Why is the Tea Party not in front of the main stream media's office protesting the very fact they are not delivering a free press according to our Constitution? Maybe if thousands of people stood in front of their headquarters protesting their lack of reporting on the Obama Administration and his socialist push to change our great country we would begin to see some reporting done on this dangerous enemy in the White House. And secondly, why are we not calling for removal of this man from the oval office? Watergate and Nixon was nothing compared to what this man wants to do to our country and is doing to our country. It seems like more and more eating healthy foods is causing nothing butmore problems while there's all these eat healthy, eat right movements,it seems as though with every food we eat becoming genetically altered(GMO), that with Vitamins being altered to be filled with contaminantsand coming from China, and Big Pharma becoming more and more greedy formore money plus tax payers dollars under the future Obamacare Socialistprogram, that more of the things we eat, drink, and the air we breatheis becoming more toxic and tainted with chemicals.

Right now I am sick with a very persistent virus that's hard to fight or remove (Iam serious I got sick just 2 days ago), and so I am so angry that I gotthis virus after taking all of these healthy vitamins and then caught asummer cold I decided to type up this article and do some research onwhether others suspected the Big Pharma has tampered with our Vitaminssupplements, and Herbal Supplements.

I took the Goji Berry drink, Vitamin Water, Acai Berry (Although that did make me lose weightwhich was what I wanted), and ate healthy foods at Golden Corral suchas salad and other things. After all that in the middle of very hottemperatures I received a cold which got worse each day. First it wasconstant runny nose and tiredness, and then went straight to headachesand violent coughs.

I even took 3 different cough medicines and nasal decongestants and all three seem to have hardly any positiveeffect on me while I read that one of those medicines have me at riskof Liver damage.

Also last year my mom took multi-vitamins and right after she started taking the most recent kind her lips swelled uplike she was taking some heavy drugs but it wasn't drugs, it wasvitamin supplements. Also when I took the Glymetrolmy health problems started getting worse and I got scammed by it. Nowthanks to Glymetrol my health has worsened and I am now taking pillsfor acid reflux which I never had to take before until after I startedtaking Glymetrol.

This tells you that herbal supplements and vitamin supplements helping the human body, it is becoming the sameresult as pharmaceutical drugs which has permanent side effects, thatinstead of helping and rejuvenating the human body it is now causingmore health problems, and leading us to being even more sick thenbefore plus not to mention bodily suffering.

Also when I did some research theres been reports that Vitamin supplements and herbal supplements have contaminants in them. Also all of this weird stuff with peoplesvitamins started happening right after the FDA started announcing of going to war with the vitamin companies back in 2007.

So why haven't the vitamin companies been shut down after all of thosethreats, maybe there was a better way to go against those using bothalternative medicine and people using natural supplements, and that isby manipulating and contaminating vitamin, herbal, and alternativemedicine supplements.

People of course thinks this has nothing to do with Big Pharma tampering with vitamins that either people aretaking too many supplements or dieting isn't easy and can have thoseeffects but from what I have seen vitamins are getting more and morelike drugs each year and this year the vitamins are really giving meand others I know bad effects.

From all I am finding out right now I am now certain Big Pharma is getting tired of fighting theVitamin and Herbal supplement companies but instead could be investingand/or tampering with the natural supplements to eliminate more chancesto get away from Biug Pharma's toxic medicines.

Also it seems like vitamins these days don't do anything to help with the problems asthey are probably being made in a shady factory of China. My grandmagot her toe broken even though she took vitamins, my mom got her lipsswelled from taking multivitamins from walmart, and I got very sickafter taking not too many but a good amount of vitamin drinks and foods.

Also I have been wondering about cell phone towers and their interferencewith Rife machine and other health frequencies. When I tried goodfrequencies it took forever to start getting some results and then itflat out failed so it makes me wonder if cell phone towers across thecountry are really being put up not just to cause cancer but to alsoblock healing frequencies to further get us dependent on Big PharmaDrugs and vaccinations. As long as they have us all dependent they cankeep us all underf control and make lots of money.

Note: What I am talking about here is where the confederacy was more for states separation rights which should be guaranteed in the Constitution and the whole thing was not mainly over slavery and not
over racism but states rights were not given which seem to have
triggered the civil war.

I was told at a civil war state park by a knowledgeable woman that worked at a North Carolina historical park that seem to not be afraid to speak the truth even if it may have been against the US Government.

