for that matter, themselves.
What Lynch is talking about, what she is calling “justice-involved youth” are punks, thieves, delinquents, thugs, drug users and whatever else today’s youths do to break the law. It seems, to her, the Obama regime and assorted liberals and socialists, all those little criminals need is a new label, a round or 2 of Kumbaya and an atta boy or girl to make them productive members of society.
They aren’t society’s losers…not according to the liberal/socialist agenda anyway…what they are is participants and being called “justice-involved youths” is their trophy…their reward for just showing up.
We can’t damage their complete lack of self-esteem by calling them exactly what they are now can we? No…we must somehow find a way to make them feel more proud of their criminal activity by calling them what they are most certainly not.
Justice-involved?
A general rule of politics: After 10 years they are going to throw you out. But the vote was overwhelming after a charmless, dour campaign. The incoming prime minister is the 43-year-old son of charismatic former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. Justin Trudeau has been a snowboard instructor, schoolteacher, bartender, bouncer, speaker on environmental and youth issues, and advocate for avalanche safety. Sensing “generational change” and gravitating toward “a life of advocacy,” he entered politics and served two terms in Parliament. He has been head of the Liberal Party two years. He is handsome, has a winning personality, exhibited message discipline during the campaign, and is a talented dancer. There’s a sense we in the West have entered a new screwball phase. Watching Mr. Trudeau’s victory speech, I remembered the columnist Dorothy Thompson reaction on watching the newly inaugurated President John F. Kennedy. There’s something not fully stable there, she thought. But we have to let history do what it enjoys doing, which is surprising us.
loose lips-Joe Biden’s decision not to run for president left me sad. He would have enlivened things. He has always reminded me of what Democrats were like when I was a kid—kind of normal and earthy and fun. They did not spend their time endlessly accusing people of being sexist-racist-homophobic-gender-biased persons of unchecked privilege. They would have thought that impolite.
I can’t imagine loose lips-Joe Biden ever needed an image consultant to coach him on how to be himself. As if he had a choice.
Going in, the question about Hilly Clinton and the Benghazi Committee was: How will she come out? Would she emerge triumphant, bruised, stronger, exposed? How would the Republicans, who’ve proved themselves largely hapless in grilling those involved in various scandals, do this time? In 2013, in front of a Senate committee, Mrs. Clinton blunted attacks with her dramatic rhetorical question: “What difference, at this point, does it make?” When I watched I thought, “She just won.” But afterward “What difference does it make?” became a kind of shorthand for high-handed theatrics. It is hard to judge the impact of most Clinton performances in real time because Mrs. Clinton is a practiced actress and it takes people time to figure whether they believed the act or not.
Her goal was clearly to take all comers and end this. She wanted to make the Republicans look like tiresome obsessives, which usually wouldn’t be hard.
She took her seat in the hearing room handsomely coiffed, beautifully made up, wearing a sober, dark high-end pantsuit. Young journalists tell me I’m not allowed to describe how she’s dressed or whether she looks tired (no, well-rested) or stressed (no, cool as a cucumber). I tell them if they’re going to be journalists they can’t start out as word cops. Nor should they in their work put politically correct limits on their ability to describe a scene. If you mean to be a craftsman, you cannot start your career as a censor.
Chairman Trey Gowdy (nondescript suit, hair under control) wasted no time: “We are going to pursue the truth in a manner worthy of the memory of the four men who lost their lives.” He set a tone not of theatrics but factuality. He defended his committee’s investigation by asserting previous congressional probes had not been “serious” or “thorough” because they lacked sufficient access to relevant documents.
This undercut Mrs. Clinton’s ability to make points by repeating, as she has recently, that this is the eighth investigation. Mr. Gowdy cleverly brought up Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s witless comment suggesting the purpose of the investigation had been to damage her popularity. He blunted every charge and complaint he knew she was about to make.
She sat blank-faced, furiously thinking.
Elijah Cummings, the panel’s ranking Democrat, said in his statement the investigation is political, a “taxpayer-funded fishing expedition.” Having watched him in hearings the past few years I cannot determine whether his chronic umbrage is real or feigned.
