Amazon CEO gives $2.5M for Wash. gay marriage law.  I just saw this on another website. Jeff Bezos the head of Amazon is backing Gay marriage in Washington State.  I dare you to close all of your accounts with Amazon. I closed all seven of my accounts including pulling all of my E Books off of Amazon Kindle and Amazon.com . They ripped me off before and now they pull this as well? 

    I get better service from every one of their competitors.

Howdy all!  Another week has gone by.  Another set of days to bring happiness and joy to the lives of the ones we love.  If you were to evaluate your week on these criteria, how did you do?

Due to work and other commitments, I was not able to watch any of the freePAC conference live, or participate in the service activities in Texas.  And I won’t be able to watch the restoring love rally.  Am I sad?  Do I feel left out?  Am I wishing that I could, instead of what I am obligated to?  NOT A CHANCE!  I am so blessed with my family, my friends, my job and my life.  So why would I be sad about missing something?  Because I didn’t go, I didn’t miss my workers success.  I didn’t miss my granddaughter’s new word.  I didn’t miss my daughter buying her first new car (and it’s really cool!).  I didn’t miss having dinner and a great conversation with my best friends.  And I didn’t miss sharing my thoughts with you.  So, why should I be sad?  Why be timidly wishful of what others do?  I can still share my thoughts, prayers, and humor through this newfangled contraption.  So, my spirit has an outlet to be free, to share my love of God, country and family.  And that is not always an easy outlet to use.  As George Mason mentions, the most effectual way to enslave a people is to do so by weakening them slowly, quietly.  Van Jones corroborated this thought, when he suggested changing America through evolution, not revolution.  But we of the tea party, of the 9/12 project, of the true conservatives are here.  We have not gone away silently into the night.  We have not given up.  We have not become timid or fearful.  We the People are all over America.  We shine with the spirit of power, love and self-discipline.  We love our country, for it is ours.  The government is not the owners.  They are the hired management team.  They are not the leaders.  They are the managers.  We the People are the leaders.  The American Presidency has held the title of leader of the free world for a long time.  The reality is, The American People hold that honor.  We just place one individual into that role to represent us.  And it appears we have made a bit of a mistake.

So, it is time to make a correction.  And, when the correction is made, we must also conduct a ‘lessons learned review’.  What went wrong and how to keep it from happening again.  When the new representative in our White House arrives, he needs to know the rules. 

Rule 1.  We the People are in charge.

Rule 2.  When in doubt, refer to rule 1.

After all, “U.S.” is not just an acronym, or initials.  It’s also a word.

Frankly, I've been greatly concerned about our involvement w/the U.N.!  It has never fulfilled the initial commitment's to aid all governments and give a forum for all to come together in agreement.. It is my assessment that like President George W. Bush, the U.N. shall not dictate nor legislate to the USA.  The entire UN Assembly has become a "Den of thieves", dominated by Russia's Putin; China's delegation and the total membership of UN Security Council! There has been total resistance to all objective's against Al-Qaeda and Asama bin-Laden after 9-11!  Now there is even more reason to be concern, where they have given serious consideration to admitting Iran's Ahmadinejad to the Security Council...It is definitely obvious, that our nation receives no benefit from our membership, and we(USA) have always shouldered most of the financial support of the U.N.!  We do not need the grief nor the burden.  And it time for our Nation, to withdraw our support of the "Agenda 21", which is following the same devices as the Tri-Lateral Commission's objective to set up a 'One-World Government'-which happens to be at the top of President Obama's list.. There presently is an attempt led by Putin and the Chinese Gov't(including their subordinate goon's from N. Korea, Iran, and Islamic Brotherhood and Syria to drive the the price's of Crude-oil  up to record breaking high's,on the world' market!  Their plan is to bring down the American Financial institution, destroy our dollar's value, and persuade the Market Trading to be conducted in another currency!  We need to emphasize to our Leaders to terminate our membership at the U.N. immediately !

Looking at my astrological chart, I see that Charles D. Suitt, Astrologer, MAFA, Dallas, Texas, on July 28, 1975 created my chart from my birth data. I was born September 17, 1925 at 4:51 p.m, Central Standard Time, in Houston, Texas. My life is an open book, said Suitt. You can read about me in any book on astrology. My chart is that definitive, said Suitt.

I met Suitt at a Parents without Partners party. I wasn’t into astrology but curious. My great concern at the time was my up and coming divorce trial.  Suitt said that my stars told him I would come out well at the trial. He was right about that, but wrong about most of the rest about me.  I didn’t take much stock in astrology.  That was before I’d lived another thirty-seven years.

The story of my life is restoring love. God plays the major role, in a unique way—and not in a way I’ve ever heard. God was in my life before I knew it. I was angry and terrified.  I saw no future. My wife was divorcing me; my business enterprise was on the rocks. I blamed government. But instead of spending the rest of my life feeling sorry for myself, I took action against the IRS. Everyone I knew thought I’d lost my mind.

I went to the country law library to study the Constitution and the legal procedure for taking my case to court.  I had no money to hire a lawyer.  It didn’t matter. I read that if I had a personal stake in the outcome, if need be, I could take my case to the Supreme Court. That’s what I intended to do. Voices of the past were speaking to me. My anger turned into a bigger than life calling.  The United States holds that a taxpayer has no right to challenge his tax on the ground that it deprives him of his God-given rights.  The United States won in court but lost in the end.  I took my court record to the news media. An investigation was made. The IRS admitted that it had violated the law in confiscating my property. A front page story was printed in The Palm Beach Post. There was no response. I got my property back, but I didn’t change the law.  The IRS remains with the authority to make unlimited mistakes.  Government is always right because it makes and keeps the law—that is, man’s law.

But getting back to my story of restoring love, my plan was to move from Dallas to Miami, buy a live-aboard sailboat, and sail the South Atlantic for a couple of years.

In early 1975, in fact on Good Friday, I departed Dallas for Miami arriving on Easter Sunday for the first day of my new life. I wasn’t religious. It meant nothing to me.

My wife and I had reached a property settlement agreement. The paperwork had been done and the agreement signed by both of us. There was no need for me to go to the divorce trial.  I received a phone call from my lawyer notifying me that my wife had gone to court and gotten the property settlement agreement repudiated. I’d have to return to Dallas and attend my divorce trial.

