It is no secret that progressives want to control our government for fame and (corrupt) fortune for themselves and their supporters (Soros, Unions, etc.) These same progressives are soon going to achieve control by having >50% of voters not paying any taxes (more people in the wagon than pulling the wagon, as they say). In these economic hard times – they say they want to create jobs. But, the unemployed become their voters as they join others in the wagon awaiting their handouts. So what do these progressives do? They increase government spending in order to slow the economy and put more people out of work to gain more votes. And when they have made their fortunes driving the economy to ruin, they will blame capitalism for failing.

On July 11, 2011, I learned that the UN, the US, the EU, and Russia were meeting to decide Israel’s fate, without Israel’s participation.  Israel’s President Netanyahu says it isn’t going to happen.  It was time to write the book I’ve been thinking about writing.

After Moses, Israel’s leader, Joshua told his following: “Until the Lord have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also hath possessed the land which the Lord giveth: then you shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the Lord’s servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising” (Joshua 1:15). The land of your possession has been the question for thousands of years.   

The prophet Habakkuk, toward the end of the Old Testament, lamented, “O Lord, how long shall I cry and thou wilt not hear! Even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save!”

Jesus said, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are raving wolves” (Mt. 7:15). Jesus said: “But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!” (Mt. 23:13).  We are individually in possession of our souls, with the potential of communication with nature’s God and “Higher Law.”  

I’m 36 years ahead of the time. In the spring of 1975, ten years into my second marriage, I departed my old life.  Although I was unaware of it, I departed on Good Friday, the day Christians commemorate as the day Christ was crucified.  I drove down the private road leading to our home and stopped on the county road fronting our 15 acre spread for a last look at my failure, in 49 years, to bring myself happiness. Feeling only excitement for a new life, I drove away from my past and never looked back, arriving in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday for the first day of my new life.

From a life of abundance, now  with only my 10 year-old Cougar, what I took with me in personal things, and $350 in cash,  what I did not know was that the IRS told my wife to not sign the joint return I’d filled out. I left the form filled out, with my signature. My wife was to have signed it, and paid the tax we owed.  My wife followed IRS instructions. She was to file a separate return, pay half of the tax we owed, and send the joint return in without her signature. It would be treated as my separate return. Instead of treating the joint return as a separate return and charging me half of the tax, the IRS treated the said return as a joint return and charged me the full tax, plus penalty and interest.

I’d sold stock that was mine before we married. My wife was to have mailed me the check when it came.  Instead, she forged my name on the check and cashed it.  

On the Monday after Easter Sunday I found a job working in a boatyard.  I rented an efficiency apartment and paid $200 up front, with the promise that in a few days I would pay the balance of rent and deposits.  I didn’t know that $350 cash was it. I was not going to receive the check in payment for the stock I sold. Pay day was two weeks away.

I had been the owner/operator of an independent lumber wholesale business.  I bought from independent lumber mills and sold to retailers.  The purpose for my wholesale lumber business was not only to search lumber mills for my customers’ needs, but to finance them. I borrowed large sums of money.  My place in the market was eliminated, (1) by President Nixon’s price controls; (2) by double digit inflation and high interest rates. It was government  manipulation for the benefit of government and everyone else’s detriment.

I was forced to sell 15 acres of my land.  Double digit inflation caused my land to sell for double what I paid for it.  Although I made no profit in my business and no profit on the sale of my land, the government claimed I made a profit and charged me capital gains tax. While this pauper entrepreneur faced being put on the street, not so rich government entitled received cost of living increases.  

The IRS is always right, unless we taxpayers can prove them wrong in a government biased court.  In 1975, I studied constitutional law in the county law library and felt that voices of the past were personally speaking to me.  I had a bigger than life calling. I sublimated my anger.

The IRS had called me a “Fifth Amendment freak.” They told me they knew how to deal with me.  The IRS had sent me a tax assessment for the full 1975 tax. I had filed with the IRS a carry back loss form for prior year business loss. The IRS offered, illegally, to send my refund only if I would drop my petition to the Tax Court and pay their erroneous assessment out of my refund money.  Because I refused, the IRS froze my refund.  Your government expediently allows the IRS to do such things.  At my tax court trial three years later, no questions asked, the IRS amended their erroneous assessment.  The tax court informed me that it was not authorized to get into constitutional questions.      

At the time of my departure, with unemployment high—down the street from my Miami apartment there was a mile long food stamp line—in that I was self-employed, I was not eligible for the government entitlement the United States grants the unemployed, for no particular reason.  

It took three phone calls to Miami boat yards to land a job. The pay was barely over the minimum pay government allows, but twenty percent of my meager wages was withheld for Uncle Sam, without reason.

The press publishes screwball “tax protester” cases the IRS hands them.  Because the IRS was playing games with this “tax protesting” pauper, my take-home pay did not leave me with enough of my sweat to pay my rent. I was locked out of my apartment.

