Protect our Electoral College inside our US Constitution

America, please listen carefully! Do not allow any of our elected politicians on Capitol Hill or anywhere else in America to tamper with and/or destroy our Electoral College as our process of electing our President and Vice President of our United States. Our current electoral process is sacred. Our Electoral System is not broken, or for that matter, not even stretched, except for those who may hate America and choose to break our Electoral College system and/or our Democratic Republic system of government.

There are some elected left-wing Liberals on Capitol Hill who are now starting the process to introduce and ratify legislation of eliminating the Electoral College process and of altering our election of our President and Vice President of our United States. Unfortunately, there are a few elected left-wing radicals who hate America and desire to destroy our Democratic Republic system of government. Recent reports now show three (3) Congressmen visited Iraq in October, 2002, at the request and expense of now deposed, convicted of war crimes, and executed Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. What would George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Ben Franklin, James McHenry, James Madison, or James Wilson, the Electoral College presenter, or so many others say to these current members in Congress and/or these currently proposed changes to our US Constitution and its’ potential corruptive changes? What about John Hancock, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Rush, Samuel Adams, John Adams, or any of our other authors? God Bless our forefathers’ leadership, their insights, their Wisdoms!

It is for certain our forefather authors of our US Constitution discussed the ideas of voters’ corruption and other corrupt ideas which could lead to a near never ending of counting and/or recounting votes for the President and Vice President. Over the years, we have so much history of alleged voter fraud.

Under our current Electoral College, voter fraud usually can he dealt with in a local precinct, local county, or at worst, in a single state, rather than by so many multiple precincts, counties, and/or states. Eliminating the Electoral College and changing to a total plurality vote could throw the electing of our President and Vice President into an election chaos all throughout America. The Electoral College nearly eliminates multiple corrupt precincts, counties, and/or states from perhaps, changing the final entire election results for President and Vice President of the United States after an extended term in our State and Federal Judiciary.

Our founding fathers had the wisdom to foresee the importance of an Electoral College system which may prevent corruption from destroying the entire election process in the Executive Branch as the President and Vice President of our United States.

Our forefathers set up the Electoral College system to give each state representation based for one vote for each of the two US Senators and one vote for each of its respective members of the US House of Representatives (Congress), based on their population in their respective states.

In general, for example, if there were a 304,000,000 population within the US, and with our current fifty (50) States, each state would be allocated two (2) votes as each of our fifty (50) states have two (2) US Senators. One (1) vote for each 698,851 population persons will equally represent one (1) representative for each of our 435 members of the Congress.

With the exception of Maine and Nebraska, Electoral College votes are, by each voting state, winner take all. In Maine and Nebraska, the winning candidates as President and Vice President get the two (2) Electoral College votes as US Senators, and as each of their respective state’s total vote. Each Congressional District Electoral College vote is given to the Presidential/Vice Presidential candidate winning their respective Congressional District total votes.

Wyoming, the lowest in population (estimated at some 568,000), is the exception as each state has at least one (1) member vote in the US Congress. California is the largest in population with an estimated 36,500,000 people and which has 53 members in the US Congress.

Under a new system of electing the President and Vice President, based on a total majority votes system all over the United States, could lead to perhaps the smallest community in the US, by a very small amount of fraud, lead to corruption which may lead to counting and/or recounting votes in each and every precinct, in each and every county, and in each and every state, just to substantiate the official results.

Changes in eliminating the Electoral College for local corruption may not even change any local, district, and/or state elections; only the election for President and Vice President of the United States. The States’ and the Federal Judiciary could become overwhelmed with a newer election process. We do not need any additional legal fights throughout our entire stretched out Judicial system all over America!

The Electoral College process for electing our President and Vice President of our United States must be protected for our free Democratic Republic system of government. History proves our electoral system is unquestionably the very best.

For all who would choose to destroy our Electoral College process of electing our US President and Vice President, “JUST SAY NO”! Those who force their efforts to change our Electoral College should and must be replaced, themselves, by election.

Our Electoral College has worked exceptionally well for more than two hundred (200) years. There is no need to enter into more additional voters’ corruption. Capitol Hill representatives already have more than their own share of corruption on Capitol Hill. Changing the Electoral College is equivalent to initiating a political earthquake, a hurricane, and/or a tornado combined while Americans lose their individual voting freedoms. We must save America and our Electoral College.

American voters seem too busy for watching, listening, and learning in becoming more informed on candidates addressing multiple important issues.  Voters are choosing candidates based on near singular issues. 

It appears a lawless President and his appointees refuse to live, practice, and enforce our Constitution, US Code, and other laws and regulations. 

Members of our Judiciary are enforcing our Constitution based on personal beliefs; rather than as inscribed with reinforced deliberations within our Founding Fathers. 

President Obama, AG, Loretta Elizabeth Lynch, and FBI Director "Jim" Comey appear to all be polluted with political malpractice; practicing outside the laws and common-sense. 

