As my congressional campaign heats up, let me take this moment and respond to questions of how I became such a fierce opponent of governmental abuse, corruption and the radical progressive leftist agenda.
They say that God brings people to the place he needs them to be, and in hind sight I would agree with them. I never imagined myself running for elected office. Like many, I too was asleep, however as Admiral Yamamoto said “a sleeping giant has been awoken, who bears a terrible resolve”. Like that sleeping giant, I was awoken, and now possess a resolve rarely seen in politicians. Hindsight being what it is, if events had unfolded differently, I would still be fast asleep however…
I, like many of you am divorced. Like many of you, I too have seen first hand the harsh reality of abuse and corruption in our family courts. The family courts have become home to some of the most extreme social progressives, profiting off the carnage they cause to families and children unfortunate enough to come before it.
By luck of the draw, or shall we say the grace of God, I received a judge who is notably the most corrupt family court jurist seated on the bench today. I learned quickly just how abusive this judge was by studying her entire life. I was beginning to wake up.
Enlisting the services of associates in the defense industry, I had a complete background investigation performed, and to say that the results were shocking is an understatement.
This judge is despised by her own colleagues, attorneys and the public, so as a freedom loving American, I set out to expose this purveyor of destruction rather than lay down and take the abuse.
As a true conservative and tireless advocate for the constitutional rights of families and children, I set out to publically expose the bias, fraud, corruption, abuse and contempt for the constitution this jurist displays on a daily basis. What I uncovered was enough to make your hair stand on end.
I brought the publics attention onto this jurist by exposing her affiliation, and leadership roll with one of the most radically extreme social progressive groups, her long history of separating families, and destroying children’s lives to further the goals of this organization is noteworthy.
Uncovering that this jurist was not only a member, but the director of an extremely radical left wing “Social Progressive” organization proved that she lacked any form of objectivity, exposing her bias. She had placed herself into a position of overseeing the organizations objective of fundamentally reshaping this great nation through the family courts. By marginalizing fathers. and relegating them to little more than an afterthought in the children’s lives she has worked to advance the overall goals of the progressive movement.
To accomplish the ultimate goal of taking this nation down the road to socialism, this organization whose mentor is Sol Alinsky, and funded by George Soros has infiltrated the Family Court system, knowing that if the family remains intact, with the child’s father being an equal partner in raising the children, the children are less likely to be swayed by progressives.
At that time I chose not to expose that this judge made four $10,000.00 bribes (thinly veiled as campaign contributions) as to ensure her appointment to the family court. However now the time is ripe for such a revelation.
Some have speculated that the money used for the bribes originated from the Alinsky / Soros funded organization she was a director of, but again this is only speculation, however since buying her seat on the bench, she has brought others into the court from this same Soros funded organization.
Another item I made public was that as a director of another organization, our tax dollars earmarked for domestic violence prevention were used to lobby against family friendly legislation. This act is a violation of federal law and should have resulted in criminal investigation, but it was swept under the rug.
The list goes on and on, however to emphasize how this judge feels about your rights under the constitution, let me repeat what she said through her law clerk “Judge X doesn’t have to abide by the Constitution, and she can make any law she wants, and there’s nothing you can do about it as she has “sovereign immunity”.
There are always unintended consequences when one stands on principle and sets out to expose governmental abuse and corruption. Since putting the public spotlight on this corrupt judicial hack, this judge has ignored our constitutions promise of “Due Process”, “Equal Protection”, and the “Rule of Law” – going so far as to act as the lawyer and inquisitor for the defense.
Another unintended consequence is that this fight has set me on the path to where we find ourselves today stiffening my resolve and determination to reduce the
size of government, limiting its reach, and returning it to a constitutionally limited republic.
Just as I have fought the Progressives in the Family Courts, when I am elected, I will fight the progressives tooth and nail to preserve, protect, and defend the constitution!
My story is not an isolated incident, and being ethical, I will not use it to advance any legislation, however there are no less than 18 other public officials across this nation that are every bit the equal of this judicial hack. One of these went so far as to send a man to his death knowing that he was innocent of the crime through DNA evidence that the judge himself hid just so he could win re-election. My email box is full every day with the horror stories created by the progressives.
When elected, the first piece of legislation I will introduce will be a bill to force all appointed or elected public officials to stay within the strict confines of the constitution, and if they act outside the constitution for any reason, then they are not protected by sovereign immunity, making them subject to both civil and criminal penalties for breaching the peoples trust.
As we are all aware the reason our country is in the state it’s in is because of the “Trial Lawyers”! they have taken the House of Representatives, pushing their progressive agenda while lining their pockets with our money. They granted themselves “Sovereign Immunity” to protect themselves from prosecution as we saw in the case of one congressman committing tax evasion, and only getting a slap on the wrist.
My opponent is one of these “Trial Lawyers” who has been busy lining the pockets of his friends in the Trial Lawyers Union with a 7 Billion dollar gift. The bill to aid 9/11 first responders does little to help the brave hero’s and went through with little support from conservatives, however Mr. Platts saw an opportunity to help his “Trial Lawyer friends and voted for it.
At the beginning of January a few brave congressmen brought forth legislation to make all further legislation fall within the strict confines of the constitution, now lets take it to the next step and make all politicians live within the constitution and the law!
Unlike my opponent who quietly brings bills up knowing they will be voted down, I will use every media resource to bring publicity to this bill, leveraging the voters to move congress. Together we can bring our country back from the brink of destruction.

