Here's what Norman Matoon Thomas, US Socialist Party presidential candidate 1928, 1932, 1936, 1940, 1944, and 1948 said in his 1944 speech:

"The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But, under the name of liberalism, they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened". He went on to say: "I no longer need to run as a Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democrat Party has adopted our platform".

If House Speaker John Boehner wants to level the debt negotiating playing field he should ask Congress to verify whether President Obama is a tax fraud?  Last fall President Obama challenged Mitt Romney to come clean and release his tax returns so voters would know whether he paid his fair share.  Randall Sorensen, CPA is asking President Obama to come clean regarding the filing of his 1990 tax return when he signed a six-figure contract book deal with Poseidon Press. Failure to do so would be a violation of Title 26-Internal Revenue Code.

Tea Party members will question my sanity for alleging that President Obama committed a felony via tax evasion.  My decision is simple…   if President Obama wants 310 million Americans to follow mandated federal law then President Obama needs to prove to Americans that he has ALWAYS been in compliance with the US Tax Code as required by every citizen of the United States.    

Tom Draper reported in GQ Magazine’s November 2009 issue (www.gq.com) that President Obama signed a six-figure contract with Poseidon Press on November 28, 1990.  The exact amount was reported as $150,000 by Christopher Andersen in his book Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage.  According to Jack Cahill, Barack Obama was advanced $75,000 for the book.  It’s not unusual in the publishing business to receive one-third to one-half of the contract value upfront. However, a $75,000 advance would have required a recent law school graduate strapped with heavy student debt to pay the IRS $25,000 four and ½ months later.  I have been a CPA for 33 years and I’m Certified in Financial Forensics. In 1988 I was hired by the Arizona House of Representative in the Senate Impeachment Trial of Governor Evan Mecham.  My forensic analysis of an improper $80,000 loan from a political fund to a private car dealership justified the Impeachment of Governor Mecham. 

Last fall I reviewed the tax returns of both presidential candidates.  During my analysis of President Obama’s 2001 Individual Tax Return, I found 10 math errors.  All of the errors were simple arithmetic errors that would have been prevented with a computerized program such as Turbo Tax. 

President Obama’s 2001 tax return wasn’t signed by a paid preparer and it would appear the tax return was prepared by President or Ms. Obama.  I determined that the Obamas prepared three drafts of their 2001 tax return.  The first draft calculated an income tax liability of $79,000.  This would have required taxable income of $271,000.  In contrast, President Obama’s website shows 2001 taxable income of $250,000.   President Obama ended up paying income tax on $21,000 of phantom income that resulted in sending Uncle Sam an extra +$7,300.  I think Republicans and Democrats will unanimously agree that President Obama is one of the greatest orators of our time.  The same can’t be said regarding President Obama’s skill as a tax preparer!

Based on the fact that President Obama used bits and pieces from three different 2001 tax drafts, made 10 errors, overpaid his taxes by $7,300 by claiming $21,000 of phantom income, it would appear that President Obama lacked the accounting skills to competently prepare his tax return.  If President Obama wasn’t proficient at preparing his taxes in 2001 it’s not a stretch to assume that he wouldn’t have been proficient in 1990.

I believe President Obama’s has a massive skeleton in his tax closet as it relates to the mishandling of the est. $75,000 book advance from Poseidon Press in November of 1990.  I have determined only three tax scenarios exist: 1) filed correctly and paid the IRS $25,000, 2) reported income as passive, failed to pay social security taxes and owes the IRS $41,000 or 3) failed to properly report the income and currently owes the US Treasury in excess of $123,000. Barack Obama was flush with cash at the end of 1990.  However over the next 1 ½ years he failed miserably to deliver a completed manuscript to Poseidon Press in June of 1992.  Tom Draper reported that Obama had other things on his mind, namely the impending October 3^rd marriage to Michelle. Writer Christopher Anderson wrote “when Barack informed them that he had spent the money and that he and his wife were still chipping away at their massive student loan debt – the publisher agreed not to press the issue”.  Draper wrote that Poseidon terminated Obama’s contract on October 20, 1992.

In January of 2007, Barack Obama engaged in some skeleton housekeeping. According to the Somerville News, Barack Obama shelled out $375 to pay 15 parking tickets accumulated at Harvard in the late 80’s. The majority of Americans abide by parking restrictions and if we’re unlucky enough to receive a ticket we stuff money in an envelope and mail it within days. This wasn’t the case for Barack Obama.  He waited nearly 20 years before deciding to settle his delinquent ticket balance. The apparent reason was his decision to enter the presidential campaign two months later.  Why didn’t Obama come clean earlier after banking millions in book royalties in 2005/06?  

