Mark Levin has just published his much-anticipated book The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic. Three of his eleven proposed Constitutional amendments appear below, and a Sean Hannity interview of Levin appears at the bottom of this post.

Levin’s book is centered around the Constitution’s Article V (aka “Article 5″). That article specifies two methods for amending the Constitution. Just briefly –

1. In the first method of creating amendments, Congress proposes and the States dispose.
2. In the second method of creating amendments, the States propose and the States dispose.

The second method has never been used successfully, although there have been many attempts.  It is that second method that the Founders provided as a remedy for an overreaching federal government.

In the second method, neither Congress, nor the President, nor the Supreme Court have any voting or veto authority whatsoever.  The states are in full control. Period. It is, by design, the ultimate override for an over-spending, over-taxing, over-regulating, and increasingly dictatorial and lawless federal government. Clearly, its time has come.

In that second method, Congress has at most a mere ministerial role.  Of course Congress is very protective of its power, and could, through delay and inaction, attempt to convert their mere ministerial role into a de facto veto power, halting any attempt for a state-driven amendment action.

Apparently Congress has done exactly that many times, acting in bad faith and contrary to the Framers’ spirit and intent for Article V which is clearly expressed in the Federalist Papers. Legal scholars have been trying to find a way around the federal government’s intransigence, so far with little success.

Now more than ever, it is time for We the People to bring the power of Article V to the center ring of American politics. That starts with awareness, and Levin’s book will bring more Americans than ever to the fight for a Constitutionally limited federal government.

Three of Levin’s proposed amendments appear below.  As you read these, imagine what just these three alone could do to break up the ruling-class cliques in Washington that have driven us, our children, and our grandchildren so deeply into debt.

An Amendment to Establish Term Limits for Members of Congress

SECTION 1: No person may serve more than twelve years as a member of Congress, whether such service is exclusively in the House or the Senate or combined in both Houses.

SECTION 2: Upon ratification of this Article, any incumbent member of Congress whose term exceeds the twelve-year limit shall complete the current term, but thereafter shall be ineligible for further service as a member of Congress.

Two Amendments to Limit Federal Spending and Taxing

Spending

SECTION 1: Congress shall adopt a preliminary fiscal year budget no later than the first Monday in May for the following fiscal year, and submit said budget to the President for consideration.

SECTION 2: Shall Congress fail to adopt a final fiscal year budget prior to the start of each fiscal year, which shall commence on October 1 of each year , and shall the President fail to sign said budget into law , an automatic, across-the-board, 5 percent reduction in expenditures from the prior year’s fiscal budget shall be imposed for the fiscal year in which a budget has not been adopted.

SECTION 3: Total outlays of the federal government for any fiscal year shall not exceed its receipts for that fiscal year.

SECTION 4: Total outlays of the federal government for each fiscal year shall not exceed 17.5 percent of the Nation’s gross domestic product for the previous calendar year.

SECTION 5: Total receipts shall include all receipts of the United States Government but shall not include those derived from borrowing. Total outlays shall include all outlays of the United States Government except those for the repayment of debt principal.

SECTION 6: Congress may provide for a one-year suspension of one or more of the preceding sections in this Article by a three-fifths vote of both Houses of Congress, provided the vote is conducted by roll call and sets forth the specific excess of outlays over receipts or outlays over 17.5 percent of the Nation’s gross domestic product.

SECTION 7: The limit on the debt of the United States held by the public shall not be increased unless three-fifths of both Houses of Congress shall provide for such an increase by roll call vote.

SECTION 8: This Amendment shall take effect in the fourth fiscal year after its ratification.

 Taxing

SECTION 1: Congress shall not collect more than 15 percent of a person’s annual income, from whatever source derived. “Person” shall include natural and legal persons.

SECTION 2: The deadline for filing federal income tax returns shall be the day before the date set for elections to federal office.

SECTION 3: Congress shall not collect tax on a decedent’s estate.

SECTION 4: Congress shall not institute a value-added tax or national sales tax or any other tax in kind or form.

SECTION 5: This Amendment shall take effect in the fourth fiscal year after its ratification.

I was wondering if Wyoming was holding a Town Hall about Obamacare? 

