I wanted to share the following recent article that reveals that Trump will declare the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization-You Decide:

“Walid Phares, a top-foreign policy adviser to U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, said the Trump administration will sign a bill that designates the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
Phares told Egyptian Youm7 on Wednesday that: “Trump considers the Muslim Brotherhood a dangerous group that fuels the Jihadist ideology, thus he seeks for a military strike against the group and will not politically contain the group as Obama and H. Clinton did”.
In February, the US House Judiciary Committee approved legislation calling for the US State Department to designate the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt as a foreign terrorist organization.
The State Department has done nothing.
Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE have called the Brotherhood a terrorist organization.
If Trump does do this, what becomes of all of those employees at DHS? Then there are the poisonous little offspring groups like CAIR and ISNA for example, like the ones that are banned in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

You won’t like the translation from Wikipedia.
Ash-shaʻb yurīd isqāṭ an-niẓām means “the people want to bring down the regime”. It is a political slogan associated with the Arab Spring.The slogan first emerged during the Tunisian Revolution.
It’s unclear what he is referencing here but he has been to the White House twice.
The Obama administration and Hillary Clinton colluded with the Brotherhood during the Arab Spring in Egypt and in Libya. Huma Abedin, Hillary’s closest advisor, has a late father, mother, brother and sister closely tied to the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda-linked organizations.
In 2013, Senator John McCain met with various rebels in a safe-house in Syria. Among those present was Islamic State leader al-Baghdad according to this report and the attached photo.

Frank Gaffney of the Center for Security Policy is now reportedly advising Trump's transition team. The media is reporting this with lots of scare quotes about his views on "Islam". Pretty soon there will be interviews with more preemptively frightened Muslims. Though I imagine even the media will grow tired of faking those after two or three months. The public will have long since tuned out.
Frank Gaffney is a serious expert. And having him actually in a place of influence would matter more than some of the celebrity names being tossed around.
He's made fighting the Muslim Brotherhood into a major priority. And the Brotherhood is a bigger threat than ISIS. And he would be one of the experts who makes the Brotherhood's American bases very nervous indeed.

Gaffney said one of Trump’s most important tasks will be “stopping, designating, rolling up the Muslim Brotherhood in America as the terrorist organization it is.”
 
“It’s going to be vital to everything else he’s trying to do. We’ve got to stop taking counsel from them, direction from them, and allowing them to operate in our midst subversively, and that’s what’s been going on for some fifty years now,” he said.”

The Leftmedia really blew it in this election cycle, not because they misread opinion, but because they tried to dictate it. And The New York Times was at the forefront of that effort, including its August front-page call to abandon what was left of objective journalism in favor of defeating Donald Trump. On Friday, the paper's publisher, Arthur Sulzberger Jr., penned a letter to readers promising to "reflect" on the paper's coverage. He wrote, "We aim to rededicate ourselves to the fundamental mission of Times journalism. That is to report America and the world honestly, without fear or favor." If you believe the Times has the slightest intent to report honestly after Trump's election — especially when the same letter claims to "believe we reported on both candidates fairly" — we have some oceanfront property in Arizona to sell you. Likewise if you buy that anyone at the Times thinks they, and not Trump's voters, are the ones who blew it.
          New York Post columnist and former Times reporter Michael Goodwin got it right: "Because [the Times] demonized Trump from start to finish, it failed to realize he was onto something. And because the paper decided that Trump's supporters were a rabble of racist rednecks and homophobes, it didn't have a clue about what was happening in the lives of the Americans who elected the new president." The real purpose of Sulzberger's letter was to stop the bleed of subscribers. What do American citizens do when things don't go their way? Well, if they're California leftists they call for secession "to become [their] own nation." As Silicon Valley venture capitalist Shervin Pishevar said, "It's the most patriotic thing I can do." That's right, for some California leftists the definition of patriotism is to leave one's country when the opposing political party wins the election.
          As liberals across the nation struggle to come to grips with the election of Donald Trump, California Democrats may feel it more acutely than others. When the Trump Team Comes Looking for
the Secrets of liar-nObama’s Iran File

{aim.org} ~ Thursday’s cordial meeting between President-elect Donald Trump and President Barack liar-nObama was a reassuring ritual of democracy. But liar-nObama was far from convincing when he told Trump “we are now going to do everything we can to help you succeed.” There are some highly disparate ideas here about what constitutes success, both foreign and domestic. There are also big areas in which one might reasonably wonder if liar-nObama and his team are in a quandary over the prospect of a Trump administration inheriting the internal records of the most transparent administration ever.

Take, for instance, the Iran nuclear deal, liar-nObama’s signature foreign policy legacy, the chief accomplishment of his second term. The liar-nObama administration’s Iran file has been a realm of murk, crammed with dangerous concessions and secret side deals for terror-sponsoring Tehran — to a degree that has left some critics wondering if liar-nObama’s real aim was to empower Iran as the hegemon of the Middle East equipped with ballistic missiles to complement its “exclusively peaceful” nuclear program.

The cherry on top — officially separate from the nuclear deal, but highly coincident — was the liar-nObama administration’s secret conveyance to Iran early this year of cash totaling $1.7 billion for the settlement of an old claim against the United States.

Like liar-nObama’s other legacy achievement, the unaffordable Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. liar-nObamacare, these Iran dealings were so intricate, extensive and opaque that we are still discovering just how duplicitous the official narratives were. liar-nObama never submitted the Iran nuclear deal as a treaty for ratification by the Senate. Instead, he rushed the deal to the United Nations Security Council for approval less than a week after the final text was announced, and left Congress wrestling through the ensuing weeks, during the summer of 2015, to try to extract vital details from the elusive liar-nObama and his team, subject to a legislative bargain so convoluted that the process, and the deal, never came to a vote.

For simplicity’s sake, let’s focus on the $1.7 billion “settlement” paid to Iran, which liar-nObama and Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry, apparently with no prior notice to Congress, announced this past January.  liar-nObama and hanoi-Kerry did not mention at the time that the administration was shelling out the funds in cash, to be airlifted into Iran — a form of payment especially handy for Iran’s illicit ventures, such as terrorism and procurement for its ballistic missile program the usual role of ballistic missiles — which Iran has continued testing — being to carry nuclear weapons, which liar-nObama has assured us Iran under his deal is not developing.

liar-nObama and his team also neglected to mention that $1.3 billion of his administration’s cash bonanza for Tehran had come from the pockets of American taxpayers, via an obscure channel at Treasury called the Judgment Fund. It took months before such specifics came to light, which they did thanks not to the administration, but to the efforts of the press, and a number of persistent questioners in Congress — to whom the administration sent tardy and evasive replies.

Questions continue to swirl around this cash-for-Iran arrangement. Was it a ransom for American prisoners released by Iran on the same day the liar-nObama administration announced the $1.7 billion settlement? The liar-nObama administration has repeatedly asked the public to swallow the logical fallacy that because it is not U.S. policy to pay ransom, this was not a ransom.

Why did the administration — until outed in August and September in a series of stories by the press — make a secret of the cash, the conduits and the dates of delivery? What were — what are — the full terms of this confidential arrangement? Which, according to a Sept. 29 report in The Wall Street Journal, included, as part of a package of three secret documents signed in Geneva, U.S. backing for the lifting of UN sanctions on two Iranian state banks blacklisted for financing Iran’s ballistic missile program.

Why have the relevant texts of all this wheeling and dealing been kept secret? Why has the administration repeatedly stonewalled questions from Congress? What were the machinations behind liar-nObama’s claim, after The Wall Street Journal on August 3 broke the story of the first tranche of $400 million in cash for Iran, that the U.S. government had no choice but to pay Iran with a mountain of hard-currency banknotes? Based on what internal calculus did the administration refuse to provide public confirmation for another few weeks — until after the news broke in the press — that the additional $1.3 billion in taxpayers funds had also been paid in cash? On the basis of what information, precisely, did Attorney General Loretta Lynch certify that Treasury paying out those tax dollars to Iran was in the interest of the United States?

The government of terror-sponsoring Iran knows the answers to many of these questions. The American public does not. But we can reasonably speculate that as this cash-for-Iran saga unfolded, it left a trail of records within the liar-nObama administration. Classified, quite likely — but surely there are some illuminating documents that someone with the proper clearances might wish to read.

Once upon a time, we would have called this a paper trail; these days it would more likely be digital. But at the very least, there ought to be the secret texts, the related justifications, requisitions and all the to-and-fro that would presumably be involved in the State Department, the Pentagon and Treasury at the behest of the Justice Department, on behalf of State, with the blessing of President liar-nObama, secretly organizing cash shipments totaling $1.7 billion for Iran — and then, for months, despite persistent questions from Congress and the press, covering it up. Add to that the overlap — or was it, as appears more likely, the coordination? — of all that clandestinely conveyed cash with the return of American hostages. Then amplify this scene dramatically, to include the manufacturing of the mothership Iran nuclear deal itself, and the related handling of sanctions (which, as the 2014-2015 Iran talks stretched out from the initially planned six months to 17, appeared, despite administration protests to the contrary, to be ever more casually enforced).

Which brings us back to America’s presidential election a mere three days ago, in which it sure looks like liar-nObama and his team were blind-sided by Trump’s defeat of liar-Hillary Clinton. Misled by their own narratives, by their echo chamber in the press, by erroneous polls, by the same arrogance that begat the presidential rule of pen-and-phone and Ben-Rhodes-narratives, liar-nObama and his team were expecting a handover to liar-Hillary. She might not agree with them on everything, but as a former insider herself, as a candidate who was running to continue liar-nObama’s trajectory and cement his legacies, she wasn’t someone whose access to the Iran file was likely to cause anyone currently in the White House to lose sleep (provided she’d really ditched her non-secure home-server proclivities).

And then liar-Hillary lost.

Instead, here comes Trump. It’s a good bet that until Tuesday night, the liar-nObama White House never expected any such imminent intrusion by the Trump team into its closets. Trump has called the Iran nuclear deal “disastrous,” and has said, variously, that he’ll dismantle the Iran nuclear deal, or renegotiate it. On Thursday, one of Trump’s foreign policy advisers, Walid Phares, told CNN that Trump will demand changes in the deal.