The first sign was my departure on Good Friday 1975.  The second sign was the day I set sail on the South Atlantic, Christmas Eve 1975, on my sailboat I’d named Bold Venture. The third sign was the two miracles that occurred  during the two years at sea. The fourth sign came on May 18,1980, on the first date with my fourth wife, on our hike in the mountains near Mt. Saint Helens. The eruption occurred during our hike. After the calamity, hope and rebirth, it’s legendary. The phoenix burned and its life was renewed. The fifth sign was my Supreme Court hearing in the October term of 1980.  The sixth sign was when I decided to write my memoirs in May 200l. The seventh sign was on March 15, 2008 when Karen and I moved into our dream home.

All of my efforts to write my memoirs had failed to result in a book that made sense.  Our dream home in the tall timber near Mount Hood became our reality when the Veteran’s Administration approved my application for disability. I’m a World War II veteran. My hearing was impaired by cannon fire.  By the time I was seventy-eight I was unemployable, with seventy percent of my hearing gone.  It took five years to be approved.  Karen and I had been living in our RV nine years.  The approval came in the mail a week after Karen said, “Joe, I hate to think about living in this RV the rest of our lives.”

In Numerology and The Divine Triangle, we read that my Life Lesson Number is 7.  It means that I’m here to use my mind. I should spend time in the woods or by the sea shore alone. In July 2011, I began, once again, to write my memoirs. I finish on Christmas day 2011 and sent my manuscript by file transfer protocol to Createspace, an Amazon company for editing and publication. I received a printed copy of my book in May 2012.  I found 84 mistakes, many of them that had been corrected. There was something wrong. In June, I received a second printed copy.  I made lots of changes and sent my manuscript in for the third time. I’ve now received a “digital copy” of my book by FTP.  I’ve approved it. In about a week I should receive my printed proof copy.

Now that I’ve written my life story, the interesting thing is that after the fact, my astrological chart of 1975 fits me, and much more that was not in my chart, but in books on astrology.  Suitt was right about everything.

There is something mystical about my meeting and first date with my fourth wife. For one thing, she is my first and only real love. For another, she brings me much of the information I use. She admits that she is not on my wave length.  Karen brought me Cosmos and Psyche. The author, Richard Tarnas, tells of a consistent correspondence between planetary alignmentas and the archetypal patterns of human history, thus opening new understanding of the cosmos, and shining new light on this critical time.

We now find science explaining the universe in ways that match ancient ideas, including the overall context of the Bible. By coincidence, astrology tells us we are leaving the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions. We are now entering the Age of Aquarius, whose symbol is the water-bearer.

The water-bearer is borne out by our water planet in an otherwise hostile universe. Science has now discovered that along with the 50 billion stars in our galaxy, that are planets circling these stars, the same was we circle our star, the sun.  It is impossible to believe that not one of the planets out there supports life as we know it.

In the Book of Genesis, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,” God was referring to man elsewhere. “And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over everything that creepeth upon earth,” this says man did not originate on earth.

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul,” man originated from the source of all things, universal consciousness, says science.

Man looks within himself, and finding his self capable of coping, prospers. Other’s don’t look within, but look to government.  Some live with generous intention; some are selfish and grasping.  Wealth has nothing to do with it.

In the Gospel of St. Matthew, Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven….No man can serve two masters….But seek ye first the kingdom of God.  Where is the kingdom of God?

In the Gospel According to St. Luke (17:21), Jesus said, “Neither shall they say Lo here! lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is in you.”

Jesus said, “But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple” (Matthew 12:6) Distinguish heaven and earth, and the temple from the source of all things.

In numerology, there are nine steps in one’s life cycle.  The first step is finding one’s true identity. The final step is selflessness—universal service. In my book of memoirs, as best I could, I’ve placed the events of my life in the step that best fit. I’ve finally made sense.

All of my dreams came true after the fact that I came to a jumping off place. An Amazing thing, I studied the Constitution and acted against the IRS, without legal help. I won, and not only against the unconstitutional IRS but altogether. I won a far better life.

Voices of the past have been speaking to me. The only reason that they don’t speak to all is that we’ve tuned them out.  We are now entering the Age of Aquarius. It is about restoring love.

Do Romney and the Republicans really want to win?

My opinion is "no, they really don't want to win".

It seems that Mitt Romney and the Republicans only want to put on the image of a good campaign fight for the Presidency. There is much that they do to better challenge Obama, yet they refuse to do so. They refuse to do so in order to be politically correct.

If Romney and the Republicans really wanted to win, they would do the items below at a minimum:
1) File whatever legal challenges necessary to unseal Barak Obama's college admission forms and college transcripts.

2) File whatever legal challenges necessary to unseal Barak Obama's passport history.

3) Bring focus to Barak Obama's massive increase in wealth far beyond what the Presidential salary would conservatively amass.

4) Demonstrate that Barak Obama may be considered a racist due to his comments and involvement in events that only involve dark skinned people, such as that Trevon Martin would look like his son; Obama's comment that "the Cambridge police acted stupidly" in the the arrest of Harvard professor Henry Gates; the dismissal of a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther against light skinned (white) voters, the racist new initiative titled the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans, and other such items. A "white" President would never be allowed to make such comments.

Why won't Romney and the Republicans even consider the above items or anything similar? My opinion is that they have decided to succumb to pressures to keep America's first dark skinned president in office.

To have Barak Obama serve only one term would be a slap in the face to many dark skinned people living in America. The left leaning media, many individuals, and some countries would label the United States as racist for only giving Obama one term. A small number of dark skinned individuals will riot and cause tens or hundreds of millions of dollars in damage.

Let's face it. Barak Obama will be allowed to win, regardless of the economy, failed policies, questionable aspects of his ability to legally serve as president, and numerous other items that would have forced any non-dark skinned president to resign his office.

Mitt Romney and the Republicans are only putting on the appearance to fight the good fight, while not so secretly allowing Barak to win a second term to appease a very vocal but small segment of American society that won't let America move past the issue of racism.

Dear Congressman Heinrich:

On July 22, 2012, I wrote my eighth letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of indisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office to said request.

Be that as it may, what follows are additional disturbing revelations that have transpired since my last letter to you, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you because I believe they not only relate to this extremely disturbing and time sensitive issue, but they overwhelmingly support said request:

On July 24, 2012, Cliff Kincaid, President of USA Survival News revealed that Joel Gilbert, filmmaker of “Dreams from My Real Father,” contends that the reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii.

What follows is Mr. Kincaid’s article and/or blog post, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“Arizona’s Joe Arpaio, known as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” for his treatment of criminals, has been sued by the Obama Administration but is running for re-election this year. He may already have had the last laugh, as his investigators probing President Obama’s birth certificate have come up with sure-fire proof that the document has been tampered with. The evidence shows that the identification of Obama’s father as “African” was not on the original document.

