When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness – That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the Tea Party of the United States of America, appealing to Almighty God for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good people of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, that the Tea Party of the United States is, and of right ought to be a free and independent political party; that it is absolved from all allegiance to the Republican Party of the United States, and that all political connection between them and the Republican Party of the United States, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a free and independent political party, we have full power to present candidates for national, state, and local government offices and elections,  petition the government for redress, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent political parties may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

You know the rest ... "If one sentence captures the quintessential idea of America, surely it the famous assertion contained in the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness." Almost every word of this remarkable sentence, 236 years old today, is pregnant with meaning and strikingly relevant."

Our Founders were not like the majority of idiots/scoundrels who now reside in Washington, DC. They were brilliant, realistic men who were well educated, not just with books, but with life travels and adventures. They had a profound understanding both of the nature of mankind and the nature of government and, more importantly, they wanted above all else to create a government that would function within specific, restricted boundaries to maintain the individual freedoms guaranteed the American people. Our Founding documents record an Ideal that became America. It is unique in the world. It is NOT democracy ... it is representation.

Democracy is mob rule, majority rules, and "might makes right!" In spite of the various national histories, languages, cultures, religions, and experiences of this nation of legal immigrants, America remains unique in the world. All are welcome. All, according to our Constitution, are offered the same opportunity to reach for your dreams. Sometimes reality doesn't match up to the ideal, but the Ideal remains!
"Neither blood, history, religion, language [bind Americans together] — what else is left? Only an idea: that you could come to America and be whatever you wanted to be. You might have been a bog-trotter in Ireland or a baron in Silesia; in America, you were free to become whatever you could make of yourself."

The enormity of President Obama's numerous crimes against our Constitution and the faith & trust the American people placed in him is heinous. The ease with which he can stand before us and openly & deliberately speak lies is disgraceful. Everything he says and does is designed to further cripple the the American people, to enlarge their (our) dependency on the government, and build a uninformed "slave class" who will blindly accept the promise of an easy life in exchange for their "pursuit of happiness!"

BUT ... The idea of America, the idea of individual freedom issues from the throne of GOD, as does the idea of individuals created equal under the Law. These ideas are rooted and grounded in Biblical truths. While humans are innately imperfect and sinful, G-D planted inside each of us a desire to be free to live as we see fit under His Natural Law. The result is that we each must work to improve our character, our self to obtain our dream of freedom.

President Obama has been ruthlessly successful in his effort to "divide and conquer," to exploit our inherent differences, yet the idea of America As devious as the President has shown himself and his administration to be, as regards our Constitution over the last 5 years, he has no power over the idea of America that resides within a vast majority of her people still.

Call it what you want, "evil" always overplays its hand and causes the GOOD to rise up in retaliation. Even today (10-13-13), Veterans so abused by the policies and decisions of this administration have gathered in DC to voice their anger. The harder the President pushes to control, to regulate, to corral the American people or any segment of us into a behavioral pen, the more likely a "push-back" will occur. It is the very Nature of the American Idea! We Will Not Be Intimidated! We will Not be Ruled! We are AMERICANS, and we KNOW LIBERTY!

