This is another pointed letter I wrote and sent to my Representative (Your Reps name here), and both Senators (Name) and (Name).
I wanted to let them know I was not at all happy with their poor leadership and voting for all the bullshit appropriations that are now being discovered and exposed.
Again, I highly encourage write, call and generally become a major pain in their asses until they either quit (which is doubtful) or at least go through the motions of representing the interests of "we the people"!!!!!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment in your recent vote to pass a federal budget filled with outrageous and unnecessary spending, much of which is allocated to foreign countries rather than addressing the needs of hardworking American taxpayers. This level of reckless spending is unacceptable and an insult to the constituents you were elected to represent.
As you are no doubt aware, the newly established Department of Government Efficiency has already begun exposing extensive fraud, waste, and abuse in government spending. Your decision to support this budget, which includes billions of dollars in frivolous expenditures, raises serious questions about your judgment and integrity. Shame on you! What were you thinking when you voted for these obviously ridiculous expenditures?
This is not a matter of partisan politics—it is about fiscal responsibility and accountability to the American people. There are not just a few questionable expenses in this budget; there are billions of dollars' worth of blatant waste that should have been eliminated before this bill ever reached a vote.
I expect you and your staff to take your duty to taxpayers seriously by meticulously scrutinizing any future proposed budgets to ensure that such massive wasteful expenditures are not included. Your constituents demand and deserve better stewardship of our tax dollars.
I look forward to your response and an explanation of how you plan to prevent such fiscal irresponsibility in the future.

We must ALL engage to support President Trump and his effort to eliminate Fraud, Waste and Abuse of our tax dollars, reduce the size of our bloated government and take aggressive punitive action against our "POLITISIZED" Judicial Branch of our Government!!!!

As your constituent, I am writing to express my strong expectation that you fully support President Trump and his efforts, including his work to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse of our tax dollars. It is time for our Republican leadership to stand firmly and publicly behind the President in his fight to restore fiscal responsibility and Make America Great Again.
We endured unprecedented executive overreach under the previous administration, which worked against the interests of the American people. Too many Republican officials sat by, allowing it to happen. Voters demand better from their elected representatives. We expect bold and unwavering support for President Trump, not silence or complacency.
Additionally, the ongoing interference from radical, activist judges must be addressed. When the judicial branch obstructs the will of the American people by blocking the President’s cost-saving initiatives, it is the duty of the legislative branch to act. If the Supreme Court refuses to police judicial activism, then Congress must take legislative action to remove those who undermine our democratic system.
The people of this nation are watching. We demand action, not inaction. Stand up for President Trump and stand up for America.

I don’t know that we can ever get the person that’s closest to us, but he is chair of Ed and Labor, but we need to be targeting someone that may want to run for governor.”

Don’t you just love it when Democrats blurt out what’s really on their minds? If so, you will absolutely adore the comments that the failed vice presidential candidate and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz just made.
During a town hall event in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Walz spoke to prop up Judge Susan Crawford, a Democratic candidate for the state’s imminent Supreme Court election. The governor trashed the Trump administration, claiming it is attacking voting rights. He suggested that Democrats form a “shadow government” to counter President Donald Trump’s agenda.
“We see one of the first things they do is try and restrict the vote,” Walz said. “This is one of the things, though, that this is going to take power to the streets.”
Walz then said, “I think we need a shadow government so when all these things come up every single day, we’ve got an alternate press conference telling the truth about what things are happening.”

