You have to ask yourself, "What's Going Through The Minds Of The Sociopath Brain?" and "How Did This Person Get Elected To Keep Us Safe?". The answer is clear if you look beyond what you think you know and have been fed and into what the sociopath doesn't want you to know. Sociopath's are not all dumb and can get well educated. Not all sociopaths murder but produce murderers. Sociopath's that don't murder have no emotion for those who are murdered and relish the deeds of those who do. Clinton’s deficit to a generic Republican nominee stands basically unchanged at 12 points and her net favorability remained low at negative 22 points. On the question of whether those polled felt Clinton would say or do anything to get elected, 61 percent agreed at least to some degree.

Apparently, them’s fightin’ words. After all, it’s one thing to say America needs more trade professionals, but dare to question the plethora of philosophers and all of a sudden you’re giving Socrates an extra dose of hemlock.
In truth, Rubio is on to something, in more ways than one. Primarily, he was making a sweeping generalization aimed at a particular audience: minimum wage earners. Hilly Pontificates on Betraying Vets Hilly Clinton supports our veterans — or so she says. After all, she says she tried to sign up for the Marines earlier in life, right? Never mind the factual questions surrounding her tale... Today, she's trying to take advantage of the scandal at the Department of Veterans Affairs to bash Republican plans to fix it through privatization. “Today we are failing to keep faith with our veterans,” Clinton said, adding that her administration would have “zero tolerance for the kinds of abuses and delays we have seen.” Clinton hurriedly put together a VA solution to give veterans VA insurance that they could use with private providers. She also focused on prominent services for women and homosexuals.
Meanwhile, Republicans have proposed to offer veterans a choice of services within the system or vouchers to receive services in the private sector. Of course, Democrats oppose vouchers for veterans' health care just as they do vouchers to help kids get out of failed government schools. And much for the same reason, Democrats want to maintain a stranglehold on every sector of services they can. They certainly don't want to offend their government and school union constituents.
But as for GOP proposals, Clinton declared, “As we work to improve the VA, I will fight as long and hard as it takes to prevent Republicans from privatizing it as part of a misguided, ideological crusade. I will not put our veterans at the mercy of private insurance companies. Privatization is a betrayal, plain and simple, and I’m not going to let it happen.”

Germany's Emissions Blitzkrieg
The German agency tasked with regulating that nation's automobiles announced Wednesday that it was investigating 23 automobile brands for emission cheating, two of them American-based Ford and GM. The announcement comes two months after news broke that the EPA found software on Volkswagen diesel cars designed to fool emission tests.
Out of 50 models being tested by Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA), Germany's auto regulator, KBA said it has finished testing about two-thirds of them. "Since the end of September KBA has been investigating whether further manipulation of emissions, of nitrogen oxides in particular, is taking place in the market," said KBA in a statement in German, according to translation by the magazine Foreign Policy. Because it is announcing its investigation before it has its results, it appears that KBA is trying to lighten the pressure Germany's car manufacturer is facing over its cheating. In other words, KBA is making the situation political. It matters not if the charges stick — that is, if GM's Chevrolet Cruze also spews nitrogen oxide at many times the limit set by the EPA — the seriousness of the accusation is enough of a cloud. George Will tackled the subject of Bill O'Reilly's New York Times best-selling "biography" of Ronald Reagan with two columns eviscerating the Fox News blowhard for shoddy work parroting liberal rumors and innuendo about the former president. (And Will isn't the only one; numerous historians have likewise looked askance at O'Reilly's work.) "Styling himself an 'investigative historian,' O'Reilly purports to have discovered amazing facts that have escaped the notice of real historians," Will notes in his first column. The crux of the problem, Will says in his second column, is this: "O'Reilly 'reports' that the trauma of the assassination attempt was somehow causally related to the 'fact' that Reagan was frequently so mentally incompetent that senior aides contemplated using the Constitution's 25th Amendment to remove him from office. But neither O'Reilly nor [co-author Martin] Dugard spoke with any of those aides — not with Ed Meese, Jim Baker, George Shultz or any of the scores of others who could, and would, have demolished O'Reilly's theory. O'Reilly now airily dismisses them because they 'have skin in the game.' His is an interesting approach to writing history: Never talk to anyone with first-hand knowledge of your subject."
More damning, Will writes, "Instead, O'Reilly made the book's 'centerpiece' a memo he has never seen and never tried to see until 27 days after the book was published. Then Dugard asked the Reagan Library to find it." How does one purport to write the authoritative work on a subject one has not even tried to see?
"Tidying up after O'Reilly could be a full-time job but usually is not worth the trouble," Will concludes. "When, however, O'Reilly's vast carelessness pollutes history and debases the historian's craft, the mess is, unlike O'Reilly, to be taken seriously."
Not that O'Reilly will go quietly (he never does). In a contentious exchange on his own TV show, O'Reilly ends by shouting Will down with the insult, "You're a hack." The truth is the other way around.

