Hi Y'all;

I've searched and Googled this item of Unbound Delegates, both US Constitution, its accompanying Amendments, and elsewhere, towit: It is not to be found- "Unbound Delegates". The only place where anything at all is written is within the RNC Rules, where they flagrantly boast "For the mere buy-in of $5,000.00 or more, one may so purchase their own Delegacy Stand, and at that, to swoop, halt, harass, or even stop any particular candidate as per is found against the ways, means, values, and thinking of the RNC" (PARAPHRASED TERRIBLY, yet to the point).

I.E.- It's what WASN'T found, that really troubles me. For I firmly believe in the US Constitution, Amendments, or adjudicated Law and/or its Statutes (revised or otherwise), then what I find is- a very flagrant use and abuse of a system within the confines of America that has such a profound effect and affect either for or against the American Way of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.

So the word finally comes forth: UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Just as certain other things within our American History, things or items up for debate, grabs, or conversation- found to being Unconstitutional- became the very forefront of the American Debate Topic- to usher in a Resolve, Resolute- to either becoming an acceptable form of behavior, belief, or way of doing business. At least then, there remains no doubts about the matters at hand, and everyone is on the Same Page as it were, and it becomes a not so difficult decision maker for the rest of the class at large.

Conclusion: So it remains within (what I personally believe) my heart and mind that; if this item of "Unbound Delegate" (which also involves Brokered Convention) is "Unconstitutional", regardless of whatsoever they desire to call themselves (the RNC). For if they so seek to the keeping of such degrees of their illicit use and abuses of making up the rules as they go along, should for all intents and purposes- be deemed a "Social Club" i.e. Sorority or Fraternal Order- instead of the Heads and Tails of our Club Politic. For the dealings and ultimate choices which lie before the American Public, the government of, by, and for the People- is of a much greater importance than that of the Post-Pub-essence crowd of the soothe saying well wishers of yesteryear. Its Our Country and Nation, our Future and Hope for (even our own lives and livelihood) our children and generations to come.

Good morning Gentlemen!

On this bright Monday morning I have a question I would ask you ask yourselves...... once you have the answer, what comes next appears to be obvious and unavoidable... the only way to fix this is remove it.

The "version" of the Affordable Care Act (ACA, obamacare) that became Law originated in the Senate.

Chief Justice Roberts clearly stated the ACA was "constitutional" as a TAX (not healthcare).

The Constitution of the United States clearly tells us that the House holds the purse strings, controls funding - and is able to tax.... The SENATE is incapable of creating a TAX according to law.

The question to ask yourselves is this: Since the Senate version of the ACA is what became Law - Chief Justice Roberts said the ACA is a TAX - and only the House can create a tax....

Why does the ACA continue to exist - as it is an unconstitutional mandate from a government body unauthorized to do what was done. Yet signed by all......................

I spoke too soon yesterday....

I have effectively been silenced - as has every other retired member from any service.
I received my May-August 2013 copy of the "Echos" magazine in the mail today... (the retiree's newsletter). Within it was what I find an ominous article on page 10 titled "Did you know? Retired Soldiers and the Uniform Code of Military Justice" (UCMJ)
It references AR 27-10, Chapter 5, section 1, 5-2(b) 3.

Any of you who are a Vet (not a retiree) or citizen without Military service I would encourage you to write your elected on this topic - as silencing all retiree's takes away quite a bit of firepower to the argument.... All Retiree's should write their elected as well - but do the homework yourself and see what the regulation holds..... FUBAR folks.

I'm Army, so I have no clue what other services regulations hold within them - but my assumption is, they reflect each other in UCMJ here just as they reflect each other in every other aspect. It's US Code.... federal law. Just as I have reminded Congress often enough, no one is above the law..... (even if they are not obeying it - I HAVE too, or I am no different than they)

It appears these points within AR 27-10 were inserted somewhere in 1978 or thereabouts... (possibly earlier but I can't find them)
I went back as far as I could and discovered a legal discussion (Military Law Review) written in 1979 discussing the new term "extraordinary circumstances" which appears to be the key phrase and legal "switch" that will be used in the current 2011 version of the reg.

If you are a Veteran - but not a Retiree, you are probably safe from inclusion under this... certainly no more than any other US Citizen who speaks out against this government... but as a Retiree, the bottom line is; they can call you back to AD at any age and at any time for the purposes of Court Marshaling you under "extraordinary circumstances".