Could Barack Obama have decided to clean up any tax obligations from 1990?  Absolutely….  but highly unlikely for the following reasons:  First, failure to file and pay income taxes would be admitting to the commission of a felony.  Second, the original $25,000 tax balance had grown to over +$100,000 with interest and penalties. Third and probably a game changer, is the consequences surrounding an ethics violation for failing to accurately complete his United States Senate Financial Disclosure Report.  Senator Obama would have been required to list the outstanding tax liability on his 2005 report.  Failure to do so is a violation of 5 U.S.C. app. 4 § 104, and 18 U.S.C. § 1001. The fine for filing a false report is up to $50,000 be imprisoned for up to one year.  If discovered this would have probably ended his candidacy before it got started. 

People have grown tired of the manner in which President Obama talks down to his peers. Former President Ronald Reagan could be tough but according to a Marine friend who served in the White House, he had a heart of gold.  If President Obama is able to mandate 310 million Americans to follow the US Tax Code, then I want proof that President Obama complied with the US Tax Code his entire life. The IRS cuts no one slack.  The manner in which the IRS aggressively pursues tax evaders should be the same….   even for Presidents. I informed Senator Cruz, Senator Grassley, Congressman Boehner, Congressman Issa and Congressman Gowdy how in 1 minute they can verify whether President Obama committed a felony.  If President Obama wants people to buy into Obamacare then he needs to show 310 million Americans that he has ALWAYS been in compliance with the US Tax Code.  What is wrong with Congress checking the integrity of our President?  Especially if it can be done in 1 minute!

It is a sad day in America for the Republican Party and its’ Capitol Hill Senate leadership.

As many Americans are struggling to maintain their jobs, their homes and their families, Republican Conservatives and others across our nation are standing firm to scream at President Obama and Capitol Hill legislators demanding that they must ‘stop-the-spending’, repeal or defund ‘ObamaCare’, restore our Constitutional freedoms, and rebuild our weakened economy.

Legislation, as included in ‘ObamaCare’, is and will continue to damage our already depleted economy.  America’s economy cannot support another drain on our nation and/or our working citizens.  Any unknowing person should be able to see, recognize, and fully understand our entire crisis.

The ‘problem’ is simple; ‘out-of-control’ DEFICIT spending is breaking our economy and destroying our Constitutional ‘individual’ freedoms. 

The ‘solution’ simple; stop the ‘out-of-control’ DEFICIT spending to save our economy and our Constitutional ‘individual’ freedoms.

On October 16, 2013, and on Senate Vote Number 219, H.R. 2775 (Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014), Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell ‘led’ 26 fellow Senate Republicans to vote for ‘Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014’; another case of ‘kicking the can further down the road’ rather than forcing President Obama and Senate Democrats to stop the ‘out-of-control’ deficit spending,  and defunding or repealing ‘ObamaCare’.  Sen. McConnell showed no ‘Conservative’ support to his fellow Senate GOP Conservative Republicans or for the House GOP Conservatives.

Why?  For Sen. McConnell, had included a hidden $2 Billion payout of additional deficit spending for his own State of Kentucky included into H.R. 2775; all additional ‘deficit spending’ at taxpayers’ expense.  Sen. McConnell, you sold the Republican Party, the GOP Platform Plan values, your own personal principles, and your own heart for a whole lot ($2 Billion) of taxpayers’ money?  Sen. Mitch McConnell, what ethics or principles are left in your political life?  That is political corruption.  That is totally unacceptable.  You must resign, and resign now!

We, as Conservatives, reject this political corruption in the Democrat and/or the Republican Party.  While Democrats seem to be wrapped up in this dishonesty, Conservative Republicans take action to fix the problem.

If Senate Republicans and/or the Republican National Committee fail to accept Mitch McConnell’s resignation, and/or remove Sen. Mitch McConnell as Senate Minority Leader, Republicans and Independents, will do so in the 2014 Primary or General Elections.  In lieu of Sen. Mitch McConnell’s removal, American voters will remove all, as applied!

“America and the world today is in chaos. Wars, rumors of wars, high gasoline prices, increasing food prices, growing divisions among races and between classes, current and impending financial collapses dominate the headlines. Critics and detractors of Barack Hussein Obama claim that it is a result of his failed policies that our house and much of the world is in such disarray. Investigation into the man known as Barack Hussein Obama II and the people behind him suggests otherwise.

The chaos that presently exists domestically and across the globe is destined to get worse, but it’s not due to Obama’s inexperience or failed policies. Rather, it is the direct result of the implementation of his successful policies. The chaos in which we find ourselves is exactly what has been planned for decades. Chaos is the tactic, the means to an end, and not the result of failure of policy by the man known as Barack Hussein Obama II.

We have seen only the tip of the full frontal assault of the chaos planned for this country. Actually, we haven’t seen anything yet.

Connect the dots:

Investigative findings suggest that our present state of disorder was crafted long ago, compliments of a shadowy cabal of government leaders and their often unwitting lackeys, complicit media moguls and their eye-candy mouthpieces, and ideologues intent on changing the United States and thus the world. While this might sound like a bad fictional plot from the film noir genre, a good bit of investigation indicates otherwise.

