Our legislators are neither stupid nor misguided. Our issue is recognizing deception, theft, and seditious destruction of free Constitutional government! It’s not why demonic people do what they do, we must stop it to protect our country! Cowering and compromising is criminal aiding and abetting!

Our demonic administration already has the money to build a wall to the moon plus an army that could seal the border with tanks, jets, battleships, drones, Gatling guns, and soldier’s in locked arms! Those forces are in the mid-east arming and training maniacal blood enemies who are mutually sworn to kill us when they get done killing each other! Here comes Corker, parking a train load of borrowed cash in Obama’s vault, to build what Obama refuses to build or deploy. If Obama, Holder, and Napolitano have been mocking and openly defying the Constitution and law since their day one in office, and no one in the legislature has stopped it or restrained the looting of the treasury… why would anyone believe in any of them, including Corker, Alexander, etc? Amnesty is all about swallowing their poison pill.

Is Amnesty about 30 million taxpayer subsidized alien invader progressive votes, or criminals skimming $51,820 out of an average$64,300 wage productivity by evading taxes and free wage competition with $6/hr cash worker wages and a “government subsidy” that can boost take home pay by $12,000/yr at taxpayer expense? It’s called collapsing the economy.

The Heritage & media $6 trillion lifetime Amnesty cost excludes citizens permanently displaced by taxpayer subsidized criminal aliens who take home $12,000 more per year than average working citizens ($12,480 cash + $36,982 subsidy = $49025 take home, vs. $37,096)! Current 46 year working lifetime amnesty cost is $69 to $189 trillion. Mortal enemies are winning!!! Corker, Alexander, and the rest of the “yes” amnesty voters are voting for the enemy not citizens!

Again, Dec, 2012 BLS $42,537 avg. wage @ 34.4/hrs, is $49,462 @ 40/hrs, and becomes $64,300 with employer tax, etc. added! Joblessness erases $37,096 citizen take home pay and $27,204 tax revenue ($64,300 worker productivity). Government’s $36,545 jobless subsidy increases totals to$100,846 per jobless citizen. (Their data, simple math)

However, our criminal government subsidizes (pays) criminal invaders $36,545 to take citizen jobs (to drive citizen wages down to compete with Chinese communist slaves!)! Therefore, jobless citizens displaced by criminal invaders cost $137,391 EACH! That's $1.5 trillion @ 11million to $4.1 trillion per year for 30 million - and $15 trillion to $41 trillion over 10 years – AND $69 trillion to$188.6 trillion over a 46 year working lifetime!

Good day I am writing this blog to let all know that I will be trying to remove my state represented from office if they do vote for the Immigration bill.

Let me till you why, My wife and I is adopting our Nice's from the Philippines,we are doing it because they lost there mother when they were young and my wife and I have been supporting them for a very long time.

We decide to go through a program under Immigration call the Hague program we started in 2012.Under this program we can bring both girls here after the adoption was complete. Upon completing are the requirement to summit part one the I800 we sent it into the Hague. As we were working on the final part I800A we was told that we need to get a (Letter of Placement Authority)from  ICAB(Inter country Adoption Board) from the Philippines with other documents.Upon writing to the ICAB we received a letter from them stating that under Philippines law they could not issue the document do to the girls age.The girls had to be under 15 at the time of the letter request, so under the law they could not issue one. Knowing that with out that letter we could not being them here under the Hague,but we know if we could not then are may be lost. The girls would not get a better ED,are abetter way of life.

So we desired to contact our state represents, to see if they could get that one letter waded, After each contact we was told from all that there was nothing that could be done. Know of them could get one small part of the requirement removed.We had to because of that drop the case with Immigration.

Now one of them is part of the gang of Eight and I know he will vote for the bill, I hope the others will not even throw one of them is now a state senate also.

I feel they only care about them self now and not who put them in office so it is time for them to go.If they was a way to start a recall on them I will be the very first one to sign it.

