Priorities have always been a focus from Day 1 of the Tea Party movement, and every other Patriot movement in the real world since '08, some before that time.  The focus has often differed from region to region, usually according to time constraints, localization of issues and a whole slew of other factors.  

While Herman Cain is being viciously assaulted by the MSM and anybody else with a bone to pick with conservatives,  particularly BLACK conservatives,  there is a lot of information coming out concerning the "accusers", who now state that they wish to team-up for a final assault, a glorious bashing and public assassination of an honorable man that knew it was coming, and has the guts to go forward anyway.

Vets, Small Businessmen to March for Impeachment on Veterans Day

While the media have lavished attention upon the Occupy Wall Street movement (although perhaps not on every aspect of that movement), they have turned a blind eye to a march two national patriotic organizations have scheduled for Veterans Day — 11/11/2011 — calling for the immediate resignation or impeachment of Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and every official in the Obama administration.

The march on Washington is being organized by Veteran Defenders and the Patriots Union, headed by Major General Paul Vallely.

Its flyer states, “Veterans have called for the resignation or impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama, Joseph Biden, and every member of the Obama administration and they are headed to Washington, D.C. — November 11, 2011.”

Americans patriots must stand with military veterans “not just to celebrate our soldiers,” the flyer continues, “but to take our government back from anti-American thugs currently destroying the greatest nation on earth!”

The organizers hope to effect the resignation or impeachment of the president and vice president, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Leon Panetta, Hilda Solis, Timothy Geithner, Arne Duncan, Lisa Jackson, Supreme Court justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, Harry Reid, every czar, and every other member of the most corrupt administration in memory.

This rally is not merely for veterans. Veteran Defenders’s “Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic” states, “We call upon ALL independent truckers, independent contractors, all non-union workers, all independent business owners, agents and investors, all who support free-market capitalism and the right to work, earn and own, to march together with our veterans and former service members on November 11, 2011 – Veterans Day!” (Emphasis in original.)

It further states that “in the event that these individuals refuse to immediately resign in an orderly fashion,” the congressmen who voted against raising the debt ceiling must “immediately begin impeachment proceedings against every member of the Obama administration.”

To reestablish the Constitution as the law of the land, the Declaration demands that “every verifiable member of The Communist Party USA, The Socialist Party USA and The
Democratic Socialists of America be immediately publicly identified and removed from office for overtly acting against freedom, liberty and the Constitutional Republic.” This would sweep such radical leftists as Bernie Sanders and Jan Schakowsky from office. Indeed, in October 2009, the DSA released a list of 70 Congressmen who purportedly hold membership in that socialist organization alone.

It would also like to see special interest House groups, such as the Congressional Black Caucus, disbanded.

Many of the two organizations’ aims are presented in this video.

These two organizations are not the first veterans groups to support Obama’s impeachment and removal from office. The Central Florida chapter of the far-Left Veterans for Peace called for Obama’s impeachment in 2010.

Maj. Gen. Vallely (Ret.) is an outspoken patriot who has previously proposed laws reasserting states’ rights to refuse to implement unconstitutional federal legislation.

These hearty men fought bravely to preserve freedom abroad. In this cold winter of our republic’s history, they must fight again to ensure its survival at home.

From the mists of the past, we have the words of Lincoln (who I'm not generally a huge fan of, truth be told) as if he were speaking directly to the current narcissist destroying this Republic:

Here's a quick look into the three former Fannie Mae executives who brought down Wall Street.

Franklin Raines was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae. Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae's accounting activities. At the time of his departure The Wall Street Journal noted, " Raines, who long defended the company's accounting despite mounting evidence that it wasn't proper, issued a statement late Tuesday conceding that "mistakes were made" and saying he would assume responsibility as he had earlier promised. News reports indicate the company was under growing pressure from regulators to shake up its management in the wake of findings that the company's books ran afoul of generally accepted accounting principles for four years." Fannie Mae had to reduce its surplus by $9 billion.

