President Obama’s design in ‘transforming America’ as promised is in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and is continuing with Democrat Sen. Leahy.

Under Leahy’s minority and majority leadership, Sen. Leahy has been successful is swaying  (RINO) Republicans into voting ‘AYE’ in confirming President Obama’s ‘left-wing’ appointees as some Senate ‘RINO’ Republicans have lost their earlier principles.  Sen. Leahy has been successful in ‘improperly’ destroying qualified and honorable GOP appointees.

‘Sitting’ GOP Senators who voted ‘AYE’ in supporting a few of Obama’s nominees includes:

Alexander (R-TN), Collins (R-ME), and Graham (R-SC) voted to confirm Sonia Sotomayor to SCOTUS.  

Collins (R-ME), and Graham (R-SC) voted to confirm Elena Kagan to SCOTUS.

Ayotte (R-NH), Cochran (R-MS), Collins (R-ME),  Flake (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), Hatch (R-UT), Johnson (R-WI), Kirk (R-IL), McConnell (R-KY), and Portman (R-OH) voted to confirm Loretta E. Lynch  as Attorney General.

Many GOP members on Capitol Hill were elected as Conservatives; later to vacate their traditional values and become ‘RINO’ Republicans.

Regardless, elected Republicans on Capitol Hill who support Democrat Party’s left-wing legislation(s) on a regular basis continue to get equal shares of (y)our Republican Party’s GOP money.

Just as President Obama changes the rules in government, Republican Party ‘establishment’ leaders’ changes (y)our Republican Party candidates' rules.        

Egotistical groups in the Republican National Committee (RNC), many RINO leaders on Capitol Hill, and other ‘Media’ consultants on TV News criticize you and me for (y)our candidate choices.

Individuals and/or groups of the Washington, DC based Republican Party needs to quit acting like ‘Communist dictators’ and ‘grow up’ by allowing GOP voters to determine the Republican Party nominee.

In ‘all’ Primary Elections, GOP leaders should allow GOP voters to ‘freely’ decide his/her choice candidate(s), unless a particular candidate is improper, illegal, and/or potentially an ‘embarrassment with cause’ candidate.

No GOP leader(s) should become ‘involved’ in ‘Republican Party Primaries’, converting GOP ‘solicited’ and ‘untargeted’ candidate(s) money as happened in the 2014 GOP Primaries.

As Washington based GOP leaders demand a specific 2016 Presidential nominee, Republican voters may take a pass in voting for any or all 2016 Republican Party candidates.

#6. Since 2004 Mr. Obama himself, on multiple occasions - many of them on camera - has CLEARLY stated his father was from Kenya. He published a book stating his father was from Kenya. When he ran for Senate office in 2004 his claims were HE was from Kenya (AP Archives).

So Congress does not have a leg to stand on. They KNOW the rules, they understand the Constitution and requirements to BE a U.S. President.

This is especially disturbing when you consider the Democrats in Congress created SR-511 with the exact wording requirements of the Constitution........ and the Chairman of the Senate Judicial Committee Senator Patrick Leahy signed it.

I strongly urge you to contact your elected and demand this illegal, ineligible, corrupt and lawless administration be immediately removed in it's entirety. I do not believe we have until November to do this - I believe it must be done now or we may not have that ability by November...

Just take a look at what has been happening in Nevada, the revelations Senator Reid and sons are involved - as well as the Chinese and billions of dollars............ US taxpayer dollars - with a trail leading back to the White House revealed by Congressman Rob Bishop.

And as a sideline - the fact BLM had signs already made stating "1st Amendment Zone" to post at the Bundy Ranch.... should be extremely disturbing to everyone.

If you are writing a Democrat elected - make certain they understand in no uncertain terms their future employment as any kind of politician is at stake if they choose to support an usurper and ineligible individual who has been actively destroying our Nation and funding our enemies with our tax dollars.

With certain RINO Republicans - you might want to make the same kind of statements.........

