Fellow Americans, what all human beings want is freedom and Liberty. When President Obama was re-elected, he did promise an immigration reform but to this date nothing happens; today in the name of justice, we must turn our attention to this fractured immigration law, it might be helpful to remember that in 1986, Ronald Reagan signed a sweeping immigration reform bill into law. It was sold as a crackdown on illegal immigration; this legislation promised to the American people that; there would be tighter security at the Mexican border, and employers would face strict penalties for hiring undocumented workers.
This bill also made any immigrant who'd entered the country before 1982 eligible for amnesty and become a legal resident of this United States. Today we Americans are frustrate because this Reagan legislation “ The 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act” is a failure, because Washington fail to enforce the law, Washington was as today in the pockets of the big business and stripped the strict sanctions on the employers and fail to enforce the law, as consequences today we have 12 million illegal aliens in our country, they come in search for a better future and the freedom that this country guarantee to their citizen by our Constitution.
The question is; who is responsible for this immigration mess we made. I believe we are.  Washington is to blame and our duty is to fix this mess by passing an immigration reform bill that will give every undocumented foreign person an opportunity to become a resident and eventually citizen of this United States.     
The truth is, that we the citizens of this country has an investment on millions of these undocumented persons, we educated them they are part of our community and our country, they believe in our system of government and should be part of this great country. It is time for us to stop this injustice, we know that anyone who is here illegally is being abuse in many ways, financially, physically and used as human slaves because they have no rights.
I as millions of Americans believe that those who have put down roots and lived here, even though they entered our country illegally, must be given the opportunity to be part of this great country by passing a comprehensive immigration reform bill. We acknowledge that Washington fail to enforce our immigration laws, secure our borders and made the 1986 amnesty provision law’s an incentive for others to come to America illegally, that is why we must make this reform simple and explicit without any loop holes that can be used by the corrupt Washington lawyers to deceive the American people again and make this amnesty provision another promotion for illegal immigration.
Fellow Americans we must fix this immigration mess now and stop this injustice that is promoted by Washington to be used to gain political power. Please tell Washington that you want an immigration reform now with the following conditions:
Border security. Military staffed border fence to stop not only illegal aliens but the human, drug and arms traffickers.
Interior security. This comprehensive immigration reform will give an employee ID to all the beneficiaries of this legislation that pass the provision of this legislation and make all employers accountable for enforcing the employment verification act. The person that will be responsible for any violation of this act. Will be the owner, president and CEOS of the firm. Definition of employer;  any one person, Business,  non-profit corporation, Multinational corporations, U.S. Corporation, foreign corporations or persons doing business in the U.S.A or in need of domestic services that will care for their homes, transportation or the care of their children.
This Immigration reform act will benefit all undocumented foreign person that enter our country before January 1st 2015. That never committed any crimes classified as felony by our criminal system. That is not members of any drug trafficking organization or street gangs. That is not member or affiliated with any terrorist organization-(al Qaeda, Asis, radical Islamist extremism, Hamas, Hezbollah or any domestic terrorist organization operating in the U.S.A.). That is not a Person that practice Honor killings.   Member of a communist party or any person that is not willing to learn our laws, the English language and be loyal to our country The United States of American.
This legislation will deport all foreign felony convicted criminal that are free in our streets and any person that is convicted of a felony  that was beneficiary of this act but is not an American citizen when conviction take place.
This legislation will set rules and criteria to deport any person that is a chronic economic burden and is not willing to get an education and become a productive member of this country.
This legislation will not allowed any sponsorship by the beneficiary of this act to facilitate the immigration of their parents, brothers, sister, any relative or any other person and prosecute any beneficiary or person that is engage in the promotion, act or contributing in the illegal entry of any foreign person. The penalty for conviction of this immigration clause should be 20 year in prison and not judge should have the power to set a lower sentence.
Not organization or law firm should be engage in behalf of a beneficiary of this act to facilitate the immigration of a relative of the beneficiary of this immigration legislation.  
This immigration act from the date that become a law, will not allowed the citizenship of new born from any illegal person and do not recognize the marriage of an American citizen or a beneficiary of this act, with an illegal person for the purpose of obtaining a legal residence in this United States.
This immigration reform act will make a felony to enter the United States or remain in the United states illegally and punishable by law and if convicted punishable from 5 to 10 years in prison and not judge should have the power to impose a less sentence for a violation of the immigration laws.
This immigration act must be making public and available to all U.S. Embassies and consulates for distribution to persons interest in visiting the United States.           
The intend of this Immigration reform act is: to legalize all the foreign undocumented persons now living in the United States and given them a permanent resident immigration status and eventually a citizenship; and most important to eradicate the magnet that attract people to come to our country in violation of our laws and our sovereignty.
President Obama must call for a bipartisanship on this immigration legislation, Republicans and Democrats should stop using this immigration legislation to gain political power. We all know that this legislation is way overdue; we cannot allow Washington to continue using this issue for political purpose. Amnesty, border security, enforcement of the law and deportation will stop for ever this illegal immigration.
Fellow Americans, we cannot be part of the Washington culture of corruption, we must force Washington to do what is right, we need an American that is united by principles; Washington made this mess and we must force them to fix it and to enforce this legislation so we must never have to deal with this illegal immigration issue.