Most every despot dreams of ruling his or her land by proclamation and decree. What better way to ensure a lifetime of power and privilege than to simply order it done? Your wishes become true under force of law and you have the police and military to enforce your whims. This is true for many nations in this troubled world. Millions of savaged and mistreated people live in a constant state of fear and despair. Thank God it couldn’t happen here. We are the shining land of liberty and freedom. This is America. Well, at least for the next few days.
The Republican victory (of sorts) last November has set the stage for the potential loss of our republic. Obamugabe and the progressive minions are set to accomplish by executive fiat what they can’t achieve by legislation. If they can’t destroy the country by normal processes, they will resort to extra-constitutional tactics of an order never witnessed before. We are entering into the era of a constitutional dictatorship .. unless we take drastic steps to prevent it. We no longer have the luxury of playing the system. We must force the hand of those who would rule rather than reign (there IS a difference).
Make no mistake; we now have a noble ruling class. We have a king or emperor, or whatever he decides to call himself. We have a slightly lower class of lords and ladies (the czars, the cabinet and alphabet agencies). And we have another layer of minor nobility in the congress. We are subjects. We will shortly have no say in how the country is run. Indeed, we may soon have no say in how we live our private lives. In a dictatorship, there is no privacy. The state sees all and knows all … or else.
In the last few weeks we have seen a rash of executive orders designed to bypass congressional prerogatives. Now, we also have “Secretarial Orders”. Where in the hell did these come from? There is NO constitutional authority for any cabinet secretary to issue orders that, like executive orders, become law. Cabinet heads are responsible to the executive for implementing legally constituted laws of the land. They are NOT empowered to make law. Period. This flagrant usurpation of authority must be stopped now. Congress must immediately pass legislation blocking the implementation of any “law” whose source is not the congress itself. We, the people, have no direct control of the departments and agencies of the executive. We will shortly have no say at all if this devious practice continues and grows. How long before the first-lady makes law? She is already telling us what to eat and wear. Where do we finally put our collective feet down and loudly proclaim “CEASE AND DESIST?”
To further stir the pot, the EPA and other alphabet agencies are busy issuing new regulations to further the administrations wants and wishes. No matter what the people want. We aren’t intelligent enough to have a say in our government. We are not part of the elite ruling classes. We just simply don’t understand. Remember when the Republicans cleaned Obamugabe’s clock last November? He promptly made the point that he had failed to communicate his intentions clearly. Translation: I failed to use baby talk so these poor uninformed and ignorant peasants could understand me. He and his cohorts truly believe that they are intellectually in the clouds and we are grubbing around in the dirt. The arrogance and ego of this administration have never been nor never will be equaled. It is time to bust the bubble.
The Tea Party can no longer be content to champion one or two or three issues. We must take an active part in discussing and supporting issues across the political spectrum. Leave no stone unturned. There is no longer such a thing as an unimportant issue. Each inroad the progressives make is a chink in the armor of the people. We must step up and make a serious and unending effort to educate the people who, unlike us. don’t know or care what is really happening. We can make a difference. But we must make the effort. Remember, a very small percentage of the colonial population actually fought the war of independence. An even smaller percentage conceived and created the most unique and enduring government in history. We simply can’t sit back and watch it go down the sewer of complacency and apathy.
In the not too distant future, I hope to arrange one or more public meetings to bring the Tea Party, the Constitution Party and any other like-minded individuals together. We can no longer take issue with potential allies over what may be trivial differences. We agree on far more points than we disagree on. It is time to present a unified front against the forces of evil. We must get our churches involved as well. LBJ perpetrated the biggest hoax in history when he muzzled the churches. They have become businesses rather than the voice and spirit of the people. This must stop. The churches do not need the IRS letter of determination to operate as tax-exempt entities. Many pastors and congregations have refused to place themselves under the IRS thumb. They have suffered no abuse as a result. The IRS is powerless to influence a church unless that church rolls over and submits. It is time to tear up those letters and say “ENOUGH”. We will endure this no longer. We will speak up and we will not be silenced!
Two pieces of progressive thought are once again rearing their ugly heads: the fairness doctrine and the internet kill switch. Both are transparently unconscionable and evil. But the Obamugabe administration and its congressional minions are hard at work trying to shut those pesky damn conservatives up.
The fairness doctrine seems innocuous at first glance and many politically naive neophytes are easily taken in by the premise. Why not promote fairness and equal access to differing opinions on important issues? Well, that’s not what the progressives mean in spite of what they say. The fairness doctrine places unreasonable requirements on radio and TV stations to provide a “balanced” fare of political views. Unfortunately, the end result will be the total silencing of the conservative talk radio personalities. Under threat of license revocation, stations will become state controlled media outlets … all of them. It is no secret that all the mainstream media outlets are so liberal as to be outright socialistic in their practices. An obvious exception is Fox News Network. Even Fox airs some questionable material at times. Under the fairness doctrine, it will become a totally state controlled media. Where is a conservative to get their news? The internet comes to mind. It is a wide open source of virtually any information you might want. For now at least….
The current progressive move to give the Obamugabe absolute control of the internet is scary and chilling in its implications. There is absolutely NO reason to give this kind of power to Obamugabe or any other politician. The internet is the last vestige of free press. This is America not Iran or some African dictatorship. To give the socialist president the power to “regulate” it under any premise is un-American and probably unconstitutional as well. There is no way this power could be exercised without a flagrant violation of the first amendment. In a constitutional republic this simply couldn’t happen. In modern socialist America it is being seriously considered.