You might be less than shocked to learn that Walz is not the first Democrat to call for a shadow government. Rep. Wiley Nickel (D-NC) floated the same idea in February.
The idea, proposed by Democrat Wiley Nickel (D-NC), was first published as an op-ed in the Washington Post and demanded that the Democratic Party take action to stop President-elect Donald Trump’s “extreme MAGA agenda from going unanswered or unopposed.”
He said that it’s time for America to “borrow from our British friends and appoint a shadow cabinet to fight back against the worst excesses of a second Trump administration,” suggested Russia collusion hoax spreader and Senator-elect Adam Schiff (D-CA) should head it.
I must say, if Democrats want a shadow government, Schiff would be perfect to lead it.
But wait, there’s more!
Back in 2018, during Trump’s first term, another Democrat insisted that a shadow government should rise up like a phoenix from the ashes to resist the Orange Man What Is Bad™. CNN counterterrorism analyst Philip Mudd made the same clarion call when discussing the president’s visit to Helsinki.
“My question would be: When do members of the President's inner circle start to say, ‘Look, we have an overseas dilemma where you are portraying us, in terms of the American government, as worse than a tyrant, that is, Vladimir Putin,’” he bloviated.
He further asked, “when do we see almost a shadow government come out and say, ‘We cannot side with the government, whether it’s the cabinet or the Senate.’ I think that’ s the big question.”
Here’s the thing, Democrats: You already have a shadow government. It’s called the legacy media. A Hollywood filmmaker could make a buddy cop film out of the relationship between the Democrats and the press that would rival “Rush Hour” at the box office. They have been your bosom buddies for decades.
And you still lost.
Perhaps what Democrats need isn’t a “shadow government” but a reality check. America rejected the party for a reason, right?
Yet, the fact that folks like Walz felt comfortable throwing out this idea in a public setting shows either that they don’t care about the implications, or they are daft enough to believe it won’t hurt them. Either way, there is one thing that is evident: Democrats have still not learned their lesson from 2024.

President Donald Trump is not only having to face Democrats who want to stand in the way of his agenda but activist judges who are stepping on his ability to exercise the power of the presidency over the Executive Branch.
It's had some on the right calling for answers as to how to deal with the judges who want to tell the administration who they are allowed to deport and who even they can fire when it's the president who controls the Executive Branch. Trump may win some of these issues on appeal, but in the meantime, Democrats are trying to slow things down by this delaying tactic.
Republicans are now fighting back. They're planning a hearing next week on the issue.
Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, told Fox News Digital that in addition to the hearing, House GOP members are also considering a bill to address the issue.
"I think the administration's doing the right thing by fighting it legally," he said. "There's a good bill that we're considering. So, we'll be looking at that next week."
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., confirmed the GOP plans to take action, saying, "We'll do everything that we can with our legislative toolkit to ensure that they are doing what's right by the American people and then also following through on our constitutional obligations."
"Right before President Trump took office, the Democrats actually knowingly made admissions that they were appointing obstructionist justices in order to undermine what the president's agenda was," Luna told Fox News Digital.
Luna said it was up to the administration to set foreign policy, for example, not judges.
Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Ohio, called the use of activist judges to override foreign policy "really scary."
"As far as the low-lying judges, it's a little bit scary to think that they could actually stop the progression of a federal movement where you have the executive branch which should be the final say as far as that," he said.
"My party needs to be very methodical about how we fix it, and we have to codify law to make sure that we can prevent this from happening again," he went on.
Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) and Rep. Derrick Van Orden (R-WI) put it more succinctly. "Who the hell do they think they are?" Nehls said. Van Orden put it simply, "We're coequal branches of government," adding, "That guy [presumably Judge James Boasberg] is not king."
The White House is going to keep fighting back to get Trump's agenda done and has already had some successes. But it's good that Congress will also be stepping in to push the point as well. I'm not sure what they have in mind, so I'll withhold judgment until I see it. But the Republicans do need to figure out how to break the log jam, and it may involve them being more proactive on legislation as well to help get Trump's actions through.
Then, as I said above, there are the appeals. Trump just won one battle in the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
As my colleague, Susie Moore, pointed out, in granting the Trump administration's requisition to stay the preliminary injunction blocking DOGE's activities as to USAID, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals said the following:
However, the public also has an interest in judges wielding power only when so authorized. That authorization limits us to deciding cases and controversies, not political disputes. Cases and controversies involve actual injuries to actual parties, not injuries that are speculative and extend beyond the parties in this case. Courts must be wary of stretching to find harm at the preliminary injunction stage when the record does not support it.

