I think our elected representitives should live in govt. housing or projects close enough to the capital so they can bus to work or drive their own car that they pay the gas and insurance for. No more limos, no more jet planes unless they pay for it out of their own pocket.They should all have the same small amount of money to campaign with, contributions from big business and special interest groups breed corruption. they should not be allowed to give themselves raises in pay. And they should have to abide by the same laws and have the same health care they force on the American citizen. Their job is to uphold the constitution and guard our freedoms and they have no business in the private sector.

With many Americans seized by anxiety about the
political parties have suddenly found a new villain to
run against:China.
and Carly Fiorina in California to the House contests in
rural New York, Democrats and Republicans are blaming
one another for allowing the export of jobs to its
economic rival.
In the past week or so, at least 29 candidates have unveiled
advertisements suggesting that their opponents have been
too sympathetic to China and, as a result, Americans
have suffered.
“China is a really easy scapegoat,” said Erika Franklin
Fowler, a political science professor at Wesleyan
University who is director of the Wesleyan Media
Project, which tracks political advertising.
Polls show that not only are Americans increasingly
worried that the United States will have a lesser role
in the years ahead; they are more and more convinced
that China will dominate. In a Pew poll conducted in
April, 41 percent of Americans said China was the
world’s leading economic power, slightly more than
those who named the United States.
The attacks are occurring as trade tensions continue
and the United States is pressuring the Chinese
government to allow its currency to rise in value, a
central topic under discussion at the International
Monetary Fund meeting in Washington this weekend.
The ads are so vivid and pervasive that some worry they
will increase hostility toward the Chinese and complicate
the already fraught relationship between the two countries.
Robert A. Kapp, a former president of the US-China
Business Council, said that even though tensions had
flared in the past, he had never seen China used as
such an obvious punching bag for American politicians.
“To bring one country into the crosshairs in so many
districts, at such a late stage of the campaign, represents
something new and a calculated gamble,” he said. “I find
it deplorable. I find it demeaning.”
Not all of the ads are solely about China; a few mention
India or Mexico. A recent ad from Mrs. Boxer accuses
Ms. Fiorina, a former chief executive at Hewlett-Packard
of outsourcing thousands of jobs to Shanghai instead of
San Jose, Bangalore instead of Burbank,” and of “proudly
stamping her products ‘Made in China.’ ”
It is no accident that Democrats, in particular, have been
eying China as a line of attack. This spring, national
Democrats, including the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi
, began to encourage candidates to highlight the issue
after reviewing internal polling that suggested voters
strongly favored eliminating tax breaks for companies
that do business in China. The party first began emphasizing
the issue in a special election for a Pennsylvania House
seat in May, said Representative Chris Van Hollen of
Maryland, chairman of the Democratic Congressional
Campaign Committee.
Never mind that there is hardly any consensus as to what
exactly constitutes outsourcing and how many of the new
overseas jobs would have stayed in American hands. The
Democrats cite studies this year from the Economic Policy
Institute a liberal research organization, that assert three
million jobs have been outsourced to China since 2001
because of the growing trade imbalance.
But Republicans, backed by some academics,
say the number is much smaller. Indeed, Scott Kennedy,
director of the Research Center for Chinese Politics
and Business at Indiana University, said that most
of the jobs China had added in manufacturing through
foreign investment had come from Taiwan, Hong Kong
and South Korea,not from the United States. Still, some
Republicans clearly see the issue as potent,
and they are counter attacking with ads stating
that the Obama administration’s stimulus package
helped to create $2 billion in wind turbine technology
jobs in China, a claim the Treasury Department and
the American Wind Energy Association say is dubious.
Representative John A. Boehner, the House minority
leader, in a speech Friday in Ohio, blamed President
Obama and Ms. Pelosi for a “stimulus that shipped
jobs overseas to China instead of creating jobs
here at home.”
Evan B. Tracey, president of the Campaign Media
Analysis Group, which tracks political advertising,
said that “China has sort of become a straw-man
villain in this election” in a way that elicits
comparisons to the sentiments toward Japan in the
1980s over car manufacturing and Mexico in the
1990s over the North American Free Trade Agreement.
While China’s growth has slowed a bit recently, its
economy is still projected to surge by about 10
percent this year, continuing a remarkable three-
decade streak of double-digit expansion.
“In a lot of ways it’s a code word: ‘Let’s be mad at
China because then the voters will connect the dots
and say our manufacturing plants have been shut
down because of China, and all the unfair labor
practices, and throw on the fact that we’re basically
selling all our debt to China,’//” Mr. Tracey said.
Even as the ads play up Americans’ unease with the
threat posed by modern China, they often employ
outdated and almost cliché depictions.
In a new spot for Representative Joe Sestak, who is
running for the Senate in Pennsylvania, a gong clangs
as a narrator says of his Republican rival, Pat Toomey:
“He’s fighting for jobs — in China.”
An ad for Ryan Frazier, a Republican running for Congress
in western Colorado, shows Forbidden City-style doors
opening to reveal China on a world map, as the voiceover
criticizes the Democratic incumbent Ed Perlmutter, for
supporting cap and-trade legislation, which some
Coloradans believe will drive more manufacturing jobs
overseas.
Consultants from both parties are monitoring polling and
voter reaction to gauge the effectiveness of the ads and
to determine how long to continue showing them. Based
on the back-and- forth between candidates on the
campaign trail, the issue does not appear to be going
away anytime soon.
At a Senate debate in Connecticut on Monday night between
the Democrat Richard Blumenthal and the Republican Linda
E. McMahon, Mr. Blumenthal repeatedly tried to raise concerns
about the business practices of World Wrestling Entertainment
, the company in which Ms. McMahon served as chief executive.
A tense moment occurred when Mr. Blumenthal asked: Why
does Ms. McMahon’s company manufacture its popular action
figure toys in China, rather than here at home? She said it was
not her decision, but that of the toy company, and moved on.

