The constitution gives the states the power to reign in an out of control federal government; so why isn't it being done?

Ten states now have taken the first step toward limiting the power of the federal government. Officials from Arizona, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Carolina, Virginia and Wyoming have filed resolutions calling for a convention of states that would propose amendments to the U.S. Constitution with the express purpose of limiting the power and jurisdiction of the federal government. Article V. of our Constitution gives the states the power to call such a convention for the purpose of amendments by the states, and the constitution stays in place during the process.

“The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress.”

Mark Meckler, president of Citizens for Self-Governance, co-founded CSG’s Convention of States Project, which is currently working to convince the necessary 34 state legislatures to pass bills calling for a convention of states.

The need for the states to limit federal power did not suddenly arise overnight. A convention of states should have been held years ago. However people are only now beginning to understand the power that Article V. gives the states.
If the states can agree to have a convention, they should be able to agree on some amendments as well. Two things I would personally like the convention to do – impose term limits on all federal offices of all three branches, and give states the power to repeal federal laws by a majority of states; the number of states required to be established by the amendment, and last but not least reaffirm the requirement for an intrinsic backed currency system.

The FEC has ruled in favor of those who support and are working for an Article V. Convention of States to be called by the states.

Recently I've searched the Internet and found actual signs posted by the BLM (federal) - that state "First Amendment zone" - the problem with this is the Constitution of United States covers the United States. The Constitution of United States does not have gray areas or blackout areas or areas that it doesn't cover within the sovereign land of the United States of America. Now the very people who have sworn to uphold the Constitution are the ones who are defiling the Constitution by stating that there are only certain areas within the borders of the United States of America that the Constitution applies to - in other words the "First Amendment zones". There are no such thing as amendment zones or constitutional zones or any other zones for that matter when it comes to freedoms of the people of the United States of America. The citizens of the United States should not have to fight against the federal government, rather the federal government should be fighting for the people of the United States of America.
When Americans fear their own government and that same government is limiting our constitutional rights it is time for a change in power, so get out there and vote!

Catch phrases that could be used are too numerous to mention but none of them really drive the point home. We do not want a country where the words "hi I'm here from the federal government" cause fear and panic among the people.
There is no reason that the United States of America should have snipers targeting citizens who are exercising their constitutionally given rights. Now that being said, if those same citizens break the law, then of course rule of law must be maintained. But rule of law must be maintained within the boundaries of the Constitution.
I ask you to go to http://www.reaganfoundation.org/reagan-quotes.aspx and just look at some of the quotes regarding big government and federal power. You'll find there are some very frightening similarities between what he was saying then and what is occurring now. What we need is a strong conservative leadership - no R.I.N.O.s, no establishment Republicans nor "moderate" Republicans - just strong conservative leadership that could give a hoot about party affiliation.
It is time that America woke up to the problems that we are facing; it is time that America took back America from the federal government and gave it back to the states and the people.
The government cannot govern without consent of the governed - that is you, you are the governed people of the United States of America.

Same-Sex couples can no longer do the happy wedded bliss dance in Utah due to a temporary halt of marriage licenses to gay couples due to the U.S. Supreme Court, reported CNN. This ruling allows Utah state officials to uphold their state ban on gay marriages while the federal court judge’s decision is appealed.

For many Utah residents who voted in favor of traditional biblical marriage principles which support marriage between a man and a woman, Federal Court District Judge Robert Shelby ‘s decision last month was a blow. The judge decided that the state same-sex marriage ban was somehow unconstitutional when it forbid lesbians and gays from being legally married.

The federal judge relied upon the “Equal Protection and Due Process” safeguard of the U.S. Constitution to decide that gay couples were being deprived of their rights due to the Utah state ban. The 2004 ban had been supported and approved by Utah voters which coincide with the general principled beliefs of the state’s residents.

Are your private conversations safe from Obama administration NSA snooping? According to a U.S. federal judge, your “U.S. Constitutional rights are being violated daily by the collecting of dialing records of all U.S. calls in America,” according to the LA Times. It appears that the Fourth Amendment’s strict ban on unreasonable searches by government was abolished by the NSA massive data collection efforts, suggests the court.