My landlord had not gone through the proper legal procedure.  I called the police. Within an hour, I had the new key, but that’s not the point.  I was out of sight, out of mind—and on the street.  The tax court is not authorized to question this kind of IRS behavior.  It is legal. Hitler was legal.  Do you want Nazi Germany’s fate for America? 

My divorce lawyer in Texas called to inform me that my wife had been successful in getting the divorce court to repudiate our property settlement agreement on the ground that I threatened to beat her if she refused to sign it. In our property settlement agreement, I was to have received 10 acres of unimproved land. My wife was to have received five acres of land, our home, furniture, fixtures, out buildings, all other improvements, a two-year old Pontiac, farm equipment, and live stock. 

In America, the land of the brave and the free, I was soon to be a street person, with the free press backing the greatest fraud of all times. I returned to Texas, arriving with $35 to my name. The divorce court awarded me living expenses out of my wife’s pocket.  My lawyer agreed to represent me with no advance payment.

While I waited for the trial, I met an astrologer who created my astrological chart.  My astrologer spoke of a “part of fortune” in my chart, which he read to mean that people, who do things behind my back to harm me, although I wouldn’t likely know it, were the reason that things went right for me.

At the divorce trial, the court followed the Texas Homestead Law.  Since I owned the land prior to the marriage, the land and all improvements went to me. My wife was given the furniture, the Pontiac, what was left in the bank, and ordered off my property within 30 days.

The custody of our son went to my wife.  Since I was unemployed, my payments were not much.  I was out of business when my wife wanted a divorce.  My five-year-old son was an innocent victim.  My son’s welfare was the only reason I agreed to allow my wife the lion’s share of our property.  

Only out of concern for my son, I offered to go back to the original property settlement agreement.  My wife would have to refinance the property and pay me the market price for my 10 acres. She had no choice.

I looked up “Part of Fortune” in Google. This from the Internet: “a three-dimensional Sensitive Point in the horoscope, not a planet, but a place where we can find happiness, experience gain, and feel fortunate.”  The place is what is scientifically known as a hologram. From a hologram projector, you get a two dimensional picture that looks 3-D.  Scientific examination of a hologram shows that when you cut a hologram in half you get two complete pictures. Cut it in half again and you get four complete pictures. What if the universe were a hologram—wherever you are, you get a complete picture?  Zoom in on it and you see the microcosmic, the aspects of matter.    So is my personal story, so is the story of the world, so is the story of universe.  Mysteriously, this I reveal was my “part of fortune.”  Everything my astrologer told me about the future came true.

The Law

The form of law in practice—Nazi law—put me out of business. My bigger than life calling, when I studied the Constitution, gave me a higher purpose in life.  The orthodoxy categorizes for the sake of expedience.  We are learning that our reality is nothing at all like we’ve been misdirected to believe. 

I’m a secular humanist, defined as anyone with a set of beliefs that promote human values without specific allusion to religious doctrines. Nothing in the universe is supernatural. All has a natural explanation.  You cannot logically separate religion, the law, and science, but logic be damned.  While The Constitution implied that we are all equal, for expedience’s sake, black skin meant that humans were the same as mules and cows. They had no rights.  Today, the government entitled have rights that exceed those of producers.  It is bankrupting America morally, spiritually, and fiscally. 

Jungian psychology says we inherit patterns of thought through the collective will of those who came before us, whose archetype we are. There is a distinction in the collective will of those of the here and now. Christian President Obama calls the here and now “collective salvation.”  Jesus referred us to our “Father,” everyone’s God. Why should civil law differ from God’s law?  No other life form thinks like humans.   Giving ourselves credit for being of intelligent design—evolved from ape, most likely, but above ape in consciousness, blessed with reason, logic, ethics, and morals—of a higher order and of “Higher Law”—when you pray, “use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.  But be ye not like them for your Father knoweth what things you have need of, before ye ask him” (Mt. 6:7,8). 

Hind sight is 20/20. All the talk is about how to keep the system in place—and how to divide and conquer those who are foolish enough to walk into the trap, I should know.   My will was God’s will. My wife had no choice and eventually the IRS hung itself with its own rope.

Jesus said, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Mt. 6:33).  “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof” (Mt. 6:34). “Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye” (Mt. 7:5).  Welcome to the Age of Aquarius. Look within for who you are and harmonize with nature’s God, the Higher Law, and the Constitution.

Defaults, Terrorists and Reality

Of recent, we have heard much, of the Federal Governments’ certain default if we didn’t raise the debt ceiling, yet many fiscally conservative Congressmen made compelling arguments against doing so or at least not doing so without commensurate and immediate cuts in spending, which after all, nearly everyone admits is beyond our ability to pay for.  Their reward for questioning the long-term viability and fiscal prudence of the debt ceiling deal was to be labeled “terrorists” as were the Tea Party members who supported them.

Out of this supposed crisis the President gets what he wants, authorization to spend another $2.4 Trillion and avoid debt ceiling debate till after the 2012 elections; the Republicans in Congress come out of it with no new taxes at least for the short term, and the people get to pay for the continued spending because the proposed offsetting spending cuts are mostly illusionary.

