Five days ago an Australian politician, Ann Bressington, came out with a “shocking” revelation of what is going on in her country behind the scenes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrdmjBAX0E0). I put “shocking” in quotation marks as this entire UN scheme is not new to anyone who has been paying attention for the past 20 years. For decades researchers and political activists have been warning us all about UN Agenda 21, the Humanity and Habit Treaty and what “sustainability” really means. Today even the left is waking up and there is an organization Democrats Against UN Agenda 21 that has taken up a cause that previously only the John Birch Society on the right has been fighting. People are waking up in droves but as yet the bubbleheads on the right have been deathly silent about it.

The dreaded moniker “conspiracy theory” still hovers over anyone who brings up the UN programs, even though spending only an hour researching it today one finds a plethora of evidence linking everything we see happening in America to these treaties. One cannot ask why federal, state and environmental organizations are working together to depopulate rural areas without coming face to face with these treaties. Also the smart growth movements in every one of our cities, towns and jurisdictions are promoting the same core ideals and plans to be implemented nationwide. Money from a non-profit organization from the UN, ICLEI, is giving funds to any city or municipality that goes along with the Agenda add to that the federal funds being given to cities to implement these changes and you see an interrelated network of programs and players to bring about this drastic change to the American political, economic and social system.

One of the greatest threats that go along with this communitarian agenda is the rise of the Council of Regional Governments. Your state probable has them. No one, not even conservative republicans asked, “what the heck are these councils and why do we need a parallel system of governance that is soaking up so much of the taxes in our communities." These councils are the realization of a program begun under the Nixon administration but were fought and eliminated by the republicans and Blue Dog democrats back then.  They were seen rightfully for what they were, a sure fire step into socialism. These councils, also known in Russian as Soviets, are a parallel system of government staffed by unelected bureaucrats who are taking over more and more of the functions of government. In some cases they are limiting our access to our elected government officials. They represent an ingenious ploy that was used by the Nazis before they gained power in Germany.  While they were yet weak and didnt have any political authority, the Nazis put into place parallel government systems that were ready upon their achieving power to be activated and to replace the existing democratic government system. While no one was looking or paying attention these councils propped up everywhere. Here in CA where I live they are the defacto shadow government gaining more and more power every year. 

While patriots slept and their chosen guardians were pointing them in the wrong direction, this vast interwoven conspiracy has been going on under our very noses for decades. The few Cassandras out there crying for us not to bring their Trojan horse into our city went unheeded for far too long.  The Tea Party is an organization with a vast army at the ready that only needs to be pointed in the right direction. Uniting and working with such organizations as Democrats Against Agenda 21 and others, a vast united front against UN tyranny can be established. The left likes to say, work locally and think globally, and that is what we have to do, work locally to end UN interference with our political, social and economic system, act globally to shut the UN down. If we feel we can’t get our elected official in Washington to do what we want, we sure as heck can get our local elected officials to do so. Our town halls, our city councils and our local boards are ours; they are there to do the “will of the people,” not the will of unelected radicals. Sitting right there at the city council board meeting and all of the local political boards is our opportunity to end Agenda 21, the smart growth sustainable communitarian nonsense designed to radically change our nation.  Here is where the real battle lies, for if we win the local battle the larger battle in Washington is far more easily won, but if we won in Washington it would not change the local takeover of the American system as we have never had a Republican president willing or knowledgeable enough to unsign and pull us out of any UN treaty or rescind executive orders that help implement the program.

You are the political militia of today, and your first and urgent task is to throw the degenerate socialist UN tea into the bay. Gather as a mighty force and organize to win this most important battle, the battle on the local home front. Every win there helps us win nationally and then globally. UN Agenda 21 is not a conspiracy theory, it is a conspiracy fact! United as one with a unified mission, to save America from the neo-communist hoards, we can win to victory! If we slothfully or ignorantly sleep another 10 years it will be too late.  This is the generation that will either Win America back, or lose America forever.