Arpaio says the tampering may represent a “national security threat,” a reference to the fact that, if Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent, foreigners seeking entry into or citizenship in the United States could similarly obtain phony documents. He is asking Congress to investigate.

The reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case, contends filmmaker Joel Gilbert, is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii. The Gilbert film, “Dreams from My Real Father,” makes this case, based on a series of striking photo comparisons between Obama and Davis, and informed speculation that Davis, a sex “swinger” and pornographer, had an intimate affair with Obama’s mother. The film includes nude photos that Davis took of her in Davis’s home.

Joseph Farah’s WorldNetDaily, which has been working with and covering the Arpaio inquiry, now seems focused on the critical issue of not where Obama was born but whether the identity of the father has been concealed. Gilbert argues that the “birthers” were on the wrong track all along and that the work of Arpaio’s team “confirms both the evidence and thesis” presented in his film that the father was left as “unknown” on Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

Davis, perhaps the central figure in Obama’s early life, was referred to merely as “Frank” in Obama’s book Dreams from My Father. That cover-up was blown four years ago, when the identity of “Frank” was revealed and his 600-page FBI file was disclosed. Still, such figures as Dana Milbank of The Washington Post continue to refer to Davis as just a non-controversial “author.” Like many in the liberal media, Milbank has been determined to sanitize Obama’s relations with a Communist Party USA operative who was called before Congress to explain his involvement in “Soviet activities” in Hawaii.

These pro-Obama “journalists” understand that while the threat of communism does not pack the same kind of punch it did years ago, it would be extremely damaging for Obama to have it known that he was raised and trained by a Communist operative with loyalties to the old Soviet Union. Indeed, Obama’s loyalty to the U.S. might be questioned as a result.

Despite the failure to explain Davis’s Communist background and strong influence over Obama in his youth, the new Obama biography by David Maraniss, Barack Obama, the Story, confirms an Obama poem about “Pop” was about Davis, not the Kenyan or Obama’s grandfather. The poem talks about Davis and whiskey, and stains and smells on their “shorts.”

Without setting out to ascertain true paternity, Arpaio investigator Mike Zullo’s analysis takes the problem to a deeper levelthe mentor may have been the actual father. He analyzed the numbers or codes on certain parts of Obama’s so-called “long-form birth certificate,” as released by the White House.

While most media, including conservative talk radio, have shied away from the blockbuster revelations, Zullo appeared on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio to talk about the “faded set of puzzling, handwritten codes,” saying that “they looked like pencil markings to us. Nobody really knew what they were.” Zullo told Klein they were able track down the “local registrar” who signed the document, a now 95-year-old woman named Verna Lee, who explained what the codes meant.

As noted by WorldNetDaily, Lee confirmed to investigators that the “9” meant the information is not stated, meaning there should not have been any information in the box in which the number is written and that it was left “unknown.” On the “official” document released by the White House, however, the “9” was next to “Race of Father,” under which “African,” a reference to Barack Hussein Obama, the “Kenyan goat herder” claimed by Obama as his father when he ran for office, was entered.

What all of this means is that the word “African” was inserted by persons unknown who apparently wanted the identity of the true father concealed.

The reason for the fraud is what takes the scandal to another more dangerous level. The evidence suggests that Obama’s birth document was altered not just to conceal a family scandal but to conceal Obama’s relationship with a Communist who was considered by the FBI to be a top Soviet operative in the state of Hawaii and eligible for arrest in the case of a national emergency.

But the alteration of the document did not go far enough. The “9” was left on by the forgers because they did not understand what it meant or whether it was relevant. They had to have figured that the “9” would have been ignored as mere scribbling on a birth certificate, having nothing to do with the “African” designation for the father.

This omission on their part has now come back to haunt them and constitutes proof, as noted by Arpaio and his investigators, that the document has been altered. But by whom? The culprits would have to include Obama and/or his top associates.

Not surprisingly, the media either ignored the revelation or distorted its significance. The Associated Press wire service covered the Arpaio news conference and noted, “The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio’s allegations.” But the story went on to question the claims of the “birthers” without saying that the critical issue has now become the identity of the father.

Gilbert was the first to assemble evidence that the “African,” Barack Hussein Obama, was not Obama’s real father, and to offer a coherent explanation as to why the cover-up occurred.

Once it was decided that Davis could not be listed as the father, after the birth, the Kenyan Obama, who had a wife and children in Kenya, agreed to a “sham marriage” in exchange for certain benefits, Gilbert says.

He explains, “The Kenyan Obama applied only to extend his visa and for a work permit, instead of citizenship which he would have done if it were a real marriage and if the child was his.  Frank Marshall Davis, a married man with five children, wanted the paternity covered up, while ‘Gramps,’ Stanley Dunham, needed a cover (Davis being under FBI surveillance) due to his government employment. Stanley Dunham knew the Kenyan Obama from his work with Operation Airlift Africa, as evidenced in the photo in the film. No father was named on Barack Obama’s birth certificate because it was not acceptable for Davis to be named as the father, while the Kenyan was not accepting responsibility for the child, only to assist in the cover up for short term benefit.”

Gilbert tells AIM that, in addition to all of this, “I corresponded and spoke several times with an elderly friend of Frank Marshall Davis named Stephen T. Murin, who was 93 years old. When I asked him about the Obama birth certificate, he told me, ‘as far as I know they didn’t put any father on it.’ Unfortunately, Murin passed away suddenly and I never got a chance to interview him on camera.”

“Barack Obama built his political career on the goat herding Kenyan father, by which he meant that he would bring people together and was above politics. So the story went,” Gilbert said. “In fact, it is more likely Obama has a deeply disturbing family background, from which he acquired a Marxist political foundation. Frank Marshall Davis was a member of CPUSA, and a Communist propagandist and organizer, charged with bringing black people into the movement. Some CPUSA members became Soviet spies, stealing America’s atomic weapons plans and helping to ignite the Cold War. Davis was suspected of espionage in the FBI files.”

Gilbert concluded, “While voters will overlook some fudging by politicians, promoting a false family background to hide a Marxist agenda irreconcilable with American values is a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate.”

As Gilbert makes his case to the media, he finds resistance, even from conservative media organizations such as Newsmax.com. “On May 2 of this year, I paid Newsmax $4,350, in advance, for an advertising campaign,” he said at my Washington conference last week. “They pulled it at the last second. ‘Why?’ They said it was because they wanted ‘to move to the Center.’”