HANOI, Vietnam — The United States willback up small Asian nations
who feel bullied by China and will insist on diplomatic solutions to territorial
disputes among China and Pacific neighbors, U.S. officials said.
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates is in Vietnam to reassure jittery
Southeast Asian nations that the United States won't cede its longtime
role as the pre-eminent military power in the Pacific as Chinese naval
ambitions expand.
The United States is concerned that newly heated disputes over Pacific
island chains little known to most Americans could hurt access to one
of the world's busiest commercial sea lanes. Smaller nations complain
that China may try to seize the areas outright or assume de facto control
with naval patrols.
Gates was seeing a Chinese general Monday, and both were attending
an Asian security ministers' meeting Tuesday. Gates will meet separately
with delegates from some of the small nations that want U.S. support to
counter the growth of China as a regional power.
Pentagon officials traveling with Gates said he will make the same
argument about U.S. interests in the Pacific and the limits of Chinese
dominion that has infuriated China before.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity ahead of sensitive discussions
among Southeast Asian defense chiefs.
President Barack Obama and Southeast Asian leaders recently reiterated
support for a peaceful resolution of the disputes, which some fear could set
off Asia's next conflict.
The United States is trying to persuade China that it would be better off
with smoother, more regular contacts between the two militaries. Their
relationship has been fitful and mostly superficial for years, in contrast
to closer economic and political cooperation.
China broke off military ties altogether early this year in protest of proposed
U.S. arms sales to China's rival Taiwan worth more than $6 billion. China
disinvited Gates for an expected visit to China, and a Chinese general
confronted him about Taiwan during another security meeting in June.
The chill has begun to thaw. China has agreed to restart some lower-level
military discussions this month, and senior Chinese leaders have indicated
they want broader engagement.
"This is something we believe we both need. It is to both our benefits to have
this kind of ongoing dialogue," Pentagon press secretary Geoff Morrell told
reporters traveling with Gates.
Peaceful international resolution of the island disputes is a major theme of
the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations security ministers'
gathering here.
Beijing was furious after U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton
told another ASEAN forum in July that the peaceful resolution of disputes
over the island groups was in the American national interest.
Beijing said Washington was interfering in an Asian regional issue.
The disputed territories include the Spratlys, claimed in whole or in part by
Malaysia, the Philippines, Brunei and Vietnam — plus China and Taiwan.
Also contested are Scarborough Shoal, claimed by the Philippines and
China, and the Paracel Islands, disputed by China and Vietnam.
Although largely uninhabited, the areas are believed to sit atop vast
reserves of oil and natural gas. They straddle busy sea lanes and are
rich fishing grounds.
The conflicting claims have occasionally erupted into armed confrontation.
Chinese forces seized the western Paracel Islands from Vietnam in 1974
and sank three Vietnamese naval vessels in a 1988 sea battle.
China's claim of control over of ocean far from off its coastline is also a
point of friction with the U.S. naval ships have played high-stakes chicken
with Chinese boats in waters the U.S. considers international.