It was just yesterday when Barack Hussein Obama had said that his "junior varsity team", ISIS,was "shrinking". After having watched the talking heads on MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News early this morning for 40 minutes, prior to British PM Cameron's presser, it came to no surprise to me that MSNBC had totally avoided even mentioning ISIS by name. They did show Secy Kerry saying that he "didn't kow" who the attackers were; even though ISIS had laid claim to the attacks in Paris. And despite the fact that a Syrian passport was found on the body of one of the Islamic terrorists.
Watching Obama make his speech, concerning Paris, I couldn't help but to thimk that what I was picking up from him was indifference, and oerhaps even bothered that ISIS had done "this" to HIM!
I think that John Kerry should go home and go sailing on his yacht. And Obama should just shut up as THE ADULTS, the European PMs, take action. I seriously doubt that the Euros will be seeking any level of REAL support, let alone solutions, from the Obama administration at all.
I am totally surprised that team-Obama hasn't tried to blame this latest Islamic terrorist attack on American- and/or Christian-history; a VIDEO; or even CLIMATE CHANGE!

Mizzou Prof Resigns After Intimidating Journalist 
So far, it's been a strange week at the university known for its school of journalism. On Monday, a group of student protesters erected tents at the University of Missouri as part of the protests that led the university's president, Tim Wolfe, to resign. Naturally, a public demonstration at a campus known for its school of journalism will draw journalists — except the demonstrators didn't want any media attention. They formed a ring around the tent city, pushing back reporters. Mark Schierbecker, a junior at the university, caught the exchange between one student-turned-national-photojournalist Tim Tai. As protesters shouted him down and pushed him, Tai stood his ground, insisting that the same First Amendment that gave students the right to protest gave him the right to photograph. In the last few seconds of the video, Schierbecker slipped through the ring of bleeding heart students and approached someone who appeared to be the adult in the room — only to prove she wasn't. That would be Dr. Melissa Click, an assistant professor at MU's Department of Communication, who just happened to have a courtesy appointment with the Missouri School of Journalism. "You need to get out, you need to get out," Click said, making a grab for the student's camera. Schierbecker, too, stood his ground. So Click started shouting, "Hey, who wants to help me get this reporter out of here? I need some muscle over here!" The next day, Click resigned from her courtesy appointment. MD Closes Ineffective Gun Casing Database
Yes, the newest technological advancement can be helpful for law enforcement, but it's no savior. In fact, it can be a huge waste. In 2000, the State of Maryland started a database to collect bullet casings from every gun sold in the state. The thinking behind the program was that each gun makes a unique "fingerprint" when the bullet is fired. Maryland's law enforcement wanted to create a database that could be used to solve crime. Now 15 years, $5 million and more than 300,000 bullet casings later, the state is closing the program after it hasn't helped in solving a single case. Former Governor Parris Glendening, who originally pushed for the program, told The Baltimore Sun, "Obviously, I'm disappointed. It's a little unfortunate, in that logic and common sense suggest that it would be a good crime-fighting tool." But liberal logic didn't jive with reality. Again. Maryland joined New York, which closed its program in 2012 for similar reasons. To paraphrase law professor Glenn Reynolds, gun control advocates don't mind spending money on onerous gun regulations and the legal fees associated with prosecuting to the fullest extent any citizen who violates those regulations. In Maryland's case, it also burned the money of its citizens who collected guns, as firing a vintage gun tarnishes its value. -The Patriot Post

Conservative Professor Targeted by Offended Students
{Trey Sanchez} ~ The suspension of Professor of Law and Political Science Carol Swain is being called on through a Change.org petition that, as of this writing, is only 40 signatures away from its stated goal... These students are calling for an investigation by the university to look into allegations of "unprofessional intimidation on social media, discriminatory practices in the classroom, and unclear representation as a Public Figure with invocations of the Vanderbilt name on her Facebook page." The allegations include Swain publicly humiliating students and grading minority, LGBT, and non-Christian students unfairly. None of these allegations have proven to be true. But if the investigation reveals that they are, and these students really hope that happens, the next demand is for Vanderbilt to offer mandatory diversity training for all faculty, including Swain, and to conduct a review to see if her views could be misconstrued as speaking for the university. And until all of this has been settled to the satisfaction of students, Swain is to be suspended. The petition included links to several op-eds by Swain to highlight her "dangerous" beliefs. Racists, Tigers and Chickens Come Home to Roost — Oh My! 
The freshman class at the University of Missouri must be the most racist, sexist and homophobic student body in America. After all, it was just last year that Mizzou was lauded by the Leftmedia for its tolerance and inclusion after rallying around Michael Sam, the star football player who had recently announced his homosexuality to the world. Since the faculty is largely unchanged, the only conclusion we can draw from the recent resignation of university president Tim Wolfe is that he recruited a bunch of racist students over the last year and now must be punished for his sins. How else does one explain Mizzou going from the gold standard of tolerance and diversity to a hotbed of racism, sexism and homophobia in just a single year?
The impetus for the unfolding scandal was the hunger strike of Jonathan Butler, a black graduate student, which would not end, he declared, until "either Tim Wolfe is removed from office or my internal organs fail and my life is lost." Butler claimed the university had consistently failed to address incidents of intolerant behavior.
The primary complaint stems from an incident last month in which a white student jumped on a stage where black students were rehearsing a skit and allegedly shouted racial slurs. The evidence for Wolfe's indifference apparently comes from the fact that Wolfe, riding in his car during the homecoming parade a few days later, did not step out of the vehicle and prostrate himself before a mob of angry black protesters.