Thousands of Americans across the country are continuing to wake up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President, as substantiated by his newly released long-form Certificate of Live Birth, which shows that his father was in fact born in Kenya in 1936. At the time, Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth (due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory). When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

What follows is a copy of my eighth follow-up letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman today respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, which I again am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes:

On July 24, 2012, Cliff Kincaid, President of USA Survival News revealed that Joel Gilbert, filmmaker of “Dreams from My Real Father,” contends that the reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii.

Dear Senator Bingaman:

On July 22, 2012, I wrote my seventh letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012 and July 17, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of indisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

For your information, to date I have not received a response from your office to said request.

Be that as it may, what follows are additional disturbing revelations that have transpired since my last letter to you, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you because I believe they not only relate to this extremely disturbing and time sensitive issue, but they overwhelmingly support said request:

On July 24, 2012, Cliff Kincaid, President of USA Survival News revealed that Joel Gilbert, filmmaker of “Dreams from My Real Father,” contends that the reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii.

What follows is tMr. Kincaid’s article and/or blog post, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you in its entirety for effect:

“Arizona’s Joe Arpaio, known as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” for his treatment of criminals, has been sued by the Obama Administration but is running for re-election this year. He may already have had the last laugh, as his investigators probing President Obama’s birth certificate have come up with sure-fire proof that the document has been tampered with. The evidence shows that the identification of Obama’s father as “African” was not on the original document.

Arpaio says the tampering may represent a “national security threat,” a reference to the fact that, if Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent, foreigners seeking entry into or citizenship in the United States could similarly obtain phony documents. He is asking Congress to investigate.

The reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case, contends filmmaker Joel Gilbert, is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii. The Gilbert film, “Dreams from My Real Father,” makes this case, based on a series of striking photo comparisons between Obama and Davis, and informed speculation that Davis, a sex “swinger” and pornographer, had an intimate affair with Obama’s mother. The film includes nude photos that Davis took of her in Davis’s home.

Joseph Farah’s WorldNetDaily, which has been working with and covering the Arpaio inquiry, now seems focused on the critical issue of not where Obama was born but whether the identity of the father has been concealed. Gilbert argues that the “birthers” were on the wrong track all along and that the work of Arpaio’s team “confirms both the evidence and thesis” presented in his film that the father was left as “unknown” on Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

Davis, perhaps the central figure in Obama’s early life, was referred to merely as “Frank” in Obama’s book Dreams from My Father. That cover-up was blown four years ago, when the identity of “Frank” was revealed and his 600-page FBI file was disclosed. Still, such figures as Dana Milbank of The Washington Post continue to refer to Davis as just a non-controversial “author.” Like many in the liberal media, Milbank has been determined to sanitize Obama’s relations with a Communist Party USA operative who was called before Congress to explain his involvement in “Soviet activities” in Hawaii.

These pro-Obama “journalists” understand that while the threat of communism does not pack the same kind of punch it did years ago, it would be extremely damaging for Obama to have it known that he was raised and trained by a Communist operative with loyalties to the old Soviet Union. Indeed, Obama’s loyalty to the U.S. might be questioned as a result.

Despite the failure to explain Davis’s Communist background and strong influence over Obama in his youth, the new Obama biography by David Maraniss, Barack Obama, the Story, confirms an Obama poem about “Pop” was about Davis, not the Kenyan or Obama’s grandfather. The poem talks about Davis and whiskey, and stains and smells on their “shorts.”

Without setting out to ascertain true paternity, Arpaio investigator Mike Zullo’s analysis takes the problem to a deeper levelthe mentor may have been the actual father. He analyzed the numbers or codes on certain parts of Obama’s so-called “long-form birth certificate,” as released by the White House.

While most media, including conservative talk radio, have shied away from the blockbuster revelations, Zullo appeared on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio to talk about the “faded set of puzzling, handwritten codes,” saying that “they looked like pencil markings to us. Nobody really knew what they were.” Zullo told Klein they were able track down the “local registrar” who signed the document, a now 95-year-old woman named Verna Lee, who explained what the codes meant.

As noted by WorldNetDaily, Lee confirmed to investigators that the “9” meant the information is not stated, meaning there should not have been any information in the box in which the number is written and that it was left “unknown.” On the “official” document released by the White House, however, the “9” was next to “Race of Father,” under which “African,” a reference to Barack Hussein Obama, the “Kenyan goat herder” claimed by Obama as his father when he ran for office, was entered.

What all of this means is that the word “African” was inserted by persons unknown who apparently wanted the identity of the true father concealed.

The reason for the fraud is what takes the scandal to another more dangerous level. The evidence suggests that Obama’s birth document was altered not just to conceal a family scandal but to conceal Obama’s relationship with a Communist who was considered by the FBI to be a top Soviet operative in the state of Hawaii and eligible for arrest in the case of a national emergency.

But the alteration of the document did not go far enough. The “9” was left on by the forgers because they did not understand what it meant or whether it was relevant. They had to have figured that the “9” would have been ignored as mere scribbling on a birth certificate, having nothing to do with the “African” designation for the father.

This omission on their part has now come back to haunt them and constitutes proof, as noted by Arpaio and his investigators, that the document has been altered. But by whom? The culprits would have to include Obama and/or his top associates.

Not surprisingly, the media either ignored the revelation or distorted its significance. The Associated Press wire service covered the Arpaio news conference and noted, “The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio’s allegations.” But the story went on to question the claims of the “birthers” without saying that the critical issue has now become the identity of the father.

Gilbert was the first to assemble evidence that the “African,” Barack Hussein Obama, was not Obama’s real father, and to offer a coherent explanation as to why the cover-up occurred.

Once it was decided that Davis could not be listed as the father, after the birth, the Kenyan Obama, who had a wife and children in Kenya, agreed to a “sham marriage” in exchange for certain benefits, Gilbert says.

He explains, “The Kenyan Obama applied only to extend his visa and for a work permit, instead of citizenship which he would have done if it were a real marriage and if the child was his.  Frank Marshall Davis, a married man with five children, wanted the paternity covered up, while ‘Gramps,’ Stanley Dunham, needed a cover (Davis being under FBI surveillance) due to his government employment. Stanley Dunham knew the Kenyan Obama from his work with Operation Airlift Africa, as evidenced in the photo in the film. No father was named on Barack Obama’s birth certificate because it was not acceptable for Davis to be named as the father, while the Kenyan was not accepting responsibility for the child, only to assist in the cover up for short term benefit.”