I will till are who will listen about this.If I could I would let Shaw Hannity know how I feel about Those who are trying to make those who break the law citizen and how I was doing it by the law and know one care

Thanks to our poor excuse for a president we have masses of liberals who are grossly uninformed. It doesnt help that liberal spin television helps to turn the masses into sheeple. Something I learned is that basic logic beffuddles the clueless liberals. Take for instance their cry that its all the rich fault. Some even suggest that the people will soon be coming for the rich. I tell them ok, lets take out the rich. Then I explain to them that because we took out the rich we also just eliminated all buisnesses. The rich are the ones who created the buisnesses and they ran them, without the rich the buisnesses soon fall. This will befuddle a liberal for they never thought of this. Then I will add that gasoline and electricity are also gone for without the buisnesses neither one can be produced. Now the liberal is really confused so I will casually mention that stores are gone also for the rich are the ones who made them. Where do you buy food and other items from? At this point the liberal is mad at you for showing them how much of a fool they are and its the oppertune time to ask them, "now what do we do?" and leave them with that.

If you take what a liberal says and break it down to its basic form and then explain to them in the simplist form the consenquences of there choices, like they was a little child, you can get through to them a lot better than arguing with them. Once you show them how ignorant they are they will get mad at you but its because you made them think and see how ignorant they are. Next thing you know they will be thinking twice before saying something ignorant again for no one likes to be seen as a fool. Then they will start to understand they are on the stupid side and will start to convert to a thinking person and you will have accomplished something good.

Dear Chairman Issa:

Last October the IRS Office of Procurement called and said that (3) high level IRS officials were reviewing the merits of my intellectual property.  In September of 2012, I submitted a “Proposal to Perform Earned Income Credit Compliance Audits on 6.5 Million 2012 Self-Employed”.  Lisa Mordhorst of the Office of Procurement assured me this would only happen if there was a high amount of interest by the IRS.  In the same month, the Whistleblower Office Director Whitlock closed a $2 billion fraud claim in just 8 days!   I believe both Directors Kearns and Whitlock committed honest services fraud.  Listed below is an overview of why they should be terminated:  

IRS Committed Fraud

Government employees have the fiduciary duty to the people they serve to provide them with the intangible right of honest service.  Director Kerns and Whitlock breached their duties.

Examples of Procurement committing honest services fraud:

• Lied about already having same software in place (See p. 3)
• Lied about lack of resources (See p. 3)
• Lied about “real time” testing not being innovative

The last one is laughable. During the 2013 tax season the IRS was only able to verify 3% of income information before issuing 50 million refund checks.  I proposed charging the IRS $3/tax return. This would have prevented the US Treasury from being defrauded a minimum of $1 billion.  Based on 6.5 million tax returns that represented a savings of $154/tax return and a return on investment of +5033%.  After being rejected by the Office of Procurement I sent an email to the IRS on December 28^th, 2012 and offered to WAIVE my $19.5 million processing fee.  The IRS told me that my email proposal could not be evaluated as submitted. Director Kearns was guilty of malfeasance by sitting back and allowing the US Treasury to be defrauded as much as $20 billion when a viable solution was available at a cost to the US Treasury of $0.

Examples of Whistleblower Office committing honest services fraud:

• Former Acting Commmissioner Steven T. Miller lied in his June 20th 2012 memorandum when he said debreifings of whistleblowers would be the rule and not the exception
• Director Whitlock failed to provide a response to a Congressional Inquiry submitted by Senator Kyl
• Director Whitlock responded 44 days late to a Congressional Inquiry submitted by Congressman Schweikert (See p. 4)
• Whistleblower Office refused to answer any questions regarding the status of my $1 billion whistleblower claim
• WO closed a $2 billion whistleblower claim in just 8  days    

