Weekend Edition: A Letter to the new Congress

By Craig Andresen – The National Patriot and Right Side Patriots on cprworldwidemedia.com

tnp-eagle.jpg?width=221Dear Republican Members of the United States 114th Congress,

You were elected by this nation’s largest and most influential entity…We the People…on November 4th, 2014. Please substitute the word “HIRED” for the word…”ELECTED.”

WE want YOU to know that YOU work for US…not the other way around and if you fail to do what WE have HIRED you to do…WE…will fire…YOIU.

Let’s start with our borders.

SEAL THEM UP. This is the United States of America and our laws do NOT allow trespassing by those who are not on the guest list so shut those borders down. Enforce the existing laws regarding deportation of ILLEGAL ALIENS and build a damn fence…guard it…electrify it if need be to keep those whom you deport as well as those trying to take from us what is ours, from sneaking into our country.

There ARE legal ways of coming to this country and all who respect those means are more than welcome to be here. That system needs work…streamlining…do that but not until after you have shut the border down.

Got it?

Federal Judges are NOT Gods, regardless of the size of their egos. When they disregard the Constitution and shred the civil rights of innocent victims of a perverted Justice system, they are saying that the law does not apply to them.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE "GOOD BEHAVIOUR" TO YOU?

This man had me kidnapped from the other side of the planet based on an indictment that was not even in my name and then had the nerve to subject me to almost 3 years of imprisonment, without benefit of a trial by jury. Thereafter, he threw me into the street in Mississippi, without a passport or money to return to my family in Romania, where I had been falsely arrested and kidnapped by U.S. Marshals in the first place.

When I was FINALLY released, I did not even get "sorry about that", much less a records expungement or the return of my guns which were stolen by the U.S. Marshals.

Maybe there is not yet the political will to impeach Obama, but we surely have the will and the power to rid ourselves of Federal Judges who disregard our civil and Constitutional rights in the same manner as President Obama has.

This man has GOT to go.

PLEASE HELP US.

Ask around. Maybe you know someone else he's done something like this to. If you find them, ask them to join me in stopping this man and others like him from continuing to abuse innocent American citizens just because some crooked , murdering Mississippi State judge asked him to.

In appraising the Midterm General Election in 2014, most assessors recognize the major issues include President Obama and his administration, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, almost all Capitol Hill Democrat legislators; all Washington, DC Democrats with a ‘left-wing’ agenda and other left-wing members within the Judiciary.

The voters’ breakdown position number one was and is the US economy.  Our economy has deteriorated under President Obama and his administration with many jobs being forced to relocate their factories to friendlier communities or nations, or close their businesses here; mostly based on our government’s radical, anti-business agenda.

Many Federal Judges are revealing their own left-wing political positions in overruling states’ Constitutional Amendment initiatives based on our Declaration of Independence, our US Constitution, and our Holy Bible as provided by our Founding Fathers’ guidance’.  Many of these incompetent findings may question as to why we vote on anything anymore if these left-wing members of the Judiciary overrule the voters’ positions on these Constitutional issues.

Expect many left-wing Judges and President Obama’s Cabinet administration departments to continue their ‘left-wing’ agendas and in conflict with private sector businesses.

With voters presentation to GOP leadership on Capitol Hill, many other states and local governments across the USA, and under earlier and proven fiscal policies and ideas for restoring the USA, Americans may now see new jobs and/or better jobs in the private sector for Americans to improve themselves, their families, and their communities.

Issues of importance to resolve but in no specific order, include:

  1. Repeal ObamaCare, as itself, this legislation has become a government, Socialistic, and a very expensive endeavor of costs to Americans; burdening too many families and their jobs.

  1. Stop the spending.  Balance the Budget.  Reduce our National Debt. http://www.usdebtclock.org/

  2. Eliminate or limit many Cabinet departments as out of control government agencies have become too authoritative, unfriendly, and insufferable to employers and our US economy.

  3. Stop Illegal immigrants at the border, and specifically, criminals and other known potential terrorists, etc.

  4. Many of Obama’s foreign policies are failing; whereas, the Obama administration is funding terrorists’ groups and governments; some of these American funded groups and governments are at war with our US Military.  How foolish!

America now has 17 times more ‘illegal’ immigrants in the USA than in the entire US Military stationed within the USA; more than 14 times more illegal immigrants in the USA than in the entire US Military around the world.

A majority of our ‘illegal’ immigrants are receiving government aid at taxpayers’ expense; food, water, shelter, healthcare, education, etc.; and at taxpayers’ expense.

Illegal immigrants must be required to return to their native nation, obtain a Green Card, and then get in line before re-entering the USA.  Afterward, each permitted immigrant may become a contributor, rather than a recipient of government resources.

The American voters have given Capitol Hill Republicans a Capitol Hill majority in both Houses of Congress with an opportunity to ‘show their stuff’.  Americans have spoken!  Restore our US economy, preserve our Constitution, and restore our freedoms and values.