Whatever Trump does with the Iran deal, once he takes office he’s entitled to have access to what’s actually in it — preserved in full, including any secret documents, understandings, promises or related bargains. This should include information that holds the answers to a great many lingering questions, among them the full rationale and terms of liar-nObama’s prolific concessions to Iran — not least, the $1.7 billion cash payola to the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism.

Even with such access, assuming the records are in good-faith preserved and turned over in full, disentangling the truth from the liar-nObama narrative could be complicated. Andy McCarthy, on PJMedia, warns the Trump transition team against trusting liar-nObama’s politicized intelligence on ISIS and al-Qaeda. It would be folly to rule out similar bias on Iran.

But if liar-nObama has any desire to see his signature Iran deal sustained, presumably he, or his team, will have to divulge to his successor whatever his end of this bargain actually and fully entails, beneath the narrative and behind the official gloss. Otherwise, with no particular help from Trump, the deal may implode anyway. For liar-nObama, during this transition period, it is, one might suppose, an unexpected and not entirely comfortable choice.

Celebrity Author Barry Donadio that found fame after writing his book "TWA Flight 800 First Responder Witness Account", is now being featured on Goodreads website. Barry Donadio released his book on September 16th 2013 after keeping his witness account confidential for 17 years. Donadio was one of the First Responders that answered the call to assist the downed TWA Flight 800 on July 17th 1996. He served with the East Moriches Community Ambulance in New York as an Emergency Medical Technician. Since then, he has become an advocate for those affected by the crash and all First Responders. 

On July 17th 2016, on the 20th anniversary of the crash, Mr. Donadio arranged for access to the East Moriches Coast Guard Station for some of the families of the victims of the flight. The East Moriches Coast Guard Station is where rescue operations originated on the night of the tragedy.

Arnold Ahlert: In yet another demonstration of their "respect" for the nation's laws and our Constitution, many leftists are calling for the elimination of the Electoral College following the election of Donald Trump. "The only reason he's president is because of an arcane, insane 18th century idea called the Electoral College," insists filmmaker Michael Moore. Like so many of his fellow travelers, Moore demonstrates a profound ignorance of a constitutional mechanism the Founding Fathers put in place to limit the power of what millions of Americans just voted against: an all-powerful federal government that has routinely ignored them.
          There is a reason this country is called the United States of America. It's because we are not a direct democracy, but a constitutional republic consisting of 50 separate entities plus the District of Columbia, operating under a federal umbrella. And while the Founders recognized the need for the extra layer of government, they were also extremely wary of politicians who would see it as an opportunity to eviscerate states' rights. The Electoral College was the vehicle they used to preserve those rights and simultaneously maintain democratic legitimacy.
          The process operates as follows. According to constitutional provisions and limits, each party chooses a slate of potential Electors, which are then chosen by the state's voters on Election Day. These 538 Electors — equal to the number of people in Congress plus three addition Electors from the District of Columbia — then convent in December to cast their ballots. Congress certifies the results in early January.
          There are no constitutional provisions or federal statutes that require Electors to abide the popular vote in some of their respective states. Thus it is unsurprising that ordinary leftists and their celebrity allies are circulating petitions urging the Electors to "go rogue" and ignore the wishes of their states' voters. Moreover, a group called FaithlessNow is targeting 160 Electors in 15 states Trump won that don't require a commitment to the winning candidate. In 25 states and the District of Columbia, Electors are bound by state law or pledges to cast their vote for a specific candidate. The penalties for failing to do so range from being replaced and/or paying a fine, to a fourth degree felony in New Mexico.
          Thankfully, the odds of reaching a critical mass of so-called "faithless Electors" is exceedingly slim. As the New York Times reveals, more than 99% of Electors have voted as pledged throughout the course of the nation's history, and the last faithless Elector was an anonymous Minnesota Democrat who cast his 2004 vote for VP candidate John Edwards instead of presidential candidate John hanoi-Kerry.
          Hence, some Americans — campus crybabies accommodated by canceled classes and exams, "disaster" counseling and other infantile coping mechanisms including Play-Doh, coloring books and therapy dogs; rent-a-mob thugs whose idea of democracy consists of violent protests, brutally beating up Trump supporters and inundating Twitter with Trump assassination threats; and those who wish to secede from the union — will be forced to deal with unpleasant reality.
          That goes double for a Leftmedia yet to discover that their overt bias during the campaign is very likely to result in Trump being able to talk right past them directly to the American public. And because they've already denigrated Trump and his supporters in every way possible, from calling him a misogynist, a homophobe, an Islamophobe, a racist, a bigot and a xenophobe, to enabling those comparing him to Hitler, Stalin and Satan, future attacks will ring increasingly hollower. In fact, by completely squandering the trust of the American public, the Leftmedia may have just accomplished the unthinkable: enabling their own irrelevancy.
          It's worth remembering that many of the same Americans now calling for the Electoral College's elimination were confident of a liar-Clinton victory precisely because they believed a blue state Electoral College-inspired "firewall" was impossible for Trump to overcome. Now that he has, they will continue their efforts, led by a group called the National Popular Vote, to further erode states' rights and require Electors to vote for the candidate who wins the national vote. NPV's efforts have been well-received, mostly by Democrat-controlled legislatures. Ten states and the District of Columbia representing a total of 165 Electoral votes have signed on. If they reach the 270 total required to elect a president, they will have effectively circumvented the Constitution to get their way. What else is new for leftists?
          If it were up to those in favor of eliminating the Electoral College, liar-Clinton would be heading for the Oval Office. Yet far more important, she would be doing so based on a huge vote advantage in only three states: New York, California and Illinois. Moreover, the votes in those states were undoubtedly driven by a big edge in four cities: New York City, Los Angeles San Francisco and Chicago.
          Now let's remember why Trump is president-elect: Millions of Americans rejected a cadre of arrogant and condescending elitists in government, media and academia united by their utter contempt for the "bitter clingers" who populate "flyover country." And yet, rather than come to grips with that rejection, the elitists and their followers would rather institutionalize their contempt, and effectively turn national elections into referendums controlled by a handful of populous locations. It is precisely the effort to prevent that from happening that gave rise to the Electoral College.
          In other words, the Founding Fathers recognized that direct democracy is "two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch." The wolves lost in 2016. And just like liar-Clinton, it's time they accepted it.  ~The Patriot Post

The 'yuge' numbers at Trump rallies and the enthusiasm missing from the comparable sparse attendees at liar-Clinton rallies. The only large crowds at liar-Hillary events were due to celebrity guests and entertainment not the candidate. Trump supporters came by the thousands just to see and hear what he had to say.

liar-Clinton's flaws

liar-Hillary was a very flawed candidate with her gender being her sole qualification. The Wikileaks proved again and again that her so-called experience in the State Department benefited her and the liar-Clinton Foundation not the country. It's really pathetic to hear her apologists blame sexism for the reason she lost to Trump. Most of those on the right would have voted in a heartbeat for a woman like Condoleezza Rice, one of the most highly qualified individuals in public service. It wasn't liar-Hillary the woman who lost. It was liar-Hillary the undeserving and corrupt who did.

Faulty polls

Wikileaks also exposed the collusion with the liar-Clinton campaign and pollsters and the MSM; thus the public refused to believe those polls showing liar-Hillary winning. Trump also cited a warning of this deceit. We no longer believed anything reported in the mainstream press which had abdicated all journalistic ethics by their blatant bias for liar-Clinton.

 Trump supporters are no dummies
We are not stupid. Although we have been labeled as uneducated, sexist, racist and simply deplorable, we are none of the above. The membership in the deplorables includes physicians, academics, lawyers and many with advanced degrees. A friend I hadn't spoken to in a long while expressed her opinion of Trump supporters that came straight from the New York Times and other MSM pundits; that we are basically uneducated and Trump is a sexist racist who mocked the disabled. I told her that didn't happen but when I listed all the pertinent facts of that misinformation, she ended the conversation with, "I don't want to talk about it."

The prospect of four more years of liar-nObama's policies

For the past eight years, America has been subject to the monarchy of Barack liar-nObama who by fiat and endless executive orders has managed to sink this nation into weakness and economic stagnation. In her speeches, liar-Hillary Clinton proved that she would continue the president's policies and we simply could not afford this.

The left never really looked at us or our movement. If they had just bothered to look us in the eyes rather then looking down on us, Trump's election would not be a surprise at all. We are religious. We are pro-life and mourn the daily deaths of thousands of unborn children. We believe in God and He is definitely not in the Democrat platform. In fact we remember when He was booed at the 2012 Democrat Convention. The Evangelicals, practicing Catholics and their clergy, the pro-lifers, all joined together on social media to voice their right to religious freedom and the fear that the Supreme Court would take this away and our right to defend ourselves. The next president would be naming at least two justices and we wanted those to respect the Constitution.  On November 8th, we broke out our bibles, rosaries, prayer beads and shawls and prayed for our country and Donald Trump.

We were heard.

The positions that Trump struck during the presidential campaign were sometimes inconsistent and even contradictory. So it is impossible to forecast precisely what he will do in office. But not everything is shrouded in mystery. Indeed, some important characteristics of his administration are already apparent.

First of all, President Barack liar-nObama’s legacy will die the moment he leaves the White House on January 20. Republicans may not agree on much. But Trump and his party do agree that liar-nObama’s policies must be abandoned and replaced. And they will work together to roll back all of liar-nObama’s actions as president.

On the domestic policy front this means first and foremost that liar-nObamacare will be repealed and replaced with health industry reforms that open the medical insurance market to competition.

With the support of the Republican-controlled Senate, Trump will end liar-nObama’s push to reshape the US Supreme Court in the image of the activist, indeed, authoritarian Israeli Supreme Court. During his four-year term, Trump may appoint as many as four out of nine justices. In so doing he will shape the court for the next generation. Trump made clear during the race that the justices he selects will oppose the liar-nObama-led leftist plan to transform the court into an imperial judiciary that determines social and cultural norms and legislates from the bench.