The problem is that a goodly portion of Americans have forgotten that this country and this world belongs to God.  They really believe that they are in charge.  They simply don't have the humility of their Christian ancestry who understood that without the blessing of God the Father nothing would ever go well.  By the same token with His guidance and blessings, which they daily prayed for, the US made fantastic progress.  Today, the exact opposite is occurring.  A vast portion of the population not only does not pray for His blessings but they turn their back on Him and ignore Him and some others consciously reject Him.  So what do we have today as a result of this stupidity.....chaos.....financial disaster.....unneeded and unwanted wars.....the killing of millions of innocent babies.....pollution......divorces......lack of concern for the well being of others.....marginalization of certain peoples.....more crime than ever (the population of the prisons has increased by 800% over the past 12 years).....deceit and lies by our elected politicians.....an increase in frivolous law suits.....huge portions of the population losing their assets, i.e., homes, stocks and bonds.....floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, and other disasters.....freedom being slowly but surely taken away from the citizenry.....local and state governments going bankrupt.....movement of our factories overseas making it impossible for ordinary people to make a living and for a slowdown in wealth creation....high taxation leading to frivolous spending.....deterioration in the school systems.....socialism being taught in the supposedly best universities (students being brainwashed instead of educated).....tremendous increase in obesity because of a lack of exercise and eating junk/processed food resulting in high blood pressure and diabetes....shootings in the schools.....workers salaries not keeping up with the rising cost of living.....executives of corporations being so selfish to the point where there salaries have increased to an unbelievable high level (selfish in that they don't care about their employees struggling to meet the high cost of living)....other countries looking down their noses at us and wondering why in the world we have deteriorated so much, so quickly....and ongoing (25+ years) of a balance of payments deficit which no politician ever wants to address....deteriorating infrastructure.....and hundreds of others disasters which I am sure you can name.  All this self-destruction simply because this nation has denied God His rightful place in its life.  If you don't think that God runs this world ...better think again.  Don't be a fool!  Turn your life back to the Creator who wants to bless and provide for you as a good Father would want to provide for and bless his children.  WAKE UP AMERICA BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!  GOD is the boss....deal with it!  Get on your knees and beg His forgiveness and assistance and most of all REPENT for all of your sins.  We know that everyone sins.  Those who say that they don't are delusional on a good day.  REPENT and PRAY!  The end result will be a betterment in the lives of all of us.  If you want America to be the best and great that is the answer.

We cannot rely on the American News Media. They do not tell us what is happening and what is coming. In fact, it seems to be their job to prevent us from finding out what is happening and what is coming.  

It is in our best interest to use our resources, which right now seems to be the internet, and find out what is happening around the world, and what people are saying about America.  For example, did you know that in 2013 there were 1651 people killed in the name of "Islam, the peaceful religion?"  Did you know that today in Iraq, sixteen people at a café were ripped apart by a Shahid suicide bomber? 

A “Hearts and Minds” program was deployed in Afghanistan that cost the lives of countless American soldiers. In the Middle East, friendly governments were edged aside to make way for the political Islamists of the Muslim Brotherhood who were meant to serve as moderate role models for Al Qaeda by showing them that terrorist groups can take over a country by winning elections … instead of planting bombs. At home, every arm of the government, including NASA, was retasked to handle the formidable challenge of enhancing Muslim self-esteem to keep Muslim teenagers from becoming surly acne-ridden suicide bombers.

The liberal prescription of defeating Muslim terrorists by isolating them through the appeasement of every other Islamist group was and is the single most insane foreign policy ever perpetrated. If America is lost, there is no other place to go.  The Muslims have a plan to take us over, and it is being implemented as I type this blog, and the man who calls him self our president is helping them to do it.  There is no doubt in my mind that he is part of the Muslim Brotherhood, but I know that is not a popular thing to say. I do not know what it is going to take to get Americans to begin writing letters and emails and making phone calls, and going to town hall meetings, and running for local, county, state, and Federal offices.  Join a Conservative voting recruitment center, make phone calls to people to see if they are registered, volunteer as a poll worker.....Get involved!  Glen Beck is begging us to get organized on Freedom Works.  Do accurate research on currant events and get the messages out to people.

The US State Department issued a statement on August 11th in an African newspaper http://mg.co.za/article/2013-08-11-us-condemns-baghdad-attackers-as-enemies-of-islam?

which condemns the Bagdad bomber (August 10th) as "enemies of islam".

It now appears this administration has taken their own gloves off - as they appear to believe Americans will not notice nor care what they say or do. This administration has now announced in print to the World that they are Islamic based - not Christian as claimed.....

I personally believe it is time we made a major effort to wake up the rest of America and let them see what sort of government we currently have... just how badly they have been played.