President Obama’s, Attorney General Lynch’s, and FBI Director Comey’s failures to investigate and prosecute criminal activity within Hillary Clinton’s corrupt service as Secretary of State, as well as within the Clinton Foundation, are political frauds. 

Each of these corrupted individuals must be ‘impeached’ for their political and legal failures. 

American voters must work together in restoring America, our Constitution, and stop practicing greed of only me.  This is a must!  Working together, we can do it. 

As Ronald Reagan said, “My friends, we did it. We weren't just marking time. We made a difference. We made the City stronger, we made the City freer, and we left her in good hands. All in all, not bad; not bad at all....”

The 2016 Republican National Committee‘s Convention convenes on July 18.  During this Convention, Republicans will elect a 2016 Presidential nominee for the November General Election ballot. 

During the 2016 Republican Primary season, many Republicans and a majority of other Americans were angry at the activity with President Obama and Capitol Hill legislators.  ‘We the People’ began seeking a new candidate who would stop this activity as was proceeding in Washington, DC; more illegal immigration, more out-of-control spending, high unemployment, a faulty ObamaCare protecting system, and others. 

Voters became encouraged as Donald Trump would speak out loudly saying what ‘We the People’ were thinking. 

Trump would then and even now continues to inappropriately throw cheap insults to challengers so as to criticize, downgrade, and/or call out other improper names to blast ‘ALL’ competitors who even question Donald Trump; on important issues. 

Donald Trump’s political instruction appeared to do or say whatever was necessary to dominate, damage, and even destroy all Republican Party Presidential candidates. 

Whenever others and the Medias criticized Donald Trump for his name calling, most American just ignored the Medias; continuing their Trump support.  ‘We the People’ felt like we had found a new voice. 

Now, many Americans and Republicans who supported and voted for Trump are now finding out that ‘MUCH’ of what Donald Trump says was not true then and words he continues to utter are ‘just not true’.  Challengers and others who question Donald Trump on critical issues are not all liars, weak, and/or useless people, etc.  Many Republicans who supported Donald Trump earlier are now turning their backs on Donald Trump, and his campaign. 

Many are tired of Donald Trump’s ‘UNTRUTHFUL’ cheap insults at many very good men, and especially, ‘ALL’ GOP challengers. 

As Trump continues to  say ‘stupid’ things and persist in calling his GOP challengers and others inappropriate names, Trump has become an embarrassment to the Republican Party and to Americans. 

As the GOP Convention begins on October 16, Sen. Ted Cruz is still on stage.  Sen. Ted Cruz , as a lawyer, has a lifetime history in legal support of Constitutional freedoms including Clerking with the deceased SCOTUS Chief Justice, William Rehnquist.

Americans are viewing an unlawful Democrat Party and US House takeover.  Minority Democrats are unprofessional, destructive, illegal, and unconstitutional under government rules. 

House legislators represent one half of our Legislative Branch.  House majorities and minorities are determined by political representation as politically elected by the voters in their Congressional Districts. 

Minority House Democrats are defying House rules.  All necessary for Democrats to get a record vote is for 218 legislator co-authors on legislation; guaranteeing passage. 

Minority Democrats’ legislation lacks the support in ratifying additional gun controls.  In lieu thereof, Democrats choose to force their illegal political acts above House rules and the American electorate. 

Minority Democrats’ sit-in on Capitol Hill is a living motivation for American citizens to guarantee protecting our 2nd Amendment and all other Bill of Rights; saving our USA from a lawless mutinous government. 

Now, because minority Democrat Party House leaders lack the required support of additional gun control legislation, minority Democrats are determined to act like an African jungle tribe leader who decides to take over the entire House and defy government House rules.

Americans must never fear our own ‘lawless’ government.

President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are blaming the Orlando, Florida massacre on guns.  Their arguments are misguiding; used only for their own political gains in efforts to damage or destroy the 2^nd Amendment and our Constitution. 

The Orlando massacre and many other attacks in America and around the world are directly connected to radical Islamic Muslims practicing Islamic teachings from their Quran.

President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats continue inviting more ‘unchecked’ radical Islamic Muslims into the USA with their campaign of Jihad terrorism. This administration is inviting more Islamic Muslims into the USA while at the same time, denying most Judeo-Christians from coming into America.

There is an extreme amount of terror-based ‘attack and kill’ crimes involving guns in America’s black minority communities.  Islamic Muslims routinely ‘attack and kill’ non-Muslims around the world.

President Obama and most Capitol Hill Democrats appear determined to destroy the 2^nd Amendment of our Constitution; all for the wrong reasons.  President Obama and others want to eliminate all guns and our 2^nd Amendment.

Envision what it would be in America If and when (y)our government denied us all the right to own or even possess a gun for practicing target shooting, for hunting wildlife game for (y)our family’s nourishment, for protecting yourself and/or your family against a home invasion, for defending yourself, your family, and/or your properties against lawbreakers, and/or a government’s mutinous coup.

