4063569827?profile=originalAmerica is at a crucial tipping point in its illustrious history.  The socialist minded presidential principles of Obama have joined with millions of illegal aliens who have been given a presidential pass to demand entry through your gates to rights and privileges given citizens.  They can ignore federal and state citizenship laws, and walk openly into your cities to demand housing in your neighborhoods. Illegal aliens can insist upon free health care at your hospitals and soon sue for the right to the keys to your child’s college education.

This is not the future in America…This is America today, this is America right now!

There is hope. States like Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Virginia and even Wisconsin that Obama scooped into his electoral column in 2008, are now steadily trending in polls towards Mitt Romney.  In fact according to recently released Rasmussen Poll numbers, amongst 11 key swing states, Obama has dropped from 53 percent, in this same period in 2008, to currently 47 percent.  Romney comes in at 44 percent and is increasingly closing the voter polling gap.

Most importantly, historically when polls begin to tighten this early in a presidential race, instead of later, the incumbent president is typically shown the door.

You don’t have to believe the polls, just ask your buddies at the unemployment line, or your former co-worker at the grocery store, or even your fellow farmers at the town square and community meetings.  Millions like you in the nation are waking up.  The president’s deficit spending quagmire which has dragged nearly 23 million families into unemployment and thousands of towns and whole communities into debt, despair and depression is setting an electoral fire under swing state voters…

4063562201?profile=originalThe country is now in the third quarter of a presidential election year that may very well determine the direction of the nation for the next quarter century in the battle to establish whether the right to life for the unborn will thrive or wither on the vine.  It is clear that historic battle lines are now being drawn, and liberal advertising blitzes are being planned and will be unleashed against Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan next week. This will occur after the GOP National Convention delegates formerly adopt the pro-life plank along with the convention platform in Tampa, Florida.

This right to life platform stand is more than just a thrown-in addition to the party platform to be discarded after the convention nominates Mitt Romney as the Republican Party presidential nominee and Paul Ryan as the vice-presidential nominee. This is a clarion call to all supporters of life that the election is going to define leadership on life itself.

Liberals under President Obama will continue to fight to destroy life by defending a “mother’s” right to kill, to eliminate their child’s life.  Sure, it may be couched in neatly convenient neutral terms like ”woman’s right to choose”, but murder by way of abortion, is not a choice, it is a legalized death sentence for the unborn, and a continuing moral scandal supported by liberals who would rather support the “soul” of a tree, rather than the soul of a unborn creation of God.

The real question, is how committed are conservatives to fight for the future of an unborn child, when the Hollywood  firebombing machine is revving up as the GOP convention attendees begin to assemble in Tampa?  Is this simply a convention platform plank to bring in conservatives?  Or is the pro-life stance a rallying point, that has the full weight and credit of the U.S. Constitutional spirit that protects the personhood of each and every man, woman and child in this nation?

The Pro-life plank states in part, Faithful to the ‘self-evident’ truths enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, we assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed, … We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.”

The words are not difficult to understand.  The sanctity of life is fundamental and it is complete!  The Fourteenth Amendment protections   must apply to an unborn child.  Their right to life such should and must be protected.  There is no reason for misinterpretation or equivocation.

This pro-life plank gives purpose and clarity of leadership to all convention delegates. Their vote and support, gives them an opportunity to distinguish themselves as warriors for protecting and preserving the right for a child. As they return to their hometowns they have to continue to fight to guarantee the unborn the same identical legal protections and privileges that anyone has in this great and wonderful nation.

The pro-life plank support is essentially a first step which can be likened to the Declaration of the Independence adoption by the Constitutional Convention in 1776.  Once it was adopted, there was cause for celebration, but the real battle of independence still had to be fought and more importantly still had to be won. Words of support will not win this war for life, but planning or taking part in pro-life activities in your community will help strengthen a victory for constitutional life federal legislation.

Pro-life activities are occurring this month. For example, the Susan B. Anthony (SBA) organization has begun a 30- stop national tour to raise grassroots attention concerning the Obama administration’s extremist pro-abortion record. Obama’s pro-abortion actions include continuing to use tax dollars to support Planned Parenthood’s abortion-related activities and refusing to protect, “baby girls from the lethal discrimination of sex-selective abortion,” according to SBA.