So why, all of the “theater”?  What is the truth?  Now that the $2.4 Trillion deal is passed do we still have reason for concern or are we out of the woods?  I would like to present some facts and let you judge for yourselves.

The GDP (Gross Domestic Product or economic output) of the United States is approximately $14.8 Trillion, while the U.S. debt is approximately $14.3 Trillion and soon to rise to $16.7 Trillion.  To put these numbers in context, the GDP of the entire world including the U.S. is $63.1 Trillion.  Our debt will very soon exceed 25% of world GDP.  But looming on the horizon, and what sends shivers down the spine of the world financial market, is our un-funded liabilities.  Benefits that we owe to retirees and others that are as yet un-filed for and uncollected, and because there are no trust funds or they have been for the most part robbed, remain un-funded.  The most conservative estimates place this liability at about $65 Trillion, where others place it as high as $105 Trillion.  These debts are in addition to the current national debt!

Imagine one country whose debt liabilities exceed global GDP, who is borrowing 41 cents of every dollar it spends, whose currency is the reserve currency of the world and through the Federal Reserve owns nearly half of its own debt!  Scary is not the word for it!

Many think that China owns most of our debt, but in reality their GDP is only about $6.1 Trillion and they hold just over $1.1 Trillion of U.S. debt, about 7% of the total and they have been reducing their stake.  What they have a large stake in are the manufactured goods that we consume as we only manufacture about 10% of them ourselves.

Some think that raising taxes is the answer, but we could raise everyone’s income taxes by 50 % and would still have nearly a $1 Trillion annual deficit at current spending levels.  A very real burden on all taxpayers is not a lack of taxes collected from the rich, but the governments choosing to exempt over 50% of the workers from paying federal taxes and indeed share your tax dollars with approximately 40% of the population with income tax credits, food stamps, medic-aide, housing assistance and other forms of redistribution by a government whose spending practices have outstripped the taxpayers ability to pay and still support a thriving economy as evidenced by the protracted downturn and continued high unemployment levels.

High unemployment and underemployment have along with the general economic down turn resulted in a revenue shortfall compared to 2008, of over $400 Billion annually.  The uncertainty about whether spending will go down, or taxes will go, up has exacerbated the problem and slowed the recovery.  One thing is for sure, raising taxes now will slow hiring, economic growth and the revenue growth that would have followed.

Clearly we have a spending problem and need to rein it in.  What is not so clear is why Speaker John Boehner did not address immediate and substantial cuts in the debt ceiling deal, but opted for “pie in the sky” future cuts that he knows, full well, we cannot force on a future Congress.  So in other words the very clear mandate of November 2010 has been ignored and rather than cut spending this Congress has chosen to continue spending to the tune of an additional $3.3 plus Trillion to be added to the debt.  From January 2011 to January 2013, the 112^th Congress will have added nearly as much to the National Debt as the infamous 111^th Congress!  What mandate?!

The fight with Congress and the Administration, will now be to not increase taxes and give the economy a chance to recover.  But worry, from the rating agencies hinted downgrades, and the battle to avoid that, will put pressure on the Congress to either raise taxes or make additional spending cuts.  So once more the taxpayer is caught between a rock and a hard place because the Congress does not have the courage to make the necessary cuts to bring financial stability, balance the budget and lower or eradicate the debt.  Indeed the Congress has established a “super committee” to take up the task of determining what further cuts to make over the next decade, further abdicating their responsibility to a select few and making doubtful that the cuts to offset the new round of spending will ever truly be made.

The world financial markets have reason to be concerned when the world’s largest economy, one that is inextricably wound through their markets as the reserve currency, exhibits such irresponsibility and resorts to name calling and deception.

Some are advocating that doom and collapse are right around the corner.  I would hope to think that our leaders had a better handle on the economy and that the doom was not true, but after the continuing financial crisis of the past 3 years, I am left with little faith.  Just as with an overburdened family budget, we must cut the spending to match our income or risk having the debt service force us into an, ever worsening, downward spiral toward financial ruin.

Common sense dictates that there must be immediate cuts to spending in the $400 Billion or more range, cuts that include all departments even Defense and incentives employed concurrently to jumpstart employment in order to begin substantially increasing revenues.  The object is to be bold, to jump out of the ditch and point the economy toward prosperity once more, not to simply tread water and await our fate as this new deal offers. 

There is now reason for additional concern for the separation of powers and future of liberty as the Congress has once more, in the Budget Control Act of 2011, vested additional powers to the President, by relinquishing their constitutional power and duty to determine the need and time to spend our money and vesting it with the President. 

It would seem, once more, the Congress has not failed to disappoint the people it is supposed to be serving!

Come November 2012, the Tea Party should not disappoint those who have failed us!!