The gears of America are shifting towards Birthers like the 18 Wheeler approaching the downgrade decline where brakes are of no more use and you can palatably smell and see the smoke rising from the wheels. When your knuckles on the steering wheel clinching become white and your heart is pounding at the corner coming up in the wonder of the hairpin turn that you hope you’ve slowed down enough to make without peeling your load off the road completely.

The roar of the diesel engine grinds down low screaming loud in protest but you know it’s the only way of making the road ahead safely and so you’re buckled up prepared as any for the truth of the Birther corner to unfurl as America begins to connect the dots that reveal the most nefarious fraud perpetrated upon the American Republic for which we stand.

Rush Limbaugh’s voice has cracked this week like the whip across America calling the commander-in-thief by his reality show famed name -“Barry Soetoro” - announcing to all of quit-wit an emperor with no clothes on and the haunting facts of the fraud. 

Glenn Beck, in the days of 2008 Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. (McNasty) McCain’s campaign once a “Republican Party Dandy”, this week resembled the tearful Pastor confessing to a world-wide audience in humble recognition of the power of truth that we just can’t pick and choose what parts of the Constitution we’re going to uphold and which parts we’re going to ignore. 

Beck even went so far as to hold R -Rep. Michele Bachmann’s feet to the fire when she defended the NSA’s intrusion upon American’s privacy and the morphed mentality that security trumps freedom summed up as, “If you’re not doing anything wrong you shouldn’t be worried about the Government in bed and in the bathroom with you, just like prisoners are treated”. The Birthers have been fighting for freedom and liberty all across America all along. Glenn Beck stated in so many words, independence and libertarian ideals have permeated the destroyed Republican Party based on its affair with neo-con progressivism Newt Gingrich idols himself as. It’s no secret that this basically allowed the Fraud-in-Chief to waltz into the White House without a thought of the qualifications of the Office of the President demanded in the United States Constitution.

The only ones left in the shadows of dark crevices are the U.S. Senators and U.S. House of Representatives trembling on the controls of election magnificence in debating the fear of the multitudes and the popularity contest which freaks them out every two years, in the discernment of which hot poker they prefer.

It is rather telling when the guy who thought up “The Patriot Act” which loosened the controls of the Judicial Branch upon the Executive Branch, stated in regards to the NSA’s invasion of America’s homes, bedrooms and bathrooms, that this is out of control and we shouldn’t be spying on our own people. 

Now CNN is actually making a move for what they see as a ‘nitch’. The “nitch” is actually called journalism and is a move away from the solidarity of the White House, and towards “The People”. Imagine the concept? It's the capitalistic way shall we say? 

Obama/Soetoro has long quit providing the dollars for the Media and while the stocks of the Media Moguls crash in the fight for dollars has ABC, NBC, and CBS scrimping on things like pencils and paper-clips, a new strategy has to be invented to survive.

Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 ,a case that came up through the State Courts of New Hampshire and Georgia, that showed Obama’s long form birth certificate to be nothing more than a long form fabrication with over 2500 hundred hours of investigation by professional law enforcement agencies, the breaking news of the NSA’s involvement in spying on Americans has completely unveiled the mystery.

What Americans just barely found out was true, as far as being spyed on, has been entrenched in the mind of the Justices and elected officials long before 2008. American’s are reeling from the realization just the same way that Congress and the Justices across America have already gone through long since.

Ever wondered why no Birther Cases got any action in Georgia? Well, Georgia’s pussy-sport-port has been supported by Obama and is making news today. Glenn Beck was laughing at Obama’s gaffe claiming North & South Carolina and Georgia were part of the Gulf and this port had to be opened up. Glen and Stu were open mouthed in laughter as they debated the intelligence of perhaps opening the port up to the Gulf underneath the Continent from Georgia to Texas. They surmised “that’s probably what O was talking about” as the god-king whose smarter than all.

Connecting the dots is a little game where you connect the dots with lines and then start to see the answer to the mystery picture that hasn’t been seen or has been hidden by a lack of lines in the maze of dots. That is exactly what is happening now as America is informed that the NSA has indeed been spying on them and is collecting their data and info.

How do you feel about living under the same conditions that prisoners live under America?

Dear Senator Cruz:

Long before the American public became aware of the current IRS scandal, I witnessed firsthand the corruption taking place each and every day between the walls of the Whistleblower Office under the direction of Stephen Whitlock. 

Last November I demanded his resignation on behalf of all honest American taxpayers.  Subsequently I have accumulated evidence that I’ve turned over to the Department of Justice that shows Director Whitlock willfully violated federal laws that warrant his removal from office.