So, the fairness doctrine kills essentially all conservative radio and TV and the internet kill switch makes sure that the Obamugabe can silence the last remaining source of dissenting opinion. Then, it would seem the administration could do just about anything it wants. With no quick and reliable means of keeping an eye on the boys and girls in DC, we become significantly less free. We have tenuous control over our federal government as it is. Allow these two pieces of progressive crap to become law and we can bend over and fondly kiss our nether regions goodbye. We will cease being citizens and become subjects. How reassuring…
Unclothing the Latest Obama Lies
Item: President Obama wants you to think he stopped the economy from entering Depressionville.
Background: Democrats ascribe the “lukewarm success” of the President’s $787 Billion stimulus to the fact that it was “way too puny,” but, they say, it saved us from a depression, Hallelujah! And now they’re seeking a much richer round of stimulus for the economy. Notice the weasel word “stimulus” from their mouths is much like the weasel word “investment” Obama unveiled during the State of the Union speech eight days ago . . . let’s substitute the more accurate words “government spending,” OK?
Facts: As we make our midterm assessment of his presidency, we must realize that Mr. Obama’s stimulus like all government spending comes at the cost of jobs in the real (non-government) economy. Government spending and government borrowing and government regulations and other government interference all kill real jobs in the real economy. This is why small government is so vital; government is grossly inefficient at doing any but its legitimate functions.
Item: The president likes to peddle two truly great fictions among the dozens of daily lies they put out. The first is that “Our programs have broken the back of the recession.”
Background: His bureaucracy released a GDP growth rate of 3.4% for the fourth quarter of 2010 using a price deflator that was quite self-serving. The price deflator was 0.3 while the Consumer Price Index rose at 2.6 . . . .
Facts: in layman’s language, what he is calling growth is just higher prices we all face at the pump, at the grocery store and across the board. If Jimmy Carter had used such lies he would have been bragging about the highest growth the nation has ever known (in 1980 inflation and interest rates both stood at 18%).
Item: The other great fiction is the “Car in the Ditch” fable that he’s used for two years to deflect responsibility for the economy onto conservatives and the free market and President Bush.
Background: The Sub-prime lending crisis began in 1977 with Jimmy Carter’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA ’77). In 1975 only one home loan in 404 was “suspect.” That is roughly 403 of any 404 home mortgages were granted to good risk clients and required virtually always 20% down payment. CRA ’77 forced lenders to knowingly make bad home loans to poor risk clients. After four expansions of CRA ’77 by Bill Clinton (one by regulatory means in 1993; two smaller ones in 1995; and his steroid version in 1998) by 2005 34% of all U.S. home loans were “suspect,” that is, granted at 3% or less (many without any down payment to people without jobs; some without I.D.; without income other than food stamps; many without previous rental history; with terrible credit ratings; and even to illegal aliens). Thanks to the steroid version of CRA ’77 passed by Clinton in 1998, ACORN and other provocateurs (who all used Saul Alinsky tactics for) pushing these unwise loans upon unwilling lenders found it as easy to put bad risk clients into $440,000 homes in 2000 as it had been a decade earlier to put them into $110,000 homes. By the way, working two years as an ACORN attorney, Barack Obama was famous for not only pushing lenders into these bad loans but wheedling “generous” ACORN donations from them as well.
Facts: George W. Bush saw the progressives including Democrats, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and especially ACORN deliberately pushing the car (the economy) toward a 500-foot ditch and jumped into the front seat grabbing the wheel and slamming on the brakes to guide the car into the nearest friendly-looking ditch.
We’ll back this incredible statement up by reminding the voters that Bush saw the increasing scope of the sub-prime lending problem in January, 2005, and sought to have the worst aspects of CRA ’77 repealed. His efforts were defeated, nay crushed, by the Democrats. Bush spoke to the nation and congress 18 more times on this subject and sought CRA ’77 repeal each time. Finally, 30 months later enough Dems were alarmed that a diluted version of Bush’s original bill was made into law in July, 2007. This proved too little too late, but it did help some, so much so that Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner credited Bush’s action with limiting the impact of the recession and preventing a truly horrific plunge in housing prices. Only one more word needs to be discussed: the word “deliberately” in the italicized paragraph above. This CRA ’77 damage wasn’t all done because of misconstrued “good intentions” by the altruistic progressives in question but was a deliberate attempt by them to manufacture a crisis they could exploit . . . .

This link to another Rajjpuut’s Folly blog immediately above tells the whole shocking story starting with 1) Cloward and Piven creating their “Cloward-Piven Strategy” in 1968 and later bragging about how they doubled the number of welfare recipients in the country in eight years and bankrupted New York City (just missed bankrupting New York State) requiring a federal bailout in 1975. These are the same married couple Cloward and Piven who often quoted Stalin in their Columbia University (NYC) classrooms “The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.” 2) How Cloward and Piven told their followers to shift to voter registration and housing activism 3) How Wade Rathke in Arkansas created ACORN as soon as CRA ’77 became law. 4) How the Arkansas Community Organizations for Reform Now became the nationwide Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now after putting Bill Clinton into the governorship (voter registration fraud helped in the first of his six elections) and doubling the bad home loans in the country from one in 404 to one in 196 just by their work in Arkansas 5) How once ACORN put Clinton into the White House he repaid them with the Motor Voter Act and four expansions of CRA ’77; etc., etc., etc. By the way, here’s a picture of the Motor Voter Act signing ceremony with Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven standing directly behind Bill Clinton as he signed into law “a twelve-lane highway for voter fraud.”