This week, SBA and Ohio Right to Life have joined SBA in taking the tour to Toledo, Dayton and Lima, Ohio on Wednesday. The state tour continues on Thursday to Cincinnati, Columbus and Zanesville, Ohio. The other battleground states on the tour include, Iowa, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Florida.

As conservative voters it is time to draw a distinct and unmovable line in the sand, where losing freedom and sacrificing justice for the unborn is a future that will no longer be tolerated in America.

The obligation of the nation’s patriot’s is not to yield sovereignty to the Hollywood elite, liberal punditry or to a president whose only obligation it seems is to singlehandedly  dismantle the U.S. Constitution’s personal and state’s rights.

Rather the citizen patriot should embrace their God given rights and insure that a nation built on moral biblical principles and constitutional rights, including the right to “life and liberty will not be abridged.

Founding Father and former President John Adams spoke on October 11, 1798, stating, “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

So stand with strengthening the constitutional cords of our nation and defend its religious heritage in order to protect the right to life of the unborn, now, tomorrow and until their U.S. constitutional protection is won.  Now is that time!

What is America’s mainstream republican leadership in the RNC or the Mitt Romney presidential campaign afraid of, by not letting Sarah Palin take the podium?

Are they in dread that Sarah Palin will wow the convention and America by drawing from her deep well of passionate and fervent feelings for America’s families suffering in the heartland? Does the Romney campaign feel somehow skittish that she will make a better case against Obama’s growing nightmarish handling of America’s economy and his intentional goal to undermine the U.S. constitution, than Romney or Ryan can? There are a lot of questions but no real honest answers available.

One answer to this lingering campaign non-commitment, is a petition supporting Palin speaking at the convention. You can sign and circulate it, to show your support for her continued conservative leadership and need to speak at the upcoming GOP Convention. Supporting her is a matter of principle not political gamesmanship. Let your principles and voice be heard.

After all, Governor Palin’s leadership has been, and continues to be genuine, principled, and unselfish. She has forgone the insider politics as usual approach, and instead has embraced the Tea Party’s inclusiveness and grassroots focus on conservative issues and solutions that have been neglected by the glad handing backroom political deal makers of either party.

So forgive Sarah Palin if her tireless campaigning for the past several years has been to build a new sense of political, social and fiscal issue empowerment that translates into real grassroots power. It seem that since the epicenter of power has shifted from Washington D.C., the liberal pundits and certain GOP elected officials have decided that Palin’s commitment to grassroots political power is both something to be feared as well as neutralized.

Now is not the time for Romney and Ryan to head into a presidential campaign battle with their fingers crossed hoping that Palin’s conservative supporters will somehow transfer their support for her to the GOP team, because of Ryan’s vice presidential selection.

This notion misses the point completely. Leadership and rallying troops is not like trading horses. This is not a time for political games playing. President Obama has launched an all out assault upon the American Constitution, and he has shown that he will take it apart piece by piece, with executive orders as often as he deems necessary. In battle, you don’t leave a field general at home in war, because you fear her command leadership will outshine you. This is war for America’s future not a beauty contest!

After this presidential election has long been logged into the annuals of digital history, those who will inherit the results of this election will either live in a nation severely economically and constitutionally diminished or a nation rescued from the brink of socialism and biblical principle abandonment.

In 1976, then, Governor Ronald Reagan understood the need to fight to preserve an America, 100 years from then.

At that time, President Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan had fought for the presidential nomination, which President Ford won. Instead of being bitter about the political combat and preventing Reagan from taking the convention podium, President Ford offered Reagan the opportunity to speak to an America that was in crisis.

Reagan’s speech added to the energy of the convention and helped to set into motion a new and refreshed vibrancy within the conservative movement.

Ronald Reagan reminded the convention attendees and America that in 2076, no one at present would know what kind of a world Americans will inherit. He said, “Will they look back with appreciation and say, ‘Thank God for those people in 1976 who headed off that loss of freedom, who kept us now 100 years later free, who kept our world from nuclear destruction’?... This is our challenge; and this is why here in this hall tonight, better than we have ever done before, we have got to quit talking to each other and about each other and go out and communicate to the world that we may be fewer in numbers than we have ever been, but we carry the message they are waiting for.”

Sarah Palin is carrying the message that millions in America’s heartland are waiting for. An election is won with more than a focus on numbers and budgets or hundreds of millions of dollars spent on television attack ads.

