The first step to getting out of a hole is to stop digging. Yet, all too often, the reaction is to just the opposite. This is particularly the case with industries that have made a business model out of enlisting the government to pad their profits.  The New York Times recently reported on the legal fight between Pandora and The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), one of the two licensing entities that essentially control music publishing. 

The lawsuit highlights the wreckage caused by government intervention replacing market forces and involves things like Department of Justice consent decrees, mandated payments, and mandates for the use of other people’s property. In other words, its a total statist mess.  

One might think that this lawsuit and many others just like it would be a sign for the industry to move towards a far less complex and far more profitable market-based system. Not so much. 

Already in a government created hole, the industry’s apparent solution is to dig harder, deeper and faster. Rather than innovate, the recording industry makes ready use of lawsuits to try to maintain an outdated business model. In a rapidly changing world, sometimes that isn’t enough. So when lawsuits are ineffective, they turn to their lobbyists and seek even more government intervention to protect them from competition and advances in technology.  

One of the industry’s greatest desires is to put the Internet genie back in the bottle. Since they can’t do that, their solution is to use the government to censor it. In 2012, an industry backed bill called the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) was defeated in Congress thanks to an uprising among tech giants and advocates. The bill would have granted government the power to unilaterally shut down websites, without due process, based exclusively on industry complaints of copyright infringement.  There have been one million such complaints filed against Google alone.  Despite its failure in Congress, this issue remains very much alive with the industry and Obama administration continuing to push it. 

Another long time goal of the industry is performance royalties for songs played on the radio. Artists have benefitted from airplay on radio stations since radio first became widespread. In exchange for allowing radio stations to play their records, artists received millions in free advertising that sells records, concert tickets and other merchandise. Now the industry wants radio stations to pay artists for playing their songs. Such performance royalties would be fine as a voluntary free market exchange. That’s not how the industry envisions it. 

Their plan is laid out in legislation ironically known as the Free Market Royalty Act (FMRA) recently introduced into Congress. This bill goes even one step further than government intervention and actually seeks to make the industry itself a pseudo-government agency. The bill not only mandates that radio stations pay performers for their songs but grants a government enforced monopoly to an organization run by a handful of record industry executives with the power to set prices. Once these few executives have set a price, independent negotiations would be outlawed.  

The collision between the market and policies like FMRA and SOPA would have far reaching and complicated consequences for the market place and indeed the industry itself. Such crony government contrived systems are always doomed to fail in the long run. Eventually the hole just gets too deep and swallows up those doing the digging.

The raging, twenty-four-seven political debates that virtually consume social media, many news sites, and entire cable stations is mostly filled with cheap shots, one-liners, bumper sticker slogans, and the same tired, half-truth arguments.

The endless, partisan maneuvering and jockeying for power among the political parties and branches of government often completely masks the fact that the culture and policy wars are not just clashes between squabbling political parties, but often are really basic conflicts between fundamentally different belief systems, world views, and ideological viewpoints. But that is increasingly lost in the world of thirty second sound bites, character assassination, talking heads, opponent bashing and pundit sloganeering as well as in the blaring informational and sensory overload the average American is subjected to on a daily basis.

It is also frustrating that political and ideological labels are thrown so haphazardly around with wild abandon. Neo-Marxists call themselves progressives. Liberals call themselves moderates. Libertarians and Objectivists routinely cloak themselves in the conservative label. And let us not even begin to dwell on the various names they call each other. Rarely does the general populace know, or even care, what anyone actually stands for and believes in. Let alone why.

Ideological instruction for the average person is woefully pathetic, inadequate, or almost completely absent. High School instruction is normally incredibly simplistic and often inaccurate, while college instruction is nearly universally biased beyond any hope of redemption. And the media just adds another layer of confusion and misinformation onto the entire situation. Is it any surprise then that a great number of our fellow citizens have only the foggiest concept of the various belief systems at play and a distorted understanding, at best, of the competing world views and agendas that affect their lives on a daily basis?

To help clear the air just a little I have taken the liberty of compiling what I believe are, and should be, the core principles of the American conservative movement. This list is in no way exhaustive and is designed to be a simple, but effective, articulation of what true conservatives agree are the core beliefs of their chosen ideology. If you veer too far from the principles below you are probably, in reality, not a conservative but a member of one of the many other political philosophies that exist to one degree or another in the body politic.