In Mrs. Clinton’s opening statement she spoke slowly, in a calm, lower-register voice. When she spoke with personal warmth of the late ambassador, Chris Stevens, she was actress-y in a way you’d like if you like her and not if you don’t.
The preamble was meant to posit her as a person who felt authentic pain at what had happened in a way that suggested she’s suffered enough.
She then perhaps cheekily pivoted to what we can learn from the tragedy. This was meant to establish her deep experience and command and was occasionally off-point: “Retreat from the world is not an option.” She evoked the Reagan-era deaths of 258 Americans in the Beirut Marine barracks and, more cleverly, security failures in the administrations of her husband and of George W. Bush. That was meant to make Benghazi—only four dead—look comparatively insignificant.
The first hour-and-a-half seemed to focus on niggling things, as if no one could get their hands on the thread. Viewers at home may have given up. Then the pace quickened. There were hundreds of requests regarding security issues in Benghazi in 2012, and Mrs. Clinton said not one reached her desk. This is remarkable. A secretary of state who supported a military action that unleashed chaos and sends her friend, the ambassador, into that chaos has no awareness of his requests for more security? Sidney Blumenthal had her personal email address but Chris Stevens didn’t?
There were substantive fireworks when Rep. Jim Jordan suggested the administration used a protest over an anti-Islam video as a cover story for what Mrs. Clinton knew to be a planned and deliberate terrorist attack. He suggested a motive: The attack came less than two months before the 2012 election. He presented proof she knew Benghazi wasn’t a popular protest about a video. She never really answered the charges, falling back on quickly unfolding events, confusion, a fluid situation. She dodged, and it was obvious. “I wrote a whole chapter about this in my book,” she attempted. She pretended the line of questioning was an insult to those who died. No, it was an insult to her. She was passive-aggressive: “I’m sorry that it doesn’t fit your narrative, Congressman.” She later spoke of how wounding it is to have one’s assertions received with such skepticism. This was unpersuasive.
How did she do? How did they do? The Republicans were able interrogators. For Mrs. Clinton it was mixed. At moments she was poised and in command, at others more scattered and scrambling. She has considerable faith in her talent for double talk. She suffered through and survived, and will soon be saying what she wanted to say: I took any and all questions, there is nothing to add, the issue has been addressed. Next.
The ordinance prohibited discrimination based upon a number of protected categories, most of which were uncontroversial and already covered by state and federal laws. That was the window dressing. The real issue concerned banning discrimination based on the amorphous social construct known as “sexual orientation” and the even more problematic “gender identity.”
Particularly galling to HERO supporters was the opposition’s succinct slogan: “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms.” Once voters understood the issue in those terms the ordinance was doomed. HERO’s supporters count the slogan as one of the most egregious “lies” told in a vicious smear campaign. The only problem is that it happens to be true.
A little background on HERO would be appropriate here. The original HERO legislation debated in the Houston City Council in 2014 explicitly stated that any person would be allowed to use “public” restrooms consistent with his or her “gender identity.” In plain English that means that dudes would be allowed into ladies’ rooms—provided that those dudes believe in their heart of hearts that they were born with incorrect body parts…or simply claim to. Women changing into their sweats at a Curves gym might look up and see a guy standing there in all his naked glory; and as long as that guy proclaims himself to be a woman, the law would indulge his delusion.
But this version of the bill was not meant to be; so Mayor Parker, liar that she is, decided to drop the explicit bathroom language from the bill while assuring supporters that the change had zero impact on the law’s effects. According to the Houston Chronicle: “The proposed amendment would remove that paragraph [concerning bathrooms] of the expansive ordinance. Transgender people barred access to a restroom still would be able to file a discrimination complaint to the city’s Office of Inspector General under the process outlined for all protected characteristics, such as race and veteran status.” Mayor Parker later tweeted: “To my trans sisters/brothers: you’re still fully protected in Equal Rights Ordinance. We’re simply removing language that singled you out.”
How can her tweet be interpreted as anything other than an admission that her supposed compromise on the bathroom issue was in fact a smokescreen? She clearly understood that the people of Houston would never swallow this bitter pill without first being lulled into believing that it has nothing to do with creepy dudes in ladies’ rooms—which it does. Both sides know HERO is about bathrooms but only one side wants to talk about it. Stealth is the Left’s watchword.