No one can dispute we currently have "extraordinary circumstances" in our Nation and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they will bend (or ignore whatever aspects of) the Law to whatever degree they feel necessary to silence anyone who speaks out against this government.

I will continue to write my elected - nothing in UCMJ can prevent that and I will continue my research to see if posting those letters violates UCMJ in any way - but I am only going to be reading from now on, not posting what I find. I will keep my own counsel. Please forgive me, I'm still here but I've been silenced.

Knowing this now, I ask you pray for all Retiree's... as after this particular warning in Echoes.... This could prove to be a very ominous warning of dire results to come - to all retirees.....

Trust me, I WILL be contacting my elected on this subject - along with Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.

Good morning Gentlemen;

With the recent revelations the Executive Branch of our government is spying on Americans - instead of jihadists and terrorists - I would like to pose a few questions for your consideration.

1. Why has no one in Congress forced this administration to revoke Department of Homeland Security (DHS) document IA-0257-09 (2009)? This document gives them their extra-legislative "authority" (sic) to declare Americans are the terrorists - instead of the real terrorists. How do you think Veterans feel about being called "terrorists" when many of these Veterans gave up quite a bit (some of them body parts) to fight for this Nation? I appreciate the Letter Congressman Smith wrote Janet Napolitano back in 2009 - but Gentlemen, this is not enough. This administration clearly ignores your letters!

2. In light of the recent revelations and claims the National Security Agency (NSA) and DHS were monitoring U.S. citizens phones, Internet and financial transactions - and in light of the massive computing power available within only one of these "Data Centers".... how is it that Congress has apparently accepted the excuse that all they are doing is logging records to and from? It is patently obvious to anyone with any knowledge of computers, that only one of these "data centers" has the capability of doing that particular alleged "job" - for the entire world - yet we have multiple "data centers" scattered over the U.S. with these abilities - one of them right here in San Antonio!

Is it not a bit more likely that they are, indeed, unconstitutionally spying on Americans e-mails, Internet, texts, telephone conversations and bank transactions? With multiple "data centers" and this kind of computing horsepower, they certainly have the ability to do so. I found an article written back on 10 June 2010 in the Tea Party Economist that stated there were 854,000 paid individuals spying on Americans. How many are there today?

3. We are in "sequestration", it began this year. Congress determined the amount would be an $86 Billion dollar cut. A report this morning found within the news online "Financial Times" - that the U.S. is spending $80 Billion annually on this intelligence gathering... Granted, not all of that would be going to these "data centers", but my assumption is a majority of it indeed is... There are indeed many programs this administration is spending taxpayer money on that fly in the face of Congressional rulings and decisions - yet the House has not pulled his plug to stop his frivolous squandering of taxpayer monies  and subsequent deepening of our National Debt. This administration seems bent on depleting our resources to the point where our Nation WILL default on loans - and our economy will fall in the toilet - providing President Obama his opportunity to declare martial law in a time of peace.

Do you really want to go there?

4. We have the Veterans Administration (VA) declaring certain Veterans are incapable of handling their own finances - all without due process of law or a Court involvement - removing their 2nd Amendment rights under the Constitution of the United States and "appointing" someone other than themselves or a family member to handle all of their finances.... We have a Democratic Senator who openly stated on-camera that all Military Veterans have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and should not be allowed to own a weapon. To date; approximately 160,000 Veterans Nation-wide have lost their 2nd Amendment rights by these VA actions and these Veterans are forced to fight this illegal and unconstitutional action in a Court of Law - because Congress has provided no assistance, has taken no action to put a stop to it. This should NOT be the way a Nation treats those who fought for it.

I cannot begin to express how disgraceful this is. Words evade me.

So, Gentlemen... we have Sequestration, we have the highest deficit in U.S. history, we have Executive Branch overreach that exceeds the limits of the Constitution of the United States, we have extra-legislative regulations that violate the Constitution (EPA, IRS, HHS), we have monstrous taxpayer expenditures not approved by Congress (State Department) and extra-legislative actions authored and executed on a daily basis by an administration gone wild with power (NSA, DOJ, CIA, DHS, VA).

I would like to know when you are going to convince your peers on the other side of the isle that they too - and their constituents, are at risk here.

And here is another thought for you to chew on and review; In all of these hearings and Investigations that continue in all of the existing known scandals, and the scandals that continue to be revealed... one thing stands apparent to every American.

No one is being held accountable.