I would like to hear your comments on the list I have put together below as well as any additions or subtractions you would make to it. I have attempted to boil down what can be, and often are, complex concepts to their most easily understood and basic elements while still getting the point across in an effective manner.  While these may seem like fairly common sense policies and reasonable ideals to many, the various isms of the Left oppose nearly all of them both in theory and in practice.

Although I appreciate your speedy response to my letter, I am truly concerned about the contents of your letter regarding this extremely disturbing issue, which I found to be ludicrous because it insults my intelligence regarding the true meaning of “chemtrails” vs “contrails.”

What follows are a few photos, which clearly show how the equipment which produces these aerosols, can start and stop the spraying process. Upon seeing these many chemtrails being laid down in real time, it is obvious to anyone who can see that they are in fact chemtrails … and positively not contrails. Contrails are the normal vapor trails which are left in the wake of a sky borne jet airliner. They appear at the very rear being ejected as the exhaust from the jet airliners, and dissipate quite quickly depending on the ambient atmospheric temperature, pressure and humidity at the time.

These photos categorically portray the chemtrails being started and stopped at the will of the chemtrail aerosolization equipment operator. In other words, there is no room for debate here: Chemtrails are not contrails, and contrails are not chemtrails. The preceding photos ought to serve as irrefutable evidence for anyone who is confronted with the skepticism or disbelief from those who rarely look at the sky.

This Government-Run Chemtrail Conspiracy Has At Least Three Prongs

The first prong has been to knowingly disseminate false information about the multi-decade, government-coordinated, chemtrail program. Calling what are actually chemtrails contrails is a stratagem the government has used with great success for all of those decades. Except that now many are waking up to the truth and calling them on it whenever and wherever possible.

On those rare occasions where they trot out a willing dupe to purposefully misrepresent chemtrails as contrails, they often fall down on the job. Nevertheless, the government has so committed itself to this highly flawed strategy for so many years that they refuse to give it up. Their untenable approach is now beginning to work in the favor of those who are working to expose this relentless chemical assault against the populace.

The second prong of the government’s stratagem is to selectively spray uniquely formulated chemtrail aerosols in different areas, at different altitudes, during specific weather patterns, etc. For instance, we often see them heavily spray the skies one or two days before a predicted rainfall, thunderstorm, snowfall, hailstorm or any other type of precipitation event. This is without question the chemtrail program’s most predictable feature. When a major weather event is forecasted, the government’s chemtrail airliners are up there creating tic-tac-toe boards in the sky like at no other time.

This begs the following question:
What on earth are they putting in those chemtrail brews that they are so deliberate to rain upon the masses?
 After all, the heavy precipitation events particularly ensures that the many aerosolized chemicals end up on lakes and rivers, farmland and forests, homes and offices, roads and sidewalks, malls and shopping centers, cars and trucks, etc. Just in case the reader has any health concerns or medical conditions which might be caused, or exacerbated, by the toxic chemicals present in chemtrails, here is a real eye-opener:

Conclusion:

The US Federal Government has been deceiving the citizenry for many decades regarding the geo-engineering chemical assault known as chemtrails. Not only has the government continued down this road of deception, it has ramped up its many and varied initiatives to ensure that the chemtrail genie does not escape from the bottle. Once it does, they know that it cannot be put back into the bottle … and that there will be many unhappy people as a result.

For the untold millions who have been systematically sickened by the covert chemtrail program, they will have their day of revelation and justice. Those who directly participated in this chemical assault on the entire nation will likewise face the appropriate consequences. It is now only a matter of time that both this crime against humanity and the subsequent cover-up will be exposed.

May those who are responsible for this crime against humanity be forewarned! The people of the world don’t like having their sunny days taken from them. Neither do they like being sprayed from on high with toxic and dangerous chemicals.

On Saturday, a Jacksonville, FL jury found Michael Dunn guilty of three counts of attempted second degree murder & a count of firing into an occupied car, in the death of Jordan Davis, after a dispute over loud music from he and his companions vehicle.

Lurking not too far beneath the surface ( for some ) was whether a White man could be punished for killing a young Black man under a thin set of  circumstances to say the least!

The " Every White Man Is Out To Kill Blacks! " constituency won't be pleased with anything less than summary execution, but they're a notoriously hard crowd to please.