This powerful district court, which holds the authority to decide on high-stakes cases affecting every American, consists of 15 main judges. Shockingly, a significant number of them lack prior judicial experience, yet they hold the power to shape the nation’s future. Many of these appointments were made by Democratic presidents, reflecting an agenda that prioritizes diversity and identity politics over proven qualifications and dedication to American legal principles.
Beth Brelje of The Federalist recently sounded the alarm, questioning the wisdom of entrusting such vital decisions to judges who may lack a deep-rooted understanding of American traditions and values. Conservatives are rightfully worried that this approach could undermine the judiciary’s integrity, leaving the nation vulnerable to legal interpretations that conflict with constitutional principles.
The shift toward appointing foreign-born judges with little to no judicial background began during Barack Obama’s presidency. In 2014, Obama nominated Judge Tanya Chutkan, originally from Kingston, Jamaica, to the district court. Despite her complete lack of prior judicial experience, Chutkan was given significant authority. Her controversial orders — such as demanding that Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) disclose sensitive plans — have sparked outrage among conservatives, who argue that such decisions jeopardize national interests.
Obama’s reckless approach did not stop there. He also appointed Judge Amit P. Mehta, born in Patan, Gujarat, India, to the court. Mehta had no judicial experience before his nomination, yet he now oversees four of the politically charged January 6 cases. This blatant disregard for qualifications over political loyalty has raised eyebrows across the country.
Building on Obama’s questionable legacy, President Joe Biden has further eroded the integrity of the D.C. District Court by appointing three more foreign-born judges. In 2021, Biden nominated Judge Ana Cecilia Reyes, who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay. Despite her lack of judicial experience, she was hailed as the first openly LGBT Latina on the court, highlighting the administration’s obsession with identity politics rather than judicial merit.
Reyes has shown a willingness to impose progressive policies, having openly opposed Trump’s executive order on “gender dysphoria” and military readiness. Her decisions reflect a willingness to put ideological agendas ahead of constitutional duties, sparking intense criticism from conservative circles.
Another concerning appointment by Biden is Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, born in Canada to Egyptian parents. Ali became a U.S. citizen just six years before his appointment and holds a background in software engineering rather than law. His nomination not only lacks merit but also raises concerns about his ability to truly understand and defend American values. His outspoken opposition to Trump’s 2017 travel ban, which aimed to secure the nation from potential threats, demonstrates a blatant disregard for national security.
Adding to this concerning pattern is Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, born in Trinidad and Tobago, whose appointment has been met with similar skepticism. Critics argue that her foreign birth and progressive viewpoints could lead to decisions that undermine traditional American values.
The Biden administration’s judicial appointments are clearly driven by a desire to reshape the judiciary into a tool for advancing leftist causes. This approach not only threatens the stability of the legal system but also puts the nation at risk by handing power to unqualified individuals with questionable allegiances.
By focusing on diversity quotas rather than judicial competence, the administration has eroded the public’s trust in the courts. Americans are right to question whether judges born and raised in foreign countries can truly appreciate and uphold the Constitution as intended by the Founding Fathers.
The presence of foreign-born judges on the D.C. District Court poses a grave risk to the country’s security and legal integrity. These judges are tasked with making decisions on some of the most sensitive issues facing the nation — from immigration policies to national defense measures. Allowing individuals without a lifelong connection to American principles to wield such power is reckless and dangerous.
For instance, Judge Chutkan’s willingness to issue orders that force the release of sensitive government plans reveals a troubling disregard for national security. Similarly, Judge Mehta’s handling of January 6 cases has been seen as overtly partisan, raising questions about whether political motivations are guiding his judicial decisions.
Fox News and the New York Post have joined the chorus of conservative voices expressing alarm over these appointments. They rightly point out that prioritizing diversity over experience is a recipe for judicial disaster. The courts should be bastions of constitutional fidelity, not experimental platforms for progressive social engineering.
Republican lawmakers and conservative commentators are increasingly demanding greater scrutiny of judicial appointments. They argue that the integrity of the judiciary is too important to be sacrificed on the altar of political correctness. Elon Musk has a lot to worry about. He has 13 children. He is the CEO and founder of numerous companies, most famously of course SpaceX and Tesla. He just helped rescue two astronauts from the International Space Station.
Meanwhile he’s head honcho at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and is in charge of trimming the fat and fraud from the bloated, behemoth federal government.
Whoa. That’s a lot. Even with all that to think about, however, Musk has two worries above all others, and the first one is the declining global birth rate:
"Well, there's a lot of things that I suppose that I worry about. And some of these things will seem esoteric to people. The birth rate is very low in almost every country, and unless that changes, civilization will disappear," Musk said in part two of his [Fox News] "Special Report" exclusive interview Friday.
Musk pointed to declining birth rates in the U.S. and Korea, warning that "nothing seems to be turning that around. Humanity is dying."