Raines left with a "golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear.http://housingdoom.com/2006/12/18/fannie-charges/ . The Government noted, "The 101 charges reveal how the individuals improperly manipulated earnings to maximize their bonuses, while knowingly neglecting accounting systems and internal controls, misapplying over twenty accounting principles and misleading the regulator and the public. The Notice explains how they submitted six years of misleading and inaccurate accounting statements and inaccurate capital reports that enabled them to grow Fannie Mae in an unsafe and unsound manner." These charges were made in 2006. The Court ordered Raines to return $50 Million Dollars he received in bonuses based on the miss-stated Fannie Mae profits.

Net windfall . . . $190 million!

Tim Howard - Was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard "was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a "stable pattern of earnings" at Fannie. In everyday English - he was cooking the books. The Government Investigation determined that, "Chief Financial Officer, Tim Howard, failed to provide adequate oversight to key control and reporting functions within Fannie Mae,"

On June 16, 2006, Rep. Richard Baker, R-La., asked the Justice Department to investigate his allegations that two former Fannie Mae executives lied to Congress in October 2004 when they denied manipulating the mortgage-finance giant's income statement to achieve management pay bonuses. Investigations by federal regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004.

Howard's Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. A look at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight's May 2006 report on mismanagement and corruption inside Fannie Mae, and you'll see some interesting things about Johnson. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million." Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie Mae.

Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

Tea Party Radio was wide-open tonight, and one of our callers mentioned a site he had been on.  I happen to be a member of that organization, and promised I would post the information here.  

Back when Dale Robertson was having back surgery and I was temporarily hosting Tea Party Radio with David Toy, we had the founder of www.patriotsunion.org on.  JB Williams and co-founder Timothy Harrington spent an hour with us, as well as fellow co-conspirators extraordinaire Twana Blevins and Arnie Rosner.  

The initiatives and actions that The United States Patriots Union engage in are extremely focused, organized, targeted and, judging by the flood of e-mail I get from across the country, effective.

The Patriots Union is probably a little more structured than the Tea Party movement, with a stricter code of conduct than will be encountered in some other groups, and actually pre-dates the Tea Party.  But the goals are very much the same as our goals are here.  Many local Tea Party groups are not willing to vocally address the most important issues that face us.  Tea Party.org is one of the few that continue to stand up for the things that most orgs don't have the cajones to.  The Patriots Union is not aligned with the Tea Party as such, although many members have that affiliation, as do I also.  What matters is that intensity of spirit, of Constitutional integrity and the Rule of Law that all true Patriots adhere to and are willing to fight for.

One of the latest initiatives is the Patriots Union and Veteran Defenders Call for Action, the March on Washington on 11-11-11...Veterans Day, to demand the resignation or impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama, Joseph Biden and every member of the Obama Administration.

I was honored to be the spearhead e-mail for Arnie Rosner's pilot program the E-Mail Warriors Project, where my letter to my Senate Reps was sent to all 7,451 elected officials, from city and county, to the State and Federal offices holders in Congress, each one personalized.  I've known Arnie from the early days of the American Grand Jury, where we worked with founder Bob Campbell to remove this Kenyan usurper from office during and after the fiasco election of '08.  At 70+ yrs young, I'd be hard pressed to find someone with more energy and dedication than that man, JB, Tim, Twana, Miki and a host of others.

As with most of us here, we belong to a number of organizations, but we must choose those who we believe best suit our goals and can get the job done to interact with.

NEW YORK CITY -- "I figured if I'm going to be homeless, I might as well be homeless for a good reason," said Matt Kitchens. The Alabama native is one of the hundreds of restless youth Occupying Wall Street, determined that their voices be heard. After finishing trade school, Kitchens, 20, worked as a welder in Mobile's shipyards. He hit the road after that work ran out, and ended up working in a coffee shop in upstate New York. That job ended six months ago. Now he's on Wall Street.

Matt from Philadelphia had a similar story. He worked at a succession of short-lived jobs installing floors, then at a produce market.