Before dismissing such musings as delusional fodder, carefully consider the current state of our country - and the world - and start to connect the dots, stepping backwards chronologically. As you do, understand that the traditional right-left political paradigm with which we’ve been indoctrinated no longer exists, except as a distraction to the viewers and listeners of political talk shows hosted by highly paid ornaments who dutifully adhere to narrow scripts of approved show content.

The “necessity” Obama-Soetoro narrative:

Our founding fathers had the vision to understand that the biggest threat to our Republic is from within. That’s the reason that the founders placed a natural born restriction clause for President at the time the U.S. Constitution was drafted. They understood that there was a contemporaneous threat from a Trojan Horse president, as well as a future threat, despite the other checks and balances constructed within our government. Over time, however, communist influence in our schools and media continued to dilute the literal interpretation of the Constitution. Such revision changed or ignored history altering events, such as the infiltration of Communists into our federal government in the post World War II era. History has been revised. As the famous novelist George Orwell once stated, “He who controls the present, controls the past. He who controls the past, controls the future.” That has never been so true as today.

Since 2008, coherent discussion of the bona fides of Barack Hussein Obama II as they relate to his constitutional eligibility has been declared off limits, except to mock and marginalize those who bring up the issue. His association with communists, socialists and other “radicals” has been deliberately downplayed, revised and in some cases, rewritten. This, thanks to the incestuous corporate ownership of big media, which has collectively ensured that legitimate discussion into the legend that is Barack Hussein Obama II, a/k/a Barry Soetoro has been effectively nullified. Unfortunately and in many cases, it’s paychecks over patriotism.

Who is Barack Hussein Obama II, a/k/a Barry Soetoro?

To fully understand what is taking place today, and more importantly, what is being planned for tomorrow, we must identify the actors involved in fomenting chaos. Let’s first consider the meteoric rise of the virtually unknown community organizer Barack Hussein Obama II, a/k/a Barry Soetoro.

People who have questioned his constitutional eligibility to hold office, known by the pejorative term “birthers,” are a troublesome lot among for the Progressives and the establishment Republicans. The issue, however, extends well beyond the Constitutional formality of where Obama was born, as the formal admission that his parental lineage, as questionable as it still is, officially denies him eligibility of the office.

This is not about the Certification of Live Birth, however, as much regarding this has already been written, except for this: any seasoned investigator experienced in conducting background investigations knows that there is no valid substitute for the actual authenticated paper document. When there is an outright refusal to allow for a legitimate inspection of an actual document, combined with an overt redirection of investigators’ attention away from the hardcopy form, there is always something being hidden. Always.

Based on extensive research and investigation, this investigator has identified at least 135 legal actions brought against Barack Hussein Obama II, a/k/a Barry Soetoro by plaintiffs demanding authenticated evidence of his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States. These actions span various venues, from hearings in various courts and before administrative law judges, to the more recent state ballot challenges. In each instance, “team Obama” prevailed.

In many cases, legal giant Perkins Coie defended Obama against these lawsuits. Perkins Coie made headlines in 2006 when they represented Salim Ahmed Hamdan, the alleged driver and bodyguard of Osama Bin Laden.

According to legal financial documents, Obama paid Perkins Coie over $2.5 million in fees to defend him on a variety of issues from October 2008 through the end of 2010. It is unclear exactly how much of that $2.5 million was earmarked for defending Obama against eligibility challenges.

So, from this investigator’s perspective, along with Mike Zullo, lead investigator of the Maricopa County, Arizona Cold Case Posse tasked with conducting a law enforcement sanctioned background investigation of Barack Hussein Obama II, it can be concluded that we do not know the legal name or legal status of the individual holding the highest elected office in the United States.

If an American citizen lies to a federal official, they can be charged with a felony. What happens when a federal official lies to the American people? Nothing, it would appear.

Therefore the question still remains: Who is Barack Hussein Obama II, a/k/a Barry Soetoro?

Beyond the birth issue:

Some will continue to deride those who adhere to the importance of the Certification of Live Birth. Supporters of “Obama the American” are a prolific and vocal bunch, yet become silent or full of excuses as questions are naturally extended to his refusal to release other records of relevance that would provide valuable and necessary insight into the man currently at the helm of our nation.

Obama-Soetoro has repeatedly refused to produce documentation that former presidents have traditionally provided. In the case of Obama-Soetoro, his passport records, school records from kindergarten forward, Punahou School records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago scholarly articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records and schedules (reportedly “lost”), medical records, important family records including the Obama/Dunham marriage license and divorce documents, and any adoption records remain off limits.

From the perspective of an investigator, there are compelling reasons for Obama-Soetoro to keep these records private, and none are likely to bode well for the putative president. In total, releasing authenticated documents of all of the above would create an accurate historical profile of the man in the Oval Office, which we do not have. Instead, we have the Obama-Soetoro legend, manufactured by… whom? And why?

I pledge allegiance to…

Consider that Obama is, in part, an artifact of the intentional “Balkanization” of America. Look at the historical immigration policies, the intentional lack of enforcement of illegal immigration, and other related issues and question why. Globalists have been constantly attacking our national identity and culture well beyond what was intended and engraved on the Statue of Liberty.