DO NOT cuss them out - be polite yet firm - deliberate. Take what clues I provided above and get the information for yourself so you are clear when you write - but write!

GOP civil war

The reports are coming more frequently now. Karl Rove is taking aim at the TEA party. Conservatives in congress are being attacked on all fronts, most disturbingly by other Republicans. Establishment Republicans move repeatedly to the left. And the media, well the media has been going after us like rabid wolves since the dawn of time. The battle lines have been drawn. The first shots have been fired. We are at war with our own party.

     I know, we're not allowed to say that anymore. There's nothing new about using militaristic terms to describe political struggles. Although we are discouraged from doing so, even as the left continues the practice. Sara Palin is blamed for the shooting of Gabby Gifford just because Palin's staff drew crosshairs on a map. We are endlessly attacked and derided for using any word or phrase that could be seen as aggressive, no matter how commonplace. When you think about it, it's really a brilliant ploy, even if it is weaselly and two faced. How are we supposed to fight a war effectively when we aren't allowed to acknowledge that we're fighting a war? We see how well that worked in Korea. We soften our language to placate the leftist whiners and soon our thoughts follow suit. We let them pull our teeth and then wonder why our party becomes filled with moderates with no bark and no bite.

     Yet these RINOs are always happy to attack conservatives. Recently John McCain went after Rand Paul and Ted Cruz for having the nerve to do the jobs that they were elected for, and Karl Rove casts blame for election losses on the TEA party that should rightfully fall on him and his ilk. Not only were many of these unelectable Republicans that he cites as examples of TEA party interference moderate establishment types, most of them were funded by Rove.

     These are the same people what will nod enthusiastically when the left tells us that conservatism is a relic followed by only a small margin of the population. They'd have us forget how Barry Goldwater sparked the conservative movement by standing by his conservative ideals. And that Ronald Reagan energized the country and won two landslide Presidential elections, not by reaching across the aisle, but by refusing to compromise his conservative principles. They'd have us ignore how conservatives in D.C. have received support unprecedented in this generation by proudly advancing the conservative banner. Moving to the center hasn't helped us with Mitt Romney or John McCain. And it hasn't helped us with the 99% of Rove's candidates who lost their elections. Or with the others who refuse to fight the left once elected. No, the problem isn't that the Republican party has moved too far to the right, it's that the party is only now starting to move back to the right.

     And we're not immune from delusions either. I don't know how often I've been told that we need another Ronald Reagan to swoop in and fix things again. It's time to burst that bubble. As good as the rising conservative stars are, there isn't another Reagan. There never will be another Reagan. We're on our own. But before you slip back into the post election depression that we've all been trying to climb out of, remember that we're not wandering blind in the wilderness as some would suggest. Our message isn't falling of deaf ears, it's just been watered down by the moderates. Fiscal and social conservatism, commitment to shrinking government and growing the economy, encouraging personal responsibility and liberty, defending and following the constitution, are policies that have been proven right by history. These are the issues that will bring us victory in this civil war. These issues are our best chance of winning in the 2014 elections, as well as the big one in 2016.

     The establishment RINOs care only for their own power base. They're more impressed by the institution than the constitution. At stake in this war is the very soul of the Republican party. Just as in the overall war at stake is the very soul of America. Victory is our only option.

Explaining his endorsement of the current White House occupant on the administration’s infrastructure spending, healthcare reform, and position on abortion, Florida’s former Republican Governor Charlie Crist 4063568979?profile=originalendorsed him on the eve of the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa.

Crist has betrayed American taxpayers before.  He supported the $787 billion “stimulus” boondoggle, which did little to fund shovel ready infrastructure projects but went a long way towards rewarding big “progressive” 2008 presidential campaign bundlers who “just happened” to run “green energy” companies with lucrative loan guarantees and grants.  It also bailed out state and local governments guilty of practicing irresponsible fiscal policies for decades, especially where spending on government sector union contracts was concerned.  It was no accident that the lion’s share of “stimulus” spending “just happened” to have gone to “blue states”.   Crist’s decision to support the highly partisan, pork stuffed “stimulus” bill helped get the monstrous waste of money through Congress.