I make it a habit to pay close attention to what is happening locally as well as nationally and what I see on both fronts is frightening !  Business is slowing down locally and The federal reserve is buying up Treasuries like mad to support the dollar.  It also seems like they are involved in supporting the stock market as well to keep it up, when it should be dropping based on other indicators. 

The Media is saying that unemployment is 7.9% based on the applications for unemployment insurance which creates the perception that things are not getting worse and may be getting better. However the fact is many have been out of work so long that they no longer qualify for benefits and therefore are not listed as unemployed which is a sham by Government!  The fact is unemployment is growing and more than 20% are unemployed or underemployed today!

They use statistics to lie to you. A good example is the reports out of Ford and GM suggesting that they are having a better year, but when I drive by the dealerships their lots are jam packed with new vehicles that are unsold. [smell a rat here ]

The RV dealership is closing up and the Marina and boat sales is not very good either!

I look at the on line real Estate for sale every week and there are a lot of houses listed that have been for sale for a year or more and very few new listing are showing up. 

My own business is slower than it has ever been in 35 years!

Have you been watching what has been going on around the world too?  Greece and the riots there and this week the government of Hugo Chavez devalued their currency by 46%  [ouch]  their buying power just took a nasty hit if they were not in GOLD and SILVER !

When there is this much smoke don't you suspect that something is on fire ? Like the worlds economy is getting burned

I just want to say that my heart goes out to Chris Kyle's family as they now make their slow journey down to Austin, TX to bury one of the best snipers the navy has had.   He had over a 150 kills designed  to help protect the servicemen sent over to carryout missions in Iraq. He fought so tirelessly to help his fellow veterans in the armed services who were going through PTSD after they were back on US soil.  He also wrote a book and dedicated 100% of the proceeds to fallen servicemen's family in their time of need. I can't think of a better patriot than him!!! I will especially say a prayer for the two children  who he has left behind. May God bestow his eternal blessing on this lovely family at their time of morning. Please take a moment to say a prayer for this wonderful man and his family.  Thanks,

Some Conservatives are unhappy as how our government has swayed to the left, now suggest a new Constitutional Convention.  My response is with President Obama in the White House, and a Liberal Democrat controlled US Senate, a Constitutional Convention would likely end up with an even more left-wing Socialist-led Constitution than under our current.

The same applies to new legislation on ‘Immigration’.  ‘Legal immigration’ is not broken. Do not allow the Liberal Democrats and Republicans In Name Only (RINO) to falsely convince you otherwise.  Do not follow their ‘aggressive and hostile’ policies to change our Constitutional system.

‘Legal immigration’ is where the heart and the brain unite; all is welcomed!  ‘Illegal immigrants’ must follow our ‘immigration’ laws that have worked well for more than 200 years.  Our Capitol Hill Democrats and Republicans must stop the invasion of unidentified, unknown, and all criminal ‘illegal immigrants’ from stealing and/or purchasing a fraudulent Social Security and/or Driver’s License, etc. of Americans identities, prior to and/or after their arrival?

RINO Senators, namely, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) have been so ‘aggressive and hostile’ by allowing Democrats Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL.), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), and others into supporting new ‘immigration’ to some 11 million “illegal immigrants” into our great nation.

Anytime Sen. Chuck Schumer, Sen. Robert Menendez, and/or Sen. Dick Durbin are leading legislation(s), it is not good for Republicans.  It is not good for law-abiding and/or tax-paying Americans.

America is in a depressed economy and we are seeing even more disappearing jobs, while President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are demanding more taxes that destroy more jobs.  Who, how, and when is the $16.5 Trillion debt to be paid?  Americans are searching for jobs.  Americans should come first.  “Illegal immigrants” must be rejected.  Sen. Jeff Sessions, (R-AL) says this newly proposed legislation will add Trillions of dollars more to our national debt.

President Obama and every Capitol Hill legislator should be asked, “Who, how, and when is our increasing ‘National Debt’ to be paid that has now passed $16.5 trillion?  More ‘illegal immigrants’ would take more of our American jobs.  These same ‘illegal immigrants’ are increasing American taxpayers’ more cost for their education, food assistance, healthcare, housing, etc.  Are you willing to force (y)our child(ren), (y)our grandchild(ren), etc. to be further burdened with even more debt?