This marks the first time in the history of the nation that a federal judge has ruled that the collection of these records were not within the scope of the government legitimate right to collect possibly invasive private phone data. The court stated that the rights of innocent Americans not under suspicion of terrorist activities should be protected. U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon was clear about the possible violation of the Constitutional rights of Americans by NSA surveillance activities.

The top secret data mining activities came to light earlier in the year due to the public revelations of former NSA analyst Edward Snowden. Judge Leon stressed, “Today’s computerized gathering of all dialing records represents a new threat to privacy that was not fully recognized in the past,” according to the LA Times.

Did CGI Federal use White House Insider influence to secure failed Obamacare website contract?

Last Thursday, America was treated to an incredible dodge ball performance by Cheryl Campbell, senior vice president of the Canadian firm CGI Federal which handled website development. She became the latest in a line of private and public officials to not accept responsibility for the gigantic hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars to go down the sinkhole due to the Obamacare site failure. Her firm wrote the code for the website and appears largely responsible for its volcanic systemic. Now the president wants to waste more money yet, the question still remains how CGI Federal ever selected for building the website when it has a history of similar meltdown problems.

It appears that the White House, via Michelle Obama and her connection with former Princeton classmate Toni Townes-Whitley, a senior vice president at CGI Federal may have given her back door access to the apparent no-bid contract. The Daily Caller reported that the purported $678 million website contract went to the Canadian firm, perhaps due to Michelle Obama’s influence.

This deal cheated the nation out of hundreds of millions of dollars in the failed construction. President Obama has not taken the blame for the failure, which one has to has to wonder where are the subpoenas for the documentation of CGI’s other federal and state contracts and projects that the firm has ongoing in the United States. Shouldn’t a financial fiasco so vast warrant more than a casual nod by Obama for his signature legislation?

What is equally troubling is that according to the CGI senior vice president who testified before congress last week, the White House was kept abreast of the possibility that when the website switch was turned on, on October 1st, Millions of Americans would be locked out of it. According to her, the White House knew. So the age old question from Watergate days remains: “What did the president know and when did he know it?”

Are you angry enough yet? You should be!

On Friday, according to Fox News, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is blaming congress for the problems of the website malfunction. This is in response mounting bipartisan calls in congress for her resignation over the website debacle. The nation and many Democrat senators are not taking the bait.

In fact there is mounting support among Democrats in the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives to put Obamacare on hold. Democrat senators, Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark., Joe Manchin, D-W.Va, Mary Landrieu, D-La., and Kay Hagan, D-N.C., are moving for Obamacare to be delayed in full implementation, suggests Fox News.

Attorney General Eric Holder has told the world he is going to overturn the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and imprison citizens if anyone is caught posting or writing "inflammatory" comments about anyone who adheres to the muslim religion....

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said he wanted inflation. He got his wish. Now the question is: Is it getting out of hand?

In the 1940 short film “A Plumbing We Will Go,” The Three Stooges pose as plumbers trying to stop a leaky pipe in a large home while a party is going on.

Since they know nothing about plumbing, it isn’t long before the boys have connected the water pipes to a conduit and water is pouring out everywhere. Of course, the party is ruined and the house is wrecked.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke is Moe, Larry and Curly all rolled into one, and his efforts to stop the leaky economy have been as successful as the boys’ efforts were in fixing the dripping pipe. Bernanke’s latest effort of quantitative easing — known as QE2 — is running out, and the bubble he created is deflating faster than one of the Stooges’ helium-filled cakes.

Last week, a Chinese ratings house accused the United States of defaulting on its massive debt by allowing the dollar to weaken against other currencies — eroding the wealth of its creditors, the biggest of which is China.

China holds $1.145 trillion of U.S. Treasury securities. That is down from its peak of $1.175 trillion in October, according to a story by the AFP news service.

China, the No. 1 holder of U.S. debt, is now a seller of U.S. Treasuries. Japan, the second largest holder of U.S. Treasuries, may soon be a seller as well. It needs money to repair infrastructure following this year’s earthquake and tsunami.