More moderate observers won't be too pleased either and will ask why first degree murder wasn't the jury's conclusion? The declared mistrial on this count is this is sure to be hotly debated for some time to come. The US Justice Department may want to put its hotline operators on overtime because a lot of calls will likely be inbound. 

I wonder whether the flames of this tragedy will be fanned into another racially divisive media conflagration ala' the Trayvon Martin case? One element of the Dunn case I pondered was how these episodes of lethal, random violence barely rate 30 seconds on air or much print space when assailant and victim are both Black.

While carnivorous daily homicide & violence shouldn't take a back seat to occasional outside assailants, American Blacks should ask would so much attention have been paid were the defendant Black?

While this phase of the case is a done deal, the larger issue of our daily attrition rate still demands center stage.  

On a related note, as a citizen on patrol in high crime areas for 20 years, I know being a private citizen using deadly force can easily lead to imprisonment.

Regardless of your color, you'd better make sure your actions exceed the letter of the law, with ample evidence to support you.

On Sept. 13, 1814, Francis Scott Key visited the British fleet in Chesapeake Bay to secure the release of Dr. William Beanes, who had been captured after the burning of Washington, DC. The release was secured, but Key was detained on ship overnight during the shelling of Fort McHenry, one of the forts defending Baltimore. In the morning, he was so delighted to see the American flag still flying over the fort that he began a poem to commemorate the occasion. First published under the title “Defense of Fort M'Henry,” the poem soon attained wide popularity as sung to the tune “To Anacreon in Heaven.” The origin of this tune is obscure, but it may have been written by John Stafford Smith, a British composer born in 1750. “The Star-Spangled Banner” was officially made the national anthem by Congress in 1931, although it already had been adopted as such by the army and the navy.

The democrats are at it again.  They are still looking for the cheap labor they lost during the civil war.  They are proposing a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens so that they will have a source of labor to perform the work that citizens refuse to do.  The citizens refuse to do it because they can make more money on welfare than working jobs that pay a mere subsistence wage.  

They have created a permanent underclass, fed and housed by the government,  and need a source of labor to support them.  Promising illegals 10 years of servitude will lead to citizenship guarantees a steady supply of cheap, shall I say "enslaved", labor.

Illegals are effectively exempt from the minimum wage, as they are not registered with social security and therefor have no obligation to report earnings.  If they are paid less than minimum wage, they have no recourse.

This whole immigration plan is just an effort to provide workers to support the economy while the government pays citizens not to work.  OR as they say, pursue their dreams.

What is the direction that America is taking?   Have we lost our sense of direction? Is it too late to restore our Constitutional values and our Founding Principles?

These are serious questions that should concern every American citizen.  Our future as a free nation may very well be at stake, and most citizens don't even have a clue that our nation is hanging on by a thread.

We are financially strapped, morally bankrupt, and unemployment and our healthcare system is in a shambles.  These are just the tip of our runaway iceberg.

It is time for Americans to come together to rethink the American Dream.  It is time to put America first and to rekindle the fire of freedom and liberty.  America is the last bastion of hope for the world.  If we fail now all hope for future freedom will be lost.

 It is completely beyond comprehension how a man of such great intelligence as Mr. Will, can comport himself as a pigeon-brain and lackey of vested interests.

How can the reader take any of Mr. Will’s madcap notions  seriously—most particularly regarding “assimilation” of the Mexican  peasant army-- when he lacks a basic grasp of what constitutes  “immigration,”  as he fails to differentiate wholesale invasion of America, from valid immigration policy.

Should not a pundit be able to winnow-out the sugar granule from a pile of sand, like the wise ant?

This writer believes that it was Fred Thompson who said that it is “time to start offending people” and this article falls into alignment with that view, as it deals with politicians and journalists who would unremittingly force the Mexican conquest onto the American people against their will.

 This republic does not need snake-oil salesmen or traitors in the sacred halls of government or media.

The American people will not eat this “bad penny” which continually returns like a nightmare, no matter how many times the American people swat it down, or how many times the central bankers try to shove it down our throats.

 Has George Will ever read the works of the great Patrick J. Buchanan, regarding the “bright shining lie” of free trade?