Honest Services Fraud 

Internal Revenue Service violated Federal law by failing to provide the public they serve with the intangible right of honest service. The law makes it a crime for government officials to deny the public of honest service.  Violating the HSF statute is a federal felony punishable by five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

IRS Violated RRA Section 1203

IRS Director Whitlock violated section 1203 of the Internal Revenue Service Restructuring and Reform Act (RRA) when he failed to respond to Senator Jon Kyl’s Congressional Inquiry. In addition he willfully misused section 6103 in response to the CI made by Congressman Schweikert. Director Whitlock failed to answer the following question: “Did ABC Tax Co engage in tax fraud?” Instead of answering the question Director Whitlock said “disclosure laws that protect the tax information of all taxpayers prevent us from providing information to a third party on the outcome”.  This is a false statement.  Former Acting Commissioner Steven T. Miller issued a memo on June 20^th, 2012, that stated “with appropriate controls, interaction with a whistleblower during an examination can assist in timely and correct resolution of issues”.  Director Whitlock provided false information to Congressman Schweikert. 

IRS Hid Behind Abused Power

I contacted the IRS on August 17^th, 2012, to obtain a debriefing as promised by dismissed Acting Director Stephen T. Miller.  To-date I had blown the whistle on $934 million in earned income credit fraud committed by ABC Tax Co clients.   Listed below are questions I asked IRS employee Dale Cundiff before he hung up the phone on me.

Sorensen: “I submitted Part I of my claim against ABC Tax Co for $5,323,100 on February 6^th 2012.  According to Deputy Commissioner Miller the initial evaluation of my case would have been completed approximately May 6^th, 2012.  The Commissioner indicated that I would receive a debriefing and may be asked to provide my expertise as an informant.  Could you brief me on the results of the Whistleblower initial evaluation?”

IRS: Your claim is still open and I cannot comment on its status. That’s all that I’m legally required to say.

Sorensen: “The Whistleblower Office has a fiduciary duty to provide Randall Sorensen with the intangible right of honest service. Would you agree with that statement?”

IRS: I don’t understand

Sorensen: “I submitted Part II of my claim against ABC Tax Co for $12,015,000 on Feb 6^th 2012.  Could you brief me on the results of the initial evaluation/”

IRS: No sir

Sorensen: “I submitted Part III of my claim against ABC Tax Co for $74,400,000 on Mar 6^th 2012.  According to Deputy Commissioner Steven T. Miller the initial evaluation of my case would have been completed approximately June 6^th 2012. Commissioner Miller indicated that I would be receiving a debriefing.  Could you brief me on the results of the initial evaluation?’

IRS: No sir claim is still open

Sorensen: “Deputy Commissioner Steven T. Miller stated in a July 25^th, 2012 letter to Senator Grassley “collection function also has steps to obtain information from informants to assist in the collection efforts. On February 6^th, 2012, I offered to test 5.4 million ABC Tax Co earned income tax filers for tax year 2011 in 5 minutes.  Can you tell me why the Whistleblower Office didn’t ask me for my assistance?”

IRS: Ahh   Ahh. I’m not sure of that one, it’s one or the other.

Based on the dysfunction I witnessed in the Whistleblower Office from February, 2012 through August, 2012, I knew the Whistleblower Office lacked the necessary competency and work ethic to conduct a billion dollar investigation. Therefore, I set up a sting operation. Below is a timeline of the trap I set to catch corrupt IRS officials:

 08/17/12 Sorensen called IRS to receive a debriefing on $1 billion claim

08/17/12 IRS Refused to provide answers after being on file 180 days

09/06/12 Sorensen filed client’s amended tax returns to obtain 2010 refund of $1,550 and 2011 refund of $6,788. The ex-husband was guilty of tax fraud for falsely filing head-of-household and daughter as a dependent

09/13/13 Sorensen submitted form 211 to WO to claim reward on ex-husband tax fraud of $6,515

11/22/12 IRS agreed and issued ex-wife 2010 refund of $1,550

11/07/12 Whistleblower Office set up claim #2012-001101 and sent letter stating it could take several years to resolve tax matters as well as several years to collect

11/19/12 IRS agreed and issued ex-wife 2011 refund of $6,778

11/21/12 IRS Friday before Christmas WO closed claim #2012-001101 one month after informing Sorensen it would be years and years

01/08/13 IRS prepared letter to Sorensen stating that information provided “did not result in any proceed”