The stock market was down six weeks in a row before last week, when it finally finished a week on an up note. According to The Economic Collapse blog, that hasn’t happened since the dotcom bubble burst in May 2001.

The false euphoria created by QE2, which propped up Bernanke’s Wall Street buddies by driving money into the market, has worn off. Investors realize this, and they are looking for new places to put their money.

Meanwhile, once again, John and Jane American are watching their meager retirement funds dry up. Unemployment is up (the true unemployment rate, which includes discouraged workers, is 22.3 percent, according to the National Inflation Association), manufacturing and consumer confidence are down and one in seven Americans is on food stamps. Millions of Americans receive some sort of government assistance.

The price of everything is increasing. According to NIA: “90% of sporting goods manufacturers have seen their input costs rise substantially this year and 41% of them have already announced major price increases for athletic apparel, footwear, and sports equipment. As the 8,000 toy manufacturers in China are forced to raise the wages they pay their employees, Toys R’ Us is now beginning to see major wholesale price increases for their products, which they will have to pass on to U.S. consumers. Hasbro recently raised prices on all of their products by 6% to 7%. Mattel recently imposed an across the board high single digit price increase after reporting a 33% decline in quarterly profits (despite sales surging by 8%) due to skyrocketing raw material costs.”

May sales reflected what consumers thought of the rising prices. Retail sales fell for the first time in 11 months. The drop in sales hit autos, electronics, appliances, furniture, groceries, sports retailers and department stores.

Bernanke said he wanted inflation. He got his wish. Now the question is: Is it getting out of hand?

In the narrative that follows, two important men (George Soros and Ben Bernanke) are discussed. In fairness to Soros, he appears to be an utter scumbag who has already, via his connections to the Clintons and ACORN, helped set up America’s recent financial meltdown and potentially the upcoming one as well. That’s as fair as Rajjpuut can be. In fairness to Bernanke, he probably sees his ongoing decision as avoiding “death by saber” in preference to death by a million paper cuts. Rajjpuut would remind him that no company and no bank is literally “too big to fail” and if he were strong enough to allow five big banks to fail, that’ll probably be the best thing for the American people and the nation they love . . . let us now return to scumbag George . . . .

Billionaire currency speculator George Soros (a self-claimed ‘philanthropist’ sometimes called ‘the man who broke the bank of England’) has been quoted thusly from time to time, “Sometimes I do feel more than a little bit like God . . . it is very important for the USA to find its proper place in the New World Order . . . as things stand, the main obstacle to world stability is the United States.”

When George Soros was a 13-year old boy in Budapest, Hungary, he was a capo, a Jew set up by the Nazis to help them control other Jews. His specific job was to deliver notifications at first to Jewish farmers and businessmen and lawyers and then later to just ordinary citizens saying, they were to report to the Nazis at such and such a place, at such and such a time (to be deported to a concentration camp). George, who calls himself an atheist these days, says he feels no guilt from his collaboration but just did what he had to do to survive.

Besides making a fortune on the collapse of the British pound-sterling in 1992, George is famous as well for bringing down currencies in Slovakia, Georgia (the former Soviet SSR) and Malaysia and reportedly a few other countries where his connections are a little bit “iffy” to prove. His modus Operandi has been by using radical personalities to form a “shadow government” within the nations he targets. In our case, that Shadow Government is the ultra-progressive left of the Democratic Party.

Thanks to conspiring with Bill Clinton, ACORN, Barack Obama, and progressive American politicians everywhere, Soros seems poised to win another huge currency bet and in the case of the United States, he hopes to collect twice . . . winning tens of billions of dollars when the dollar collapses and then the ruin of the United States would bring about a giant leap forward for Soros’ New World Order led in America’s absence from the top rungs by the Chinese government’s state-capitalist/communists. Hmmmm.

Soros’ unwitting (we think?) benefactor in all this is Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. Ben’s policy of “Quantitative Easing” (monetizing the U.S. debt by having his Federal Reserve Bank buy up treasury issues) is designed to keep interests rates as low as they’ve been in a generation . . . or even take them lower. But, but, isn’t that (combined with Bernanke’s earlier multiplying of circulating currency in the country to 15 times the September, 2008, levels) a recipe for runaway inflation and perhaps even hyper-inflation? What’s going on? Interest rates are the lowest they’ve been in 30+ years supposedly controlled by Bernanke to maintain the housing market’s fluidity and spur business investments.

