“Last month, Frontpagemag.com courageously and despite all the media hype was one of the first to publish our detailed findings from Arabic sources which demonstrated that it was the Syrian Islamist rebels and not the Syrian regime who used chemical weapons.

While our findings went against the tide and few believed them, the major media trumpeted the sounds of war claiming that it was the Syrian regime that used chemical weapons against innocent civilians. Now, our conclusions have been confirmed; Reuters has shed doubt on the common belief and just reported that:

“U.N. human rights investigators have gathered testimony from casualties of Syria’s civil war and medical staff indicating that rebel forces have used the nerve agent sarin, one of the lead investigators said on Sunday.”

The report was based on former war crimes prosecutor Carla Del Ponte who told Swiss TV that a UN commission has indications Syrian rebel forces used nerve agent sarin as a weapon.

Yet when Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel read a letter sent by the White House to Congress, hestated that the Syrian regime likely used chemical weapons. Such unconfirmed allegations were also passed to President Obama who described the situation as a “red line” and a “game changer” — only to later temper his statement down by stating: “We don’t have a chain of custody that establishes what exactly happened.”

John McCain and Lindsay Graham also jumped to judgment calling for U.S. intervention and the granting of weapons to the jihadists. In a recent joint statement, the two Republican senators Mike Rogers and John McCain expressed huge concerns regarding the Syrian regime using chemical weapons, which today is becoming more doubtful.

But instead of listening to rational thinking, meanwhile, the White House expressed its doubts over Del Ponte’s revelations, saying it was “highly skeptical” that Syrian rebel forces had used sarin.

“We find it highly likely that any chemical weapon use that has taken place in Syria was done by the Assad regime. And that remains our position,” White House spokesperson Jay Carney told reporters.

Yet such a claim is void of any evidence; how could the United States make such strong allegations, especially since weapons inspectors will only determine whether banned chemical agents were used only if they are able to access sites and take soil, blood, urine or tissue samples and examine them in certified laboratories? This is indeed the question poised by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), which works with the United Nations on inspections.

That type of evidence, needed to show definitively if banned chemicals were found, has not been presented by governments and intelligence agencies accusing Syria of using chemical weapons against insurgents. “This is the only basis on which the OPCW would provide a formal assessment of whether chemical weapons have been used,” said Michael Luhan, a spokesman for the Hague-based OPCW.

While the White House takes a position accusing the Assad regime of lobbing chemical weapons, it fails to answer the obvious: one assault happened in the town of Khan al-Assal, a predominately Shiite town. The Syrian revolution is a Sunni movement, and one of its main goals is to remove the Shiite Assad regime. The town has also been a common victim of attacks by Al-Qaeda, a Sunni organization. This is an indication that Sunnis, and not the government — which is Shiite — conducted the attack.

Moreover, neither the rebels nor the government deny that amongst the victims were military personal. In fact, it is said that out of the 26 dead 16 were Syrian soldiers.

According to Middle East expert Walid Phares, if Assad ever escaped from the rebels and hid in the northwestern part of Syria, where most of the Alawites live, and his enemies came to attack there, he would use chemical weapons “to defend his own community,” not kill them.

Furthermore, a medic at the local civilian hospital said that he personally saw soldiers attending to the wounded at the scene of the attack which is now confirmed by Del Ponte.

Another factor that deserves attention is that the device used for the attack was not advanced; both American and independent weapons analysts confirm this. If the Assad regime had such incursion, then it would have utilized something of a more sophisticated arsenal.

Also, if the government was behind this, the attack would have killed more than just 26 people, since Syria is said to own the largest chemical arsenal in the region.

And what about the arsenals captured by the rebels? We have showed the use of Scud missiles never seen on western media as well as major missile cache obtained by rebel forces.

The growing evidence suggests that it is the Syrian rebels who are guilty of using chemical weapons against civilians. The Obama administration would do well to stand back before it punishes the wrong party and, by so doing, continues its lethal habit of making matters worse rather than better — and  strengthening and emboldening our deadliest enemies in the Middle East.”

“The title of Commander-in-Chief has always been reserved for the President of the United States.  This dates back to our first president George Washington who was the Commander in Chief of the Revolutionary Army that gained America’s Independence.

However, it seems that the title is now being passed on to the person controlling the current president.

Billionaire George Soros has been controlling President Obama much like a puppeteer controls his marionette by pulling the right strings to make him do what he wants.  Among all of his business ventures, Soros has a financial connection to the recently developed oil industry in Uganda which is estimated to be sitting on 2-6 billion barrels of crude oil.

Revenue Watch Institute, an organization that is funded by Soros, was instrumental in developing Uganda’s oil guidelines in 2008.  RWI provided the grant funding for Africa Institute for Energy Governance which in turn was used to create Publish What You Pay Coalition of Uganda.  PWYP’s principle task has been to help establish Uganda’s oil policies and to streamline them to help make it more transparent and promote accountability.

However, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has pretty much taken control of the country’s oil industry and has consequently disregarded the guidelines that Soros and company established

Soros also owns an outfit known as Open Society Institute.  OSI is one of the three non-government entities that financially support Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect.  GCRP is a military policy that is being used by some to urge Obama to take action in Uganda.  OSI has a number of offices in Uganda.

Purely a coincidence I’m sure, but some of the authors and advisors for Responsibility to Protect are associated with Soros and serve on boards of other organizations with him.  One of those is the National Security Council special adviser on human rights to President Obama, Samantha Powers.

Ugandan Youth Action Fund is run by Soros’ Open Society Institute.  Its purpose is to “identify, inspire, and support small groups of dedicated young people who can mobilize and influence large numbers of their peers to promote open society ideals.”

Another Soros owned organization; the International Crisis Group issued a report in 2010 to Obama and key lawmakers.  The ICC report states, “To the U.S. government: Deploy a team to the theatre of operations to run an intelligence platform that centralizes all operational information from the Ugandan and other armies, as well as the U.N. and civilian networks, and provides analysis to the Ugandans to better target military operations.”

Upon the urgings of master puppeteer George Soros, President Obama has sent an initial force of about 100 military advisors to Uganda.  Supposedly, their purpose is to advise the country’s officials to capture or eliminate the rebel leader Joseph Kony.  Kony heads the rebel force that calls themselves the Lord’s Resistance Army.  He has been charged with human rights violations and is on the US list of terrorists.

So what is the real reason US military advisors are being sent to Uganda?  Is it for the interest of the US or for our national security or is it to help protect Soros’ financial investments?  This also brings up the question about who is the real Commander-in-Chief, President Obama or George Soros?”

The WW II Memorial was OPEN and unattended prior to the shutdown deadline at midnight.

Now, WHO decided that employees to fence off the Memorial were Critical ( the opposite of non-essential) and issued the order to barricade the Memorial? Was it Boehner?, Cruz?.... WHO... WHO has that authority?

I saw the ...unattended... barricades and thought.....wouldn't it be wonderful if citizens decided to pitch in and help out. They could volunteer to open the barricades for our Honored Veterans.

This morning I read that obama sent in more guards… you know… the ones who were furloughed because the "Republicans" shut down the Gov’t.

For Obama to continue to say that he would veto any bills that might make it to his desk that fund part of the government, and not all of what he wants, is just ridiculous. Obama, Reid, and the rest of the Dems are making it especially painful for Americans during this partial shutdown. Obama has gone out of his way to shutdown OPEN AIR monuments and attractions, not to mention privately funded areas so he can continue to try and lay blame on Republicans.

As I have said and continue to say, all Obama knows how to do is blame, deflect, and campaign. Nothing is or ever will be Obama’s fault, even though the buck stops with him. He has spent so much time circumventing the Republican controlled Congress, he has not learned to try and work with them. Even when he was Senator Obama, he never built a working relationship with Republican lawmakers.

Now that Obama has no way around the Congress, and he has to work with, and deal with them, he is doing all he can to try and make them submit and break their will. This Congress was re-elected to NOT allow Obama a super-majority again. This Congress was re-elected on the promise of what they are doing, replace, defund, and repeal ObamaCare.

Obama stands at the top of his mountain screaming that he will not negotiate. Then he sits before a camera and says he will work with anyone. So which is it? What do we all believe? If you say two things on opposite ends of the spectrum, how do we know what you mean? Obama in a videotaped interview with CNBC actually encouraged the stock market to fail so it would further his rhetoric and blame of Republicans.

When has a sitting president ever hoped for the financial markets to fail, dip or rebel so that Obama can use it to punish and blame Republicans? Never! This is unheard of! Obama in the same interview made statements that he has kept his rhetoric to a minimum, that he has bent over backwards to work with Republicans. I nearly hurt myself when I heard that. It took me a while to recover from the choking and laughter at the unbelievable nature of that statement.

Obama has made 19 changes to ObamaCare on his own, which is unconstitutional. He is president now, no longer a lawmaker. He either helps make the bills, or he signs the bills. He cannot do both, that is the separation of the legislative branch and the executive branch. This is where dictator and tyrannical leader Obama gets lost and forgets he is not a king.

That is why Obama keeps wishing that the Congress would just rubberstamp whatever he wants, which is NOT what they are there for. The Republican Congress is there to represent us, the people, and the American people. The people that seeing through this limited shutdown how departments like the EPA is functioning just fine with 10% of its workforce. So the remaining 90% is pork, which is savings we could all have.

This would continue with other departments when we look into it. We are all finding out now. This is a silver lining byproduct of the shutdown, at least how I am viewing it. Take the 90% savings from just the EPA and apply that to the monuments and national parks. Those are national treasures, our heritage, and history.