America’s birth rate hit an all-time low in 2023:
The nation’s fertility rate has declined since 1957, when there were 122.9 births per 1,000 women ages 15–44. Data for 2023 puts the current fertility rate at less than half the 1957 rate, 54.5.
But that’s not the only concern that keeps Musk up at night; he also worries that if America collapses, the whole of human society will probably follow suit:
After dishing out details about DOGE's cost-cutting mission, [host Bret] Baier took a more personal turn in his one-on-one with Musk Friday. In addition to his concern about declining birthrates, the Tesla founder also explained his worries for America's future.
"I worry generally about the strength of America. America is the central column that holds up all of Western civilization... If that column fails, it's all over. You can't run off to New Zealand or some other place. It's over. So either we strengthen that column and make sure America is strong, and we'll be strong for a long time, or that roof's coming down," he told Baier.
Musk and others have long warned that America’s $36 trillion debt could eventually cause our country to go bankrupt, with obvious seismic—catastrophic—results across the globe.

The world’s richest man said he remains optimistic about "the potential for a great future as long as America remains the land of freedom and opportunity," and he praised Donald Trump as the president we need to make sure that happens.
Musk is certainly an incredibly smart man, so when he speaks, I listen. I would argue that we won’t even need to worry about the birth rate if America collapses, but both of the problems he talks about are extremely serious. We need less fraud, deceit, and waste in our government—and more babies here at home.

On Monday, the Trump administration struck back at the legal-industrial complex's war against MAGA. President Donald Trump's Justice Department filed an emergency request asking the Supreme Court to take a stand on the "epidemic" of national injunctions that leftist district court judges are using to halt the Trump agenda.
Trump's lawyers said on Monday that only the Supreme Court can stop this "power grab."
The success of Trump's presidency could hinge on whether the court will come down hard on this cozy collusion between anti-Trump litigants and injunction-happy judges.
In Monday's emergency application, Trump's Solicitor General Sarah Harris challenged a San Francisco district court judge's injunction preventing federal offices in all 50 states, including Agriculture, Defense, Treasury and Commerce, from downsizing. In February, as the downsizing began, government unions and nonprofits sued in the Northern District of California, notorious for its leftist bias. They were immediately rewarded for their court shopping.
A sympathetic judge, William Alsup, commanded that the Trump administration hire back all 16,000 terminated provisional employees and indicated he would micromanage each reinstatement.
Never mind that the public had just elected a president who promised smaller, more affordable government.
While Harris' emergency appeal was landing at the Supreme Court on Monday, down the street at the U.S. Court of Appeals, leftist judicial militancy was on full display.
Appeals Court Judge Patricia Millett was excoriating the president's deportation of suspected Tren De Aragua gang members using the Alien Enemies Act.
At issue was a nationwide injunction imposed by a district court judge -- James Boasberg -- halting the president's deportations. The act empowers the president to arrest, detain and deport noncitizens the president believes pose a risk to the nation during war, invasion or any enemy incursion. That includes mass invasions across the southern border.
Trump's lawyers went to the Court of Appeals to ask that Boasberg's injunction be lifted, calling it an "unprecedented and enormous intrusion" on the commander in chief's authority.
Millett shut her ears to that constitutional issue and insisted instead on advocating for the 250-plus gang members already deported to an El Salvadoran prison. "There were plane loads of people. There were no procedures in place to notify people," Millett said, chastising Trump's lawyers. "Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act than has happened here."
Sorry, Judge. Cry me a river.
As Trump border czar Tom Homan said, Tren de Aragua is "a designated terrorist organization." Homan slammed a reporter reiterating the judge's sob story about the deportees. "Talk to Laken Riley's family. What due process did she have?"
Truth is, the Alien Enemies Act does not require any regulations like Millett suggested. The president's discretion is "as unlimited as the legislature could make it," a federal court ruled in Lockington v. Smith. When the act was challenged during World War II in Ludecke v. Watkins, the Supreme Court ruled again that some statutes "preclude judicial review."
Millett tried to weasel around these precedents, claiming she was questioning not the law but only the president's implementation of it. It's a distinction with no difference. No court has ever struck down the implementation of the Alien Enemies Act, per the left-leaning Brennan Center for Justice. The law does not guarantee individualized hearings before deportation, or a burden of proof government must satisfy.
At Monday's hearing, Millett showed herself to be a left-wing firebrand. But another judge on the three-member panel, Justin Walker, nailed the American Civil Liberties Union lawyers representing the deportees, asking why they didn't bring a habeas corpus action in Texas, where the deportation flights originated. In response, the ACLU offered only doubletalk because the truth is, they went court shopping.
Now we wait. The three-judge panel has yet to rule on whether to lift Boasberg's nationwide injunction. Until then, deportation of Tren de Aragua using the Alien Enemies Act is on hold.
Even more critical is the Supreme Court's response to Trump's emergency petition. Dozens of federal judges are blocking policies -- from downsizing government to ending DEI and evicting gangs -- that voters chose when they elected Trump. Four justices are on the record expressing concern about national injunctions. It's time to act.
As the lefties are always claiming -- but this time it's true -- democracy is at stake.