Two students from Ithaca, NY, Marie Spoelstra and Sarah Richards are camped out "to protest corporate greed." says Spoelstra, 20, a sociology major. Her buddy Richards, who works serving up toasted sandwiches at a Subway outlet adds, "We work hard and have nothing to show for it. We're sick of having everything taken from us."

Esmeralda, Youth Council President of the Mid Manhattan NAACP, and two friends are camping out together. Esmeralda, 17, says she's had "lots of internships, but never a real job." Her high school is just across the street from Zuccotti Park and she's been joining her friends Chilligan, 19, and Nicole, 20 at the park every day after class.

Nicole Angelo is a 23-year-old college graduate. She hasn't been able to find a job since the office that she worked at all the way through college closed in 2009. "It's happening to everybody," says Angelo. "The system needs a change. Where's our voice in government?" She takes a train to her family's home in Westchester County every few days to take a shower and check email, but is committed to the new community she's a part of. "I get even better taken care of here than at home," she says with a nod toward the "kitchen" area. "There's always a hot meal."

A whole section of the park is devoted to collecting, preparing and distributing food. As this reporter stood by, a man pushing a toddler in a stroller dropped off a bag of eight steaming hot egg and cheese sandwiches he had just purchased at a nearby deli. Other passersby stuffed $10 and $20 bills in a collection jar.

Dave Anthony takes charge of the bag, carefully arranging the sandwiches on a table for distribution. Anthony, who works afternoons as a chef, says, "I make sure the food is fresh." There are cartons of coffee, and a veritable buffet of fresh fruit, bagels, and occasional pizzas. Afternoons Anthony goes to work at his restaurant job. Otherwise, he says, "I'm here day and night." Anthony is still paying the student loans he took out to go to chef school. "I pay on it every month but the number never goes down! I feel that Wall Street should help us," he continues. "A lot of people here are in debt, especially tuition loans. Some are homeless. We want a future for ourselves and our children." Anthony said he was drawn to come down to Wall Street "when I saw people protesting for our rights. I've been waiting a long time for something to happen."

Eric Tucker was resting on an air mattress. He looked amazingly well pressed for a man who's been sleeping out in the rain for six days. Tucker, 22, came with a group from Jersey he says and he especially appreciates the communal spirit of the encampment. He has done work installing solar panels, and a stint at Target, but hasn't had a job in a couple of years. Like the others he didn't seem the least daunted by the hardships of living outside for days and days when it seems to rain at least once every 24 hours. Sometimes when the downpour starts the protestors gather under a construction canopy across the street. Others hang out at a McDonalds that has been friendly. Still others just curl up in their multi colored tarps. Tucker was getting ready to set off for the apartment of a stranger in the neighborhood. He had put an ad on Craigslist appealing to someone in the neighborhood to let him use their shower. Given the positive response from passersby, Tucker wasn't a bit surprised to get a response from a friendly New Yorker.

The debate continues to rage over this administration's targeted attack on Anwar al-Awlaki, the American-born individual who has been "the head of the spear" as far as terrorism goes, on the Internet and intimately involved for years in attempted attacks on Americans, such as the "Underwear Bomber", and many others.  He provided the final "religious counselling" for a number of the 9/11 attackers.   

We've been going around here, and just about everywhere else, about the legality of the operation that took him and his IT-guy to their well-deserved final resting place, courtesy of a United States Military drone.  

It would be an act of completely incomprehensible faith if I could give credit to this "administration" for a job well-done.  Nothing to date would signify that there is any reason whatsoever to believe that the "community organizer-in-Chief" has changed his ideological warfare against this nation that would serve to benefit us, other than the fact he was over-ruled by our Military, and the operation that took out this scum (Awlaki, not the CO-in-Chief) pre-dated his administration by a number of years.  That being said, the question remains:

Is it legal?

Is it Constitutional?