Gilbert tells AIM that, in addition to all of this, “I corresponded and spoke several times with an elderly friend of Frank Marshall Davis named Stephen T. Murin, who was 93 years old. When I asked him about the Obama birth certificate, he told me, ‘as far as I know they didn’t put any father on it.’ Unfortunately, Murin passed away suddenly and I never got a chance to interview him on camera.”

“Barack Obama built his political career on the goat herding Kenyan father, by which he meant that he would bring people together and was above politics. So the story went,” Gilbert said. “In fact, it is more likely Obama has a deeply disturbing family background, from which he acquired a Marxist political foundation. Frank Marshall Davis was a member of CPUSA, and a Communist propagandist and organizer, charged with bringing black people into the movement. Some CPUSA members became Soviet spies, stealing America’s atomic weapons plans and helping to ignite the Cold War. Davis was suspected of espionage in the FBI files.”

Gilbert concluded, “While voters will overlook some fudging by politicians, promoting a false family background to hide a Marxist agenda irreconcilable with American values is a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate.”

As Gilbert makes his case to the media, he finds resistance, even from conservative media organizations such as Newsmax.com. “On May 2 of this year, I paid Newsmax $4,350, in advance, for an advertising campaign,” he said at my Washington conference last week. “They pulled it at the last second. ‘Why?’ They said it was because they wanted ‘to move to the Center.’”

Dear Governor Martinez:

On July 21, 2012, I wrote to you and shared excerpts from a letter that I had forwarded to Senator Udall on that same date, which I believed supported my numerous requests (nine in total) for the removal of President Obama from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot because he is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief.

“Arizona’s Joe Arpaio, known as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” for his treatment of criminals, has been sued by the Obama Administration but is running for re-election this year. He may already have had the last laugh, as his investigators probing President Obama’s birth certificate have come up with sure-fire proof that the document has been tampered with. The evidence shows that the identification of Obama’s father as “African” was not on the original document.

Arpaio says the tampering may represent a “national security threat,” a reference to the fact that, if Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent, foreigners seeking entry into or citizenship in the United States could similarly obtain phony documents. He is asking Congress to investigate.

The reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case, contends filmmaker Joel Gilbert, is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii. The Gilbert film, “Dreams from My Real Father,” makes this case, based on a series of striking photo comparisons between Obama and Davis, and informed speculation that Davis, a sex “swinger” and pornographer, had an intimate affair with Obama’s mother. The film includes nude photos that Davis took of her in Davis’s home.

Joseph Farah’s WorldNetDaily, which has been working with and covering the Arpaio inquiry, now seems focused on the critical issue of not where Obama was born but whether the identity of the father has been concealed. Gilbert argues that the “birthers” were on the wrong track all along and that the work of Arpaio’s team “confirms both the evidence and thesis” presented in his film that the father was left as “unknown” on Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

Davis, perhaps the central figure in Obama’s early life, was referred to merely as “Frank” in Obama’s book Dreams from My Father. That cover-up was blown four years ago, when the identity of “Frank” was revealed and his 600-page FBI file was disclosed. Still, such figures as Dana Milbank of The Washington Post continue to refer to Davis as just a non-controversial “author.” Like many in the liberal media, Milbank has been determined to sanitize Obama’s relations with a Communist Party USA operative who was called before Congress to explain his involvement in “Soviet activities” in Hawaii.

These pro-Obama “journalists” understand that while the threat of communism does not pack the same kind of punch it did years ago, it would be extremely damaging for Obama to have it known that he was raised and trained by a Communist operative with loyalties to the old Soviet Union. Indeed, Obama’s loyalty to the U.S. might be questioned as a result.

Despite the failure to explain Davis’s Communist background and strong influence over Obama in his youth, the new Obama biography by David Maraniss, Barack Obama, the Story, confirms an Obama poem about “Pop” was about Davis, not the Kenyan or Obama’s grandfather. The poem talks about Davis and whiskey, and stains and smells on their “shorts.”

Without setting out to ascertain true paternity, Arpaio investigator Mike Zullo’s analysis takes the problem to a deeper levelthe mentor may have been the actual father. He analyzed the numbers or codes on certain parts of Obama’s so-called “long-form birth certificate,” as released by the White House.

While most media, including conservative talk radio, have shied away from the blockbuster revelations, Zullo appeared on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio to talk about the “faded set of puzzling, handwritten codes,” saying that “they looked like pencil markings to us. Nobody really knew what they were.” Zullo told Klein they were able track down the “local registrar” who signed the document, a now 95-year-old woman named Verna Lee, who explained what the codes meant.

As noted by WorldNetDaily, Lee confirmed to investigators that the “9” meant the information is not stated, meaning there should not have been any information in the box in which the number is written and that it was left “unknown.” On the “official” document released by the White House, however, the “9” was next to “Race of Father,” under which “African,” a reference to Barack Hussein Obama, the “Kenyan goat herder” claimed by Obama as his father when he ran for office, was entered.

What all of this means is that the word “African” was inserted by persons unknown who apparently wanted the identity of the true father concealed.

The reason for the fraud is what takes the scandal to another more dangerous level. The evidence suggests that Obama’s birth document was altered not just to conceal a family scandal but to conceal Obama’s relationship with a Communist who was considered by the FBI to be a top Soviet operative in the state of Hawaii and eligible for arrest in the case of a national emergency.

But the alteration of the document did not go far enough. The “9” was left on by the forgers because they did not understand what it meant or whether it was relevant. They had to have figured that the “9” would have been ignored as mere scribbling on a birth certificate, having nothing to do with the “African” designation for the father.

This omission on their part has now come back to haunt them and constitutes proof, as noted by Arpaio and his investigators, that the document has been altered. But by whom? The culprits would have to include Obama and/or his top associates.

Not surprisingly, the media either ignored the revelation or distorted its significance. The Associated Press wire service covered the Arpaio news conference and noted, “The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio’s allegations.” But the story went on to question the claims of the “birthers” without saying that the critical issue has now become the identity of the father.

Gilbert was the first to assemble evidence that the “African,” Barack Hussein Obama, was not Obama’s real father, and to offer a coherent explanation as to why the cover-up occurred.

Once it was decided that Davis could not be listed as the father, after the birth, the Kenyan Obama, who had a wife and children in Kenya, agreed to a “sham marriage” in exchange for certain benefits, Gilbert says.