“Patience is a virtue that Americans practice perhaps better than any other civilization on earth. However, when our own Attorney General is at the forefront of a criminal scheme so unbelievable that you would only expect to see it in a B-level mobster movie, the time for patience is over. Now is the time for all Americans to demand Eric Holder’s immediate resignation, firing, or impeachment.

Recall that two years ago, Attorney General Holder embarked on an anti-gun PR blitz that blamed the Second Amendment and law-abiding gun owners for violent drug crime and murder in Mexico.

According to Holder and the Obama administration, 90 percent of the guns used by Mexican drug cartels were being supplied by American gun dealers.

For its part, the mainstream media shouted Holder’s propaganda from the rooftops, without ever bothering to do its homework and check the facts.

But the facts surfaced anyway in the form of leaked communications from Obama’s State Department, which proved beyond any doubt that the main source of guns and artillery for Mexican drug cartels was Central America and not the United States.

Holder’s lie was exposed, but the Obama administration had another trick up its sleeve: An operation dubbed “Fast and Furious” which established an illegal pipeline for funneling guns into Mexico.

Officials at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATFE), an agency under the direct purview of Eric Holder’s Justice Department, forced American gun dealers to sell guns illegally to straw purchasers who would then supply the guns to Mexican drug cartels.

Over 2,000 illegal guns in all were permitted to “walk” across the border under this scheme.

Law-abiding Americans were blamed for drug crime and murder in Mexico, meanwhile, our own government was putting guns in the hands of known Mexican drug cartels. Now, more than 150 Mexicans and U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry are dead as a result of this criminal enterprise.

Carlos Canino, Acting BATFE Attache in Mexico, called Fast and Furious “The perfect storm of idiocy.”

“We armed the [Sinaloa] cartel,” says Canino. “It is disgusting.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif) and Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) are relentlessly trying to uncover the corruption and conspiracy behind this scandal, and it hasn’t been easy.

When questioned by Sen. Grassley about how these illegal guns ended up at the murder scene of Brian Terry, Holder responded, “I frankly don’t know.”

Whether Holder knew about “Fast and Furious” or not, he continues to stonewall Congress’s investigation into the matter by refusing to turn over any documents that could give insight into how such a monumental scandal was allowed to flourish. Even worse, at least two witnesses scheduled to appear before Congressman Issa’s Oversight Committee have received intimidating letters from BATFE officials warning them to limit their testimony.

Either Holder is truly incompetent and had no idea about the massive, illegal gun-walking operation that was taking place right under his nose, or he’s lying to protect the Obama administration. Either way, he must cease to be our nation’s top law enforcement official immediately.

When NRA first began our campaign to fire Eric Holder we were one of just a few voices in the wilderness.

Now, over 100,000 Americans have signed NRA’s petition to President Obama, the U.S. Congress, and the disinterested mainstream media demanding Eric Holder’s “immediate and unconditional removal from office.” If you have not yet signed the petition, please click here and do so now.

I have no doubt that if the mainstream media was doing its job and simply reporting what is easily the biggest, deadliest and most despicable government scandal to take place in the past two decades, Eric Holder would not be Attorney General today.

But we know the media won’t do its job, so it’s up to every freedom-loving American to call for Eric Holder’s immediate termination from his post as Attorney General. It is our duty to keep up the pressure.

Holder needs to go before one more brave American law enforcement officer ends up dead…before one more law-abiding gun dealer is forced against his will to make an illegal gun sale…and before one more illegal firearm is allowed to “walk” into the hands of a murderous Mexican drug dealer.

We as a nation can no longer afford to be patient. Eric Holder must go. I urge you to sign the petition today.”

“The Department of Justice is executing a “Witch Hunt” against banks. Through the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, Attorney General Eric Holder is forcing banks to “relax their mortgage underwriting standards and approve loans for minorities with poor credit as part of a new crackdown on alleged discrimination,” according to a published report by Investor’s Business Daily after reviewing court documents.

The DOJ has already extorted $20 million for weak and poor credit loans from banks that “settled out of court rather than battle the federal government and risk being branded racist.”

The DOJ admits another 60 banks are already under “investigation.” Holder’s demanding the banks sign “non-disclosure” settlement agreements barring them from talking while allowing the DOJ to operate behind a curtain of secrecy.

The settlements already extracted from banks force them to make “prime-rate mortgages to low income blacks and Hispanics” with credit problems, even if they are living on welfare. According to IBD, the DOJ has ordered banks to advertise that minorities cannot be turned down for a loan “because they receive public aid, such as unemployment benefits, welfare payments or food stamps.” No job; no problem!

In other words, the DOJ is forcing banks to make loans to people that they know don’t qualify for them and likely won’t be able to afford to repay them, which is precisely the kind of failed public policy that precipitated the financial collapse and recession in 2008. 

The DOJ ordered Midwest BankCentre to provide “special financing” in the predominantly black areas of St. Louis for fixed prime rate conventional home loan financing for borrowers “who would ordinarily not qualify for such rates for reasons including the lack of required credit quality, income or down payment.”