Should Republican legislators fail the American voters; the voters will dethrone the GOP in 2016.

AT LEAST 55 NO-GO ZONES .... IN SWEDEN

At least 55 Islamic No-Go Zones…in SwedenPosted on November 7, 2014 by creepingsweden-no-go-zonesAs in France, via Swedish Police Lose Control Of 55 No-Go Zones To Muslim Gangs | The Daily Caller.Swedish police have ceded control over 55 “no-go zones” to predominately Muslim criminal gangs. An extensive report mapping out 55 no-go zones was released Oct. 24, showing where law enforcement has all but handed control to criminal gangs.Officers frequently face outright attacks when trying to enter the areas, which is a step up from the previous problem with attacks on mailmen, fire trucks, ambulances and similar services. Fire trucks and ambulances had to wait for police escort to enter the areas, but now the police themselves need protection. The no-go areas heavily coincide with the map of the 186 “exclusion areas” aka. crowded, predominantly Muslim immigrant ghettos, where education is low, employment is lower and the only local business thriving is drug dealing.A pair of policemen in May were in pursuit of a suspect and unwisely entered the no-go zone of the southern city of Landskrona. Their car was rammed and the officers were forced out of the car. They were cornered by a crowd of some 50 hostile thugs and drew their weapons to hold them back and called for immediate backup.Several nearby patrol cars responded to the call and sped towards the scene, only to be ordered to stop half a mile away — just outside the no-go border. The police commander didn’t send the backup units in, fearing escalation and all-out war. The cornered police officers were left to fend for themselves. As luck would have it, one of the officers knew a few residents who interfered and convinced the thugs to let them leave. In response to these no-go zones, the Swedish police is expanding its soft approach of dialogue and understanding. After the extensive 2013 Stockholm ghetto riots with hundreds of burned cars and buildings, police responded by mostly staying away and sending forth special “dialogue officers” to grill halal hot dogs with the miscreants and make them see the errors of their ways.Starting next year, the Stockholm Policy Academy will be moved to Södertörns Högskola, where the new curriculum will be “progressive” with more focus on cultural sensitivity, ethical awareness, gender issues and more. The aspiring police officers will achieve “greater understanding of the intercultural perspective.”And soon, Sweden will be another Muslim-conquered country.

San Diego: As Muslims slaughter thousands worldwide, high school choir sings Islamic chant to show “diversity”Posted on November 7, 2014 by creepingThis is not the first school that’s been forced to sing the Islamic chant. The chant, Zikr, ‘has lyrics that translate from the original Urdu to, “There is no truth except Allah” and “Allah is the only eternal and immortal.”‘ h/t BNIvia High School Choir Concert Will Go On as Planned, Islamic Chant Included: Principal | NBC 7 San Diego.A San Diego-area high school is backtracking after its administration received backlash when it removed an Islamic selections from an upcoming concert lineup.Earlier this week, Mt. Carmel High School asked the school’s choir director to remove an Islamic chant from the Thursday evening concert program after a parent complained it showed religious elements. The choir director told NBC 7 that the concerned parent does not have child in the Classical Choir Ensemble.Earlier in the week, the high school principal and assistant principals talked with their choir group and let them share their opinions, according to one of the students in the choir ensemble. On Wednesday, the students were told to remove the Islamic Chant called “Zikr” and a Korean Chant because it couldn’t be directly translated.Choir student Alyssa Marine said the songs were connected throughout the concert to show how America is diverse.Early Thursday, Mt. Carmel High School told NBC 7 that administrators reviewed all of the songs scheduled to be performed in a choir performance and a decision was made to change portions of the performance. This decision was based on input from parents, students and teachers over the past two days, school officials said.Students say they have been working on the songs since the beginning of the semester and enjoyed the fact that the concert would showcase different cultures. But at about 4 p.m. Thursday, Principal Greg Magno sent an email to the choir families, announcing all the songs will be included in the performance.Magno plans to read a statement before the concert that explains he has read through the Education Code and Board Policy, but in the end, the most important thing is to listen to students.“The students performing tonight chose those particular pieces because they represent and honor the diversity in their choir, the diversity at their school, and the diversity in their community,” the statement says. “These students made the right decision when they put together this program. They have my full support and the support of the Superintendent and the District for the performance you are about to hear.”The concert is scheduled to take place at the high school at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. If sharia law is so great and the Muslim world so diverse, why aren’t Muslims flocking there? Why don’t Islamophilic liberals move there? Hollywood too?