 If he had, he would not be waxing sentimental about Bill Clinton and NAFTA:

Americans are “pretty sure” that the Mexican nationals in our midst—telling Anglo-Saxon America to “go back to Europe”—are not too keen on any idea of assimilation with the “gringo.”

The American people have “had it” with the Mexican invasion and are in no mood to suffer the indignity of serving as a cash cow and financial slave to wretched  mestizos and degenerate lawmakers, especially when our own people are living in tent cities alongside the railroad tracks of major metropolitan areas.

It is the position of the American people that the U.S. is the cradle of the Anglo-Saxon race, NOT the Mexican, no matter how many Mexican eggs are deposited by stealth warfare, in the nest of the American Eagle  as  a switcheroo.

George Will must also imagine that  disenfranchised young Americans are going to shoulder paying for  “Obamacare,”  if he subscribes to the absurd notion that opportunity is endless during a time  of universal, worldwide depression.  Never mind granting concessions to invaders with no strings attached.

Does this brilliant “solon” not know that one third of  Americans  are out of work—that AMERICAN college graduates cannot find work to pay off their student loans and that thirty year-olds are living with Mom and Dad?

Does he think it a good idea that young  Americans  of all colors—including Hispanic Americans--- be unable to have a future, because their living space and jobs have been stolen by interlopers from the Third World?

Does Mr. Will not see how the central bankers have hijacked America and that these third world hordes come at the behest of vested interests, to  be employed as corporate shock troops and modern-day  “Hessians” against the American people?

Does Mr. Will fathom what is at stake here?  Does he understand that this nation and its future belongs  to the American people and  NOT  the Third World, or the United Nations?

 Such a vainglorious attempt to evoke sympathy for Mexican invaders--by painting them as innocent victims-- is  a  “no-fly zone” for the American people.

This is patently untrue, as evidenced by the recent thwarted plans of Mechistas,  who intended to march on Washington D.C., demanding their “rights”  to annex America  for Mexico.

It’s not about "house painters,"  but it is about the theft of  America and American jobs,  through Mexican invasion and the corresponding end of the American Dream.

The American people can admire the two Mexican men who walked barefoot across a fiery desert,  in order to save their shoes for employment.  We would welcome such men as honored guest workers in our agricultural industry, where they do not directly compete with Americans.

 But first, the American people require final clarification from Mexico, regarding its territorial ambitions, as we ostensibly came to accord with that nation in 1848 and there is a question as to who owns what in Mexico's national psyche.

 Mexico has a sense of self-entitlement to the American landscape, based on a roughly 25 year tenancy.

Maybe California should be returned to Russia, due to the occupation of Fort Ross--which predates the Mexican claim-- under this  demented  line of reasoning?

The American people too,  have a “set of principles” and a cardinal principle is that  this nation does not reward interlopers, nor does it transfuse its lifeblood into the veins of the invader.

Any agreement between the United States and Mexico must be predicated on Mexico’s understanding that it has NO CLAIM HERE.

The American taxpayer does NOT owe Mexican nationals one thin dime.  These parasites  are NOT the responsibility of our people.

The governed will deny their consent to any special consideration for Mexican nationals, until Mexico signs formal articles of surrender, in this Second Mexican War  AND  agrees to make provision for the upkeep and accountability of its nationals, while they are guests here, including retroactive restitution to American victims of the Mexican crime wave.

Further,  due to the current criminal history of  Mexican  interlopers  in America; the American people insist that Mexico build service centers in America—at their own expense, much  like America does at Gitmo in Cuba-- in order to isolate its nationals from the general population, as we are discussing slave labor for corporate America here, NOT  potential American citizens.

 Mexican nationals have lost any chance for tolerance from the Americans they have victimized.

How keen will the proponents of CIR and amnesty  be, when they realize that Mexico must meet ALL financial obligations for housing, education, entertainment,  medical and dental care and providing a social safety net in the form of a Mexican social  security program for its own people,  while they are guests here?

Mexico is a nation wealthy in natural resources and tourist destinations and can well afford to pay its own way, rather than sponging off the American people, as a common carrion crow.

Any “comprehensive immigration reform” plan which fails to hold Mexico financially accountable for its own nationals while they are guests here, will be grossly unacceptable to the American people.

 Mexican obligations must be outlined before any forward momentum can take place in bilateral relations between invader and the one invaded.

 Such an article of surrender requires documentation, as we are discussing matters of race  war  here—not  “immigration.”