 “Moderate Republican” go-along to get-along me-first career politicians who, like Crist are so willing to compromise with the institutionalized “progressive” left cannot be trusted.

Tea Party principles are America’s principles.  To an intolerable degree, “Moderate Republicans” do not believe in or follow Tea Party principles. Quite often they appear to be completely devoid of principles.  They game the political system to gain power and prestige for themselves and themselves alone. They will turn on Americans faster than you can say Specter.

Conservative Tea Party Americans like Allen West, Marco Rubio, Jim DeMint, Pat Toomy, Rand Paul, Ron Johnson Michele Bachmann, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee have the guts to stand against the institutionalized “progressive” left.  They have the willingness, backbone and fortitude to preserve individual liberties, restore the U.S. Constitution, and a return to constitutionally limited government, a balanced budget, equal opportunity and equal protection under the law for all Americans.

Today’s Democratic Party is not your father's Democratic Party.  They keep insisting that Tea Party Republicans and their affiliates are "extreme".  Since when are protecting individual liberties, following the4063569006?profile=original U.S. Constitution, having constitutionally limited government and a balanced budget extreme?

The Tea Party’s positions are extreme only when seen as standing in the way of establishing an all-powerful, centrally planned big government controlled by a self-appointed oligarchy of self-imagined “intellectual elites” i.e. a Communist state.

The institutionalized "progressive" left in 2012 America is acting exactly like every other Communist power grab in history.  They lie, cheat and steal to win elections.  Then they will lie, cheat, steal and kill to consolidate and strengthen their grip on unrestrained power.

The institutionalized "progressive" left complains about how "extreme" Tea Party Republicans refuse to compromise.  The Tea Party knows that Communists have no interest in compromising with anyone.  The institutionalized "progressive" left's negotiating position has been, is, and will continue to be: What's Yours is Negotiable, What's Mine is Not.  Those who hold this negotiating position, when they do finally obtain an iron grip on unrestrained power, do not compromise with their political opposition.  They eliminate them…permanently.

Etch-A-Sketch Campaigns

This episode shows that the candidate who first drew White House fire can adjust to events.  Newt's $2.50 Gas is "an old fashioned pocketbook appeal" by his own admission.  Obama is going to oil fields in response.  Meanwhile, Ricky is digging his Gaffe hole with lamentations of Principle over Statehood, and unemployment.  Newt gets the video here, giving a child in his crowd a souvenier that will not be forgotten.

Early in the race, Newt was hammered for being undisciplined.  Just recently, Newt stuck to his tack of ignoring Presidential Religion comments.  Even under such whithering adversity, Newt has shown agility.  The gaffes in the other campaigns show who is truly disciplined, and whose cannons can be knocked loose.

Newt can campaign with what fits under the seat in front of him.  His message comes from him.  He knows the waters we will have to cross.  Speaker Gingrich has been choosing our subjects in this election cycle.  Are we going to ignore that?  The others are just looking to sit atop the hay stack.  Obama has demonstrated that fact to our dismay.

Newt Gingrich gleefully seized on Romney adviser Eric Fehrnstrom's "Etch A Sketch" comments from this morning, bringing out an Etch A Sketch as a prop on the campaign trail today.

Gingrich, via POLITICO's Ginger Gibson, called Fehrnstrom's comment a sign that the conservative movement couldn't trust Romney to stick to his positions in the fall:

"Now given everybody's fears about Gov. Romney's flip-flops, to have his communications director say publicly to all of us, if we're dumb enough to nominate him we should expect by the acceptance speech he'll move back to the left, triggers everything we should worry about," he told a crowd in Lake Charles, La.             Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, the current front-runner in the race for the 2012 Republican Party presidential nomination, is doing three things very right:  he’s leading the pack while avoiding big gaffes and controversies. Governor Romney, however, came into June with four critical strikes against him and in some conservative eyes he got a 5th strike by refusing to sign a key pro-life pledge recently. It’s beginning to be more and more apparent that Governor Romney is perceived as being very much like John McCain. McCain could at best be called a “Republican Moderate,” although because many of his votes aligned with big-expansionistic government some in his party’s most right-most camps considered McCain a RINO (Republican In Name Only) or even a progressive member of the G.O.P.  Among the candidates and potential candidates out there, Governor Romney clearly appears to be the least conservative of all with the possible exception of ex-Ambassador John Huntsman (whose candidacy at present seems absolutely phantasmagoric).
            Let’s look more closely at Governor Mitt Romney’s presumptive five-strike situation:
1.      Obamacare, President Obama would have us believe, was based upon Romneycare in Massachusetts. Tim Pawlenty, before copping his plea in the most recent debate, even spoke of “Obamneycare.” In truth, while Romneycare went way too far, it resembles much more the sort of healthcare law mainstream Republicans like Newt Gingrich were advocating in the mid-90’s. Certainly at 74 pages rather than 2,773 any valid comparison-contrast is liable to support Governor Romney’s contentions. 
It was a state rather than a federal law but required the individual mandate provision to pay for it. Most importantly, the Massachusetts law stuck to the subject at hand while Obamacare is a total takeover of the healthcare system in a piecemeal fashion. Among other sins of Obamacare, that one monstrous law created 384 brand new federal government agencies (FDR’s twelve-plus years in office saw 40 new government agencies so Obamacare created 9.6 times as much new bureaucracy. Governor Romney’s law was adulterated by the overwhelmingly Democratic House and Senate in Massachusetts and seemingly came out quite different than he planned. Verdict: Romneycare is no real hindrance to Mitt Romney although the Big Lies told about it by Obama and the extreme right of the G.O.P. are somewhat embarrassing. 
Governor Romney needs to say, “The Massachusetts healthcare insurance law that I signed was adulterated by the Democrats in the legislators there, so what finally passed was NOT at all what I set out to pass and I should have been circumspect and vetoed it, regardless of the veto over-ride votes against me. If it happened today, I would veto it. However, comparing it to Obamacare is ridiculous and I will defend it as a mediocre and weak law, but not a horrific and evil law like Obamacare. We actually learned an awful lot from that law. You will recall that 2-3 years before we passed that law in Massachusetts, good strong conservative Republicans like Newt Gingrich and others were considering such a law for the federal government. The law I envisioned would have been 55 to 60 pages long compared to the almost 2,800 pages of Obamacare. I will effectively veto Obamacare my first day in office as president by giving every state and company in the country a waiver from Obamacare; then I’ll seek the votes in congress to veto it once and for all.”
2.     Governor Romney’s alignment with Global Warming alarmists recently applauded by Al (divide-and-conquer) Gore, however, is a serious, serious knock on the candidate’s judgment and an indication that he definitely leans well left of center at times. When tied in with his perceived violation of principle in supporting Romneycare, Governor Romney begins to look a bit like those great “conservative” Maine senators Olympia Snow and Susan Collins and like them appears now to deserve the hideous label “progressive Republican.”    Governor Romney apparently has not delved into the matter at all; never has mentioned the Climate Gate Scandal or the deliberate omission of 400 years of the Medieval Warm Period (also known as the Medieval Optimum which occurred before the Little Ice Age and was why Leif Erikson was able to settle in Greenland because Greenland was Green and almost glacier free then) which would have greatly challenged the whole Global Warming idea. Since in Europe, Global Warming theories now hold as much water as the Cardiff Giant (a famous anthropological hoax that was believed for about 45 years); they call environmentalists “mean greenies” and “watermelons” (green on the outside – pink or red commie-colored on the inside) because it now seems that the whole purpose of the Global Warming theatrics was to provide an excuse for virtually totalitarian government takeover of virtually everything. 
Governor Romney needs to read and understand the information at the following three websites. He then needs to absolutely and unequivocally state that Climate Gate showed that Global Warming was fraudulent science misused by fraudulent politicians to advance anti-business and anti-freedom agendas; and until the science is excellent science he will risk no American jobs or American money on any Global Warming schemes.
 