Never before in the history of the United States of America has this nation been so sharply divided, a Congress so torn apart, people so passionate about the issues, whether you stand on the right or the left, conservative or liberal, Republican or Democrat. We all are concerned about the direction our nation is taking. This will increase the tone of debates and politicking from the local neighborhood group leaders all the way to Washington D.C. and all races in-between. People will not be so "ho-hum" when listening to debates, examining the issues, making uninformed decisions when going to the polls. As of this October and the fiasco of the "Divided House", "Divided Senate", and "Divisive President" WE have listened, WE have learned, WE have paid great sacrifices in money, paychecks, jobs, taxes, blood, sweat and tears, cost of living, and peace of mind knowing we live in the greatest nation on earth. BUT, we are AMERICANS. We WILL sacrifice, we WILL bear the cost, we WILL emerge from this fog ever so stronger, ever so more determined to keep our Constitution and Bill of Rights on solid ground, more determined to add height to the Statue of Liberty that she will stand above all nations, build a flagpole flying Old Glory that can be seen from horizon to horizon. And be the example of truth, justice, liberty and freedom that the world has known and expects of us. A nation where God can look down, smile and say "I BUILT THAT!" Yes sir, we thank you Mr. President for a painful wake-up call. A call that will result in truth, justice, and liberty that will stand tall in the future elections and cowardice and dismay will stand shaking and quivering in its boots. For all of you unbelievers, all of you non patriots. Hell IS coming. Its coming to the issues, the debates, the street corners, door to door, house to house, business to business. I have a few questions for all of you. And i would like as many responses as possible, And shares. I think by now its obvious to all that the majority of the Republican Congress is either to afraid of confrontation with the White House and Dems Senate. Or in bed with them. I honestly don't think this will change enough in 2014 or 2016 to make a huge difference. I'm begining to think we need a third party to ever find our way back. I'm a long time ago Democrat, Last 23yrs Republican, and now an Independent ( Tea Partier), NRA, Christian. I'm just a paycheck to paycheck, hardworking, middleclass, 57 year old, father of five, and grandfather. I desparately want my Country and childrens country back. I want all the members of Congress ,But especially the Office of President. To adhere to this. This is what I would be like as President and hope and pray our next President and Congress would be like. A President who is elligible and legal, A President that believes in God and is a practicing Christian, A President that actually Loves his God and Country and its people. A President that is totally adherent to our Founding Fathers and the Constitution, along with its Bill of Rights. A President who has a Moral Compass and has no problem showing his Faith or promoting it as a Leader to his Country as an example of his Leadership. Lead by example. Actions are stronger then words. A President who shows in his words and actions everyday his respect, admiration, and care about our Country, Its people, Veterans, poor, elderly, homeless, and working class. A President thats against Abortion. A President that stands firmly behind the Family Unit and Parental Rights. A Marriage is for one man and one woman. That the Pledge of Allegiance be said in every public school. English is the Official Language of this Country. God, Jesus, and Judeo-Christian values are to be openly displayed in all public sectors. That of all Religions, Judeo-Chritianity is to have special recogition in our Republic. As Preisdent I would want a Flat/ Fair tax for all. Get rid of most of the IRS. Pull our funding from the U.N. and remove them from U.S. Soverign soil. Finish the fence on the American Border with Mexico, And deal with Immigration in a fair, just, and humane way. Enforce all current laws. Repeal Obamacre and work out a common sense solution, Pull down Insurance and Pharmacutecal costs. Quit importing foregin oil. Open up and utilize our own vast reserves and quantities. Bring in way more use of Nuclear Energy and Natural Gas. Quit interfering  in others countries business and governments. We meddle to much. Pull back most if not all the monies we send overseas to others countries and rebel backed groups for here at home use. Have and live by a Balanced budget. Pull back alot of unwanted and unfair regulations and let Small Business thrive. Support entrepunears and small business. Crack down on Wall Street and Speculators. No business is to big to fail. If mismanaged let them go under and be replaced by sound businesses. Scale spending clear back, downsize the Goverment, quit funding everything under the sun, open up free markets. Make foregin trade markets fair and on level playing field. But keep Military well funded for Nations Safety and Security. Keep our moms and dads and Grandparents taken care of through S.S. and Medi-care. I would rather pay unemployed people to being doing something physical on WPA programs and helping their country. Then sitting at home getting depressed and feeling worthless. Term limits for Congress. Earn your way. Make Education and schools quit becoming indoctrination camps. Either religion be taught in schools also or no teaching on the false theory of evolution. We can accomplish this all with just some good old common horse sense and pay back China, Take down our national debt, and support S.S. and Medicare. We can, Its all in the way its managed. We do this everyday in our private lives and our checking accounts. So do the private businesses. As President tell the American People the truth. Keep most business in the open and up front that isn't truly a national security risk. Honor our fallen, our day of prayer, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Put Chaplins back to work and doing their jobs freely in the Military. These are just some of the things I mentioned about the way I think a President should be a leader and perform his or her job as such. Its actually the same way our Congress should approach their jobs.What we really need in office is a typical, middleclass person who knows what its like to strive from day to day surviving, and paycheck to paycheck. Someone who knows what it is to live and just get by with what you have. Some one who you can meet with and hold or have regular meetings with the less fortunate . And understand and appreciate their plights and problems. a President who understands American exceptionalism and gets out of its way to allow everyone a fair chance and equal opportunity. Allowing them to choose their lives and paths. Allowing them to fully realize their goals and dreams. We need a President and Congress that uphold their Oaths of Office. Food stamps are the most inefficient, vastly expanding social welfare program in the country, according to a new study.

Forty-seven million people participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, and costs have increased over 358 percent since 2000.

The increase in recent years cannot be attributed to the economic recession, according to Michael Tanner, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, but lax eligibility requirements and an aggressive campaign by governments to boost their rolls.

“This program has expanded rapidly over the last decade in a way that is not justified by the recession that we went through,” Tanner said.