President Obama and Capitol Hill legislators fail to propose effective laws to stop criminals from breaking and entering, looting, and otherwise, stealing guns to use guns against ‘law-abiding’ citizens; yourself and/or your family, and/or against a mutinous government.  Yet, these same referenced President and legislators are directing their laws to deny law-abiding citizens their rights to keep and bear arms.

In cities and states across America where elected Democrat Party officials are elected and rule, crime is exploding; even in their own ‘unconstitutionally’ legislated gun-free areas.

Radical Islamic Muslims terror in the USA and around the world is on the rise.

There are common-sense solutions for these problems:

1. A.   The 1st cure is to leave ‘law-abiding’ citizens and our 2^nd Amendment alone.  Our guns must remain as a safety against lawless criminals and any mutinous government.  There is a fear in America of an attempted takeover by a mutinous government.  Americans’ rising law-abiding purchases of guns substantiate these fears.

1. B.   A second cure is to stiffen laws against lawbreakers who ‘illegally’ use guns in crimes. The 1^st illegally associated gun crime must mean imprisonment immediately.  Any 2nd murder conviction should and would again; automatically mean a convicted criminal to receive a ‘death’ penalty.

1. C.   Thirdly, restore and teach the US Constitution, it’s History, and our Founding Fathers’ history in our public schools.  Current results prove that only a low percentage of Americans have the ample knowledge the details of our Constitution, our Founding Fathers, and our American History.

1. D.   Teach our children to respect guns; the history on gun safety, target shooting as a sport, hunting for food, safety protection of yourself, your family, and your properties in our ‘public’ schools.

1. E.   Restore God’s Word back into our public schools.  Request SCOTUS to reexamine ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP, (1963)  Proverbs 22:6  “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

1. F.    Stop terrorists from entering through our open borders.  Prosecute all criminals and upon conviction, permanently, deport all from our USA.  If they return, incarcerate them into facilities without windows, comfort conditioning, TV, Internet, etc.; only meager necessities.

America and our Judeo-Christian values are at war against radical Islamic Muslims, and has become a major crisis in the USA. 

In confirming Presidential appointees, US Senators are failing their responsibilities, our American sovereignties, and our required expectations of these elected Senators.  In doing so, many questionable decisions within our Federal Judiciary appear to be unconstitutional.

Protection of our 2^nd Amendment is essential to a free and open society.  The 2^nd Amendment protects all other Bill of Rights.

Donald Trump and many of his followers seem to be distributing misinformation on TV  and other Medias across America that appears to be based on faulty messages from his/her/their own dishonesty, or their political ignorance to the structure of the Republican Party and its Plan of Organization’s process of electing Delegates and Alternates; leading to the election of a GOP Presidential nominee.  

The GOP election of Delegates and Alternates in the Plan of Organization process leading to the GOP nomination of a POTUS, is as normal, open, free, and healthy as the voting process on election days.

At the Precinct, based on the Republican Party’s Plan of Organization, ‘ANY’ registered Republican in their own precinct, or equivalent, can/may attend and participate in their own Republican Party voting precinct, or equivalent, and offer themselves or be nominated and elected to become a Delegate or Alternate to their own County’s Convention as the numbers permitted by the Republican Party Plan of Organization. 

At the County Convention, the earlier elected Delegates or Alternates to the County Convention may or will, among other actions: 

1. 1.    Choose to offer himself/herself or to be nominated to become and elected as a Delegate or Alternate to the individual(s) Congressional District Convention as the numbers permitted by the Republican Party Plan of Organization.

At the Congressional District Convention, the earlier elected Delegates or Alternates will, among other actions: 

1. 1.    Elect 3 Delegates and/or their stand-in Alternates to the RNC National Convention; this year in Cleveland, Ohio.
2. 2.    Elect Delegates and/or their stand-in Alternates to the State Convention as the numbers permitted by the Republican Party Plan of Organization.

At the State Convention, earlier elected Delegates or Alternates will, among other actions: 

1. 1.    Elect additional Delegates and/or their stand-in Alternates to the RNC National Convention as the numbers permitted by the Republican Party Plan of Organization.

At the Republican National Committee (RNC) National Convention, earlier elected Delegates or their stand-in Alternates will, among other actions: 

1. 1.    Authorize and Certify the elected total Delegates and/or their stand-in Alternates all over America, and its territorial nations’ to vote for, among other actions, ELECT one Republican Party nominee for POTUS and Vice-POTUS.

America, it is just this simple.  Donald Trump and some of his followers should stop attacking, directing, and leading others to confuse by fabrications; and those who are attempting to mislead and/or anger members of the Republican Party and others. 

Republican Party’s Presidential nominee must not be an evil conniving individual who continues to condemn, verbally abuse, and attack all others who may question the political ideas and/or issues of a candidate so as to misinform and confuse other honorable Republicans. 

The Republican Party Plan of Organization or its election of Presidential nominees is a normal, free, open, and healthy plan.  It is not broken or in need of repair or replacement.