Furthermore, as CNN reports, the lower court claimed that the challenge from 26 states would likely succeed because the administration didn't follow the correct procedure — set out by law — for creating new regulations. Justice Department spokesman Patrick Rodenbush disagreed with the ruling. "The Department," he said, "is committed to taking steps that will resolve the immigration litigation as quickly as possible in order to allow DHS [Department of Homeland Security] to bring greater accountability to our immigration system by prioritizing the removal of the worst offenders, not people who have long ties to the United States and who are raising American children." If the administration decides to fight the law, the next step is to ask the Supreme Court to review the case. Hilly Clinton, saying that the biggest issue of the 2016 election will be the economy, insists that Republicans have offered no solutions, only complaints, while also bearing the blame: "They say, 'Well, this recovery is so slow.' Really? Why did we need a recovery? What was the original sin here? It was bad Republican policies!"
Two points. First the "original sin" was not "bad Republican policies" but Bill Clinton's mortgage policies. Clinton’s rules, in effect, applied affirmative action to the lending industry — which is to say the economic crisis was not a “free market failure” caused by "Republican policies" but was instead the result of socially engineered financial policy by the central government. The mortgage markets welcomed their new customers with open arms, fueling a real estate boom across the board. Eventually, the housing market of cards collapsed, which in turn led to the collapse of financial markets — just in time for Barack nObama's election in 2008.

Oh, So That's What a Real Debate Looks Like From the moment Tuesday night's fourth Republican debate began, it was obvious the night would be a stark contrast to the third debate, in which the moderators served as the Democrats super PAC attack dogs. Maria Bartiromo and Neil Cavuto of the Fox Business Channel and Gerard Baker, editor in chief of The Wall Street Journal, deserve praise for not getting in the way of a substantive debate. They got right to the point and allowed the candidates to be the focus. "[T]he purpose of tonight’s debate," Cavuto began, is "the economy and what each of you would do to improve it, no more no less."
There were fewer candidates on stage last night, too, as Mike Huckabee and Chris Christie were demoted to the "undercard" debate due to poor polling. Fewer candidates meant more speaking time for each one, and the result was positive. The tone was far more substantive, allowing each candidate to present his or her economic case — with some venturing into national security — to the American people without having to combat the moderators. On the other hand, most of the candidates were able to comfortably repeat talking points without being challenged.
Overall, the picture of the candidates remained largely unchanged. Marco Rubio is a good debater and a good candidate. Ted Cruz continues to impress, and once again won points for zinging the media. (Don't be surprised if the primary comes down to those two men, or if they end up joining forces on the ticket.) Carly Fiorina is well rehearsed and focused. Ben Carson's warm personality and down-to-earth observations often compensate for his unpolished policy chops. Jeb Bush avoided any unforced errors this time, but did little to improve his standing. John Kasich continues to run against his own party instead of the Democrats and his peevishness is tiresome. MILWAUKEE -- The fourth Republican presidential debate is done and there weren’t any earthquakes. But in the more than a month until the next contest, there will be lots to consider.