Bombshell Obama Vetting: 1979 Newspaper Article By Valerie Jarrett Father-In-Law Reveals Start Of Muslim Purchase Of U.S. Presidency

Why would Muslim oil billionaires finance and develop controlling relationships with black college students? Well, like anyone else, they would do it for self-interest. And what would their self-interest be? We all know the top two answers to that question: 1. a Palestinian state and 2. the advancement of Islam in America. The idea then was to advance blacks who would facilitate these two goals to positions of power in the Federal government, preferably, of course, the Presidency. And why would the Arabs target blacks in particular for this job? Well, for the same reason the early communists chose them as their vanguard for revolution (which literally means “change”) in America. Allow me to quote Trotsky, in 1939: “The American Negroes, for centuries the most oppressed section of American society and the most discriminated against, are potentially the most revolutionary element of the population. They are designated by their historical past to be, under adequate leadership, the very vanguard of the proletarian revolution.” Substitute the word “Islam” for the words “the proletarian revolution,” and you most clearly get the picture, as Islam is a revolutionary movement just like communism is. (Trivia: it is from this very quote that communist Van Jones takes his name. Van is short for vanguard. He was born “Anthony”). In addition, long before 1979, blacks had become the vanguard of the spread of Islam in America, especially in prisons.

Interestingly, in context with the fact that this article was written by her father-in-law, Valerie Jarrett has an unusual amount of influence over Obama (along with personal security that may be even better than his, another unusual and intriguing bit of business here). And equally interesting is that Obama, who may have been a beneficiary of this Muslim money, and may now be in this Muslim debt, has aggressively pursued both of the Muslim agendas I cited above. And, also equally interesting, is that Obama has paid a king’s ransom for court ordered seals of any such records of this potential financing of his college education, and perhaps, of other of his expenses.

Lastly, it’s very important to note that the main source for the article is Khalid Mansour, “the same lawyer who allegedly helped arrange for the entrance of Barack Obama into Harvard Law School in 1988.” (Valerie Jarrett, by the way, was born in Iran. The one country protected by Obama from the sweep of the Arab Spring.) Now all of this may seem sensational, but let’s face facts. What makes it most disturbing is that not only is it all logical, but it suddenly makes a lot of previously confusing things make perfect sense. – Pat Dollard

Excerpted from Daily Interlake: Searching old newspapers is one of my favorite pastimes, and I have tried to use them many times to shed light on current events — or to inform readers about how the past is prologue to our very interesting present-day quandaries.

Recently, I came across a syndicated column from November 1979 that seemed to point 30 years into the future toward an obscure campaign issue that arose briefly in the 2008 presidential campaign.

Though by no means definitive, it provides an interesting insight, at least, into how Chicago politics intersected with the black power movement and Middle Eastern money at a certain point in time. Whether it has any greater relevance to the 2012 presidential campaign, I will allow the reader to decide. In order to accomplish that, I will also take the unusual step of providing footnotes and the end of this column so that each of you can do the investigative work for yourself.

The column itself had appeared in the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Evening Independent of Nov. 6, but it was the work of a veteran newspaperman who at the time was working for the prestigious Chicago Tribune and whose work was syndicated nationally. (1)

So far as I know, this 1979 column has not previously been brought to light, but it certainly should be because it broke some very interesting news about the “rumored billions of dollars the oil-rich Arab nations are supposed to unload on American black leaders and minority institutions.” The columnist quoted a black San Francisco lawyer who said, “It’s not just a rumor. Aid will come from some of the Arab states.”

Well, if anyone would know, it would have been this lawyer — Donald Warden, who had helped defend OPEC in an antitrust suit that year and had developed significant ties with the Saudi royal family since becoming a Muslim and taking the name Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour.

Al-Mansour told Jarrett that he had presented the “proposed special aid program to OPEC Secretary-General Rene Ortiz” in September 1979, and that “the first indications of Arab help to American blacks may be announced in December.” Maybe so, but I looked high and wide in newspapers in 1979 and 1980 for any other stories about this aid package funded by OPEC and never found it verified. You would think that a program to spend “$20 million per year for 10 years to aid 10,000 minority students each year, including blacks, Arabs, Hispanics, Asians and native Americans” would be referred to somewhere other than one obscure 1979 column, but I haven’t found any other word of it.

Maybe the funding materialized, maybe it didn’t, but what’s particularly noteworthy is that this black Islamic lawyer who “for several years [had] urged the rich Arab kingdoms to cultivate stronger ties to America’s blacks by supporting black businesses and black colleges and giving financial help to disadvantaged students” was also the same lawyer who allegedly helped arrange for the entrance of Barack Obama into Harvard Law School in 1988.