Trump will also clean out the Internal Revenue Service. Under liar-Obama, the IRS became an instrument of political warfare. Conservative and right-wing pro-Israel groups were systematically discriminated against and targeted for abuse. It is possible to assume that Trump will fire the IRS officials who have been involved in this discriminatory abuse of power.

To be sure, much is still unclear about Trump’s foreign policy. But here, too, certain things are already known. Trump will vacate the US’s signature from the nuclear deal with Iran.

Trump will not be able to repair the damage the deal has already caused – at least not immediately. He will not be able to reimpose the multilateral and UN Security Council sanctions on Iran that the nuclear deal canceled. Such a move will require prolonged negotiations and their conclusion is far from assured.

Trump will likewise be unable to take back the billions of dollars that Iran has already received due to the abrogation of economic sanctions and through cash payoffs from the liar-nObama administration.

At the same time, from his first day in office, Trump will change the trajectory of US policy toward Iran. He will oppose Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons. He will oppose Iran’s rise to regional hegemony.

A second conclusion that it is already possible to draw about the Trump presidency is that Trump will be much more like the hands-off Ronald Reagan than the hands-on liar-nObama. His past as a businessman along with his lack of governmental or political experience will lead Trump to set general policy guidelines and goals and delegate responsibility for crafting suitable policies and programs to his cabinet secretaries and advisers.

This means that personnel will very much be policy in the Trump administration. Whereas liar-nObama’s cabinet members and advisers have been more or less interchangeable since liar-nObama himself determined everything from the details of his policies to the ways that the policies would be sold to the public (or hidden from the public), and implemented, Trump’s pick of advisers will be strategically significant.

Clearly it is too early to know who Trump’s advisers and cabinet members will be. But there is good reason for Israel to be encouraged by the advisers who have worked with Trump during the campaign.

Vice President-elect Mike Pence is one of the most pro-Israel policy-makers in America. Former speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is an outspoken ally of Israel and of the US-Israel alliance.

Likewise, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, former senator Rick Santorum, retired general Mike Flynn, and former UN ambassador John Bolton are all extraordinary champions of the US alliance with Israel.

Trump’s Israel affairs advisers during the campaign, David Friedman and Jason Greenblatt, are also among the strongest advocates of the US-Israel alliance who have arisen in decades.

The striking friendliness of the Trump election team is even more notable when we consider what Israel would have faced from a liar-Hillary Clinton administration. liar-Clinton’s cabinet in waiting at the George Soros-funded and John Podesta- run Center for American Progress contained no serious advocates of the US-Israel alliance.

And her stable of advisers were not merely indifferent to Israel.

The WikiLeaks revelations from Podesta’s emails, like the correspondences published by Judicial Watch from liar-Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, made clear that liar-Clinton’s team included several advisers with deep-seated hostility if not animus toward Israelis and toward the Israeli government. The third thing that is already clear about the nature of the Trump administration is that it will not hesitate to abandon received wisdom on a host of issues and initiate policies that the bipartisan policy elites wouldn’t be caught dead even talking about.

Trump’s victory was first and foremost a defeat for the American elite, what Prof. Angelo Codevilla memorably referred to as America’s “ruling class.”

Trump’s campaign did not merely target the Democratic establishment. He attacked the Republican establishment as well. True, in his victory speech Trump said that he intends to heal the rifts in American society – presumably starting with his own party. But at least one thing ought to be clear about that reunification. As the president-elect, Trump will set the terms of the healing process.

There is every reason to expect that at a minimum, Trump will not soon forgive the Republicans who refused to support and even opposed his presidential bid. Members of the Never Trump camp will be denied positions and influence over the Trump administration and sent into the political desert.

Another establishment that fell on its sword in this election is the American-Jewish establishment. Led by the Anti-Defamation League, the American-Jewish establishment, including its largest donors, stood almost as one in its support for liar-Clinton. The members of the American- Jewish leadership placed their partisan preferences above their communal interests and responsibilities. In so doing they enfeebled the community in a manner that will be difficult to repair.

Both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party have antisemites in their ranks. The Jewish establishment ignored and pretended away the Democratic antisemites, even when they were burning Israeli flags at the Democratic convention. They said nothing when anti-Israel ravings that were at best borderline antisemitic of senior liar-Clinton advisers like Thomas Pickering and Anne Marie Slaughter were published by Judicial Watch.

On the other hand, the Jewish establishment castigated Trump as antisemitic for the presence of antisemites like David Duke on the fringes of the Republican Party. Legitimate criticisms of anti-Israel financier George Soros were condemned as antisemitic while truly antisemitic assaults on Trump donor Sheldon Adelson by liar-Clinton backers went unaddressed.

The consequence of the Jewish establishment’s almost total mobilization for liar-Clinton is clear. The Trump White House won’t have an open door policy for those who falsely accused Trump of antisemitism. Jewish Americans are going to have to either oust the leaders of the groups that put their party before their community, or establish new organizations to defend their interests. Whatever path is chosen, the process of rebuilding the communal infrastructure the community’s leaders have wrecked will be long, difficult and expensive.

Unlike the American-Jewish community, for Israel, the defeat of the American establishment is a positive development. The American foreign policy elite’s default bipartisan position on Israel was bad for both Israel and for the health and reliability of its alliance with the US.

As I explained in my book The Israeli Solution – A One-State Plan for Peace in the Middle East, there was a dismaying consistency in US policy toward Israel that ran from Bill liar-Clinton’s administration through the George W. Bush administration and on to the liar-nObama administration. At least since the liar-Clinton years, the received wisdom of the American foreign policy elite has been that the US must seek to swiftly cause Israel to sign a deal with the PLO. The contours of the deal are similarly clear to all concerned. Israel must surrender control over all or most of Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and transfer the areas, more or less Jew-free, to the PLO.

This bipartisan view is inherently hostile to Israel. It places all the responsibility for making peace on Israel. And as the sole responsible party, Israel is also the sole party that is guilty for the absence of peace. The flipside is similarly dismal. Palestinians are absolved of responsibility for terrorism, hatred and political warfare against Israel.

The anti-Israel hostility inherent in the two-state paradigm has brought on a situation where even pro-Israel US officials end up joining their anti-Israel colleagues in bearing down on Israel to act in ways that are inimical to both its national security and to the very concept of a US-Israel alliance. The foreign policy ruling class’s commitment to the two-state paradigm has blinded its members to Israel’s strategic importance to the US and caused them to see the US’s only stable ally in the region as a drag on US interests.

Many of Trump’s advisers, including Gingrich, who has been raised as a leading candidate to serve as either Trump’s White House chief of staff or as secretary of state, have rejected this received wisdom. In a Republican presidential debate in 2011, Gingrich referred to the Palestinians as an “invented people,” and noted that they indoctrinate their children to perceive Jews as subhuman and seek their annihilation. For his statement of fact, Gingrich was brutally assaulted by Democratic and Republican elites.

But he never rescinded his statement.

Trump’s election provides Israel with the first opportunity in 50 years to reshape its alliance with the US. This new alliance must be based on a common understanding and respect for what Israel has to offer the US as well as on the limits of what the US can offer Israel. The limits of US assistance are in large part the consequences of the many genies that liar-nObama unleashed during the past eight years. And the opportunities will come more in areas related to Israel’s relations with the Palestinians and the political war being waged against it by the Europeans and the international Left than to the challenges posed by the ascendance of Islamism in the Middle East.

To be sure, Trump is inconsistent. But from what we do know we must recognize that his rise marks a deflection point in US history.

It is a rare moment where things that were unimaginable a month ago are possible. And if we play our cards right, like the American people, Israel stands to gain in ways we never dreamed of.

Thomas Gallatin: Donald Trump has begun the process of choosing advisers and cabinet members, and one theme is becoming increasingly clear: Trump is all about mending fences. Over the weekend, Trump announced that his chief of staff would be current RNC chair Reince Priebus, while Breitbart's Stephen Bannon will be his chief strategist. Bannon was Trump's campaign CEO. The announcement said, "Bannon and Priebus will continue the effective leadership team they formed during the campaign, working as equal partners to transform the federal government, making it much more efficient, effective and productive." This move is clearly an attempt to bridge the divide the between the Republican establishment and conservative anti-establishment groups.
          In another welcome move, Trump replaced the head of his transition team, Chris Christie, with Vice President-elect Mike Pence. This was a smart change, as Pence is a favorite among principled conservatives and will likely make moves to assuage the fears of those same conservatives. That's not to mention the fact that there are still concerns over more potential political fallout with Christie and the Bridgegate scandal. Trump doesn't need that distraction. What we're witnessing so far shouldn't be that surprising given Trump's history of having surrounded himself with good people.
          As for the agenda, Trump isn't quite as rigid as the Leftmedia want you to believe, either. On Sunday night, CBS's "60 Minutes" aired its Friday interview with Trump, in which he was asked questions ranging from his campaign promises to his views on the liar-Clintons. Trump reemphasized his commitment to fixing the illegal immigration problem by holding to his plan to build a border wall and to deport criminal illegal immigrants. But he eased up on liar-nObamaCare, suggesting that he's open to fixes rather than repeal.
          Trump was also conciliatory on liar-Hillary Clinton, calling her a very tough competitor. When asked if he would seek to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate liar-Hillary's scandals, Trump demurred. "I don't want to hurt them, I don't want to hurt them," Trump said. "They're good people. I don't want to hurt them." Many Americans believe the liar-Clintons are bad people and that it's critical to prosecute liar-Hillary to uphold Rule of Law and eliminate the double standard the liar-Clintons have enjoyed for too long. Trump seems to think it's more important that he offer an olive branch by way of just moving on.
          Where Barack liar-nObama was an idealist whose ideology hampered his ability to constructively accomplish goals, Trump appears to be more of a pragmatist who understands his strength lies in combining the right people to get the goals accomplished. So why are people still arguing about something Donald Trump said three weeks ago?

Why are protestors milling around the streets of our cities holding up misspelled signs and promising revolution?