So where does all this leave President Barack Obama? Let us count his most obvious big failures: 1) His stimulus package was a counter-productive disaster*** that made the economy much worse (it jumped from 7.8 to 9.9% unemployment within six months after it went into effect). 2) His financial regulation bill (Dodd-Frank) is choking the life out of the economy that has so harassed small banks that they have stopped loans to small businesses entirely. 3) He appears to be losing Egypt to radical Muslims linked to the infamous Muslim Brotherhood (to learn about their link to 9/11 read Lawrence Wright’s The Looming Towers: Al Qaeda and the Road to 9/11). 4) He and his Fed Chief Ben Bernanke appear to be inflating our money so terribly that there’s a good chance the dollar will cease to be the World’s Reserve Currency and hyper-inflation will result. 5) His god-awful “Affordable Health Care Program” better known as Obamacare (which would have a) bankrupted the individual states because the federal government was shifting virtually all federal side Medicaid funding upon them and b) was destined to become a $2.5 TRillion boondoggle) has now been called entirely UNconstitutional by a federal judge. And 6) he has put us all ninety giant steps closer to Marxist-Socialism in the process. God, what a great president!

*** actually, we’ve become what Dick Morris called “a nation of inventories.” Businesses are sitting on close to $1 TRillion dollars worth of cash they’re afraid to invest because the business climate is so horrendous. Banks have loads of capital handed out by Ben Bernanke’s fed as they try to “force-feed the economy by printing money” but the economic climate is so prohibitively bad they’re afraid to loan out 98% of it. Consumers now have paid off household debt to the tune of $200 BIllion rather than make any big investments such as homes; real estate; new cars. But real spending is not happening . . . even if the government is spending enough for sixty congresses . . . nobody is really buying anything, as we all wait for the next shoe to drop . . . .
Invisible Tea Party Heroes

The good news is emerging; cadres of invisible Patriots are empowering the Tea Party, working tirelessly behind the scenes to restore America. The names of the invisible Patriots carry no political weight, they do not seek glory, their acts will never be recorded in history books, but they are indispensible in the fight against the darkness which covers America today. These invisible Patriots are the true Americans guarding all we hold dear, many of them members of the Tea Party.
You see, the acts of the Tea Party are etched upon our memories and will be passed down to future generations in the form of folk stories and tales of greatness. Their humble beginnings were slated in courageous acts just a few short years ago, when the term 'Tea Party' was new and fresh. At a time most people thought a Tea Party was either a dusty page in our history books stemming from the acts in 1773 or a garden party of old ladies wearing funny hats, sipping tea.
Surprisingly enough, one day, as if by Divine design, good-hearted Citizens across America could no longer stomach the vile disembowelment of our Constitution by those elected to protect it.
Listen up, as if by one voice a few said; "I'm As Mad As Hell And I'm Not Going To Take It Anymore." Out of frustration and anger, rag-tag groups of Moms, Dads, Grandparents and Singles, ordinary people dared to believe they could change the status quo. It was then the first idea of an empowered Citizenry was reborn.
Yes, reborn was the memory of how our beloved nation was once a grand country filled with great people, bearing ostentatious dreams. A glimmer of hope raced across our 'Nations-soul' screaming for the rekindling of faith in our flag, allegiance to our nation and obedience to our sacred Constitution. A spark of hope began to glow like a tiny ember fighting for brilliance on a sodden and barren land.
Truthfully, could 'We The People' once again rise up and fulfill those lofty dreams which were penned in 1776? Shall we defy the Washington Pharisees and become the generation which will once again, shape our Beloved Nation, and the world as well? Should we dare to dream? 'We The People' have the power to change, shape and perfect our precious Freedom which was entrusted to us centuries ago by our heroic Founding Fathers.
So instead of wishful thinking, could we once again hold our heads high, bow to no one and declare; 'WE THE PEOPLE RULE!' The faith of the few began to grow, first in living-room meetings, then across telephone lines, cell phone conference calls until bursting out at the seams, we flowed into rented halls and then to our streets.
Silently, 'We The People' began to rise up against the entrenched Washington oligarchy, unified our voices, our efforts and our will into one cohesive movement, not just of people, but of souls filled with the dream of Freedom.
Astonishing, isn't it? Many wondered who would lead us, who would have the foresight, who could we trust with our most precious asset, our sovereignty
Finally, egos aside, as if by a Divine hand, calmness came across the rising multitude and 'We The People' discovered who will be our leader, and it was "US" 'We The People'! Each, and every one of us, are the leaders of America, individually and collectively. The great, the small, the rich and the poor, 'We The People' realized in one spectacular moment, we are the leaders of our Beloved Nation, upon our shoulders rests the weight of our government. By our hand we shall purpose who we are, and how we shall live.
Fact is: we no longer follow the false prophets of politics; instead we follow our conscience that God above has endowed us with. We, each and every one of us, must lead. We will march, we will work and we shall rule once again.
It's simple; the forgotten spirit of our 1776 Nation was reborn, not in hollow arrogance, but in humbleness, finding the 'accolades' few and far between.
I'll tell you, it is with this spirit the 'Tea Party' was forged. In defiance of the status quo, in spite of the 'Nay Sayers,' in the face of ridicule and hatred, the American spirit was rekindled, this time never to be extinguished.