 It is NOT the responsibility of the American taxpayer to subsidize his own demise, nor grant “citizenship” to a cheeky invader.

And, there can be only one answer. The Federal Government has willfully engaged in a premeditated conspiracy to deceive the public. This conspiracy to both deceive and spray chemicals anywhere the government wishes has been going on for decades. These photos categorically portray the chemtrails being started and stopped at the will of the chemtrail aerosolization equipment operator. In other words, there is no room for debate here: Chemtrails are not contrails, and contrails are not chemtrails. This Government-Run Chemtrail Conspiracy Has At Least Three Prongs

The first prong has been to knowingly disseminate false information about the multi-decade, government-coordinated, chemtrail program. Calling what are actually chemtrails contrails is a stratagem the government has used with great success for all of those decades. Except that now many are waking up to the truth and calling them on it whenever and wherever possible.

On those rare occasions where they trot out a willing dupe to purposefully misrepresent chemtrails as contrails, they often fall down on the job. Nevertheless, the government has so committed itself to this highly flawed strategy for so many years that they refuse to give it up. Their untenable approach is now beginning to work in the favor of those who are working to expose this relentless chemical assault against the populace.

The second prong of the government’s stratagem is to selectively spray uniquely formulated chemtrail aerosols in different areas, at different altitudes, during specific weather patterns, etc. For instance, we often see them heavily spray the skies one or two days before a predicted rainfall, thunderstorm, snowfall, hailstorm or any other type of precipitation event. This is without question the chemtrail program’s most predictable feature. When a major weather event is forecasted, the government’s chemtrail airliners are up there creating tic-tac-toe boards in the sky like at no other time.

This begs the following question:
What on earth are they putting in those chemtrail brews that they are so deliberate to rain upon the masses?
After all, the heavy precipitation events particularly ensures that the many aerosolized chemicals end up on lakes and rivers, farmland and forests, homes and offices, roads and sidewalks, malls and shopping centers, cars and trucks, etc. Just in case the reader has any health concerns or medical conditions which might be caused, or exacerbated, by the toxic chemicals present in chemtrails, here is a real eye-opener:

What Is Climate Geoengineering? Word Games in the Ongoing Debates Over a Definition

Climate geoengineering advocates have long argued over how to actually define the term “geoengineering.” The precise details of that definition are important for various reasons, not the least of which is that it will determine what likely is to be subjected to the scrutiny and potentially complex and difficult legal governance processes that such a global scale climate-tweak effort would necessarily involve.

Already, as of 2010, the Convention on Biological Diversity, a treaty that 193 UN member countries (all other than the Holy See, Andorra and the United States) have ratified, adopted a de-facto moratorium on climate geoengineering in 2010. That was based in part on previous deliberations and decisions on one particular form of geoengineering, ocean iron fertilization, which also is regulated under the London Convention. Those decisions were negotiated and agreed in painstaking process, with each word and its implications carefully weighed in the balance.1 Obviously, there is much need to specify exactly what is geoengineering and, thus, subject to the moratorium or any other legal ruling.

For most people, it seems intuitively clear that, for example, spewing sulphate aerosols into the atmosphere – a technology in the category of “solar radiation management” (SRM) clearly would be considered “geoengineering.” We would not consider doing that for any other reason or intent – there are known anticipated serious risks and dangers, etc.

But the distinction is much less clear for other technologies. For example, bioenergy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS), large scale afforestation/reforestation, or biochar – these approaches mostly involve using plant biomass and “biosequestration” and fall into the category of carbon dioxide removal (CDR) technologies. They differ in that these technologies also are discussed under the framework of mitigation and adaptation – promoted as beneficial even at smaller scales (arguably). Many view these as less risky and more easily scalable approaches.

Scale, Intent and Perception

Definition debates have swirled around the importance of scale. For example, planting a few hectares of trees might not be considered geoengineering by most people, but planting a million hectares perhaps would. Especially if those involved vast monocultures of trees genetically engineered and planted specifically to store carbon (for example). Yet if those same million hectares were replanted to restore native forests, most would not consider that geoengineering.

Debates also have swirled around the issue of “intention”: Is the intent to reduce global greenhouse gas concentrations? Or something else, say offsetting emissions from a facility or an industrial sector or some other source of emissions. Would agroecological farming methods be geoengineering if the farmer is motivated by his understanding of carbon sequestration, but not if his intent were simply to produce decent food? How can “intent” be determined accurately?