The legend of Barack Hussein Obama II involves much more than a Certification of Live Birth. It’s about the very issue our cautioned by our founders. It’s allegiance to the United States of America and the survival of our nation as a free, Representative Republic.

The founders believed that a natural born citizen would be more inclined to have a “natural” allegiance to the country in which they were born and the principles on which our country was founded. they would protect our freedoms, the rights of citizens, and side with America in international disputes. Are we seeing this in the narrative of Barack Hussein Obama II?

No.

Another question involves the unprecedented contributions made to Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. The amount is somewhere between $650 to $750 million, depending on the source, and a lot of that money reportedly originated from outside of this country. Is this what the founders intended? What strings came with such contributions?

On the morning of Obama’s first day in office of January 21, 2009, one of the first, if not the first phone call he made as American leader was to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Less than five months later, on June 4, 2009, Obama kicked off his American apology tour in a speech at Cairo University in Egypt, co-hosted by Al-Azhar University. Obama “honored” a promise made during his presidential campaign to give a major address to Muslims from a Muslim capital during his first few months as president. To date, Obama has not yet stepped foot in Israel, our only democratic ally in the Middle East.

The list could continue ad nauseum and include the recent statement of collusion made in front of a “hot” microphone to the Russians about missile defense. There are numerous other examples that can be used to question the true allegiance of the man known as Barack Hussein Obama II.

Perhaps most troubling, however, is what we are seeing played out on our domestic front. Recall that history has been revised to downplay Obama’s associations with Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Rashid Khalidi, Jeff Jones, and many other communist, socialists, Leninists and Marxists revolutionaries. Recall their objectives, and put them in perspective to current events.

Peering into the Obama-Soetoro domestic playbook:

“Our primary task is to build a Marxist-Leninist revolutionary movement. The American system is racist, capitalist and imperialist. We must arm ourselves. I believe we are going to have a revolutionary change in society. -Michael Klonsky 1969 SDS Center, Washington, DC (with Bernadine Dohrn and Allen Young)

Revolutionaries thrive on chaos. Protests offer opportunity to spread chaos and in nearly every protest, trained agitators of the Progressives appear on site to inflame passions, foment disorder and violence.

This putative president and the powers behind him knew the consequences of fueling the Arab Spring, from our role in Tunisia to Egypt and the chaos that would result. Equally important, he knew the ramifications that would result from his polarizing statements pertaining to the Trayvon Martin case, and the racial divide that would be exacerbated.

He knows the results of our oppressive domestic energy policy, which are exacerbating the economic divide within the U.S. and the societal upheaval that will result.

He knows the results of our unlimited monetary printing presses that will bring our economy to its knees. So emboldened is Obama, that he continues to work with Jon Corzine of MF Global, the man behind the missing $1.6 billion of American’s money. He knows that the economic collapse of America is coming. He knows that there will be riots in the streets.

Is he preparing for it? Yes, but not in the manner that a truly American president should.

Obama, the Emperor:

Consider recent executive orders and other executive actions as “big dots” in our dot connecting exercise. The importance or relevance of these executive orders in our normal existence have either been downplayed or ignored by the media, and are subject to ridicule when brought up in political discussions. After all, they’ve been standard procedure since 1789.

DOT: On Friday, April 13, 2012, Obama signed an executive order titled ” Supporting Safe and Responsible Development of Unconventional Domestic Natural Gas Resources.” This order is a stepping stone for the takeover of the natural gas (and related) industry. Moreover, it creates an oversight group headed by Ceclia Munoz, chairman of the White House Domestic Policy Council who connected to globalist George Soros and a number of other socialist groups antagonistic to private U.S. energy production.

DOT: On Friday, March 16, 2012, Obama signed the order on National Defense Resources Preparedness, which dramatically expanded the Defense Production Act of 1950, and essentially gives Obama the power to take over our national resources and infrastructure for reasons that are no longer limited to times of war or declared states of national emergency.

DOT: On February 9, 2012, Obama signed Executive Order 13600, “Establishing the President’s Global Development Council,” which is an enhancement of the 2010 National Security Strategy and the Presidential Policy Directive on Global Development. In short, it is internal subjugation to a global agenda, or global governance.

DOT: Consider that the Department of Homeland Security recently acquisitioned 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition (an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, one year contract with 4 option years). Hollow points, as well, which are not used for target practice. Also consider that the Department of agriculture has ordered 326,000 rounds of mixed caliber ammunition this month as well.

DOT: Consider that the executive branch has the unfettered authority to execute American Citizens deemed “a threat.”

DOT: Several unconfirmed reports indicate that the Department of Homeland Security have ordered Mine Resistant Anti-personnel Carriers (MRAPs) for deployment in the United States.

DOT: During a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing in March, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey openly admitted that their authority comes not from the U.S. Constitution, but they take their orders from the United Nations and NATO, international bodies over which the American people have no democratic influence.