04/02/13 Sorensen obtained transcript showing IRS never attempted to collect taxes from husband

04/02/13 Confirms IRS committed honest services fraud when they lied about phantom investigation and lied about phantom results

04/02/13 IRS embezzled funds from US taxpayers by cashing paychecks for work never performed

IRS Defrauded Sorensen $2,000

The Whistleblower Office sent a letter dated November 7^th, 2012 indicating that it could take several years until final resolution of all tax matters.  In addition, the WO said that before we can pay a reward we must collect any taxes, penalties or fines and this could also take several years.  The Whistleblower Office prepared me to wait as long as six years or 2,000 days.  Instead the WO miraculously wrapped up its investigation in 44 days.  According to IRS employee S. Newton, badge number 100091224, my claim was closed December 21^st, 2012 which was the Friday before Christmas.  If the IRS was willing to defraud Randall Sorensen of $2,000 then one could surmise that the IRS would NEVER consider a whistleblower claim against ABC Tax Co for $300,000,000. 

Internal Revenue Service employee Director Whitlock committed a federal felony. His office took credit for conducting phantom investigations, issuing false results of investigations that never took place and for denying Randall Sorensen with the government mandated right of honest service. Further, the IRS defrauded every American by failing to investigate blatant earned income credit tax fraud totaling $1 billion dollars.  I’m requesting that Congress hire a Big Four accounting firm to perform an independent investigation regarding malfeasance, misconduct and honest services fraud committed by the Internal Revenue Service.  Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and I will look forward to hearing from you.

The IRS official in charge of the exempt organizations office in the Cincinnati branch at the time conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status were unfairly targeted just got a promotion.

Cindy Thomas has been appointed to the senior technical adviser team for the Director of Exempt Organizations.

Thomas, a 35-year IRS veteran, will fill the spot vacated by Sharon Light. Light, a one-time close adviser to Lois Lerner, is the sixth senior IRS official to leave the agency. 

Lerner is the employee at the center of the political storm that hit the nation earlier this year. She was the first IRS agent to publicly acknowledge wrongdoing.  

Light has “accepted a position with the American Cancer Society, leaving a critical vacancy in the Senior Technical Adviser team for the Director of Exempt Organizations,” Kenneth Corbin wrote in a morning email to his employees.

“Cindy brings a strong background in EO Determinations and the history of the organization,” Corbin added. “And, since she is located in Cincinnati, she will provide a voice for the process and challenges faced in determinations work.”

On Wednesday, House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa demanded in a letter to Federal Election Commission Chairwoman Ellen Weintraub that the FEC turn over records of more than five years of communications with the IRS.

Last week, I posted an article that contained information regarding admitted kidnapper Ariel Castro. As a matter of fact, I used his photo when he was “booked” at the police station as part of the title of the article when I posted it. For those who actually read the article, they found that his wicked acts were only partially about the point of the article. In fact, the article's major point was about all the sexually abused children now, and those who have been sexually abused as children but now adults who engage in illegal acts because of unresolved trauma in their lives. I was so blessed to be contacted via some a few private messages to me explaining how my article was actually a catalyst to get their family members and or others that had been sexually abused, in getting real help. I say to that; Praise the Lord, that was what I was trying to do, get real victims help and at the same time, expose fake victims for what they are; agents of the devil. Equally appreciative, were the comments of those who shared their personal experiences on my social web site, of being abused but found the strength in getting help or taking their tragedy and turning it into helping others. There were many others however, who chose instead of reading the article and or reading the very obvious and poignant point I made in the article, t to make some very ignorant and idiotic statements. In fact, one woman chose to comment on children who were victims of sexual abuse; “That's life, bad things happen to people.” Seriously, what do you do with people who are so insensitive as to simply abandon children to sex abusers and make idiotic statements like this? Sadly, she wasn't the only one who made such idiotic comments. Another, a man---stated he had his “2^nd Amendment Right” to say anything he wanted. Yes, that is true, you have the right to show what an idiot you really are but that does not apply when it comes to do so at the expense of others, especially those who are suffering from abuse. Welcome to the new America, where idiots are allowed to run a muck and blurt out anything they want without care in hurting especially children.