She told me that the civil war was not fought mainly over slavery, that the south was going to eventually abolish slavery just as the North, that it was mainly over the Confederates wanting to create a
union that supported states running their own governments and that they
can separate from the union.

So was this whole slavery civil war talk a lie, propaganda from the Federal Government to turn people against separating from the union anytime the Federal Government gets hijacked by special interest groups
and secret societies and which we are clearly seeing at this time.

This woman was very knowledgeable but I will refuse to tell her name and the historical park she worked at for safety purposes and so she can keep de-brainwashing people without the federal government
targeting her.

I think it is interesting that she speaks the truth, that the whole civil war, the whole confederacy was not mainly fought over slavery but was actually fought over states rights.

Also she was saying that the North was making more money then the South even though they did work in agriculture but made less money because the North used Industry and I guess they felt they were being
underpaid and were being used by the North so all these different
reasons started the Confederacy which led to the civil war and it was
not mainly fought over slavery.

I am shocked that a person working for a state parks service which is government-run would speak out against the federal government or teach that propaganda has turned people against the confederacy but I
guess since shes working with the state and not the federal government
she rather the states ran things then the federal government I agree
with her if that is what she believes.

The Federal Government is a centralized power establishment and if a few elites run the whole country disaster can unfold like it has with politicians taking bribes to pass stupid and unconstitutional laws,
secret societies taking control of politician seats, and manipulating
the media to their own uprising of their expandable powers.

So I rather be for states rights then being a federalist because our federal government can be easily hijacked and overthrown and if our troops were run by states they can tackle the corrupted states if those
states planned to overthrow the free states, then the free states can
fight back against those that wish to destroy those freedom supporting
states.

So we need to start debunking the propaganda that the states that wanted separation from the union or the confederacy was all for slavery and racism but that they just wanted to have decentralized power
because the only way to commit treason at a very high level and take
over a high percentage of the whole world is centralization because it
would be too hard to practically commit treason in every state so the
treasonous traitors of the elite thought about centralizing government
and have all 50 states under their control.

3. The Federal takeover of our schools, teaches children WHAT to think NOT HOW to disseminate information, and if you (the student) disagree… you are reviled as a mental midget and berated. (an usurping of power of the parents and over the youth)
4. Free to murder the unborn innocent but not put to death the guiltiest (Death row murderers). Creating a dependence on a support group NOW and Planned Death or parenthood, to appease the continual guilt of abortion justification therefore rather than reconciliation, forgiveness and peace.
5. Dismantling the second amendment turns citizens into subjects and increases crime. (Statistically proven). They use civilizations as a tool for personal power and financial gain. Just look at what they have done to the minorities.

6. They tell minorities on a regular basis that they are so STUPID and WEEK that they cannot get along without the white liberals to feed and cloth them (welfare). Then they sell the story that they will never be rich so let’s go rob the rich man so you can be a SLAVE TO THE STATE. Brothers, I thought you hated slave ownership… Do you not realize that you only traded the Democrat plantation owner for the Democrats party? To the Hispanics they say NO BORDERS because we need the Hispanic SLAVE LABOR and more importantly VOTES. While Men are enslaved, women and children get raped left to die in the Sonora desert; While both Democrats and Republicans utilize the drug trade for the purpose of Federal expansion and creation of a police state with a so called war on drugs. 7. The LEFT contribute to the death of the most honored among us, Our solders and Veterans!!! They vote to send them into battle then tie them to prolong the battle so as to milk from them financial and political gain. 8. They use political correctness to destroy the first amendment as they cannot seem to win a debate on the facts. This from those who say I am inferior for not attending college. The left “for being so enlightened” are about the most inbred ignorant people in the United States. They scream “Freedom of speech” until they get offended. What offends them? Predominantly anything that encompasses common sense or simply the TRUTH!!! These people defile the constitution and the majority of what our founders intended.

9. Let us make sure to vote them out every chance we get; Left or right. This war in America and is going to be won or lost with BALLETS NOT Bullets. As predictable as ever, these liberal simpletons believe that we will grab our guns and run on Washington…. The history of America’s black people informs me that whites have thought blacks were inferior, moreover, it was dangerous to educate them, in fact against the law. What a terrible thought! George Washington owned slaves. Thomas Jefferson owned slaves. Even the emancipator of America’s slaves, Abraham Lincoln, believed blacks were inferior. America is not the shining city on the hill some people claim. It is thought that America’s past needs to be blotted out, that we need to be transformed, to believe the ideas of progressives.