THE PATRIOT POST

THE PATRIOT POSTDaily DigestNov. 7, 2014Print Email Bigger SmallerTHE FOUNDATION“On you depend the fortunes of America. You are to decide the important question, on which rest the happiness and liberty of millions yet unborn. Act worthy of yourselves.” –Joseph Warren, Boston Massacre Oration, 1775TOP 5 RIGHT HOOKSOctober Jobs Report Good but Not Good EnoughAnother decent jobs report is out for October. Reuters reports, “Employers added 214,000 new jobs to their payrolls last month, the Labor Department said on Friday. The unemployment rate fell [to 5.8 percent] from 5.9 percent, even as more people entered the labor force, a sign of strength in the jobs market.” August and September numbers were also revised upward by 31,000. All isn’t completely well, however. The Washington Post notes, “[W]orkers have been hampered by minimal wage increases, and some seven million Americans say they are looking for full-time work but have found only part-time jobs.” The U-6 rate, which better accounts for such numbers, remains high at 11.5%, though it too dropped from September. In short, the numbers are good, but not nearly as robust as the economy needs to truly pull out of the Great Obama Stagnation.Comment | ShareConservatives Prepare for Immigration BattleAs Barack Obama readies his immigration order during the next two months, Republicans in Congress are working on a strategy to counter him. One conservative Senate staffer told The Daily Signal, “Voters don’t support amnesty and expanding DACA,” referring to Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program delaying deportation for some children of illegals. “It’s one of the only issues that is at the cross section of the economy and national security. We should not run from it. We should embrace it.” More important, perhaps, House Speaker John Boehner warned Obama about an executive amnesty, saying, “When you play with matches you take the risk of burning yourself and he is going to burn himself if he continues down this path.” Republicans should focus on doing whatever it takes – including defunding things – to block Obama’s attempt at mass amnesty.Comment | ShareCourt Upholds Traditional MarriageA federal appeals court upheld same-sex marriage bans in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee Thursday, temporarily slowing the march towards same-sex marriage. Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said in the ruling it was not the place of the courts to decide such an important social issue. What a novel concept. “When the courts do not let the people resolve new social issues like this one, they perpetuate the idea that the heroes in these change events are judges and lawyers,” Sutton wrote. “Better in this instance, we think, to allow change through the customary political processes, in which the people, gay and straight alike, become the heroes of their own stories by meeting each other not as adversaries in a court system but as fellow citizens seeking to resolve a new social issue in a fair-minded way.” Now with dissent in the lower courts, the Supreme Court will almost surely pick up the issue of same-sex marriage – even though Ruth Bader Ginsberg said leftists should change society over time instead of all at once. More…Comment | ShareEric Holder Further Erodes Press FreedomsAttorney General Eric Holder’s new guidelines over when to issue subpoenas threaten the independence and robustness of the press. “Instead of retaining straightforward language telling prosecutors not to ‘impair the news-gathering function’ from the previous set of guidelines,” the New York Times editorial board wrote, “new wording unveiled with release of the overhauled guidelines in February calls for avoiding the issuance of subpoenas that ‘might unreasonably impair ordinary news gathering.’ The change by Mr. Holder and his aides could invite prosecutors in the future to claim that news gathering that entails the disclosure of classified information (as national security reporting typically does) is out of the ‘ordinary’ and, therefore, exempted from the guidelines.” This is just the latest example of the executive branch – especially the Department of Justice – stifling oversight from Congress and the fourth estate. Wasn’t the whole point of the First Amendment to avoid situations like this? More…Comment | ShareFrom the ‘Prediction Fails’ FileIn his 2009 book, “40 More Years: How the Democrats Will Rule the Next Generation,” Clinton campaign architect James Carville wrote this in the opening paragraph of the preface: “Every four years Americans hold a presidential election. Somebody wins and somebody loses. That’s life. But 2008 was an anomaly. The election of President Barack Obama is about something far bigger than four or even eight years in the White House. Since 2004, Americans have been witnessing and participating in the emergence of a Democratic majority that will last not four but forty years. Republicans are going to keep getting spanked again and again for 40 more years because we’re right and they’re wrong, and Americans know it.” Oops.Comment | ShareFor more, visit Right Hooks.ShareRIGHT ANALYSISThe Price of Obama’s Retreat From IraqThis week, Barack Obama announced he will seek bipartisan authority for additional military action against ISIL, saying, “I think it’s too early to say whether we are winning because, as I said at the outset of the ISIL campaign, this is going to be a long-term plan to solidify the Iraqi government, to solidify their security forces.” That “long-term plan” should have been a status of forces agreement (SOFA) back in 2011, but Obama’s 2012 re-election ambitions got in the way.As Mark Alexander outlined in “Obama’s Iraqi Makeover”:“In 2008, Obama campaigned on ‘ending the war in Iraq.’"In 2009, he upended our long-term military objectives to establish a forward military operating capability in Iraq in order to maintain stability in a region where we have very critical national interests, and he set a new course for retreat and withdrawal from the region."In 2011, having rejected the Bush strategy of establishing a status of forces agreement (SOFA) to secure our hard-won gains in Iraq and the region, Obama declared, ‘Everything Americans have done in Iraq, all the fighting, all the dying, the bleeding, the building and the training and the partnering, all of it has led to this moment of success. … We’re leaving behind a sovereign, stable and self-reliant Iraq.’"In 2012, amid the cascading failure of his domestic economic and social policies, Obama centered his re-election campaign on his faux foreign policy successes crafted around the mantras, ‘Four years ago, I promised to end the war in Iraq. I did,” and, “al-Qa'ida is on the run.’”Meanwhile, Obama seeks help from Iran. The Wall Street Journal reports, “President Barack Obama secretly wrote Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in the middle of last