It is won in the grassroots campaign trenches found in Ohio counties and Pennsylvania coal fields and in the farmlands of Iowa, Indiana and Illinois and in the kitchens of homes in Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Florida and so many others. Sarah has been in the trenches and has worked tirelessly for the election of Tea Party backed conservative leaders like congressman Allen West of Florida, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky and New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez, and many, many others.

Let her remind America at the convention, of the fierce urgency of now. As President Ronald Reagan eloquently stated, “Let us be sure that those who come after will say of us in our time, that in our time we did everything that could be done. We finished the race; we kept them free; we kept the faith."

Sarah is keeping the faith for everyone in the nation’s heartland for the present and America’s future.

You can actually help to “Let Sarah Speak” by sending the RNC and the Romney campaign a message and sign the petition to “Let Sarah Speak.” Conservatives can send a message that like Reagan, you want to keep the faith for your family and America’s future. Help get the word out to other conservatives and let Sarah Speak. 4063558276?profile=originalClick here to sign the petition. Its not over until it is over!

Senior Obama Campaign official David Axelrod, admitted Sunday, August 5th on Fox News that Ohio military voters who are allowed early voting was indeed the target of the lawsuit filed against the state of Ohio. He incorrectly claimed that military early voting was an exception, which must be corrected, so that all Ohio voters can have the right to vote early

As Ohio Democrats and the Obama campaign were targeting the military overseas voters and lambasting the Ohio state legislature and the Secretary of State for engaging in alleged discriminatory practices, they conveniently avoided mentioning that federal law protects early voting rights of overseas soldiers.

The Obama lawsuit’s claim for relief states that as a matter of fact, Ohio voters are similarly situated as military overseas voters, in their inability to vote early. The lawsuit states: “Whether caused by legislative error or partisan motivation, the result of this legislative process is arbitrary and inequitable treatment of similarly situated Ohio voters with respect to in-person early voting,”

What is clear is that the intention of the lawsuit is to convey a sense of voter rights imbalance where none exists both legally or factually. The Obama lawsuit claims that the action by the state of Ohio was, ‘arbitrary’ and unconstitutional to allow three extra days of in-person early voting to military voters and their families who are overseas.

Yet, the 1986 and amended 2010 Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act allows this preferential treatment as a matter of fact and of law.

The very purpose for the law’s passage was due to congress’ recognition that tens of thousands of soldiers could not avail themselves of their U.S. Constitutional voters rights due to actual physical impossibilities related to their military service. Ohio voters are not confronted with similar physical service impossibilities. This is a matter of fact. So, where are the factually similar ongoing warfare conditions that military soldiers face, to be found for Ohio voters in the state? The Obama camp claims that the Ohio’s law provides, arbitrary and inequitable treatment of similarly situated Ohio voters. The Ohio democrat’s claims do not add up.

This lawsuit filing was more a political ploy by the Obama campaign and their desperate democrat allied officials in Ohio, to use the heroic military soldiers of Ohio as part of their ominous chess game. In fact, Ohio democrats could legally surmise before filing the lawsuit, that the state could legally establish voting procedures.

In fact earlier in July, Ohio democrat officials first claimed urban voters, i.e. democrat base voters would be deprived of their “right to early voting.” In fact, the few counties that used this practice saw a dwindling number of voters using this option. Democrats lost that round, and then turned their targets on the one group of voters, who were overseas defending the nation: Ohio military voters. Democrats hoped that this inconvenient mistruth would stick against the legal wall.

The Ohio democrats and the Obama political voter bean counters in Chicago went into court with this fallacy of reverse discrimination being practiced in Ohio. It is probable that they concluded that a federal judge would ignore the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which gives military overseas personnel the legal right to have access to early voting and extended voting. Not going to happen.

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act reads in part under Section G, paragraph D: “Hardship Exceptions”, that congress recognized as a matter of both fact and law, that military voters who are serving overseas are materially situated differently than other voters and therefore their voter rights must be protected and insured.

The law specifies that states must develop:

“(D) a comprehensive plan to ensure that absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters are able to receive absentee ballots which they have requested and submit marked absentee ballots to the appropriate State election official in time to have that ballot counted in election for Federal office, which includes:

"(i) the steps the State will undertake to ensure that absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters have time to receive, mark, and submit their ballots in time to have those ballots counted in the election;

Ohio state officials were keeping consistent with federal law which legally grants an exception for overseas military voters. In fact, the Obama administrations own U.S. Justice Department asserts that it works vigorously to enforce the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. It states the, “department has worked to aggressively enforce UOCAVA and the MOVE Act in order to ensure that all military and overseas voters can exercise their right to vote, and have their votes counted.”