Each Republican who supports new legislation on ‘illegal immigration’ is a Republican In Name Only (RINO) who may unknowingly support more of the ‘Socialistic’ Democrat Party control.  New immigration legislation for ‘illegal immigrants’ will ‘magnify’ the Democrat Party.

While I applaud the efforts of Reps. Steve King (R-IA), Phil Roe (R-Tenn.), Kenny Marchant (R-Texas), Schweikert (R-Ariz.) and Alan Nunnelee (R-Miss.) for offering the leadership to sponsor H.R. 140:

"The Birthright Citizenship Act would eliminate automatic citizenship for children born in the United States to illegal aliens. 

HR 140 would establish that the "subject to the jurisdiction" clause of the 14th Amendment awards birthright citizenship only if one of the parents is: (1) a U.S. citizen or national; (2) a lawful permanent resident alien (green card holder) in the United States; or (3) an alien on active service in the U.S. Armed Forces."

Sadly, I must ask all here to call their Congressional delegations to oppose this bill until the two citizen-parent rule is incorporated into this bill.

My reasoning is simple and straight forward: As long as our courts insist birthright citizenship is the same as an Art. II, §1, cl. 4 natural born Citizen, a requirement for the president or vice-president of the United States, dual allegiance at birth cannot be accepted. In fact, as a practical matter, ever since Congress passed the Married Women's Act in 1922, thereby allowing allegiance to follow either the male or female parent, BOTH parents must be U.S. Citizens prior to the birth of their offspring in order to be an Art. II, §1, cl. 4 natural born Citizen.

Moreover, since lawful permanent resident aliens (green-card holders) in the United States have not pledge to support and abide by the U.S. Constitution, they cannot transfer such allegiance to their offspring at birth. Unfortunately, without the direct 'transference of allegiance' to support and abide by the United States Constitution inherited from the U.S. citizens parents,  the offspring of lawful permanent resident aliens cannot be considered as Art. II, §1, cl. 4 natural born Citizens.

Again, only Art. II, §1, cl. 4 natural born Citizens can inherit, as a natural right, their U.S. Citizenship at birth  from their two U.S. citizen-parents.

                        I just finished watching an incredible movie.  A few months ago I saw previews of a movie called “Last Ounce of Courage” and mentioned to my wife that I would like to see it.  She found it at Amazon.com and ordered it.  This movie had been sitting in a box with some others for quite some time and she pulled them out today and we decided to sit down and watch it tonight.

In one of this website’s last mini commentaries about the Obama Benghazi scandal, I stated that the investigation won’t amount to a hill of beans. I still think so. Why would it? Influential politicians who refuse to call out Obama for his unconstitutional usurpation to the office of US president, won’t insist on removing Obama from his White House occupation. They would soon have America to be sacrificed to socialism, Marxism and Islamic influence than to muster some moral courage to insist that the illegal Obama be removed from the White House. However, it isn’t just the do nothing US politicians who are at fault. It is the voting public. A leader can’t be a leader if he doesn’t have the following. Until more and more Americans refuse to acknowledge Obama as a legitimate US president, he will continue his destruction of traditional, patriotic and Constitutional America. Enabling Obama by accepting him as a genuine US president, only furthers America’s demise. Americans need to wake up and realize that Obama has cheated his way to the office of US chief executive! They need to follow due course and be like some state governors have reported to being doing; – not recognizing and implementing parts of Obama’s signed Obamacare legislation. Political Profiling of a “Constitutionalist” Turns Simple Domestic Call Into Full on SWAT Raid

A farming family in Letha, Idaho recently had their house raided and were assaulted after a neighbor called the police when overhearing a verbal argument between the husband and wife who owned the house.

In any other situation they would have had a simple knock on their door and the police would check in to make sure that no one was being hurt.

However, Marcella Cruz and Michael Gibbons were flagged in the police department’s database as dangerous individuals because one or both of them identified as “constitutionalists”.

