I'll admit when it comes to politics, I don't know all the processes. So, can you guys answer some concerns of mine on fundraisers (FRs)?
My research is admittedly lacking but, as of 6/12/2012 he had accumulated 160 fundraisers* and, since the beginning of his second term until 3/16/2014 had 45 more. So, close to or over 200 total. I also read that the average time he spends speaking and such is @ 2 hours. That adds up to over 16 days of being "out-of-office".
*He opted out of the public election fund but, doubt if that applies to FRs since sworn in in 2008.
I assume each fundraiser our Muslim in Chief (and other presidents) goes on, we foot the bill.
#1 question is why? If I am not associated with that party, why should I foot the bill?
#2 question is, are there limits to the number and frequency?
It seems to me the cost of security, Air Force One and, all that goes along with a presidential public appearances on that many fundraisers is quite excessive and, obviously, one sided. The link below discusses his various trips abroad. The report states that according to the Freedom of Information Act, Air Force One, all by itself, costs $228,000 per hour. I think it is safe to say he is not trying to save us any money.
Lets say he flies from D.C. to California, a round trip of 10 hours. $228,000 X 10 = $ 2,228,000 just for airfair!!!!! What are the odds his fundraising exceeds the cost of the trip getting there? Even on a short trip?
If he truly had fiscal responsibility in mind, he would fundraise via video conference.

Iraq is all but lost today. The green zone is all but awash in a sea of blood. Baghdad is falling, the people are fleeing…running for their very lives but to where? We don’t know. THEY don’t even know but they know they can’t stay there.
What started as maybe 1500 Sunni insurgents has turned into tens of thousands of them and as they continue to stream into Iraq from the northwest, from Syria, they gain strength, momentum and rage.
Having taken the Iraqi central bank in Mosul, ISIS is now the most well-funded terrorist operation on the planet. They, unlike so many other terrorist hoards, don’t have to rely on third party financial support because, from that bank in Mosul, they plundered more than $425 million dollars and as they extend their terror from one Iraqi city or town to the next, they gain more riches.
Into each town or city they enter, they carry the heads of those they have murdered on their bayonets and on poles. In their wake, they leave the mangled bodies of those they crucify and headless corpses litter the streets behind them.
The purple ink that once was a proud display of having voted has faded from the fingers of the dead though it never faded from their hearts and it is very much on the minds of those who flee.
I am sickened by those who, in their desperation to excuse Obama for this, attempt to blame Bush.
“Bush started an illegal war” they say. No…no he didn’t. Bush had the consent of congress to go to war in Iraq and that included a damn good number of liberals. “Bush LIED” they scream but, no…no he did not as he provided TO congress all intel gathered on Saddam and it wasn’t just our intel either. The world’s intel operations showed Saddam’s Iraq to be in possession of chemical weapons and trying to build nukes.
Then liberals try to claim that Bush falsely blamed Iraq for 9-11 but I have yet to have so much as a single one of them provide me with proof that Bush blamed Iraq for that. They can’t because, he never did and they know it.

Father, today we pray for all the fathers of the world, give us the wisdom and courage to follow your rules and law to be a good fathers. Love is the seed of happiness in our home; before we become a good father we must love our wife as we both will have the responsibility to build the family that will follow your laws. Today there is no role in our modern society that suffers a greater neglect as the role of the father. Not only has God given men the incredible privilege of imitating Him as Father, He has placed upon the shoulders of fathers an incredible responsibility. As our society has chosen this day to celebrate fathers, it is appropriate to remind fathers of their God given responsibilities.
By God's laws, anyone who is a father should first be a husband (cf. 1 Cor. 7:1-5). Otherwise, souls are guilty of the sin of fornication (cf. 1 Cor. 6:9-10; Gal. 5:19-21). Therefore, being a responsible father first necessitates being a good husband. One must love, honor, nourish and cherish his wife in every aspect of her life (cf. Eph. 5:25-30; Col. 3:19; 1 Pet. 3:7). Only then will one be prepared to be a good father.
As a father, no challenge rings clearer in my mind than that set forth by the apostle Paul, who says, "And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord" (Eph. 6:4). In just a few words, the Spirit speaks of responsibility, accountability and possibility in light of those who have taken on the good work of being a father.
Fathers play a unique and important role in the lives of their children. As mentor, protector, and provider, a father fundamentally influences the shape and direction of his child's character by giving love, care, discipline, and guidance. As we observe Father's Day, our nation honors fatherhood and urges fathers to commit themselves selflessly to the success and well-being of their children. And we reaffirm the importance of fathers in the lives of their children. Raising a child requires significant time, effort, and sacrifice; and it is one of the most hopeful and fulfilling experiences a man can ever know. A father can derive great joy from seeing his child grow from infancy to adulthood. As a child matures into independence and self-reliance, the value of a parent's hard work, love, and commitment comes to fruition.
Responsible fatherhood is important to a healthy and civil society. Numerous studies confirm that children whose fathers are present and involved in their lives are more likely to develop into prosperous and healthy adults. Children learn by example; and they need their father's presence as examples of virtue in their daily lives. A child's sense of security can be greatly enhanced by seeing his parents in a loving and faithful marriage.
Father we thank you for all your blessing and your guidance to be good fathers. Amen.