The attitude of hypocrites is it alive today? Who do we wish to hear our
prayers when we pray? If we pray for men to hear the words that we say, our only reward will be
is that men have heard us pray. I pray that we repent from this in our churches today, for the
ears of God are the only ones that need to hear us pray.
FREE TO KNOW.
Knowledge, when unhindered, flows freely. The reins of hindrance lead to
ignorance. Unlatch hindrance for freedom's swift reins, and by the hand of liberty knowledge
spreads in abundance.

The room fills with conversation, the multitude mingles, Voices from
every angle echo in my ears, as though they were walls closing in, the voices blend until they
become one voice garbled and confusing; so I block out the noise and confusion from my mind, it

FOOLING MYSELF.
It looks so easy to get a grip on, but that is an illusion to hide its potent,

nothing. Control me, how can it control me? So all of my wondering led me to taste it, that bitter flavor craved by many, and I wondered why. I pulverized the crystalline shape and breathed its particles; It tingles and I feel it, it feels good I get numb ;I feel the surge, the sensation, its a rush, like standing up too fast, but then as soon as I love it, its gone. Self-respect takes a back seat to a rock. Is this the one that hooked me? was I wrong? I did another just to see, only to find that that to was part of its seductive trap; the answer was Yes! I'm such a fooling eve and gullible.

it changes your course with every word you utter,
but on them mighty sailing ships you'll find there is a captain
who turns the wheel that moves the rudder and keeps his course
maintained
And like the ship and its captain the tongue has the brain
higher than it is the Lord,and God is at the top of the chain.

In the silence of my mind there is a calm and
lingering presence, unnoticed for the most part
lost or muffled by our noisy unsettled lives

emanate from a core of learned beliefs. And every
human being, without exception, has developed an
ego whose view of life is intimately intertwined with
this core of learned beliefs.
To fully appreciate the influence of our ego in our
lives, we need to understand how it functions.
The ego is best understood as a kind of "child king"
as one who wields great power, but who as yet
lacks the wisdom and maturity to make
decisions that are consistently in the best interest
of those whom it governs: our own selves.