David Deptula said, in answer to a question, “You can do things better with smaller staffs.” He added that also would address the risk-adverse environment in the defense bureaucracy. He specifically called for a 25 percent cut in Office of the Secretary of Defense. “Defense institutions are stuck in the last century,” said Deptula, currently dean of the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies. Politico's Leftmedia Hatchet Job on Ben Carson 
Here's a case study in Leftmedia charades: Find something a conservative black candidate said that can be twisted into something he did not say, and run with it as an exclusive, hoping most of your readers are too stupid to discern the difference.
On Friday, Politico posted a hit piece on the surging GOP presidential candidate entitled, "Ben Carson Admits Fabricating West Point Scholarship." The essence of the piece was that Politico conflated Carson's story in his book, "Gifted Hands," about being offered a scholarship to West Point by Gen. William Westmoreland with Carson claiming he applied or received an appointment to the academy.
In fact, Carson has always been clear that he neither applied nor received an appointment. "As overjoyed as I felt to be offered such a scholarship, I wasn’t really tempted," he wrote in his book. "The scholarship would have obligated me to spend four years in military service after I finished college, precluding my chances to go on to medical school. I knew my direction — I wanted to be a doctor, and nothing would divert me or stand in the way."
After taking heat from all quarters about the inaccuracy of this piece of yellow journalism, Politico's Kyle Cheney quietly corrected the title to read, "Carson claimed West Point 'scholarship' but never applied." In effect, Cheney admitted that the Politico story was the real fabrication.

Clinton Signed NDA, Didn't Send 'Top Secret' Info
It was almost certain that Hilly Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) when she took her post as secretary of state, but now, thanks to a Freedom of Information Act request, we know she signed one — a day after assuming office. The agreement states, "I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation." Hundreds of classified emails have been found on her private and unsecured email server. Ignorance was never an excuse, but the discovery of the NDA seals the fact that she lied.
Meanwhile, however, one particular dispute between departments has been resolved in Clinton's favor. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper's office concluded that two of Clinton's emails did not contain "top secret" information. Previously, Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III had determined that some of Clinton's email included "information classified up to TOP SECRET//SI/TK/NOFORN." So is Clapper's overruling a case of the nObama administration circling the wagons for the Democrat nominee? Either way, it matters little. Not only is the review ongoing, but Hilly Clinton's record of malfeasance is well established. History is behind Little Sisters, as the Court ruled last year that Hobby Lobby, a privately owned business, did not have to provide health care coverage that violated the owners' religious beliefs. Economists Expected a Scare but Oct. Jobs Report Not Bad 
The U.S. economy added 271,000 jobs in October and the unemployment rate fell a tenth of a point to 5%. After the discouraging jobs reports for August and September, economists feared the worst for the Bureau of Labor Statistics' October jobs report. For months, the economy has struggled to add enough jobs to keep pace with population growth, and economists thought the October report would say America gained only 185,000 jobs. Yet by some indicators in the report, the economy seems to be slowly turning around. Even the alternative measure of unemployment, the U-6 rate, dropped from September’s 10% to 9.8% for October. The BLS revised up its employment numbers for the late summer, reporting the economy added an additional 12,000 jobs. And while many of October’s hires were possibly in preparation for the holidays (44,000 jobs were added in the retail trade sector), the most notable areas of growth were in health care and professional and business services.
This encouraging report may precipitate Federal Reserve action on interest rates in December. The Washington Post reported ahead of BLS’s release that investors saw a 50% chance the Fed would raise interest rates next month. The report also means the economy could yet break free of Barack nObama’s economic quagmire. That’s good news, but it could prove politically challenging. As the American Enterprise Institute’s James Pethokoukis tweeted, “GOP couldn’t beat nObama with 8% unemployment. Can they beat Hilly when it’s 4% next November?”

Zombie Ex-Im Bank Is Undead
As Ronald Reagan once said, “The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a government program.” He was all too right. “The House on Wednesday night rejected efforts to derail a renewal of the Export-Import Bank, virtually assuring a new life for the agency,” reports The Hill.
“Supporters of the 81-year-old bank highlighted the 313-118 House vote last week — 127 Republicans voted in support — in favor of reviving Ex-Im as proof of the strong support in Congress.”
As we noted before its temporary expiration, the bank is a little-known federal agency that gives loans to foreign customers to buy U.S. goods. In practice it’s little more than a mechanism for Big Government to choose Big Business winners and losers. The first warning that the bank would be a cronyism cesspool was when the father of modern Big Government, FDR, created it by executive order in 1934. The second warning is that Ex-Im’s biggest defenders are cronyists in Congress and in huge companies like GE and Boeing, the latter of which benefits from 30% of the bank’s financing — nearly $70 billion over the last seven years to foreign purchasers of its products.
Rep. Stephen Fincher (R-TN), who led the GOP charge to reinstate the bank, said Wednesday that “this is a Republican reform bill, [and] we should be happy when Democrats want to cross the aisle to support Republican ideas.” He added, “It’s sad when people put their political scorecards above their constituents.” No, it’s sad when Republicans abandon the Constitution and free-market principles in favor of cronyism. The 27th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, which began on Sunday, came to a close Thursday in Dubai. The United States was represented by EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy, who urged an amendment to the Montreal Protocol that would require a global reduction in hydrofluorocarbons. In an op-ed for The Guardian, she wrote, “Our planet’s fragile ozone layer is on a path toward full restoration by about 2050. But there’s a hitch: the success has hinged largely on replacing ozone-depleting substances with hydrofluorocarbon (HFCs) — chemicals we now know are highly damaging to the environment.” Consequently, McCarthy now advocates a universal policy curbing HFCs in equipment and material like air conditioners, refrigerators and insulation. She continues:
“It was the 1987 Montreal Protocol, one of the most successful environmental treaties in history, which led to HFCs replacing ozone-destroying pollutants. On 1 November, at the international meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in Dubai, the United States will make a powerful case for better management of HFC pollution worldwide. Because of the importance of taking aggressive action on these chemicals to achieve global climate goals, I will be leading the United States delegation at that meeting. … Solutions are here, and it’s time to amend the Montreal Protocol to reflect that.”