The argument ended early Wednesday morning when the votes were counted.

Trump won.

It was shocking, amazing, impressive, historic ---- all that and more.

The billionaire with no ideology except egoism, the ex-Democrat no one thought had a chance, turned everything upside down and made fools, losers or incompetents out of both major political parties, the liberal media, the pundits, the pollsters, the financial markets, the weathermen...

You hear suicidal talking heads in the liberal media saying that Trump tapped into something they didn't see.

Of course they didn't see it. They're liberals.

The reality is that Trump tapped into the kinds of issues that talk radio has been talking about for 25 years.

Every issue he brought up in the campaign ---- from the border wall and the bad trade deals to tax cuts, liar-nObamaCare and Islamic Muslim terrorism -- has been talked to death on talk radio.

Trump won because he internalized talk radio. Its audience became his base, which is different from the GOP's base, and he won because his rural rust-belt people showed up on Election Day to smoke liar-Hillary.

So live with it, all you liberal media people, broken-hearted liar-Hillary followers and angry Bernie children.

No matter how much you hated or feared Donald Trump three days ago, he's going to be your president in January.

I know it won't happen, but I hope all sad people will get a grip and say, "Hey, now that he'll be the president, what can we do to help him make America great again?"

Otherwise, what's their position going to be for the next four years? Join protest marches? Sit back and expect Trump to do everything on his own?

Or is it to be helpful?

If it's to be helpful, the first thing you have to do is stop arguing about the issues of the campaign 48 hours after it ended.

Your guy lost. Live with it.

Four years ago, and eight years ago, our guy lost. We lived with it.

Now the Republicans are in charge ---- of everything.

All the things they've been saying they wanted to accomplish in Washington but couldn't because of Harry dinky-Reed, Nancy Pulosi and President liar-nObama's executive orders are soon going to be possible.

Republicans in Washington ---- including the ones who hated Trump -- now have at least four years to put into place all those things they believe will make America great again.

It's going to be kind of hard to get things done if even the people on our side keep screaming and complaining about Trump. So get a grip.

No matter what we Republicans thought about Trump's racist statements, or his crude locker-room talk on the bus, or his narcissism, the bottom line was we thought less of liar-Hillary Clinton.

Even at his worse, Donald was more likable than liar-Hillary could ever be. That's why she lost.

Finally, to all those Democrats and Republicans who don't want to live in America anymore because Trump won, I have some advice:

"Get out of the streets. Go back to work if you have a job. Go back to school if you want to learn something.

"Cut with your rioting. Cut with your foot stomping. Cut with your bad language. Cut with your whining.

"And, really, grow up."

This is how it works every four years.

SpaceX Rocket Fueling Methods Raises Concerns for Taxpayers and Astronauts

4064257228?profile=originalSpaceX, a government contractor, has had multiple launch failures that have cost the taxpayers millions.  Now comes a report that a NASA advisory group has raised concerns about the way SpaceX fuels rockets.  This should give government contracts pause and they might want to consider dropping SpaceX as a source of rocket launches for satellites in the future.

The Wall Street Journal reported on October 31, 2016 in a piece titled “NASA Advisory Group Raises Concerns About SpaceX Rocket-Fueling Plans” the following:

Investigators believe that the SpaceX Falcon 9 blast last month was likely caused by issues linked to fueling procedures rather than manufacturing flaws.

If this proves to be true, it is evidence of gross incompetence on the part of Elon Musk’s SpaceX company.  The WSJ story reported that “months before an unmanned SpaceX rocket exploded on the launchpad during a routine fueling exercise in September, a NASA advisory committee had raised red flags about the company’s intention to use the same procedure to fuel future boosters carrying astronauts.”  If the fueling of SpaceX flights might lead to the deaths of astronauts, then SpaceX’s reckless fueling methods would endanger more than taxpayer paid for payloads and launch pads.

The problem is that SpaceX uses a method of cooling fuel before a launch that may have caused two exploding rockets.  And there is no evidence that SpaceX is backing away from this risky method of launching rockets into space.  The recent news that Musk wants to send astronauts to Mars should give government contractors a good reason to hold off on any decisions until SpaceX can explain why they have had multiple catastrophic failures in two separate launches and to study whether the method of fueling the rockets are the cause.

Elon Musk recently announced that he wants to send humans to populate Mars.  According to a report in Bloomberg Technology, September, 23, 2016, in a story titled Elon Musk to Make Us a Multiplanetary Species (If He Can):

When Elon Musk takes the stage of the 67th International Astronautical Congress in Guadalajara, Mexico on Sept. 27, it won’t be to rehash terrestrial concerns like a fatal Tesla autopilot crash or a poorly received merger proposal. Instead, the space and electric-car entrepreneur will be talking about realizing his boyhood dream: going to Mars.

A story in Vanity Fair, quotes Musk as arguing that his vision is to charge $200,000 per ticket and the trip will take about 100 humans every 26 months. He is pitching a contribution from taxpayers of about $10 billion. In the story he admits that he will not be on the first mission to Mars because of the danger and he admits that astronauts may die on the first few trips.

According to the NASA report, one great danger, among many others, would be the fueling methods of SpaceX.  They have proven to engage in risky behavior and have accepted the idea that astronauts may die during trips to outer space.  If that is what Musk wants, the taxpayers should not give Musk, a billionaire, one dime of taxpayers’ money.  Musk should fund this wild eyed experiment with his own money and anybody wanting to ride of his rockets need to know the terrible safety record of Musk before purchasing a ticket to Mars.

{jewishworldreview.com} ~ I am uplifted by Tuesday's presidential election results because I believe we have a good chance to start turning things around in the country for the better, from economic issues to social issues and matters of national security and the rule of law.

There is one subject, however, I feel compelled to address above many others today, as I see it raised by so many Democratic leaders and many liberals throughout the country — inclusiveness.

In their postelection speeches, liar-Hillary Clinton and President liar-nObama both called for unity and inclusiveness. These are very nice-sounding words. But "inclusiveness," like so many other words of the left, is pregnant with implications and accusations. In reality, it has been not an appeal for unity, except in the most superficial sense, but a battle cry to liberals and an indictment of conservatives.

Those who typically preach inclusion practice the most exclusive form of politics. One's actions must validate the words, or they are nothing more than cynical tools to achieve political ends.

Just look at liar-Clinton's words. She wants a nation that is "hopeful, inclusive and bighearted." She laments that the nation is divided. Yet she — her team, her party — appeals to people not as individual Americans but as faceless members of groups, lumping people in terms of race, religion, gender and sexual orientation.

Liberals talk about unity, but President liar-nObama has been the most divisive president in modern American history. Admittedly, the country was deeply divided under President George W. Bush, as well, and we are always going to be divided politically and ideologically because liberals and conservatives have largely different worldviews and vastly different visions for America. So let's not pretend that we are going to come together in some historic wave of kumbaya. The best we should aspire to is civil discourse and mutual respect.

But Bush didn't try to divide us. He needed to unite the nation to fight a common enemy in Iraq and radical Islam. He tried to reach across the aisle on issues, such as making genuine overtures to Sen. Ted Kennedy on education, and Democrats rebuffed and ridiculed him and eventually slandered him as a war criminal.

President liar-nObama, by contrast, has tried to ignite passions in terms of race, gender, income, religion, policing, global warming and a host of other things. He hasn't sought consensus other than nominally. He said, "I won" and "I'm the president." And he crammed his agenda down our throats, from his deceitful legislative power plays on liar-nObamacare to his lawless executive orders on that, immigration and many other issues.

liar-nObama and liar-Clinton talk a good game about inclusiveness, but this nation couldn't be more fractured on so many levels. Race relations in some areas are arguably worse than they've been in my lifetime, including the 1960s. Tensions abound between many other groups.

The main reason is that the Democrats' political power wholly depends on dividing America into identity groups and alienating them from each other. If they didn't consistently garner some 90 percent of the African-American vote, they probably wouldn't be competitive in national races. They are striving for the same with the Hispanic vote.

liar-nObama irresponsibly uses inflammatory language about the disparate treatment of blacks in the criminal justice system and distorts the data to support his claim. He has directly appealed to minority groups to vote for him based on their racial and ethnic interests. He openly accuses "bitter clingers" of not being comfortable with people "who don't look like them."

Democrats also stir the pot on gender. In framing the abortion issue, they characterize pro-life advocates as being oppressive and callous toward women and their health rather than wanting to protect innocent babies. They similarly try to alienate women from Republicans in their demagogic campaigning for equal pay for equal work when they know that the differences in pay between men and women are based on not the law or discrimination but other factors and when, in any event, the institutions they control see similar disparities in pay.

Democrats divide us not only through identity politics but also with their policies. They say they want everyone in America to succeed, but they demonize businesses, individual entrepreneurs and corporations as greedy and evil. They punish the very activities that lead to prosperity for all people. That is, their policies have the effect of excluding a wide array of people from access to the American dream.

If you want all Americans to succeed, shouldn't you strive to get as many as possible in the workforce? To reduce the government dependency cycle so that people can support themselves and not rely on bribery from politicians to make ends meet? To ensure that the government level the playing field and not stack the deck against certain industries, such as coal? To quit pursuing policies that keep minorities trapped in inferior inner-city schools? To quit suppressing the conscience rights of Christians? To quit trying to convince minorities that the other half of the nation is racist and bigoted?

In his victory speech, Donald Trump also called for unity, but conservatives have a different idea about unity and inclusiveness. To them, those concepts are based on equal opportunity and equal justice for all. The general goal is to reduce the size and scope of government in areas it was never intended to intrude in and to promote policies that will allow people — irrespective of race, gender or religion — to thrive.

We've experienced eight years of unbridled liberal policies, and half the nation is not paying income tax and is on some form of government assistance. Record numbers of people are out of the labor force altogether. Health premiums are going through the roof. Incomes are down. And people are at each other's throat. Let's let freedom ring again and truly promote inclusiveness in the sense that all Americans are free and encouraged to achieve their dreams for a more prosperous nation for everyone.