In the South, where I grew up, blacks (we called them the “N” word) were not allowed to dine in white restaurants, nor to drink from white drinking fountains. We had a black maid. When she used our bathroom, my mother cleaned the toilet seat with Lysol, she said, because all black people carried venereal diseases. It didn’t make sense to allow our maid to handle our food. I worried that I was going to be infected with a venereal disease.

A black person, ringing our front door bell, introducing herself as Mrs. Brown. dhe was applying for the job my mother advertised, my mother informed Mrs. Brown that black people don’t come to her front door, nor do they introduce themselves as Mrs. Brown. This black said she came from the North, where black people come to the front door and introduce themselves as Mrs. Brown. My mother sent her on her way and indignantly informed my father of her insolent behavior. They agreed that blacks from the north have a lot of gall.

When I was a boy, blacks all lived in “N”town. They had better stay where they belonged unless they had business in the white community. I saw blacks being beaten by the cops merely for being in a white community. It was felt that this was necessary. If they were not in a white community for a legitimate reason, it was only to steal anything they could get their hands on. They were inferior and had to be treated as inferiors. Beatings were something blacks understood, unbelievably a century after they were emancipated.

I was on a troop train during World War II, heading for Tacoma, Washington, where I was to board a troop ship. We were part of the invasion force of Japan. The train stopped in Atlanta, Georgia. I witnessed a black soldier from my troop train being turned away from the depot restaurant. He was good enough to be drafted to fight for America’s freedom, but not good enough to dine with us. Really! And we considered blacks inferior? Terrible!

Consider this: After World War II, the captured Nazi leaders were brought to trial by an international court. They pleaded innocent on the legal ground that they were merely following German law. After all, with regard to treatment of America’s blacks, German law was as fair. The Nuremburg trials held that Nazi leaders were guilty of violating human rights.

Consider this: The Taney Supreme Court, ostensibly, under the U. S. Constitution, held that Dred Scott, a captured runaway slave, was property, and the same as a mule was a beast of burden; he was not human. It is not against the law to terminate the life of a beast. The Nazis worked Germany’s Jews until they could work no more and then exterminated them the way you would an insect. By the Taney Court’s interpretation of the U. S. Constitution, Nazi Germany’s Jews were beasts; we are whatever the courts say we are. By intelligent reasoning, which is fundamental to the law, the Supreme Court is as wrong today was the Taney Court, as were Nazi Germany’s courts. Today, the Constitution is whatever the Supreme Court says it is.

It just so happens that one of the Nuremberg trial judges was an American Supreme Court justice. Justice Jackson, in West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, for the Court:

The very purpose of the Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One’s right to life, liberty, and property . . .and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections.

All of the flapdoodle above mentioned, called the law—and good citizens are those who obey the law—exactly what is the law? We were created with reason and logic, which is fundamental to the law. Indeed, we are not good citizens when we obey laws that clearly violate human rights. As a personal witness, I can tell you the German people learned this the hard way. I was a combat riflemen during World War II. Me and my buddies moved from the Rhine River completely across Nazi Germany. When we were done with our job, as a personal witness, I can tell you that Germany was flat on the ground, and deserved it.

It is impossible for me to understand why America’s authorities spent our hard earned money rebuilding Germany? The German people have never shown their appreciation. It is as though by some special inexplicable right we did the only thing we could do. It’s what Obama calls comprehensive or all inclusive law.

Sadly though, neither the Civil War nor World War II changed anything. Gross injustices in these United States, in violation of human rights, sanctioned by the law and courts, continued until Martin Luther King and his followers informed the American people that we, individually, under the law, have a personal responsibility, if we dare to call ourselves human. You have to give those brave souls credit for standing up to Bull Conner and his police dogs. It must have been terrifying.

Funny thing, from the news I got at the time, I didn’t see it the way I do now. I didn’t like people who marched in the street in protest, sort of like Obama. Arizona’s governor approved a law that could be discriminatory to Mexicans. We need to think comprehensively, about all inclusive law. We need to think about law that doesn’t offend anyone. Funny thing, it has never happened yet. In the meanwhile, human rights are being ignored. Funny thing, the same applies to federal income tax, and taking from the rich and giving to the poor. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

There can be no argument, if we are endowed with human intelligence, we believe that we are all human, whether we be black, brown, or white. Under the law of all times, given our history, we are forced to believe that we are all equal in our rights. Therefore, under the law of all times, there is no such thing as a government entitlement. It’s brute law. So, here we go again with abuses of human rights. Under the “Higher Law,” no one is government entitled to preferential treatment. Under the “Higher Law,” there can be no government mandated redistribution of wealth, no matter for what good cause. Never ever does the end justify the means, as Roosevelt’s New Deal law says. Our rights are God-given—and constitutionally guaranteed.