Democrats' Misplaced Faith Kentucky House Speaker Greg Stumbo, a Democrat, tried to rally dispirited party members in an odd speech following Tuesday’s election losses. At times, Stumbo sounded more like a preacher speaking to his flock than a politician. The primary takeaway is that Democrats have no idea how to talk about faith, and they are particularly guilty of making Christianity into nothing more than a religion about Big Government. The IRS pays individuals an average of $6,200/yr for operating imaginary businesses. According to a report issued by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, the IRS is defrauded up to $16 billion annually by tax filers claiming Earned Income Tax Credits on their tax return. Randall Sorensen, CPA has developed technology that will identify one million phantom businesses and recover $960 million for the U.S. Treasury.

Here is how tax frauds have been pulling the wool over the eyes of the IRS. Jane Doe the mother of two, claims income of $14,700 from an imaginary cleaning business. Since she doesn’t really have a business, Jane doesn’t need to purchase any brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies of mops. For Jane’s efforts she will qualify for federal tax credits of $7,100. Before the US Treasury deposits a tax refund of $5,000 into her bank account, they make a deposit into Jane Doe’s social security retirement account for $2,100. Egyptian and Russian officials say it was not an act of terrorism that downed a Russian passenger plane over the Sinai Peninsula Saturday, killing all 224 people on board. Hossam Kamal, the Egyptian minister for civil aviation, said Thursday, "The investigation team does not have yet any evidence or data confirming this hypothesis." However, U.S. intelligence witnessed a flash of light on an infrared military satellite, which could have been caused by an exploding fuel tank or a bomb. Additionally, members of the intelligence community have told the American press in off-record interviews that they picked up jihadist chatter about the downed plane. This comes as the Islamic State franchise operating in the Sinai Peninsula released a recording taking credit for the aviation disaster. So far, America has no skin in the game. It's not part of the investigation, and most of the civilian deaths were Russians. But its theory is backed by British intelligence, which also theorizes that a bomb planted on the aircraft sent it tumbling from the sky. And Britain is worried enough to suspend flights in the region. It is in Russian and Egyptian interests to deny the incident was a terrorist attack in an effort to present a façade of security. Egypt has its tourism dollars to defend. Russia has ignored the Islamic State in order to bomb Syrian rebels battling the Assad regime. Bad News: Global Warming Is Ruining Sex Lives
What does climate change have to do with sex? According to a new study — and no, we're not making this up — global warming is heating up everything except people's love lives. "Climate change has been blamed for many things over the years. Never, until now, has anyone thought it was possible to see it as a kind of contraceptive," writes Bloomberg's Eric Roston. Apparently, global warming is the one contraceptive alarmists won't embrace. "Hot weather leads to diminished 'coital frequency,' according to a new working paper put out by the National Bureau of Economic Research. Three economists studied 80 years of U.S. fertility and temperature data and found that when it's hotter than 80 degrees F, a large decline in births follows within 10 months. Would-be parents tend not to make up for lost time in subsequent, cooler months. An extra 'hot day' ... leads to a 0.4 percent drop in birth rates nine months later, or 1,165 fewer deliveries across the U.S. A rebound in subsequent months makes up just 32 percent of the gap."
Assuming no significant steps are taken to curb greenhouse gases, the study predicts 2.6% fewer births between 2070 and 2099 in the U.S. as the number of 80-degree days will allegedly rise. But since when are they worried about insufficient childbirths? The subtitle to the Bloomberg article states that "fewer babies would be bad news" — and we agree. But some warmists advocate population controls as a panacea to climate change. Moreover, according to Roston, "Control over the climate at home might make a difference [in sexual intercourse]. The researchers suggest that the rise of air conditioning may have helped offset some heat-related fertility losses in the U.S. since the 1970s." But air conditioning contributes to CO2 emissions in the atmosphere. Are they now suggesting more of that is now a good thing? Ousted: San Fran Sheriff Who Released Illegal Murderer Among the numerous off-year election losses for Democrats around the country in Tuesday, San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi was ousted in a landslide loss to Vicki Hennessy, a former sheriff's official. Mirkarimi wasn't exactly the most competent sheriff, having failed a marksmanship test and briefly lost his driver's license after an unreported accident. But his real claim to infamy was the deliberate release of Mexican illegal immigrant Francisco Sanchez, who subsequently murdered Kate Steinle this past summer and thus became the ugly face of sanctuary city policies. Sanchez was deported several times and federal immigration officials requested that Mirkarimi hold him, but the sheriff refused. While Hennessy mildly criticized Mirkarimi for the release, it doesn't appear she's exactly a border hawk or that the release was the only or even primary factor in Mirkarimi's defeat. San Francisco became a sanctuary city for illegals in 1989, and even in the face of Steinle's murder, the city council unanimously refused to change that. So while Mirkarimi's defeat is welcome, this is still Nancy Pulosi's territory. We don't expect any seismic shifts away from mindless leftism.