Gentlemen,

For some of you, I am a constituent, for others, an information source or worse case, a pain in the rear... please forgive me if you feel I fall into the latter category as I am not a politician and I am certainly not "politically correct".

I write today on the topic of our current Federal Government shutdown.

I re-read Supreme Justice Roberts decision on the Affordable Care Act this morning - and I re-read the Constitution of the United States. I determined there is something I believe you may have missed in the chaos and misdirection found today on the Hill.

In a nutshell;

1. Supreme Justice Roberts ruled that the Affordable care Act is in fact a tax. Congress has within its power to impose a tax in this Nation.

2. The Constitution of the United States, Article I, section 8, paragraph 1 states: "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;"

Therefore, The Supreme Court rules that the Affordable Care Act is Constitutional, but a tax. The Constitution states that any tax (excises) imposed by Congress MUST be "uniform throughout the United States;"

President Obama has, by Executive Legislative Fiat, excluded the entire Federal Government from the Affordable Care Act.

This appears to be unconstitutional as the Affordable care act no longer meets the requirements of Article I, section 8, paragraph 1 - the federal Government has now been exempted from this "tax".

Gentlemen, this entire Federal Government shutdown appears to be unconstitutional!

The argument from Senator Reid is that if the funding for the Affordable Care Act is not within the budget approved from the House - it will be rejected.

From the White House; President Obama has clearly stated he will veto any budget if it does not include funding the Affordable Care Act.

Dozens of polls have been run by credible organizations Nation-wide over the past few months, all asking the American Public if they wanted or did not want the Affordable Care Act...

The lowest poll results I found was 68% against the Affordable Care Act and the highest poll results I found was 92% against the Affordable care Act. This tells me - and should tell any elected listening to their constituents  - the American Public does not want the Affordable Care Act!

Gentlemen - it appears the American Public has voiced their opinions against this "law" and wants no part of it. The House did the right thing and voted to de-fund the Affordable Care Act then provided their budget to the Senate, who rejected it....

Yet, President Obama exempted all Federal Employees from the Affordable Care Act - and therein lies the Constitutional issue... the Affordable Care Act no longer meets the requirements of Article I, section 8, paragraph 1. Moreover - Senator Reid wants no part of the Affordable Care Act upon himself or his friends. He knows for a fact it is NOT "affordable".

I ask that all of you join together, ask your peers to join together - and hand carry if necessary this argument to the Supreme Court for a ruling. If Supreme Justice Roberts agrees to clear the decks and hear this - this may be a method to restore our government budget constitutionally and get our Government back in the game.

As a sidebar, it de-funds the Affordable Care Act and places those supporting funding it on notice the People of this Nation are tired of the unconstitutional actions of those we elected to office and will no longer tolerate these abuses.

     I can get overstimulated in certain environments. I maybe hypersensitive 

     to sound and loud noises may hurt my ears.  Fluorescent lights are 

     distracting for me. Thea have a humming noise and can pulsate.  All the 

     noises in a room can blur together. Please make accommodations to         

     help me.

I AM SAYING GO BUY THE BOOK IF YOU NEED HELP IN THIS ARENA. THE PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR GOOD ADVICE I PAID MORE FOR VERY POOR ADVICE 17 YEARS AGO THAT WAS SO FAR OFF.  I WAS TOLD TO PUT MY SON IN AN INSTITUTION. HE IS DOING GREAT NOW.

Commandments

1. Of course I have yelled.  I am human.  I try not and will try even harder.   Like the Ten Commandments, it is hard for anyone to be perfect.  The point I am taking away from this is if you are doing it all the time and never make an effort there needs to be huge changes.  I try very hard and still have to watch very hard.  It is not an easy task.  I hope this book does for you what I wish I had known.  Maybe then my learned behavior wouldn’t be like kicking smoking.
2. Guilty.  Still do this some. Yet, did a lot when he was a child.  I think most parents do this out of concern and love instead of malice. Again, younger parents and teachers take the advice and wisdom.
3. I always believed in my son.  Careful though with all those extra therapies.  My son Tanner asked, “Mom how stupid do you think I am?”  He thought I pictured him as dumb and needed to fix him.  I told him that I had problems when I was younger and I didn’t get help.  I told him I was trying to give him something I didn’t get to help me with the stress and strain.  Perceptions and Deceptions a slight tongue imbalance but oh how the emotions roll off so different!.

2. Guilty again.  I defer a little here.  I say these kids need to be held to a same high standard.  One has to get to know these kids well while working with to figure out when they are playing you and not.  I know I have seen my son play reading on 4th grade level and finally nailed him this summer on 11th grade using a MicroSoft 2010 Grade Reading Readability Calculator.  He still tried to wiggle out but now I have him in a regular History Class.  The school provided a one on one aide without me throwing a fit.  The schools have always been great when it comes to my son.  Maybe a couple of minor things but the schools rule for me.