I found myself also confronting others much like theses wicked people I just mmentioned throughout this past week where I posted my article. Indeed, I also called others “idiots” as well. It's not that I have a habit of calling people “idiots”, however, sugar coating idiotic acts to me and the Bible is wrong. I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt, helping folks understand right from wrong but when people willing make a choice to say or do something harmful towards others, I cannot think of anything more appropriate than calling them exactly what they are. In fact, while telling these folks what they were, I had visions of Jesus calling the religious leaders of his time “snakes” and “children of the devil” as he dealt with idiots as well. There is nothing “intelligent” nor anything “good” about making stupid comments especially when not reading articles in full. Equally, there is nothing good hearted about leaving children, nor adults for that matter with abusers. It seems though, there are an increasing amount of Americans with foolish attitudes and in giving advice and opinion without knowing what the heck they are talking about, especially in regards to allowing others in getting harmed. Is in no wonder that America is in so much trouble when most of it's Citizens are only concerned with themselves and their “rights” as well as owning guns in defending themselves, but open their mouths and say idiotic and ignorant things that hurts innocent people when doing so ?

Yes, Welcome to America---that is; “I can do whatever I want, serve whatever god I like, say what I like and no one else matters. Yep, selfishness is in. “I matter, you suffer ? Too bad !, as long as it doesn't happen to me, I don't care.” That is the reality and equally the mentality and heart issue of many Americans today. Many are out for themselves. “I will step on you to get on where I want to go.” Direct evidence of what I'm saying is of what the “idiots” I referenced earlier in this article who are willing to let children suffer with sex abusers. Additional evidence shows and proves there are “idiots” galore in our nation. Look at the 55 million aborted/murdered children in the USA. More proof you ask of these imbecile types I am speaking about? OK--- how about the millions and millions of divorces here in the USA. How many going through those

divorces were unwilling participants but are held accountable for someone else's adulteress affair, abuse and so on ? That should be proof enough, but there is more, much more. How many people have been harassed or murdered by cops here in the USA, just in 2013 alone(do you need news links for proof)? How many Americans on a daily basis suffer injustice ? You know... having their children, homes and or property stolen from our Federal, State's and County and or local Government's yet many don't take action to stop it ? ''Idiot's” ignore the sufferer's of injustice and say things like “that's life, bad things happen” as what that women I mentioned earlier in my article said to me regarding children who get sexually abused. Gee, how many Americans go out and tear down police stations, court houses and other Government buildings/employee's for engaging in such terroristic actions against innocent people who suffer injustice? Not many---that's how many. Most Americans are too lazy and don't give a crap about no one, but themselves.

Still not getting my point ? Difficult to believe, but look at all the US military vets who commit suicide on a daily basis. I have said it before and I'll keep saying it--- many already know what the true reasons are and have known for years. For those who are unaware for whatever reason, the bottom line for suicide rates being so high for our vet's is two pronged. The first is that many in our military attended public schools where they were taught such things as Evolution(there is no God) and secondly, many vets have already experienced their parents being divorced and then also find themselves abandoned by spouses and severely abused by corrupted Family Courts while deployed overseas. Nothing is worse than being involved in the trauma of war and then coming home to your own spouse and Government (financially and emotionally)raping you. Have you ever seen this video ? American's who are supposed to care about them. Yes, who does care ? I can tell you the so called “Christian Church” by and large doesn't give a hoot about Military Vet's. If they did, we'd see plenty of so called “Christians” in VA Hospitals lending a hand or doing “outreaches. The sad fact is, many “Christians” went MIA years ago...they're to busy with their heads stuck up in their clouds to bother with helping real people in need. Apparently the American attitude of most, is that-that they only care when problems personally impact's upon them. In-other-words; “To bad about you, let me know how things turn out for ya , I don't have time nor care about you.” That quote may not be actually said to someone suffering here in the USA via another American, but you better believe your sweet petunia that-that is exactly what many American's are thinking and (the reason they are not)acting upon helping those that suffer and or are in need.

Is it that many Americans have become cowards when it comes to doing right before God. Yes, that many have become gutless and selfish as well as more animal like in their attitudes then like how God has created us all to be. Jesus gave us many of examples of how good and bad people treat one-another. I believe a great example of “good vs. bad” when it comes how to treat others is that of the story of the “Good Samaritan.” Some of you are already aware of this Biblical Parable, however many are completely unaware because they have no relationship nor interest in God of the Bible nor in acting right towards hurting folks. But for those brave enough to find out, this story of the “Good Samaritan”, is all about a man who is of a rejected social status who rescues one of God's chosen children who has been beaten, robbed and left for dead by the side of the road. We also see in that same story that the two religious men who were commanded by God to rescue that injured and robbed man, rejected in doing so. Each of these religious men had an excuse why they couldn't help the man who was robbed, beaten and left for dead. Much like American's today... excuses to not help others in need are given on a daily basis by most. Once again, most Americans are selfish, self-centered and cowards, rejecting everything the Lord commanded us in doing, especially in helping the poor and suffering(like children being sexually abused). 