Okay, I understand how law enforcement agencies would love to have free armored vehicles to better protect themselves and the public but, I can't help but think there are strings attached. Nothing is ever truly free.
Here is what I fear: The government disperses MRAPs throughout the country and, at a time of Obama's choosing, imposes martial law. He then has the military re-take the MRAPs and use them against us.

FLORENCE, S.C. – The large armored truck parked outside the Florence County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina offers deputies more protection than they’re likely to ever need.
“But if it exceeds our needs, then it will obviously meet our needs,” explained sheriff’s Capt. John Crouse, adding that his county didn’t have to pay a dime for the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle.
That's because at the end of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, the U.S. military is offering surplus equipment to trusted agencies and governments on an “as is/where is” basis. Due to the high cost of shipping the equipment, such as MRAPs, many of those already overseas are being offered to allies in the region.
Still, hundreds of MRAPs are available stateside, and being offered up to local police forces.
The vehicle Florence County acquired had been used for training.
“They’ve saved countless lives for our forces on the battlefield,” said Alan Estevez, principal deputy under secretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics. “And if local law enforcement can use them, it’s a benefit to the taxpayer.”
The military-transfer program has allowed police departments on tight budgets to obtain equipment ranging from binoculars to M16 rifles.
But the program also has its critics, who say arming police with military-grade equipment blurs the lines between cops and soldiers and encourages unnecessary confrontations and injuries.
“The military is trained to search and destroy — to go find the enemy and subdue them,” said Tim Lynch, director of the Project on Criminal Justice with the Cato Institute, a libertarian think thank. “What we want from our civilian police departments is to use the absolute minimum amount of force that may be necessary in some cases to bring a suspect into a court of law, where disputes can be resolved peacefully.”
While some police agencies using military equipment have faced pushback from the communities they serve, Florence County authorities say their MRAP has been well received because they use it judiciously. It’s been called into action three times over the year they’ve had it — once to respond to a barricaded gunman, and two times to stage offsite as backup while deputies were serving high-risk warrants.
“It’s totally defensive,” said Capt. Crouse. “There are no weapons on it at all. It’s a big heavy truck that just stops bullets.”

I could not believe what I had just heard on my TV. I was outraged. I was angry. Is this woman a complete idiot or is she the most condescending, arrogant and self-serving politician on the planet? This was my reaction upon hearing Hillary Clinton say regarding the Taliban five, “These five guys are not a threat to the United States.”
This statement alone should disqualify a Hillary Clinton presidency from ever seeing the light of day. There are only two reasons that she would make such an absurd statement; both are pretty scary coming from the possible leader of the free world.
Reason number one: Hillary truly is clueless and has totally bought into Obama's false narrative which says because Osama is dead terrorism is over. Numerous attacks which include the Boston Marathon bombing and the attack on our U.S. Consulate in Benghazi prove Obama's narrative is nothing more than a self-serving political lie. Do you see a pattern with this Administration; Obama, Hillary and company?
The second reason for Hillary making such an obviously insane statement is she assumes the American people are idiots. Low-info voters. Clueless. Talk about in your face disrespect. My goodness, this woman is so offensively arrogant and superior minded that she believes she can look into the TV camera and tell us it is sunny in the midst of a thunder storm.
Please forgive me if you think I am making too big of a deal about this. But folks, Hillary's statement speaks volumes about who she is and who she thinks we are. For crying out loud, experts and politicians across the board are expressing bipartisan enormous concern, fear and outrage over Obama releasing these five Taliban generals.
A majority of the American people know Obama made a horrible deal and are concerned about national security and more terrorist attacks. Everyone, I repeat everyone, knows we are less safe.
And yet, the person who seeks to become our new Commander-in-Chief says, chill out, releasing the worst-of-the-worst terrorists and providing them aid and comfort is no big deal.
In my way of thinking, this exposure of Hillary's mindset should immediately disqualify this either extremely naïve liberal or off-the-chain arrogant person from ever moving back into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Senator Boxer(D) and Senator Feinstein(D) of California introduce bill that could ultimately lead to the confiscation of your guns!
The bill would allow anyone to seek a "Firearm" Restraining Order against anyone else they deem is dangerous to themselves or others.
This bill is too vague and doesn't define any necessary terms or precautions with something as huge as this, as are most bills from people like these, so they can purposely interpret the bill and enforce it any way they need to.
You don't need new laws to stop violence. As in the case of the Las Vegas shootings that happened this last Sunday, there were a lot of people that knew what the shooters intended. The room mate of the shooters admitted they told her of their plan. All it would have taken is for someone in this case to call the police and inform them of the situation.
We don't need any new laws to get warped by the liberals to fit their agenda.