Not everyone "hears" angelic voices as an
audible sound. Many people receive divine
messages through nonverbal means such
as visions, feelings, or a knowingness.
Hearing the voice of an angel is called
"clairaudience," which means "clear hearing.
" Their voice may sound like your own or it may
sound different. The voice can emanate from
within your body, within your mind, or sound
as if it's outside your head. When an angel
warned me that my car was about to be stolen,
his voice sounded as if he were talking through
a paper towel tube, just outside my right ear.
An hour later, when I found myself in the middle
of a car-jacking, the same angel guided my life-saving
actions by speaking to me through an inner voice.
While receiving the angel messages in my book,
"Angel Therapy," I heard the words both inside
and outside my mind.
You might hear a faint voice and wonder what it
said. In such cases, go ahead and ask your angels
to repeat their message. Say to them, "A little louder,
please." The angels appreciate your feedback,
as they want to deliver clear and understandable
guidance.
Angelic voices are consistently loving and supportive
, even when they warn us of impending dangers or
wrong turns. As a psychotherapist, I was trained to
believe that hearing voices was a sign of insanity.
Yet, the voice of the ego is the only source of
"insanity." Ego voice messages are always destructive
, abusive, and impulsive. For example, the ego may
try to convince you that you'll fail. The ego also
changes its mind constantly, so it will tell you to
do one thing Monday, another thing Tuesday,
and a completely different thing Wednesday.
If you listen to the voice of the ego, your life will be chaotic and fear-filled.
You are doing a great job, guys and gals. But there are serious issues that need discussing. The American people are about to jump off a cliff. Without question, government spending is out of control. America’s economy is the weakest since the Great Depression. It is not improving. From all appearances, the Republicans will win control. Not to cheer, though, we’re in a repeating performance.
We the people were not created with hive mentality. We are fully capable of taking care of ourselves. We’ve been brainwashed.
The American people are the earth’s most generous, the most prosperous. As such, we’ve become victim of political opportunists whose ends have been to build power bases that leave them with the same control Europe’s aristocracy had, and the very reason America declared her independence.
Now that we know the cause, what is the cure for addicted America? We are already at the point we know we cannot continue like this. Since anything we do to affect a cure is going to cause pain and suffering to the least of us, the politicians we elect are certain, as they always have done before, to let those with the most sacrifice. Remember Bush Senior? “No new taxes.” The undeniable fact is that for the politician’s future it is best to put the burden of their spending excesses on future generations. The politician’s answer is what got us here in the first place. Their answer kills the goose that laid golden eggs.
Forget about who has and who has not. So we owe the money to ourselves. During the Great Depression, while the little people lost everything they had, those who had prospered even more. The same is taking place right now. Remember that there is no free lunch. You are simply building a bill that you or your kids are going to have to pay—and to those who have. If we want a cure, who has what should be none of our concern. That’s political talk aimed at confusing you.
Think only about how to put the individual back in control of his life. Think about the hated income tax and the Nazi IRS, the fact that politicians have engineered this bear trap to help the richest of the rich, the source of their power and control, and to penalize the entry-level worker. The politician you think is thinking about the meek and the poor is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The withholding tax should be eliminated. Social Security should be phased out. Medical needs should be paid for by the individual, all of which is to bring back the free enterprise system, the system that is responsible for America’s greatness.
A tax on spending is the way to go, with basic necessities exempted. If the rich want to live like kings, great. That produces jobs. If the rich want to invest, great. That produces jobs. Get over the idea that the rich are taking from the poor. That’s crazy thinking. And get over the idea that the politicians you elect are looking for a cure. They are not. They are looking for pain killers. The last thing they want is a cure.
Money goes where money flows. By shrinking the size of government, we reduce the amount of lobbying. By placing limits on the amount of time politicians can remain in office, instead of spending 90 percent of their time begging for campaign contributions, in order to keep their place in the sun, while we the people suffer, they can spend their time doing the people’s business.
None of these thoughts are new. The cure has been there all along. Don’t expect the politicians you voted for to affect a cure. They will not without your help.
Frankly, we the people have let things slip until we’ve got a hard choice. They’ve divided us with the idea of conquering us. You either take the side of the abused worker or the side of the rich and powerful. We’ve been successfully snookered. We either lose all of our freedoms and become government slaves, the aim of politicians of both parties, or take matters into our own hands. We tell them what to do, or they are out of office.