Public schools are failing to teach our children responsibility, but are teaching our children irresponsibility in a way to proceed without constructive performance as would be taught in ‘Social Studies’ classes.

Public schools are failing to teach our children values as experienced by our Founding Fathers and would disclose these earlier founders’ wisdoms as inscribed into our US Constitution.  Instead, our public schools are barred from teaching the Bible as a more than 2,000 year old history.  Public schools are teaching our children as to how our Constitutional freedoms based on Judeo-Christian values may be destroyed.

Freedom of Speech: Public schools are failing to teach our children the importance of the 1st Amendment; ‘Freedom of Speech’, as a method of protest allowing law-abiding citizens to express their lawful views.  Instead, local, state, and federal government agencies are teaching our children how to attack law-enforcement officers and others, to practice protest and often leading to vandalism, looting, burning, and rioting throughout communities. Some attacks by community thugs are leading to deaths.

Freedom of Religion: Public schools are failing to teach our children the importance of the 1st Amendment, ‘Freedom of Religion’, as a method of allowing citizens to worship at their choice within any Judeo-Christian House of Worship of choice, but after an erroneous SCOTUS decision; ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP, (1963). Public schools are teaching our children and instructed to a ‘Freedom from Religion’.

Freedom of the Press: Public schools are failing to teach our children the importance of the 1st Amendment, ‘Freedom of the Press’.  Our Founding Fathers wanted to make sure the citizenry would be permitted to know, from inside, what members of government was doing.  Many in the ‘Main-stream Medias’ have turned their 2^nd Amendment rights from a news reporting view, but into a cheering section in support their own choices of candidates and/or other political positions. 

2^nd Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”  

Public schools are failing to teach our children the importance of the 2^nd Amendment.  All schools; public, private, charter, and all other schools should be teaching our children: 

1. 1.    The safety of owning and operating guns.
2. 2.    Practicing target shooting as a sport.
3. 3.    Hunting wildlife for food used for (y)our family’s nourishment.
4. 4.    Guns for protecting yourself and/or your family against a home invasion.
5. 5.    Guns for protecting against a mutinous government. 

Public schools should be teaching our children the importance of owning guns and its safety in protecting Americans how to defend its citizens against terrorist groups or a mutinous government. 

Summary: This commentary is only a small measure illustrating how our ‘public educational’ system is failing to teach our children the importance, the freedoms, and the love of a precious nation; the importance in creating and enriching a ‘free and open’ nation under civilized Constitutional law. 

Solutions: For America to cultivate its people as a ‘free and open’ nation, changes need to re-claim Judeo-Christian values and place these values back into our laws, our brains and our hearts.  As Judeo-Christian values are revealed and implemented, all other fiscal and national security issues will follow, rightly, and leading us to a more prosperous nation.

What is happening in the USA?  Is America becoming a nation whereas an overwhelming majority of citizens covet money more than the yearn for God’s guidance as instructed in our Holy Bible? 

“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” 1 Timothy 6:10 (KJV) 

Georgia’s Republican Gov. Nathan Deal ‘vetoed’ legislation that would support God’s Word; Deal saying economics (money) was justifiable for his veto. 

The issue at hand?  Males and females must use separate bathrooms for protecting our children. 

LGBT based organizations are pressuring businesses to discontinue spending money, and governments to ‘oppose’ legislation(s) in all states; in LGBT’s effort to compel these sick and immoral communities to use economics (money) as the basis to disguise their wicked issue.  LGBT is rejecting God’s law, as described in the Holy Bible. 

Without leadership, Pastors, Priests, Vicars, etc. will be forced to cease teaching Christians Biblical Instructions. 

Our Holy Bible rejects LGBT based government legislations: Leviticus 18:22 (KJV); Leviticus 20:13, and Romans 1:26-27.  Federalist Papers freedoms and values are expressed in ‘creating’ our US Constitution. 

Our Founding Fathers’ Judeo-Christian values’ writings are expressed in the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. 

Americans must return to Biblical principles.  Scriptural teachings create ‘peace of mind’.   

Americans must restore Judeo-Christian values.  Constitutional freedoms and values will be restored.  WWJD?  Watch it!

Our US Constitution is founded on 3 ‘equal’ branches of government; Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary. 

Our Founding Fathers had the wisdom of knowing that someday, one branch of government may go awry in a determined effort to destroy our Constitution, and America. 

These ‘wise’ authors inserted a ‘check and balance’ so that in event one branch of government goes astray, another branch may be able to stop the activism, save our Constitution, America, and our American flag. 

Activism has met its moment of activism with the unexpected death of Justice Antonin Scalia.  American voters have chosen a POTUS to the Executive branch who has intertwined and continues to distort the structure as permitted within the Executive branch; to be the administrator of government, and to serve as the ‘Commander in Chief’ of the Armed forces of the United States. 

POTUS lacks the authority to write, dictate, or otherwise demand new laws.  Many of President Obama’s ‘Executive Orders’ are directed outside the privileges of our Constitution. 