month and described a shared interest in fighting Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria, according to people briefed on the correspondence. The letter appeared aimed both at buttressing the Islamic State campaign and nudging Iran’s religious leader closer to a nuclear deal. Mr. Obama stressed to Mr. Khamenei that any cooperation on Islamic State was largely contingent on Iran reaching a comprehensive agreement with global powers on the future of Tehran’s nuclear program by a Nov. 24 diplomatic deadline, the same people say.”Iran is the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism. Why would it yield to Obama on nuclear weapons or work to fight against the terrorists of ISIL? Obama’s foreign policy is an utter disaster, and that’s surely plain to the mullahs. And so we’re back to square one.Predictably, Obama’s “hope and change” strategy in the region left fertile ground for the resurgence of a far more dangerous incarnation of Muslim terrorism under the name Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, which has displaced al-Qa'ida as the dominant asymmetric threat to our national security.(Read in more detail, “The Rise of the Islamic State.”)Comment | ShareHow Democrats Lost the ‘War on Women’Democrats with double-X chromosomes (and some with a Y one) were on a mission to end the supposed Republican “war on women.” Flanked by gender-driven generals nationwide vying for votes, and applauded by the likes of DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, these crusaders took to the campaign trail on a quest to bring fallopian freedom to the fairer sex everywhere. But when their day of glory came, they went down to defeat, and went down hard. Not once, not twice, but in state after state across the nation where voters recognized the hyperbolic rhetoric as smoke and mirrors distracting from the absence of real policy proposals, and where they tired of seeing sensible discussions discarded in favor of a campaign-trail version of the Vagina Monologues. Democrats may have treated women voters as ignorant dupes, but it didn’t work.Take Sandra Fluke, for example, the poster child for unbridled sex, whose core political ideology centers on the demand for government-provided contraception to support her sexual escapades. She gained national fame by testifying to Congress of the need for contraception she and other young women couldn’t possibly pay for themselves (even for $9 a month at Walgreens). Fluke failed in her bid for California State Senate – losing by more than 21 points. War on women? Voters didn’t buy it.Or consider progressive darling Wendy Davis, who famously filibustered in the Texas State House for the right to dismember unborn babies at the latest stages of pregnancy. Davis lost her bid for Texas governor by a whopping 21 points – the worst showing for Democrats in a Texas gubernatorial race since 1998. What’s more, Davis couldn’t even win among women, losing by nine points among all women and 25 points among married women. War on women? Don’t use that lie to mess with Texas. Then there was Colorado Sen. Mark Udall, who might as well have been a woman given his campaign was so focused on the “war on women” that the press dubbed him “Mark Uterus.” Even the reliably liberal Denver Post grew tired of Udall’s single-issue campaign and instead endorsed his pro-life Republican opponent, Corey Gardner. Udall lost his Senate seat, winning only 52% of women voters among his typically Democrat-leaning constituency. War on women? Coloradans weren’t that high. And that’s not to delve into the details of the “war on women” candidates endorsed by sex-magazine Cosmopolitan. Of the 12 candidates backed by Cosmo (none of whom, incidentally, were Republican), only two won. Aside from Fluke and Davis, Tuesday’s losers included Staci Appel (Iowa), Mary Burke (Wisconsin), Alison Lundergan Grimes (Kentucky), Michelle Nunn (Georgia), Amanda Renteria (California), and Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (New Hampshire).Might these losses actually suggest the war on women is real? Could these women’s gender have sunk them? Not so fast. Women actually did win on Election Night – and win big. But many were women whose political aims extended beyond abortion and contraceptives to issues women – and men – actually care about: the economy, national security, federal spending and out-of-control debt. Rather than insulting women by insinuating their vote is based purely on particular feminine needs, the conservative women who ran and won actually believe females are capable of rising above their hormonal cycles to critically evaluate the issues facing our nation.Take Joni Ernst, for example. Forget an imaginary “war on women.” This combat veteran actually fought in a real war – Iraq. Now, she’s poised to become the first female senator from Iowa and the first female veteran in the Senate. War on women? Ernst was too busy vowing to make Washington’s big spenders squeal to claim imaginary oppression.Or take conservative Mia Love of Utah, who made history by becoming the first black Republican woman elected to the U.S. House. War on women? Only if you look at how women have suffered under Obama’s failed policies. Then there’s Elise Stefanik of New York, who at age 30 just became the youngest woman ever elected to Congress. War on women? As an unashamed pro-life advocate, Stefanik was automatically disqualified from joining the ranks of the war’s self-declared victims.Speaking of abortion, the “war on women” mantra also failed on the ballot initiative level. Voters in Tennessee, for example, voted to amend the state’s constitution to clarify that it does not require taxpayer funding for or guarantee any right to abortion. War on women? Only if you count the millions of unborn women who have been slaughtered in the name of “choice.”As political analyst Charles Krauthammer so accurately noted, “I think this is the end of the ‘War on Women,’ and the Democrats have lost it.”Here’s the bottom line: Burdened by this administration’s policy disasters and absent any real plans to remedy the mess, Democrats sought to divert attention from their stunning failures by campaigning on a phony “war on women.” But women didn’t buy it. Instead, it backfired, and backfired big.Comment | ShareThe Blacks Who Didn’t VoteTim Scott and Mia LoveIn a desperate, last-ditch effort to hold onto a Democrat Senate, Barack and Michelle Obama led the charge to get black voters to turn out and do what they’ve done best: cast ballots for the Democrat Party. Whether it was the president taping interviews with several black radio hosts or Michelle allowing those who voted to have fried chicken, their focus was getting a reliable voter bloc to the polls. In the end, though, it wasn’t enough, as Republicans steamrolled would-be Senate Democrats in several states with heavy minority voting such as Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky and North Carolina on their way to a likely nine-seat gain in the Senate and a dozen more in the House. The economic beat down of the last several years likely soured blacks on reflexively voting Democrat. As The Wall Street Journal points out, “At the start of the President’s first term, the unemployment rate was 12.7% for blacks and 7.1% for whites. Four years later in January 2013 the numbers were 13.8% and 7%, respectively, which means that the black-white employment gap had widened. Today black unemployment is down to 11%, but it’s still more than double the white rate of 5.1%.” Labor participation, poverty and median income are also comparatively worse for blacks under the first black president. It’s no wonder Democrats were left spouting nothing but craven allusions to Jim Crow laws, Trayvon Martin and the Ferguson rioting. And it’s no surprise the reaction in the black community was apathy. That apathy affected not only Congress, but at least one key gubernatorial race, too. In Maryland, Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown, a black Army veteran, lost to Republican Larry Hogan. That was what many viewed as the night’s biggest upset, particularly as Maryland has an extensive minority voting population in the city of Baltimore and the Washington suburbs of Prince George’s County.Meanwhile, Republicans are beginning efforts to reach out to the black community – something they should have been doing with far greater fervor for the last 50 years. The new efforts are timid and tentative, but they’re already bearing fruit. From South Carolina, Sen. Tim Scott won his seat at the polls (he had been appointed by the governor in 2013 to replace Jim DeMint) to became the first black senator elected from the South since Reconstruction. And Mia Love will represent a Utah district as the first black female Republican to be elected to Congress. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People Democrats didn’t bother mentioning Scott or Love in its election statement. Shocking, we know.Perhaps that’s because Scott speaks the truth: “Let’s just ask ourselves, if we look back over history when Congress was controlled by the Democrats for 40 consecutive years, if we look at the result of that control, what has happened in black America? We saw greater poverty,” the senator said. “The policies of the Left have not worked. … [G]overnment is not the answer for progress.” Rather, he said, it’s thanks to “a good education” and “a strong work ethic.” He concluded, “The key … is individual freedom and economic opportunity.” Bingo. One elected Republican investing his time in black neighborhoods is Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who has hosted informal events in several cities, including Atlanta, Detroit and Ferguson. Paul candidly admits that, in the black community at least, “The Republican Party brand sucks … so people don’t want to be a Republican, and for 80 years African-Americans have had nothing to do with Republicans.” His “listening sessions,” however, expose interested minority voters to conservative solutions for fighting poverty, improving education and addressing the criminal justice system. While Paul is convinced the GOP has a “huge opportunity” among minority voters, he has warned that an overemphasis on voter ID laws is a “dumb idea.” We disagree, though such laws ought to be clearly presented as preserving the sanctity of the ballot box, not as being designed to suppress minorities. And we appreciate Paul’s efforts at minority outreach. Other Republicans should take note.If the Democrats ever do lose their monopoly on the black vote, it will become much harder for them to maintain the coalition that keeps them in power. Clearly, maintaining this coalition is paramount for Democrats, which is why they’re pushing to grant citizenship rights to millions of illegal aliens to keep the spigot open on the supply of government-dependent voters. Liberty is colorblind, however, and that’s the point Republicans need to get across.Comment | ShareFor more, visit Right Analysis.TOP 5 RIGHT OPINION COLUMNSCharles Krauthammer: Seize the Day, Control the AgendaDavid Harsanyi: The Republican Wave Debunked Big Myths About the Obama EraMona Charen: The Triumph of De-DemonizingJonah Goldberg: Maybe Big Data Should Play Smaller Role in Our PoliticsMichelle Malkin: Voters Reject Illegal Alien RewardsFor more, visit Right Opinion.OPINION IN BRIEFBritish statesman Edmund Burke (1729-1797): “To govern according to the sense and agreement of the interests of the people is a great and glorious object of governance. This object cannot be obtained but through the medium of popular election, and popular election is a mighty evil.”Columnist Charles Krauthammer: “[Obama] will try to regain control of the national agenda with executive amnesty for illegal immigrants. … That would be naked impeachment bait. Don’t take it. Use the power of the purse to defund it. Pledge immediate repeal if Republicans take the White House in 2017. Denounce it as both unconstitutional and bad policy. But don’t let it overwhelm and overtake the GOP agenda. That’s exactly what Obama wants. It is his only way to regain the initiative. The 2014 election has given the GOP the rare opportunity to retroactively redeem its brand. … Pass legislation. When Obama signs, you’ve shown seriousness and the ability to govern. When he vetoes, you’ve clarified the differences between party philosophies and prepared the ground for 2016. Tuesday’s victory was big. But it did nothing more than level the playing field and give you a shot. Take it.”Comment | ShareColumnist David Harsanyi: “If we’re to believe the media-authored account of the past six years, the GOP has made rigid obstructionism of Barack Obama’s policies its sole agendum. In victory and in concession speeches, candidates of both parties still claim that ‘dysfunction’ has been the biggest problem in Washington. Where exactly have Republicans suffered for their stubbornness? The reality is that Republicans have been generously rewarded for their tenacity in stopping post-Obamacare progressive policy. Since 2010, the Republicans have pulled together a historic string of victories – with scores of seats changing hands in the House. If anything, what we learned is that politicians are far likelier to be penalized by the electorate for passing unworkable and overreaching legislation than they are for stopping it. … The reality is that only one party was punished. American voters didn’t oust incumbents; they ousted Democrats.”Comment | ShareComedian Seth Meyers: “Republicans won enough seats to gain a majority in the Senate and increase their majority in the House. You did.”Semper Vigilo, Fortis, Paratus et Fidelis!Join us in daily prayer for our Patriots in uniform – Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen – standing in harm’s way in defense of Liberty, and for their families.