Some goengineering advocates have argued the terminology is meaningless because we humans have long been intentionally altering the global atmosphere, so why come up with a new term? This argument falls along the lines that we already have messed things up so badly that we shouldn’t get into a fuss over whether to engage in something that seems potentially likely to mess them up more.

Others, such as James Fleming (author of Fixing the Sky: The Checkered History of Weather and Climate Control“), argue that requiring “intent” as a condition of the definition is slippery because there are plenty of “non climate” reasons that could be used to argue for the use of some geoengineering technologies (military, food security, etc). There are, as well, technologies that involve global-scale “tweaks,” but to non-climate systems (e.g. manipulation of nitrogen or water cycles).2

The definition debates also have swirled around making climate geoengineering sound more appealing to a public that is clearly repulsed by the idea. That repulsion was articulated humorously by Stephen Colbert in his recent interview with David Keith, and again by Al Gore, who referred to it as “insane, utterly mad and delusional,” and yet again by a recent survey study that concluded in an understated manner; “overall public evaluation of climate engineering is negative.”

Aware of these poor ratings, the term “soft geoengineering” was introduced by the conservative American Enterprise Institute. It states: “In environmental issues, even more than most public policy questions, perception matters. That is why ‘soft’ geoengineering techniques – less ambitious, less disruptive, and less threatening approaches – are important; they get people used to the basic concepts of geoengineering without scaring them. And in so doing, they expand the scope of the climate policy discussion in important ways.”

Winning over public acceptance matters, and terminology is key: precisely why we need to be wary and monitor these word games.

No Consensus

Virtually every major meeting on the topic of climate geoengineering, it seems, has dedicated time to grappling with the definition. The Royal Society defined geoengineering as “the deliberate and large scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system with the aim of reducing global warming.” That definition was adopted by others, for example, including the US Government Accountability Office 2011 report. At the Asilomar conference in 2010, the term “climate intervention” was offered up as a more palatable term than geoengineering. The Bipartisan Policy Center then offered up “climate remediation,” defined as “intentional actions taken to counter the climate effects of past greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere” (mitigation referring to actions to reduce future emissions). About this, Jeff Goodell (quoted by Joe Romm) states: “The phrase ‘climate remediation’ is almost as bad as the phrase ‘clean coal.’ In both cases, it’s a phrase that reeks of spin and marketing. And while I can understand why Big Coal wants to push it, I think it was a mistake for this panel to choose this phrase. The idea, of course, is to make geoengineering – or, if you must, climate engineering – sound gentle and comforting. It is not gentle and comforting, it is a big, complex, morally fraught and dangerous idea, and attempts to disguise this with cuddly language are just going to backfire.”

The Solar Radiation Management Governance Initiative (SRMGI) offers that “SRM” could just as well refer to “sunlight reflection methods.” Certainly far more cuddly.3

Informally, some very hopeful advocates of geoengineering have even argued that the term “ecological restoration” should be used instead of “climate geoengineering.”

The 2012 IPCC Working Group 1 report described geoengineering in the glossary as follows: “Geoengineering refers to a broad set of methods and technologies that aim to deliberately alter the climate system in order to alleviate the impacts of climate change. Most, but not all, methods seek to either (a) reduce the amount of absorbed solar energy in the climate system (Solar Radiation Management) or (b) increase net carbon sinks from the atmosphere at a scale sufficiently large to alter climate (Carbon Dioxide Removal). Scale and intent are of central importance. Two key characteristics of geoengineering methods of particular concern are that they use or affect the climate system (e.g., atmosphere, land or ocean) globally or regionally and/or could have substantive unintended effects that cross national boundaries. Geoengineering is different from weather modification and ecological engineering, but the boundary can be fuzzy.”

It is notable that it mentions “unintended effects that cross national boundaries” and “use or affect the climate system globally or regionally.” Including terminology regarding transboundary effects is both sensible and nonsensical. On the one hand, it highlights the fact that some approaches are likely to have differential impacts in different regions, raising the potential for quite serious geopolitical concerns and divergent interests. At the same time, the global atmosphere knows no boundaries, even if international laws do.