That tale had surfaced in 2008 when Barack Obama was a candidate for president and one of the leading black politicians in the country — Percy Sutton of New York — told an interviewer on a Manhattan TV news show that he had been introduced to Obama “by a friend who was raising money for him. The friend’s name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas. He is the principal adviser to one of the world’s richest men. He told me about Obama.” (2)

This peculiar revelation engendered a small hubbub in 2008, but was quickly dismissed by the Obama campaign as the ditherings of a senile old man. I don’t believe President Obama himself ever denied the story personally, and no one has explained how Sutton came up with this elaborate story about Khalid al-Mansour if it had no basis in fact, and in any case al-Mansour no longer denies it. Back in 2008, while actually supporting Hillary Clinton in the New York primary, Percy Sutton was interviewed on TV and said that he thought Barack Obama was nonetheless quite impressive. He also revealed that he had first heard about Obama 20 years previously in a letter where al-Mansour wrote, “there is a young man that has applied to Harvard. I know that you have a few friends up there because you used to go up there to speak. Would you please write a letter in support of him?”

Sutton concluded in the interview, “I wrote a letter of support of him to my friends at Harvard, saying to them I thought there was a genius that was going to be available and I certainly hoped they would treat him kindly.”

Until now, there really has been no context within which to understand the Sutton story or to buttress it as a reliable account other than the reputation of Sutton himself as one of the top leaders of the black community in Manhattan — himself a noted attorney, businessman and politician. But the new discovery of the 1979 column that established Khalid al-Mansour’s interest in creating a fund to give “financial help to disadvantaged students” does provide a clue that he might indeed — along with his patron, Arab Prince Alwaleed bin Talal — have taken an interest in the “genius” Barack Obama.

It also might be considered more than coincidence that the author of that 1979 newspaper column was from Chicago, where Barack Obama settled in 1986 a few years after his stint at Columbia University. It is certainly surprising that the author of that column was none other than Vernon Jarrett, the future (and later former) father-in-law of Valerie Jarrett, who ultimately became the consigliatore of the Obama White House.

It is also noteworthy that Vernon Jarrett was one of the best friends and a colleague of Frank Marshall Davis, the former Chicago journalist and lifelong communist who moved to Hawaii in the late 1940s and years later befriended Stanley and Madelyn Dunham and their daughter Stanley Ann, the mother of Barack Obama. (4)

And to anyone who has the modicum of a spark of curiosity, it is surely intriguing that Frank Davis took an active role in the rearing of young Barack from the age of 10 until he turned 18 and left Hawaii for his first year of college at Occidental College in Los Angeles. (5)

It is also at least suggestive that Obama began that college education as a member of the highly international student body of Occidental College in 1979, the same year when Vernon Jarrett was touting the college aid program being funded by OPEC and possibly Prince Alwaleed. The fact that President Obama has studiously avoided releasing records of his college years is suggestive also, but has no evidentiary value in the present discussion. (6)

The nature of Vernon Jarrett’s relationship to Khalid al-Mansour is likewise uncertain, but it is very likely they had known each other as leaders of the black civil-rights movement for many years. Under his previous name of Donald Warden, al-Mansour had founded the African American Association in the Bay Area in the early 1960s. He had also helped inspire the Black Panther Party through his association with black-power leaders such as Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. Seale, of course, had a famous association with Chicago later, when he was part of the Chicago Eight charged with conspiracy and inciting to riot at the Democratic National Convention in 1968. (7)

In any case, it doesn’t matter if Vernon Jarrett and Khalid al-Mansour had a personal relationship or not. For some reason, al-Mansour had used Jarrett as the messenger to get out the word about his efforts to funnel Arab oil money to black students and minority colleges at about the same time that Barack Obama began his college career. That doesn’t mean either Jarrett or al-Mansour knew Obama at that time, but eight years later when Obama was a rising star in Chicago, a friend of Bill Ayers and Valerie Jarrett, it is much more likely that he did indeed have the assistance of very important people in his meteoric rise. The words of Percy Sutton about what al-Mansour told him regarding Obama certainly have the ring of truth:

“His introduction was there is a young man that has applied to Harvard. I know that you have a few friends back there… Would you please write a letter in support of him? (That’s before Obama decided to run.) … and he interjected the advice that Obama had passed the requirements, had taken and passed the requirements necessary to get into Harvard and become president of the Law Review. That’s before he ever ran for anything. And I wrote a letter in support of him to my friends at Harvard, saying to them that I thought there was a genius that was going to be available and I certainly hoped they would treat him kindly…” (2)

What possible significance could all this have? We may never know, but Vernon Jarrett, back in 1979, thought that OPEC’s intention to fund black and minority education would have huge political ramifications. As Jarrett wrote:

“The question of financial aid from the Arabs could raise a few extremely interesting questions both inside and outside the black community. If such contributions are large and sustained, the money angle may become secondary to the sociology and politics of such an occurrence.” (1)

He was, of course, right.