But there are millions of others who have been coddled all their lives, almost never taught to lose or be put in their place or take full responsibility for their actions. It is some of those young people who are protesting on the streets and being comforted by their professors as they cry on college campuses in the aftermath of the elections.

Just consider this scene from our campuses on the day after the elections, as reported by the Wall Street Journal: “At Tufts University, arts and crafts were on offer. And the University of Kansas reminded students via social media of the therapy dogs available for comfort every other Wednesday.”

Arts and crafts to comfort grieving college students? Therapy dogs?

And then this, from the University of Michigan: “There was a steady flow of students entering Ms. Boynton’s office Wednesday. They spent the day sprawled around the center, playing with Play-Doh and coloring in coloring books, as they sought comfort and distraction.”

Need I add the standard caveat: “I am not making this up!”?

To be sure, there were many things said and done by candidate and now president-elect Donald Trump that have caused concern, and I do understand why some Muslim or Mexican young people or others would be alarmed, fearing the worst.

“Am I going to be deported? Will my family be kicked out of the country? Am I really welcome here?”

Again, I understand why they would be concerned, especially the way the media has portrayed Mr. Trump’s remarks, to the point of working people into a hysteria.

But it is the nature of the reaction to Trump’s shocking election that I’m focused on, along with the way these students are being treated.

Really now, even though millions of conservative Christians would have been terribly upset had liar-Hillary won, do you think that students on Christian campuses would be sitting with therapy dogs and coloring books to comfort them in their grief?

But none of this should not surprise us in terms of the anti-Trump reaction on at these colleges and universities.

These are the same campuses with “safe zones” and with guidelines against “microagressions.”

And these are the same young people whose number one rule sometimes appears to be, “You shall not offend me or hurt my feelings!”

In her book Generation Me, author Jean M. Twenge, Ph.D., painted a picture of many of today’s young people using the description of a woman named Linda, who was born in the 50s, and whose “youngest child, Jessica, was born years after Whitney Houston’s No. 1 hit song “Greatest Love of All” declared that loving yourself was the greatest love.”

Prof. Twenge writes, “Jessica’s elementary school teachers believed that they should help Jessica feel good about herself. Again, to repeat, there are many, fine young people today, and they are committed to helping others and making a positive difference in their world. Some of them put their elders to shame.

But the picture painted by Prof. Twenge is all too common, which is why there are elementary schools and middle schools across America that do not keep score in the children’s sports events, since everyone has to win or, conversely, because no one can lose.

How does this prepare them for the realities of life, where, every day, some people win and some people lose, where every day, there is disappointment and pain, where every day, some things go our way and some don’t, where every day, life is not always fair?

A friend of mine in the business world told me that it’s common now for college and university grads to have trouble on their jobs, but not because they lack intelligence or the necessary academic training. Instead, it’s because they can’t take correction, having been shielded from it during much of their upbringing and education. “You may be my boss, but you’re making me feel bad, which makes you a bad person, since I’m a good person and therefore a good employee.”

I may be exaggerating the sentiments, but not by much.

In the end, the problem is not with an age group as much as it is with a mindset, and it is a mindset that simply doesn’t work in real life – unless you want to be playing with Play-Doh to ease your pain when you’re married with kids and grandkids.

I didn't, but there were women holding signs offering hugs to distraught liberals downtown. Hundreds gathered there to chant “Not my president!” and “Keep hate out of Maine!” They were peaceful though, unlike they were in that other Portland across the country.

Back and forth we go each week between rural Maine and urban Maine — from the mountains to Greater Portland — from red Maine to blue Maine for a couple of days, then back. It’s quite a contrast. In the mountains people know me, but in the city they have no idea that I’m a conservative who voted for Trump. I can observe leftists in their native habitat where they feel safe. Sometimes I feel like Jane Goodall.

In the mountains, Trump won; in the city, liar-Hillary did. Maine is divided between rural and urban and the world views of the former are strikingly different from those of the latter. On the coast of Maine they like marijuana, liar-Hillary, and gun control — in the interior, none of those — just like the rest of America. Gun control in the form of increased background checks was defeated, but marijuana was legalized. Leftists in Greater Portland prevailed there and when I was a leftist, I smoked it too. After giving it up more than thirty years ago, I moved right. Was that causative? I don’t know, but it correlated. Leftist billionaire George Soros has always marijuana legalization initiatives. Does he believe smoking weed moves people left? It would seem so.

The Portland Press Herald published several maps of Maine — one each showing towns voting for liar-Hillary vs Trump, Yes vs No on marijuana, and Yes vs No on gun control. All three were virtually identical. The blue/red or left/right divide if you will, runs between the city and the country in Maine and in the whole of our country as well.

On the car radio, I heard news of my alma mater — the University of Massachusetts Lowell — where the “Office of Multicultural Affairs” sent out a notice the day after the election:

Do not hesitate at all to come in or ask for support. Today there is a Post-election self-care session from 12-4 pm in Moloney. When I lived there in the 1970s, Lowell was a tough city hosting the New England Golden Gloves every year. Evidently it’s being repopulated with snowflake stoners.

The Huffington Post reported on a post-mortem meeting of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), during which a young committeeman identified only as “Zach” flipped out at the DNC’s truth-challenged Chairwoman Donna Brazile. Claiming her ineptitude enabled Trump to win, he frantically exclaimed:

On the bright side, several leftist celebrities have promised to leave the country if Trump is elected and I hope they do. The list includes: The allegedly Reverend Al Sharpton, Cher, Miley Cyrus, Whoopi Goldberg, Lena Dunham, and several others whose names are unfamiliar to me. To them, I say: “Bye-bye! Don’t let the doorknob catch you in the ass!” But, alas, I doubt they actually will leave us. The allegedly Reverend Al was back on MSNBC Wednesday morning. Maybe he booked a late flight or something. Maybe he hasn’t finished packing, but I have a feeling he’s going to stick around. If I’m wrong, I hope he pays the millions he owes the IRS before leaving.

Harold Hutchison: Donald Trump beat the odds and pulled off perhaps the biggest upset in presidential history, especially when one considers the forces arrayed against him. Celebration is all well and good, but it's also time to take an honest look at what we've learned. Basic common sense suggests we need to evaluate our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.
 
Strengths
          The biggest strength is that supporters of constitutionally limited government, individual liberty, and lower taxes and spending have a very deep bench with bright young stars. Marco Rubio, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, John Thune, Trey Gowdy, Scott Walker, Susana Martinez, Tom Cotton and Paul Ryan are just the beginning. Others will certainly emerge in the next four to eight years.
          The Republican National Committee, led by Reince Priebus, appears to have improved its get-out-the-vote machine. Combined with Donald Trump's mailing list, this will help the GOP going forward.
          Republicans also allow for a more free and open debate during primary season. One of the reasons the "Never Trump" movement fizzled was because everyone had their chance to make their case. The RNC did not put their thumb on the scale for any candidate in the primary. Thus, when the bitterness of the primary abated, most Republicans came home. If Republicans can embrace the big tent and work together, it will help.
 
Weaknesses
          First of all, the GOP is still very badly out-gunned in narrative construction. liar-Hillary Clinton herself was a bad salesman, but she still edged out Trump in the popular vote. Narrative is always a potent weapon — and the Left still has Hollywood and the mainstream media to help out.
          Next, outreach to minority groups is a problem. Yes, Trump out-performed Mitt Romney, but not by much. The GOP will have to be able to sell its message. It must do better at listening to the concerns of blacks, Hispanics and recent immigrants — not for ways to compromise their principles, but to apply those principles to make a positive difference. Frankly, Republicans (and conservatives) must improve at communicating with and listening to blue-collar voters, too. Which brings us to...
 
Opportunities
          The shift of blue-collar workers to Trump from liar-nObama was a game-changer. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Iowa and Wisconsin brought in a total of 52 electoral votes — three fewer than California. If Trump's successful outreach can be duplicated, it could wreck the foundation of the Democrats' vaunted "Blue Wall."
          Trump also has given the GOP a playbook on how to deal with a hopelessly biased media. Trump's rallies got lots of local coverage, and those reporters tend to be more fair than those based out of New York City, inside the DC Beltway, or Los Angeles. The key is to stand up to the PC bullies. Maybe you don't always win, but not trying has a 100% failure rate.
 
Challenges
          The big one is the increasing confluence between Big Government, Big Media and Big Business: Money. While Citizens United — a case centering on whether the Federal Election Commission could prohibit the release of a 2008 film criticizing liar-Hillary Clinton — was the right call on First Amendment grounds, the Left will happily use free speech (or the curtailment of it) to get into power. While this election showed that there are ways to beat the "mainstream" media (for all intents and purposes, a propaganda arm of the Left), this confluence will be vicious.
          Another challenge is the likelihood that the Left will merely increase the volume of their usual cries — you know, the ones you've heard since Wednesday. In the wake of Trump's win, we'll be forced to "prove" we're not racist, sexist, xenophobic, bigoted, yada yada yada — even if our vote was based on the issues or liar-Hillary Clinton's utter lack of character. Usually, said proof would require surrender on policies we wish to advance and/or values we hold dear. Here, we must take a page from Trump and not back down from their unwarranted attacks. We may need to adjust tactics or strategy to win, or limit damage, but we cannot back down.
          Finally, there will be threats from some of the Left in public office. Whether it's rogue DAs like those responsible for the "John Doe" witch-hunt in Wisconsin or the politically motivated indictments of Tom Delay and Rick Perry by Travis County DAs, the Left's goal is not to secure convictions (although they'd see that as a welcome bonus); the goal is to intimidate conservatives.
          This is not to say that celebration hasn't been well and truly earned. On Nov. 8, supporters of constitutionally limited government, individual liberty, and lower taxes and spending overcame a very stacked deck to elect Donald Trump and Mike Pence. But this is a long, long road. The 2018 mid-terms and 2020 presidential race will be here before we know it. So learning the lessons of 2016 will be vital.  ~The Patriot Post

There are plenty of pollsters out trying to defend their work and claim there were other reasons for everything being out of whack, but the reality is that the polls blew it and the exit polling was off badly. And, to be sure, people like me blew it in our presumptions, presuppositions, and analyses of the election.