President Obama’s and the Democrat Party’s ‘left-wing’ activism must be stopped in an effort to save our Constitutional freedoms based on Judeo-Christian values. 

The Legislative branch of government; the US Senate is the ‘balance’, as constitutionally defined.  President Obama may appoint a ‘left-wing’ Justice who may vote changing activism into a reversing 5 to 4 vote. 

The Senate must refute any Obama nominee who may dishonor, disobey, or destroy America’s Founding Fathers’ wisdom. 

There is nothing wrong with our Constitution.  It must remain intact, be enforced, and honored based on Judeo-Christian values. 

Another problem is that American voters with personal ‘greed’ elect nominees without any future visions to the costs of all; as our mounting national debt exceeds $19 Trillion.

Whereas, many American citizens fail in taking the time to study all the issues at hand; and 

Whereas, American citizens unknowingly ‘VOTE’ electing ‘liberal’ Democrat candidates; and 

Whereas, Democrat legislators enact laws contrary to ‘Judeo-Christian’ values; and

Whereas, many Democrat legislators accept ‘Islam’ in place of ‘Judeo-Christian’ values; and 

Whereas, the Quran directs Muslims to kill Americans, Jews, and others opposing ‘Islam’; and 

Whereas, Democrat legislators, aided by ‘Main-stream’ Medias reject Christian values; and 

Whereas, Democrats legislate laws for ‘all needs’, and ‘all wants’, to ‘all people’; and 

Whereas, Democrats and Republican legislators fund more ‘out-of-control’ spending; and 

Whereas, a National Debt is nearing $19 Trillion; leaving unbearable debts to our children; and 

Whereas, the Democrats and RINO Republicans legislators decide these improper votes; and  

Whereas, deficit spending and legislation against Christian values injure the USA; and 

Whereas, Democrats and Republican Senators confirm left-wing Justices onto our Courts. 

THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED; ‘We the People’ HEREBY, call upon all American citizens to study all candidates, the multiple issues at hand, and then vote for candidates who support all Christian Conservatives on fiscal, social, and national issues.  Support and vote for 2016 Republican Party candidate, Ted Cruz (R-TX) ‘for’ President of the United States.                     

FURTHERMORE; We urge you to vote against all out-of-control’ ‘liberal’ Democrat Party legislators and RINO Republican Party legislators in an effort to save our beloved United States of America, our Constitutional freedoms based on Judeo-Christian values, and our American flag. 

FINALLY; By making these legislative changes and by electing Ted Cruz as POTUS, all will save our precious United States of America.  The choices are up to you and me.

It may be that Donald Trump’s Democrat Party wicked ‘values’ are revealing. 

I have often said that President Obama’s dishonesties begin only when his mouth is moving and noises come out. 

Donald Trump may have taken up President Obama’s habit as both men twist truthfulness.  For example; take a bucket of clear water, add mud to the bucket, and stir the water as the muddy water then grows into a river.  Trump’s untruthfulness leaves Conservatives uneasy on 2016 Republican Party candidate, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).  

Donald Trump’s campaign untruthfulness’s have turned into his own ‘slime’. 

I have been actively involved in Republican Party Conservative politics for more than 50 years.

I have always supported the GOP’s Presidential nominee.  I will now, not vote for Donald Trump under ‘any’ condition.  My values are not for sale. 

My decision has been reached within the last few days.  While I have been following the political career of Texan, Ted Cruz for several years, I joined the Sen. Ted Cruz for President undertaking as he announced his candidacy; one of America’s most qualified candidates, ever, in US History.  Sen. Ted Cruz is a true Christian Constitutionalist who has the knowledge, ability, resolve, and the wisdom to restore our America and our Constitution based on Judeo-Christian values. 

Donald Trump’s actions represent an effort to destroy any and all GOP competitors.  As for me, the Donald Trump destruction of good people ends here; today.

New York values representing a majority of their votes include supporting: ‘same-sex marriage’ as well as homosexuality and lesbian activity; all values that disobey our Holy Bible: Genesis 19:1-5; Leviticus 18:22; Leviticus 20:13; Mark 7:21; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 5:1. 

New York values representing a majority of their votes include supporting: ‘gun control’ including their efforts to damage and/or destroy the 2^nd Amendment of our Constitution.  The Second Amendment should and must be taught in our ‘public’ schools the importance of owning a gun for protecting their own life, the lives of their family, in hunting wildlife for food, in shooting as a hobby, and most importantly, for our protection from a tyrannical government. 

New York citizens vote to elect and re-elect some candidates who support ‘Islam as a religion, the Quran, and Sharia law’; equal to or over ‘Christianity, the Bible, and our Constitution’. 

Islam is not a religion.  Islam is a society who supports the total elimination by killing all Christians, Jews, and all others who oppose Islam.  Islamic Muslims openly communicate their hate on a daily basis.  Islamic Muslims practice their beliefs on a daily basis as they attack and kill those who oppose Islam.  See the ‘Islamic’ hate evidence. 