As an American, born and raised in these United States, a Patriot and someone that loves my country I desire to see things done once again in a constitutional way. I desire to have my country back and to be a country that is looked up to by the world, not because we are better than anyone else but because we stand for something other than just ourselves and the love of money.
There is however, something the each of us as individuals must realize, We speak of grass roots and how much power it is in our communities and those people working to bring about change. In my mind there must be something in common as we speak of those communities. We can say that we all want freedom of speech, to bare arms or freedom of worship which is all good and we all can agree on those things.
Well, let's say we can accomplish those things. Let's say we, as a generation come together and by some miraculous turn of events we leave the next generation, our children and grandchildren debt free as a nation. Let's say that when we are gone from this earth one of the last things we leave our children is the most powerful nation on earth, If we do all these things, which are all things that I, myself would like to see, Is that the most important thing we can leave behind as a generation?
While all these things are great things to leave to our children there is a still greater and much more valuable asset that we must not leave our children or future generations with out. Sometimes the greatest blessings come from a price we do not want to pay, We find that once the price is paid that the lesson learned will take us much farther in life and into eternity than riches or power ever will.
Every person that is living today has an appointment with eternity. Each year you live you pass right by the very second that you ,as a person will step out into eternity. Sometime we get so caught up in what we think is important about right now that we forget to prepare for that time. We do all we can to see to it that our children are left with all they need as far as this country is concerned but neglect to teach them. by our own lives about eternity. WILL THE REAL JESUS CHRIST PLEASE STAND UP!

As we look over this vast nation we live in and call home just think of all the different possibilities that can call into play. Who do we listen to? Can you listen to me? The answer to that is probably not. You see, it's not me I desire for you to hear or believe. One of the greatest problems we have in our country is that it's so many people saying so many things that it becomes very confusing. All I might do is add to that confusion.
Have you ever laid in your bed at night when all was quit and just allowed the Spirit of God to speak to you? You see, He desires to do that. It's not me that truth comes from or that can straighten out the mess we are in. I might be able to say a few thins to help but, hey you don't even know me. Jesus Christ wants you to really get to know Him on a personal basis. He desires to direct your path, even when it looks like all hope is lost. He desires to help you direct your children. even if everything in this country falls apart.
We must win this victory. It will not come from a politician, a preacher or in some cases even your parents or people you think you can trust. It's not in any educational system or any professor or teacher but this victory can become yours. Each individual can have a peace that surpasses all understanding.
One of the best places to start this learning process is down on your knees, humbly admitting that we are helpless and we need to be taught by Him. There is a book that is written of Him, pick it up and ask Him to help you. Not me, not any man but seek His face. the victory will be yours. Try it and see.
We must win this victory and know Him.

Obama Said Al-Qaeda is on the Run

Numerous times President Obama has said Al-Qaeda is on the run. They are on the run; to take over the Middle East. And America is supplying them with the weapons.
Al-Qaeda is responsible for 911 and the deaths of over 3000 innocent Americans. They were directly or indirectly responsible for the deaths of over 5000 American soldiers in Iraq. But President Bush and American soldiers freed Iraq from Saddam Hussein’s evil control, enabling the people to enjoy freedom and choose representatives with free elections.
Obama armed Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood with automatic weapons and rockets so they could overthrow Muammar Gaddafi, and take over Libya for the Brotherhood. Now they kill innocent people; non-believers, infidels and especially Christians.