What I mean by this:  every citizen knows that if they did any one of these crimes, "Perjury to Congress", "Contempt of Congress" as examples - they would find themselves behind bars for a long time. Yet we see on a daily basis, members of this administration lying to Congress, refusing to provide information Congress demands, delaying the production of information Congress demands... and no one is locked up. They are all walking around scot-free.

I submit Congress itself is destroying the system of checks and balances by not immediately holding them accountable - by locking them up when they refuse to answer or refuse to provide the information Congress demands.

I submit Congress is creating precedent that will be continually followed by every member of this administration who does not wish their agenda revealed to the public and Congress.

Gentlemen, I am not claiming yourselves are the ones doing this - please take no offense. However, I firmly believe you would discover if Congress started locking them up - they would start talking and you probably would not be able to shut them up. All of you certainly have friends on the other side of the isle... they are not necessarily bad just because they are Democrats. It might be a very good time to start trying to convince them this Executive Branch overreach directly pertains to them and their well-being, that following a political agenda simply because it originated in their party - might not be the smartest thing to do for long-term career goals.

It is already apparent to anyone who is listening to all of this that our Nation is in the midst of a coup. No, we do not wear tin-foil hats and yes, according to one member of Congress we are all "Whacko Birds".

So be it. If that is the description we carry, we will shoulder that (yet I reiterate we do not wear tin-foil hats). What we desire of our elected is action - not words, not letters. We want our Constitutional Republic government back, we want our freedom back. We want this administration removed in its entirety and our government restored. All of you have a place in that and yes, I voted for all three of you. I will do so again, but that might prove difficult if this agenda of President Obama's continues to play out to the obvious ending.

On January 11, 2010 Obama did the unthinkable in signing an illegal executive order, which amounts to the same Fascist style Hilter didbefore he killed millions of people, in creating the council ofgovernors, and is actually on WhiteHouse.Gov for those willing to risk having their computer probed by Northcom agents and hackers.

For those of you who don't realize what the Council of Governors are, it is a small group of politicians where the president talks with5 democrat governors and 5 republican governors. This is the beginningof what is, transferring more power from the states to the centralizedFederal Government, Executive Authority, and it is all under the guiseof security and protecting the homeland. It's also an attempt to ownour governors and take away the states since many states are standingup to Obama over the health care bill and other tyrannical actions.

Here is what The White House states for the Council of Governors:

The President today signed an Executive Order (attached) establishing a Council of Governors to strengthen further thepartnership between the Federal Government and State Governments toprotect our Nation against all types of hazards. When appointed, theCouncil will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guardof the various States; homeland defense; civil support; synchronizationand integration of State and Federal military activities in the UnitedStates; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to NationalGuard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.

The bipartisan Council will be composed of ten State Governors who will be selected by the President to serve two year terms. Inselecting the Governors to the Council, the White House will solicitinput from Governors and Governors’ associations. Once chosen, theCouncil will have no more than five members from the same party andrepresent the Nation as a whole.

Federal members of the Council include the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Assistant to the President forHomeland Security and Counterterrorism, the Assistant to the Presidentfor Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement, the AssistantSecretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ SecurityAffairs, the U.S. Northern Command Commander, the Commandant of theCoast Guard, and the Chief of the National Guard Bureau. The Secretaryof Defense will designate an Executive Director for the Council.

The Council of Governors will provide an invaluable Senior Administration forum for exchanging views with State and localofficials on strengthening our National resilience and the homelanddefense and civil support challenges facing our Nation today and in thefuture.

The formation of the Council of Governors was required by the Fiscal Year 2008 National Defense Authorization Act which stated, “ThePresident shall establish a bipartisan Council of Governors to advisethe Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and theWhite House Homeland Security Council on matters related to theNational Guard and civil support missions.” (NDAA FY2008, Sec 1822)

The Council of Governors is another executive order, another decree, to strip away even further more American Civil Freedoms and Libertiesand goes along with PDD51 which allows the Federal Government toinstigate martial law and won't even allow the congress to be given anyrights to read secret laws, orders, and decrees.

I believe the Council of Governors is Unconstitutional and against the Founding Fathers if this country because whether we have to worryabout terrorism or not, the very reason we have 3 branches ofgovernment, is because is separates the power and keeps anydictatorship from forming. Now the Executive branch wants to run theSupreme Court and the Legislative Branch. Also I believe to reservesome governors to work directly with the President is illegal,unconstitutional, and gives the president too much power having directcontrol over a certain amount of governors.