As Jarrett suggests, any black institutions and presumably individuals who became beholden to Arab money might be expected to continue the trend of American “new black advocacy for a homeland for the Palestinians” and presumably for other Islamic and Arabic interests in the Middle East. For that reason, if for no other, the question of how President Obama’s college education was funded is of considerably more than academic interest.

The Senate secured the 50 signatures needed to prevent the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) -- a document signed by State Secretary John Kerry that threatens Second Amendment rights of American citizens -- from taking effect. "The letter, with its 50 signatories, ends any prospect in the foreseeable future of Senate ratification of the ATT," The Heritage Foundation notes. Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL) was the lone Republican who rejected the pledge -- hardly surprising considering the state he resides in. America was wounded today!  Be that as it may, it only served to create that "wounded animal" everyone fears!  Loyal patriotic Americans are now the universally feared wounded animal!

Election time will come next year,

And there's just one thing I want to hear,

And that's how to get this country back on track;

Cause since '08, far as I can tell,

Our country has simply gone to hell,

And it's time "We the people" wake up and take it back.

We were told back then there'd be a better change,

If we'd only elect Barack Hussein,

So the country did, now look at where we stand...

A deficit that keeps on growing

And politicians that keep on blowing,

And times getting harder for the working man.

You know, most politicians in DC

Don't give a damn about you and me;

How quickly they forget the oath they took.

They swear before God and they swear before man

To uphold the Constitution, the law of the land,

With their right hand raised and the other on the Holy Book.

But politicians never do,

All the things they promise to,

They just tell us what they think we want to hear.

Then they create an image that's quite appealing,

Of one who's caring with lots of feeling,

Then market that image every election year.

We're told things are fine...they know what we need,

Then they pass bills into law they don't even read,

And to make matters worse and really show contempt,

They write laws to govern us "astro turfs"

That treats us all like medieval serfs,

But they ALWAYS seem to make themselves EXEMPT!!

Just how dumb do they think we are??

Well, we've let 'em get by with it so far,

So now, they truly think they're better than "We";

Yes, they truly think they're better than us,

They ride in limos...while we take the bus...

They really believe they're U-S royalty.

But it's the folks who's taxed and the Joe that works,

Who foots the bill for all THEIR perks,

No wonder the working class feels so dejected...

They continue to tax us more and more,

But where does it go and what is it for????

Why, that's money politicians need to get RE-ELECTED!!

All the "good causes" they talk about,

Involves staying in office and keeping THEIR clout,

They don't give one damn 'bout the folks who pay the the bills!!

They pass legislation to "help the poor"

Which ends up helping the politicians more,

Yep, that's what they learn when they get to Capitol Hill!!

When it comes to politicians, there's very few,

Who have managed a business or knows what to do,

But it's plain to see their pomposity has no limit...

To prove they're dumber than rocks...all it'll take,

Is to listen to the comments some of 'em make,

Remember, "...pass the bill so we can see what's in it"????

Those of us who have to work for a living,

Are sick to death of constantly giving

To those who only increase our nation's debt.

Far as I tell, we've got a "welfare" class,

Who sit in Washington flat of their ass,

And another welfare class that votes for all they can get!!!

Now, times are bad, our nation's in a crunch,

And it's time "We" de-throne the whole damned bunch

Of officials who think they're better than me and you...

We need representatives in D-C

Who'll HONESTLY work for you and me...

And it's time these "servants" learn who works for who!!!!!!!!!!

Not only do I not make no apologies for it, I can support it ethically and logically against any attack.  I am convinced that voting should be a right that is earned.  Having individuals vote who have done nothing for this country is counterproductive and only rewards negative behavior. Those perfectly able physically and mentally, pay no taxes, do nothing to contribute to the success of the country, and do not work have not earned the right to vote. There simply has to be some negative aspect for sloth and freeloading.

I have just learned that Obama said he will now be able to collect guns in America.  He says Republican Senators have learned who the boss is and they will not oppose him again.  Obama and the scum supporting him are about to launch an all out assault on the second amendment. 
Never, Never let this government come and take even one of your guns.  If we allow this without fighting every way possible there will be no place on earth Freedom will exist.  When American people are disarmed the treasonous tyrannical scourge we have in Washington will spread tyranny over the entire Earth.  This will be a whole different fight, this is for all mankind worldwide!  You had better get mad, get tough and above all get right with God and pray.