The facts are clear. The U.S. Justice Department is aware of the law and says it enforces it. The state of Ohio election officials are attempting to do the same. The Ohio legislature’s intention was to protect the federal rights of military overseas voters. So don’t be fooled by the bait and switch legal and campaign tactics by the Obama campaign and Ohio democrats.

In the end, Ohio democrats and the Obama campaign are engaged in a high takes politically charged chess game and they are unfortunately using Ohio military overseas soldiers as the pawns. In November, the Ohio voters…all of them including the military voters will checkmate the Obama campaign and the Ohio democrat cronies.

In the midst of foreign enemy pitched firefights, IED’s and rocket barrages, the Ohio military service men and women are now being targeted by an enemy at home as well. Obama presidential campaign officials, with the apparent go ahead from the commander-in-chief is suing to eliminate the legal voting rights of Ohio military soldiers. Millions in Ohio and across the nation may regard this as an unthinkable act of unbelievable disservice to soldiers who place themselves in harm’s way daily. Of course, they would be correct.

For a calculating politician who had just visited the Buckeye State, just scant days before, one would surmise that this callous act would not have occurred. Well it has occurred and it is clear from the Obama administration’s undertaking to openly deceive and divide the voting public with deceptive attention diverting advertising ploys against Mitt Romney, their end game is to win this key battleground state.

What drives this desperate move to disarm Ohio’s military voters is possibly tied to the Wednesday Gallup Poll numbers that were released, showing Obama’s approval poll numbers stalling at 46 percent in Ohio. If these underperforming approval ratings worsen as the campaign heads into the post Memorial Day election battlefield, Obama and his administration will be decommissioned by the voters of Ohio.

Enter the Obama campaign’s clumsy effort to outflank the one area of the Ohio voter base that can unseat the president: the military vote. This is important, because in the 2008 presidential election, approximately 1.7 million votes or close to 30 percent of Ohio’s vote total were cast through absentee ballots. With the military vote making up a large chunk of the votes cast and most military votes are supposedly typically cast for the republican presidential candidate, you can do the math. Eliminate the military early voting right and you eliminate a probably Obama presidential re-election loss.

What appears unfathomable to a majority of Americans in the heartland, is how can a president of the United States fight to protect the rights of millions of illegal aliens who engage in an ongoing criminal activity, i.e. residing in the United States by breaking federal and state laws of entry. Meanwhile soldiers under President Obama’s command are being undermined by this same commander-in-chief who is fighting in the courts to destroy the valuable voting rights of military servicemen and women protecting this nation.

Righteous outrage is the first phrase that comes to mind and former decorated military officer and now Florida congressman, Allen West is outraged by this dishonorable practice by Obama and his presidential campaign. Congressmen West stated, "To have the Commander in Chief make our US Servicemen and Women the target of a political attack to benefit his reelection actions is reprehensible.”

Yes, indeed and when you think about your family members who have been noble in their performance of duty and service to this nation it indeed leaves one with a deep sense of betrayal by Obama and his administration. On one hand as Obama’s campaign fights to take soldier’s early voter rights, the other Obama hand fights to increase and fast track jobs, education, housing for illegal aliens. His administration also is in court fighting to weaken state voter ID laws which will increase illegal alien illegal voting.

Soldiers who wear the uniform of the United States' military are not going to take this laying down. In fact, while the president’s men are sniping at our soldiers’ voter rights, military organizations have entered the field of battle. AMVETS, the Association of the U.S. Army, The National Guard Association of the Unites States and many others are rallying to the cause in a concerted effort to force dismissal of the Obama’s sanctioned lawsuit against soldiers.

Americans all over this nation, who have loved ones in the military, have been in the military or who simply love and support the military should let the Obama administration know your feelings.

Write to this page… and let your feelings as well as your support be known!

Write to your congressional representative. Write the White House. Stand with the soldiers and with Congressmen Allen West who says with a noble heart, “As a Combat Veteran, for this President to unleash his campaign cronies against our Military is unconscionable… Barack Obama is undeserving of the title Commander-in-Chief."