Implementation of some technologies likely would have immediate and direct, or eventual and direct transboundary effects. And then we can ask: Were they intended or unintended? How can that be known? What will the sociopolitical ramifications be? As Jim Thomas from ETC Group points out, this condition regarding transboundary impacts could lead to a case where fertilizing Lake Baikal would not be geoengineering, but fertilizing Lake Malawi would be.

A “thought experiment” here is useful: What if Canada decided to engage in very large-scale biochar or BECCS program, in the process wreaking havoc on their forests and biodiversity. Most international law would not consider that a transboundary concern – as they currently do not consider Canada’s high rate of deforestation to be any sort of treaty violation. Yet Canada could be considered to be in breach of the Convention on Biological Diversity geoengineering moratorium, because that is, in fact, conditional on biodiversity impacts.

What About Weather?

Regarding the issue of weather modification, IPCC correctly indicates the boundaries are fuzzy. A history of research and practice on weather modification already exists, derived in part from military research and development where the ability to stimulate rainfall in particular was found useful to hindering opposing forces in the Vietnam War. Startling and disturbing though it may be, one can today simply google “Weather Modification Incorporated” and find commercial services available (“When most people look up they see clouds. We see potential”). The weather modification industry has its own association and a dedicated journal. Most of its attention is focused on cloud seeding; ETC Group has included it in its rundown of geoengineering technologies – and Fleming similarly supports its inclusion. If weather modification is geoengineering, then we already are engaged. Even now it is becoming a last resort for regions such as the western United States, where drought conditions are severe and worsening.

Training for Treason: US Military Trains for Taking Over America!!

The Federal government has been in a big hurry to build a 300 acre city in just 2 years at an expense of $96 million to train the military "for problems we don't even know we have yet." If you've been following InfoWars, you've seen us document over and over again what they're training for with a detailed American city like this — martial law, here at home. 

Unlike the urban training centers we've seen before where the buildings are just empty concrete block structures or even merely plywood facades, this town is very detailed with glass windows, handicap parking signs, speed limit signs, logos on the subway that match the DC metro and a Christian — not a mosque.

As you and others probably do not know or remember,...  back in 1954 Congress passed a law "outlawing the Communist Party and it's members", and it was signed into LAW by President Eisenhower.   This law, "outlawing the communist party and members thereof",... forbids any one of them from even running for a Gov't position no matter what it was from Dog-Catcher up to being President.   This LAW still stands, but no one either remembers it, ignores it, or just doesn't know that it exists.  So, go back to 1954 LAW and check it out.   It's for real.   It even covers the bases in case the Communist Party changes it's name, or members decide to call themselves something other than communist.   Today the Communist Party members, or those who are bent on communist policies or ideals TODAY call themselves "PROGRESSIVES".   Progressives and Communists are one in the same.   Obama and Hilary Clinton BOTH openly call themselves "Progressives",...  as well as do many in Congress, BOTH HOUSES!.   SO, HERE IS YOUR ANSWER.   CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELVES.

Despite what you are being told, the Affordable Health Care Act (ACA) commonly known as ObamaCare, is already proving to be a resounding success. The problem however, is that the majority of Americans don't fully understand the objectives of this plan, or the roles of its architects and its defenders. Even the vast majority of conservative pundits in all venues don't seem to 'get it' and consequently, are leading their readers and listeners astray by focusing on the wrong issues.

First, it is vital to understand that the ACA is not now, nor never was, about providing affordable health care. It is merely disguised as such. Rather, it is the vehicle that is being covertly used to conduct the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that this nation has ever experienced. It is being done methodically and for a specific purpose. It is the vehicle that will ultimately disassemble and destroy significant parts of the United States Constitution and further enslave United States citizens.

Presently, all eyes are on the ostensible failures of the internet gateway or ACA website. This is precisely where the Obama regime and globalist handlers want our focus to be. The reason is that they want us to get caught up in the minutia and not see the bigger picture. But it's a failure, you might say, and ascribe the failure to incompetence, graft, and so on. While generally true, we are being forced to examine only one tentacle of the octopus, while the rest of the creature is being hidden from view.