Yet No One Wants to Hear It
Those of you who've heard a little bit of mythology have almost surely run into Cassandra. She was the daughter of King Priam of Troy and sister of Hector and Paris. Supposedly she slept overnight in the Temple of Apollo and the snakes therein licked her ears so clean she could "hear the future." Because her clairvoyance might quite likely interfere with destiny, Apollo cursed her with being unbelieved. For example, she foresaw the defeat of Troy, her brother Hector's body being brought back within Troy's Walls and who warned of the danger's of the Trojan Horse . . . but, of course, no one would believe her ever, about anything. Ouch!!!
Rajjpuut is beginning to know exactly how that unlucky lady felt. In November of 2003, James Stack of investech.com started running a chart that he would continue to run for an unheard of length of time -- almost five full years. The gist of the chart (Housing Industry Bubble) was that not only were housing prices artificially high, but that mortgage industry stocks and virtually all stocks associated housing in any way (construction, home improvement, etc.) were in a huge bubble (1400% of their 1995 values) which was sure to collapse AND that something called the "sub-prime lending crisis" as well as derivative investments based upon that crisis were threatening to undermine the very foundation of our nation's economy. The story involved covers over 44 years and is NOT, like Cassandra's tales from the future . . . but rather from the past and all easily verifiable, yet like Cassandra . . . Rajjpuut finds no audience that listens . . . .
In seeking to understand that situation, Rajjpuut uncovered all these truths, even more than Glenn Beck has shown within this chronology (though Beck's overall understanding of the nature of "progressivism" far outstrips Rajjpuut's) and he began writing about them to anyone and everyone roughly six years ago. It's all true, all verifiable and it amounts to tying together two of the greatest acts of treason in America's history with each other and the two most corrupt presidents in our history, our two ACORN presidents, with each other and with the "Founding Destroyers" of our country, Saul Alinsky and his two greatest disciples: Richard Cloward and Frances Piven . . . .
It’s well known and documentable that . . . the American housing loan industry was the finest in the world before progressive legislators got involved. Our sparkling 64% private ownership of homes was the envy of the planet. Sub-prime lending (that is lending to people who probably can’t afford their mortgage and will default on their loan unless they win the lottery) was unheard of. Banks that failed just failed in those days and the government only stepped in on those rare occasions when something went very wrong in order to protect the depositors. Only 1 in every 404 home loans was made at less than 3% down payment in 1975, almost always to distinguished veteran officers from our military who were going to college and working part time. More than any other single person, Bill Clinton changed all that.It’s NOT well-known that Bill Clinton was the first ACORN president, but he was. ACORN (originally “Arkansas Community Organizations for Reform Now”) was the brainchild of Wade Rathke created in Arkansas in 1977 to take advantage of Jimmy Carter’s Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (CRA ’77). Much later when ACORN proved itself successful in Arkansas it was expanded across the whole nation, the “A” in ACORN stopped meaning “Arkansas” and came to mean “Association of.” Bill Clinton obviously was a political comer (elected Arkansas lieutenant governor in 1976 at the age of 30), but his politicking was made much easier with the backing of ACORN over the next 18 years. ACORN helped Clinton win the governor’s mansion in Arkansas 12 of the next 14 years as well as two terms as president of the United States. It happened this way . . . .
Wade Rathke, was a George Wiley lieutenant sent to establish a National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO) branch in the state of Arkansas. NWRO had been created by Wiley and Richard Cloward and Frances Piven in NYC to test out the Cloward-Piven Strategy (published in a 1966 article in The Nation magazine, The Weight of the Poor: a Strategy to End Poverty) and they planned to sufficiently overload the nation’s welfare system so that Congress would have to create a GNI (guaranteed national income) Law and abolish American poverty on the spot.