nObama Proves to Be a Heavy Load for Dems Just three days after Halloween, the specter of Barack nObama’s disastrous presidency haunted voting booths across the country, delivering sweeping — and in some cases stunning — victories for Republicans nationwide.
Most newsworthy was conservative Republican Matt Bevin’s upset win over state Attorney General Jack Conway to secure Kentucky’s governorship. Nearly every poll leading up to the election showed Conway in the lead, but Bevin delivered a nine-point win in the only poll that matters — counted votes. He became just the second Republican governor elected in the last half century. And Bevin is hardly a middle-of-the-road Republican. He openly campaigned on his conservative social positions and vocally supported county clerk Kim Davis in her refusal to issue same-sex marriage licenses.
By the way, Bevin’s lieutenant governor-elect is Jenean Hampton, a self-made woman who worked herself up from poverty, retired from the Air Force at the rank of Captain, and is a Tea Party candidate endorsed by Rand Paul. And she's the first black woman to be elected to a statewide office in Kentucky.
Bevin and Hampton weren't alone in tasting victory in the Bluegrass State. Down-ballot, the incumbent state auditor, Adam Edelen, whom Democrats hoped would challenge Sen. Paul next year, was ousted by Republican State Rep. Mike Harmon. Once again, the Obama regime and liberals at large are trying to spare the oh-so-delicate feelings of an element of our society that simply doesn’t give a crap about anything, anyone else and for that matter, themselves.
What Lynch is talking about, what she is calling “justice-involved youth” are punks, thieves, delinquents, thugs, drug users and whatever else today’s youths do to break the law. It seems, to her, the Obama regime and assorted liberals and socialists, all those little criminals need is a new label, a round or 2 of Kumbaya and an atta boy or girl to make them productive members of society.
They aren’t society’s losers…not according to the liberal/socialist agenda anyway…what they are is participants and being called “justice-involved youths” is their trophy…their reward for just showing up.
We can’t damage their complete lack of self-esteem by calling them exactly what they are now can we? No…we must somehow find a way to make them feel more proud of their criminal activity by calling them what they are most certainly not.

Thousands of Demo Voters Released From Prison 
A month ago, we reported that Barack nObama's Justice Department was making plans to release 6,000 "nonviolent" federal prisoners in what is essentially one of the largest jailbreaks in U.S. history. That release happened over the weekend. The vast majority were incarcerated for drug offenses (not just marijuana), and as Gary Bauer writes, "20% of the 6,000 offenders just released were also in jail for illegal firearms possession while committing drug offenses." So much for gun control and background checks. Word is the administration is considering another 8,500 prisoners for release next year. And you thought Bill Clinton issued a lot of pardons on the way out of office.
According to The New York Times, "The releases result from decisions last year by the [United States Sentencing Commission], an independent body that sets guideline ranges for federal sentences. Until 2005, those guidelines were mandatory; now they are advisory, but remain a starting point for judges."
Meanwhile, Paul Sperry of Investor's Business Daily reports, "Internal government documents I've obtained show that the administration figures as many as 43% may re-offend within five years of release. The recidivism rate might be even higher than that, prison officials warn, because the administration hasn't provided probation officers the resources to properly supervise the waves of inmates it's releasing prematurely."
A third of the released prisoners are illegal aliens that will be deported (he promises!). But many of the other 4,000 will create more headaches for victims of crime and more work for police. Speaking of police, crime is on the rise this year, and many blame nObama's racist police rhetoric for the spike. Great time to release 6,000 criminals. As we've said before, we understand the need for real prison and sentencing reform, and some of these 6,000 are probably worthy of freedom. But releasing a bunch of prisoners could come back and bite nObama just like Willie Horton did for Michael Dukakis. -The Patriot Post