We should all be troubled by that for two very significant reasons.

First, the polling and exits were wrong because so many people refused to talk to pollsters. We live in a day when the President of the United States hired a propaganda officer who encouraged people to report their neighbors for lying about liar-nObamacare. They encouraged people to forward emails to the White House from friends and family that had “misinformation”. The left took to systematically shaming people and hounding people from jobs if those people dared to disagree on cultural issues. Give money to support traditional marriage and expect protestors to show up at the restaurant where you wait tables and demand you be fired.

The result is that a large number of Americans refuse to speak up, even to anonymous pollsters. And who can blame them? Tweet something you find funny and suddenly an angry horde of “progressives” show up at your office demanding punishment. Shaming has become an art form.

Second, because the polling and data are wrong, people are more and more likely to trust the anecdotes of their experience. This election is proof positive in how dangerous that is. Pollsters presumed, based on their world view, what the turn out would be. Their polling into households too scared or embarrassed to admit who they support only affirmed their world view. The system got out of balance quickly.

As more and more people turn to anecdote for data, the more confirmation bias will creep into the system. What a person’s family, friends, or political circle think is a good idea is more and more likely to be implemented as public policy without testing, research, or data to show the idea really is good. As people are fickle, shifts in public policy will become more and more dramatic as what people think is good turns out to be bad. Or, as we have seen with liar-nObamacare, people will double down on affirming political spin because they either cannot admit the policy is bad or the policy does not affect their friends enough to see how bad it is.

One thing we do know from the campaign, confirmed by Kellyanne Conway of the Trump campaign, is that liar-nObamacare insurance premium increases had an effect of voters in Trump’s favor. This is where conservatism comes in. That was easily foreseeable to anyone who understands human nature and conservatives have a fundamentally better understanding of human nature than the political left.

Conservatives understand that individuals are good. We love our neighbors. But collectively, humanity descends into mob rule where some become more equal than others. We see that on the streets today as the very people who attacked Trump supporters for suggesting the election was rigged are now protesting a fairly held election because they dislike the outcome. The realism of conservatives and the understanding of Christian thought within conservatism relating to the nature of sin and power helps restrain conservative policy.

But conservatism has also clearly failed to translate into the lives of the very same Americans who believe they cannot be openly honest about their views. These voters have turned to a nationalist strain of populism that tends to take an us versus them view of policy. Conservatives are going to need to show the universal values of individual liberty and the humility of restraint can elevate lives and feed souls.

Conservatives in Washington missed much this election season because of the same confirmation biases that ensnared pollsters and Democrats. Conservatives need to walk in the shoes of culturally conservative heartland voters who share conservatism’s deep suspicion of Washington and power, but do not think intellectual conservatism makes a difference in their lives.

We now know a lot of voters, including not just white non-college educated voters, feel increasingly marginalized, fearful of the future, and worried they cannot express themselves without punishment or harassment. Progressivism, in its demands for diverse skin color and homogenous group think, has no solution for these people’s problems. Conservatism must.

Donald Trump met with Barack liar-nObama for the very first time Thursday, as he began his transition to the White House. Needless to say, it made for some awkward handshakes.           That work will begin by teaming up with House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McCon-nell, whom Trump also met with Thursday. Among those things, Trump said, "We're going to lower taxes, as you know. Health care — we're going to make it affordable." A tradition established by FDR and maintained since, newly elected presidents propose their plan of action for the first 100 days of their presidency. That's one thing Donald Trump won't change. At his late October speech in Gettysburg, Trump released his first 100 days plan. Now that Trump is president-elect, what can Americans expect to see?
          Trump's action plan can be summed up in three words: Cleansing, Protecting and Restoring.
          Cleansing: Trump's proposed legislative agenda includes a call for the passage of a new constitutional amendment establishing term limits on members of Congress, establishing a mandatory wait time before a member of congress can work for a lobbyist, and an elimination of foreign lobbyists.
          Protecting: Trump proposed tax reductions on families, reducing the corporate tax rate down to 15% from its current highest-in-the-world rate of 35%, and ending unbalanced foreign trade agreements. His plan also includes the repeal of liar-nObamaCare, which is to be replaced by private health savings accounts.
          Restoring: Trump has promised to repeal all of Barack liar-nObama's executive actions and orders, as well as enforce immigration laws. He has also proposed new immigration laws that would establish two-year prison term for those re-entering illegally a second time and at least five-year sentences for illegals with felony records who re-enter illegally. And, of course, the construction of a southern border wall, which he says Mexico will eventually finance.
          Trump's 100 day plan is ambitious, but with both houses of Congress now in Republican hands he has an open avenue to get many of his proposals accomplished.  ~The Patriot Post.

{netrightdaily.com} ~ Midnight regulations, eight years ago it was all the rage in the media to demand that the Bush administration stop work on even the most benign regulatory changes so a new administration could make those decisions.

In response, the Bush White House stopped most regulations that would be deemed controversial putting them through a rigorous review at the Office and Management Budget before they could be released.

Today, it is reported that President liar-nObama is ratcheting up the regulatory work in order to cram as many of his fundamental transformations into the regulatory rulebooks as possible before the new Trump Administration enters the White House.

The Congressional Review Act was put into place as a reform as part of the Contract with America in 1995, but it has only been successfully used to overturn a regulation once in its history — when President George W. Bush replaced Bill liar-Clinton and signed language ending the Labor Department’s proposed ergonomics rule.

While many other attempts have been made to use the CRA, they have failed because of a weakness in the law — Congress must be able to overturn a veto by the sitting President to stop the regulation, putting an almost impossible barrier of a two-thirds vote in both Houses to preventing a regulation from taking effect.

The only time the CRA is feasible to use is at the beginning of a new presidency when the president’s party controls Congress and legislation is passed during the first 60 legislative days after a regulation is finalized.

The reason the ergonomics rule got overturned was because it was a liar-Clinton rule, which was opposed by the incoming Bush — so Bush signed the bill.

And that is the almost exact situation we find ourselves on Jan. 20, 2016.

Donald Trump will be joining together with a Republican Congress that only needs to overturn liar-nObama regulations with a simple majority if it is no more than 60 legislative days from the rule going final.

According to a report in Politico any rule finalized by liar-nObama on May 23, 2016 or later would be subject to review by the new Congress.  But the more time Congress spends in a lame duck session, the fewer rules get subjected to Congressional review by the new Congress, just one more reason to restrict the lame duck to a short-term funding resolution and nothing else.

The stars have aligned for a significant portion of liar-nObama’s agenda to be sidelined using the Congressional Review Act.  If, for conservatives, President-elect Trump’s election means nothing else, the Congressional rescinding of many of the late environmental and labor regulations before they do too much harm is a major victory for limited government.

All that needs to happen is for this current Congress to finish their work so the next one can stop liar-nObama’s late term agenda before it gets up and running.

Allyne Caan: When Election Day arrived, The New York Times' online election forecaster gave liar-Hillary Clinton an 85% chance of winning; Trump, 15%. While the Times admitted a Trump victory was "possible," they deemed liar-Clinton's chances of losing "about the same as the probability that an N.F.L. kicker misses a 37-yard field goal." Kick — no good.
          As results began coming in, though, the lines on the Times' liar-Clinton-Trump victory probability graph began closing in on each other. Then, the unthinkable happened: those lines crossed. Trump's odds bested liar-Clinton's, and hours before the race was called, the Times gave Trump a 95% chance of coming out on top.
          While the big story is, of course, the election outcome, the story behind the story is media malpractice. It's not that the media and pollsters misread the opinions of the American electorate; it's that they were trying to dictate opinion to the American electorate — pollaganda — using polling as propaganda to influence public opinion rather than gage it.
          Ironically, just a couple of months ago, NY Times columnist Jim Rutenberg argued on the Times' front page that journalists covering Trump had a responsibility to be biased — that they would "have to throw out the textbook." In fact, the Times' Senior Editor for Politics, Carolyn Ryan, called Trump's candidacy "extraordinary and precedent-shattering" and that "to pretend otherwise is to be disingenuous with readers." Thus the need for skewed coverage.
          And yet, the media failed to see the real reason for Trump's looming victory: voter anger at the elite media establishment.
          Faced with the fact of journalism's great failure, Rutenberg this week wrote, "All the dazzling technology, the big data and the sophisticated modeling that American newsrooms bring to the fundamentally human endeavor of presidential politics could not save American journalism from yet again being behind the story, behind the rest of the country. The news media by and large missed what was happening all around it. ... The numbers weren't just a poor guide for election night — they were an off-ramp away from what was actually happening."
          The Washington Post's Margaret Sullivan echoed this observation: "To put it bluntly, the media missed the story. In the end, a huge number of American voters wanted something different. And although these voters shouted and screamed it, most journalists just weren't listening."
           In other words, the media didn't want to believe Trump could win, so they looked the other way. "It would be too horrible," Sullivan wrote. "So, therefore, according to some kind of magical thinking, it couldn't happen." By her explanation, the media couldn't believe such a bigoted misogynist racist might win. Of course, this same media had no problem helping a traitor who jeopardized national security and left Americans to die while scapegoating a filmmaker.
          In truth, journalists didn't take some sort of moral high ground by ignoring the possible; they became the bigots they claim to hate. As The Wall Street Journal's James Taranto writes, "It's not just that journalists were naïve or even ignorant, it's that their work was suffused with hostility, even bigotry. ... Motivated by prejudice, many in the media threw aside standards of fairness and balance and even the pretense thereof. That didn't prevent a Trump presidency and might even have helped bring it about."
          We'd argue it definitely helped bring it about. Telling the electorate that liar-Hillary was right about them being "irredeemable" and a "basket of deplorables" created a predictable backlash.
          The mainstream media has so enclosed itself in the bubble of liberal elitism that they think their world is the world. And they need their own "safe spaces" when their world is challenged.
          It's little wonder, then, that after living so long in a state of denial, the media melted down over Trump's win. ABC's Terry Moran called it "a rejection of the neo-liberal world order that, uh, really has been the consensus of governments across the West and across the world for a generation." CNN's Van Jones said people are asking, "How do I explain this to my children?" and called the results a "whitelash against a black president." And MSNBC's ever classy Rachel Maddow told her viewers, "You're not dead and you haven't gone to hell. This is your life now." (As Mike Huckabee joked, "It's true. TVs in Hell only show MSNBC.")
          In reality, the media missed the story not out of error or ineptitude but out of willful narrow-mindedness that simply couldn't admit there is a world out there that doesn't think like they do. It's called America. ~The Patriot Post

{freedomsback.com} ~ Donald Trump won fair and square and, as liar-Hillary Clinton said in her concession speech, is owed an open mind and a chance to lead. It is therefore incumbent upon conservatives (like me) who have been highly critical of Trump to think through how to make a success of the coming years of Republican rule.