The two years this policy of near-zero interest rates have been in effect; plus the nation’s massive home-buyers’ tax credit . . . business has stayed very flat and at best, housing prices have almost stabilized. Is Bernanke even less competent economically than Obama? Or could he have an ulterior motive?

Looking at business we’re not seeing capital expenditure increases or increased hiring of employees . . . just ain’t happening. Instead businesses are buying back their own stock. Why? Because the mortgage industry and the business world are both on the same page . . . the page where it reads: “This is a phony recovery.”

Compared to the spring of 2008, revenues at S&P 500 companies are 12% lower today. Expansion would be foolish under those circumstances. Businesses don’t often buy back their own stock except when a) they think the share prices are too depressed or b) they’ve got nothing better to do with the money or c) both a) and b) above are true . . . but since corporate insiders are dumping their own personal shares like rats leaving sinking rowboats . . . (insider selling/insider buying ratio during October, 2010, ranged from 210/1 up to 2000/1) implies that they believe their companies’ stock shares are way over-valued and not a bargain purchase at all, is it possible that conditions a) and c) above don’t apply here and now? And, therefore, the corporations don’t have anything better to do with their money (condition b)?

That means that Bernanke’s stated purposes are presumably a genuine crock of B.S. Why does he wish to keep interest rates so abnormally low? We return to the never-never land of derivatives and too damn big to fail. The five banks** that Bernanke and Obama have been shoring up since January, 2009 are in deep, deep, deep doo-doo. We are NOT talking chump change here . . . nominally . . .

Overall, of their total derivative exposure, $188 TRillion in interest- rate derivatives is held by these five banks. Bernanke is allowing them to profit for exposing themselves to those derivatives without any risk of failure because if they fail . . . America comes close to total implosion. The recklessness of these five banks especially the first four named is absolutely intolerable. The Federal Reserve Bank’s actions have aided and abetted the worst financial malfeasance in world history. Their interest rate derivative exposure is the equivalent of allowing a terrorist to buy a lottery ticket for the opportunity to destroy the entire banking system of the world . . . yeah, you’re probably not going to lose and you get to keep his buck, but, what happens if he rolls a natural?

Banks are NOT supposed to gamble with depositors’’ money! That $188 TRillion is 13.5 times the United States’ gross domestic product and 4.2 times the GDP of the entire world. Bernanke is not protecting you; not protecting the country; definitely not protecting the dollar; and not protecting the world economy. He is protecting profit and preventing ruin for the Goldman Sachs etc. of the world who are “too big to fail” . . . in doing so, he is making tens of billions of dollars for George Soros to collect when runaway inflation hits the country and the dollar stops being the world’s reserve currency.

Is “Judgment Day” tomorrow? The foolishness of our Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke and the excesses of five “too big to fail banks” now places the entire future of America at risk. I used to ask my mom and grandma why we need to pay taxes and the response was that it is so that the Government can provide us all ofthese services (Which most are Free!!!) but now in 2010 I am seeing lessand less of our tax dollars going to all Government programs and so Iam seeing money making schemes all over the Government programs just tosimply stay alive.

Some of these examples are that most National Parks and Pass roadways are no longer free and end up usually charging you $20 per visit withnothing to show for it except you get to see the park and hike there,then several criminal records sites I found while doing research nolonger offer free records search and now force you to pay the Governmenta fee in order to check state criminal records, so many public schoolscan't even function anymore without fundraisers and box top collectors,then now I hear that libraries in certain areas of the country are in threat of being shut down,and I also hear about a halt on any raises for Social Security moneydue to belt tightening budgets even though prices are on the increase.

So while funding for Government programs is down, why is our taxes going up!