Finally, I know that some that are brave enough to read this entire article are by now, feeling insulted(not those who partake in Truth telling and in also helping others). What do I say to them here ? I say, good ! I'm glad you feel upset. I hope that your discomfort brings you to repentance because the Truth should never be sugar coated when it comes to confronting those who refuse to help the sick, hurt, lonely and poor. Make no mistake about attitudes of acceptance in being a dolt, they lead not only to personal death, they also corporately lead to a nation's death as well. We in America are already in the steep of our country's demise, stop adding to it! Jesus had it right, when we warned us all to care for others, Micah 6:8. To those who are engaging in selfish, hard hearted behaviour, STOP now and do what's right. Rescue the perishing, rescue those who suffer. To those of you who have been and or are already helping the hurt, those that suffer, thank you so very, very much and God bless you many times over. You are precious to God and to me.

            Should America’s Heartland Voters Reject Hillary Clinton Mini-Series?

What does it matter!” cried out the former U.S. Secretary of State defiantly when testifying before a January Congressional Committee investigating the Benghazi murders of 4 Americans. This is the time tested belligerent stagecraft Hillary Clinton has perfected over the previous forty plus years of her public political life that America, New York and Arkansas have become quite familiar with. It is her very indignant attitude and self righteous zeal that has been manufactured in the den of liberalism that the mainstream media and Hollywood adore.

Who but an audacious Hillary Clinton could whipsaw a congressional committee with a chilling snare and at the same time send a tingling up the legs of mainstream media pundits and liberal supporters? She now has reached the pivot point in her life where two alphabet soup networks, NBC and CNN, want to hand her the White House on a small silver screen platter by creating a docudrama and miniseries of her Royal Highness Hillary Clinton. Hold the credits…

A brick has been thrown into the works by RNC Chairman Reince Priebus who is sounding the alarm. Priebus claims, according to Fox News, the airing of these shows is not to reveal the whole truth of the life and times of Ms Clinton, but rather to showcase Hillary Clinton as a “larger than life” presidential candidate.

Coincidentally, while Hollywood and TV reviewers will be sending up kudos and adulation to the film projects, CNN and NBC would be fielding so-called journalists who would be eviscerating Republican presidential contenders during the debates. Or worse yet, they could do a Candace Crowley hatchet number on them as she did to Mitt Romney during the Presidential Debate with Mr. Obama. Crowley’s feigned apology is not accepted.

So should America not care about two networks that have fawned over her and her lady chasing husband former President Bill Clinton? Well, you be the judge. Scandal and misrepresentation of the truth seems to be part of the political theatrics of the Clinton approach to American politics. Sort of has that musical ring to it, and goes something like this… “Ain’t no Mountain High Enough to Keep Me From Lying to You!”

“What does it matter!” she bellows out! Did it matter that during Hillary Clinton first practiced her skills at fabrication by lying while working as part of the legal team during the Watergate hearings investigation of President Richard Nixon?

While I think we must be able to track terrorists the government must follow the law and not make the law, as they go especially when the AG is the only approval needed. Obama says no spying at the NSA on citizens, well that is not true, ( LIE). No real story out there, so Benghazi or as Hillary stated what difference does it make? A big lie. Mis-direction, unconstitutional actions, abusive executive orders, excessive regulations, murdered Ambassador and three other Americans, dozens of Embassies attacked and recently shut down. Now Hillary is going to be glamorized by the NBC, CNN and others. The President praised her a the best or one of the best Secretary of States we have ever had , ( Payback for Clinton's endorsement). REALLY? Remember Hillary hitting the reset button with the Russians,( Which was not translated correctly and they laughed at her about it) ,  gave in on EU defense missile shield, decimated the Space Program and paying the Russian's 60 million USD for a space ride in older crafts than our shuttle, openly pined about taking our nuclear weapons down to zero or as close as possible,  unilaterally. The Russians have zero respect and fear of the US and demonstrated that with Snowden's Asylum. Dozens of Embassies attacked, Ambassador and 3 other Americans murdered , recently shut down embassies due to defeated terrorists (NOT), Benghazi cover up for illegal weapons and ambush, jailed video maker for offensive film, ( Still in jail for violation of something), What difference does it make comment, Sounds like her comment on Bill, " If I do not care why do you", Throw in Whitewater, while she was a crazy kid, ( Her and Bill both had their law license at the time), Commodity trade which was not legal and where a big Clinton support LOST $100,000, her youthful legal defense team work for the black panthers and then work on the Nixon impeachment investigation. Her progression at Rose Hill Law Firm progressed when Bill's career, etc.