He explains, “The Kenyan Obama applied only to extend his visa and for a work permit, instead of citizenship which he would have done if it were a real marriage and if the child was his.  Frank Marshall Davis, a married man with five children, wanted the paternity covered up, while ‘Gramps,’ Stanley Dunham, needed a cover (Davis being under FBI surveillance) due to his government employment. Stanley Dunham knew the Kenyan Obama from his work with Operation Airlift Africa, as evidenced in the photo in the film. No father was named on Barack Obama’s birth certificate because it was not acceptable for Davis to be named as the father, while the Kenyan was not accepting responsibility for the child, only to assist in the cover up for short term benefit.”

Gilbert tells AIM that, in addition to all of this, “I corresponded and spoke several times with an elderly friend of Frank Marshall Davis named Stephen T. Murin, who was 93 years old. When I asked him about the Obama birth certificate, he told me, ‘as far as I know they didn’t put any father on it.’ Unfortunately, Murin passed away suddenly and I never got a chance to interview him on camera.”

“Barack Obama built his political career on the goat herding Kenyan father, by which he meant that he would bring people together and was above politics. So the story went,” Gilbert said. “In fact, it is more likely Obama has a deeply disturbing family background, from which he acquired a Marxist political foundation. Frank Marshall Davis was a member of CPUSA, and a Communist propagandist and organizer, charged with bringing black people into the movement. Some CPUSA members became Soviet spies, stealing America’s atomic weapons plans and helping to ignite the Cold War. Davis was suspected of espionage in the FBI files.”

Gilbert concluded, “While voters will overlook some fudging by politicians, promoting a false family background to hide a Marxist agenda irreconcilable with American values is a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate.”

As Gilbert makes his case to the media, he finds resistance, even from conservative media organizations such as Newsmax.com. “On May 2 of this year, I paid Newsmax $4,350, in advance, for an advertising campaign,” he said at my Washington conference last week. “They pulled it at the last second. ‘Why?’ They said it was because they wanted ‘to move to the Center.’”

This Aquarian messenger has something of importance to say you don’t hear. The mass of a body is the equivalence of its energy, thus Einstein’s E=mc2—energy equals mass times the speed of light squared. Quantitatively, mass-energy equivalence does not imply that mass may be converted to energy. When energy is removed, mass is removed.

Is mass-energy equivalence unconnected with conscious awareness? An idea, having no form by itself, but giving figure and form to shapeless matter, becomes the manifestation. You’ve probably never thought of it this way, but when we come into the time-space world—from a state without boundary—do we not arrive as something more than flesh and bones? Science has discovered that photons, the tiny packets of energy that allow us to see, once connected, communicate, and instantly, even if separated by the entire universe, thus disproving the limitation of the speed of light.

We see within the limitations of our space-space universe. Photons, those tiny particles that allow us to see, “travel” through a vacuum as waves—well not really. Waves require a medium, like air or water.  “Travel as waves” is simply a way of putting it that we can understand. Actually, time and space are an allusion. When observed, light waves become particles—photons. We make that happen.  We turn a figment of the imagination, from a dimension of infinite possibility, into reality.

In numbers—mathematics—we “see” abstractly beyond our sensibilities. Astrologer Pythagoras, known as the father of mathematics, said numbers represent the characteristics of people, figures the aspects of matter.  The cutting edge of science says we interact with matter.

The time-space universe is an allusion, so we can separate things and movement from beginning to end. But basically, the universe is information.  I’m informed that the amount of information available today—in just two days—is equal to all the information from our beginning to 2003.  The consequences are beyond comprehension. We are at the threshold of a quantum leap into our galactic image.

Astronomers are now discovering planets circling other stars in our galaxy. There are 50 billion stars in our galaxy and billions of galaxies in the universe. The odds that we are the only intelligent life in the universe are astronomical.  “In earth as it is in heaven,” said Jesus, followed by. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, Jesus said that the kingdom of God is in you. Nobody knew what he was talking about.

You possess conscious awareness above any other life form on the planet. And God said, in Genesis 1:26, “Let us make man in our image.”   You can assume that “our image” is our archetype’s image, and before man appeared on earth—when man lived elsewhere in the universe.  

The ancients gave us an Age of Pisces. Astrologer’s Handbook:  Speaking of the Piscean characteristic, “they are easily influenced by external factors,” I wonder where they got that notion. Jesus, born at the beginning of the Age of Pisces, said that before the cock crows you will deny me thrice.

America’s Constitution gave the American people the inalienable right to be self-governed. The majority vote gives the people the right to take from those who have. External government has the penchant for becoming top-heavy and eventually toppling.  

The ancients gave us an Age of Aquarius. Astrologer’s Handbook:  the key words for Aquarius: humanitarianism, independence, originality.  I wonder where they got this: “There is no affectation or snobbery in the Aquarian personality but a dislike of spurious imitation and hypocrisy in any form.”  In Matthew 23:13,  Jesus: “But woe unto you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!”

Adding it all up, if the universe reduces to information, and we are becoming informed at a rapidly increasing pace of the makeup of the universe, what would be the logical outcome?

The energy is building for a big change.  I’ve learned from the cutting edge of science that what we observe becomes our reality.  The Piscean nature, to accept what various authorities say, bringing about great division, our world is sliding backward.

With heaven and earth in mind, and wolves in sheep’s clothing, of which Jesus spoke, we can wonder if the more advanced among us, after this life is over and returned to the state of being, since we now find other worlds out there where life as we know it could exist, would those who passed the tests of this world come back to a new life here or move on to a more advanced world?  

Said Jesus: “Take therefore no thought for the morrow; for the morrow will take thought of the things for itself. Sufficient unto this day is the evil thereof” (Matthew 6:34).

We are not privy to know what came before this life or after we leave this life.  It leaves us with the responsibility for making things right—and now we know what’s wrong!

What struck me from last week's Oversight Committee hearing over "the Administration’s Bet on Abound Solar,” and its cost to the taxpayers, wasn’t the fact that Abound blamed China for its demise, a very misleading “jobs chart” used as Obama campaign propaganda, or the “from shovel ready to Shanghais” visual aide. It was Jonathan Silver, former DOE loan advisor, whom in 2010, became a “person of interest” –– along with at least a dozen other “DOE Insiders” –– in my “green corruption” research, of which I will be exposing in the very near future.

Silver, who resigned in early October 2011, amidst the "Solyndra $535 Million Saga" (FBI raid and all) –– even testifying in September 2011–– was also one of the “stars” of the May 16, 2012 House Oversight Committee hearing. This was part of the BrightSource Energy story that Marita K. Noon and I wrote about a few weeks ago. Yet, we were not the only ones that picked up on the details surrounding the email exchange between the CEO of BrightSource John Woolard and Silver, during the time they were seeking final approval of their $1.6 billion DOE loan.