Are we to be labeled terrorists (WOOPS-ALREADY ARE!!!!) and need to be watching the skies as we sidle out the back door to the grill with a plate-full of uncooked pork and a cold beer?  The full spectrum of the debate has been airing out on Tea Party Radio lately, running the gamut of popular opinion.  I'd like to add this little tid-bit to the discussion, as it looks to continue to be a long one:

This week's PC oxymoron, "U.S. citizen enemy combatant," has driven heated debates on the topic. Specifically, many on the Left, as well as GOP presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), have protested the U.S. drone strike death of Anwar al-Awlaki, the Yemeni-American cleric linked to several terrorist plots and attacks against the U.S. (Fort Hood, the Christmas Day underwear bomber, the Times Square car bombing), on the basis of his U.S. citizenship.

Al-Awlaki, along with his understudy -- another U.S. citizen, Samir Khan -- were both killed on the Saudi-Yemen border by drone missiles specifically targeting al-Awlaki. The controversy surrounding the attack centers on the idea that the U.S. owes its citizens -- wherever they happen to be -- the constitutional protections afforded to all U.S. citizens, to include rights of due process as well as the ability to have "a day in court." The problem, of course, is that such thinking is simply wrong.

For starters, American citizens have never been accorded such "rights" when they have taken up arms against their own country. The Supreme Court has reinforced this fact several times. Notably, in World War II it ruled that the U.S. citizenship of captured German spy/saboteurs was irrelevant when the citizen associates himself with the enemy power and operates as an enemy belligerent. In essence, the Court used a walks-like-a-duck-and-quacks-like-a-duck analysis to conclude that U.S. citizens who operate as enemy combatants in wartime are, in fact, enemy combatants, and that the classification preempts any citizenship status.

More recently, the Court in Hamdi v. Rumsfeld (2004) added support to this conclusion, stating, "A citizen, no less than an alien, can be part of or supporting forces hostile to the United States or coalition partners and engaged in an armed conflict against the United States." In other words, independent of any "rights" Al-Awlaki and Khan may have claimed as U.S. citizens, when each joined a belligerent foreign military force -- al-Qa'ida -- and entered the battlefield as an enemy combatant against the U.S., they gave the U.S. the "right" to shoot back. And we did. End of (al-Awlaki's) story.

I tend to agree completely.  This falls under the "natural rights" category, the right to defend oneself against any enemy, foreign or domestic.  This does NOT abrogate the Rule of Law, but merely EXERCISES IT.  The biggest problem we face now, is that we are confronted with an ideology and ideological misfits that will use the very existence of the Rule of Law against US as they pervert the very system of Laws we use to defend ourselves.  

I bought 300 more rounds of ammo today.

At first blush, I thought that this was just too crazy to actually happen, or hold any truth.  That was about two & 1/2 years ago, when it really began to hit home.  Here is what really strikes me now, and I'm passing it along just for those who still cling to the idea that we still live in a sane and/or easily-recoverable universe;

These oh-so-slight (sic) incremental changes in our policies and local regulations are just what Doctor Soetoro has ordered to infect the body of America with the incurable virus of Government Regulation, Control, and the implementation of Agenda 21 priorities.  As if we don't have enough problem with regulation and control already, with a Federal Behemoth grown exponentially larger than EVER Constitutionally authorized, the plethora of devastating regulations arising from this new "Jobs Bill", and the looming disaster of the Obamacare monster (among others) signal a shift in policies and priorities that will seal the lid of the coffin of free-enterprise and American Exceptionalism shut FOREVER.

Why would you strangle energy production, while at the same time MANDATE electric vehicles that would add to the strain of a crippled electrical grid?  STUPID?   NOOOOOO.  Agenda 21 Priorities---get people out of their vehicles and into "Sustainable Communities".  

Why would you implement policies that will dramatically increase the cost of food, water, housing....and cripple the economic engine that would allow them to sustain themselves and their families, unless they are dependent on the government?  STUPID?  NOOOO!!!!