Perhaps this will become clearer if you stop for a moment and ask yourself just one question. How is it possible that the United States government can build, implement and manage the most intricate surveillance apparatus in the world, using a complex array of computers to amass data on people not just in the U.S. , but all across the world, yet fail miserably on a less complex health care portal, exchange or web site? Put aside everything you've been told by the government and the media, both proponents and opponents of the ACA, and think for yourself. Does this make sense? If you are being truly intellectually honest, you must conclude that it does not.

So what is the real plan, the real objective? Moreover, how are they racing to accomplish their objectives? You are seeing it play out right in front of you, and there is no better example than the alleged failings of the internet based exchange or portal of the health care system. First, it is critical to understand that the internet exchange or website was intended to fail.

Employing multiple Marxist methods.

To understand what you are seeing unfold, one simply has to understand the Hegelian Dialectic. Simply put, is a method where a crisis or problem is manufactured, and that problem causes chaos within the system. This chaos was intentionally orchestrated by the Obama regime and their globalist handlers, and is exactly what we are now witnessing. The success of ObamaCare is, in part, dependent on the failure of the website and the resultant chaos.

Now that chaos surrounding the website exists and "threatens" the entire program, it is important to understand that the architects of this massive power transfer have already created a number of various predetermined solutions to advance their objectives. Their ultimate objective is to completely nationalize the entire health care industry of the United States , thus completely taking over one-sixth of the U.S. economy.

Their goal all along has been to implement a single-payer system, where the federal government alone collects all fees for health care services, pays all costs, and has complete control. They are using the Hegelian Dialectic to accomplish exactly that.

Therefore, it is by design that the Obama regime and their handlers have thrust upon America the very system of failure that will advance their agenda to a predetermined solution of the complete takeover and nationalization of the private health care industry. Nearly everyone is playing right into the hands of this Marxist ideology.

"Hegel's dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action. Every time we fight for or defend against an ideology we are playing a necessary role in Marx and Engels' grand design to advance humanity into a dictatorship of the proletariat. The synthetic Hegelian solution to all these conflicts can't be introduced unless we all take a side that will advance the agenda." [Emphasis mine].

But that's not all. In addition to employing the Hegelian Dialectic, the other Marxist method is detailed in the Cloward-Piven Strategy. This strategy was formulated by Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the husband and wife team working as professors at Columbia University in the 1960s. Their diabolical Marxist plan was first detailed in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation magazine.

Their strategy is elegant in its evilness and simplicity. As detailed by David Horowitz, the goal is to "hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse. It is the strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis."

End game objectives

Once you understand that ObamaCare is not about providing a workable system of healthcare, and understand the Marxist tactics that are currently being used for its implementation as it was initially designed, the next logical step would be to identify the true objectives of the plan. ObamaCare is the Pandora's Box that will facilitate a number of objectives dear to the globalists. It will result in an unprecedented consolidation of power to the Executive Branch of the government.

It will serve to essentially nullify the Bill of Rights, subjugating the citizens of the United States to offenses more egregious than those that caused the American Revolution. It will give the federal government (and its agents) direct access to all of your private and personal information, including your health records, your personal financial information, and your employment records. It will also serve as a conduit to abolish your right to own and possess a firearm.

It will advance eugenics, or population control that is near and dear to the Fabian Socialists from which this regime has its roots. If you find that difficult to believe, simply refer to the father of Fabian Socialism himself, George Bernard Shaw, in this short video here. While viewing, keep in mind the "conspiracy of the death panels" associated with ObamaCare, and how we were marginalized for even suggesting such a thing.

ObamaCare will also serve as a tool of economic sabotage and will facilitate the killing of the U.S. dollar as I have previously detailed. It will thereby provide the means to usher in a system of global governance, or the "New World Order" that so many U.S. presidents and worldleaders have advocated.

While the conservative leaders and pundits continue to keep you attentive to the failures of the ObamaCare website, please understand that the issue is much bigger, and the stakes are much greater. We're in a fight for our very lives and the liberty provided by our constitution, but we're being played.

In a bid to stem taxpayer losses for bad loans guaranteed by federal

 housing agencies Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac, Senator Bob Corker

(R-Tenn.) proposed that borrowers be required to make a 5% down payment in order to

 qualify for a loan.

 His proposal was rejected 57-42 on a straight party-line vote because,

 as Senator Chris Dodd (D-Conn) explained, " Passage of such a

 requirement would restrict home ownership to only those who can afford it."

I can't add anything to this - - - - I just can't.