Woolard, on behalf of John Bryson (then-BrightSource chairman, who later became Obama’s Commerce Secretary) reached out to Silver, asking for “help” with a drafted email, which was intended for White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley. The email included other requests: “the need for a commitment” as well as “guidance and support” from the White House, however, according to testimony from Woolard, it was never submitted.

Well, I had wondered, did Silver ever help edit that email? Oh yes he did –– "modest edits" from his private email account, which was made known during Silver's testimony last Wednesday. We also discovered that Silver has known John Bryson for many years, and has visited the White House over 70 times. Those visits did include a couple (or a few?) meetings with Energy Secretary Chu and Mr. Daley. However, Silver informed the Committee that the discussions at the White House were "general" in nature, mainly about the "logistics" of the DOE loan program, and not specific to any deal.

But more compromising Silver emails surfaced during the July 18th Oversight hearing, introduced by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) in his opening statement, and expanded upon during the course of the hearing. A remarkable hearing that revealed “shady” email practices by Mr. Silver and others "inside" the DOE.

Emails disclosed that just days prior to Silver’s September 30, 2009 interview with an array of DOE officials, for the DOE advisory role that he was about to embark on, including Steve Isakowitz, chief financial officer at the DOE, Matt Rogers, a senior adviser on the Recovery Act, and a few others, Silver invited Isakowitz and Rogers to a party he and his wife were hosting to promote Al Gore’s environmental advocacy group, the Alliance for Climate Protection.

“At the risk of seeming presumptuous, I want to mention that my wife and I are holding a small event for Al Gore at our home this coming Thursday evening, October 1,” Silver wrote to Isakowitz. Silver went on to explain that Gore would be speaking about his Alliance for Climate Protection and a projected called RePower America.

According to email transcripts provided by The Washington Free Beacon, Silver continued, “Repower America advocates and invests in energy efficiency, clean renewable energy sources, a unified smart energy national grid and clean air technology, and I thought you and/or Matt Rogers might find the conversation interesting. You are both welcome to join us.”

Isakowitz replied, “Thanks for the invite but I need more details.” Of which Silver later responded, “It’s a reception (not a fundraiser, although that is the obvious longer-term goal) at our home." “I expect there will be about 40 people or so, generally folks we know who are interested in this issue and have the capacity to write significant checks and a couple of others with professional involvement in the topic.”

Ultimately, Isakowitz declined to attend the event.

More astonishing, Silver seemingly had a “habit” of using his personal email account to “handle” DOE business, where he would forward emails from his DOE account to his personal email, and then respond from his personal email account. Now, Mr. Silver reasoned that it was out of “convenience,” however; this practice clearly violates the Federal Records Actof 1950.

When questioned by (R-SC) on how pervasive this practice was; Silver responded with, "Not terribly," then followed, "I received tens of thousands of emails while I was in the program." Congressman Gowdy then inquired about the percentage. Silver stated, "I don't know the answer to that..."

But what I do know is that "ultimately" the decisions to issue loan guarantees –– the majority of which were “junk rated,” including Abound Solar –– “fell on the shoulders of the DOE.” Chairman Jordon goes on, “To a large degree this decision [the Abound risky loan] rested with the two individuals testifying here today, the former and current heads of the DOE’s loan program office: Mr. Silver and Mr. David Frantz,” both of which strenuously defended, and even praised the loan guarantee program throughout the hearing.

"These two political appointees at the front lines of the loan program were responsible for safeguarding taxpayers from undue risk, and they failed in that task," Jordon went on. In the case of Silver, Jordon insisted, “Instead of protecting taxpayers, evidence has emerged that he actively aided companies in pushing through their loan guarantees, despite the risk to taxpayers.”

During House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa's (R-CA) opening statement, he too expressed his grave concern over the email practices within the DOE, of which he declared, "Jonathan Silver and others were scheming to ensure that the right people got their loan guarantees, and in fact many of the emails are clearly outside the element of pure merit and public accountability.”

Also, "for nearly two months" the House Oversight Committee has been requesting that Secretary Chu come back to testify and explain developments uncovered by the House investigation, and thus far “Chu has been unwilling” to show.

After Issa acknowledged Mr. Silver and his attorney’s cooperation, he expressed his frustration over the Obama administration's attempt at blocking their "legitimate discovery.” Issa expanded, "The DOE specifically tried to prevent us from getting these documents, asking Mr. Silver’s attorney (ordering him effectively) to deliver the documents to them so they could limit and redact them –– so they could decide what Congress was entitled to."

Silver’s background is quite impressive, as Ranking Member Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) will attest to. As noted by Barron's Magazine (in 2010), Silver had been a managing partner at Core Capital Partners in Washington. "Coincidentally, one of his colleagues there was Tom Wheeler, a 2008 Obama bundler." Even Peter Schweizer, in Throw Them All Out, recorded Silver's association to Wheeler, adding that Silver formerly served in the Clinton administration, and that he is a “strict partisan when it comes to his own campaign contributions, the recipients have all been Democrats.” Plus, I guess in between those Al Gore parties, –– Mrs. Silver “served as a financial director for the Democratic Leadership Council.”

Silver has held key positions in business, finance and government, including McKinsey & Company –– another 2008 Obama donor –– and its Global Institute, a firm that seems to have acquired quite a few White House positions under the Obama administration. Even Silver’s former “DOE cohort” Matt Rogers came from McKinsey & Co., and after Rogers left the DOE in September 2010, he returned to McKinsey & Co. at their San Francisco Office.

Which brings me to an interesting observation; where have all the DOE advisors and officials gone? You know, the “DOE Insiders” that I referred to at the beginning of this article, where plenty of “VC Guys” and “Gore Acolytes” held key positions –– a dozen on my radar, where at least ten are connected to billions of green-government subsidies.

Ironically, many have fled since their 2009 appointment, even Steve Isakowitz and Matt Rogers as well as Steve Spinner, Cathy Zoi, Kristina Johnson and others –– a vital piece to the Green Corruption scandal, which will be tackled once I get through the DOE “junk bond” Portfolio.

Side Note: Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers was a big winner of government clean-energy funds, where Al Gore is a partner with his buddy John Doerr –– both campaigned for Obama in 2008. Billionaire Doerr, not only helped shape what went into the energy section of the 2009 economic stimulus package, but sits on members of President Obama’s Job Council, and served on the President Obama’s 2009 Economic Recovery Advisory Board (PERAB).