Let's face it, we announced to Washington, and the world, we have 'awakened' by sending tons of tea bags to Washington with a clear and concise message: "Don't Tread On Me!" and the political Pharisees scoffed and said 'it will pass.' We matched on Washington with one million Patriots strong, and the media turned the camera lens elsewhere and said, 'it will pass.' We came again by the hundreds of thousands to Restore Honor, and the oligarchy sighed and said; 'it will pass.' We manned our posts and voted our conscience and dozens of seats were filled with fellow Patriots, dislodging a staggering number of the politically impotent, and under their breath the Washington mob said; 'I hope it will pass.'
One thing I want to stress today, we are on the cusp of greatness, no longer having the luxury of waiting indolently for the next election cycle, as the cabal of darkness continues to rebuild their forces daily.
Remember, we must restore America and not stop until every political parasite is unelected and sent home in disgrace.
A word of caution: Time is short, resources are few, it's now critical for the Tea Party to build the ranks, train the new recruits and fulfill the continuing dreams of those who went before us.
But first, who will toil to make our Beloved Nation great again? Who will step up and say: 'NOT ON MY WATCH?' Who will carry the flag of restoration? The answer, while simple, is far from easy. Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is
a complete, total, 100% system of life.
Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and
military
components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other
components.
Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to
agitate for their religious privileges.
When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies
agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the
other components tend to c reep in as well.
Here's how it works:
As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any
given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a
peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens.. This is
the case in:
United States -- Muslim 0.6%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1.8%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities
and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and
among street gangs. This is happening in:
Denmark -- Muslim 2%
Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
Spain -- Muslim 4%
Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to
their percentage of the population . For example, they will push for the
introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby
securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure
on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves -- along with
threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:
France -- Muslim 8%
Philippines -- 5%
Sweden -- Muslim 5%
Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow
them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic
Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the
entire world.
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase
lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris ,
we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam
and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam , with
opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are
seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:
Guyana -- Muslim 10%
India -- Muslim 13.4%
Israel -- Muslim 16%
Kenya -- Muslim 10%
Russia -- Muslim 15%
After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad
militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian
churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror
attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the
most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood
lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

It is important to understand that in some countries, with well
under
100% Muslim populations, such as France, the minority Muslim
populations live in ghettos, within which they are 100% Muslim, and
within which they live by Sharia Law. The national police do not even
enter these ghettos. There are no national courts, nor schools, nor
non-Muslim religious facilities. In such situations, Muslims do not
integrate into the community at large. The children attend madrasses.
They learn only the Koran. To even associate with an infidel is a crime
punishable with death. Therefore, in some areas of certain nations,
Muslim Imams and extremists exercise more power than the national
average would indicate.
Today's 1..5 billion Muslims make up 22% of the world's population.
But their birth rates dwarf the birth rates of Christians, Hindus,
Buddhists, Jews, and all other believers. Muslims will exce ed 50% of the
world's population by the end of this century.
Well, boys and girls, today we are letting the fox guard the
henhouse. The wolves will be herding the sheep!

God of Arabia . Religiously – no… Because no other religion is

(Reuters) - A federal judge in Florida struck down President Barack Obama's landmark healthcare overhaul as unconstitutional on Monday in the biggest legal challenge yet to federal authority to enact the law.
U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson ruled that the reform law's so-called individual mandate went too far in requiring that Americans start buying health insurance in 2014 or pay a penalty.
"Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire act must be declared void," he wrote, "This has been a difficult decision to reach and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications."
Referring to a key provision in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Vinson sided with governors and attorneys general from 26 U.S. states, almost all of whom are Republicans, in declaring the Obama healthcare reform unconstitutional.
"Regardless of how laudable its attempts may have been to accomplish these goals in passing the act, Congress must operate within the bounds established by the Constitution," Vinson, who was appointed to the bench by Republican President Ronald Reagan, ruled.
The Obama administration said it would appeal Vinson's ruling and believed it would prevail on a highly politicized issue likely to end up at the Supreme Court.
"We strongly disagree with the court's ruling today and continue to believe -- as other federal courts have found -- that the Affordable Care Act is constitutional," Justice Department spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler said.
A White House official told reporters the administration planned to continue with implementation of the law.
"We'll continue to operate as we have previously and suspect that the states will do the same," said the senior administration official, who asked not to be named.
"Obviously this case will be appealed ... and so implementation would proceed apace ... This is not the last word by any means," the official said.
But the fact that the judge did not issue a stay of his ruling pending appeal by the government could threaten the application of many of the provisions of the healthcare law.

Todd Platts lies to his constituent
The York Sunday News reported that once again Todd Platts PA-19 proposes legislation for Congressional Term Limits. However like every time before, this bill has no chance of passing. Todd Platts has again shown that he is all show. The York Sunday News quoted Mr. Platts as saying that he will probably run for a seventh term in direct reversal of his Campaign Promise that he would self induce term limits even if he doesn't get the legislation passed.
The electorate in York and Adams Counties have a long history of pitching out of office those politicians like Todd Platts that have reached the 12 year maximum.
Not long ago Mr. Platts voted for "Special Rights" for Gays, in addition to allowing Gays to serve openly in the military. Both are an affront to the direction his constituents wished. As Joe Biden stated, This is a path to allowing Gay Marriage.
The Platts Hate Crime bill punishes your priest, rabbi, or minister for speaking the truth about homosexuality.
It's time to send Platts home!
I know change from personal experience. At first, the idea of change was terribly frightening. I was forced to change, but the orthodoxy remained fixed, exactly like it is in Egypt right now.