THE DAILY JOT

Bill WilsonThe Daily JotDaily reporting and analysis of current events from a biblical and prophetic perspective.NOTE: When writing about God and Jesus, The Daily Jot means YHVH as God and Yeshua Ha Mashiach as Jesus--the actual original names and the true nature and character of them.Friday, November 7, 2014The perils of cleaning houseThe last time we cleaned house-during the Reagan Revolution-we voted out the scalawags and turned Congress over to the hirelings. Then we went on about our business thinking those who we supported would take care of business. But over time, they eventually pillaged the storehouse, which is us. We The People have only accomplished a baby step by voting out the evildoers. We have to take the leap in holding these scoundrels accountable. Boehner and McConnell have done nothing in six years to combat this evil before us. In fact, they have aided and abetted it by their lack of opposition. We simply must, like the citizens in the founding revolution, hold them accountable. And that will take vigilance. The message I sent yesterday to Mitch McConnell and John Boehner: "We gave you a Republican majority to reverse, revoke and repeal the bad Marxist government of [sic "the president"], not to find common ground with him, as he seems to think you will do. It cannot be business as usual, you must do a better job as an opposition leader." The message I sent to each member of the Senate and House leadership: "We gave you a Republican majority to reverse, revoke and repeal the bad Marxist government of [sic "the president"], not to find common ground with him. McConnell and Boehner need to be removed as [sic "the president"] seems to think they will work with him rather than take a stand. It cannot be business as usual. Please do the right thing."Yes, we have cleaned house, but when the leadership that remains says they will do what they can to work with the "president," they have already forgotten the message that was so earnestly sent the night before. They only regard our effort that they have gained more power. If we the voters let up even a breath, they will sink into their fleshly existence. Time to put the spurs on and ride these horses into the battle. We need to commit them to a war against common ground--a war from which they cannot back out. These officeholders need to stand on the island of Courage, Righteousness, and Common Sense. And We The People need to burn the ships so they cannot escape from the island. We cannot afford to fall asleep at the switch or we will lose what we have gained. Establish accountability teams in every district and hold these that we elected accountable on every issue. Like Nehemiah who rebuilt the wall--set up shifts, assign issues, and keep the sword to their backsides. There is a Biblical principle here found in Luke 11:24-26, "When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, I will return unto my house from which I came out.And when he comes, he finds it swept and in order. Then he goes, and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first." Don't allow our nation to be that man.Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!Bill Wilsonwww.dailyjot.comPS. THE DAILY JOT