New York values representing a majority of their votes include supporting: elective and appointed officials who vote for and/or authorize ‘higher taxes’, less freedoms, and immorally values. 

A USA Today article dated October 2012 says the State of New York ranks #1 on the ‘highest’ taxes followed by New Jersey, Connecticut, California, and Wisconsin.

The State of Alaska ranks #1 on the ‘lowest’ taxes followed by South Dakota, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Wyoming. 

New York values representing a majority of their votes include supporting: a majority of ‘Liberal’ and ‘Main-stream’ Medias of the news to include ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, The Washington Post, New York Daily News, etc. 

New York values representing a majority of their votes include denying: responsible Conservative reporting of the news as ‘Fox News Channel’, ‘America News Channel’, New York Post, Washington Times, etc. and many Conservative ‘Talk-Radio’ programs. 

On the other side, many New Yorkers showed their best of heroism during the 9/11/01 as attacked by ‘terrorist’ Islamic Muslims; and in every respect, on other occasions. 

All of our children should and must be taught in all ‘public’ schools everything about our, our World History, our American History, our Constitution, and our American flag. 

Yes, there are many differences between New York values v. mid-America, USA.

President Obama, most ‘left-wing’ Capitol Hill Democrats, and many members of the ‘Main-stream’ Medias appear determined to weaken or destroy the 2^nd Amendment of (y)our Constitution. 

Imagine what it would be like if and when (y)our government denied you and me the right to own or even possess a gun for practicing target shooting. 

Imagine what it would be like if and when (y)our government denied you and me the right to own or even possess a gun for hunting wildlife game for (y)our family nourishment. 

Imagine what it would be like if and when (y)our government denied you and me the right to own or even possess a gun for protecting yourself and/or your family against a criminal’s home invasion. 

Imagine what it would be like if and when (y)our government denied you and me the right to own or even possess a gun for protecting yourself and/or your family against a mutinous government; and perhaps, a government’s home invasion into your own household. 

President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats fails to propose any legislation(s) to stop and/or prevent ‘law-breaking’ criminals from stealing guns and using these guns against ‘law-abiding’ citizens, and/or protecting yourself and/or your family against a mutinous government. 

One cure is to leave our ‘law-abiding’ citizens alone for our guns to remain as a safety against criminals, and do not deny any changes to our 2^nd Amendment. 

A second cure is to restore and stiffen laws against lawbreakers who ‘illegally’ use guns in crimes.  A murder conviction should and would again, mean the assailant is to get  the ‘death’ penalty.  That will stop the recurring action(s). 

Thirdly, put God and our Holy Bible, our entire Constitutional history, the history of our Founding Fathers, as well as gun history and safety back into the ‘public’ schools. 

Any and all Presidents, legislators, other appointed supervisors, etc. who attempt to violate and/or manipulate our Founding Fathers’ intent of our 2^nd Amendment must be investigated.  If evidence is found, he/she must be prosecuted.  If convicted, the criminal must serve active time in prison. 

(Y)our right to ‘keep and bear Arms’ discussions were referenced by our Founding Fathers as a protection for individuals, their families, and citizens’ protection ‘from’ a lawless and mutinous government. 

As you talk to your family, friends, and neighbors, or see, hear, and read the political polls, many are starting to fear a mutinous government. 

Americans are witnessing a ‘lawless’ Executive Branch of government.

A Constitutional Convention is a serious risk

America, are you listening?   Take a look  and consider what could happen at a Constitutional Convention. 

All across America, there is talk to convene a Constitutional Convention.  When you weight the risk, an overwhelming majority of the Constitutional Convention representation goes to the ‘Liberal’ Democrat Party and many Republicans In Name Only (RINO) Republicans; not to a conservative Republican Party majority.  Right now, Conservatives policies and ideals will be crushed. 

There is nothing wrong with our current US Constitution.  With the backing of the ‘Main Stream’ Medias, the American electorate is voting for moderate to liberal legislators who are passing more ‘liberal’ and ‘out-of-control’ spending laws’.  

Our children are not being taught ‘primary basics’ in our ‘public’ schools, and that is to include our College and University schools.   Primary ‘basics’ in all education should be teaching our children the histories of our Founding Fathers, our US Constitution, our World History, and American History.   

America’s ‘public’ schools have replaced ‘basic education’ to dancing, sports, anti-Biblical teachings, etc.  

Voters are electing and/or reelecting legislators who vote to confirm members of our Judiciary; nominees who do not share the Christian values as of our Founding Fathers.  The Senators in the Democrat Party and Republican Party fail to research and reject ‘Liberal’ Presidential left-wing candidate nominees. 

SCOTUS decisions have changed America but could and should be revisited including:  

Revisit and reverse: ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP, 374 U.S. 203 (1963); a SCOTUS decision that removed the Holy Bible from our ‘public schools’.  

