The American people oppose Obamacare by almost 2 to 1 in the latest CNN poll. Other polls show lopsided opposition to passing either the Senate or House health-care bill.Public opinion is against the bill because of its obscene costs in higher taxes, burdensome debt, anti-freedom mandates, rationing, and reduced care for seniors. The American people have awakened to the fact that Obamacare is transformational legislation that will drag us against popular will into European-style Socialism.2. The Democrats' double-counting of Obamacare's financial benefits has been exposed as a colossal lie. Harry Reid told the Senate that his bill strengthens our future by both "cutting our towering national deficit by as much as $1.3 trillion over the next 20 years" AND "strengthening Medicare and extending its life by nearly a decade."The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) refuted that assertion. CBO said the claim that Obamacare would provide these benefits simultaneously "would essentially double-count a large share of those savings and thus overstate the improvement in the government's fiscal position."3. Obamacare is unconstitutional because of its mandate that all individuals must carry "approved" health insurance, and all businesses must give health insurance to their employees whether or not the company can afford it. "Universal" coverage will be enforced by the Internal Revenue Service with power to punish those who don't have such a plan.Constitutional lawyers point out that the Commerce Clause does not give Congress the authority to force Americans to buy health insurance as a condition of living in our country because personal health insurance is not "commerce." The CBO wrote that "a mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action"; the Supreme Court has never upheld any requirement that an individual must participate in economic activity.4. Since the Senate bill imposes sharp limits on health-insurance companies' ability to raise fees or exclude coverage, it likely will force many of them out of business. Obamacare is unconstitutional because it violates the Bill of Rights protections against takings without just compensation and deprivation of property without due process of law.5. Other Obamacare provisions blatantly legislate racial and other forms of discrimination. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights sent two letters to the President and congressional leaders warning about the obnoxious requirements for racist and sexist quotas.The Senate bill requires that "priority" for federal grants be given to institutions offering "preferential" admissions to minorities (race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, and religion). Institutions training social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral pediatricians, psychiatric nurses, and counselors will be ineligible for federal grants unless they enroll "individuals and groups from different racial, ethnic, cultural, geographic, religious, linguistic, and class backgrounds, and different genders and sexual orientations."6. Obama's claim that "everybody" will now be covered creates few winners but lots of losers. Universal health insurance will be achieved by forcing young people to pay the additional costs (insurance for the youngest third of the population would rise by 35 percent), and by restricting and rationing care for the elderly.7. According to Robert Samuelson in the Washington Post, the "wild card is immigration." From 1999 to 2008, 60 percent of the increase in the uninsured occurred among Hispanics, and Obama's refusal to close our borders will make this problem more costly every year.8. Obamacare gives Medicare bureaucrats the power to ration health care by forcing doctors to prescribe cheaper medical devices and drugs. In the recent case of Hays v. Sebelius, the court ruled that Medicare doesn't have the right to make this rule, but Obamacare takes jurisdiction away from the courts to hear any appeal from decisions of the new Medicare Commission.The "stick" applied to primary-care doctors is imposing financial penalties if they refer too many patients to specialists. The "carrot" is financial rewards to doctors who give up small practices and consolidate into larger medical groups or become salaried employees of hospitals or other large institutions.9. The Senate bill contains at least a dozen of what can be described as bribes. Senator Mary Landrieu received a $300 million increase in Medicaid funding for her state (known as the Second Louisiana Purchase), and a $100 million bribe to Senator Ben Nelson gives Nebraska a permanent exemption from the costs of Medicaid expansion.10. The Senate bill even has a four-page section artfully written to enable ACORN to get federal health-care grants. This section describes grant recipients as "community and consumer-focused nonprofit groups" having "existing relationships ... with uninsured and underinsured consumers."Mrs. Schlafly is the author of the new book The Supremacists: The Tyranny of Judges and How to Stop It (Spence Publishing Co).