Kentucky Derby Goes to GOP
Could the gubernatorial race in Kentucky be a harbinger for the 2016 election? Riding the same momentum that has propelled Donald Trump and Ben Carson to the forefront of the GOP presidential primary, Republican Matt Bevin, also a political outsider, won Kentucky's governors race Tuesday. Confounding pollsters who expected Bevin's Democrat challenger to prevail, Bevin won by about nine percentage points. This turns Kentucky, a traditionally Democrat stronghold dating back 44 years, into a red state because Democrats now control only the state's House, and weakly at that. Furthermore, as National Review's John Fund points out, Bevin's lieutenant governor-elect is Jenean Hampton, a self-made woman who worked herself up from poverty, retired from the Air Force at the rank of Captain, and is a Tea Party candidate endorsed by Rand Paul. Oh, did we mention she is the first black woman to be elected to a Kentucky statewide office? Let the Left ponder that one.
This was just one of the conservative victories across the nation, and it shows a voter dissatisfaction with the top-down leftist policies coming out of Washington. For example, many Kentucky voters threw their support behind Bevin because their health care premiums spiked thanks to nObamaCare. Who says local politics don't matter?

Democrats' Minimum Wage Demands Keep Going Up
Democrat politicians have been raising their demands on how high to raise the minimum wage. Democrat socialist Bernie Sanders supports hiking the national wage to $15 an hour — double the current minimum wage of $7.50. Hilly Clinton told an audience in Iowa Tuesday, "Twelve [dollars an hour] would give us a good solid increase." It was just two years ago that Democrats were being "progressive" by seeking to raise the minimum wage to $10.10, with Barack nObama being one of the most vocal supporters. While the inflating policy proposals probably make for great headlines and campaign promises (Democrats will give you free stuff by forcing your employer to pay you more than your job is worth!), even Democrat voters know when enough is enough. Among the notable local elections around the country, voters in Portland, Maine, rejected a proposal to raise the city's minimum wage from the federal minimum to $15 an hour — over concerns that it would hurt small business, just as it already is in Seattle. The city in the liberal Northeast will still raise its wage — it will go up to $10.10 Jan. 1 — but it shows how some Democrats are out of step with their base. And remember: Democrats are for minimum wages, Republicans are for maximum wages. People should be paid as much as possible, just not through government mandate.

He is handsome, has a winning personality, exhibited message discipline during the campaign, and is a talented dancer. There’s a sense we in the West have entered a new screwball phase. Watching Mr. Trudeau’s victory speech, I remembered the columnist Dorothy Thompson reaction on watching the newly inaugurated President John F. Kennedy. There’s something not fully stable there, she thought. But we have to let history do what it enjoys doing, which is surprising us.

Jim Jordan suggested the administration used a protest over an anti-Islam video as a cover story for what Mrs. Clinton knew to be a planned and deliberate terrorist attack. He suggested a motive: The attack came less than two months before the 2012 election. He presented proof she knew Benghazi wasn’t a popular protest about a video. She never really answered the charges, falling back on quickly unfolding events, confusion, a fluid situation. She dodged, and it was obvious. “I wrote a whole chapter about this in my book,” she attempted. She pretended the line of questioning was an insult to those who died. No, it was an insult to her. She was passive-aggressive: “I’m sorry that it doesn’t fit your narrative, Congressman.” She later spoke of how wounding it is to have one’s assertions received with such skepticism. This was unpersuasive.