Entitlements are government expedience—brute law—and unfortunately, now out of control. The debt government is creating is unsustainable, and government brutes incapable of curbing its excesses. Yet, to our amazement, not one of America’s current representatives has mentioned the logical cure, instead choosing to address the symptoms of the problem they have created, and to go into secret meetings to hammer out solutions that keep them in control. It is brute law. Only government is capable of making the law all inclusive—understand for the good of all. It goes against natural law. You betcha! If you think only good thoughts, everything will be alright. Just keep hoping. Gee! Why didn’t I think of that?

If America is to be saved, it is imperative that we, the people, elect representatives dedicated toward immediately cutting taxes and drastically cutting the cost of government—and until the budget is balanced. Instead of depending on redistribution of the wealth of the nation, it is imperative that the economy be first, last and always, where all of the wealth is produced. It is solely that to cure brute law; that is comprehensive or all inclusive law, and the current destructive addiction of government dependence.

I never knew until Beck’s Founding Father’s presentation on May 28, 2010 that some of America’s Founding Fathers were black. With 95 percent of America’s blacks voting for Marxist, leftist, all inclusive law—brute law—which is determined to change America into a socialist state reminiscent of Nazi Germany, I’m sure that the 95 percent black vote could not know that their ancestors fought for America’s independence. They could not know that along with Paul Revere rode a black man shouting “the the British are coming.” They could not know that a mixed congregation of blacks and whites, in a church, when told the British were coming, grabbed their rifles and fought them. They could not know that when Washington crossed the Delaware River, as shown in the famous painting, there were two blacks in the boat. They could not know that some of those Founding Fathers in Congress were black, and one was Speaker of the House. America’s 95 percent of blacks voting for brutes could not know that their ancestors were American heroes, indeed, who saved America from British domination, some with the gift of oratory that put whites to shame.

Indeed, what a shame that 95 percent of the blacks voting for Marxist brutes—and I myself learned all of this for the first time on Beck’s Founding Father’s show—uninformed blacks voting for leftist radicals who don’t appear to know that their ancestors, in every one of America’s wars, have given their lives for the cause of liberty and justice, calling themselves African Americans because they don’t know the truth. Their ancestors could have been here before mine, and just as interested in life, liberty, and property as mine.

Pray tell me why you are willing to settle for a pittance from government—just enough to keep you forever dependent, and not only that, but taking from those struggling to get a foot hold, depriving them of their life, liberty, and property? Why is it that I never knew, nor do 95 percent of you voting for radical leftists know that your ancestors were every bit as American as whites? The truth will set you free.

The cause of liberty and justice, be you black, white, or brown, is in everyone’s soul. Come one, come all. A new star is born, The Tea Party—millions of determined Americans with no prejudices, individuals who believe life, liberty, and property is a God-given right, let us make the Tea Party the brightest star of all. I'm Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen. I want to explain SB 1070 which I voted for and was just signed by Governor Jan Brewer.
Rancher Rob Krantz was murdered by the drug cartel on his ranch a month ago. I participated in a senate hearing two weeks ago on the border violence, here is just some of the highlights from those who testified.

The people who live within 60 to 80 miles of the Arizona/Mexico Border have for years been terrorized and have pleaded for help to stop the daily invasion of humans who cross their property . One Rancher testified that 300 to 1200 people a DAY come across his ranch vandalizing his property, stealing his vehicles and property, cutting down his fences, and leaving trash. In the last two years he has found 17 dead bodies and two Koran bibles.

Another rancher testified that daily drugs are brought across his ranch in a military operation. A point man with a machine gun goes in front, 1/2 mile behind are the guards fully armed, 1/2 mile behind them are the drugs, behind the drugs 1/2 mile are more guards. These people are violent and they will kill anyone who gets in the way. This was not the only rancher we heard that day that talked about the drug trains.