It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,”I know that the political parties, both Democrat and Republican, are very much starting to pay attention. The "main stream media" are not going to recognize this trend because their owners are in Hussein's back pocket. I find it extremely APPALLING that the Democrats so blazingly used the Treasury Dept. to buy votes for their agenda.I have been considering what the right direction for our Organization to take for MAXIMUM effect would be.My suggestion is every stinking one of the Senators who voted for this monstrosity IS OUT, PERIOD. We must use the Organization's POWER to see to it by: voting them out if in your district ( along with every vote we can muster; examining the other candidates' records to see if they are compatible and listen to their constituents no matter what; if not we must promote our own candidate, hopefully in the opposite party and not a Washington Veteran. Same thing in the house!That will keep us out of the party politics PITFALL. This way we don't play along any party line, and will help reduce the party power aspect. Then we can focus on 2012 and take the rest of the Mob out.Once we have congress in our palm, we'll need to UNDO ALL THIS PC and Communist Pervert legislation and start repairing the damage. We will make the necessary changes in the Legislative AND Judiciary Branches to Prevent any DEMON TAKEOVER in the future. December 31, 2010 My hopes for 2010.Relative health and happiness for myself, family and friends. The ability of us all to afford food, clothing, shelter.We the people of the United States, and our leaders, will focus on forming a more perfect union of our ideas and values by talking to instead of pointing at each other.Terms like diversity, transparency, accountability, citizens, equity, facts, and democracy will become real again.• Diversity is not black or white, homo or hetero sexual, Republican or Democrat. It is all of those and everything in between. Not all conservatives fear gays; not all liberals fear guns. Liberals are not, conservatives are not, the only people voting for candidates labeled as one or the other. Very few of us line up at one extreme or the other on every issue.• We will all fear and focus on correcting the dysfunctions in ourselves and our society that divide us and make us try to control instead of understanding each other.• Referendum will become the norm and representative will mean solutions that serve all citizens. We have the technical and other tools to learn all citizens’ opinions and find what we all agree on, to write short laws and approve what is universal common ground among U.S. citizens.• Democracy, as defined includes social equity without class differentiation and consensus. Dictating and forcing one another’s beliefs is the opposite of democracy. Placing special conditions, whether taxes, fees and penalties or quotas, benefits and subsidies on subsets of us is not democracy.• Instead of trying to find political correctness and one size fits all solutions, we will talk to people, including those we disagree with, respect their opinions, seek to have government treat all of us fairly, rather than trying to get the upper hand on, more power than, each other.• Transparency and accountability in government will mean:o I can learn from the federal government how many U.S. citizens there are;o The U.S. budget and see citizen funded programs benefit U.S. citizens.o Facts, not opinions presented as factso Government rules are easy to understand and consistently applied to all citizens.The U.S. government will focus on why it was established, on what each branch was founded to do.Our government will work for real change to benefit all U.S. citizens.We the people will unite and lead U.S. and state government officials to narrow and lessen negative impacts on U.S. citizens, lowering tax burdens, clarifying where government can and has done a better job than any other sectors of society, and ending government functions where other sectors can improve service to citizens. We need to be one step ahead of our enemies, President Obama used the Tactics of Saul Alinsky when he defeated his democratic opponents to grab the brass ring for his party’s nomination for president, and his tactics was “Rules for Radicals”:An organizer has to attack apathy and disturb the prevailing patterns of complacent community life where people have simply come to accept a bad situation. Alinsky would say, “The first step in community organization is community disorganization.”Through a process combining hope and resentment, the organizer tries to create a “mass army” that brings in as many recruits as possible from local organizations, churches, services groups, labor unions, corner gangs, and individuals.Alinsky provides a collection of rules to guide the process. But he emphasizes these rules must be translated into real-life tactics that are fluid and responsive to the situation at hand.Rule 1: Power is not only what you have, but what an opponent thinks you have. If your organization is small, hide your numbers in the dark and raise a din that will make everyone think you have many more people than you do.Rule 2: Never go outside the experience of your people.The result is confusion, fear, and retreat.Rule 3: Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.Rule 4: Make opponents live up to their own book of rules. “You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.”Rule 5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.Rule 6: A good tactic is one your people enjoy. “If your people aren’t having a ball doing it, there is something very wrong with the tactic.”Rule 7: A tactic that drags on for too long becomes a drag. Commitment may become ritualistic as people turn to other issues.Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.”Rule 9: The threat is more terrifying than the thing itself. When Alinsky leaked word that large numbers of poor people were going to tie up the washrooms of O’Hare Airport, Chicago city authorities quickly agreed to act on a longstanding commitment to a ghetto organization. They imagined the mayhem as thousands of passengers poured off airplanes to discover every washroom occupied. Then they imagined the international embarrassment and the damage to the city’s reputation.Rule 10: The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. Avoid being trapped by an opponent or an interviewer who says, “Okay, what would you do?”Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.According to Alinsky, the main job of the organizer is to bait an opponent into reacting. “The enemy properly goaded and guided in his reaction will be your major strength.”We Tea Party folks should be able to reconize these rules and use them against our opponents, if we don't I Guarantee they will use them against us.