Eric Holder and the head of his Civil Rights Division, Tom Perez were both protégés of Janet Reno who launched a similar attack on banks in the early years of the Clinton Administration. That led to an expansion of the Community Reinvestment Act, CRA, and an explosion of forced lending to low-income, poor credit risk borrowers and the sub-prime mortgage industry that collapsed in 2008.

Under the weight of massive guarantees of poor quality and defaulted mortgages, the federal government was forced to seize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. To date about $150 billion has been required to bailout the two agencies to keep them solvent.“

“Newly created ACORN front groups across America have signed on to an economic campaign led by the radical Service Employees International Union that award-winning investigative journalist Matthew Vadum compares to terrorism.

Wall Street titan JPMorgan Chase is the first target of SEIU and its longtime allies at ACORN, he reports. Other pressure groups are participating in the effort, including the Saul Alinsky-founded Industrial Areas Foundation, National People’s Action, PICO National Network, and Alliance for a Just Society, according to a left-wing website established for the campaign, ChaseHomeFinanceSux.com.

ACORN, long associated with President Obama, is participating in the disruptive effort through its newly renamed state chapters. Mortgage and student loan strikes, crippling bank boycotts and intimidation, are on the agenda, Vadum told WND.

Although ACORN, the Brooklyn-based shell corporation that runs the ACORN network, filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy on Election Day 2010, its state chapters have restructured under assumed names. ACORN Housing changed its name to Affordable Housing Centers of America while ACORN’s voter registration and voter mobilization arm Project Vote continues operating out of ACORN’s old Washington, D.C., office.

Vadum reported the emergence of the “new” ACORN groups in his new book, “Subversion Inc.: How Obama’s ACORN Red Shirts are Still Terrorizing and Ripping Off American Taxpayers.” A senior editor at Capital Research Center, a think tank that studies left-wing advocacy groups and their funders, Vadum has assembled the information in the book from nearly three years of research and hundreds of interviews.

ACORN’s newly renamed chapters in New York (New York Communities for Change), California (Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment), Missouri (Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment), and Washington state (Organization United for Reform) make no secret about their participation in the scheme.

NYCC claims JPMorgan Chase’s foreclosures policies are unfair and takes credit for the town of Hempstead in Nassau County, N.Y., “closing the Chase account and moving $12.5 millions in tax payer dollars out of the pockets of the greedy Wall Street Bankers.” NYCC is pressuring other municipalities in the state to do the same.

Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment, or ACCE, boasts that 22 activists were arrested protesting foreclosures outside a Chase office in Los Angeles.

Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment, MORE, led by veteran ACORN organizer Jeff Ordower, jumped on the anti-Chase bandwagon last year, leading a protest at a Chase office in suburban St. Louis.

Organization United for Reform, OUR, led a protest outside the Chase branch in Marysville, Wash., demanding that Chase give part of a $1.4 billion tax refund to the local school district.

In his book “Subversion Inc.,” Vadum traces the checkered history of ACORN.

“The members of ACORN, and the thousands of groups it inspired, are foot soldiers in a nearly 50-year war on America’s free political institutions,” Vadum told WND.

Following the “break the bank” strategy of Marxist activists and academics Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, ACORN seeks to overload the American system with impossible financial demands – literally destroying the nation’s economy, the book asserts. Piven is currently a member of the board of ACORN’s Project Vote subsidiary.

Just last year, Piven urged delinquent mortgage holders to stay in their homes for as long as possible without paying in order to bring the system crashing down. She told videographer Kyle Olson:

But if millions of people … refuse to go along with foreclosure proceedings, and refuse to pay off those mortgages that are under water, that will be enormous pressure on the banks. And if they do it in the form of a social movement, if they do it with pride and audacity, if they do it with a sense of self-righteousness, the political leaders of this country will not be able to round them up.

The subversive plan to destabilize the nation’s financial system was revealed earlier this year by Stephen Lerner, a board member of SEIU who is officially on leave from the union. Lerner is influential in leftist organizing circles and has reportedly visited the Obama White House at least four times.

Lerner said a strategy was needed that addressed the following questions: “How do we bring down the stock market, how do we bring down their bonuses, how do we interfere with their ability … to be rich?” It is important “to politically isolate them, economically isolate them and disrupt them,” he said.

Lerner said he decided that JPMorgan Chase would be “a really good company to hate.” If leftists really believe capitalism is in a “transformative stage,” they “need to confront this in a serious way and develop a real ability to put a boot in the wheel.”

Lerner said “we really are trying to disrupt and create uncertainty for capital, for how corporations operate … there are actually extraordinary things that we could do right now that would start to destabilize the folks that are in power and start to rebuild a movement.”

Lerner noted that 25 percent of homeowners now own a home worth less than they paid for it. Of those “underwater” homeowners, 10 percent “are now in strategic default, meaning they’re refusing to pay but they’re staying in their homes.” The homeowners, who figured out it might take lenders a year to foreclose on their mortgages and evict them, should be urged to stay put. “If you could double that number, you would … put banks on the edge of insolvency again.”