3)   Past Flip-Flop Behavior by Governor Romney shows him off potentially as a man of no backbone. He needs to take off 3-6 weeks; examine the positions of Ronald Reagan (and if possible adopt them 100%); of the TEA Party Contract from America; and the Republican Party’s Pledge to America . . . and then create a coherent policy and tell the American people what it is . . . then to follow it to the letter as promised. If this activity is not done soon Governor Romney will lose ALL credibility.
4) Associated with #1, #2, and #3 is the RINO charge held in many corners against Governor Romney. Republicans In Name Only like Scott Brown, Olympia Snow and Susan Collins are an embarrassment to the G.O.P. and since they vote with the Democratic Party 85-90% of the time . . . should NOT be allowed Republican funds for re-election campaigns or to use the G.O.P name. Only by handling this matter and #3 in the circumspect manner mentioned above, can Governor Romney hope to redeem himself. At question in the most significant election in our lifetime is nothing less than the survival of the American experiment in freedom.
5) Governor Romney is a devout Mormon or Latter Day Saint. On the one hand if a Muslim like Obama (under false Christian pretense who openly listened without apparent objection to Jeremiah Wright’s “God Damn America!”) can get voted into the Oval Office, then a Mormon ought to be more than all right. Whoever heard of a Mormon terrorist? Nevertheless, Governor Romney needs to address the matter proactively and swear greater allegiance to this country’s well-being than to any religious dictates a la John F. Kennedy. Governor Romney will definitely become a lightning rod for the left-sympathizing press and he’s sure to hear questions about Kolob; pre-existence; the mother goddess; becoming divine; multiplicity of gods; etc., etc. in a nasty attempt to discredit the man and the faith. 
At present probably the most devout and God-fearing and generous Christian people of faith on earth are the Latter-Day-Saints . . . but the leftwing American press has shown it has no honor in carrying on its biased campaigns on behalf of progressivism** and the Democratic Party, so expect their usual nonsense heightened by Obama-desperation and dirty tricks. Even a Romney vice-presidential candidacy could become a serious distraction under these conditions.  Has the liberal press given Governor Romney such a pass so far because they believe he’ll be the easiest to destroy later on?
             Rightly or wrongly as far as the crucial question of unifying his party and attracting Independents, unless he begins to act very circumspectly (as suggested above) and very, very quickly, Governor Romney would probably be the least unifying G.O.P. candidate since Gerald Ford in 1976.   He and Governor Sarah Palin may indeed be the dream ticket in the eyes of the Liberal Press. The extreme right of the G.O.P. will oppose him for all five reasons mentioned above . . . Independents will not respect a nominee who cannot control his own party. The Republican Party may well be standing at a “moment of utmost transition” as the Whig Party did in 1852 before total dissolution that year; the abyss in 1854; and non-existence in 1856, the cracks were clearly all there but all good Whigs were in full denial anyway.  Facing the most crucial election in modern times, this is no time for disunity . . . but disunity seems to be in the cards.

Delaware Suggests TEA Party Express

is Harry Reid’s Creation

Loyal readers know that Rajjpuut is a Libertarian and has advised often and mightily against the TEA Party running their own candidates unless absolutely necessary. (As it was in upper state New York when the Republican Party last November gave a $1 Million campaign war chest to a woman running for the G.O.P. who was well to the left of the left-leaning Democratic candidate in a very conservative district. The TEA Party backed Conservative Party candidate chased her out of the race with only 5% support in the polls and came within an eyelash of victory.) If it’s necessary to run a TEA Party candidate, run an out and out third-party Conservative candidate of the highest level of integrity.