Bill WilsonThe Daily JotDaily reporting and analysis of current events from a biblical and prophetic perspective.NOTE: When writing about God and Jesus, The Daily Jot means YHVH as God and Yeshua Ha Mashiach as Jesus--the actual original names and the true nature and character of them.Thursday, November 6, 2014The Emperor's delusional rant, or notThe occupant of the Oval Office held his post-election news conference Wednesday afternoon. He rattled off a list of items that he thinks his presidency has improved for the American people such as higher income, more jobs, and lower deficits. He is delusional to think that we are better off because of him. More people are receiving government benefits than are working; the per capita income of $28,184 has declined 6% since he took office; 38% of the workforce has given up on getting a job; and the US is carrying record debt of nearly $18 trillion. He is delusional on a lot of things, even promising executive orders when Congress won't accept his agenda. But there may be something for which is not so delusional. He said, "I'm hoping that the kind of attitude and approach that Mitch McConnell and John Boehner have already expressed, their desire to get things done, allows us to find some common ground....And my commitment to them -- and I've said this when I spoke to them -- is, is that anywhere where we can find common ground, I'm eager to pursue it....my interactions with Mitch McConnell, he has always been very straightforward with me. To his credit, he has never made a promise that he couldn't deliver...he has always given me, I think, realistic assessments of what he can get through his caucus and what he can't. And so I think we can have a productive relationship."These are most disturbing words. The voters tossed out Democrats because Americans were done with the Islamic-Marxist policies of this "president." Voters overwhelmingly want socialist health care repealed; marriage restored; government spending restrained and government spying/bullying stopped. Getting along with and finding common ground with the "president" is not why the Republicans were given the majority. While the "president" may be delusional on what he believes he has accomplished to improve the "middle class," he doesn't seem too delusional on his assessment of McConnell and Boehner. They have six years of compromising, hardly opposing him.Republicans should remove McConnell and Boehner from their leadership positions and begin the next Congress with leadership that reflects the will of the people. I, for one, did not cast my vote to elect leaders to find common ground with what I believe to be evil. 2 Corinthians 6:14,15 says, "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what harmony has Christ with Belial? or what part has he that believes with an infidel?" Granted, it is likely that not all who were elected are disciples of Christ, but we know by his fruits the "president's" discipleship. We must demand and expect accountability.Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!Bill Wilsonwww.dailyjot.comPS. More Than 600 US Military Reported Chemical Exposure in Iraq, Pentagon Acknowledges07 Nov 2014chemical weapons, US Military by C. J. CHIVERSMore than 600 American service members since 2003 have reported to military medical staff members that they believe they were exposed to chemical warfare agents in Iraq, but the Pentagon failed to recognize the scope of the reported cases or offer adequate tracking and treatment to those who may have been injured, defense officials say.The Pentagon’s disclosure abruptly changed the scale and potential costs of the United States’ encounters with abandoned chemical weapons during the occupation of Iraq, episodes the military had for more than a decade kept from view. This previously untold chapter of the occupation became public after an investigation by The New York Times revealed last month that although troops did not find an active weapons of mass destruction program, they did encounter degraded chemical weapons from the 1980s that had been hidden in caches or used in makeshift bombs. The Times initially disclosed 17 cases of American service members who were injured by sarin or a sulfur mustard agent. And since the report was published last month, more service members have come forward, pushing the number who were exposed to chemical agents to more than 25. But an internal review of Pentagon records ordered by Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has now uncovered that hundreds of troops told the military they believe they were exposed, officials said.Read more from this story HERE.Read more: http://joemiller.us/2014/11/600-us-military-reported-chemical-exposure-iraq-pentagon-acknowledges/#ixzz3IOp8UX6aRead more at http://joemiller.us/2014/11/600-us-military-reported-chemical-exposure-iraq-pentagon-acknowledges/#kx3e4kM5zQ5kPSEd.99

Border Stat Posted, and Then Removed

Border Stat Posted, and Then Removed07 Nov 2014border by Andrew BeckerMost of the people the Border Patrol stopped from sneaking into the country last year were from countries other than Mexico, according to agency statistics, a shift that might have provided fodder for politicians leading up to Tuesday’s election. But they didn’t get much of a chance. The Border Patrol’s annual statistics were posted on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Web site for about five hours on Oct. 10, then taken down. Now some are questioning whether that decision was an example of the Obama administration playing politics with public information.Even before Tuesday, the administration said it was waiting until after the elections to deal with immigration reform so that any losses would not be blamed on the Democrats’ proposal. For some, removing the apprehension statistics — which both parties could use to criticize U.S. immigration laws — was a political move.“It worries me that they may have been taken down for purely political reasons,” said Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah). “If the information is ready, it should be made available.”Read more from this story HERE.Read more: http://joemiller.us/2014/11/border-stat-posted-removed/#ixzz3IOkiIsFMRead more at http://joemiller.us/2014/11/border-stat-posted-removed/#RbgdcORXZ6LwJwwp.99

IRS Admits it Has Not Looked for Lerner’s Missing Emails on IRS Computer Servers
07 Nov 2014IRS, Lois Lerner by Ali Meyer
Lerner was the director of the Exempt Organizations Unit at the IRS, responsible for reviewing the tax exemption applications of Tea Party and conservative groups. Many of those applications were delayed for years, allegedly in an effort to prevent those groups from participating fully in the 2010 and 2012 elections. Documents, including emails, have been sought by congressional investigators since May 2013.