DOT: Consider other reports of FEMA quarters being readied here in the U.S., ostensibly for disaster relief and protection of its citizens. In consideration of everything else taking place, can we afford to take their word for this “preparation?”

Readers can fill in numerous other “dots” unaddressed here. The point is that it would appear that final preparations are being made not necessarily for the protection of our citizens, but against them. By a man in the Oval Office whose legal name we do not know, and whose allegiance is suspect at best.

Get ready, Americans. Understand the playbook.”

When a group of thugs dragged Alexian Lien from his SUV on Sept. 29 and savagely beat him, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg was nowhere to be found.

Neither was President Obama.

Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, reputed to be a presidential aspirant, wasn’t on hand to protect Lien, either.

It should be pretty obvious what Bloomberg, Obama and O’Malley have in common, other than protoplasm.

We’ve been hearing from all three since the tragedy in Newtown, Conn., on the matter of America needing more gun control laws.

Bloomberg, Obama and O’Malley were among those calling for laws that would limit the magazine capacity for firearms.

The argument of gun controllers goes like this: There really isn’t a need for guns with magazines that can fire large numbers of rounds, because only crazed killers would want to kill that many people.

Lien should have been armed with a gun that had a high-capacity magazine as he drove on New York City’s Westside Highway on the afternoon of Sept. 29.

No one wants deranged killers mowing down large numbers of people with weapons that have large-capacity magazines.

But I want people that are attacked by members of, oh, I don’t know, say a motorcycle gang, to have enough firepower to defend themselves, too.

So I wasn’t in favor of the proposal to ban guns that had large-capacity magazines. My argument was simple:

People like Bloomberg, Obama and O’Malley really shouldn’t be in the business of telling the American people how many attackers they might have to shoot.

A six-shot revolver would have done Lien little good in defending himself. But a semiautomatic handgun with a magazine capacity of 15-20 rounds might have come in real handy.

The gun-grabbers use logic similar to their “no one needs to shoot that many people” argument when they talk about banning assault rifles. No one, they claim, needs an assault rifle.

Whether a person needs an assault rifle depends strictly on how many people are present to do him harm.

I don't know if those Korean-American merchants that had to defend their lives, homes and businesses during the 1992 Los Angeles riots had used assault rifles, but they'd have been darned well justified if they had.

Los Angeles police, for whatever reason, provided no protection for those Korean-American merchants.

So they decided to protect themselves, and made many Americans proud to be Americans when they did.

According to news reports, there were undercover New York City police officers among the biker thugs that attacked Lien. They were of no help, either.

The gun-grabbers assure us that the cops will protect us whenever we need protecting, but the incidents in Los Angeles 21 years ago and on New York City’s Westside Highway on Sept. 29 prove what a world of delusion they’re living in.

Cops can’t protect us in every situation. In Lien’s case, a cop might have been one of the bikers trying to smash his SUV window.

Citizens have to protect themselves. That’s why we have a Second Amendment in the first place.

When elected officials like Bloomberg, Obama and O’Malley advocate and sign laws designed to restrict the gun rights of law-abiding citizens, they’re in essence cutting a deal. They’re making us a promise.

They’re telling us that we don’t have to fret about protecting ourselves, because they and their big, bad, brave police force will protect us.

But the likes of Bloomberg, Obama and O’Malley are lying when they make such a promise, and they know darned well they’re lying.

They’re also writing a check with their mouths that they know our bodies won’t be able to cash.

This story is like the high school volleyball captain that went to help her friend that had been drinking. The VB captain was suspended and forced to sit for a number of games, and is no longer captain of the team. Because she had done what we all would hope any of our daughters would do if someone called for help.

Instead of her friend driving home drunk, her friend called the VB captain. The schools actions were inexcusable just as Wal-Mart’s actions are in this story. A male employee out on a break sees a woman being attacking in the parking lot of the store he worked at. He stepped up and tried to help instead of turning his back and ignoring it.

How many times do people wish that someone would have helped, gotten involved, at least made a phone call, or done anything? Well this gentleman did do something. He walked up to see what was going on, and in doing so, was attacked for it. Because he checked on this situation, he was attacked, and had to defend himself.

His reward from Wal-Mart was to be FIRED! Wal-Mart is a piss poor excuse for an employer and retailor! This young man should be hailed for his actions. We do not know if the attacker was trying to kill the woman, if he was trying to rape her, we just do not know. This young man may have saved her life! Wal-Mart could be getting positive press out of this by being his employer.

Instead, Wal-Mart would rather be known as the employer that if you do anything remotely civically minded, you might as well just get into your car and drive home. For you will no longer have a job with Wal-Mart. What kind of community partner is that of Wal-Mart? Not very neighborly of them for sure.

Sounds like the Obama administration doesn’t it. You step out of line, you lose your head. Much like the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland. Or Obama in Wonderland. The man that stood up for this woman being attacked should get a civic award from the city, Wal-Mart owes him an BIG apology, and his job back, at the VERY LEAST!