I even checked the last receipt at Walmart and my NC state taxes have increased from 7 cents to 7.75 cents. We are seeing a major rise inmore Government taxes but yet we are seeing more funding being strippedfrom programs anywhere from National Parks (Gee with the fees theycharge anymore no wonder why I hear stories that there's people that tryto take stuff from National Parks such as rocks and other stuff fromparks cause they used to be free now it's all money at parks), to PublicSchools (No wonder so many wish to leave the public school system andenroll in Home School), to libraries having to reduce days (They did inMayodan NC they are now open only 3 days a week), to the post officehaving a debate on whether they should cut off Saturday deliveries, toSchool cafeterias going from regular cafeteria food to TV Dinner like meals,to Medicaid making constant cuts from dentist care to certainprescriptions being no longer covered by medicaid, to those that receiveSocial Security Disability benefits being fined (Penalized) for simplyplaying the lottery or even making less then $600, heck even less then$300 a year or even just for receiving child support payments, and topolice officers being unable to prosecute people for smaller crimes ormore police officers being laid off due to tightening budgets.

I saw it all on my trip last month and I've heard it all. The state is officially in debt plus all states are losing money. Still though youwould think taxes would still be used to fund all the Governmentprograms I talked about since it is basic services for the community andfor Conservation. Since we are seeing a fall in all funding sources forGovernment programs including National Parks then why on earth are we paying more taxes???

Where is our money going? Why is it going? Why is many branches of government programs charging and doing fund raisers just to make it? Isour taxes going down a Black Hole and being wasted???

First of all lets talk about the why and how our taxes are being used up:

1. First of all the first of many of our primary tax wasters is !!!THE BAILOUT!!! where executives were receiving bonuses and many corporationsreceive free money from the Tax Payers but never gave anything back inreturn, nor did they bring anyn new jobs but in fact instead moreemployees are being laid off due to the worsening economic recession dueto the bailout.
2. The 2nd primary tax waster is the stupid (Ah Did I mention Stupid!) War in the middle east that's been going on for almost a decade now.This war is the 2nd worst primary tax waster and is also responsible forthe massive debt our government has collected which they will eitherexpect the tax payers to pay up on the debt we DIDN'T Started (OurGovernment did!) or else foreign countries may consolidate our countryand states piece by piece which will end the Constitution forever(Eminent Domain). The wars going on and all the money spent on themilitary industrial complex is going through our tax money like it wasall being dumped into the harbor.
3. The Stimulus package which was a revised version of !!!THE BAILOUT!!! where again not just executives and corporate money mastersreceiving free tax payers money but also state Government guys can wasteour money around since they can receive big checks without worryingabout conditions since it looks like Obama isn't enforcing that themoney be spent wisely.
4. The Federal Reserve - They are the forth largest tax... Well I wouldn't call them a tax waster but they cause the dollar to lose valueby inflating the printing of dollar bills and so this forces the valueof everything to drop while prices of everything are inflating accordingto the economic situation. The Federal Reserve has made it hard forthose with even lots of money to survive due to the devaluation of thedollar bill.
5. Campaign ads are where much of our tax payers money is instantly wasted. What's wrong with keeping it simple instead of flashy politicalads that probably cost hundreds to thousands per run on TV Stations.Campaign ads, hit pieces, and other forms of political party promotionends up using up loads of tax payers dollars. Don't worry though if youlet corporations bribe your candidates you won't have to worry muchabout tax usage for political campaigns.
6. Government/Public Grants being wasted on corporations and high up organizations. While the small guys have a hard time obtaining a grant,high up organizations and corporations easily obtain government backedgrants and never have to pay them back. The corporations already havemillions to billions of dollars so why on earth can they just simply andeasily get Public funded Grants?
7. It is suggested that many of our taxes are now being funneled (wasted!) for then foundation of a World Government, a North AmericanUnion, and a police state surveillance system that not only is not cheapbut will destroy the U.S. Constitution as we know it.
8. and the tax wasters probably just goes on and on while the Government wants to ration all Government services to the people andproducts people err peasants can buy.

So where are our taxes going? You can guess after reading the list above!

So then I have decided to do alittle investigative journalism on FairTax.org and did background checkson all of the High Ups of FairTax.org.

According to my investigation Leo E. Linbeck Jr. the Founder of FairTax.org used to be apart of Duke Energy's Board of Directors and he is a past chairman and director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Texas.