Due to this identification their simple domestic disturbance call was met with a full on swat raid, with the officers scouring the house for evidence of Marijuana.

The officers ripped Marcella Cruz out of the house, and had both her and Michael on the ground in handcuffs, with guns against their heads.

The police found an aquaponics system that was growing tomatoes in an upstairs room of the house and celebrated, thinking that they had found a Marijuana grow operation.

Much to their disappointment they were informed that it was obviously tomatoes, since after all, this was a farm house.

In a recording that surfaced after the raid it is explicitly stated that this couple is being targeted because of their political beliefs.  The recording shows the following exchange:

“Are you familiar with these guys?” asked a deputy identified in the 911 recordings as “Officer 57.”

“Negative,” answered another deputy designated “Officer 56.”

“I am, and it’s affirmative, there is [sic] weapons,” continued Officer 57. “He is – or at least was – anti-law enforcement. We’ve had issues with him. He’s a Constitutionalist.”

It seems that the only “issues” that they had with him were the ones that were mentioned, his political beliefs, because otherwise Gibbons has a totally clean record.

According to a recent article about the altercation, the only run in that Gibbons has had with police in this area, is when he was the victim of a theft and they refused to help him.

The article states that:

More than a year ago, Marcella contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report that a man calling himself “Greg Hall,” who had lived with them for an extended period, had stolen money and jewelry from them.

Marcella provided me with copies of e-mail messages in which she and Detective Perecz had discussed the theft – including the suspect’s specific location, which at the time was just across the Snake River in Ontario, Oregon.

“He told me that he couldn’t help us, because the suspect had fled the jurisdiction,” Marcella related to me. “But it’s not as if he couldn’t pick up a telephone and inform the Malheur County Sheriff’s Office, or the Ontario Police.

The bogus `domestic violence’ report that led to the raid on our home was originally received by Payette County and relayed to Gem County. It’s not as if these people can’t talk to each other.”

The Families account of the story is confirmed by what looks to be police video, in the video police dont identify themselves before entering the house, and you can see them rush the house like thugs, ripping Marcella Cruz out by her arm and throwing her to the ground.

The brutal treatment she was given by police left her sore and bruised for weeks, which is sadly ironic considering they were called to the house over a bogus domestic disturbance call that was made by a feuding neighbor.

This is just the most recent situation in a string of cases where people have been targeted with extreme force because their political beliefs were flagged in a state database.

The officer who assaulted Marcella Cruz has been identified as Detective Rich Perecz and so far has suffered no consequences for his actions.

Some idiot gun grabbing congressman said that he didn't need  an assault weapon to hunt ducks. This is a tactic used by the left. You  may have a better chance of winning an argument if you can control what  the question is. The question is not whether or not you need an assault  rifle to hunt. The question is why does the constitution give us the  right to keep and bear arms. 

To begin with, all you need do is read the  Declaration of Independence. Which enumerates 27 reasons for separating  from England.  The King of England: Cut off the colonist from trade with the rest of  the world, He would protect British soldiers from punishment with mock  trials for any murders which they may commit, He made judges dependent  on is will alone for their offices and salaries, For imposing taxes  without the consent of the people, he was transporting large armies of  foreign mercenaries to complete his works of death desolation and  tyranny. And the list goes on and on.   

The founders of this country having seen first hand, man's inhumanity  against man knew that the God-given rights of the people had to be  protected. So not only did they write the Constitution they provided  for each individual the right to defend himself and his state if his  Constitutional government turned into a tyranny.   

When the British sent soldiers to put down the American revolt why do  you think they brought muskets? Because that was the cutting edge  technology of the day. When the colonists met the the British soldiers  on the battlefield they didn't show up with crossbows. They too had  muskets. So, if the American people had to defend against tyranny or  fend off a foreign invasion and the opposing force is on the  battlefield with M-16's or AK-47's what should we have, Muskets?  because that's what was available when the Constitution was written?    The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is not to have the right to hunt or  fish. It is to fight and destroy a tyrannical government, and  reestablish a Constitutional government along with our rights and  freedoms.