Lerner said banks that don’t pay their “fair share” in taxes or refuse to slash interest rates and partially forgive mortgage principal are being targeted. He also called for state and local governments to stop doing business with banks that don’t give in to the campaign’s demands.

As Vadum’s book reports, leftist George Goehl explained how to destabilize American society a year ago at a left-wing conference in Washington, D.C.

“The banking crisis is the next big thing,” said Goehl, executive director of Chicago-based National People’s Action. “The banking crisis is the way to build a big economic justice movement in this country.”

Goehl said the crisis presents “a once in a lifetime opportunity as progressives to engage millions of Americans in a big conversation around serious economic restructuring, not around eking out some victories around the margins, not about making life a little less worse for people, but about big time transformative change.”

“People are ready to move to the streets, some because they’re angry, some because they want justice right now, and some because they’re tired of hearing about the tea party coming out.”

“The Netanyahu government has confirmed it will accept renewed talks with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, based on the 1949-1967 borders, if the PA scraps its initiative to ask the United Nations for recognition.

Renewed talks also are conditioned on Abbas’ recognizing Israel as a Jewish state, a statement he has said he never will make.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told President Barack Obama at a White House meeting last May that returning to the temporary 1949 Armistice Lines, which were in effect until the Six-Day War in 1967, would force “indefensible borders” on Israel.

The president has since emphasized that talks “based on 1967 borders” means that there is room for negotiations on what land should be retained under Israeli sovereignty.

In an seeming concession to President Obama, the Prime Minister now is willing to meet with Abbas on condition that the Palestinian Authority withdraw his plan to go the United Nations.

However, in response to the report, the office of the Prime Minister stated, “There has been no change in government policy. The proposal for renewed talks is conditioned on Israel’s being defined as a Jewish state.”

The Arab League already has submitted a request to the United Nations for recognizing the Palestinian Authority, but there is deep division within the PA over the possibility that the tactic may leave them empty-handed.

The “peace process” has been dead for two years, if not longer, and is buried underground in the view of most analysts. The attempt to dig it up and resurrect it may be at the behest of United States, which has suffered a sharp decrease in its influence in the Arab world since President Obama’s failure to follow up with results on the ground after his “reaching out to Muslims” speech in Cairo two years ago.

An official United Nations discussion on recognizing the Palestinian Authority as an independent country would relegate the ”peace process” to an obituary in history books. It is not clear if Abbas would prefer that.

“Over the last few weeks there has been an ongoing attempt to restart the peace process to allow for the resumption of direct talks between Israel and the Palestinians,” a government official told the French news agency AFP. “The assumption is that if this process succeeds, the Palestinians will withdraw their proposal for unilateral action at the UN.”

He added that President Obama’s statements on the old borders of Israel not being written in stone “is the sort of language that we can live with.”

The United States has indicated, without a total commitment, that it will cast a veto in the United Nations Security Council, whose recommendation for recognizing a new state is needed before the General Assembly can vote on it.

That would leave the PA with having to settle for a non-binding resolution, based on its own political and territorial demands for all of Judea and Samaria as well eastern, northern and southern Jerusalem, commonly referred to East Jerusalem by mainstream media.

The government’s change of attitude towards the expression Obama used, confirmed by an unnamed official in foreign media, effectively forces Abbas to make the move in what has become a long and drawn-out diplomatic chess game.

Abbas has not responded to Netanyahu’s latest proposal to resume talks and formerly has stated that he would be willing to “negotiate” with Israel only after the Jewish state accepts all of its demands, which he said are non-negotiable. The ball is back in his court.”

“It may be early in the campaign season, but the Communist Party USA already has seen fit to endorse Barack Obama for the 2012 election.

While noting he is disappointed with “some aspects” of the Obama administration’s domestic and foreign policy, Sam Webb, chairman of the Communist Party USA, threw his support behind Obama’s re-election bid.

In an article last week at People’s Weekly World, the official newspaper of the Communist Party USA, Webb discussed the need for a third party consisting of the so-called working class and labor as well as “racially and nationally oppressed people, women, youth, immigrants, seniors, gay and straight.”

Webb, however, recognized that such a party is not likely to emerge by next year.

“Millions who have to be at the core of this party still operate under the umbrella of the Democratic Party, albeit increasingly in an independent fashion,” he noted.

Webb said that for communists there are major differences between Democrats and Republicans. He urged his supported to continue to back the Democrats.

Wrote Webb: “Neither party is anti-capitalist, but they aren’t identical either. Differences exist at the levels of policy and social composition. And despite the many frustrations of the past two years, the election of Barack Obama was historic and gave space to struggle for a people’s agenda.”

He argued that to separate from the Democrats now “would be contrary to our strategic policy of building maximum unity against right-wing extremism now and in next year’s elections.”