Wal-Mart needs to go! They are not doing anything good for the communities in which they sit. They destroy small businesses around them, workers are treated like shit, women are third world citizens, and as seen on all the media outlets, Wal-Mart does not care.

They knew the EBT cards had no limits, and instead of doing something to limit, not accept until they could verify, or just close transactions until the EBT system was running. Wal-Mart choose to sell basket loads of items they knew shoppers did not have benefits for.

Wal-Mart could be reasonably assured that the majority of those people with five or six shopping carts, did not have the funds to cover those purchases. If anyone decides to prosecute the people trying to take advantage of the EBT issues, they need to go after Wal-Mart too. They are complicit and did nothing to hinder it. Wal-Mart even made an announcement to people in the store that the limits on the EBT cards had been restored. So Wal-Mart was totally aware of the problem!

Dear Editor:

I’ve just emailed a letter to all the Republican members of the U.S. Senate, which I wanted to share. It points out why the matter of presidential eligibility will not simply disappear with a change of office. A copy is posted below.

Dear Senator,

I am writing concerning the issue of presidential eligibility. The uncertainty our country has demonstrated over the last several years as to who are its natural born citizens, and so eligible to the presidency, is apparent to many. The reluctance of our country’s officers and representatives to deal directly with the matter leads the onlooker to an inevitable conclusion:

It is presumed that when the presidency next changes hands, the matter will fade away.

If the matter were really about Mr. Obama after all, this would probably be true, but to suppose that it is just about him, or that it will fade away, is to misunderstand the issue our country faces.

The matter of presidential eligibility involves the natural right of citizenship, which necessarily affects:

• Immigration….. the right of the nation to establish and enforce a reasonable immigration policy.
• Dual citizenship….. the right of the nation to refuse dual allegiances, (or dual citizenship, so called).
• The right to vote….. full participation only in one’s own government; that right to self-government which naturally attaches to the legal citizens of the nation.
• Future presidencies….. the right of the nation to require that its highest offices be held only by those whose connection and allegiance to the country has remained undivided.

How will our government be able to act honestly on any of these issues without potentially declaring the Obama presidency a farce? If the rule of law and the oath to support the Constitution is to be maintained in pretense only, the charade will need to be continued for a much longer time and over a much wider range of issues than was perhaps suspected!

Must we really continue to treat our laws with contempt in order to avoid self-reproof? Should our nation remain ensnared to avoid an uncomfortable situation? Absolutely not! We should free ourselves from the snare. There is no real loss when a person or nation stops doing wrong in order to do what is right. Partiality in the administration of the law is not a benefit to any nation, but justice brings stability.

Around the country, numerous eligibility cases have been filed which have been tossed out on “lack of standing”, while “official” opinions have been offered in an attempt to dispel the issue. However, the rule of law is not preserved by evasiveness, judicial oaths are not maintained in pretense, and the Constitution cannot be construed so as to be ineffectual.

Even today our government seems unable to address immigration in a reasonable and legal fashion, and by a doubtful construction of birthright citizenship, it causes all foreigners born within our borders to be dual nationals. Can we expect improvement if we are not forthright about such matters?

There is yet another possible consequence of failing to deal with the issue of presidential eligibility.

Uncertainty as to the legality of a presidency causes all legislation passed under that administration to be uncertain. If there are, in fact, any such laws, which are invalid, they remain unenforceable even after a change in office.

Should our state governors, representatives, and judicial officers be placed continually in the position of enforcing and punishing “offences” against federal legislation, which is itself of questionable validity? We have already seen the result of a case involving Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, (a six month prison sentence, and his questions as to the legitimacy of the Obama presidency unanswered).

It is a treacherous path for all. Such a matter as involves the presidency and affects the entire nation can never really be brushed aside as a mere technicality.

“…This Constitution… shall be the supreme Law of the Land… The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…”

Last week my column was entitled “Our lying presidents.” The long litany of abuse and dishonesty I wrote about barely scratches the surface of the ills of our governing elite. Capped off by our current so-called president – Obama is not eligible to be president as he is not a natural born citizen – the leaders of the nation have furthered tyranny far worse for the last 50 years (with the brief exception of the Reagan presidency) than anything King George III perpetrated and imposed on the colonies. And at least in colonial times, our economy was booming, the young and soon-to-be-birthed nation had looked to the Judeo-Christian God for wisdom and divine grace, and our leaders were willing to risk their honor, sacred fortunes and lives for freedom.

Mitt Romney and his band of Republicans have and will risk little to nothing to confront the usurper and his tyranny over the American people and Jews and Christians worldwide. They do nothing, articulate no real vision, speak out of both sides of their mouths and mostly dedicate themselves to enrichment at the government trough. That is why in the face of the tyrant Obama and his corrupt Democratic Party, Romney and the Republicans can get no real traction and are destined to lose the November election.

So what do we do then? We do what our Founding Fathers did. First, we rise up legally and exercise our God-given rights to freedom and democracy and use whatever legal means we can to take control of our destiny.