In June 2014, the IRS disclosed to Congress that Lerner’s computer had apparently crashed and her emails from January 2009 to April 2011 were lost. Then in August, a Justice Department attorney admitted that the federal government maintains a back-up system for all computer records and the emails potentially could be recovered.

The latest revelations about the IRS not even looking for Lerner’s emails on IRS computer systems came about because of Judicial Watch’s lawsuit to force testimony and document production from the agency regarding the “lost and/or destroyed” records on the targeting of Tea Party groups.

Obama Admin Releases Another Gitmo Detainee Originally Deemed ‘Too Dangerous to Release’07 Nov 2014Gitmo, terrorists by News EditorBy Leah Barkoukis. The Obama administration released one of Guantanamo Bay’s longest-serving prisoners on Wednesday. Fawzi al-Odah, who had previously been classified as too dangerous to release, was sent back to Kuwait on the condition that he would serve one year in a militant-rehabilitation center. In July, the board determined that al-Odah had most likely undergone terrorist training in Afghanistan and may have fought alongside the al-Qaida or the Taliban. The board, however, decided he had only a low level of training, did not have a leadership position in either group and could be released under certain conditions. The board has cleared a handful other detainees but they have not yet been released. His father, Khalid al-Odah, said in several interviews with The Associated Press over the years that his son was only a teacher in Afghanistan who had been wrongly turned over to the U.S. authorities in exchange for a bounty. If I were his advisor, I probably would have recommended against it.It was a rambling sort of event with no real direction and included countless false statements – such as regarding immigration reform. He said it was a goal of his first term, but Republicans kept him from achieving it. But in the first two years of his first term, President Obama had a filibuster proof majority — which he used to ram through legislation like Obamacare and Dodd-Frank. He could have done the same with immigration reform.I must admit, there was a part of me who felt bad for Obama — as someone who seems unable to accept responsibility for anything. I even went back and watched Bill Clinton after the 1994 midterm debacle he suffered and even he took immediate responsibility as the president. I’m trying to understand what Obama meant when he said, “The two-thirds of you who did not vote, I hear your voice as well.” I guess Obama wasn’t pleased that droves didn’t come out in support of his fundamental transformation of America. The problem that President Obama fails to understand is that he is seen as just another politician — no different from any other. Also, it’s amazing that he continues to speak of Washington DC as if it’s an entity completely detached from his existence.Read more from this story HERE.Read more: http://joemiller.us/2014/11/obama-admin-releases-another-gitmo-detainee-originally-deemed-dangerous-release/#ixzz3IOcZOKQmRead more at http://joemiller.us/2014/11/obama-admin-releases-another-gitmo-detainee-originally-deemed-dangerous-release/#tXvrLAQc8ZPDxZMg.99

The Brainwashing of Generations..

Can the Tea Party stomach a speech that exposes the brainwashing of generations? I am not anti-government, what someone would call an "anarchist." I am a libertarian who cherishes the proper role and responsibilities of individuals governing themselves correctly according to the Laws of Nature and Nature's God, without the interference of government employees.I appreciate this speech because it points out the brainwashing of generations...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwztaQgv3-Y

3rd party thoughts - mainly candidates

this current system needs to be overhauled. it discourages those who would make the best elected officials  from running. you had a race in which the winning  candidate had who knows how many criminal convictions . I can only imagine what the losing candidate was like.  this may seem like a losing battle for their are so many kardashian  simpletons who will vote on appearance sake. they couldn't tell you why their candsidate deserves to be elected.  it would probably help greatly if the campaigns didn't last a year. in England a campaign only last 6 weeks.

forming a full fledged party with candidates

in spite of what may have happened on Tuesday, the only way that long lasting, long term results will happen for a better America is to have a legitimate 3rd party with candidates who have no ties to a preexisting party. I used to be a precinct chairperson until I realized that the party didn't care what issues I was concerned about. all they cared about was money [America is great if you can afford to live in it]. it seems like that every newly candidate who promises to reform Washington ends up being another cookie cutter worshipper of filthy lucre with a truck pulled up to be filled with greenbacks. I still go vote but don't vote for all the candidates for in spite of all their speeches, they don't say anything. we need candidates that have time for the average guy. mitch McConnell, john cornyn, harry reid, etc are not guys I have any confidence in doing anything. when they campaign, they should have regular debates in which the voters get to ask the questions. this idea of 3rd party candidates should include the state and federal offices.