Revisit and reverse: ROE v. WADE, 410 U.S. 113 (1973); a decision leaving a pregnant woman’s decision of abortion being left to her and her physician.  

Revisit and reverse: TEXAS v. JOHNSON, 491 U.S. 397 (1989) ; a decision declaring that burning the American flag is an act of free speech protected by the First Amendment.  

Revisit and reverse: ObamaCare a decision in error as this ‘defined’ tax bill did not originate in the US House as clearly required as defined in our Constitution.  Additionally, ObamaCare rejects our religious values as defined in the Declaration of Independence and our First Amendment ‘Rights’.  

In summary, it is my belief that most have not considered what may or could happen at a Constitutional Convention.  

Calling a Constitutional Convention is a major and critical chance; likely to become the death of our Constitution as we know it now.  A Constitutional Convention will likely lead us to a more distant Composition from what our Founding Fathers envisioned, inscribed, and entrusted for us all.  

As for any request for a Constitutional Convention, you may get what you ask for, but later regret as you ask, ‘What happened?  How did it happen?  How foolish am I?’  

‘Liberal’ Democrats  and RINO Republicans would love a Constitutional Convention to further their more Liberal, Socialistic, and/or Communist philosophies.   

Please, America!  Don’t let this happen to our precious Constitution and nation.

President Obama’s design in ‘transforming America’ as promised is in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and is continuing with Democrat Sen. Leahy.

Under Leahy’s minority and majority leadership, Sen. Leahy has been successful is swaying  (RINO) Republicans into voting ‘AYE’ in confirming President Obama’s ‘left-wing’ appointees as some Senate ‘RINO’ Republicans have lost their earlier principles.  Sen. Leahy has been successful in ‘improperly’ destroying qualified and honorable GOP appointees.

‘Sitting’ GOP Senators who voted ‘AYE’ in supporting a few of Obama’s nominees includes:

Alexander (R-TN), Collins (R-ME), and Graham (R-SC) voted to confirm Sonia Sotomayor to SCOTUS.  

Collins (R-ME), and Graham (R-SC) voted to confirm Elena Kagan to SCOTUS.

Ayotte (R-NH), Cochran (R-MS), Collins (R-ME),  Flake (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), Hatch (R-UT), Johnson (R-WI), Kirk (R-IL), McConnell (R-KY), and Portman (R-OH) voted to confirm Loretta E. Lynch  as Attorney General.

Many GOP members on Capitol Hill were elected as Conservatives; later to vacate their traditional values and become ‘RINO’ Republicans.

Regardless, elected Republicans on Capitol Hill who support Democrat Party’s left-wing legislation(s) on a regular basis continue to get equal shares of (y)our Republican Party’s GOP money.

As promised, President Obama, the Democrat Party, SCOTUS, ‘Islamic’ Muslims, etc. are transforming America; moving our precious nation toward a more corrupt, immoral, and tyrannical America.  This transformation, over a period of years, has damaged the USA. 

America is undoing our Founding Fathers precious document, clearly defined as our Constitution, of its legal freedoms and its Judeo-Christian values. 

THE PROBLEM:  

The separation of our Judeo-Christian values began in January 7, 1963 when SCOTUS prohibited public schools from allowing the Holy Bible to be read to (y)our children and teach its Sacred writings in ‘public schools’.    

Prior to the June 17, 1963 SCOTUS ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP ruling, a large majority of Americans regularly attended some form of a ‘Christian’ House of Worship.  Of those who did attend, the children also heard a Biblical scripture on a daily basis in the ‘public’ schools. 

Inside the Holy Bible and these scriptures, there are moral instructions of Commandments to be instilled into the hearts and brains of those listening and learning.  When these moral instructions were barred by SCOTUS, guns, drugs, sex, and other forms of illegal and/or immoral conflicts entered into the schools. 

Today, and after this SCOTUS decision, fewer than one half of all Americans attend a House of Worship on a regular basis. 

On Jun 28, 2012, SCOTUS legalized ‘lying’ as a ‘Freedom of Speech’ law when the John  Robert’s Court decided that by misrepresenting the ‘Stolen Valor Act’ ‘is not a crime’ as individuals say that he/she has received military honors or decorations even though that is a lie; but SCOTUS said the referenced legislation did violate an individual’s First Amendment right to ‘Freedom of Speech’.  How sad and how ignorant for our SCOTUS Jurists to come to this left-wing conclusion! 

In the 1973 ROE v. WADE decision, SCOTUS ‘legalized’ murder of the innocent babies by rejecting values as described in the Declaration of Independence as each person “… are endowed  by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights”. 

Since that time in the USA, some 58.5 million babies have died from this ‘evil’ and ‘wrongful’ SCOTUS decision. 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” 

On Decided June 26, 2015, SCOTUS rejected God’s Law as instructed by the Holy Bible of ‘Marriage is a union between a man and a woman’ as defined in Genesis 2:22-24, ‎1 Corinthians 7:1-16, ‎Ephesians 5:22-33, and  ‎Matthew 19:4-6. 