How do we begin in daily action? It is one thing to send them a pink slip. The tea party rallies have gotten attention and have a few thinking, but not enough changing their actions. If we gain enough power to boot them all out, how do we assure we get facts not fiction, better treatment of all citizens, citizens first, and other changes from the next batch we go to elect?What should any who believe and want us to believe they have the qualities to lead us back into true democracy be able to do, to show us, to lead us to having a smaller, more fair, more consistent, more constitutionally based government?Today, what first changes should be made?Tell us what part of the federal budget serves only US citizens, accompanied by a statement of why any other funds are taken from citizens to form the federal budget?Congress passes no bills longer than, say maybe, 20 pages...A commitment to review all laws in place and eliminate any language that diminishes an individual or state's right to autonomy with no good reason...Action to eliminate preferencial treatment of any subset of citizens, replacing it with equal financial allotment, in any federal programs where that is possible, for every citizen of all state's - then let the state and local governments determine how to further distribute funds and accomplish stated goals - with reports of best and worst uses of funds...Your thoughts? U.S. placed under international police-stateIn the dead of night on December 17, 2009, President Barack Hussein Obama placed the United States of America under the authority of the international police organization known as INTERPOL, granting the organization full immunity to operate within the United States.According to Threatswatch:Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.What, exactly does this mean? It means that INTERPOL now has the full authority to conduct investigations and other law enforcement activities on U.S. soil, with full immunity from U..S. laws such as the Freedom of Information Act and with complete independence from oversight from the FBI.(AP Photo/Peter Dejong).In short, a global law enforcement entity now has full law-enforcement authority in the U.S. without any check on its power afforded by U.S. law and U.S. law enforcement agencies.A bit of background is in order here, and Hot Air provides it:During his presidency, Ronald Reagan granted the global police agency Interpol the status of diplomatic personnel in order to engage more constructively on international law enforcement. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets - Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers.Why would INTERPOL be arresting American citizens on our own soil, without oversight from our own law enforcement agencies? And remember, citizens who are thusly arrested would have no legal authority to demand full documentation from the International Police concerning the charges brought against them.Andy McCarthy at National Review asks these crucial, sobering questions of the secretive Obama order:Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?At least one answer to these questions is very clear. A coup is underway in the United States of America, the goal of which is to establish complete, unquestioned authority over the citizens--a 'fundamental change' to the United States where citizens have no legal recourse against an authoritarian central government.

I'm concerned about comments I've read about how we have to work within the republican party. Voting for a third party is throwing your vote away, really. Then how is not throwing your vote away if your guy switches parties because he feels you won't make the same mistake and vote for him again. How about if your guy tells you he will pay your mortgage and put gas in your car because your poor or a minority. Or how about if your guy says he will cut your taxes, then cotinues to spend as if he has no basic arithmatic understanding of how to balance even his own congressional check book. Wake up. I hate to burst your bubble but Democrat don't help poor people and Republicans don't stand for smaller government. Both parties spend more money than they have, or should I say we have. There is something wrong with things when we are guilty of bribes and corruption we are sent to jail and when a congressman does this he is said to be a great statesman, really ? Social Security, ponsey scemes, six of one, half a dozen of the other! Stop voting for empty campaign promises. If your gonna look at it fair, the national debt level is a screw-up indicator for our elected leaders. Incase you need help that's an F+. Vote people not parties. And I am going to vote for who I want to win not just playing defense to block. I'm reading Wane Allyn Roots' book (THE CONSCIENCE OF A LIBERTARIAN) before he gets my vote! I suggest everyone read what he has too say about how to fix this country, very good common sense.

I believe the Tea Party should endorse a candidate in the Texas Governor's race. The candidate should be from one of the existing parties (We should not create a 3rd party that will dilute the movement), and should not be Rick Perry or Kay Bailey Hutchison.Why? This is a very high profile race that will get national attention and the respect of both parties and the media.Why not Rick or Kay? It's time they return to the private sector - politics is not supposed to be a career. Also, to be victorious with a non - establishment candidate will show the power of the tea party movement.The citizens of Texas should get together to make this happen. Show the power of We the People and the independent minds of Texans.