I was confronted with many hurdles. With determination, though, I got on my path of destiny. In the end, all of my dreams came true. And so it will be in our world.
From its study of the microcosmic, quantum physics “sees” in the microcosmic, a world that is not yet real, a dimension of infinite possibility. Through this infinitesimal, nanosecond world, not directly seen, but seen by smashing atoms, we expand our awareness. More than matter, interacting with matter, by knowing how it all comes together, and imagination, we are going to soon take a giant step forward. By the people's will, things will happen you cannot now believe.
It takes a crises like the one we are experiencing to jar the world into action. It is a pity that the people of Israel can't read the handwriting on the wall. Israel can either be annihilated or lead to tomorrow’s world. A Jewish state is a bone of contention that dates back thousands of years. The hue and cry in Egypt is for democracy. It should be the hue and cry in Israel to do away with the Jewish state.
Never let a crises go to waste. A full blown world crises is growing by leaps and bounds, and the leaders of the United States do not have the foggiest notion of what is taking place. The revolution is the people demanding change. It is a matter of time before the people in America are going to be on the street like the Egyptians.
TEA Party Continues Reagan Tradition
Time to Institute His Economic Bill of Rights
Just as Hall of Fame Denver quarterback John Elway became famous for a 98-yard drive through a snowstorm in the waning moments of a playoff game that won the game for his Broncos and came to be known as “The Drive,” so too in late 1964, Ronald Reagan gave a speech supporting Barry Goldwater’s presidential Bid. Goldwater’s famous book was called “The Conscience of a Conservative,” Reagan’s famous speech came to be known simply as “The Speech.”
During “The Speech” Reagan told the story of a Cuban refugee who had escaped Fidel Castro and that island’s communist tyranny. The refugee later became an American businessman and much later met two of Reagan's friends. Reagan described it this way in “The Speech” and considered even more powerful than Goldwater’s entire book.
“In the midst of his story my one friend turned to the other and said `we don't know how lucky we are' and the Cuban stopped and said `how lucky you are? . . . I had some place to escape to,' and in that sentence he told us the entire story,” Reagan continued, “If we lose freedom here there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth. And this idea that government is beholden to the people that it has no source of power except the sovereign people is still the newest and most unique idea in all the long history of man's relationship to man.”

The TEA (Taxed Enough Already; or Taken Enough Abuse) Party movement coming one generation after Reagan’s first presidential election victory honors Reagan’s legacy and the legacy of our Founding Fathers. It’s no coincidence that TEA Party activism rose up shortly after our newest President passed his $787 BIllion stimulus program. Barack Obama’s progressivism (Marxism, actually) and the entire Obama agenda, seemingly all designed to rush the country down the path toward the abyss while spitting on the Constitution and all the principles that made this country great. The same principles that Reagan harkened to every day are the principles Barack Obama denigrates into oblivion.
In response to Obama’s nauseating socialism, Reagan nostalgia and Glenn Beck’s eye-opening revelations have created a whole new generation of Americans that Wilson said in the blog quoted above

Although his comments were overlooked in the news media at that time, they are remarkably detailed and highly relevant to the fiscal challenges of 2010.
“It's about time we constitutionally mandate the Federal Government to do what every American family must do, and that is balance its budget,” Reagan said in his address. “That doesn't mean taking more out of your pocket by raising taxes. In fact, our Economic Bill of Rights suggests a balanced budget amendment should contain a provision requiring more than a mere majority vote in Congress -- which is all it takes now -- to raise your taxes.”
Voters, whether Republican, Independents, Democrats or Libertarians like Rajjpuut showed up en masse on Election Day, 2010, to express their outrage with tax and spend politicians . . . especially those with the gall to refuse to read and understand the expensive bills and entitlements they were passing. Rajjpuut’s suggests that the TEA Party and the Republican Party take this opportunity to revisit America’s Economic Bill of Rights which Ronald Reagan created out of his deep love for this country:

Preamble
The Founding Fathers of our country knew that without economic freedom there can be no political freedom. Their rallying cry of "No taxation without representation" reflects that fundamental precept. They knew that the right to earn your own keep and keep what you earn is central to America's understanding of what it means to be free. This country was built by people seeking to support themselves and their families by their own labor, people who treasured the right to work and dispose of their earnings as they saw fit, people who were willing to take economic risks.
Over the past 40 (now 64) years, however, the growth of government has left our citizens with less control over their economic lives. What America needs now is an Economic Bill of Rights that guarantees four fundamental freedoms:
• The freedom to work.
• The freedom to enjoy the fruits of one's labor.
• The freedom to own and control one's property.
• The freedom to participate in a free market.
To secure these freedoms, I propose the following initiatives:
The Freedom to Work: You have the right to pursue your livelihood in your own way, free from excessive government regulation and subsidized government competition.
1. To reduce subsidized government competition with private citizens, I will establish a bipartisan Presidential Commission on Privatization to identify government programs and activities that can be accomplished more effectively in the private sector. I will also instruct the executive branch to find additional ways for contracting outside the government to perform those tasks that belong in the private sector. As to those activities that should properly remain in the government, I have asked the President's Council on Management Improvement to accelerate its productivity improvement program by one year and to adopt private sector practices where they would promote efficiency.
2. To reduce the burden of government regulation, I have reconstituted the Task Force on Regulatory Relief, chaired by the Vice President, to root out unnecessary restrictions on the individual's pursuit of a livelihood.