Now the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Texas is one of twelve regional Reserve Banks inthe Federal Reserve System. Also the Federal Reserve System is run byBilderbergers not to mention has stolen trillions of dollars and so theonly way that can be legally proven to get them indicted is to Audit theFederal Reserve System.

The fact that the Founder of the Fair Tax used to be a director of Dallas TX Federal Reserve System could mean the possibility that theFair Tax Proposal is a trap and a fraud that will only make the poorpoorer, make the super rich richer, and destroy the Middle Class.

There's also a chance this could tie the Bilderbergs into the Fair Tax Organization and it's not just Leo E. Linbeck Jr. who could beinvolved with the horrible Super Rich criminal bankers that want toenslave the world but also there is Robert C. McNair who is ranked 242 in the Forbes 400 Richest Americans. Robert who is the second founder of the Fair Tax Organization has a net worth of $1.5billion discovered on Forbes.com. Also only Billionaries can join theinner circle of the Bilderberg Group Billionaires club so there is achance since he has made a net worth of $1.5 billion then theres a verygood chance he ties into the Bilderberg group even though he is not onthe Attendee List or he could at least be a puppet.

So why would a bunch of rich elitist people want to propose the Fair Tax on all Americans? Well we know this tax won't be fair to allAmericans because anytime the super rich propose something it is onlyfor power, and greed. Also the super rich including the Bilderberg Groupwant to enslave humanity by spreading their ideals of socialism underthe guise that we will have fair pay, fair taxes, fair vacation time, adecent home, universal Health Care, and even be treated the same aseveryone else but the flaws to socialism is that as long as the superrich elite bankers control over Government then this socialism systemand taxation won't apply to them.

People keep telling me it's better to have a Fair Tax then a income tax but the super rich will again flee the requirements oftaxation as always or finds a way to sock it to the poor so in otherwords we will be charged more so the super rich can stay materialisticwhile the poor will be completely trapped on Government welfare whilethe Middle Class may be downgraded to the poor.

Also when Billionaires recommend the Fair Tax it makes me suspicious that these super rich men aren't just doing it because theywant a fair tax, they are doing it to get something in return. Obama hasalso been advocating for the Value Added tax which would be just as badif not worse then the Fair Tax where when raw materials get sold to thefactory it gets taxed then the factories sell it to the stores thengets taxed, and then sold from the stores to the consumers it gets taxedagain.

So will my investigation end, not just yet. I have also found out the Howard W. Horne, Sr. the director of FairTax.org is also a George W. Bush supporter according to Intelius. Also George W. Bush plus the Bush Family is at the heart of the Military Industrial Complex and the New World Order.

Also Allen C. King according to LinkedIn is under the industry of Venture Capital & Private Equity.

Abusinessman is suppose to gain as much profits as possible so whatsprofitable with the Fair Tax? well for one thing they can circumvent itby traveling across the border into Canada or Mexico to purchaseanything without being taxed and then avoid the Income tax as well.

So people for the Fair tax were wrong and I am not a liar because the Fair Tax is a way the Super Rich won't have to pay taxes ever againbecause they can purchase goods from other countries and then won't haveto pay income taxes since the IRS will be abolished so in other wordspeople like me that can't afford to keep going across the border will beforced to pay more heavy taxes every time I go shopping.

So is this a way of the super rich making the poor poorer? You Bet!

Could the Fair Tax Organization be run by a Bilderberg Group member or puppet? Highly likely!

So a while agowhen I made that emotional video calling Obama a new Hitler and askinghim why he wants to kill us I was actually right on the mark that Obamais the new Adolf Hitler and that his goal is to stifle free speech andhave us under complete control as a slave to the Government and theCorporations which makes it fascism.

Right now it's a corporate takeover by the International banking elite, the World Trade Organization, and the United Nations which hasalso taken a fight against copyright violations.

So my concern isn't whether piracy will survive or not right now but after seeing how those domains got quickly and easily seized without acourt trial first proves that any website can now be taken down under adecree by the Executive Branch Authority Barack Hussein Obama.