I am not happy with Scott Walkers choice to run for President. He has a Job to Do Here in Wisconsin and a much better chance of accomplishing what he NEEDS to do here in Wisconsin than he does as a Presidential Candidate. Even if he was able to get elected I believe his time would be better spent as the Gov. that introduced ACT 10 here in Wisconsin and then proceeded to do what he promised to do right here! Unless he's just trying to cash out.. I've already written that I am concerned that our beloved Gov. Walker is more concerned with political expediency as his priority over political conviction.

For nearly 50 years, I practiced expanding a Conservative Republican Party; first, volunteering on Jim Gardner’s 1968 NC Governor’s campaign. Then, Sen. Jesse Helms (1972 through 1996), Gov. Jim Holshouser (1976), Sen. John East (1980), Gov. Jim Martin (1984), Sen. Lauch Faircloth (1992), 3 Ronald Reagan campaigns (1976-1984); and many others.

Being totally disabled, I attempted assisting Pat McCrory’s two ‘gubernatorial’ campaigns.

In October 2013, I requested Gov. McCrory consider granting a ‘Commutation’ to a friend and former employee convicted of a felony in 1998; a crime induced with and directly associated to ‘illegal drugs’. While incarcerated, this individual has vowed to never again associate with ‘illegal drugs’ or any other illegal activity, has cultivated his daily ‘Christian’ life, growing his life professionally, and has ‘NO’ infractions nearing 6 years.

The only ‘self-serving’ requests I ever sought were to be appointed to my local Board of Elections and elected as a Delegate to the 1996 GOP National Convention. I never requested any favors that were improper, illegal, or immoral. My entire goals include helping others in their lives; personally, politically, and professionally.

Now, all communications go ‘only’ through McCrory’s staff; never allowed thru Gov. McCrory, himself; and certainly left saddened.

Same-Sex couples can no longer do the happy wedded bliss dance in Utah due to a temporary halt of marriage licenses to gay couples due to the U.S. Supreme Court, reported CNN. This ruling allows Utah state officials to uphold their state ban on gay marriages while the federal court judge’s decision is appealed.

For many Utah residents who voted in favor of traditional biblical marriage principles which support marriage between a man and a woman, Federal Court District Judge Robert Shelby ‘s decision last month was a blow. The judge decided that the state same-sex marriage ban was somehow unconstitutional when it forbid lesbians and gays from being legally married.

The federal judge relied upon the “Equal Protection and Due Process” safeguard of the U.S. Constitution to decide that gay couples were being deprived of their rights due to the Utah state ban. The 2004 ban had been supported and approved by Utah voters which coincide with the general principled beliefs of the state’s residents.