The Freedom to Enjoy the Fruits of Your Labor: You have the right to keep what you earn, free from excessive government taxing, spending, and borrowing.
3. To protect you from over-borrowing by the government, I will ask the Congress to adopt a balanced budget amendment, a line item veto, and legislative changes that will restore integrity to the congressional budget process.
4. To protect you from over-taxing by the Government, I will propose as part of the balanced budget amendment submitted to Congress, a requirement for a supermajority vote by Congress before your taxes can be raised. This reform will help make permanent our recent progress in lowering your tax rates, broadening the tax base to ensure fairness, and indexing rates so that inflation cannot push taxes back up.
5. To protect you from excess spending by the Federal Government, I will propose Truth in Federal Spending
Legislation that will:
A. Require that every new program established by legislation increasing Federal spending be deficit-neutral by including equal amounts of offsets.
B. Require that every piece of legislation mandating an increase in private sector costs or imposing new regulations include a financial impact statement detailing:
—The impact on private costs;
—The impact on prices for the consumer;
—The effect on employment;
—The impact on the ability of U.S. industries to compete internationally.
C. Require that every piece of legislation forcing increased expenditures by State and local governments include an assessment of the spending impact, the likely source of funding, and the ability of these governments to fulfill the mandates of the legislation.
The Freedom to Own and Control Your Property: You have the right to keep and use your property, free from government control through coercive or confiscatory regulation.
6. To protect your right to own and use your property, my administration will pursue our successful efforts in the courts to restore your constitutional rights when the government at any level attempts to take your property through regulation or other means.
7. To protect intellectual property and to encourage creativity, I will urge that the Congress act on my proposals to provide adequate domestic and international protection to Americans who create new ideas and invent new goods and services.
Freedom to Participate in a Free Market: You have the right to contract freely for goods and services and to achieve your full potential without government limits on opportunity, economic independence, and growth.
8. To reform the present welfare system that promotes dependency and destroys families and communities, I have proposed a welfare reform initiative that will lift the least fortunate among us up from dependency by creating incentives for recipients to become independent of welfare as full participants in the American economy.
9. To prepare our youth for participation in today's economy, I will ask the Congress and the States to enact proposals that will protect the rights of parents to guide their children and select from a broad array of educational options that emphasize excellence, character, and values. I will also promote programs to assist problem students to complete their education and to encourage dropouts to return to school.
10. To arm American workers and businessmen for full participation in an increasingly complex world economy, I will press for the Congress to act on my trade, employment, and productivity proposals to:
—Increase job retraining and other initiatives which improve opportunity for the American worker.
—Encourage science and technology by increasing support for basic research and development.
—Enact antitrust, product liability, foreign corrupt practices, and other regulatory reforms that place American
enterprise on a level playing field with foreign competitors.
—Improve America's ability to secure free and fair trade without resorting to protectionist measures that destroy jobs and
harm the consumer.
Makes a lot of sense doesn’t it? Truth in spending by the Obama administration alone would be a wonderful thing but all of our presidents and far more importantly all of our congresses have been guilty of excess taxation and super-excess spending. This is where our present $14.1 TRillion National Debt and current $112 TRillion in Unfunded liabilities (not including welfare programs but only Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) come from . . . Truth in Spending; and requiring a “¾ super-majority” before any tax can be made law; or any present tax can be raised seems like simple, solid common sense. Rajjpuut would also insist that any tax can be cancelled and any old tax decreased by a simple majority. Reagan’s words bear repeating:
“We the people deserve to know that our jobs, paychecks, homes, and pensions are safe from the taxers and regulators of big government. Seeking Utter Dominance of AWI
In the good old days, the so-called “Misery Index” (MI) was achieved by adding the unemployment rate to the inflation rate. Notable, for example, was President Jimmy Carter inheriting Gerald Ford’s 13.45 misery index and then handing off a staggering 20.76 misery index to Reagan. The term “stagflation” was invented to describe the particular type of mess that Carter had generated with his big government policies. Reagan in turn handed off a relatively low 9.57 misery index to his former Vice President G.H.W. Bush. By the way, the only reason Carter got off so well is that the Democrats were keeping the stats and didn’t admit that inflation was 19% when he left office.
Rajjpuut would like to submit for contemplation, however, the far more sensitive and indicative AWI or “Absolute Wretchedness Index” created by adding the weekly interest on the REAL NATIONAL DEBT (RND) to the Misery Index. Currently the nation’s REAL NATIONAL DEBT based upon a National Debt of $14.1 TRillion and UNfunded liabilities (just in Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) amounting to $114.6 TRillion equals a grand total of . . . (Drum-roll, Maestro please . . . ) $128.7 TRillion. Welfare costs are another huge UNfunded outlay which the nation is obligated to cover, but the math gets too complicated so let’s stick with a current RND of $128.7 TRillion. That means the weekly interest on a Real National Debt would amount to $ 73 Billion or about $250 per week per American man, woman or child . . . not the debt itself, just the interest we pay on it . . . so with 9.5% unemployment and .4% inflation and $73 Billion weekly RND interest rates Mr. Obama’s current Absolute Wretchedness Index stands at 82.9 easily the worst in history. His predecessor George W. Bush’s highest AWI reading was 72.6. The closest thing we see to Obama’s 82.9 AWI is Carter’s at roughly 76.6.