Predictably, the Houston Chronicle also ran an article bemoaning the intransigent opposition. The subtitle of the article shouted: “Compromise suggested for city ordinance not enough for some GOP, faith leaders.” Oh, those stubborn conservatives, when will they ever learn the value of compromise?
Perhaps conservatives didn’t want to “compromise” with the homofascist mayor because she’d already admitted that the exclusion of bathroom language didn’t alter the law one iota. A compromise without concessions from both sides is no compromise at all. That’s just caving. And why should HERO opponents cave when they have the voters behind them?
It should come as no surprise that the Houston Chronicle endorsed HERO twice. Nor should it surprise anyone that the same Chronicle reporter, Jayme Fraser, wrote both articles—the one that essentially admitted that the new HERO was the same as the old HERO, and the one that portrayed conservative leaders as rigidly opposed to any compromise. Fraser can’t claim ignorance. She knew that Mayor Parker’s compromise was bogus and yet she still wrote a ludicrous article implying that the anti-HERO camp was stubbornly refusing to meet HERO supporters halfway.
Liberals are generally pretty bad at compromise and the homofascist subset is absolutely incapable of it. This is the Civil Rights Movement all over again and you’re Bull Connor. Ergo, they get everything and you get nothing. They don’t always get their way because sometimes they just lose; but they never settle for half a loaf and they absolutely never give up.
On occasion, they’ll offer a faux compromise of the variety that Parker proposed. Other times they try the incrementalist approach—“settling” for a partial victory, only to return shortly thereafter wanting to renegotiate the deal. After three or four partial victories they find that they’ve achieved everything they wanted. But most of the time the LGBTQXYZ activists don’t even do that. They concoct phony hate crimes, they riot, they sue, they get people fired from their jobs, and occasionally they even murder people. When they finally taste sweet victory they run the rainbow banner up the flagpole and declare #Lovewins!
If you want to know how averse the tolerance bullies are to compromise, consider the pickle that suburban Palatine, Illinois has found itself in trying to accommodate a delusional high school student who thinks he’s a girl. The boy has made a plethora of demands to which his high school has readily acceded including the use of feminine pronouns. The school has even allowed him to join girls’ sports teams and to use the girls’ locker room. The final stumbling block to a copasetic agreement is that the school wants him to disrobe behind a curtain for the sake of the other girls’—which to say the actual girls’—privacy.
Not. Good. Enough.
The gender dysphoric student sued the school with the support of the ACLU and the Obama Administration. According to an AP story: “The district could lose up to $6 million in federal funding if it can’t reach a deal with the [Department of Education Office of Civil Rights], which has said the privacy curtains are discriminatory unless all the girls are required to use them.” Actually, none of the girls are required to use them. The only one who has to use a curtain is the boy who refuses to change in the appropriate locker room.
Officials at the Department of Education appear to share the boy’s mental illness. “Unfortunately, Township High School District 211 is not following the law because the district continues to deny a female student the right to use the girls’ locker room,” said a spokesperson.
Uh…not exactly. This isn’t a story about a female student not being allowed to use the girls’ locker room. It’s not even a story about a male student not being allowed to use the girls’ locker room. It’s a story about a male student with full access to the girls’ locker room but who still isn’t satisfied because he has to change behind a curtain.
I must admit though that I understand why he cannot accept even this tiny compromise. The curtain will always be a reminder that the school is humoring him. They’ll only go so far in treating him like one of the girls—because he isn’t. Intolerable! Everyone must be forced to believe the Big Lie. This is a “civil rights issue” and nothing less than total capitulation will suffice. We wouldn’t meet Jim Crow supporters halfway, would we?
We lost the last war with the homofascists because we tried to accommodate them. We thought we could offer them civil unions—all the benefits of marriage without the word. They weren’t satisfied. We thought we could let them do their thing and it would never affect us, but soon they were forcing us to be unwilling participants in their sham weddings, demanding to use church-owned property for their ceremonies, and dismantling long-standing codes of conduct for teachers at religious schools. There is no “live and let live” with these people. It’s absolute servility or pitched battle, nothing in between.