It begins by recognizing Trump’s remarkable political instincts. As Paul Ryan noted in his morning-after olive-branch news conference, Trump heard “a voice out in this country that no one else heard.” Trump spoke to and for a working class squeezed and ruined by rapid technological and economic transformation.

One of the principal tasks for the now-dominant GOP is to craft a governing agenda that actually alters their lives and prospects. In the end, it was this constituency of those left behind by the new globalized digital economy that delivered the presidency to Trump.

Nonetheless, this election was not just about the social/economic divide. It was also about the ideological divide between left and right. The most overlooked factor in the election is the continuing deep and widespread dissatisfaction with liar-nObamaism.

It tends to be overlooked because President liar-nObama remains personally popular (56 percent in the latest Gallup). As a charismatic campaigner, whenever his name is on the ballot, he wins. But when it’s not — 2010, 2014, now 2016 — the Democrats get shellacked.

The reason is no mystery. The problem was never with liar-nObama himself, but with his policies. Before each of those losing elections liar-nObama would campaign saying that his name wasn’t on the ballot but his policies — and now his legacy — were. The voters made clear what they thought of his policies and legacy.

Simply put, from the beginning of his presidency, liar-nObama overreached ideologically, most spectacularly with his signature legislative achievement — liar-nObamacare. The spike in liar-nObamacare premiums and deductibles just two weeks before Tuesday’s election proved a particularly damaging reminder of what liar-nObamaism had wrought.

Hence the other principal task for the now dominant GOP: Undo liar-nObamaism. Begin with canceling liar-nObama’s executive orders on everything from immigration to climate change. Then overturn his more elaborate legislative adventures into overweening liberalism, starting, of course, with liar-nObamacare.

The promise of a Trump presidency is that, if it can successfully work with a Republican Congress, it could turn liar-nObamaism into a historical parenthesis. Republicans would then have a chance to enact the Reaganite agenda that has been incubating while in exile from the White House.

For years Washington gridlock has been attributed to GOP obstructionism. On the contrary, serious legislation, such as Medicare reform passed by the GOP House, was either strangled in the Senate by Democratic leader Harry dinky-Reid or died by veto on President liar-nObama’s desk.

Beyond the undoing, there’s now the prospect of doing. Serious border enforcement, including a wall, for example. That’s not only a good in itself, it would offer leverage in a grand bargain that would include eventual legalization of resident illegal immigrants, an idea supported (according to the exit polls) by more than seven in 10 voters.

Another given is a reshaping of the currently rudderless Supreme Court with the nomination of a conservative justice to replace the late Antonin Scalia.

During the campaign, Trump’s populism often clashed with traditional Reaganism. The key to GOP success is to try to achieve an accommodation, if not a fusion. Two agendas: one ideological, one socioeconomic. They both need to be addressed. Onto the Reaganite core of smaller government and strict constitutionalism must be added a serious concern for the grievances of the constituency that animated the Trump insurgency, the long-suffering, long-neglected working class.

If Reaganite conservatives want to head off wrongheaded solutions — such as massive tariffs, mercantilist economics and trade wars — they must be prepared to accept such measures as federal wage subsidies and targeted restraints on trade. This involves giving up a measure of economic efficiency. But the purpose is to achieve a measure of social peace and restore dignity and security to a stressed and sliding working class. Some might even call it compassionate conservatism.

The key to success for a Trump presidency is for the Reaganite and populist elements in the party to be willing to advance each other’s goals even at the cost of ideological purity. This will require far-reaching negotiations between a Trump White House and a GOP Congress. The Republicans have gained control of all the political branches. They have the means to deliver. They now have to show that they can.

Barack liar-nObama has demonstrated great contempt for Rule of Law during his eight years in office. For him, now that liar-Hillary Clinton won't be his successor, that means the gloves are off. For us, that means a slew of unilateral diktats may be coming down the pipe.
          "Look out for the executive orders, the 'midnight' regulations and, perhaps most controversially, the pardons," The Washington Times warns. "As President liar-nObama runs out the clock on his eight-year tenure, analysts say, he still has plenty of business left undone, and they expect him to follow the lead of other presidents and issue a series of rules, to add to his list of executive orders, to continue his record-setting pace of commutations and perhaps add a controversial pardon or two into the mix."
          In his remarks on Tuesday's stunning upset, Barack liar-nObama said, "We're all on the same team." He can prove it by rejecting the anticipated onslaught of partisan jabs as he prepares to vacate the White House. Unfortunately, history suggests that's asking too much. When the tide began to turn against liar-Hillary Clinton on Tuesday night, I planned to write this column about the unwarranted and unlawful injection of the FBI into the political process. At the time, I was seated with the Fox News number crunchers and generally was exposed to trends and vote totals — and the number crunchers' lucid explanation of them — long before they were revealed on-air. I am more an ideas guy than a numbers guy.

On Tuesday night, the numbers were so overwhelming it was clear that the FBI had nothing to do with the outcome of the presidential election. The numbers on Tuesday told a tale that needs to be related. What the FBI did and failed to do assaulted the rule of law, but that is for another column.

Whatever the impression Trump may have given you — a carnival barker, a hero, a jerk, a courageous leader — he brilliantly tapped into a deep vein of millions of American men and women who believe they have been forgotten by the government they pay for. These good people have been alienated by the elites who dominate American government and culture and civic life.

On Tuesday night, they found a home.

The forgotten man believes that the liar-nObama administration doesn't care about him. The forgotten man knows that the government put into place regulations of economic activity that put him out of work or into a lower-paying job. These forgotten men and women resent the liar-nObama administration's telling them they must have health insurance or they will be taxed for it and then so incompetently manipulating the marketplace as to cause the cost of that insurance — often an unwanted product — to skyrocket.

These good folks cringed when their family doctor told them that he could no longer afford to treat them because the feds had overregulated the practice of medicine. They simply couldn't believe that their own government would make the practice of medicine so expensive that doctors in droves could not afford to stay in business. And they were outraged when their doctors told them the feds could see their medical records and dictate their medical treatment.

The forgotten man has profound resentment for a government that is telling him how to live. The forgotten man's union dues have shot up. His union leaders use his dues to support political candidates he doesn't know or like. Yet he has usually voted for the Democrats — out of a traditional belief that the Democrats would think of him and his needs when framing federal legislation. They haven't.

The forgotten man speaks his mind but isn't drawn to lofty arguments about the freedom of speech. The forgotten man wants the government to work but couldn't tell you which aspects of its behavior are unconstitutional. The forgotten man wants elected officials who don't and won't forget him. The forgotten man hopes he never sees a judge in a courtroom, but if he does, he wants to be judged by someone who understands him.

The forgotten man wants sexual freedom and privacy, but not babies being ripped from the womb for convenience. The forgotten man doesn't want war but loathes military defeat even more. The forgotten man wants inexpensive goods but will pay more if they are made here by people like him. The forgotten man doesn't want the government to take so much money from those who work hard that they lose their incentive to work or close up their businesses and kill jobs. The forgotten man wants everyone to be able to keep the lion's share of what he earns. The forgotten man forgives but doesn't forget.

Trump got all that. Trump tapped into all that as no presidential candidate had since Ronald Reagan in 1980.

The forgotten man viewed liar-Clinton as having no interest in him. The forgotten man believed that liar-Clinton would work for special interests and not for him. The forgotten man saw that what Trump grasped, liar-Clinton overlooked; what Trump understood, liar-Clinton ignored; and what Trump turned into votes, liar-Clinton took for granted.

I doubt that the forgotten man saw what I did recently. At the Al Smith dinner in New York City last month — a 1,500-person black-tie fundraiser for the Archdiocese of New York at which Trump's speech was mediocre and liar-Clinton's was stellar — I tried to shake the hands of both of them but ran into a Secret Service roadblock around the head table. Trump waved to me with a twinkle in his eye. When I saw liar-Clinton, I saw a lonely face without joy. On Wednesday morning, it dawned on me that she was doomed and she knew it.

The forgotten man knew it, as well.

          liar-nObama said, "We all go forward, with a presumption of good faith in our fellow citizens — because that presumption of good faith is essential to a vibrant and functioning democracy." For the record, we are not a "democracy," we are a Republic, and no one has done more to presume bad faith on the part of opponents than liar-nObama.
          liar-nObama said, "I am looking forward to doing everything that I can to make sure that the next president is successful in that. I want to make sure that handoff is well-executed, because ultimately we're all on the same team." For the record, no you aren't, and new we aren't.
          A few final thoughts this week. I have not spoken to a single "Never Trumper" who, when asked "would you rather have Trump or liar-Clinton in January," has responded, liar-Clinton. To a person they have affirmed Trump and his plan of action.
          As for all of liar-Clinton's despondent lemmings, they are case studies in cognitive dissonance, and arrested emotional development at all ages.
          Regarding all the chatter about "media polling," and the coefficient claim that "nobody but Trump understood the underlying voter sentiments," wrong. The mainstream media didn't misread opinion; they tried to dictate it. Nobody was more surprised about Donald Trump's victory than Donald Trump, but for those of us outside the Beltway and media towers, the grassroots sentiments have been plain since liar-nObama's duped voters into seating him in 2008.
          And a parting word for liar-Hillary Clinton — you left Americans to die in Benghazi in order to prop up liar-nObama's 2012 faux re-election mantra, "Al-Qa'ida is on the run." We will NEVER forget.