One man told of two illegal's who came upon his property one shot in the back and the other in the arm by the drug runners who had forced them to carry the drugs and then shot them. Daily they listen to gun fire during the night it is not safe to leave his family alone on the ranch and they can't leave the ranch for fear of nothing being left when they come back.

The border patrol is not on the border. They have set up 60 miles away with check points that do nothing to stop the invasion. They are not allowed to use force in stopping anyone who is entering. They run around chasing them, if they get their hands on them then they can take them back across the border.

Federal prisons have over 35% illegal's and 20% of Arizona prisons are filled with illegal's. In the last few years 80% of our law enforcement that have been killed or wounded have been by an illegal.

The majority of people coming now are people we need to be worried about. The ranchers told us that they have seen a change in the people coming they are not just those who are looking for work and a better life.

The Federal Government has refused for years to do anything to help the border states . We have been over run and once they are here we have the burden of funding state services that they use. Education cost have been over a billion dollars. The healthcare cost billions of dollars. Our State is broke, $3.5 billion deficit and we have many serious decisions to make. One is that we do not have the money to care for any who are not here legally. It has to stop.
The border can be secured. We have the technology we have the ability to stop this invasion. We must know who is coming and they must come in an organized manner legally so that we can assimilate them into our population and protect the sovereignty of our country. We are a nation of laws. We have a responsibility to protect our citizens and to protect the integrity of our country and the government which we live under.

I would give amnesty today to many, but here is the problem, we dare not do this until the Border is secure. It will do no good to forgive them because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders. I ask you what form of government will we live under? How long will it be before we will be just like Mexico , Canada or any of the other Central American or South American countries? We have already lost our language, everything must be printed in Spanish also. We have already lost our history it is no longer taught in our schools. And we have lost our borders.

The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany . Are you kidding. The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally, but it was an effort to try and stop illegal's from setting up businesses, and employment, and receiving state services and give the ability to local law enforcement when there is probable cause like a traffic stop to determine if they are here legally. Federal law is very clear if you are here on a visa you must have your papers on you at all times. That is the law. In Arizona all you need to show you are a legal citizen is a driver license, MVD identification card, Native American Card, or a Military ID. This is what you need to vote, get a hunting license, etc.. So nothing new has been added to this law. No one is going to be stopped walking down the street etc... The Socialist who are in power in DC are angry because we dare try and do something and that something the Socialist wants us to do is just let them come. They want the "Transformation" to continue.

Maybe it is too late to save America . Maybe we are not worthy of freedom anymore. But as an elected official I must try to do what I can to protect our Constitutional Republic . Living in America is not a right just because you can walk across the border. Being an American is a responsibility and it comes by respecting and upholding the Constitution the law of our land which says what you must do to be a citizen of this country. Freedom is not free.

Faith in natural law, either the law of the jungle or faith in divine providence, a higher law exclusively for the highest of life forms on planet Earth, America’s Founding Fathers were of the faith that America’s founding was an act of divine providence, without the usual and dividing supernatural characteristics that go with various religions. “We are one nation under God.” It worked to make America the most powerful and prosperous nation on earth, but now we find ourselves divided.

Together with prosperity, power being native to all sentient beings, power opposing reason, reason fundamental to the Higher Law, the background of American constitutional law, the current activist Supreme Court, opposing reason fundamental to the law, says that in light of today’s needs the law is what we say it is. This house divided will not long stand.

The law in America has emerged part Higher Law, part political. The Ciceronian version of the Higher Law, as regarding human equality:

“There is no one thing so like or so equal to one another in every instance man is to man. And the corruption of custom and the variation of opinion did not induce an imbecility of minds and turn them aside from the course of nature, no one would more resemble himself than all men would resemble all men. Therefore, whatever definition we give to man will be applicable to the entire human race.”

Ah yes, the definition: Philosopher Nietzsche wondered if God made a mistake when he created man or if man made a mistake when he created God. Nietzsche came to the conclusion that the individual was responsible for his own choices. From this came the God is dead notion. To the contrary, I found faith in self and faith in God are one. Since then, regardless of what goes on externally, internally, I have the power to cope.

But getting back to the activist Supreme Court, Justice Brandeis, a Roosevelt appointee, declared, “Property is only a means. It has been a frequent error of our court that they have made the means the end.” Under Roosevelt’s New Deal law, the end justifies the means. Redistribution of the fruits of the individual’s labor is for the good of all. Although I fought this idea for years, that’s fine by me now.