It didn’t work, but using Alinsky tactics (Saul Alinsky was a self-described “neo-Marxist” community organizer who had authored Reveille for Radicals and later Rules for Radicals) but by putting 8.2 million presumably unqualified new recipients on the welfare rolls, they did bankrupt New York City and almost bankrupt New York State. The federal government stepped in to bail out NYC in 1975. Despite their failure to get GNI and abolish poverty, Wiley, Piven and Cloward bragged publicly and in writing about their ‘great accomplishment.’ They told their eager followers that voter registration and housing were the next areas to test. Not surprisingly, ACORN today is known for voter registration fraud and exploiting and abusing the nation’s housing legislation . . . .
So Wade Rathke (who would later create the nation’s and the world’s largest union SEIU) created ACORN in Arkansas to carry out voter registration and housing “activities” of a highly questionable nature. ACORN during Clinton’s first run for governor in Arkansas registered roughly 24,000 persons to vote and then threw away all the paper work for would-be Republican registrants. Clinton won, of course. They were less successful in getting CRA ’77 housing loans. But thanks to their efforts (mostly in Arkansas), the percentage of home loans made at 3% down payment or less around the nation more than doubled from 0.24% in 1975 to 0.51% in 1985 . . . but it was a “drop in the bucket.” From 1977 to 1993 only about $100 Billion in CRA ’77 loans were even issued to questionable borrowers. This was nothing like bankrupting NYC . . . .
However, because of success in registering Democrats, ACORN was successfully expanding across the nation and was sufficiently strong to put William Jefferson Clinton into the Oval Office in November, 1992. Things changed overnight for ACORN and for CRA ’77. The process had not been very active or very successful during the ‘70s or ‘80s, because banks only had to demonstrate to CRA regulators a “reaching out to the inner city.” As a result, only about 100 billion dollars was loaned to questionable borrowers. In the two great ACORN concern areas, Clinton did ACORN proud. He created the motor voter act (“a 12-lane highway leading to voter fraud” according to critics) in 1993 and brought in Richard Cloward and Frances Piven to stand directly behind him during the White House signing ceremonies. Clinton moved next on housing . . . first by Presidential edict in 1993. He put teeth into CRA regs by using the regulatory process itself to more or less make law, skipping Congress altogether. From now on inner city dwellers were to become preferred home loan recipients, mortgage traditions and their poverty be damned. Clinton went outside the CRA regs and also ordered HUD to set quotas for "Affirmative Action Lending" through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. A new pressure fell upon the banking industry to make loans that banks would otherwise have rejected as “financially absurd.”
Subprime lending was virtually unknown before the multiple changes made by Clinton. The system was no longer recognizable as “free market.” Then it snowballed with more regulatory change and then two expansions of CRA law in 1995, the Clinton administration forced banks to loan more than a trillion dollars in high risk loans accepting as “income” items like welfare checks, unemployment checks, seasonal income, occasional part time work and other questionable sources of “qualified income.” By the end of 1995, 14% of all home loans were conducted with less than 3% down payments, many of them with no down payment at all.
With ACORN in the streets embarrassing and badgering and shaking down lenders (Barack Obama, an ACORN lawyer in Chicago, was reportedly one of the best at not only securing loans and future loan promises but also at getting large ACORN donations from the lenders he was shaking down!) and with officious federal regulators promoting and pushing and applauding bad loans not only with “the stick” of CRA and HUD but also using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as “carrots” due to their nature as implicitly guaranteed by the federal government. Millions of loans were made, often at breakneck pace in the normally snail-action world of mortgages.
In 1998, Clinton’s steroid-expansion of CRA law was passed. It was a nightmare. Now “food stamps” were regarded as income. Now ACORN found that they didn’t need high-powered extorters like Barack Obama, anyone with an eighth grade education could secure a loan for an ACORN client . . . and they found that it was now just as easy to get a poor person into a $450,000 home as it had been to buy a $120,000 home ten years earlier.