We lost over 6000 brave Americans soldiers and over 50,000 wounded to give liberty and freedom to Iraq. Now the people in Iraq have free elections and their economy is building. Obama has pulled our military from Iraq.
On June 10, 2014 Al-Qaeda took over Mosul, Iraq. They have said they will not stop until they take Baghdad. Yesterday, they took a Black Hawk helicopter while facing no resistance. I’m afraid they kill innocent people; non-believers, infidels and especially Christians.
These are the same Al-Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood that killed four Americans in the embassy in Libya. This was accomplished with rockets and weapons Barak Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton supplied. The same Al-Qaeda trains Mexican Cartels in forms of torture. The same drug cartels Obama had Holder supply with automatic weapons that killed dozens of innocent Mexican citizens and American Border agents.
Disregard the fact Obama has already declared he will side with Muslims over Christians and it appears all Americans. Disregard the fact many of his major appointees are devout Muslim and some members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Disregard the fact our borders are undefended while members of the Muslim Brotherhood walk unmolested into America. They say over 25,000 Muslims have been granted political asylum in America and many of them have been confirmed to have committed terrorist acts.
I need not mention Bergdahl and the Guantanamo Five. Isn’t it ironic that only a few days after the Guantanamo Five were released the attack on Iraq began?
Obama was correct when he so aptly declared, “Al-Qaeda is on the run.” He just didn’t tell us what they were running over.
I don’t intend to be critical but what side will Barack Hussein Obama protect? It appears that America and Americans are the last thing on his mind. I have a way for Obama to prove he believes in liberty, justice and freedom for all. Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood are on a march to take away liberty and freedom from Iraq. The only solution must be a swift and complete attack on Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood driving them from Iraq and restoring Iraq to a free nation.
For Obama, our American president, to do nothing and let Baghdad fall, would mean he is a member of Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood, and is taking a stand against justice, freedom and America.

Elected Official vs Citizen
There is a power struggle in this country and I believe the Conservatives are fighting the wrong battles. Let us look at the primary concern of the Conservative citizen. It can be stated in a simple phrase – Constitutional Freedom. Then there is the primary concern of the elected official. To be re-elected. To remain in power. We conservatives too often forget that in our strategies. One prevailing definition of the liberal philosophy can be concisely stated as “Moochers electing looters to steal from producers”. Now let’s think about the mind set of of the citizen liberals and how it came about. Those of you over forty or so can probably remember a time when the primary concern of everybody was providing for the family. Even beyond the family. We didn’t go around looking for people to help us, we went around looking for people to help. Being forced to take ‘charity’ was something to shame a family. Helping each other out in times of need was not charity. It was part of the ‘you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours’ philosophy.
I know this began to change when Woodrow Wilson was elected in 1938, but it hadn’t taken a firm hold on the most of the people for a couple of generations. By then we had the Roosevelts with the “New Deal” and so on. But the real rapid change came with the federal government intrusion into the local classroom. The beginning of the indoctrination of children into the idea that the government should provide more for the people. And we have the beginning of the welfare state, but more importantly, the start of the welfare mind set in the lazier of our citizens. This soon began to take over the mind set of many more than just the inherently lazy. The people that saw the government largess going to the undeserving decided they wanted in on the deal.
OK How does all of this tie into the elected official? Those stalwarts saw an opportunity to establish personal fortunes and more importantly grab huge amounts of power. They could assure themselves minimum work, high paying jobs for longer periods by taking from all the people and then giving it back to some of them. Obviously taxes and spending had to go up, but so what? We had the strongest, richest economy in the world! Never mind how we got there, surely it could withstand the federal onslaught of a few extra taxes and just a little more inflation. How about a minimum wage? That would help for a while. At least until the cost of goods rose so the country’s employers could recoup the extra burden placed upon them. Didn’t take all that long for that to happen so every few years the liberals ‘boost the economy with a new minimum wage law. Of course the people would only see that they were taking home more income thanks to those marvelous people they had elected. Why, of course they deserved to vote themselves a pay increase!
Now they (those elected officials) knew they were on to something. Shucks, they couldn’t even begin to understand the growing concern of those stupid Republicans who insisted they were not doing the right thing. Why care about the right thing when the elections were what really mattered. Get more power every time you got reelected! Committee chairmanships! Select committees that got the media’s attention thus got them free advertising. Circulation went up and the media moguls saw the bottom line go up when they supported this stupidity. Who cares about the Constitution when money and power are at stake?
And so the great divide began. We had a division of power in the the very houses of government that were supposed to be unified in obeying the Law of the land, The Constitution of the United States. Now we didn’t just have the two party system we had a four or fice or six party system. There were the normal Democrats and Republicans with the conservatives in both and the liberals in both and now the Ultras on both sides that try to take everything to the extreme.
I began this blog with the suggestion that the conservatives were fighting the wrong battles. Now I that have attempted to explain how we got here let’s see if I can find a way back to fundamental freedom and self reliance that made us the richest most powerful country on this woebegone planet. That is, I admit, a tough job. First we have to understand how our freedoms are being usurped.
With the obvious exception of the pathological narcissist tyrant and his self admitted fascist agenda that sits in the Oval Office, the legislature and the Supreme Court have scrupulously avoided violating the Constitution. Don’t get me wrong there has been some creative interpretation of that sacred document, but no violation. Congress, for the most part, seems content to ignore the violent and constant violation of that tyrant I mentioned, but they have not done anything to violate the constitution. They have tried. I will mention the gun control attempts for example, but that didn’t get very far on the national level. So the Constitution seems to hold up, again for the most part. We do need to plug some holes. The welfare clause needs to be tightened up. Just adding a phrase similar to ‘if the states can do it the feds can’t’ would be sufficient. That would end obamacare, etc. Of course we need to educate the people. Now I mean educate, not rant! We have some very good minds in our midst that could suggest how we circumvent the lame stream media with success. Put ‘em to use.
We already have a single payor insurance system that the government has been running for years. Ask any vet how he/she likes it. But be prepared for a long listening period. What in the hell would allow anyone that is familiar with that snafu to believe the government could run our entire health care system. BUT … the average citizen is not aware of that boondoggle. So educate them. Don’t rant. Raise he minimum wage? Educate about the inflationary costs of that stupidity. It would help the government collect more taxes from the poor.
There are many areas in which the conservative groups are stubbing their own toes. Don’t believe me? Look at the election results and a host of other indicators. I certainly don’t have all of the answers, but I can read critically and make a real try to understand my fellow man.
I try to keep these blogs around 1000 words because I know the attention span is limited for many in this day and I have now gone over that, so let me write a finis to this one. If I get any feed back indicating the desire for more on this subject I will continue with another post.