On Oct. 31, 2012, I will be in Ocala, Fla., presenting evidence to a citizens grand jury, chosen in the ordinary course without regard to politics and biases, seeking the indictment of the likes of President Barack Hussein Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and others who have betrayed and terrorized the nation and violated the rule of criminal law. With regard to Obama, not only has he defrauded the American people by being elected president despite his not being a natural born citizen, but he also has compromised, in treasonous fashion, our national security. Once indicted, we will then seek to try him for these crimes. If he refuses to appear at trial, which he surely will, the people will try him in abstentia.

In effect, along with a coterie of other patriots, we will make Ocala in 2012 what Philadelphia was to the colonies in 1776. In the current maelstrom occurring as a result of the federal government “shutdown”, long neglected principles and important questions that need answers are being revealed.  Most Americans saw the government shutdown as a system failure and line up along political party allegiances, failing to see the principles the writers of the Constitution put in place to protect the American people against abuses of power that are inevitable with fallible human beings at the helm.

For those of us in law enforcement, there is a particular incident that occurred that brings up questions that need answering given the current conduct of our elected officials and agency bureaucrats, regardless of political affiliation.

The specific incident involves the Blue Ridge Parkway and a privately owned business located along the Parkway.  As a result of the “shutdown”, all monuments, federally run parks and national forests are closed and Park Rangers were ordered to “make life as difficult as we can.”  The Pisgah Inn, a privately-owned restaurant and inn is located on mile marker 408.6 on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The executive branch ordered Park Rangers to inform the owner to close his business.  When he failed to do so in protest, Park Rangers were ordered to block the entrance of his business, while the Blue Ridge Parkway, in and of itself, an open air park remains open to traffic.  As of now, Rangers are stationed in shifts around the clock, blocking the entrances to the business.

The Park Rangers, apologetic, explained they were “just following orders”.  It is an ugly and morally untenable position to be in.  Given the current political situation in the country, it is one that more and more officers will find themselves in at all levels of government.  Law enforcement has an ugly history across the world of being utilized as a weapon to further political agendas and the establishment of tyrannical dynasties at a local level, as well as nationally.

Instead of protecting individuals against the predation of others and impartially enforcing laws established through the orderly legal process, police have been used to enforce the whims of political and often criminal tyrants. Though the vast majority of officers are performing their duties honorably and in good faith, too often, there is a failure to fully understand the full implications of the oath that every officer takes upon accepting the badge.

Though other countries have followed suit, the United States was the first to require an oath to uphold and defend ideas and principles, rather than swear fealty to a person or elected position.  The basic law enforcement oath, with minor variations depending on jurisdiction is:

Oath of Office I (state your name), do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of the State of xxxxxx, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, and defend them against enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge, the duties of a peace officer, to the best of my ability, so help me God.

What is the significance of swearing an oath to support the Constitution first, rather than to the President or the government in general?  Though many dismiss the founders, and the Constitution as outdated, the men that developed the Constitution anticipated and understood that human beings being placed in positions of power would abuse it, some for well meaning, but misguided purposes and others to accumulate or abuse the power given them.  They even anticipated that the whole people could be swayed by emotions, circumstances and the lies of ambitious, conniving people gaining control of the government.

That the supervisory chain of command issued orders to Park Rangers to “make life miserable” for American citizens to further political agendas is on its face an unlawful order.  There is no constitutional or statutory authority for government officials to harass, intimidate or make life difficult for anyone, let alone law abiding citizens, especially for the purposes of achieving political agendas in violation of constitutional limitations.  There are, in fact, court cases addressing privately owned businesses and individuals leasing federal lands winning in court when the federal government disrupted the lawful use of this property like the Park Rangers did when physically obstructing access to the Pisgah Inn and others along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

These politically motivated abuses are not limited to the federal government. One of many examples is in 2007, police were ordered to destroy the tents of the homeless in St. Petersburg, Florida with box cutters.  While the homeless do present problems for many local communities, there are lawful means to address the issue that do not involve police officers destroying the personal property of citizens, even though they are homeless and have no political influence.  The city excused ordering the actions stating that they didn’t want to arrest and get into conflict with the homeless, yet ended up with an entire cadre of homeless up in arms, along with others in the community.

The oath of office we take provides that we first support the U.S. Constitution and one of the fundamental principles of the Constitution is that all laws must flow from within the foundation of it.  We are then directed to support the State Constitution of our jurisdiction and the laws flowing within those boundaries.  We are to bear true faith and allegiance to the former and here is where many have missed the significance of their oaths.  We are directed to defend against foreign and domestic enemies of that which we swore to support through the faithful and impartial discharge of our duties.

Our oath requires that we are knowledgeable of the Constitution and the limitations of government authority, as well as the laws that uphold those principles.  That oath does not provide for blind obeisance to any and all orders given by our superiors.  The challenge we face as a profession is to answer the question of what will be done when we are faced with increasingly blatant unlawful orders.  The weight of the badge can be a very heavy weight to bear.