This caused an artificial feeling of financial prosperity for everyone and trillions of dollars were going into bad investments including derivatives based upon these horrific loans. Now, 90% of these laws are still on the books while the tax payer must pay for millions of past risky loans and are forced to bail out the irresponsible banks, insurance companies, automobile companies and Wall Street. Until we totally remove the government’s power to coerce, bribe, reward and bail out irrational and unfree decisions in the UNFREE MARKET, more of the same is always possible. The free market was working fine, so fine it took thirty years of deliberate abuse for the unfree market to bring America to its knees. Too much government? Yep! Blame it mostly on William Jefferson Clinton.
You did remember that the system originally wasn’t broken, right? You did remember that the progressives set out to manufacture a crisis a la Cloward-Piven Strategy and Alinsky Tactics that would “overload the system?” You have heard Barack Obama talking about somebody else driving the car in the ditch and now wanting the keys back, haven’t you? Are you going to ignore the evidence and head back to your sitcom? How about thinking this over . . . ?

Well, there is more violence on the border with the U.S. and Mexico this time its on lake Falcon, never heard of it till now.Evidently this lake is another crossing point for drugs and, more than likely, illegals.
I don't understand why we cannot secure our borders.I have a cell phone and with it I can google any part of the world and zoom in on roads and even houses.If I can do that how hard would it be to patrol the border with satelites?-I don't get it!, can somebody please explain this to me!

of American nationalism. But it has also been the object of
fierce contention, as political factions have struggled over its
meaning and importance. The modern tea party movement is
only the latest in a long series of claimants to the mantle of

1. The Tea Party was not a protest against high taxes.
The Boston Tea Party was certainly a tax protest, but it was
not a protest against high taxes. In fact, it was sparked by a
tax cut, not a tax hike. The Tea Party was part of a longer
protest against British taxation of theNorth American colonies.
The conflict had its roots in the French and Indian War
(known as the Seven Years' War in Europe). Having run up a
huge debt fighting the war -- and defending the colonies from
external threat -- the British thought the colonists should help
pay it back. But the colonists had other ideas, and they resisted
British attempts to collect new taxes. In 1765 they objected to the
Stamp Act, insisting that Britain could levy taxes only to regulate
trade, not raise revenue.
London capitulated. The next year Parliament took another
run at the colonial purse, imposing the Townshend duties on
a variety of goods imported into the colonies, including paper,
paint, lead, glass, and tea. Once again the colonists organized
boycotts and protests, and once again Britain backed down.
But rather than repeal all the Townshend duties, Parliament
chose to retain the tax on tea, chiefly to underscore
the government's right to impose such a levy. For a while the
colonists seemed content to ignore that imperial assertion.
But in 1773 Parliament passed the Tea Act, which left the
Townshend duty on tea intact, but repealed another tax on
tea imported to Great
Britain for subsequent reshipment to the colonies. This
amounted to a tax cut on colonial tea, promising lower
prices for colonial consumers. Bostonians responded by
dumping their cheap imported tea into Boston Harbor.

not a protest against high taxes. In fact, it was sparked by a
tax cut, not a tax hike. The Tea Party was part of a longer
protest against British taxation of theNorth American colonies.
The conflict had its roots in the French and Indian War
(known as the Seven Years' War in Europe). Having run up a
huge debt fighting the war -- and defending the colonies from
external threat -- the British thought the colonists should help
pay it back. But the colonists had other ideas, and they resisted
British attempts to collect new taxes. In 1765 they objected to the
Stamp Act, insisting that Britain could levy taxes only to regulate
trade, not raise revenue.
London capitulated. The next year Parliament took another
run at the colonial purse, imposing the Townshend duties on
a variety of goods imported into the colonies, including paper,
paint, lead, glass, and tea. Once again the colonists organized
boycotts and protests, and once again Britain backed down.
But rather than repeal all the Townshend duties, Parliament
chose to retain the tax on tea, chiefly to underscore
the government's right to impose such a levy. For a while the
colonists seemed content to ignore that imperial assertion.
But in 1773 Parliament passed the Tea Act, which left the
Townshend duty on tea intact, but repealed another tax on
tea imported to Great
Britain for subsequent reshipment to the colonies. This
amounted to a tax cut on colonial tea, promising lower
prices for colonial consumers. Bostonians responded by
dumping their cheap imported tea into Boston Harbor.