Continued Webb: “We are keenly aware of the fact that the agenda of the far right is to bring this administration and country to its knees, with a heavy dose of racism, lies and economic sabotage, setting the stage for a full blown return to power of the most reactionary, racist, anti-labor, anti-women, homophobic and militarist grouping in U.S. politics.”

“We want no part of that,” wrote Webb. “We don’t have any illusions about the Democratic Party, but we don’t have any illusions about the Republican Party either.”

Webb concluded: “Furthermore, we are also aware of the undeniable fact that no other party besides the Democratic Party stands a chance of beating the GOP next year.”

Communist Party covers up support for Obama:

Last November, the Communist Party USA was caught scrubbing its website of references that stated it “actively supported” President Obama’s election, as WND reported.

An article posted on the party’s official website on Dec. 30, 2007, previously stated, “Our Party actively supported Obama during the primary election.”

The article was referring to Obama’s 2004 election to the Senate. It detailed how the African-American community and trade unionists played key roles in defeating the “ultra right.”

“This was also reflected in the historic election of Barack Obama. Our Party actively supported Obama during the primary election,” stated the article, a screen shot of which was captured by the New Zeal blog. The website has since been scrubbed of the reference to the Community Party USA aiding Obama, with the article now reading simply, “This was reflected in the historic election of Barack Obama.”

WND previously reported the official magazine of the Communist Party USA had lauded the important role of labor unions in electing Obama to the presidency in 2008.

The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, or AFL-CIO, sponsored a poll showing union members supported Obama by a 68-30 margin and strongly influenced their family members. According to the survey, Obama won among white men who are union members by 18 points. Union gun-owners backed Obama by 12 points, while union veterans voted for Obama by a 25-point margin. In the general population, Obama lost these groups by significant margins.

Political Affairs, the Community Party USA’s magazine, quoted AFL-CIO President John Sweeney, a longtime member of the Boston chapter of the Democrat Socialists for America, expressing hope labor unions can continue working with Obama.

“The election is just step one in delivering the change we need,” Sweeney said. “Working men and women are poised to keep the energy pumping to help the Obama administration lead the change we need. There will be no gap or letdown.”

The communist magazine said priorities for labor unions are “regulating Wall Street and restoring fairness to international trade,” as well as “health-care reform” to provide coverage to “nearly 50 million people without insurance and make medical care affordable for all.”

Communits map out Obama agenda:

Immediately following the November 2008 presidential election, WND reported the Communist Party USA mapped out policies crucial for Obama to push through in his first term, including a “single payer” socialist health-care system; lawsto make joining a labor union easier; raising the minimum wage and increasing labor union support.

In May 2009, WND reported the leader of the Communist Party USA declared that with Obama as president, health care and the economy can be “reformed,” U.S. troops can be evacuated from the Middle East, a second stimulus bill can be passed, the criminal justice system can be overhauled and union rights can be expanded.

“All these – and many other things – are within our reach now!” exclaimed Webb in a New York banquet speech for the People’s Weekly World, the official newspaper of the Communist Party USA.”

“Senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett’s late father-in-law and Chicago Sun-Times columnist Vernon Jarrett, was a key member of the South Chicago communist left of the late 1940s.

After graduating from Knoxville College in Tennessee, Jarrett moved to Chicago in 1946 to work as a journalist. On his first day on the job at the radical Chicago Defender, he was sent to cover a race riot.

The Defender was heavily influenced by the Communist Party USA and included on its roster well known Chicago Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis.

Jarrett and Davis worked on the Defender around the same time. They certainly knew each other through the Communist Party and its fronts.

In June 1946, Vernon Jarrett was elected to the Illinois Council of the Communist Party’s youth wing, then known as American Youth for Democracy. This is according to Testimony of Walter S. Steele regarding Communist activities in the United States. Hearings before the Committee on Un-American Activities, House of Representatives, Eightieth Congress, first session, on H. R. 1884 and H. R. 2122, pages 75,76. It is the first hard evidence tying Vernon Jarrett directly to the Communist Party. Frank Marshall Davis, incidentally, was an official sponsor of American Youth for Democracy, along with confirmed communists Howard Fast, Langston Hughes, John Howard Lawson and Dirk Struik.

In April 1948, Frank Marshall Davis and Vernon Jarrett were working together as members of the publicity committee of the communist controlled Citizens’ Committee to Aid Packing-House Workers.

Besides Davis and Jarrett, communist officials of the strike committee included Oscar Brown (Treasurer) , Louise Patterson (Assistant Treasurer) and Ishmael Flory (food & groceries committee).

Later that year, Frank Marshall Davis left Chicago for Hawaii to work on the Honolulu Record, then edited and run by Communist Party member Koji Ariyoshi.

A member of the “Dixie Mission” to Yenan, the HQ of the Chinese communist forces in the 1940s, Ariyoshi spent nearly two years in China as an officer of an all-Nisei psychological warfare unit. The unit’s job was to direct propaganda against the Japanese civilians and troops in China at the time.