It is my hope that all who swore this oath and accepted the noble weight of the badge, regardless of whether it is at a federal, state or local level will look to the immense sacrifices that were made to change the relationship between the citizens and their government to birth the liberty that allowed the greatest nation to begin the journey to fulfill the promise of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, along with all of mankind being created equal.  We are not blind automatons mindlessly following orders; we are American citizens first and peace officers after that.

Perhaps George Washington outlined our duties best in the following quote:

“The value of liberty was thus enhanced in our estimation by the difficulty of its attainment, and the worth of characters appreciated by the trials of adversity…The name of American, which belongs to you, in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of Patriotism, more than any appellation derived from local discriminations…Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism…It should be the highest ambition of every American to extend his views beyond himself, and to bear in mind that his conduct will not only affect himself, his country, and his immediate posterity; but that its influence may be co-extensive with the world, and stamp political happiness or misery on ages yet unborn.”

And John Adams:

“…Cities may be rebuilt, and a People reduced to Poverty, may acquire fresh Property: But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored.”

Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell may now be spilling out one of his first confirmations to conceal his support of ObamaCare, President Obama, Sen. Harry Reid, and other ‘Liberal’ Capitol Hill Democrats for his guaranteed receipt of a $2 Billion Kentucky payoff in his support of his vote and leadership for many of his 26 other GOP Senate legislators for shredding our Constitutional freedoms.  How cheap can Sen. Mitch McConnell be bought? 

For Sen. McConnell, who included a $2 Billion payout of additional deficit spending for his State of Kentucky included in this new ‘Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014’ legislation, and his additional and similar voting 26 RINO Republican legislators who voted, how much is too much for deficit spending?  Sen. McConnell, is there any limit to spending that is too much?  Have you sold your principles and your own heart for a whole lot ($2 Billion) of taxpayers’ money?  Do you, Sen. Mitch McConnell have any ethics in principles left?  You must resign!

According to Newsmax, “Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell made it clear on Thursday that repealing Obamacare would never be used by Republicans again to bring the federal government to a halt.”  

Rumors on Capitol Hill indicate Speaker of the House John Boehner is trying to accept President Obama’s ObamaCare ‘exemptions’ for Capitol Hill legislators.  Who, why, and when did it become so important for our Capitol Hill legislators to take care of yourself first, rather than to place the American electorate first?

The Capitol Hill Democrat Party and our own Capitol Hill Republican Party ‘leadership’ is selling out our freedoms and values and in return ascertaining more taxpayers’ deficit money and other favors that are left to be paid by our children, and their children, along with other ‘pet’ projects, and other Democrat Party favors.  Cheap!  Cheap!  Cheap!

Capitol Hill Democrats and RINO Republicans on Capitol Hill have lost or forgotten our Constitutional freedoms as based on Christian values.  Capitol Hill Democrats and RINO Republicans must be challenged, defeated, and/or removed in upcoming future elections.

The economy ‘problem’ is simple; excessive deficit spending is breaking our national economy, our individual freedoms, our families, and our Constitution.  The ‘solution’ for a rebuilding economy is simple; stop the spending to save our economy, our individual freedoms, our families, and our Constitution.

Capitol Hill legislators have already added $6.3 Trillion of additional deficit spending debt in less than 5 years under President Obama.  How much deficit spending is enough for President Obama, Capitol Hill Democrats, and/or RINO Republicans?  When will the deficit spending end that is leaving an unbearable debt to (y)our children, their children, etc.? 

A continuation of deficit spending by Democrats, Republicans, and/or Independents is a form of political corruption and this endless progression is destroying our Constitution, our fiscal and social values, as well as our national security.

Republican Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT), as well as other legislators and supporters who vote and aspire to ‘stop-the-spending’ to save America, our economy, our Constitution, and our families are ‘right on these issues’.   

Do not allow President Obama, Capitol Hill Democrats, and the Liberal ‘main-stream’ Medias destroy our American ‘HERO’ legislators who are trying to stop the out-of-control’ spending.  It is our American ‘HERO’ legislators who are trying to restore our nation and our US economy.

On Capitol Hill, so-called ‘negotiations’ are directed by President Obama, Capitol Hill Democrats, and the Liberal ‘main-stream’ Medias that demand Republican legislators to cross the aisle and join Democrats on ‘more deficit spending; a proven scheme to more quickly destroy our entire nation.

To save our Constitution and our nation, Conservatives must say ‘NO’ to more deficit spending; before it is too late.

Someone else can't do it for you this time!

When your power goes off and you discover the government will set your weekly allotment of usage.  When a truck comes and hauls your cars and trucks away and tells you they belong to the government now.  When you go to the grocery store and you are handed a small bag of beans and rice and told that's all you... may have for the week.  When your children are hauled off to be raised in government institutions.  When you are forcibly thrown out of your home and told to report to the nearest barrack housing, that your home is federal property now.  When all these things happen you will know Obama's hope and change was a success    If you are honest with yourself, you know this to be true.  Want your Freedom back?  Get up, get dressed and get out of your comfort zone and help the few now defending your Freedom.