For those who decry any measurement system which disparages the noble contributions of that stalwart statesman Barack Hussein Obama, perhaps a little deeper study is required. While we appreciate that it’s just not cool to talk about esoteric subjects like having revenues meet obligations, according to information found in a book recently written by a former Comptroller General of the United States (Comeback America: Turning the Country Around and Restoring Fiscal Responsibility by David M. Walker) at the time he wrote his book the National Debt was about 5.5 times our income (the revenues of the nation). So considering our UNfunded liabilities as well as the debt, our obligations are now more than fifty times our revenues. We have thus severely mortgaged the country’s future and our children’s, grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s future all the while facing a markedly different world in which America no longer has a virtual monopoly on desired goods and services and technologies but every year faces more and more serious competition in the global marketplace. Current taxes are one thing, but if we don’t start reducing our debt and the interest on the debt, then deferred taxes will destroy the nation. Let’s be clear on this: future taxes could triple and we’d still have trouble paying off both the interest on the National Debt and our future now UNfunded liabilities. That is, unless we do something NOW, everyone in the future would be taxed 100% of earnings and we still could not pay off either debt interest or obligations . . . and, of course we would have zero dollars for Defense or any other budget item . . . and still would not be dealing with the debt itself (again, just the interest).
How far in the future are we talking about? Within 12 or 13 years the interest on the National Debt will be the single largest item in the nation’s budget unless current trends change dramatically. And you get absolutely nothing in return for it, all this interest we pay . . . hence we’ve named this measure of problematical agony: the Absolute Wretchedness Index or AWI. 50% of this money is owed to foreign governments with China being #1 and Japan #2 in holding our debt; a bloc of oil producing nations combined hold’s the #3 amount. This is a crucial factor. Why did we back Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae with $5 TRillion? Because foreign debtors demanded it, since they held so much of these U.S. debt instruments.
The problem has two components, but despite all our current “pain,” only one of them matters. In the short term due to the economy, our two wars, and unemployment things are going to be painful . . . but this is a small drop in a huge ocean. The main component is the long-term structural imbalance. The budget and the deficits and the debt and the interest payments on the debt which are NOT sustainable. Once the economy recovers we get out of the wars and finally see 5% unemployment again . . . things will be even worse because we’ll have continued on several more years increasing the debt; the interest on that new higher debt; and all our UNfunded liabilities as well. Huge unending deficits, year after year, as far as the eye can see will still loom ahead of us. It is this structural imbalance that threatens to destroy the country . . . hence our headline “State of Union Speech Shows Obama Seeking Utter Dominance of AWI.”
Mr. Obama has, in real terms not in CBO configurations, increased the federal budget 41% if Obamacare and his other initivatives are considered. Now he talks about freezing discretionary federal spending at this super-elevated level for three years. What utter nonsense that pretense of his amounts to. We must begin to slash spending immediately towards 2006 or even 2004 levels. If we don’t we will lose the confidence of foreign lenders and find ourselves floating down the proverbial open sewer lacking a paddle or other means of locomotion other than our own hands as the dollar drops precipitously, interest rates and inflation soar, and our mild recession becomes a real depression and we see truly scary unemployment. Walker in his book called Washington “a lagging indicator” meaning that the politicians in their ivory towers and the political class who adore them aren’t getting the picture nearly as rapidly or as clearly as the people now do.
It is the people, the voters, who are demanding something be done about these problems even if the solution is arduous and unpopular among politicians and their allies with a vested interest in the current unstainable structure. The current Obama administration and the Democratic majorities they had in Congress have called the TEA Party movement “astroturf” rather than a true grassroots movement; accused them of being merely a more rightwing version of the Republican Party; and shown them no respect at all. Many of the current Republicans, such as John McCain’s daughter, lightweight pundit and columnist for The Daily Beast Meghan McCain, are proving just as blind about the TEA (Taxed Enough Already or Taken Enough Abuse?) Party as the Democrats. Ms. McCain objected to the TEA Party’s Michelle Bachmann commenting on Obama’s State of the Union address in addition to the Republican response so ably handled by Rep. Paul Ryan, saying, Bachmann was “at best a poor man’s Sarah Palin.”
Ms. McCain, whose only accomplishment in life is being the daughter of a famous man, ought to show a little respect when she’s talking about her elders and about a woman of true accomplishment. As Walker’s book points out, the people are aroused now and Ms. Bachmann, Sen. Paul and Sen. DeMint recognize it even if she can’t.
Let’s give you a real blast from the past when Time Magazine which loved Jimmy Carter finally had to admit things were none too rosy in their March 24, 1980 edition . . . .
"As Jimmy Carter stepped before the television cameras in the East Room of the White House last Friday, his task was not just to proclaim another new anti-inflation program but to calm a national alarm that had begun to border on panic. Inflation and interest rates, both topping 18%, are so far beyond anything that Americans have experienced in peacetime—and so far beyond anything that U.S. financial markets are set up to handle—as to inspire a contagion of fear. Usually confident businessmen and bankers have begun talking of Latin American-style hyperinflation, financial collapse, major bankruptcies, a drastic drop in the American standard of living."
We’ve heard plenty of talk about Obama’s and Bernanke sooner or later handing us a hyper-inflation and moving America toward Banana Republic Status so it appears history if it’s not repeating itself is at least humming the same rhyming song. Knowing that lesson in absolutely wretched history, let us pray not repeat it. Instead let us be pro-active in the Reagan sense and severely constraining the parasitic government, let us unleash the free market by cutting debt**; cutting spending; cutting taxes; cutting regulation; and ultimately under-cutting unemployment.