IRS Sting Operation

I anticipated being defrauded by the IRS so I set up a sting operation of my own. Specifically, I submitted a sixth whistleblower claim in September of 2012.  Here is how I set a trap for the Whistleblower Office:

• Prepared amended tax returns for ex-wife claiming both children as dependents
• Informed IRS that ex-husband fraudulently claimed head-of-household.  Father needed to provide a home for his children for 183 days.  The actual total was less than 5 days
• IRS agreed and refunded ex-wife $8,337 within 60 days
• Received letter from IRS saying investigation could take several years
• IRS decided the Friday before Christmas to close my claim after only 44 days
• IRS lied about conducting an investigation
• IRS lied about the results of phantom investigation
• IRS lied about attempting to collect delinquent taxes from ex-husband

Congressman Issa, the world now knows that the Internal Revenue Service has morphed into a fraudulent governmental agency.  Congress needs to hold additional IRS hearings to determine whether IRS Directors Kearns and Whitlock committed honest services fraud by lying to the public?

       Protecting The United States of America.  Patriots of America, my brothers in arms, Veterans, Police, FBI, CIA, Sheriffs.  We are all American citizens who depend on the security of our nation to protect those we love and care about.  Each of you already know that our Federal Government has failed.  It has become an instrument more aligned with our enemies than our own people.  The future of America is now in the hands of those who would stand up and defend our Freedom, Rights, Laws and Constitution.  It is vividly clear that the sitting president and those around him have abandoned their responsibilities their Oath and their Loyalty to our people and our Constitution.  This government has abandoned our allies and embraced our enemies. It has desecrated our Constitution, broken numerous laws, and put in place policies which caused the deaths of American military personnel and citizens.  Any person with a basic education and developmental IQ would have known these policies were dangerous and harmful to our country and citizens.  This administration has tasked our law enforcement and some of our military with orders that are clearly against our laws and Constitution.  This administration is requiring that our law enforcement as well as military turn their attention, in a negative manner, on patriotic citizens who have never committed any offense whatsoever.  Many of those citizens have served this country their entire lives in the military, law enforcement or some other service position.   There is no longer any mistaking their intentions, if you are an FBI Special Agent, Police Officer, Military Commissioned Officer. Sheriff or CIA Field Officer you already know these things.  The hard questions must now be addressed, where do you stand?  It is a crime on the part of this government to even place us in a position to have to consider this.  Myself, I will stand on the side I took an Oath for, I will defend the United States Constitution as intended by our founding fathers.  Not one of us need the Supreme Court to explain what our Constitution says and means.  Our forefathers wrote it so that would not be necessary.  I know how late it really is, as do you.  I will risk my life, my fortune, and my sacred Honor to defend the Constitution, the American People, Freedom, Liberty and the American way of life, so help me God.  I call on those in the United States congress as well as all state legislators to at least read the Constitution and understand it is the law you took a sacred oath, under the watchful eyes of God, to defend and adhere to. Will you stand with those who are going to do the same?  God Bless and Keep The United States of America, may this be "our finest hour".  If you really care then you most likely read this to this point, I ask that you like this so other patriots know just how many they are.

I am a simple woman.  A DAUGHTER OF AMERICAN BLOOD, a wife, a mother, a sister, a friend, but most of all I am a PATRIOT.  I am also a Daughter of our Heavenly Father.  I KNOW that when my time to leave this earth comes, it's all good.  I have my reservations made & all is in order.

By "Social standards", my family falls close to the poverty level.  Hummm....that's funny because although we are a SINGLE income family,  we manage to own a home, a nice vehicle for work, we carry insurance on our vehicles & home, pay our taxes put food on the table & clothes on our backs W/OUT an EBT card & all of the other "freebies" from the government.  I am the CFO of the home.  I know exactly how much money is coming in to the home & how much is going out. I have a budget that I go by.  I make sure that when a certain bill comes due, say house payment, electric bill, car payment, etc THERE ARE FUNDS IN THE COFFERS to pay those bills.  We do NOT go out to eat except on a rare occasion to McDonalds or somewhere like that. There are needs that we do without, simply b/c the money is not available.  YET, for the most part, our family lacks NOTHING. 