To drive people out of their homes, and starve them, to promote "Sustainable Development."   Part of the Agenda 21 plan is to REDUCE the number of people on this planet.  By a few billion.  Sound crazy?  Read what some of Obosoetoro's "czars" have said, and written in years past.  Sunstein, Chu, Axelrod, Van Jones, the Weathermen...it really is a very long list. 

I really believe that this is probably the very last time that American History will be made, and recorded, because if we fail now, THERE WILL BE NO MORE AMERICAN HISTORY.  It will be just that, HISTORY, with no future to record.  

Just watching and listening to the rants of the anarchists among us, with their pathetic little marches on Wall Street, and the Union Thugs populating the White House with their Community Organizer, who owes them so much, it will indeed be a miracle if we even HAVE an election in 2012.

There is absolutely NOTHING these people are not capable of and willing to do.

We must hold to a better and more powerful standard, and keep the God of our fathers at our side and in our hearts, or we will die along with our nation and any hope we may have had for our progeny.

It's now being reported that Iran will be putting at least one warship close enough to the United States shores that will enable it to attack this country in a number of ways, most preeminently with what some fear to be an EMP device that would effectively cripple this country, leaving our defense and communications capabilities deaf, dumb and blind for all intents and purposes.   You won't even be able to start your car if it has any on-board computer OS, as all post-1975 vehicles do in some fashion.  This should be a startling wake-up call to any and all who still doubt the seriousness of the intentions of this Kenyan usurper to weaken and cripple this nation economically and militarily, as he has done absolutely NOTHING to ameliorate the weapons-capabilities of the Iranian madman and his mullahs, and allows him to saunter about IN OUR OWN COUNTRY to spew his Islamic filth, while actively plotting our destruction.  (Thanks to Patriot Action Network for the original break)

Iran planning to send ships near U.S. waters CNN International

(CNN) -- Iran plans to send ships near the Atlantic coast of the United States, state-run Islamic Republic News Agency reported Tuesday, quoting a commander.

"The Navy of the Iranian Army will have a powerful presence near the United States borders," read the headline of the story, in Farsi.

"Commander of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran broke the news about the plans for the presence of this force in the Atlantic Ocean and said that the same way that the world arrogant power is present near our marine borders, we, with the help of our sailors who follow the concept of the supreme jurisprudence, shall also establish a powerful presence near the marine borders of the United States," the story said. The reference to the "world arrogant power" was presumably intended to refer to the United States.

IRNA cited the force's website as saying that the announcement was made by Adm. Habibollah Sayari on the 31st anniversary of the Iran-Iraq war.