Criminal employers pay on-the-run criminal aliens no tax cash $6/hr (same as $8 taxable minimum wage). These criminals violate tax and countless other laws, protect each other, and freely operate because the lawless US officials refuse to enforce the Constitution and law!   Instead of paying $64,300* for “same productivity”, criminal employers pay invaders $12,480 and keep the $51,820 balance.    This works for invaders and elected officials!    Officials tax working citizens $36,545**, gives it to criminal invaders, and the invader rewards criminal politicians with votes – legal or otherwise!

US citizens who take home $37,096* discovered criminal aliens take home $49,025, which is $11,929 more than citizens, for the same work!!   That discovery leads to learning they get $36,545** in subsidies to not work, and the $551/yr disposable spending lost is offset by $3,900 savings for not having to drive to work (30/mi/day @260/days @ $.50/mi)!   Bottom line citizens gain $3,349 by NOT WORKING!

This is an elaborate subversive crime within government that is designed to financially and socially collapse and overthrow government.   Criminally not paying taxes eliminates $27,204 tax revenue.   Illegally subsidizing criminal aliens adds $36,545.50** spending, which triggers a $36,545** jobless citizen subsidy.   It’s $100,295/each of self inflicted theft within government.    Adding the citizen net pay loss of $37,096 drives the total to $137,391 for each citizen displaced by a criminal alien!    It’s Armageddon!

Because base market output value ($64,300) is fixed without processing or profits within productivity exchange, changes in one element has reverse effects on the other (more pay = less criminal profit)!    The extreme $51,820 criminal profit begs minor price cutting that will drive legitimate competition into bankruptcy and create predatory monopolies!   Government corruption created a $6/hr cash tax free wage bases, wholesale lawlessness, a collapse of skilled trade & construction jobs, and incredible disincentives for working citizens!

It’s a heinous criminal enterprise run by corrupt government officials.   The imbedded current economic cost of $1.5 trillion @ 11 million to $2.7 trillion @ 20 million alien workers will collapse our economy if not stopped!     That cost will disappear when executive-legislative officers start enforcing the Constitution and “laws there-under!”    The crime is high treason.    It couldn’t be more serious!

                        As bad as Democrats have been in the past I don’t think anything can top the situation of their reaction to the Tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.  Lizz Winstead of the Daily Caller tweeted that the tornado was “ordered to target conservatives”, a comment she now says was done in jest.  How does anyone joke about anyone, and especially children, dying from a terrible natural disaster?  I wonder if she considered it just as funny when children of the same age were killed in Newtown, Ct.!!!  Other blooming idiots in the Democrat wing of the Vulture of Tyranny Party are blaming Republicans because they deny the “truth” of man-made global warming

Democracy North Carolina Executive Director Bob Hall is asking for an investigation GOP contributions? 

Were Democracy North Carolina and/or Executive Director Bob Hall even alive during Gov. Beverly Perdue’s corrupt campaign and/or Gov. Mike Easley’s administration?  Both of these 2 Democrats were found guilty on several cases and came up very short of becoming residents and behind the bars in our NC Prison system.  Even with Democrat Party Speaker of the House, Rep. Jim Black and Agriculture Commissioner Meg Scott Phipps investigated and becoming inmate within our Prison system, that may have been just a start.

While there were several cases for NC Board of Election’s Chairman Larry Leake to investigate, prosecute, and, perhaps, convict of cases submitted to his attention, the Board of Elections usually voted with and for the Democrat Party majority; 3 to 2 in denying any independent investigation against  the Democrats.

Every North Carolinians should be made aware that each of these appointments are based on ‘partisan’ politics.  Executive Director, Gary Bartlett and/or his predecessor, Executive Secretary-Director Alex K. Brock did not get his initial appointment, or his continuous position re-appointments, because he was a good administrator.  They were both ‘good supporting’ Democrats.

Prior to the 1^st Republican Governor in 100 years, the Governors made the nominee choice as Executive Secretary-Director of the NC Board of Elections. 

With NC Gov. Jim Holshouser’s election win in 1972, the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues, denying Gov. Holshouser this Executive Secretary-Director selection any many other appointments. 