I am not making this post to garner sympathy from anyone! NOR, am I bashing the 2 income families.  This is what makes AMERICA the greatest nation in the world!  We are afforded CHOICES! 

I have joined this group & I am making this post because if my family can live on what is considered a "poverty level" budget & still have all that we have, millions of people who have leeched from society all their lives can do the same. 

It's like a message that I read once, "If you want an I-phone, GET A JOB.  If you want a flat screen TV, an X-Box, or any other game console, GET A JOB. If you want alcohol & cigarettes, GET A JOB.

The list goes on & on.  We all understand the point that the author was making.  If you want all of the "goodies" that WORKING PEOPLE have, then GET A JOB.  Welfare was meant to be a 'TEMPORARY HAND UP, not a career choice/lifestyle". 

I am beyond fed up, I am bone weary tired of dragging SOCIAL LEECHES along in life.  I AM MAD AS HELL & I AM GOING TO DO MY PART TO TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY.  I'm not sure at what point the "ADULTS" fell asleep & allowed this TAKE OVER of America by a group of FREEDOM HATING SOCIALISTS, but there is no point in pointing fingers nor looking back.  It is what it is now & the future of AMERICA lies within our grasp. 

We have two choices, (1) STAND UP & FIGHT understanding the cost or (2) Continuing to say "I can't make a difference & letting the chips fall where they may".  Either way folks, the end result is going to be either we are "bloody, tattered & FREE" or we WILL become slaves of a corrupt government.  Slaves in ways which we have never seen before.

Which path you chose will help to determine AMERICA'S FUTURE DESTINY.  As for me, I want the AMERICA that our Founding Fathers FOUGHT, BLED & DIED FOR.  Also, it is not only the Founding Fathers, what about those who have signed on the dotted line saying "I WILL DIE FOR YOU, IF NECESSARY in order to preserve out FREEDOM".  It's beyond time to STEP UP TO THE PLATE & DO YOUR PART.......

The Constitution brought to light something I’ve never heard connected with the Constitution, something  I’d like to pass on at this crucial time.

 I was banned from Tea Party Patriots.  The director was receiving lots of complaints.  Just yesterday, on the Institute for Noetic Sciences discussion forum, since no one was discussing what I was discussing, I was asked to leave.  The director of the forum was receiving lots of complaints. As a matter of fact, I've not been received well here. Your director has warned me. That's why I've been posting my thoughts in the Noetic Sciences discussion forum  I'm a rock in the stream. People don't like that.

Peter Russell is a Noetic Sciences stalwart.  On the back cover of Russell’s From Science to God, “is the story of Peter Russell’s lifelong exploration into the nature of consciousness….We have only to put the pieces together and explore the new picture of reality that emerges. The result is a universe in which science and spirit no longer conflict.” On the front cover of From Science to God is an image of Multnomah Falls.  

Coincidentally, on the first date with my wife, Karen, on May 18, 1980, we hiked the trail to Multnomah Falls, on the day that nearby Mt. St. Helens erupted. The eruption was one of many signs in my life.  The legendary Phoenix, after a life of five or six centuries, immolates itself on a pyre and from the ashes rises to live another period of years.  The Phoenix legend is seen as an emblem of immortality or of reborn hope; a person or thing that has been restored after suffering a calamity or of annihilation.  Beautiful Crater Lake was the scene of an eruption forty times as great as the Mt. St. Helens eruption. And so it was that after studying my Constitution and acting, the calamity my life had become became beautiful—because I acted.