Gore's Kleiner Perkins is a firm that I began to unravel in 2010, stressing that over 50 percent of their Greentech Portfolio secured all kinds of loans, grants, and special tax breaks –– placing them in an "elite green society;" yet it’s a firm to eventually revisit, because since 2010, they have tripled their "investments" and there is much more to expose.

Abound Soar

Although Jonathan Silver stole my attention in the recent House Oversight hearing that ironically seemed to be lacking in committee members, Abound Solar deserves some notoriety. Abound is now the third major bankruptcy recorded from the $16 billion 1705 Loan Guarantee Program –– and they won't be the last. A DOE portfolio, where "23 of the loans were rated Junk grade due to their poor credit quality, while the other four were rated BBB, which is at the lowest end of the investment grade of categories.”

To get you up to speed on Abound, just over two years ago, during his weekly radio address, President Obama touted Abound Solar as a huge jobs creator project, stating that it would create "2,000 construction jobs and 1,500 permanent jobs" between Abound's two plants in Colorado and Indiana. Then in December of 2010, Abound Solar was awarded a $400 million loan guarantee from the 1705 DOE Loan Guarantee Program, despite the fact that in November 2010, it was rated “B” by Fitch: highly speculative, worse than Solyndra’s rating of BB-. And in July 2011, Abound was awarded $9.2 million loan from the Export-Import Bank, you know, the federally funded bank that makes riskier loans financed with taxpayer money.

Since the end of February of this year, troubling Abound reports circulated; massive layoffs and a compelling case for a pay to play scheme surfaced, causing more energy headaches for the DOE and the White House. When March came, the House Oversight investigation confirmed that cronyism most likely ruled the Abound loan. May rolled around with another green energy Oversight hearing, including the appearance of then CEO Craig Witsoe, explaining Abound troubles, but no mention of a bankruptcy on the horizon. Because two months later (Jun 28, 2012), Abound went down!

This was after Witsoe, in December 2011, made sure to inform American taxpayers that his company was the “anti-Solyndra." Well, the silver lining may be that the taxpayer loss will only be about $70 milllion, but what about that $9.2 million?

During the course of the hearing, Abound blamed China for their demise. As reported by The Washington Times, Witsoe told the committee, “With over $30 billion in reported government subsidies, Chinese panel makers were able to sell below cost and put Abound out of business before we were big enough to pose a real competitive threat to China’s rapidly growing market share.”

However, Witsoe forgot to mention, “While cheap imports from China have crippled much of the U.S. solar panel market, Abound’s problems appear to have been rooted in the quality of its own products, the competitiveness of its business model and its inability to retain top talent,” as documented this month in The Daily Caller by Todd Shepherd, an investigative reporter for Colorado Watchdog.

Cronyism Abounds

Congressman Jordon asserted (as he has done at previous green energy hearings), "The close political and financial ties many of these companies had to the Obama administration are remarkable," and Issa labeled it as a "scandal, that will go on..."

Yet, the House Oversight Democrats perceive a different scenario; Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MD), called the Republican questioning "an alleged conspiracy in search of the facts." Meanwhile Congressman Kucinich "sees no scandal at all," and was more concerned about China's "solar panel selling plot" than the DOE's shady email practices.

In full disclosure, according to Bloomberg (confirmed during this hearing), Abound Solar "is also backed by Invus Public Equities Advisors LLC, which was co-founded by Raymond Debbane, who has donated to Republican candidates including Representative Darrell Issa." Also, "Abound, formerly known as AVA Solar won part of a $60 million grant" under the Bush administration.

Well, I wasn't born yesterday. The Republican Party is not immune to crony capitalism. In the summer of 2010, I covered a high profile venture capitalist who got his foot in the green door under the Bush administration, a firm I will revisit due to their close relationship to the Obama administration. However, there is a much larger cronyism, corruption scandal going on here, as presented in my April 2012 release, Department of Energy junk loans and cronyism; and plenty more to expose in the coming weeks.

Through months of analysis of just one DOE program (the 1705 Loan Guarantee, created by the Obama administration via the 2009 stimulus package), I found that over 90 percent have meaningful ties to President Obama (at least 16), and other high ranking Democrats, or both. Senator Harry Reid alone is connected to four. This study included the March 2012 House Oversight investigation coupled with years of my personal research.

Still, the Abound loan didn’t come without its share of Democrat political ties, as illustrated within the pages of the House investigation, released March 20, 2012:

Abound Solar has ties to Democratic politicians at the federal level and the state level in Colorado. Bohemian Companies, LLC, founded by Pat Stryker, became an early investor in Abound Solar (at the time AVA Solar) in October 2008. In addition to the initial funding, the CEO of Bohemian Companies, Joseph Zimlich, has served as both a director and a board member of Abound Solar. Pat Stryker is a major Democratic donor who Forbes included on its 2011 list of top liberal spenders. In 2008, Stryker donated $50,000 and bundled $87,500 for President Obama’s 2009 inauguration, and has given $35,800 to the 2012 Obama Victory Fund. Abound Solar also developed ties to Congressional Democrats. The company hired then Democratic Congressman Paul Kanjorski’s nephew Russell as its vice president for marketing. Abound Solar supported the 2009 cap and trade bill in the House of Representatives and funded an advertisement thanking then-Colorado Democratic Congresswoman Betsy Markey for her vote in favor of the bill. At the state level, then Democratic Colorado Governor Bill Ritter strongly supported Abound Solar and its application for a DOE loan guarantee. When Energy Secretary Chu visited Colorado, Governor Ritter handed Secretary Chu a letter urging him to approve Abound Solar’s loan guarantee because it would allow the company to expand and hire new workers.

No jobs here; not even a CEO.

No Smoking Gun Found at Abound; What About those "Burnt" Emails?


While this piece of the clean energy dirt received little media attention, a few reports have claimed, “no smoking gun found at the Abound hearing,” which leaves me pondering if maybe they skipped the hearing and went to a “Silver Gore Party.”

What about those "burnt" emails found at the Abound scene?

Chairman Issa appeared on Fox News the day after the July 18th hearing, and summed up a few key points that he had sternly addressed during the hearing. When asked about Abound, here is what Issa had to say, “Thanks for covering yet another failed solar project –– one that again went outside the bounds and the rules for making the loan, and the American people are paying for it.”
Issa went on, “I think the most important thing that we saw was the discovery of Jonathan Silver and his various other Department of Energy employees deliberately producing an outside web of private emails in which they exchanged documents, strategized on how to get these loans approved, and so on…”

What do you think they are doing?

Issa’s answer, “I say it was pretty transparent, they’re being opaque…by circumventing these systems, they’re taking things out of what is statutorily required to be there…”