Lord Jesus Christ, before you ascended into heaven you gave us the great commission to “Go out into the whole world and baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit”. We ask you to forgive us as we have failed to do your will.
We believe that you are a God of purpose, you allowed for the people of this country to elect Obama as our president, Lord you have made possible to us to see what an anti-Christ, sociopath and psychopath in power will do to demise God’s country. Only Obama a man without any moral conscience will be able to be the protagonist of all the crimes cover-up and corruption done in this country, to benefit the elite of this country that want to control the world’s economic and enslave your people. Lord your revelation that we the people of faith will save America will be done.
Dear Jesus, give us the wisdom and courage to free your people. Americans need to study the agenda call "globalization" and what it will be the outcome if this become a reality. We must fight corruption and the anti-Christ and save our country from its own demise, Lord Jesus, get all the people of this country to become one united to fight corruption and free your people now. As I sat down to hammer out this week’s attitude-laced week in review, I really wanted to go off on Hillary’s new book and signing tour but…in the grand scheme of things…635 pages of toilet paper pales in the light of other decidedly liberal/socialist stupidity.
It’s been a tough week to be a liberal and I’m sure they’re getting dizzy from all the spinning they’ve been doing while trying to get out of the hole they keep digging for themselves.
How about we all take a break from pulling our hair out and spend a few minutes giving liberals, socialists and their collective ilk all the credit they deserve?

I’m fuming.
Just a couple of days ago, there was quite the scene taking place just outside the white house.
It was shortly before 3:00 pm when reporters were starting to file in for their daily dose of regime propaganda when a fellow approached the security gate and told the Secret Service that he had a 3 o’clock appointment with, “Mr. Obama.”
He then showed them some foreign driver’s license whereupon the palace guard promptly told him he would need a U.S. DRIVERS LICENSE or a PASSPORT.
That’s right… a U.S. DRIVERS LICENSE OR A PASSPORT TO GET INTO THE WHITE HOUSE which comes as quite a shock since the dude that LIVES at the white house…APPARENTLY DOESN’T HAVE EITHER ONE but that’s not the most shocking part of all this…
