The Internal Revenue Service has outlived its original mandate and now poses a systemic threat to civil liberties, especially among conservative Americans. It’s time to dismantle its enforcement arm, replace its bloated bureaucracy with a flat tax model, and reassign its newly minted agents to agencies that actually protect the Republic.
🧭 From Revenue Collector to Political Weapon: The Case Against the IRS
The IRS was created to collect taxes—not to intimidate citizens, surveil political opponents, or deploy agents with police powers. Yet over the past two decades, the agency has morphed into a partisan enforcement tool, repeatedly targeting conservative groups, journalists, and everyday Americans under the guise of compliance.
Weaponization of Enforcement: The House Judiciary Committee’s 2023 report revealed that the IRS conducted unannounced field visits to the homes of conservative journalists like Matt Taibbi—one occurring the very day he testified before Congress. Another case involved an agent using a false identity to enter a taxpayer’s home without cause. These are not isolated incidents—they reflect a culture of intimidation.
Biden’s IRS Expansion: In 2021, the Biden administration approved hiring up to 87,000 new IRS employees by 2031. While not all are enforcement agents, many were sent to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), receiving full police powers. This militarization of a tax agency is unprecedented and unnecessary.
Surveillance Overreach: The IRS now requires Americans to report digital transactions over $600 via platforms like Venmo and Cash App. This policy disproportionately affects small businesses, freelancers, and working-class Americans—while doing little to curb actual tax evasion.
🛠️ Tactical Reform: Flat Tax and YReassignment
Rather than reforming the IRS from within, the solution is to dismantle its enforcement wing and replace its complex tax code with a flat tax system. This would:
Eliminate loopholes and favoritism
Reduce compliance costs for citizens and businesses
Restore trust in the federal government’s neutrality
The newly trained agents—many of whom now possess law enforcement credentials—should be transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or other agencies tasked with protecting national security. This would redirect taxpayer-funded manpower toward border enforcement, anti-trafficking operations, and criminal interdiction.
🧾 Legacy, Liberty, and the Path Forward
The IRS has become a symbol of bureaucratic overreach and partisan abuse. Conservatives, veterans, and working-class Americans deserve a tax system that is transparent, fair, and non-threatening. By replacing the IRS with a streamlined flat tax model and reallocating its enforcement resources, we can restore constitutional balance and ensure that no agency becomes a tool of political suppression.
This isn’t just reform—it’s a tactical realignment of federal priorities. The Republic deserves better.
Posting again. Taxes are voluntary. End the Charade and System of Thievery. Use it, pay taxes on it.
The irs is an unlawful amendment, in part because in it’s own code, it states this—
1.) IRS CODE
§ 3113. Accepting gifts
(a) To provide the people of the United States with an opportunity to make gifts to the United States Government to be used to reduce the public debt—

2.). Plus the Constitution requires taxes be paid through tafiffs on foreign countries—which leaves the only tax that is fair and equitable is a sales tax. Use it, Pay tax on it.
So, for two reasons, 1. the IRS is unconstitutional. 2. It operates as an extortion racket.
We have been SO HOODWINKED, it is mindboggling what all they have done to innocent people.
Actually, there is a 3rd. Why does our tax money go to the IMF?