The reason that we are in the fiscal position that we're in in this country so that people who work in government have been irresponsible, totally and 100% irresponsible. Now, being honest you could lay a majority of this blame to the Democrat Party. They live and breathe off the notion of ever-expanding government, government running more and more of people's lives. It is they who came up with all of these entitlement programs, most of them. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, they're not the only ones. The list is on and on and on. Why in the world should we -- any of us, collectively or individually. Why should it be up to us to pay for their mistakes, which just allows them to keep on making mistakes? And they're not even mistakes. They're doing all of this on purpose. Remember they fined BP $20 billion for that oil spill. They didn't pay it all out. What happened to that? All of the money that they have, and they still tell us that we are not paying enough in taxes! When the problem with this government is not that they don't have enough revenue, it is that they are the ones who refuse to live within their means. Now, after Obama spends $5 trillion that we don't have, now we get the "We gotta live within our means" speech, as though he had nothing to do with this; and now somehow all of this is the result of people who are cheating, scheming, "getting away with not paying their fair share;" which is a crock.  There is nobody of any consequence not paying their fair share. That is the wrong way to look at this entirely. This is a spending problem. It's an irresponsible management of money problem. It is an ideological problem. It's a lot of problems rolled into one that are not ours except for the one main mistake many of us made -- sorry, many of you made -- and that is, if you've ever voted for a Democrat, you have a greater share of blame for this than those of us who never have. I didn't say total blame; I said greater share. If you voted for Democrats your whole life, you are the one that ought to be paying more taxes, regardless how much you make.  If that's how we're gonna look at this, if we're gonna look at this and be fair, if that's gonna be the definition: Who helped create this mess? Whoever elected Democrats, over and through the years, they are the people. (interruption) That doesn't sound fair, Mr. Snerdley? Why not? Why? Well, no wait a minute. I'm trying to make a point here. Why is that "unfair, but"? Just because some people earn more than others, they ought to be paying? How is one fair and the other is an insult to your sensibilities? If I were to go make a speech, "Yep, we are in this situation..." Obama just said that the reason we're in this situation is that high-income earners aren't paying their fair share. I maintain we're in this position because too many Democrats have been elected, okay?  So I want to punish the people who elected Democrats. Obama wants to punish people who make too much money. Why is punishing people who make too much money fair and punishing people who voted Democrat somehow, "I don't know, Rush. That kind of makes me nervous"? Well, I'm making a point here. Using taxes to punish people can never be fair, but it's a constant of the Democrat Party. Class envy is something they own, exclusively. They own class envy. They own class warfare. They own "the rich aren't paying their fair share." They own all of these entitlement programs that have destroyed people's lives. You know, if I had been a person voting Democrat all my life, and in the last five or ten years had had a change of heart, I don't know if I'd get through the guilt of what I've done.  By electing Democrats, by electing liberals, by putting them in charge, what it's done to the moral fabric of the country, what it's done to the social fabric of the country. So I want to change the focus here. I want to change the way we look at this. Rather than "it's time for the rich to pay their fair share," it's about damn time the Democrats paid their fair share. If we're gonna start assigning blame, and Obama started it and that's what this is all about, okay, let's be honest about the blame. Anybody with a capital D after their name got elected, guilty. Anybody voted for 'em, responsible. Therefore, your taxes ought to go up! Besides, you've been voting all these years for other people's taxes to go up.  That's what the Democrats have been telling you: They're gonna raise somebody else's taxes but yours. It's about time you found out what it's like. Doesn't sound fair, does it? I don't care. It's right. In my world, that's fair... In my world, this is what it takes here to fix the mess we're in. You Democrats created it. Our country's broke because of who you elected. The responsibility is yours. It's time you paid your fair share of the mess. The point is no matter who you go after this way, it just doesn't sound right, does it? You hear me, and I know some of you are applauding. I know that and I'll take the applause.  Some of you are applauding and think it's a brilliant idea (and, frankly, it is), but at the same time some of you are saying, "No, Rush. No, no. I don't know. That's just not fair." Right, okay. So for those of you look at it that way, why is it so easy to go along with the rich not paying their fair share who I have tell you the rich as Obama defines them are the only people paying anything? Where's the thanks? Where's the thanks for people who are paying for everything? No. Instead of gratitude and thanks, all the Democrat Party wants for you to do is to continue to hate these people.  They want to ratchet up your resentment, your hatred for your fellow citizens. Okay! So let's just change who we hate. Let's change from hating the rich to hating the Democrats. Works for me, and it's probably a little bit more valid. We'll call it The Jackass Tax, a tax increase on Democrats -- and that's one tax I might put my name on. You know Buffett's got his, Buffett Tax. I'll put my name on the Limbaugh Tax, exclusively on Democrats. I don't care what you make, you're paying it. I don't care if you make anything, you're gonna come up with some way to pay it because you gotta give it back if we're gonna start assigning blame here.  He's talking about $1.5 trillion of new taxes, $1.5 trillion in new taxes, under the belief, the premise that somehow it's our fault that this country's finances are in the bad shape that they're in. It's not Obama's fault. It's no other politicians' faults. Not at the end of the day, really. It's not the Washington establishment's fault; it's ours. We have to pay for it. He's continually wanting us to feel responsible, continually wanting us feeling guilty for creating this mess. So Obama's jobs plan is $1.5 trillion in new taxes. New, $1.5 trillion in new taxes. That's the president's jobs plan. Cool. If you support that, you deserve to have your taxes raised.  END TRANSCRIPT