{today.reframemedia.com} ~ Prayer has been a part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. Sometimes the whole idea of prayer is a mystery to me. Let me be clear, I don’t doubt that God hears my prayers, but I have lots of questions about prayer--and I know others do too.

Most often, this particular question comes to mind: Am I just talking to myself?

When I reflect on what I have been taught and what I believe, the answer to this question is “No, I’m not just talking to myself.” The God who created the universe, created me in his image and sent his son to die for my sins, hears my prayers. And not only mine, he hears the prayers of all who approach him. This is mentioned in the Bible in 1 John 5:14, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

 This is a powerful idea. The Almighty God hears us when we pray.
There are many passages in the Bible that address God hearing and answering prayers (Mark 11:24, John 14:13-14, Matthew 7:7, to name a few). Although these verses give us hope, we might still question the power of prayer. God’s power is too great for human beings to fully comprehend. We do not know all that He does and we do not understand why things happen the way they do. We just know that it is all part of God’s bigger plan for our lives. Lately, I have been wrestling with this idea, but I have found hope in the power of prayer.

I have a former teacher who dedicated his life to the Lord, his wife, his three young children, his students, and his community. His wife, my former youth leader, has done the same. They both had a big impact on my life and my faith. They have always held a special place in my heart. At the end of September of this year, this teacher was in a very serious car accident. I don’t remember the last time I prayed to God so fervently. I had hope that God would heal this man and return him to his family, his students, and his community.

He died one week after his 37th birthday.

What does this mean for the power of prayer?

If prayer is so powerful, why didn’t God heal this man?

We don’t know the answer to this. Matthew 18:19-20 says, “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” There were far more than two or three gathered together to pray for this family. I know this because his family had been inspired to put all the places where people were praying on a map for his kids—and others who were praying—to see:

 If so many people prayed, why is he not alive today? Why didn’t God heal him? It would be easy to say that God just ignored our prayers. Clearly he did not do what we asked. However, as I said before, God has a plan and a purpose for everything, and he knows things that we cannot begin to fathom. God did not answer our prayers in the way we all wanted, but he heard our cries. The Lord called his child home to heaven, to eternal life, and he is no longer in pain. That is a blessing to my former teacher, but it comes with great sorrow for the rest of us on earth. I think God answered our prayers by using the community that my former teacher built during his lifetime to lift up the family he left behind. Hundreds came to the funeral to say goodbye and show support for the family. We all questioned together why this happened, but reminded one another that we have hope in God and in eternal life. That is powerful. We lifted our voices in song and in prayer and God heard. He always hears. Even though we don’t understand, his ways are best.

We “stormed the gates of heaven” in prayer for the life of my former teacher, and God answered by opening the gates for his child in pain. That is powerful. God hears our prayers and he answers us.

Sometimes the answer just isn’t the one we want to hear.

Yesterday, America awoke to the unexpected reality that Donald Trump was president-elect. Many Americans felt some combination of relief, excitement and optimism after being fed up with the last eight years of Washington elitists foisting their socialist agenda upon the country.           What do leftists do when their candidate loses? Protest, violently if "necessary."

In Chicago, hundreds gathered outside Trump International Hotel and Tower shouting, "No Trump! No KKK! No racist USA!" One young woman holding up a sign that read, "Enjoy your rights while you can," said, "I'm just really terrified about what is happening in this country."
          In Oakland, the protesting crowd grew to 6,000 and began rioting by smashing windows and setting fires so that law enforcement was brought in to quell the situation. Neighboring San Francisco saw hundreds of people marching and chanting "Donald Trump has got to go." One woman brought her five-year-old son to the protest and said through tears, "I don't know how to explain to him the state of the world. I want him to understand that there aren't all evil people out there." Well, she certainly could have chosen a better venue to seek to reinforce that ideal.
          What is truly ironic about leftist action and rhetoric is the fact that what they claim to fear and decry is the very thing they practice. By labeling those who disagree with their point of view as bigots and racists, they are displaying the very hate they claim to be combating. As many attempt to explain how liar-Hillary Clinton lost the election despite all the manifest weaknesses of her opponent, all the support she received from the Leftmedia, and a huge pile of campaign cash, one reason more than any other seems to be on the top of the list. She was a uniquely bad candidate the DNC believed it could force to the top.
          In 2008, the then-New York senator couldn't garner even 40% of the Democrat primary vote and lost to that upstart and rather unknown junior senator from Illinois, Barack liar-nObama. Though never admitted publicly by the DNC, there was much talk that, this time around, it was liar-Hillary's turn. That was confirmed by the WikiLeaks release of the DNC's hacked emails, which revealed the effort to defeat upstart Bernie Sanders. The DNC succeeded in securing the nomination for liar-Clinton, but not the presidency.
          As for Donald Trump, he didn't win because of racism, as so many within the Leftmedia are claiming. In fact, the numbers show that Trump won less of the white vote and more of the black and Hispanic vote than did Mitt Romney. liar-Clinton received less of the minority vote than did liar-nObama in 2012. Overall, liar-Hillary won six million fewer votes than liar-nObama in '12, and 10 million fewer than liar-nObama in '08. It would seem the Democrats' usual identity politics failed to work as well without liar-nObama at the top of the ticket.

Here Come the Charges of Racism and Sexism

{townhall.com} ~ No sooner was it clear that Donald Trump would be our next president then the “racist” and “sexist” charges started to fly.

According to CNN’s Van Jones, the vote for Trump was, in part, a “whitelash” against President liar-nObama’s blackness.

According to MSNBC’s Al Sharpton, populist, white support for Trump today is not “Bernie Sanders populism” but rather “George Wallace populism.”

According to ABC’s Cokie Roberts, lots of men voted for Trump because there is “probably” a “strong sentiment about not having a woman president.”

In reality, millions of Americans were fed up with the direction of this country, not with the color of President liar-nObama’s skin. And, these same frustrated Americans would have gladly voted for a strong conservative female against a weak liberal male. Just imagine how they would have rallied around a Republican Margaret Thatcher had she been running against Democrat Bernie Sanders.

That being said, I do not deny for a moment that racism and sexism exist in America, nor do I deny that Donald Trump helped deepened the divides among us.

We are a country of 340 million people, and we have more than enough racists and sexists among us.

But, percentage-wise, I suspect that there are just as many black racists as white racists or Hispanic racists, etc. and there are just as many men-hating feminists as there are women-degrading male chauvinists. And let’s not forget liar-Hillary’s divisiveness either.

But rather than look at this statistically with regard to the Trump/liar-Hillary vote as David French has done when it comes to race and as exit poll analyses have broken down in greater detail, let’s apply a little logic and see if there might be some double standards.

Thinking back to the liar-Hillary/liar-nObama primary battle in 2008, which at times was quite intense, were liar-nObama’s voters sexist for rejecting liar-Hillary? Conversely, were liar-Hillary’s voters racist for rejecting liar-nObama?

Of course, questions like this would never be asked, since the voters in question were liberals and Democrats who, by default, cannot be guilty of racism or sexism. Obviously!

Interestingly, it was during the 2008 campaign that John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate, yet the same “angry white males” who rejected liar-Hillary in 2016 because of her gender embraced Sarah Palin despite hers. Or could it be that the issue was not gender but rather policies?

In my varied roles as a conservative leader, radio host, author, professor, minister, and public speaker, I have interacted with thousands of voters who could not vote for Barack liar-nObama or liar-Hillary Clinton. And not one of them ever brought up the color of his skin, while perhaps two or three brought up the fact that liar-Hillary was a woman and they believed that men should govern and lead.

On the flip side, a large percentage of these people (including me) really wanted to have the privilege of voting for the first black president, but we could not do so in good conscience. At the same time, I can tell you that I know countless women and men who would never vote for liar-Hillary because of her policies and character, not her gender.

Unfortunately, because we are all conservatives who tend to vote Republican, we are, by default, sexists and racists. Of course!

But perhaps I’m missing the point and one of my progressive friends can enlighten me. Please help me understand.

When it comes to a black candidate vs. a white candidate, when blacks vote for the black candidate in overwhelming percentages, that's not racist, but when whites vote for the white candidate in fairly large percentages, that is racist. Can anyone explain how that works?

In the same way, when it comes to a female candidate vs. a male candidate, when women vote for the female candidate in overwhelming percentages, that’s not sexist, but when men vote for the male candidate in fairly large percentages, that is sexist.

Could it be that the problem is not with the racism and sexism of the right but rather with the racist and sexist projections of the left? Could it be that it is the racist and sexist lens through which some of them see the rest of the world?

Again, this is not to deny the existence of racism and sexism on the right. It is to dispute the pervasiveness of those ugly attitudes on the right and to ask if there is not as least as much of it on the left.

Ironically, in a classic example of the pot calling the kettle black, it was Al Sharpton who stated that Trump “knew exactly what he was doing, he was playing to the worst elements.” How extraordinary!

I personally believe that both liar-Hillary and Trump ran very divisive campaigns and, as one who voted for Trump and urged others not to vote for liar-Hillary, I will gladly hold him accountable for his divisiveness. And certainly, I hope to see a good amount of diversity in those he appoints to serve.

But since Trump has now pledged to be the president of all Americans, and since liar-Hillary and liar-nObama have urged their supporters to be give Trump a chance, the best we can do is drop the race-baiting, gender-baiting rhetoric and treat each other with grace and respect in the midst of our serious differences.

That applies to the left at least as much as it applies to the right.

At Yale University, a professor cancelled an exam for students too distraught over the fall of American socialism to take a test..  In Arizona, high school students walked out of their classes to protest the end of a nation without borders or laws.

Look…we know that you’ve been indoctrinated to pitch a fit every time you don’t get your way, or anytime you’re faced with earning something you feel pre-entitled to, but curling up in a ball, in your safe place with a government granted therapy dog, a box of crayons and a bowl of organic, free-range tofu noodle soup while refusing to go outside for the next four years really isn’t the answer.