Conclusion
Since its rediscovery, the Tea Party has been a political football of sorts.
It has been invoked by tradition-minded conservatives, as well as
reform-minded radicals. Most recently, of course, it's been embraced by
reform-minded conservatives -- an oxymoron of sorts, but real enough
just the same. All of these claims are legitimate. After all, almost
every historical event has a protean quality, its meaning malleable
enough to serve the interests of almost any political faction.
But even as we bend the past to our contemporary agenda, it's
important to stay honest. Over the centuries, the Tea Party has been
many things to many people. But it was still something specific to the
people who lived through it. And don't you forget it.

Congrats, Tea Party members. You are aware, but you are not aware of this. President Obama is a reflection of me in 1975. My 25 year business career was on the rocks and my wife was divorcing me. At age 49, I was a failure. All my effort left me at square one. Actually, my failure in life was my fault, but no way could I have been convinced. I blamed it all on rotten government.
Understand that none of this is Obama’s fault, as he sees it. He will not bend, I can tell you. He is right and there is no two ways about it. He goes about the world apologizing for America. Obama has the power to cause suffering and death to get his way. Compare me with an ant’s power. But by God’s will, I was given a new life, new liberty, and happiness. All I have is the ability to influence people.
My bad feelings caused me to study the Constitution, and the legal procedure for taking the IRS to court. In studying the Constitution, I got the feeling that the writers were speaking to me, personally. I had a bigger than life calling. Obama studied the Constitution at Harvard Law School. Obama’s thinking process was influenced by Harvard doctrine. He speaks in his autobiography of being influenced by Marxist professors.
When I didn’t know what my future held, I had a bigger than life calling, from studying the Constitution. The American people today face a similar situation. The future is uncertain. This could be the end of America as we know her.
In 1975, I decided to go to sea, where I could be totally removed from all distractions, where I could look within for answers. I purchased a 37 foot sailboat and set sail on the South Atlantic. Let me first say that I never found satisfying answers in my Presbyterian religion. I don’t call myself a Christian. At sea, a couple of miracles occurred that convinced me of the power within me, which I attribute to God having a plan for me. One doesn’t have to have a religion to have God. In fact, a religion’s God is another religion’s Great Satin. It’s a cause for war.
I was in a violent storm. I had the feeling that God’s hand was on my wheel. Years later I read about John Newton, a terrible man, who joined the British navy. He was so bad the navy left him in Africa. Newton became captain of a slave ship. With Newton at the helm, his ship encountered a violent storm. During the storm, Newton found God and became a minister of the Gospel. Newton wrote Amazing Grace. “Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me.” The same goes for me.
After I left the sea, entering the same world I left, without any external influence, with a new and far different outlook, my life improved until today I can say if life could be any better, I don’t know how. There is too much in my life, now that I’ve the time to think back, to say my present good life is coincidental. Chance favors the prepared mind. Obama’s mind was muddled at Harvard. With all the power he has, he has succumbed to evil. He will go down in history as the worst president America has ever had.
God surely does have a plan for each of us. I learned this on my own. I’ve come to believe Jesus is my personal redeemer, simply in the fact that everything Jesus said was aimed at me, for my personal benefit.
God works in strange ways. Once I removed myself from all distractions, placing myself in an environment that could become life-threatening in minutes, without being consciously aware of it, Jesus’ truth started changing me; it was in me all the time.
“In earth as it is in heaven,” words in the Lord’s Prayer, has me here as Aquarius rising. Looking back on my life, I say there have been signs telling us of our future. We are at the threshold of a quantum leap. and elsewhere. Watch out Afghans don't

This new contract comes exactly one
day after a commission investigating war
zone contracts blasted the State Dept. for
awarding another 120 million dollar
contract to Xe for guarding U.S.
consulates under construction in Afghanistan.
The firm has been facing lawsuits and
possible prosecution since 2007. Apparently
Blackwater is for sale.
Maybe General McChrystal will buy out
owner of Xe services to keep himself busy.