Eighty years ago this summer, the United States would assure its role as a global superpower for generations to come by harnessing its scientific, industrial and military resources under the code name, "The Manhattan Project," creating a war-winning weapon, the atomic bomb. President Donald Trump now has the means to repeat history by funding a 2025 version of the Manhattan Project that guarantees our access to all the energy we will need to power this century.
To place the challenge in context, the president is no fan of wind turbines. Grounded in the economics of business, he appreciates that the energy rate of return for the enormous investment required to build wind turbines makes little sense. He remains focused on some of America's greatest energy resources, domestic fossil fuels, making us not only capable of running our economy but independent of foreign crude and those control that spigot.
And yet, there is an energy shortage on our nation's horizon.
It's electricity. The necessary power required to run not just artificial intelligence (AI) computers but also propulsion, transportation, military needs, heating, cooling refrigeration, lighting and so on, comes from electrical generating stations -- and they are going to be hard-pressed to supply what is needed if the United States is to maintain a lead in this crucial sector. Given that AI is projected to have an impact on everything from future medical breakthroughs to battlefield victories, it is a leadership we dare not give away. However, without American generated electricity – and a lot of it is – the next generation of AI success will belong to a foreign power.
It is best to appreciate the challenge. AI data centers are projected to consume approximately two to three percent of U.S. electrical consumption this year alone, with expectations of continued growth now a given. Future projections can see AI requiring as much as 12% of America's electrical production.
Several tech companies have already announced plans for AI data centers that would each require hundreds of megawatts of power. These kinds of demands have compelled Microsoft and Constellation Energy to craft plans to restart the Three Mile Island nuclear plant in Pennsylvania. Others are proposing to build new nuclear facilities from scratch to power required AI centers.
Those tens of billions of dollars required to build nuclear fission reactors would be far better spent in bringing to a successful conclusion current research on fusion power – one that harnesses the nearly unlimited power of the atom in a manner that does not create radioactivity nor threaten a "meltdown" similar to the fate of Three Mile Island in 1979.
To get there, analysts are proposing that the Trump Administration fund the Department of Energy's proposed fusion energy research budget starting at $1.5 billion dollars per annum, at least equal to what China is spending, and double America's current research and development investment. The Chinese are reportedly planning to commercialize fusion energy and outpace the U.S. by 2030 to win the fusion energy race.
It will likely require even more of a national focus and greater financial resources to accomplish this goal, but the payoff would literally usher in a new era. This author has previously described it as Trump's 2025 Manhattan Project.
Eighty years later, we need to appreciate several realities. Whoever can create unlimited energy will own the future achievements of AI as well as global leadership. The partnership of fusion power and AI is the obvious means to achieve and sustain global dominance.
Who will own the future? The answer resides with those who recognize the stakes and are the first to realize success.