‘Islamic’ Muslims attacked America in 1993 in a failing effort to bomb and destroy 1 of the 2 New York City ‘Twin’ towers. 

On 9/11/2001, ‘Islamic’ Muslims attacked America by hijacking 4 American Airlines passenger jets assaulting the USA by flying 2 of these jets into the 2 New York City ‘twin’ towers and 1 jet airliner into the Pentagon.  The passengers took over the 3^rd plane, crashed it into the ground in the Pennsylvania countryside. 

‘Islamic’ Muslims have been at war for more than one thousand years with all individuals, groups, and governments who oppose ‘Islam’. 

Study the ‘link’ for many ‘Islamic’ attacks around the world since 9/11/01. This history confirms that ‘Islam’ is not a religion of peace, but a group of terrorists who are receiving ‘tax’ advantages in the USA, but who also are determined to kill all infidels.  Infidels are of all people regardless of age, sex, race, color, etc. who oppose ‘Islam’. 

Furthermore, as our US ‘Constitution’ is conflicting to ‘Islamic’ Muslims ‘Sharia Law’; (y)our US ‘Holy Bible’ is conflicting to the ‘Islamic’ Muslims ‘Quran’, and (y)our US ‘Christianity’ is conflicting to ‘Islamic’ Muslims ‘Islam’.  ‘Islamic’ Muslims are openly clear with their determination that ‘Islam’ will destroy ‘Christianity’ and kill all infidels; that meaning all persons who oppose ‘Islam’. 

PORTION OF A PARTION SOLUTION: 

Demand the Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary branches of government to review and define the 1^st Amendment in each of the referenced ‘Freedoms’ to be expressed as clearly described by the Founding Fathers as may be found and referred to in the ‘Federalist Papers’.  This will clearly define ‘Religion’ as Judeo-Christian. 

Demand SCOTUS to review and reverse the January 7, 2013 decision of: ABINGTON SCHOOL DISTRICT, Petitioner v. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, Respondent decided.

Demand SCOTUS to review and reverse the January 22, 1973  decision of: ROE v. WADE, (1973)

Demand SCOTUS to review and make a ‘finding’ that the ‘Declaration of Independence is a portion of our US Constitution and must be recognized, honored, and obeyed, thereof.Open, review, and redefine the SCOTUS decision on ‘Stolen Valor Act’ that it is never legally acceptable to publicly, intentionally, and/or determinedly ‘lie’ at any time. 

Reject all ‘tax’ advantages relating to ‘Islam’ and/or any of its subordinate supporting individuals, groups, and/or all others as a form or ‘religion’ and therefore, is not recognized as such.  History results of attacking and killing all ‘infidels’ will prove ‘Islam’ is not a religion of peace.

Restore our ‘public’ education in teaching our children the World History and our US History to include all elements of our US Constitution, and its included ‘Bill of Rights’.

All children must be encouraged and allowed to be taught the Holy Bible and its values.  For those who oppose their children to be taught the Holy Bible and its values should be allowed to have their children taught in a ‘private’ or equal school.

All children must be encouraged and allowed to be taught the Second Amendment; the importance of owning a gun for teaching our children ‘gun safety’, protecting their own life, and/or protecting the lives of  their family, for the purpose of hunting for wild game intended for food, the enjoyment of shooting as a sport, and for protecting (y)our precious nation from a tyrannical government.

Each of the elements within all the ‘Bill of Rights’, as part of our Constitution, are important to all of our children, their children, etc.  All children must be taught our specific Constitutional ‘freedoms’.

These reformed measures will move America forward and acceptable in restoring America, protecting our American flag, reestablishing our Constitutional freedoms, and retaining our Judeo-Christian values.  Help to make it happen.

Americans and other ‘free loving’ citizens around the world are in sorrow of those killed and inured by ‘Islamic’ Muslim ‘terrorists’ in Paris on 11/13/2015.

‘Free loving’ Americans and others around the world are angry at the massacre.

Americans are angry at (y)our Presidential leadership, most Democrat Party leaders on Capitol Hill, the three 2016 Democrat Party Presidential candidates, and a majority of the ‘Mail-stream’ Medias who refuse to admit that America is at war with ‘Islamic’ Muslims.  Track the oil-rich nations’ money into the politicians’ campaigns/pockets.

A clear majority of Democrat Party leaders, and most members of the ‘Mail-stream’ Medias are knowingly or unknowingly supporting terrorism in America as has happened in Paris.  It is only a matter of time for its arrival.

Those who depend on ‘Mail-stream’ Medias may be reporting and/or teaching Americans a left-wing version that is not totally characteristic.

All supporters of the Democrat Party and others, in refusing to openly condemn ‘Islamic’ Muslim ‘terrorism’ in Paris and at other worldwide locations, support international terrorism more so than their love for the USA, our Constitution, and our American flag.