When I met my wife, I had the feeling that I was meeting someone I’d known.  On our first date, on the trail to Multnomah Falls, while sitting on a log chatting, Karen blurted out, “I want ours to be a platonic relationship.”  At that very moment, we observed the sky in the northwest turn black.  Fifteen years later, Karen handed me one of those computer generated compatibility reports. In it, I read, “The Platonic thing was there from the start, and there is a sense of the brotherly and sisterly between you.”

Under “The Great Awakening,” Chapter 9 in From Science to God, Christopher Fry’s quote:

In Genesis 1:26, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,”  as I see it, our image the highest level of conscious awareness in the universe, would it not be?  Why would that be off-topic in a new age discussion forum?

In Genesis 3:22, “And the Lord God said, Behold the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil.” No other life form on our planet knows good and evil.  It seems that our archetype is the highest form of conscious awareness in the universe.

In a post in Noetic Sciences, I read that the worst thing we can do is to connect parapsychology with astrology.  Peter Russell gives us an excellent history of astrology in his book.  An astrologer told me the first thing he noted in my chart was that I’m psychic; that I can envision the future.  

In Luke 21, the return of the Lord in glory, Jesus: “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations," was that simply a figure of speech? That is for you to decide. 

Astrology says that we are entering the Age of Aquarius and a time when we become our brother’s keeper.  I’m Aquarius rising. I’m not a Christian. I’m not even religious. I believe we can live together in peace.  I believe Jesus is my savior and redeemer.  It all connects with my Constitution.   Yes, I know, it is a far reach.  We don’t know reality.  Science has now replaced the supernatural with the logical, but carried away with the things science has created, we don't know whether we are afoot or horseback.

In Luke 21:36, Jesus admonishes us. “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”  Yes, it is a hard sell.  Everyone thinks I’m nuts, but my dreams have come true.  I don’t think we can all say that.

• Increase the penalty to at least 1 year in prison for committing fraud while going through the work authorization process

I’m a nobody—just a name, a male with ideas.  My ideas alone?  I don’t think so. I imagine voices of the past influencing my actions. I got the notion from the U.S. Constitution.  I planned to use my Constitution for my purpose—to take the IRS to court.  You see, I read it for a practical purpose. 

Everyone I knew thought I’d lost my mind.   The IRS called me a “Fifth Amendment freak.”  (Now the IRS is taking the Fifth to keep from incriminating itself.)  I used the Fifth Amendment to force due process of law.  So, who is the freak?

The Constitution gives me the right to be me.  Believing this in 1975, I legally attacked the IRS.  The IRS lawyers, nearly all Democrats, defended the IRS’s supposed right to make me pay dearly for claiming the right to be me. They want no part of that. What would Democrats do without the authority to rob Peter to pay Paul?   The Tea Party’s stand for the taxpayers is fair game for Democrats.  The Tea Party is for those who would push grandma over the cliff.  Democrats are for seeing to it that the meek and poor get their “rights.”

Thus, in 1986, after going to the Tax Court and getting a favorable ruling, the IRS ignored the court’s order.  The IRS obstructed justice.  I took my obstruction of justice case to three U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, all to no avail. To Quote the Court of Appeals, Goodwin, Sneed and Reinhart, Circuit Judges:

“Despite the fact that the amount of taxes owed by the taxpayer may well be less than the amount the United States must spend to collect that amount, this is a case in which the excess should be expended to validate once more the legitimacy of the federal income tax.”

To America’s judiciary, understand, I don’t exist.  The favorable ruling for me in Tax Court  didn’t exist.  The IRS obstruction of justice didn’t exist.  

I took the court record to The Palm Beach Post.  An investigation was made—with my court record as evidence.  The IRS admitted that it had been wrong  for eleven years—on  the front page of The Palm Beach Post.  The IRS apologized, stating that it meant no harm.  It was a “mistake.”   This is what they are claiming now. 

Why don’t the American people know that the IRS makes mistakes that leave taxpayers on the street?  What would half of the American people do if they were not government entitled?  So some of us have to live on the street. So what!  You have to look at what is  good for all.  The individual is no consideration.