Wow!  Then the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues again in 1977 after a new Democrat Party Governor, Jim Hunt, providing Gov. Hunt and members in the NC Legislature appointments. 

Again, when GOP Gov. Jim Martin won the General Election in 1984, the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues again denying Gov. Martin’s appointments.  

Again, in 1992 after Jim Hunt won another election, the majority Democrat Party changed the NC General Statues again providing appointments to newly elected Governor.

In November, 2012, and with the ‘Blessings’ of North Carolinians providing GOP victories as Governor, Lt. Governor, and a GOP super-majority in both, the NC House and NC Senate, there is no reason to worry. 

NC elections, and other State government departments, will continue on a ‘professional’ basis under new leadership.

Wake up, Democracy North Carolina and Executive Director Bob Hall.  There were many times for you and your organization to call for investigations against Democrats, while at the same time assisting North Carolinians; but, you turned you head and walked away from cleaning up NC government and its’ attendees.

                       Michigan Governor declares financial emergency and takes control

                                        of Detroit's budgetary mismanagement

On Friday, March 1st, Michigan’s governor, Rick Snyder (R) made the decision to declare a financial emergency in Detroit and to rip the financial decisions out of democrat city officials’ hands. City residents are facing a crushing $14 billion long term debt and a $327 million current budget deficit, according to Fox News.

Nearly three months ago, Detroit City Councilwoman JoAnn Watson pleaded to her fellow council members that President Obama owed the motor city a $200 plus million bacon bailout. The president did not take the bait or the call, while the city continued to plummet further into the morass it had created under liberal democrat leadership. Now the other financial shoe has dropped!

The city has been running their financial budgets on the backs of city residents for decades, while mismanaging funds, and granting big city liberal-backed long term union benefits. Now, the city officials will have to face the harsh truth, that they cannot wring more taxes out of businesses or residents when there is no money to be had.

In fact, if the city’s mayor Dave Bing and council leaders had not worked out an agreement last year to let the city borrow more money, the nearly quarter billion dollar deficit would be close to a billion.

This continuing big city budgetary nightmare is a harbinger on what other large cities across the nation are facing. Other liberal city leaders have also imposed tax policies and overly generous union long-term contract liabilities on their cities as well. The result has left their own city coffers financially crippled.

Just last year the city of Stockton, California had to file for bankruptcy. With its population of 291,707, it became famous for being the largest to do so. Detroit needs to follow suit, and join this infamous club instead of continuing to pursue the finger pointing blame game.
This sad refrain has echoed in the corridors of Detroit’s city hall for years. The democrat public leaders would either blame the state republican legislators or a state republican governor or a republican president for their financial ineptitude.

Well, the truth is finally spilling out of their unbalanced budget books. The liberal leaders of this big city Titanic floating albatross have hit the iceberg of reality. Now the city is sinking and sinking fast.

The city of Detroit is no longer the once enviable capitol of the automotive industry. Instead it has become a rusted out junk yard, where its previous signs of prosperity have withered and become now barren land.

What is to become of the citizens who kept voting these charlatans masquerading as responsible elected officials? Did they unknowingly succumb to a culture of corruption and deceit which wove its web throughout the neighborhoods? Did they accept the leaders who traded in favors to keep the wool pulled over the heads of residents?

For decades, at every chance, the political poverty pimps would go to barber shops and beauty salons and even in churches passing out promises and placing blame at the feet of “The Man.” “The Man; i.e. code word for ‘White Man’ is doing this to you, and that is why you are suffering.” This same inane and ridiculous refrain has been passed down for several generations, until it has become just a tragic utterance, now blessedly falling on deaf ears.

The truth is that these large and small urban financial nightmares have been largely run by minority leaders for decades. There is no “Man” in sight. These black leaders have wheeled and dealt away financial responsibility by paying ever larger union retirement pensions, salaries and bonuses. With each election they falsely promised better times were just around the corner. In reality they were delivering the citizens into an awaiting monetary wasteland.