Immediately after the war, Ariyoshi worked New York City with accused “Amerasia” spy John S. Service and Ed Rohrbough – who would become business manager of the Honolulu Record, in an effort to steer U.S. policy towards the Chinese Communists and against the Nationalists.

Ariyoshi also worked the Committee for a Democratic Far Eastern Policy, whose board included two people later arrested during the famous “Amerasia” spy case, “Amerasia editors Philip J. Jaffe and Kate L. Mitchell.

Frank Marshall Davis was an active member of the Communist Party in Hawaii, even after it went formally underground in 1950, when he assumed chairmanship of a tiny cell known as Group #10. Later Davis joined in the infiltration of the Hawaii Democratic Party, serving in 1950, as Assistant Secretary and Delegate to the Territorial Democratic Convention in his Precinct Club – Third Precinct of the Fifth District.

Davis was also later observed by the FBI on several occasions photographing remote shorelines and beachfronts, possibly for intelligence purposes. The FBI continued to monitor Davis into the 1960s and he was placed on the“Security Index.” This meant Davis was marked for immediate arrest should war break out between the U.S. and the Soviet Union.

While the Communist Party in Hawaii faded into the Democratic party and the International Longshore Workers Union, there is no evidence that Frank Marshall Davis ever stopped being a communist. As late as 1973, three years after Davis met and began mentoring the 10 year old Barack Obama, he was still listed as an endorser of one of the party’s oldest fronts, the Committee for Protection of Foreign Born.

Also in 1948, Vernon Jarrett left his job as journalist at the Chicago Defender to start a black oriented radio show“Negro Newsfront” with comrade Oscar Brown. He also went on to become the Chicago Tribune’s first black syndicated columnist and was a founder of the leftist National Association of Black Journalists.

Leftist theorist Peter Dreier penned a little known article entitled, “The Case for Transitional Reform” (Social Policy, January/February 1979, pp. 5-16), which called for an exponential and unsustainable increase in entitlements that would then collapse the economy, setting up a revolt among the people, thus allowing for an elite to usher in a socialistic paradise. Lo and behold, Obama and Dreier cross paths at Occidental College; lo and behold, Dreier rides on his white horse as the Obama campaign’s “urban policy task force,” and Obama just happens to usher in the largest increase in entitlements in U.S. history (i.e., Obamacare). And lo and behold the U.S. economy is teetering on the brink of economic disaster with its unsustainable debt.

In regards to my previous blog entry, which contained a possible criminal complaint against Obama and Eric Holder relating to the murder of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, I want to follow this up with a second criminal complaint against both Obama and Dreier, in that a call to collapse the economy  is equivalent to a call to topple the government, and therefore a treasonous offense.

What a joke!  The Chinese are headed for the biggest economic bubble burst of all time and the Russian Communists nearly destroyed their country and had to borrow money from the West over and over again.  According to the Communists leeching is worse than the millions of Russian people used for canon fodder by Stalin and his Communist lackeys during WWII. The dollar might not be in the best shape but it is in much better shape than their currency. 

For many years the President in the White House has been affilated with the Council on Foreign Affairs (CFR) and the Trilateral Commission (TC).  It has been said that every Presidential candidate in both parties has been approved and placed in that Presidential election by the CFR.  So that the CFR does not care who you vote for because each candidate is their guy.  Every President who has occupied the White House has been surrounded by CFR and TC people who have advised and directed his decisions and actions.  Vote for Tweedle-dee or Tweedle-dum since it does not matter to these organizations.  Some call the CFR the Shadow Government who is really guiding and running the US for many years.  The question one has to ask oneself is if that journey has been a good one and are we moving in the right direction?  Or are we heading down the tubes, especially the middle class?  The results of the past 30 years speak for themselves:  more and more debt, more and more wars, less and less freedom, more and more government!!!  Debt that continures to grow, wars that can never be won or kept out of, continuous erosion of our freedoms fought for and won at a great expense by our Founding Fathers.  And a government that does not seem to be able to get out of our way so that we can be free to do those things which we ought to do as understood and well defined over hundreds of years by our great and fantastic Western Christian Civilization.  Citizens of the U.S. need to put the beer away, turn off the TV and get involved in finding out what is going on with their government.  After all it is a government of the people, by the people and for the people.....OR IS IT?  If we are not involved, if we do not understand what is happening with our tax dollars, with our defense, with our freedom and our government then as the saying goes:  "We deserve the government we get."  Citizenship is an awesome responsibility and it requires our interest and attention each and every day.  We need to ask the question: What are they doing with our country?  And then we need to find out!  Most of all we need to understand how our monetary system works because that is the core and source of our problems.  We need to understand how money flows in the USA...where it comes from .....where it goes .....and who are the people orchestrating the process.  We need to understand how the Federal Reserve functions in our country and if the Federal Reserve is performing the tasks laid out in its Charter or are they doing other things other than what is defined in their Charter.  We need to know!  It is our responsibility to find out what is really going on!!!!!

WAKE UP AMERICA BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!