It is therefore herein decreed that the State of Texas as well as the remaining 49 States has the right under the 10th and 4th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America to nullify any unconstitutional act by the Federal Government in Washington D.C.The Federal Government has no Constitutional authority to act in behalf of the citizens of the of Texas as well as the remaining 49 States in the following:- Authorization of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to operate with full diplomatic immunity within the boarders of our nation- Own banks or other financial institutions,- Demand American citizens buy health insurance,- Establish government run health insurance programs,- Own or buy stock in the American Automotive Industry,- Provide money to the corrupt and criminal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN),- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have the authority to enact laws,- The Federal Government, to include the President of the United States, does not have the authority to make or commit to international agreements without Congressional approval,- The Federal Government, to include the President of the United States, has no Constitutional authority to fire or set salary limits for any CEO or employee of any business, company, corporation, etc.- The (unofficial) President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, refuses to produce a vault copy of his Birth Certificate proving he is an American Citizen,- This Congress cannot restrict or limit any future Congress in representation for the American people under our Constitution.If you are a Texas as well as citizens of the remaining 49 States, call your Governor’s office and request a “Special Session” for January 2010 of each State Congress to declare “Nullification under the 10th and 4th Amendment” all illegal acts by the federal Congress and, or the President of the United States. Then call your state Senator and Representative (Not your U.S. Senators and Representatives) and tell them you support the "Special Session" call.There are 25 states who are seeking “Special Session” to declare the unconstitutional acts of Congress and the President of the United States “Null and Void”, under the 10th Amendment, which gives them authority to do so as “Sovereign States of the Union of the United States of America”.Please repost this message to all your friends in your state to contact your Governor’s Office. Tea Party Response to Secularism and ChrisitianityI don't want to use libraries of historical documentation to prove that God was prominent in the minds of the founding fathers. I think Socrates made it clear that competing ideologies should be set aside. I believe you have value to bring to this situation as well as I do. Let us reason together and address of issues that we have common interest. In this case the U.S.Constitution. I doubt your going to convince me there is no God as you cannot know how my faith was critical in this movement. My faith is personal and your lack of faith is personal. I could tell you that I responded to a small voice, yield by faith and allow natural law to take its course. The proof is in the pudding.I will not delve into your personal perspectives but will work with you on common interest, public policies (Healthcare, Jobs, 21st Century Education, Refunding Social Security, Constitution, etc.) that will make our nation a better place for all.

“I am outraged and insulted by the arrogance of the Washington bureaucrats as they act as if We The People weren’t watching. The 3rd world style politics have no place in our beloved nation, bribery, arm twisting and back-room deals are a disingenuous means of transacting business for the greatest nation of all, the United States of America.
The Washington oligarchy approach to self-governance is an abomination to We The People and a Constitutional crises for America. A majority of Americans opposes the National Obama Health-Care Bill sighting it as unnecessary, too expensive and based in power politics.
The distressing concern of Citizens being forced to pay for a product flies in the face of all we have accomplished the past 230 years, not only violating the U.S. Constitution, but the trust Citizens held for the Halls of Congress.
Our nation is afforded the proper mechanisms to defend the U.S. Constitution without resorting to political extortion and slight-of-hand political maneuvering. The growing consumption of power by expanding Government paves the way for the misappropriation of scare tax dollars and funding of unwanted and anti-American legislation.
The cries of millions of out of work Americans along with the warnings of concerned experts of a very slow economic recovery has fallen upon deaf ears throughout Washington.
“I have no doubt; President Obama is waiting, dripping pen in hand, to sign into law this aberration of a Constitutional nightmare. Tea Party Founder's - Merry Christmas MessageAs we gather this holiday season I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. We need to realize that we need only to put our trust in God and not the little things such as Healthcare, Obama, Climate Change, etc. There is only one God (Father, Son & Holy Spirit). The leaders of this world are small in comparison. In their pettiness they may assume they have more power than they think. I'm thankful that our Founding Fathers had the foresight to establish a Constitutional Republic. It has been the beacon of light unto all the world.We have much to be thankful for. This 2 years, I've had a Hurricane (Ike), lost a business, saw all my investments dwindle to nothing, lost my home car and credit. I could easily say that I'm a victim. I have decided that their is no catastrophic event that makes me a victim. The victim mentality is a means of giving up. I refuse to yield to circumstances in my life. I can always pick myself up and trust in God. This gives me the strength to overcome all obstacles. Lean not on our own understanding, but trust in the Lord our God.I have seen this movement grow from one person (myself) to over 12 million patriots. We have a coalition that now represent about 7 million. I refused to be controlling, but allow God to move people. There have been political forces who have tried to control this movement, but they are not the creator. It is God who whisper in that small voice to direct me to start this movement. I really must give God the credit for this movement. I'm just an ordinary guy will no special ability, other than I'm inherently submissive to God. I thank Jesus for showing me that we must submissive to God not to man, even unto death.I am not foretelling of my doom. I'm very happy and have great relationships and while I believe in the 2nd Amendment, I don't own a gun. I live in rural Texas with great people all around, so I rest knowning above all of these earthly things that God is with us. He will protect us and guide us. We just need to maintain our humanity and stop hating. It is hate that causes us to lose our moral compass.I ask that all Nations and Faiths to stand down and acknowledge that we will wait on the Lord our God.