Ohio’s military knows it; Now America must know it…Forward to November when American military soldiers can give President Obama his separation from service papers for dishonorable conduct. This is a change that America can believe in.

The anointed Texas political establishment contender, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, was leading in the GOP runoff race to capture the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. He had a who's who list of solid republican mainstream backers. Most state and national election experts had already inked Dewhurst into the senatorial win column.

Yet, in the conservative voter trenches of Texas, the real who 's who that truly counted was the voters and a Tea Party movement that would not say die or give up. In their corner was the former Alaskan Governor named Sarah "I'm Not Afraid to Fight" Palin. Palin endorsed Ted Cruz, and Ted Cruz won! Boy did he win.

But that is not the whole story. GOP insider politics in Texas had Dewhurst leading comfortably. In fact, in one corner of the political ring was Dewhurst, and the royalty of Texas politics who came out in a big way for the 66-year-old Dewhurst. The Lt. Governor even loaned $24 million from his fortune to his campaign to insure his win.

In the other corner of the political ring was Cruz, who had been the former state solicitor general and had never run for office. He was the proud son of a Cuban immigrant, and was without GOP mainstream support. Therefore he was like Rocky Balboa entering the heavyweight fight with little experience but a lot of heart and most importantly he had lots and lots of conservative grass roots Texans in his corner.

This was the runoff election and in round two, Ted "Rocky Balboa" not only got his second wind, but he received conservative Tea Party support from Texas and around the nation. He also obtained conservative organizational backing, and endorsements from several U.S. Senators like Rand Paul of Tennessee and from former U.S. Sen. and GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum. So the stage was set, or was it?

There had been news accounts circulating that Sarah Palin was leaning toward support of Cruz's campaign effort which was endorsed by the Tea Party. Yet in a supposedly unrelated way comes an unsolicited announcement from former Vice President Dick Cheney, that Sarah Palin was supposedly not qualified to be president, when GOP presidential candidate U.S. Senator John McCain selected her in 2008.

Somewhat convenient and coincidental that Cheney's announcement comes out in the period that Palin's endorsement for Cruz is given, in one of the most important GOP backed establishment elections in the nation. One could speculate that this may have been a way to neutralize her endorsement's effectiveness or create an air of diminishing importance? In other words they wanted to wish her and the Tea Party into the cornfield or cow pasture never to be seen again. Well it seems the Texas voters have already decided that one on Tuesday night. Texas endorses the Tea Party and Palin's leadership.

When will these political dinosaurs understand that there is a new day in America? It would certainly be wise for the old style Washington insider political backroom deal makers to understand what incumbent U.S. Sen. Richard Lugar of Indiana found out earlier in May, first hand.

The Tea Party movement did not fade away but moved to unseat Lugar. They worked tirelessly to support Indiana Treasurer Richard Mourdock and meanwhile, Mourdock received the backing and endorsement of Palin. Mourdock beat Lugar who had not lost a U.S. Senate race since 1976. Another Tea Party and Palin win on the books.

So much for the media and the GOP establishment doubters and the Dick Cheney's who are trying mightily to discard Sarah Palin's leadership and influence with the conservative heart and soul of America's heartland. Now Texas is added to this roster as well.

The insiders within the Washington Beltway just simply do not get it. Sarah Palin has an ability to connect with people who not only want change but demand changes, in Washington as well as in their state capitols. The Tea Party is now the rightful army of political change in this nation. Of course the Tea Party had been discounted in 2010, and everyone knows how those congressional elections turned out for Tea Party supporters, and their candidates who unseated Pelosi's democrat majority.

The Texas race should be a crucial reminder that the Tea Party and Sarah Palin have remade the political campaign mapping strategy used in the good old days before the Tea Party. Now, freedom of political choice tied to conservative political principles is much more important as an election determiner than the millions of dollars spent to bury those principles, ideals and a single, sincere political leader called Sarah Palin.

How interesting, right? It may take a Texas sized shellacking to wake up the GOP establishment in Washington and America to the vibrancy and vitality of a supposedly dead Tea Party movement. How interesting indeed. They do things bigger in Texas. Texas heard Palin's message, now it is America's turn at the GOP national Convention in Tampa. Let Palin speak Mitt Romney.4063549555?profile=original Conservatives can see the Tampa Convention from their living rooms. Romney are you listening?
