    The EPA has absolutely no legal authority to surveil private citizens of the United States of America!  RFK Jr MUST identify and fire every single EPA employee or contractor who participated in this surveillance and propoganda campaign and then had that documentation over the the FBI and DoJ to prosecute each and every one of these criminals for their weaponization of government against US Citizens.