In 2013, the Tea Party is being singled out by the IRS.  How much good do you think going to Washington in protest will do?  The Supreme Court holds that property is a means to a worthy end.  Hitler had the same idea when he murdered  six million Jews.  

For whatever it is worth to you people, my singular experience gave me an identity. Miraculously, when everything should have gone wrong for me, according to the makers and keepers of America’s law, everything started going right. My dream came true.  Instead of looking to Washington for my answers, I looked within.  I give voices of the past credit.

I think we have a huge problem that we're not addressing:

I can make this really short: We're so caught up in all the issues that we're going to lose the votes needed to win much or the important one's.  I just sense we desperately need to tie our issues in with growing our numbers and it's this latter part that I sense weakness the most.

We desperately need people(s) in every precinct. These people need to be getting to know the voters.  They need to be passing out solid issues (that I hope we could gather from those informed in the Tea Party Command Center) with our name on it and where and when we meet locally.  We can't wait for election time, if we wait, it's to late.  It needs to happen now.  This is the first phase.

The second phase is that once we again raise our numbers, the combined precincts of your local Tea Party could actually combine together and fund space in your local newspaper(s).  This space could reflect to this site where the news not reported could be found or referred to other truth reporting sites.

But the first phase is vital important.  We concentrate to much on scandal after scandal and no one listens who are outside.  I sense our numbers are down from a few years back and we can get those and more people back.  We're talking over talking about scandals and forgetting to organize, walk the precincts, recruit, recruit, recruit and report.

I get emails wanting money for this 'issue' and that 'issue' but we're not taking the issues to grow.  People are frustrated and they're waiting for us to tap them personally.  I wish we were organized down to each and ever precinct and growing each and ever precinct, understand?

Phase I: organized down to the precinct, recruit, inform, recruit and inform and grow.

Phase II: Then fund space in your local newspaper (once every two weeks, whatever works money wise).

Needed: Solid issues wrote up from this organization to use in contacting houses now, w/ newspapers later.  Almost everyone reads their newspaper but they won't daily come here, understand?

Has the ABILITY to listen in on phone calls.

The slick old General replied…. We do not have that AUTHORITY

How’s that for “bending” an answer ?

Former Rep. Ron Paul isn’t buying that NSA surveillance of private American  citizens is necessary or has prevented as many terrorism plots as officials  claim it has, as was unveiled by hearings today.

“I don’t really believe that because I think they fudged the figures. Of  those 50 plots that they stopped, I think 40 were minor plots overseas, for all  we know. So they stretched the point. And even these hearings today were a bit  of a sham…because they had already decided what the results would be,” Paul said  on Fox News on Tuesday. “They have to try to justify their existence of  destroying the freedom of and the privacy of the American citizens, otherwise  they’re out of work.”

The Texas Republican was referencing the House Intelligence  Committee hearing Tuesday where National Security Agency Director Keith  Alexander said communication surveillance programs have thwarted more than 50 “potential terrorist events”. Paul also wasn’t amused by the NSA trying to pass  the intrusions off as an attempt to save Americans and the American way of  life.

“It’s sort of like the old story about you have to burn the village to save  the village. They want to burn the Constitution to save the Constitution,” he  said. “And even today, [James] Cole, the Deputy Attorney General says, the  Fourth Amendment doesn’t apply to this. Where did he get this brilliance to know  when it applies and when it doesn’t?”

“If we can go to war and do all these other things and throw the constitution  out the window so casually, you better be sure if you give them an inch, they’re  going to take a mile and paint themselves as heroes,” Paul added. “The one thing  they don’t do is ever ask the motivation for people wanting to kill us. If we  don’t ask that question we can’t stop these problems by just taking more liberties away from the American people. We’re going in the opposite way. We’ve taken away the constitution, we’re supposed to be fighting to save the constitution. It’s completely turned on its head.”