Several times now, the TEA Party Express has been behind very poor candidates and helped propel them to primary wins and Republican nominations. In effect these TEA Party Express candidates are giving aid and comfort to the progressive-Democrats on the ballot by creating an easily knocked off “straw-man” to campaign against. Such a candidate is Ken Buck in Rajjpuut’s Colorado. It is Rajjpuut’s firm conviction that the TEA Party Express is NOT a real TEA Party group it is a Harry Reid creation designed to get the poorest candidate to run against him in Nevada so Harry, the most hated man in America besides Barack Obama, would have an easy victory.

It’s happening again in Delaware in the fight for Joe Biden’s old senate seat. The TEA Party Express has supported the candidacy of one Christine O’Donnell. Like all TEA Party Express “candidates” she is virtually unelectable. Ms. O’Donnell has reportedly lied for 21 years about having a college degree which she was only just awarded this year. Ms. O’Donnell has a questionable tax and earnings situation. Ms. O’Donnell lied and said she took two of Delaware’s three counties in the most recent race against Biden . . . she actually won zero. Ms. O’Donnell has been violating campaign finance laws over the last six months.

The situation is not cut and dried, however; two things work in O’Donnell’s favor: 1) Sarah Palin is backing her and 2) Sarah Palin is backing her because the Republican Senator Mike Castle is one of the most liberal Republicans in the nation. Castle actually supports Cap and Trade. The biggest thing against O’Donnell among practical considerations? Money, support and expertise are lacking. Just as Sharon Angle (who was nominated by the TEA Party Express over two far better conservative candidates to unseat Harry Reid; then was left high and dry by the TEA Party Express once she’d won and only saved by DickMorris.com’s incredible work in her behalf nationally) found out, the question is obvious, if an outside party wins a Republican primary and the Republican nomination, why in hell should the Republican Party support her financially? Indeed, since she’s such a poor candidate should anyone in their right mind support her?

Let’s look the situation over logically: it looks like a three-way LOSE-LOSE-LOSE situation for Conservatives in Delaware and around the country unless things change dramatically (more on that later). A) the Democrat’s candidate benefits by running against a presumably unelectable O’Donnell and wins B) O’Donnell somehow gets elected but because she has no apparent integrity or ability to practically manage her own life, the state gets a loser for a senator C1) Castle wins the primary against O’Donnell but his war chest is depleted and the in-fighting weakens him as a candidate and helps the Democrat win or C2) Castle wins and wins again and Delaware gets a fiscal RINO** and a Constitutional RINO again in the senate.

How much better for all involved if a real TEA Party candidate and an electable one was running, no? Only one thing can save the situation for Castle and presumably Delaware. He needs to sign the TEA Party Contract from America. He needs to admit his past stupidity. He needs to understand with all his soul . . . .

** Unfortunately, the concept of RINO (Republican in name only) has deeply hurt the G.O.P. coming and going. On the one hand you have people like the two Maine senators or Mr. Castle in Delaware or the upstate New Yorker mentioned earlier who just use Republican money to get elected and then prove themselves absolutely progressive/liberal on taxes, spending and the Constitution. On the other hand and even more dangerous, too many undesirable candidates like Ken Buck and Sharon Angle survive the primary process because of their “fidelity” to the old litmus tests and then prove UNelectable and cede the field to the progressives directly. One great thing, however, virtually any candidate who keeps his/her big trap shut and only opens it to speak about the Contract from America should prevail, even perhaps Ken Buck, Sharon Angle, and Christine O’Donnell. The trouble is this kind of “non-RINO” tends to give Conservatives a bad name because they’re stupid enough to be against (just to name one thing) abortion even in case of incest or rape or if the mother’s life is in danger. American women won’t stand for this kind of authoritarian stand on what they can do and endure with their own bodies. That Republican stance makes abortion on demand all but inevitable.

There's nothing more unsavory than a hypocrite, which is prevalent in politics, but can we keep it to a minimum? Arlen Specter is the front runner, voting too many times in the Obama Camp, giving RINO (Republicans In Name Only) its true meaning, and finally, the turncoat switched parties. Good riddance. Now, the rubber meets the road, and we have politicians changing like a chameleon. The mentality these days seems to be, if Obama can get away with it, why not me?