We know when Diane Lane portrays Hillary it will be a rosy uplifting story of struggle and wonderful dedicated public servant who has sacrificed much for her country. Can you say exaggeration? Fluff? A drooling bias pseudo docudrama?   

     Though I have been a registered Republican for >50 years, their Party's inaction over the past eight years has forced me to become a Constitutional Conservative, and I am blogging on several Conservative websites as well as trying to make an e-commerce site financially viable. I worked as a writer, et al, in every one of the communication mediums for >30 years to support my five children. During those same years I attended night classes to earn nine years of college. 

     Four years ago, I created (along with a wealthy friend) the skeleton of a multi-layered political web mall to educate and provide FREE communication with each member's local, state, and national political representatives, as well as their media. The home page would also be the sign-up page (with their zip code; the next page would have all "POLITICAL ISSUES" with LINK titles.

      A member could click on an ISSUE link, which would lead to a page with many available "ARTICLE" links written by professionals. After choosing and reading one or more articles to become educated on Pros and Cons of each Issue, the member could click on "LETTERS." Each article would then lead to a page of interactive letters that the member could choose from (and modify if desired) before adding an address or email URL. The three "Send" boxes at the bottom of every letter would be "Email," "Fax", or "Both). After clicking--preferably on "Both"--the member's personal page would open with every one of their politicians, titles, the addresses, phone and fax numbers, according to their zip code. The member could click on one or many of the boxes, or the box for "ALL", and FREE OF CHARGE have sent possibly thousands of their letters of demands, complaints, or requests.

      Politicians all over the country would be overwhelmed every day, and they would HAVE TO BE AWARE that they work for WE THE PEOPLE! Unemployed or impoverished citizens as well as Employed or wealthy citizens could make themselves and their desires known without cost or spending more than 1/2-hour. Being poor or too busy to become an activist would not be an excuse.

     However, www.ItsYourIssue.com is still a skeleton except for the Logo, the design basics and the Executive Summary, which is the link "About This Site" on the top-left of the home page. This page contains the goals, the design, and instructions on using each page for the members and for proposed Strategic Partners that we planned to send Proposals to, requesting that they join us to fund the required technical, marketing, and management talent we needed to get this major undertaking online. Maintenance costs thereafter (as well as any profits) would be covered by banner ads on top of each Article and Letter (with members zip codes correlated to each advertiser's location). Though profits are not guaranteed, partners could be rewarded financially as well as by knowing that they have helped save our Constitution and the freedoms of America.

     My partner dropped out of the project after a year (leaving any profits and cost to me), but I have continued my efforts to find one or more Strategic Partner(s) to finish this project (with free links to all other Conservative websites) and get it online. THERE ARE REASONS "The Affordable Health Care Act" is the most destructive and unaffordable piece of legislation ever passed by US executive-legislative-judicial officers! It begins with fraud, theft, and extreme malice.

The bill was written in unending volumes of entangled complexities by "appointed" progressives and communists who openly hate and live to destroy our heritage, Constitution, wealth, and the patriotic citizens who made it work. The bill was withheld until the last minute before vote, then passed by lemmings who neither read nor understood the content of law... solely on Obama, Reed, and Pelosi assurances that the uninformed would have to pass the bill to find out what it contained!    That bill was designed to destroy America!

Instead of cradle to grave utopian health care, it begins with massive prenatal abortion and ends at the hemlock clinic for those not worth saving. Unmistakably, costs were grossly understated to the point where existing MEDICARE for retirees had to be looted and individual insurance premiums skyrocketed. The spoof includes eliminating full time work for citizens.

When resultant costs are up so high you'll lose everything while real income and purchasing power plummets, it's called "upside down" - in the toilet. The stench is unbearable.   It's past time to flush!    Call in a new plumber if the old one is too worthless to do what they're paid to do!

My plumbers (Corker & Alexander) along with the other progressives are telling us to open the windows & let the flies clean it up. They're too busy driving wages down to meet global Chinese communist competition by flooding the workforce with aliens!   Send the progressives a wake up message wherever and whenever you can!    Our legislators are there to protect the Constitution, , and it's citizens, not throw them to the wolves.