The ordinance prohibited discrimination based upon a number of protected categories, most of which were uncontroversial and already covered by state and federal laws. That was the window dressing. The real issue concerned banning discrimination based on the amorphous social construct known as “sexual orientation” and the even more problematic “gender identity.”
Particularly galling to HERO supporters was the opposition’s succinct slogan: “No Men in Women’s Bathrooms.” Once voters understood the issue in those terms the ordinance was doomed. HERO’s supporters count the slogan as one of the most egregious “lies” told in a vicious smear campaign. The only problem is that it happens to be true.
A little background on HERO would be appropriate here. The original HERO legislation debated in the Houston City Council in 2014 explicitly stated that any person would be allowed to use “public” restrooms consistent with his or her “gender identity.” In plain English that means that dudes would be allowed into ladies’ rooms—provided that those dudes believe in their heart of hearts that they were born with incorrect body parts…or simply claim to. Women changing into their sweats at a Curves gym might look up and see a guy standing there in all his naked glory; and as long as that guy proclaims himself to be a woman, the law would indulge his delusion.
But this version of the bill was not meant to be; so Mayor Parker, liar that she is, decided to drop the explicit bathroom language from the bill while assuring supporters that the change had zero impact on the law’s effects. According to the Houston Chronicle: “The proposed amendment would remove that paragraph [concerning bathrooms] of the expansive ordinance. Transgender people barred access to a restroom still would be able to file a discrimination complaint to the city’s Office of Inspector General under the process outlined for all protected characteristics, such as race and veteran status.” Mayor Parker later tweeted: “To my trans sisters/brothers: you’re still fully protected in Equal Rights Ordinance. We’re simply removing language that singled you out.”
How can her tweet be interpreted as anything other than an admission that her supposed compromise on the bathroom issue was in fact a smokescreen? She clearly understood that the people of Houston would never swallow this bitter pill without first being lulled into believing that it has nothing to do with creepy dudes in ladies’ rooms—which it does. Both sides know HERO is about bathrooms but only one side wants to talk about it. Stealth is the Left’s watchword.
Predictably, the Houston Chronicle also ran an article bemoaning the intransigent opposition. The subtitle of the article shouted: “Compromise suggested for city ordinance not enough for some GOP, faith leaders.” Oh, those stubborn conservatives, when will they ever learn the value of compromise?
Perhaps conservatives didn’t want to “compromise” with the homofascist mayor because she’d already admitted that the exclusion of bathroom language didn’t alter the law one iota. A compromise without concessions from both sides is no compromise at all. That’s just caving. And why should HERO opponents cave when they have the voters behind them?
It should come as no surprise that the Houston Chronicle endorsed HERO twice. Nor should it surprise anyone that the same Chronicle reporter, Jayme Fraser, wrote both articles—the one that essentially admitted that the new HERO was the same as the old HERO, and the one that portrayed conservative leaders as rigidly opposed to any compromise. Fraser can’t claim ignorance. She knew that Mayor Parker’s compromise was bogus and yet she still wrote a ludicrous article implying that the anti-HERO camp was stubbornly refusing to meet HERO supporters halfway.
Liberals are generally pretty bad at compromise and the homofascist subset is absolutely incapable of it. This is the Civil Rights Movement all over again and you’re Bull Connor. Ergo, they get everything and you get nothing. They don’t always get their way because sometimes they just lose; but they never settle for half a loaf and they absolutely never give up.
On occasion, they’ll offer a faux compromise of the variety that Parker proposed. Other times they try the incrementalist approach—“settling” for a partial victory, only to return shortly thereafter wanting to renegotiate the deal. After three or four partial victories they find that they’ve achieved everything they wanted. But most of the time the LGBTQXYZ activists don’t even do that. They concoct phony hate crimes, they riot, they sue, they get people fired from their jobs, and occasionally they even murder people. When they finally taste sweet victory they run the rainbow banner up the flagpole and declare #Lovewins!
If you want to know how averse the tolerance bullies are to compromise, consider the pickle that suburban Palatine, Illinois has found itself in trying to accommodate a delusional high school student who thinks he’s a girl. The boy has made a plethora of demands to which his high school has readily acceded including the use of feminine pronouns. The school has even allowed him to join girls’ sports teams and to use the girls’ locker room. The final stumbling block to a copasetic agreement is that the school wants him to disrobe behind a curtain for the sake of the other girls’—which to say the actual girls’—privacy.
Not. Good. Enough.
The gender dysphoric student sued the school with the support of the ACLU and the Obama Administration. According to an AP story: “The district could lose up to $6 million in federal funding if it can’t reach a deal with the [Department of Education Office of Civil Rights], which has said the privacy curtains are discriminatory unless all the girls are required to use them.” Actually, none of the girls are required to use them. The only one who has to use a curtain is the boy who refuses to change in the appropriate locker room.
Officials at the Department of Education appear to share the boy’s mental illness. “Unfortunately, Township High School District 211 is not following the law because the district continues to deny a female student the right to use the girls’ locker room,” said a spokesperson.
Uh…not exactly. This isn’t a story about a female student not being allowed to use the girls’ locker room. It’s not even a story about a male student not being allowed to use the girls’ locker room. It’s a story about a male student with full access to the girls’ locker room but who still isn’t satisfied because he has to change behind a curtain.
I must admit though that I understand why he cannot accept even this tiny compromise. The curtain will always be a reminder that the school is humoring him. They’ll only go so far in treating him like one of the girls—because he isn’t. Intolerable! Everyone must be forced to believe the Big Lie. This is a “civil rights issue” and nothing less than total capitulation will suffice. We wouldn’t meet Jim Crow supporters halfway, would we?
We lost the last war with the homofascists because we tried to accommodate them. We thought we could offer them civil unions—all the benefits of marriage without the word. They weren’t satisfied. We thought we could let them do their thing and it would never affect us, but soon they were forcing us to be unwilling participants in their sham weddings, demanding to use church-owned property for their ceremonies, and dismantling long-standing codes of conduct for teachers at religious schools. There is no “live and let live” with these people. It’s absolute servility or pitched battle, nothing in between.
